Dear KMAG: 20190805 Open Topic

He knows.

This Merry Warrior Monday Open Thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA-KMAG-KAG! world.

Yes, it’s Monday…again.

polar-bear-dragging-himself-around

But it’s okay! We’ll get through it.

monday-lisa-31992605
Even Mona Lisa had to get through Mondays.

Free Speech is practiced here at the Q Tree. In fact, our host Wolfmoon encourages us to use it…and Enjoy it. “Use it or lose it”, he tells us.
But please keep it civil. Discussion of Q is not only allowed but encouraged. Imagine that! We can talk about Q here and not get banned.
Please also consider the Important Guidelines, outlined here in the January 1st open thread. Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.

Remember – your greatest gift to President Trump is FIVE WORDS:

I AM PRAYING FOR YOU.

Trump-air-force-one

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

For your listening enjoyment, I offer this composition from David Eman, titled  ‘Creation of Life’:

………………………………………………………………………………………….

Visual descriptions for our dear Zoe, and for anyone else who may find them helpful:
Header Image: Is President Trump in the oval office, with an amused, piercing look on his face. We don’t know who he was looking at when the photo was taken, but I get the impression that he didn’t think much of them…and sees right through them.
Second Image: Is a moving image, a gif, of a polar bear with his head and shoulders down on the ice. He is pushing forward with his hind legs. He looks tired…but is pushing himself forward, even with his front half down on the ice.
Third Image: A disheveled looking Mona Lisa is smiling at us with mussed hair and we get the impression that she had a good weekend. Heheh. There is the title, ‘Monday Lisa’, at the bottom of the image. The caption reads: Even Mona Lisa had to get through Mondays.
Fourth Image: President Trump is waving from the top of the stairs at the entry door in Air Force One, against a blue sky and a bank of fluffy white clouds. He has a solemn, determined look on his face.

Stormy Days ahead…but we’ll get through it together.

Anyone know of a free photo editing websites or program where you can upload a bunch of pictures at once to create a collage?
I’m working on to something…

kinthenorthwest

I just use powerpoint LOL–I know really old school. Save it as a Gif or JPEG
It seems to work for me
Now if I could learn to post directly here versus always using Tweeter post LOL

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

GIMP allows you to do it, but not quickly. GIMP is a good program to know, anyway. I’ve used GIMP for collages. gimp.org
If you’re not picky about borders, you can open a bunch of pictures on your screen in viewer windows and resize them, move them around into a collage, and then either take a full screenshot and crop, or take a selected rectangle screenshot. It’s CHEAP but FAST and EFFECTIVE.

Sadie Slays

Found an excellent website for my needs:
https://www.photocollage.com/
Thanks for the suggestions!

wheatietoo TY for the thread—Hey not nice to take pics of Grannie & post them…Lol
The Monday Lisa looks just like I feel after more Democratic crap..Sadly I have a gut feeling that the Democrats are behind the shootings this last weekend and probably a few more.. Probably with my gut feelings is they are usually screaming the truth…

I wonder what he knows about CloudFlare.
My hopes of them being part of the “good guys” were just dashed.

If they had given 30 days notice — hey, they’re their own company, whatever. But to pull that sh*t on Sunday at midnight with less than 24 hours notice?…….I don’t care if they’re lefties, righties, or Golgafrinchans…..this is a flaming neon sign to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ASSHOLES. Even lefties always eventually devour their own — any sentient being should find alternative business contacts and the CEO should be unemployable for the rest of his miserable life.

Trying to get your mathematical thoughts on thiscomment image

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

My mathematical thoughts are on the SMARTNESS of the Q psy-op, to anticipate that people will go looking for this stuff, and that it fully conforms, in a self-consistent way, with Bezmenov’s prescription for contending with the errors of socialism.
Now if we drill down a bit, then the people on the Q end of things are going to make sure that the game embeds all kinds of long-running “Easter eggs” for the people it’s designed to work on, and then FEED that system, and – well – I’m not going to describe the process TOO MUCH, because it detracts from the message, which is ultimately a good one, of BELIEF IN AMERICA, BELIEF IN GOOD, BELIEF IN HUMANITY, and perhaps even BELIEF IN BELIEF.
But yeah – pick a segment with a great message from Bannon, pick the part with the three Q’s at the bottom, and let the believers do the rest.
ENJOY THE SHOW – you are watching a movie. A wonderful participation movie where we get to throw popcorn at Shiffty, AOC, ISIS, Obama, Stalin and Hitler on screen, and CHEER LIKE MAD when the American flag appears. Why? MATH!!! 😉 😎

On cue NYT has an article with the creator of the 8chan saying it needs to be shut down
“Fredrick Brennan was getting ready for church at his home in the Philippines when the news of a mass shooting in El Paso arrived. His response was immediate and instinctive.
“Whenever I hear about a mass shooting, I say, ‘All right, we have to research if there’s an 8chan connection,’” he said about the online message board he started in 2013.
It didn’t take him long to find one.
Moments before the El Paso shooting on Saturday, a four-page message whose author identified himself as the gunman appeared on 8chan. The person who posted the message encouraged his “brothers” on the site to spread the contents far and wide.
In recent months, 8chan has become a go-to resource for violent extremists. At least three mass shootings this year — including the mosque killings in Christchurch, New Zealand, and the synagogue shooting in Poway, Calif. — have been announced in advance on the site, often accompanied by racist writings that seem engineered to go viral on the internet.
Mr. Brennan started the online message board as a free speech utopia. But now, 8chan is known as something else: a megaphone for mass shooters, and a recruiting platform for violent white nationalists.”
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/04/technology/8chan-shooting-manifesto.htmlq

gil00

On a sidenote, Redfit has denied the appeal of The_Donald’s quarantine status.
What Q said so long ago about them shutting us down is ramping up, in time for 2020.

Coldeadhands

How much of the extremism on 8chan and others is calculated toward that ultimate goal of de-platforming constitutional voices. After seeing the devolution of an outstanding website (OT), nothing surprises me. Creamer is not just for coffee. 🤨

Very deftly placed, Wheatie!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I want to like the guy, and I generally do except for that.

Tonawanda

Huh?! This is the first sensible thing I have heard this guy say!
And it is more than sensible, it is a perspective totally missing from the daily blaring broadcasting of never-ending Fake CRISIS in our country.

bakocarl

. . . and about 385 drug overdose deaths.

Sadie Slays

So I’ve been thinking about how the Gilroy and El Paso shooters look near identical, and that prompted me to go look up pictures of other mass shooters. And…don’t they all look kinda similar? Why do they all have virtually the same hair color? Why are they all wearing thick glasses (Jared Loughner also wears glasses, but I couldn’t find a good pic of them)?comment image
Another thing I discovered is that Nicholas Cruz and James Holmes have acquired super thick glasses since their arrests. No joke–I’m legit wondering if the glasses are some sort of mind control device.comment image

kalbokalbs

Empty head fools without a clue.

mollypitcher5

What are the odds? If you made a chart of serial killers or serial rapists it would not have any strange commonality but mass shooters all wear thick glasses?

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

I fixed it. I had to open it in a new tab to get past the short-link and THEN fix the URL.

grandmaintexas

Flat effect.
Every last one of them.

ozzytrumpster

Flat effect, even when committing murders. Wictor says seriously mentally ill. I say fucked in the head

kalbokalbs

Not buying into “mentally ill”. Seems an easy diagnosis…erroneous leading to purely a BS “fix”…where nothing gets fixed.
Me thinks more likely, these guys are not ill. Stoopid, yes. Ignorant as a door knob, yes. Zero ability to think critically assess difference between their video games and reality.
Popular narrative is going down the wrong rabbit hole…same as white supremacist BS line…gun control assholes yammer endlessly.
.
.
So, trending thought is now red flag laws, background checks…yada, yada?
Really? Would those gun control thoughts have done anything to stop the shootings?
.
.
Personally I trust no one with my Second Amendment Rights.
AND
I trust no one with the Second Amendment Rights of everyone in the Q Tree…AND every American.

kalbokalbs

Second Amendment is critical to the survival of America.
As are all of our Rights.
Folks really, really need to not allow our Rights to be chiseled away.
Logic really needs to trump (no pun intended) emotion.

ozzytrumpster

See draw and strike from today. The parkland shooter had the cops called 39 times because he was clearly disturbed. The navy yard shooter fang police prior to the shooting to beg them to stop the voices coming through the walls. I’m not for binning people in asylums but there needs to be more hope for the nuts. Most homeless in the us and here are mentally ill.
And yeah I think it’s a cop out for the Islamic killings because they are following the rule book of another nutcase that they’ve been taught is the perfect man. Ffs. You read that shitty book? Total narcissist.paranoid. Manipulative. Cunning as a sewer rat. Total sadist and sociopath

Wheatie, Always enjoy your articles kicking off the week. Polar bear and I are going to power through this, with ya’ll, that is. WWG1WGA.
On the positive side the House is adjourned. Me thinks, the Senate has also adjourned. Turtle has an owie, and is in no hurry to do anything. Hoping Ms Lindsey is busy putzing around and not in front of any cameras any time soon. Ms Lindsey is 100% not to be trusted. IMHO.
Dunno what President Trump and AG Barr have in mind with regard to working to stop the shootings.
It would surely be a wonderful week to have declas and release of docs, texts, 302s, emails, FISAs Monday, MOAR Tuesday, Wednesday…;-)

cthulhu

The Senate has fake-adjourned, so that recess appointments continue to be blocked.

kalbokalbs

Perfect example of Turtle and EVERY RepubliCON Senator is NOT MAGA,. As I understand it Only takes one Senator to end this nonsense. Full adjourn and allow President Trump recess appointments.
Hence, Uniparty they all are.

Coldeadhands

Yep…that there is the barometer.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

That’s assuming recess appointments are even relevant.
My reading of the constitution is that the vacancy must occur during the recess, and can’t be due to a firing. Someone argued that it was possible the Framers intended a full stop in the middle of the sentence in question, but I rather doubt it as they knew about periods.

OK, you said the magic words……
Patricia McDonald spent most of her life under a great deal of stress. She was the branch manager of a large national bank and spent most of her time hidden in her office……but she was the backstop for her branch, so had to step-up whenever things went beyond what her subordinates could cope with.
So, when one of her loan officers called her into a conference room and explained that he had a problem extending credit to a talking frog, she knew it was going to be one of those days…… It seems the amphibian had come waltzing into the bank and clearly stated that it wanted $100,000. It couldn’t provide a personal worth balance sheet or previous years’ tax returns (News Alert: frogs don’t file taxes!!!!), and had some rambling reason about why it couldn’t fill out the normal loan disclosures.
Despite a suspicion that this may be some twisted retaliation for having cancelled the years’ staff Easter-Egg Roll, Patricia agreed to personally meet with the frog in question. “Hello?”, she said, as it entered her office and made itself comfortable on a guest chair. She received a chirpy, and unmistakably English, reply — “Hello.”
“So, I understand you wish to borrow $100,000 from the bank…..” she said. His reply was, “that’s right”.
Her next breath burned a little when she inhaled, as stress washed through her body. Keeping to basics, she continued, “I understand that you are unable to provide us with customary financial records……is there any reason to suppose we might be repaid this substantial sum of money?” Seemingly taking no offense, the frog lowered his voice and said, “well, it’s somewhat within the family, but it’s well-known that my father is Mick Jagger.”
Slogging on, despite her increasing discomfort, she asked, “do you have any assets that you can pledge as security? Any collateral?” And the frog calmly pulled out a dancing hula girl, that can be purchased at any souvenir shop in Honolulu, where you press in the base and the doll twitches……and handed it over.
By this point, the adrenaline and stress had reduced her to tunnel vision, and words were sounding echoey……she told the frog that she would have to consult with senior management and staggered out of her office.
So she went over to a conference room and Skype’d the Regional Manager. She told him the whole story, from start to finish, much like I have told it here, and ended with, “……and he gave me THIS! ….THIS! What the HELL is THIS????”
And the Regional Manager replied…….
……”it’s a Knick-Knack, Patty Mac — give the frog a loan. His old man’s a Rolling Stone.”

daughnworks247

I have a hard time with mass shootings and usually disconnect for a few days until the hysteria passes. We don’t make good decisions, or legislation, based on emotion.
1. The facts are unknown. Speculation is rampant and often incorrect.
2. Very few care about the victims, the fallen, and the immediate media push becomes politically motivated. Beto O’Rourke led a “vigil for the victims”, and took the opportunity to push for gun control.
I find pushing a personal agenda or the agenda for political ideology, over the bodies of dead Americans, particularly reprehensible.
3. For every one of these incidents, we’re left with lingering questions and suspicion —– years later. Yet rationally, we know we will never know “everything”, thus never satisfied.
Rinse and repeat.
4. America has a process for fact finding and adjudication in such incidents. Although no system is perfect, the American system is superior. It would be incredibly arrogant for me to presume “I know better”, when I am so far removed from the specifics of the case.
5. With #4 in mind, I also know, when it comes to some issues, I am far more of an “expert” than most news anchors…… just as a 30yr veteran teacher would be more knowledgeable about classroom/education issues than a news anchor who reads a teleprompter for a living.
Both the teacher and I understand our wheelhouse, our own subset of expertise. We’re also willing to admit what we don’t know.
News anchors who emote, for effect, are fake/disingenuous.
Politicians who emote, for personal attention, or campaign funds, are disgusting.
Even the “experts”, who are brought in to expound on their knowledge for a news panel, have no specific details about the shooting, can only speak in general terms, adding little value.
It’s fairly clear, the political push in this case is the typical Dem push for gun control. They use incorrect statistics, bad logic and false empathy, hoping to capitalize on public emotion and fear. Of course, we don’t see our “leaders” calling Congress to return to the Capitol to pass mental health legislation.
This time, it appears the left has an additional goal, to take down the Chan boards. The logic is so tortured it’s absurd. If 10 people kill another person with a car, we don’t ban automobiles. If 5 people die because of physician error, we don’t outlaw all doctors. More people die at home in their bathrooms = ban bathrooms?
The NZ shooter blamed Michael Jackson, China, and Macron of France, yet he admired Communist China – I read his Manifesto. The media, on the other hand, blames Trump and guns, which is exactly what the NZ shooter hoped would happen.
The ElPaso shooter, second to last paragraph noted that his views were formed long before Trump, and particularly noted the media would ignore this fact. They did. I read his Manifesto as well.
The Ohio shooter seemed to like Bernie and Warren, but we don’t blame them.
Does Steve Scalise blame the incendiary rhetoric of Bernie Sanders for his pain?
Yet, it would be extremely beneficial for the hard left to get rid of 8 Chan.
We all remember Jen Palmieri’s frustration with “memes” and the unrelenting push from the autists during 2016. The autists beat Hillary and the media’s billion dollar campaign.
Would it be far more beneficial to the left for all social media to funnel through Google/Youtube/FB/Twitter, platforms which are “controlled”? You bet it would.
Does anyone else think it is strange…… ? I mean, if Google controls 90% of the searches in the USA, why would an obscure Chan Board, or The_Donald, be considered such a threat to their politics? Gotta admit, the overwhelming push, to not allow a single voice of opposition, is fairly obvious.

ozzytrumpster

The Australian mass shooter that prompted our stupid gun buy back. There some wierd shit going on there. He’s retarded/mental. He did 30+head shots from distances that only elite shooters can do, whilst firing from his right hip. He’s left handed. Sketchy as fuck.

kalbokalbs

Anyone living near any oceans that are NOT the Pacific had better head for the hills. Turns out that NONE of the ocean thermal expansion or terrestrial ice melt has ended up in the Pacific ocean. The implications for the remaining ocean basins must thus be catastrophic, given that #97% of Climate Scientists, otherwise known as the High Priests of All Knowledge (seeing as they avow to have seen the future) agree that we now have only 18 months to stem the Tsunami let loose by the Monstrous Global Warming Molecule known as CO2.
Turns out that mean sea level of the western pacific has FALLEN in the last 105 years …
So not only has the Indian, Atlantic and other basins had to contend with the CAGW Tsunami, but the Pacific is refusing to accept its fair share – Nay, it is in fact repatriating the illegal migration of previous Melt Water.
One could in fact say that Donald J Trump has STOPPED the Pacific rising, whereas Obama had claimed that his mere election had stemmed the rising oceans. Contrary to Obama’s claim, the Pacific ocean level increased under his stewardship to the highest in 100 years, whereas under the VSG the Ocean in fact receded dramatically to a level lower than when first recorded in 1914.
Experts will soon be expressing concern at all this winning, fearing that the Pacific may indeed empty totally 😉
Donald J Trump did this without even trying …

Over at Chiefio, they’re doing the math to check out what the Warmunistas are saying about Greenland’s “oh, we’re all gonna die” ice melting (don’t mention that it freezes back up in winter…)
Ossqss says:
2 August 2019 at 4:17 pm
Ok, so I was curious.
There are 147,197,952,000 cubic feet in one cubic mile of ice. A cubic foot of ice weighs 57.2 pounds. There are about 35 cubic feet of ice needed to make 1 US ton.
Somebody check my math.
So, there are just over 4.2 billion tons of ice in a cubic mile.
So 217 billion tons of melted ice is equal to 51 cubic miles.
So, the melt referenced equals .00007% of the total ice in Greenland?
Is that right? if so, is that news worthy? I recall a year or so ago, Greenland added 500 billion tons of new ice mass.
(end excerpt from Chiefio’s blog)
And over at notrickszone, Kenneth Richard documents how sea levels were far, FAR higher thousands of years ago:
https://notrickszone.com/2019/08/01/biblical-city-ur-used-to-sit-on-the-persian-gulf-coast-6000-years-ago-today-its-ruins-sit-200-km-inland
From the article, by Kenneth Richard,

The world was much warmer and greener with meters-higher sea levels just a few thousand years ago.
Between 9000 to 6000 years ago, when global temperatures were 4-6°C warmer than they are today, the Sahara was a tree- and lake-covered haven teeming with megafauna and human civilizations (Manning and Timpson, 2014).

and, with regard to sea levels rising (not):

During this same period, the Earth’s sea levels were also multiple meters higher than they are now, as there was much less water locked up on land in the form of ice.
In the Persian Gulf region, for example, the biblically-mentioned city of Ur was once located on the sea coast.
Today, Ur’s ruins are located about 200 kilometers inland.

My favorite studies…
The Arctic was ice free and glaciers were smaller or gone during much of the Holocene up until the Little Ice Age.
Temperature and precipitation history of the Arctic

…. Solar energy reached a summer maximum (9% higher than at present) ~11 ka ago and has been decreasing since then, primarily in response to the precession of the equinoxes. The extra energy elevated early Holocene summer temperatures throughout the Arctic 1-3°C above 20th century averages, enough to completely melt many small glaciers throughout the Arctic, although the Greenland Ice Sheet was only slightly smaller than at present. Early Holocene summer sea ice limits were substantially smaller than their 20th century average, and the flow of Atlantic water into the Arctic Ocean was substantially greater. As summer solar energy decreased in the second half of the Holocene, glaciers re-established or advanced, sea ice expanded…

Ice free Arctic Ocean, an Early Holocene analogue

Abstract
Extensive systems of wave generated beach ridges along the North Greenland coasts show that these areas once saw seasonally open water. In addition to beach ridges, large amounts of striated boulders in and on the marine sediments from the same period also indicate that the ocean was open enough for ice bergs to drift along the shore and drop their loads. Presently the North Greenland coastline is permanently beleaguered by pack ice, and ice bergs are very rare and locked up in the sea ice. Predictions of the rapidly decreasing sea ice in the Arctic Ocean generally point to this area as the last to become ice free in summer. We therefore suggest that the occurrence of wave generated shores and abundant ice berg dropped boulders indicate that the Arctic Ocean was nearly free of sea ice in the summer at the time when they were formed. The beach ridges occur as isostatically raised “staircases”, and C14-dated curves for relative sea level change show that they were formed in the Early Holocene. A large set of samples of molluscs from beach ridges and marine sediments were collected in the summer of 2007, and are presently being dated to give a precise dating of the ice free interval. Preliminary results indicate that it fell within the interval from c. 8.5 to c. 6 ka – being progressively shorter from south to north. We therefore conclude that for a period in the Early Holocene, probably for a millenium or more, the Arctic Ocean was free of sea ice at least for shorter periods in the summer….

A new approach for reconstructing glacier variability based on lake sediments recording input from more than one glacier

…. A multi-proxy numerical analysis demonstrates that it is possible to distinguish a glacier component in the ~ 8000-yr-long record, based on distinct changes in grain size, geochemistry, and magnetic composition…. This signal is …independently tested through a mineral magnetic provenance analysis of catchment samples. Minimum glacier input is indicated between 6700–5700 cal yr BP, probably reflecting a situation when most glaciers in the catchment had melted away, whereas the highest glacier activity [growth] is observed around 600 and 200 cal yr BP. During the local Neoglacial interval (~ 4200 cal yr BP until present), five individual periods of significantly reduced glacier extent are identified at ~ 3400, 3000–2700, 2100–2000, 1700–1500, and ~ 900 cal yr BP….

Wanted to share how the unhinged Left get started. I had replied to a reply on an Unseen tweet, re: “Claude” blaming POTUS for difficulty getting healthcare, and keeping people out of the hospital.
1) My tweet, giving him information. 2) His responses to me…

I find it interesting that he feels he should have only had to pay $270.00 for a million dollar healthcare bill.

I absolutely agree that we should be able to have catastrophic health insurance, and no “surprise” bills… But it’s been known for decades that government involved anything horribly escalates the costs. Worse, Medicare/Medicaid – huge numbers of doctors do not take those insurances – and who has Medicare? Age 65 and older – where people are forced, yes, dictated to by the STATE, to go onto government insurance (unless still working, then can get private insurance). Insurance companies were delighted to dump the older folks – bigger costs involved.
I’d much rather pay more for private insurance, than to deal with being 2nd and 3rd class citizens under the umbrella of the not so benevolent STATE national, socialist healthcare. We already have large swaths of the population on Medicare, and good luck being new to finding a GOOD doctor willing to take new patients.
I live in a heavy military retirement area, filled with retirees, and for more than 25 years we’ve see this going on, even long before the ACA – which absolutely destroyed everyone’s private plan, and made inroads on Medicare. It’s the dirty, rotten secret the Democrats don’t have to tell you because the politicians get whatever they need and want – the peons are enslaved to their policies. So, if the STATE can force doctors into giving services – enslavement – to the populace this isn’t going to end well for 90+% of the people.
BTW, both my husband and I go to a concierge doctor. Yes, we pay for Medicare, have Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and now pay $100 a month/each for ACCESS to a damn physician who cares. (Sorry, that guy upset me with his miserable tweets).

1994 – Patrick Purdy shooting gave us the Assault Weapons Ban
2008 – Seung-Hui Cho shooting gave us NICS Improvement Act
2018 – Nickolas Cruz shooting gives us Bans on Bump Stocks?
51 YEARS and 22,500 gun laws and never once did they prevent the next shooting.

El Paso: The Real Root Causes of Mass Shootings
By Selwyn Duke
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2019/08/el_paso_the_real_root_causes_of_mass_shootings.html

In the El Paso shooting’s wake, evident is the same wash-rinse-repeat pattern. There are the inevitable calls for gun control by demagogues concerned only about people control, those who put the onus on whites when most mass shooters are non-white, and propagandists who blame the “Right” when most violence originates with the “Left.” It’s quite tiresome, really. In truth, the main underlying cause of increased mass-murder events — and so much evil in general — is a severe philosophical/spiritual malaise besetting our nation.
Were gun control the remedy here, mass shootings would be rare. Not only were there fewer firearm laws many decades ago, but in 1940s and ‘50s New York City, boys would often take guns on the subway because they had rifle clubs at school. So is access to firearms really the problem’s root cause?
As for the El Paso shooter’s motivation — our immigrationism combined with left-wing environmental concerns — there are people who will do evil in a cause’s name regardless of its nobility or ignobility. The real question here is, boiled down: Why are we seeing so much more evil in America now than in bygone days?
Many people find it ironic that the El Paso shooter’s father is a mental-health therapist. I find it unsurprising. I used to work with children, and “social scientists” often had horribly behaved kids (in fact, a psychologist’s young son was involved in the theft of $300 at the business where I worked).
These anecdotes absolutely relate to a much wider phenomenon. Psychologists have done much to shape modern parenting habits — and thinking in general — in today’s society, and, of course, they tend to epitomize what they peddle.

BAM

Anecdotal supportive comment – There was a girl in my high school class who had drug / run away problems. I didn’t know her, but remember her arriving at school one morning, stumbling off the bus , being supported, physically, by some other girls. I was told her father was a psychiatrist, and the only way they could keep her at home was to have no rules. I thought even back then, that she’d probably never had rules.

Saved for God’s Glory
AUGUST 05, 2019
Ephesians 1:5-6
5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.
Salvation is an amazing gift from our heavenly Father, and since we are the recipients, it might appear that we’re the primary reason He sent His Son to save us. After all, He loved us so much He didn’t want us to perish. And though this is certainly true, the greater reality is that He saved us for “the praise of the glory of His grace” (Eph. 1:6).
When sinners are saved, God’s glory and grace are displayed. The salvation that He offers …
Highlights His generosity (v. 3). God not only gave His Son as a sacrifice for our sins, but He has also blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heaven.
Reveals the Father’s mercy (v. 4). He took the initiative in salvation by choosing us “before the foundation of the world.” His mercy toward us reaches from eternity past to eternity future.
Emphasizes His holiness (v. 4). Because God is holy, His goal is to make us holy and blameless so we can dwell with Him forever. This process of transformation begins at our conversion and will be completed at our resurrection.
Shows divine love (vv. 4-5). To rescue us from condemnation would have been enough, but in love our heavenly Father chose to adopt us and make us part of His family.
Displays God’s kindness (v. 5). He saved us “according to the kind intention of His will” and not because of any worthiness or good behavior on our part.
Our greatest human need is to know and love the God who saved us. And through salvation, we come to experience His glorious grace.

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus: 2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Redemption in Christ
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

FEC Investigating Saikat Chakrabarti, AOC’s Ex-Chief Of Staff Per NLPC Filed Complaint In March
by Jeff Dunetz | Aug 4, 2019 | Crime/Corruption
https://lidblog.com/saikat-chakrabarti/

In March 2019 we reported that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti ran $1M slush fund by diverting campaign cash to his own companies. Almost five months later, he suddenly resigned and the news broke that the feds are looking into possible campaign finance misdeeds related to that March report.
Chakrabarti reportedly funneled more than $1 million in political donations from two political action committees he founded into two of his own private companies in a scheme to divert campaign money so it won’t have to be reported. A complaint about the diversion scheme was by the National Legal and Policy Center, They contended the transfers violated the law because PACs must disclose what those funds were used for – such as advertisements, payments to vendors and donations to candidates. The private companies Chakrabarti moved the money to are not subject to those requirements]

Two political action committees founded by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s top aide funneled over $1 million in political donations into two of his own private companies, according to a complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission on Monday.
The cash transfers from the PACs — overseen by Saikat Chakrabarti, the freshman socialist Democrat’s chief of staff — run counter to her pledges to increase transparency and reduce the influence of “dark money” in politics.
Chakrabarti’s companies appear to have been set up for the sole purpose of obscuring how the political donations were used.
The arrangement skirted reporting requirements and may have violated the $5,000 limit on contributions from federal PACs to candidates, according to the complaint filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group.
Campaign finance attorneys described the arrangement as “really weird” and an indication “there’s something amiss.” They said there was no way of telling where the political donations went — meaning they could have been pocketed or used by the company to pay for off-the-books campaign operations.

According to Tom Anderson, director of NLPC’s Government Integrity Project, “These are not minor or technical violations. We are talking about real money here. In all my years of studying FEC reports, I’ve never seen a more ambitious operation to circumvent reporting requirements. Representative Ocasio-Cortez has been quite vocal in condemning so-called dark money, but her own campaign went to great lengths to avoid the sunlight of disclosure.”
According to the NY Post, the NLPC’s has led to a result:

In March, when the FEC complaints were filed, a lawyer for the PACs, the LLCs and the Ocasio-Cortez campaign told the Washington Post that the arrangement “fully complied with the law and the highest ethical standards” and that Chakrabarti never profited from any of the political entities he formed.
They may also have violated the $5,000 limit on contributions from federal PACs to candidates, according to the complaint. It is not known if any of that money flowed to Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign.
Federal authorities are looking at new salary rules imposed by Ocasio-Cortez when she took office earlier this year, and whether they were put in place to let Chakrabarti dodge public financial-disclosure rules, according to sources.
Although Ocasio-Cortez raised the salaries of junior staffers in her office to just over $52,000 a year, Chakrabarti took a massive pay cut. The Harvard graduate and tech millionaire agreed to an annual salary of $80,000 — far less than the $146,830 average pay for his position.
Because his salary was less than $126,000, congressional rules exempted the chief of staff from having to disclose his outside income.

Is this investigation the reason Saikat Chakrabarti suddenly resigned on Friday?
Chakrabarti hasn’t made himself popular with his fellow Democrats thanks to his attacks on Nancy Pelosi

It may be strange that after five months, the FEC is finally investigating Saikat Chakrabarti. One theory is that Nancy Pelosi may be behind the FEC, finally launching an investigation. Perhaps getting rid of Chakrabarti is her way of controlling AOC.

GA/FL

Well, you know damn good and well Chakrabarti didn’t squirrel the funds away without AOC and his boss – the Justice Democrat kingpin – knowing and approving….maybe even directing him to do so!
All three are guilty!

Pres. Trump;’s solutions:
1. Early warning signs to detect mass shooters before they strike
2. Stop the glorification of violence in our society – video games, youth surrounding themselves with culture of violence
3. Reform mental health laws to better identify those likely to commit violence
4. Make sure that those judged to pose a great risk to public safety do not have firearms. Red flag laws. Directed the DOJ to pursue death penalty, quickly and decisively.

Red Flag Laws cannot be enacted!!!
eventually, imo, they will be used to reward tattlers…a very Chicom tactic.

A Fortiori

This is one of my major concerns with red flag laws. Think about how many of our relationships have been damaged because the left is encouraging people to inject politics into every corner of our lives. Simplified gun confiscation is yet another step that will make living together in peace with our fellow citizens more difficult. And, it will impel behavioral norms that will enable the advancement of communism in our country.
My other concern is that I continue to believe we should not deny a citizen any of their constitutional rights without due process. And I mean a robust adversarial process similar to that associated with being accused of a crime.
The only exception we in the US have embraced that seems workable is involuntary commitments of mentally ill people. If a person is so mentally unstable that they should not own a firearm, why just take away their guns? Why should potentially violent, mentally ill individuals not be institutionalized?

It is remarkable how much damage Rand Paul sustained in this attack, particularly in light of how it was downplayed in the news.

Deplorable Patriot

I’m surprised they waited that long to take out that part of the lung. I mean a blood clot there….

Gail Combs

The Doctors may have been trying non-invasive solutions.
Hubby had blood clots in his legs. He was treated with Xarelto for two weeks (VERY expensive new medication) and then with Warfarin for several more weeks.
The major concern is IS THE CLOT MOVING! If they detected movement of the clot and it was not resolving they would have to go in and remove it surgically.
(That is a simplified guess)

gil00

Well he can go after all the socials and declare antifa a terrorist organization. Violence in film and video games should be reduced as he said.

gil00

Now involuntary admit for mental health again, beyond a 51/50 and if it exists a 52/50. Its necessary.

Deplorable Patriot

That will solve a lot of issues. It will be expensive, but will take care of people more effectively than government hired social workers will do with them.

gil00

Just the identification and proper thorough triage alone is gold. Not to mention the clean up of the streets while they are being cleaned up mentally and physically.

Deplorable Patriot

The biggest thing I worry about is the people getting released for any number of reasons and then refusing to take medication. I know two people who have done that, and both have cause the breakup of families.

gil00

Thats always been the case though. If they change the laws, there must be accountability written in to the law if people are released. It cannot be like parole boards who release criminals or counties releasing ice detainees that immediately commit more crimes.
They have to have a simple but complete checklist prior to release and if not done, fines and liability on facility and doctor who signs off.

NebraskaFilly

Quite common with those who are bi-polar. Huh! Just now watching Next Revolution from last night and what is Lisa Boothe talking about? The man with the bi-polar son!

Deplorable Patriot

And one person I know who won’t stay on the meds is indeed severely bi-polar.

Gudthots

Bi-polar is a medical condition that manifests as a mental condition. Sometimes the symptoms are reversed with antibiotics, so I’m suspecting brain and/or gut infections.

Deplorable Patriot

Maybe so, but when the person who has it will not take their meds, and is nuts to deal with, it’s hard on everyone around them.

Gudthots

So true. They spread their inner hell to all they touch. Very messy.

NebraskaFilly

I also had a friend in VA whose wife was bi-polar and would go off her meds periodically. She got REALLY crazy, doing things he could never have imagined her doing. Completely forgot about her 2 small children and her husband. He bailed her out of jail a number of times before finally giving up.

For anyone concerned about the Texas GOPe creeps announcing they are leaving Congress, two things:
1) Dems are trying to CREATE THE NARRATIVE that Texas is turning blue. That’s BS but dims will say anything so….
2) We aren’t losing anything by these 4 stepping down, as can be seen below. In fact, it offers us the chance to get REAL conservatives into place.

LM

All weekend I have been steaming over the bias in what is known as news in this country.
Firwt of all, President Trump and his supporters are not “White Nationalists” and any suggestion that they are is libelous.
President Trump and his supporters are the salt of the earth, big hearted people who welcome those of any nationality and color into our movement and celebrate them as “one of us”.
What unites us is devotion to God, devotion to the truth, respect and desire for a return to the constitutional rule of law, desire for a lawful system of immigration which protects Americans and immigrants who seek lawful entry into the country, equal access to opportunities, preservation of our freedoms, and the right to defend ourselves.
This is not Hate. Hate is the constant sliming of the President and his supporters and the censorship which does not allow us a platform of any sort to defend ourselves or define who we are.
Hate goes along with lies. Lying is what they use to defend the indefensible and to blind the public so that they can continue their privileged reign of control and access to the people’s wealth to obtain all the things that money can buy.
A huge red flag has been raised for me in that I can find little to no research into the background of the El Paso killer.
For example, what were the political leanings of his parents? What was the reality of his political support? What groups or organizations did he belong to? What, if any, religion was he a part of? What were his school records, friends, and on line activities like? Did he even write or publish the “manifesto”?
Was his political affiliation and social history tampered with either by himself or others in order to target us?
Lies and slander do a lot of harm, especially if they are left unchallenged.

thetinfoilhatsociety

They are white nationalists though. They’re white and they’re nationalists. Don’t let the left take a perfectly good couple of words and turn them into a nasty name! I’m a white nationalist too. I’m white and I’m a nationalist. Meh. Sticks and stones man….sticks and stones.

The link tells the story of the WW2 commander who replied “nuts” to the Germany army when the Germans sent a communication to the US army to surrender.
When Harper arrived at the Headquarters, he was asked to wait outside of the closed door to McAulliffe’s quarters. Inside, in the presence of his staff, McAulliffe wondered aloud, “Well, I don’t know what to tell them.” At that point, Kinnard said, “What you said initially would be hard to beat.” McAulliffe asked “What do you mean?” Kinnard, said, “Sir, you said nuts.” All members of the staff enthusiastically agreed, so McAulliffe wrote it down on a message pad and said, “Have it typed up.”
The reply was typed up, centered on a full sheet of paper. It read:

Neighborhoods Installing License Plate Reading Camscomment image
“Move over video doorbells – neighborhoods are now turning license plate reading cameras in an effort to fight crime.
Video doorbells and security cameras are becoming more and more popular, but some neighborhoods are stepping up security with special cameras that track every license plate going in or out of their streets.
We visited a Los Angeles area neighborhood that has installed the cameras at the entrance and exit to their street.
“In the last few years, car break-ins, some vandalism and a couple of burglaries,” said Robert Shontell, resident and part of the neighborhood watch.
He showed us their two setups, which consist of a camera, a solar panel and a cellular modem.
The cameras, sold by a company called Flock Safety, track every license plate that drives through the street.
“Imagine if a detective was standing on the street corner, that’s how the camera works,” said Garrett Langley, founder and CEO of Flock Safety. He spoke with us via Skype from Atlanta.
Footage from the cameras is sent to the cloud in real-time, it can then be easily searched online.
“A person like myself yourself can go in and say ‘I’m looking for red trucks that don’t live here that left the neighborhood between 2 PM and 4 PM yesterday’ … Go!” explained Langley. “Almost on the hour, we have a police department that’s using our technology to make an arrest.”
The cameras are installed on private property but capture public streets. Residents cover the costs of installation and maintenance, which runs between $15 and $25 per year on average for each homeowner in the neighborhood using them.
Flock says residents can opt of having their cars logged, the homeowners own the footage and it’s removed from the cloud after 30 days for privacy.
“I think it works really well, but it’s not an end-all to everything. I think it’s part of a system that you need to develop for your community,” concluded Shontell.”

A Fortiori

It is well past time for us to consider the extent to which we have a right in information that can be used to identify us individually.
Does anyone who feels like it really have the right to track my car when I am driving? What about when I am working in my garden; am I free game because I am outside? Is it really public information what time, where and how often I go to church? Or how often I visit my mom? What about trips to my doctor?
Does our right to privacy diminish as technology enables more intrusive snooping into our lives? Should we just expect that 1984 has arrived, and that all our movements will be recorded and saved for future reference?

Gail Combs

“… What about when I am working in my garden; am I free game because I am outside? ….”
Yes you are free ‘game’ Monsanto and the Supreme Court ‘solve’ that issue. GRRRRrrrrrr
Open-fields doctrine see WIKI

The open fields doctrine was first articulated by the U.S. Supreme Court in Hester v. United States,[3] which stated that “the special protection accorded by the Fourth Amendment to the people in their ‘persons, houses, papers, and effects,’ is not extended to the open fields.”[4] This opinion appears to be decided on the basis that “open fields are not a “constitutionally protected area” because they cannot be construed as “persons, houses, papers, [or] effects.”
This method of reasoning gave way with the arrival of the landmark case Katz v. U.S.,[5] which established a two-part test for what constitutes a search within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment. The relevant criteria are “first that a person have exhibited an actual (subjective) expectation of privacy and, second, that the expectation be one that society is prepared to recognize as reasonable’.”[6] Under this new analysis of the Fourth Amendment, a search of an object or area where a person has no reasonable expectation of privacy is, in a legal sense, not a search at all. That search, therefore, does not trigger the protections of the Fourth Amendment….
Courts have continuously held that entry into an open field—whether trespass or not—is not a search within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment. No matter what steps a person takes, he or she cannot create a reasonable privacy expectation in an open field, because it is an area incapable of supporting an expectation of privacy as a matter of constitutional law. In situations where the police allege that what was searched was an open field, this has the practical effect of shifting the argument from whether any given expectation of privacy is reasonable, to whether the given place is actually an open field or some other type of area like curtilage. This is because a person can have a reasonable expectation of privacy in areas classed as such….

Monsanto’s use of the Open-fields doctrine to TRESPASS on farmers land to collect samples…

“As interviews and reams of court documents reveal, Monsanto relies on a shadowy army of private investigators and agents in the American heartland to strike fear into farm country. They fan out into fields and farm towns, where they secretly videotape and photograph farmers, store owners, and co-ops; infiltrate community meetings; and gather information from informants about farming activities. Farmers say that some Monsanto agents pretend to be surveyors. Others confront farmers on their land and try to pressure them to sign papers giving Monsanto access to their private records. Farmers call them the ‘seed police’ and use words such as ‘Gestapo’ and ‘Mafia’ to describe their tactics” Monsanto’s Harvest of Fear.
Monsanto has sued many a farmer when their GM crops have turned up on the farmer’s fields even though the farmers say they never planted them (examples [1] [2]). Farmers who get into the Roundup-Ready (RR) System lose their independence, and are obliged to sign a lengthy and restrictive agreement. [3]. What’s more Monsanto contracts out to private investigation firms like Pinkerton, to regularly check up on their farmers (and independent, non-GM farmers as well), taking samples unannounced from their fields to make sure they are not in violation [4] [5]. It also maintains a hotline so farmers can turn in their neighbors for suspected violations.
According to Monsanto vs. U.S. Farmers Monsanto pursues hundreds of new investigative leads a year, 600 in 2003 for example, aimed at farmers.
“The odds are clearly stacked against the farmer: Monsanto has an annual budget of $10 million dollars and a staff of 75 devoted solely to investigating and prosecuting farmers. The largest recorded judgment made thus far in favor of Monsanto as a result of a farmer lawsuit is $3,052,800.00. Total recorded judgments granted to Monsanto for lawsuits amount to $15,253,602.82. Farmers have paid a mean of $412,259.54 for cases with recorded judgments”….

A Fortiori

You study the constitution, and think you have rights. Then you find there is some overlay, imposed by the SCt no less, as to whether “society is prepared to recognize as reasonable” my right to privacy.
I adhere to this odd notion that rights are granted by the creator, and that governments are instituted so as to protect these rights, and, in particular, to prevent people from voting to extinguish my rights. Or stated more precisely, to protect my rights from extinction when a majority of people may feel that my adherence to them is unreasonable.
Silly me.

Gail Combs

I have a major problem with ‘Hate Crimes’ because the LEFT is talking about SPEECH (by Patriots) not ACTS (by Leftists)…
In my book all violent crimes are ‘Hate Crimes’ so let’s get rid of this idiotic catagory.

During an appearance at the Muslim Advocates annual dinner on Thursday, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said since 9/11, the Justice Department had “over 1,000 investigations into acts of anti-Muslim hatred, including rhetoric and bigoted actions,” and more than 45 prosecutions as a result….
https://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/melanie-hunter/lynch-over-1000-investigations-acts-anti-muslim-hatred-and-over-45

WHY are ONLY MUSLIM hate crimes investigated? What about Jews? What about Christians? Hindus….

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is assuring Muslims of her support, threatening action against any “anti-Muslim rhetoric” that “edges toward violence.”
Lynch, speaking at a dinner held by the Muslim Advocates, a national legal advocacy group, announced Thursday night the Justice Department will investigate the police department in Texas that arrested a 14-year-old Muslim boy who brought a device that looked like a bomb to school. Ahmed “Clock Boy” Mohamed was never charged, but several congressmen asked Lynch for the civil-rights investigation she promised Thursday.
Her comments came just a day after the massacre in San Bernardino, California, where a Muslim man and his wife accumulated an estimated $30,000 in weapons and bombs, then launched an attack on a Christmas party for employees of the county where the man worked….

Investigate the POLICE FOR DOING THEIR JOB?? 🙄
This is the SAME Loretta Lynch that said
We Need More Blood On The Streets – YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0SFigmQK_k
So why aren’t these LEFTISTS being investigated for “anti-Muslim PATRIOT rhetoric” that “edges toward violence.” HMMMmmmm???
Substitute Obama for any of the crap that has been aimed at President Trump….
Substitute Muslimfor any of the crap that has been aimed at Deplorables…..

“Those judged to be hateful…must have their firearms taken”
I hate communists.
Does that mean I should lose my 2nd amendment rights??

LM

I have to admit, I’m a little worried about “who might be the judge” and also the part about social media companies developing “screening methods” to detect mass shooters.
Really?
The same social media companies who welcome jihadists and ban conservatives?
Hopefully the President, Congressmen like Matt Gaetz and others, and the Q team will look out for us in all of this and already foresee the same sort of difficulties that I do.

ForGodandCountry

You have ample reason to be MORE than a little worried. These statements made by POTUS are quite alarming.

LM

I have had s little time to think.
His saying these things takes some of the spin away from the left and puts the responsibility for implementation in the hands of legislators (how quickly do you think they will act?). This hopefully gives time in the process for a thorough examination of all of the issues and enables a national discussion.
Hopefully, our side will seize this opportunity and make the most of it allowing a full airing of the truth.
While we are doing this, I would also like to see full disclosure of the effectiveness of our mental health system and a look into children’s programming as well as societal influences and their ties to violence. For instance, is Antifa violent and what influence would steer a young person into it? How many people are part of Antifa as opposed to KKK and what is the true history of their violent acts in recent years? Is the KKK Republican or Democrat?
To have a national discussion would have to mean that conservative voices must be heard and their views considered or the results would be catastrophic.
And the fallacy that social media can monitor and screen out violence would have to be point d out. Ee have silencing and censoring of one side only going on in social media and look what has happened with these 2 mass shootings alone. Clearly, their monitoring and censorship has been ineffectual if not enabling.

Coldeadhands

Good point on Potus taking talking points from the Progs and putting the focus on feckless legislators. Good stuff.

On October 1, 2017 there was the Las Vegas shooting… With the Al Waleed owned top floors a few stair flights above Paddock’s rooms.
On 4 November 2017 the Saudis arrested Al Waleed and many other Princes and businessmen for corruption.
I very much doubt that President Trump has not had a very carefully crafted plan in place for dealing with the inevitable Leftist False Flag and the ensuing hysteria about gun control on the left.

ForGodandCountry

And who gets to judge who is hateful or mentally ill? The leftist MSM?

gil00

Here is your roadmap. Expect Newsom to go even further now.
“California
In California, Assembly Bill 1968 mandates a lifetime ban on the ownership of firearms for individuals if they were involuntarily admitted to a mental health facility more than once within a one-year period because they were deemed a danger to themselves or others. The individual could appeal the ban every five years. The bill becomes operative at the end of 2019.
At the same time, California Assembly Bill 3129 puts a lifetime ban on gun ownership or possession for individuals convicted on or after Jan. 1, 2019, of a misdemeanor domestic violence offense or for battery on a spouse, cohabitant or person the defendant currently or previously dated or engaged in a relationship. Current state law requires a 10-year ban on possessing a firearm or ammunition for those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
“A big trend you’re seeing now isn’t just getting laws on the books, but ensuring that there is funding attached to actually be able to implement the law,” said Kyleanne Hunter, vice president of programs at the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, an advocacy group based in Washington, D.C. She said a case in point is California’s laws involving gun violence restraining orders.
Hunter said she expects more gun legislation to be proposed at a federal level in 2019 since there will be “a pro-gun violence prevention Congress. You’ll see early on an introduction of a background check bill that will close the loopholes and hopefully expand the definition of prohibited purchases to include” abusers who victimize nonspouse partners.
Gun taxes
California already is known for having one of the toughest sets of gun laws in the nation. On the first day to introduce bills for the 2019-20 legislative session, Assembly Bill 18 was proposed to place a new excise tax on gun sales and use the money to fund violence intervention and prevention activities.
Gov.-elect Gavin Newsom, a Democrat who takes office Jan. 7, vowed last month to “raise the bar” on California’s gun control laws after the Nov. 7 mass shooting at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks in which 12 people were killed and the suspect also died. Newsom also has said he will take a second look at some bills that current Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed.
In September, Brown vetoed Assembly Bill 2888, a bill that would have expanded the list of people who can get a gun violence restraining order to co-workers and employers as well as teachers.
“We have no doubt that the anti-gun governor, Gavin Newsom, will aggressively pursue legislation to further infringe upon the Second Amendment rights of law abiding citizens in the state of California,” said Larry Keane, senior vice president and general counsel of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, a pro-gun lobbying group based in Connecticut.
Keane contends that anti-gun legislation from California have not reduced crime in the Golden State. The Brady group countersthat the state’s gun laws save lives.”

DOH!! Even POTUS misspoke on the OH city, but Joe wasnt mentioned in the lefty criticism.
“When former Vice President Joe Biden commented Sunday night on the weekend’s mass-shootings that killed 29 people, he misstated where in the United States they had taken place.
Biden, 76, referred to the rifle massacres as ‘the tragic events in Houston today and also in Michigan the day before.’ The carnage unfolded Saturday in El Paso, Texas and in the early hours of Sunday morning in Dayton, Ohio.
The Democratic presidential front-runner was speaking to a group of about 75 donors at a high-dollar fundraiser in San Diego.
Sunday night’s event took place at the home of businessman Mark Arabo, an advocate for persecuted Iraqi Christians.”

During his speech, POTUS said Toledo instead of Dayton and didn’t catch it in time. You could tell by the look on his face that he knew it was wrong, but he chose to keep going and not make a big deal over it. I think the blackhats intentionally sabotaged his TelePrompter in order to make Creepy Joe not look so bad. There’s no way Stephen Miller made that kind of mistake. Heads should roll over that crap.

thetinfoilhatsociety

Then he should quit using a damned teleprompter and go back to paper speeches like he used to do.

Sure, paper will fix it, that should stop that Blackhat Typist!!😂😂😂

thetinfoilhatsociety

It would, actually, because when you are looking at a teleprompter the flickering puts you into a light alpha state. So you mindlessly speak what it says, as it rolls and reinforces that trance. That does not happen with paper. Any mistake on paper you see and your mind will have time to process. Unless you’re an idiot which we know Trump is not. Haven’t you ever given a speech with notes typed up by someone else? I have.

DEMOCIDE – DEATH BY GOVERNMENT By Dr Rummel
An individual no matter how hard he tries can not come close to the amount of death a government can visit on its own people. Guns give people a fighting chance against government madness.
Why do the elite want to disarm the public? Because they wish to do something which they cannot do if citizens are armed. A government determined to remove a citizens right to own guns is planning to do things it citizens will violently object to.
Gun Free Zones PROMOTE MASS KILLINGS

Did you know:
Since 2009, 92% of mass shootings in America have occurred in Gun Free Zones
Why do we have gun free zones?
Because in 1990, Joe Biden introduced the Gun Free School zones act
Biden has done more to allow school shootings than the NRA or any Republican ever has

Mr. President,
The solutions to these problems are simple:
1) vote democrats OUT of office at ALL levels of gov’t…they are the ones creating the problems
2) designate ANTIFA as a terrorist organization
3) start using your office, your voice, and your twitter account to point out how the overwhelming majority of these mass shootings are committed by LEFTISTS

Almost one year after he was fired from his top post at FBI, Peter Strzok is back in the building and the FBI’s good graces.
“Strzok is in the (HQ) building all the time,” one FBI insider revealed. “He is taking meetings or part of meetings.”
What?
FBI sources confirm Strzok has been granted access to FBI facilities in Washington, D.C. and its headquarters building on numerous occasions since he was sacked in August 2018.
Strzok has also not been stripped of his security clearances, an FBI insider said.
“He (Strzok) is getting in with a visitor’s badge and is involved in meetings,” one FBI insider said. “Maybe they are all trying to get their story straight before things go public.”
Such “things” include declassification of the FISA warrant the FBI used to spy on the campaign of Donald Trump. One of the warrants is scheduled to be declassified and released this summer, however FBI Director Christopher Wray is trying to delay its release, sources said.
At all costs.
While Americans were under the impression that Strzok was a disavowed FBI insider, that is not the case. Even top FBI officials are wondering how and why Strzok has been allowed to come back into FBI headquarters.
Likewise, FBI sources said when Strzok is not at the Hoover building he has been holding meetings with high-level DOJ brass at a location across the street from the Buerau’s Pennsylvania Avenue base.
But why? Wray is not saying.
The FBI fired Strzok, who helped lead the bureau’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election until officials discovered that he had been sending anti-Trump texts.

That right there is demonic. We need some Holy water, Crosses, Wooden stakes, etc…

TheseTruths

I wonder if it could have something to do with the ongoing investigations. Could it be a situation where it’s easier (or more effective under some rule) to get his testimony if he is still involved with the FBI? Maybe a naive point of view; I don’t know.

mollypitcher5

Until we see somebody, anybody..being locked up for high crimes or low crimes..I’m going to stop feeding my fantasy.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Sounds to me like they need his testimony to get Comey, Lynch and Obama.

GA/FL

Sounds like the love birds are singing a duet.

ladypenquin

It’s possible. Lisa Page certainly seemed like the type who actually would begin to regain some common sense and realize cooperation was a reasonable thing.
Strozac disturbs me on a mental health level. His behavior, facial grimaces, etc. was bizarre in the hearings. Maybe he is singing like a bird…

GA/FL

We can be pretty darned sure the likes of Peter Strzok won’t out-smart William Barr.

ladypenquin

Strozac is the kind of person one feels like they need a shower once they’ve had to be around him. Never could see what Lisa Page saw in him – I think POTUS feels the same way.
Speaking of POTUS, Strozac would have to be in the FBI building, and this needs to be confirmed… only in a cooperating capacity. POTUS wouldn’t stand for the guy to be hired back. The storyline doesn’t make it clear, but if he is working as an FBI employee – well, that’s a non-starter, and POTUS would make sure Barr did something about it.

kalbokalbs

I would hope Strzok is being interviewed regarding various crimes.
I do hope he is not a contractor, working for the FBI.
Would not surprise me.

ladypenquin

Regarding the Strozac story, I’ve only seen one source, (TruPundit?) nothing to really back up the truth, therefore not sure I’m buying the picture described.

Big T

If Paige is chirping, then most certainly Strzok is as well, at the very least on a self-defense basis as she knows everything and there is no husband-wife privilege to prevent her from recounting every second of pillow talk. I am curious about Strzok’s spouse here. I wonder what her role in all this is. Just ruminating.

Deplorable Patriot

I don’t think there was an actual affair. A romance, maybe, but if there was an actual affair at least one marriage would have broken up. Neither did.

Big T

I didn’t realize until now she was married. Currently available research suggests they are separated. His name is Joseph Burrow.
As for the “mock affair” idea, we here have batted that around at length. Up to this point the text messages do not reveal anything beyond co-conspirators. Of course, there are so many we haven’t seen but the complete lack of circumstantial confirmation strongly suggests the “affair” is more likely “shiny object” psy-op stuff.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

BOOM. Bet you’re right. In fact, I’m sure of it. That theme has NOT petered out, no pun intended.
Now – there is a complication. Gina Haspel and .mil BOTH likely had to intervene, if I’m right. It may be that some of these meetings involve “significant debriefings” which would be highly classified. Strzok was also involved in the Iran deal. So he ties together many cans of worms.
And then it gets worse.
I’m almost POSITIVE that Strzok was some kind of MK asset, and that is why he was RE-USED so often by CLUB OBAMA. Very likely CIA – more likely KGB-CIA.
On the surface, he’s just following FBI orders. Down underneath, he’s working toward a plan of Trump elimination and protection of the Iran plan, which he ALSO worked on. The whole thing is utterly deniable.
[quick aside – now we can see why likely CIA asset Monica McLean was “practicing” with likely CIA asset Two-Door Ford – verification that she would pass any FBI questions designed to spot infiltrators from CIA.]
I don’t know if Lisa Page was also some kind of layered asset working for somebody, but it would not surprise me. “Fighting fire with fire” works in all kinds of situations, and MK assets are often thrown together and against each other for all kinds of reasons. Was she watching him for somebody? I have often gotten the impression she was.
If Wray has awareness on the complexity of the situation, he has to understand that it’s a minefield. If he DOESN’T have awareness, it will appear to him as an even bigger minefield full of unknowns.
SO – add that level of complication. Or not. But I am SURE that it’s there in Strzok’s case. That guy is some kind of MK for sure, IMO.

GA/FL

You can be sure PDJT, Ezra K-W, Mikes Rogers and Flynn know exactly what Strzok was up to.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

para59r

One would hope so, though it could be the FBI wants to get their story and his straight. Likely a combination of the two. Whatever, it does little to improve trust in the FBI.

A Fortiori

Just a comment on the way this is presented. A fired FBI employee would not be precluded from entering the building as a visitor, unless and until they were convicted of a crime. They might, by way of example, be doing something as mundane as getting cash at the credit union, or meeting with someone in HR about any monies they have in their retirement plan.
The comment on informal meetings with high level officials at nearby locations is more problematic. There are far fewer innocent explanations for that.

kalbokalbs

May be innocent. Short of being interviewed regarding crimes he committed or is aware of, he should not be in the FBI building. Legal or not.
Me guessing FBI retirement crap is rum by OPM. Credit union, hell they are everywhere and ATMs are generally interchangeable. All possible.
Wherever Strzok goes, it is suspect by me.

Exactly. We are the majority, and growing all the time. We are having to fight social media, mainstream media, the entire Dem machine, globalists, Communists, and others who want to take down America. A big part of the battle is keeping our spirits up. WIthout a confident, positive leader like Pres. Trump, it would not happen. Even with him in office, people doubt and get discouraged. Q helps a lot. Yes, those Fake News outlets have constantly and wrongly accused President Trump of racism for trying to control our southern border. When people hear that garbage often enough, they begin to think a certain race of people are responsible for all the ills in our country.
So in that respect, MSM is to blame for the racial divisions in the U.S. All those lies add up over time and someone who is already mentally disturbed may take them to heart and act out in a very bad way. I strongly suspect that’s what happened with the El Paso killer.

kalbokalbs

100% Free Speech is on the chopping block with the Second Amendment!

bakocarl

There were certainly problems with the ways things were done in the past, but there are many, in my opinion, very unhealthy general trends of the past few decades and continuing that will make societal change toward liberty and justice extremely difficult.
From: Self-sacrifice for the good of society, altruism, agape love
To: The ME generations, what’s in it for me?, I gotta be me, self-importance, I did it my way, rampant egoism
From: hard work, responsibility, familial standards and discipline, working as a team, respect for authority, knowledge, women and age
To: constant entertainment, near total freedom, social media obsessed entire families, disdain for age and knowledge, suspicion of all authority, the end justifies the means
From: Schools that taught solid basics, fact based, excellence encouraged and rewarded, acceptable behavior enforced by authority, discipline and punishment
To: Schools that teach to an agenda, tailored facts and history, everyone’s special, participation trophies, behavioral issues treated by ineffective counseling and widespread use of drugs
From: Individual strength of character, urge to earn your way to accomplishment, become self-sufficient, sports games and healthful club participation
To: Snowflake mentality, must not offend, reliance on social media friends and influences, desire for free stuff, sponge off folks, avoidance and distrust of inconvenient facts, intolerance for opposing viewpoints, prevalence of violent video games that reward violence and death
Not a comprehensive list . . . much, much more could be added . . . government, news media, acceptability of anarchy, racial preferences, and yet more.

Deplorable Patriot

The desire for free stuff didn’t start with just the me generation. It’s built into being human. BOGO (buy one, get one) has been a marketing tool for decades. And for some things it’s a major loss leader for retailers.
This one is a little personal for me as I have a number of novels self-published. Most of them comprise a series. The first one is free to get people hooked. Maybe one in 15 or 20 actually buy the second – and none of my books are priced so high that the bank is going to break.

molly, another thing that many do not know:
Many of these National gun clubs are sponsored by NRA.
In each such club, members are REQUIRED to have CCLs, and ONLY members can purchase firearms ay their Shows: NO LOOPHOLE.
this is terrific for if you have a CCL. you can go to a show (all vendors have FFLs). and buy whatever you wish.
BUT NO ONE w/o a CCL (no background check) is allowed to purchase.
This is one reason why so many resist the whole loophole thingy: no distinction is ever made between NRA sponsored clubs and fly-by-night touring sales.

andyocoregon

I’ll bet several of them every year have received a very enlightened concept of guns the moment a crook points a loaded gun at them and demands their valuables. It’s enough to make one stop and think.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

It is more fundamental than having no concept of weapons. They have no concept of tools.
If often ask people who rail in favor of gun control how many hammers they own. The answer generally is they have one to hang up pictures. I have twenty (maybe more).
If you don’t know anything about working with tools, what makes you think you are qualified to dictate to others the tools they can and cannot use to do work?

daughnworks247

Good point.
I don’t have enough fingers and toes to count how many hammers there are here.

Cuppa Covfefe

Speaking of hammers, tools, and workshops, here’s an excerpt from “Soul Of A New Machine”,
a wonderful book that I go back to reread whenever I’m discouraged about the computer world, and whenever I need a bit of technical inspiration or humor. The book reads like an adventure novel: for those geeks among us, it will probably bring back memories of “the good old days”.
It’s a fun read; those of us who worked in the Silly Valley, Research Triangle, or the area around Boston in the late 1970s probably know, either directly or indirectly, some of the heros of this novel.
(In my case, when working some Gilbert and Sullivan shows in the SF Bay Area, I ran into the mother of Tom West’s girlfriend, who “appeared” on the scene after the timespan in this book.
Small world is the computing biz)…
From Chapter 9, “A Workshop” (http://www.ancientgeek.org.uk/ed/The_Soul_of_a_New_Machine.pdf )
Some nights he would go away from Eagle and play music with friends and acquaintances, sometimes all night long, and then, fingers raw from his guitar strings, he would drive right in to work and become once again the tough, grim-looking manager. One evening that winter I said to him that I didn’t think it was
really possible to be a businessman and a dropout all at once. West said, “But I do it.”
Ever since he had gone to work for Data General, West had been talking about quitting. Someday he’d wander off. In a sense, he already did so every day. West would drive away from Westborough—a place of sharp edges, functional, new—and twenty minutes later, he would arrive at his farmhouse.
It sat on a country lane. A wooden plaque near the front door announced that it was erected in 1780. For some years after that, the residents must have kept busy adding things on. It was a place of many nooks and crannies. An ell went off at a right angle to the main structure; to the ell was attached a barn;
and to the first barn was attached another. Behind the barns was a tall wooden silo.
West had previously owned a new and smaller house in the vicinity. When there was nothing left for him to do in the way of renovations, he had sold it and had bought the farm, with its leaking roofs and sagging, rotting barns. In several years he had almost completely restored it. He had had some tenants once, who on Sunday afternoons would set up lawn chairs outside and watch him work on the structures. West resented that invasion of his privacy, but you could understand their interest.
He was the sort of carpenter who transformed things. “Tom likes to do things ‘right’—and I mean quotes around ‘right,’ ” said his wife. The evidence lay all around. He’d rebuilt roofs and walls and jacked up sagging girders, and what he had finished had all the right touches. He’d taken a room in which no corner was square, no wall plumb, and had transformed it into an airy kitchen. The cabinets looked perfect; how patiently and carefully he must have worked to fit them to that room’s slanting walls and quirky corners. In the living room was a lovely mahogany coaching table with invisible hinges; West had built it from scratch.
His crowning domestic achievement, though, was his basement workshop.
Most of the basement’s walls were made of fieldstones, laid up dry originally, but covered now with cement in such a way that you could see the outlines of the boulders. This masonry had not been done without some communal effort apparently, for on one wall, in black paint, this question was inscribed:
What’s A Place Like This Doing To A Nice Girl Like You?
There were several chambers. In one sat most of the machines: a lathe, a shaper, a radial-arm saw, a band saw, a drill press, a sanding machine, two grinding wheels (with goggles nearby), and an old belt-driven table saw in immaculate condition. There was a spacious woodworking bench with a handsome wooden vise, and, hanging above it, wood clamps, chisels, backsaws, crosscut saws, coping saws, keyhole saws—you’d touch the edges of their blades with care.
“A window on West’s soul,” theorized an old friend of his, speaking of this basement. Need a pencil sharpener? There was one in every chamber, right where you wanted it to be. Some music? A couple of loudspeakers sat on shelves in corners of the machinery room. A phone? There it was. A chair? One for every mood. Beer? The old refrigerator in the corner of the front chamber was fully stocked.
A hammer? Practically every kind ever invented right in its place. A coat? Under the stairs on wooden pegs hung a blue denim jacket, an old slicker, a logger’s jacket, a sailor’s blue pea-coat— all somewhat worn and faded but giving off a scent like laundry on the line. On posts and basement windowsills were tacked-up aphorisms, mementos and photographs. One card read:
“The appreciation of pleasing decay is an important one because it is so often neglected.”
“It’s Easy To Do It Yourself,” said another placard.
A hand-lettered wooden sign read: GROUND BONE FOR SALE
A button reminded you that there had been a “Great Boston Kite Festival.” A small photograph showed a robed figure astride a camel in a desert.
“What’s this?” a visitor asks, and West pounces: “The first known picture of Jesus Christ,” he says.
Among miscellaneous items reposing here and there were an old brass cleat, fishing rods, a compressor, and a rusty something or other from the olden days of farming. And there was a room for metalworking, suitably equipped.
The storeroom lay off the machine shop. Along three of its walls, from the floor to the high ceiling, were shelves of glass jars, recycled coffee cans, cardboard boxes—all labeled in a firm clear hand, as follows: “Special Car Tools,” “Gravely,” “Flat Head Lifters,” “Electrical Things,” “Telephone Stuff,” “Antenna Stuff,” “Shoe Polish,” “Brushes,” “Good Brushes,” “Rockets,” and “More Rockets.” I turned and there were two tall bookcases, also stocked with jars and coffee cans, containing, with all the sizes labeled, “screws,” “washers,” “bolts,” “tacks,” “rivets,” “plugs,” “bearings,” “nails,” “springs,” and “shaker pegs.”
This was an adventurous boy’s pockets. This was a craftsman’s workshop. It would be a fine place to spend a Saturday morning. Everything was dusted, swept, sorted, labeled, hung near at hand and put away in the proper drawer.
Could this be the workshop of the man who wrote on his Magic Marker board at work, “Not Everything Worth Doing Is Worth Doing Well”?
West often talked about building the “right” machine. He meant “right” in the commercial sense, emphatically.
But one day, back near the beginning of Eagle, Rosemarie Seale had gone into West’s office and asked him, “Is it going to be a good machine?”
West said: “Yes, Rosemarie. It’s going to be good.”
(end excerpt)
( I highly recommend this book. It’s my “Go To” book for when I’m in a computing rut, or need a good laugh or a good read).

daughnworks247

Cuppa, that was delightful.
Loved it.
Yes, the coffee cans, glass jars, baby food jars with rims screwed to the underside of shelves for a convenient takeaway…… all filled with treasures.
And the pegboard. I loved the hooks and the arrangement/rearrangement of it all.
One time, I asked dad for some cedar shavings. I bought some beautifully trimmed pillowcases, had dressed them up, and wanted to fill them with cedar shavings for the closets at the B&B.
No problem for dad.
He planed down some cedar and brought me a contractor bag full. He put the bag in his back seat and drove it 350 miles to deliver it to me.
Better than a million dollars.
I miss my Daddy.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7323285/Mother-partner-face-charges-boy-four-dead-Baltimore-dumpster.html

MAGA Mom

I am feeling a bit discouraged today.
Yes, we have many wins and much progress on important issues. I am not over all down and out/depressed or doom & gloom that all is dark in the future.
However, I am discouraged on some issues: Draining the swamp and the control of the narrative.
1) Swamp – still too much control by uniparty. Mitch still not allow recess appointments by his own party’s POTUS…Ugh! No one has been brought to justice yet or even charged. Again, not doom/gloom that it will never happen but getting discouraged at the time and at the HUGE Opportunity cost that not draining the swamp, not getting control of the deep state. I know it will work out long term…but how much longer and how much have/will we loose by not being fully operational for much of President Trump’s 1st term in office? So glad he is in office and hope we maximize this opportunity.
2) And that goes into the narrative – deep state/uniparty globalist and media still control the narrative. And it is Very damaging. Both of this weekend’s murderers were leftists. One specifically supported Warren. How is this being hung on the neck of the GOP voting MAGA supporters and President Trump???!!! How are these two murderers any responsibility of the Right, much less of POTUS?
The only way they can make that connection is if it is already established that the right and POTUS are violent and racist and divisive….v. the dems who actually are the name calling, violence promoting, racial divisionists. As that is firmly established in the public narrative then they tag these guys to us/POTUS and no one in the media and not enough in leadership (very few) are fighting the Narrative, the Terms and the Labels that are given to us by the Uniparty/media!
The left is Constantly stirring up hate and division, focusing on words out of context, twisting context to fit the narrative and making up/seeing meanings that fit their narrative but meanings that don’t match the actual words said by POTUS and other conservatives.
The narrative established, the policies follow. And the narrative is blasted 24/7 by the corp media. We have to fight it!
None of the recent murderers were GOP, MAGA or Trump voters. Don’t let them win the narrative and establish “truth” that is universally accepted and make the frame work of the paradigm/fake reality in which public conversation, voting, opinion and voting occur.
It seems to be that they are winning the battle of the narrative via
1) incessant consistency across all media venues including “news” of all sorts, entertainment of all sorts, corp messaging in businesses, education at all levels, books, magazines, social media and lastly, politicians – including many of our GOP and to some extent even POTUS when they accept the terms, the parameters, the alt reality est. and only discuss within the fake paradigm.
2) conservative voice being silenced through suppression
3) conservatives willingly being silent by being absent from the public square which these days is social media, comments sections, media, peaceful political protests, etc. We must CHOOSE to speak out! Catch 22 of boycotting social media – we absence ourselves, our views, our information, our voice from the conversation giving the perception that the conservative base is smaller than it is and that the narrative of the left is “truth” since we are not there to fight against it.
This is not gun violence per se – it is mentally ill being allowed to run amok, “gun free zones” disarming law abiding citizens, and many, many on the left inciting violence including the dems and media with mislabeling those against illegal immigration – an purposeful, willful, intentional act of breaking the law – as being racists and against immigration and immigrants.
Talking points we MUST fight against and assumptions we MUST refuse to let stand as unquestionable truth are a long list but they are vital or we will be loose this political battle:
1) illegal alien = immigrant
2) against illegal immigration = anti immigrant
3) against illegal immigration = racist v. anti a specific act of law breaking by people of Any skin color/religion/ethnicity/country of origin
4) that the only mass murderers are the ones highlighted by the news and made national/international headlines. POC and Islam motivated mass murderers have killed more in the US than white young men.
5) Mental Health – institutionalize v. just “care”/visits/meds … lock them up (with due process, of course)
6) Gun Free Zones are KILLING US citizens!!!
7) most of these mass murders were leftists, Dems —>> why are we, conservatives and MAGA being blamed!?!
Biggest accepted touchstone in the narrative is that President Trump is racist and so are his supporters. MAGA hats do not = KKK hoods! Pointing out a failed Dem’s record does not = racism.
They are working hard on these narratives and are winning. Now they are using these false narratives, fake reality that they have created as the foundation to move forward in condemning free speech, taking guns, etc.
And I have not even been to any news source other than TGP, Twitchy, here and OT. Imagine how upset I would be if I didn’t have refuge and MAGA alternatives to NR, Drudge, the Dailymail and other fake conservative sources or even only had the MSM! I am concerned that the narrative seems to be in their favor. They keep telling lies big enough, loud enough and long enough that they are becoming “truths” — like charlottesville.
Sorry if this comes off as a rant. Not really meant to be a rant. meant as…here is what I am discouraged about and some of why I think it is happening and what we need to do about.
Wiser people than I comment here and lead the conversations here. Please tell me that you all think/know most MAGA voters/conservatives see through the narrative and PLEASE tell me how we fight it and win against the constant narrative by the ministry of the information that is the MSM. What do we do???
(again, not trying to be an eyore – just really, really discouraged at any accepting of the msm’s narrative/framework and terms/definitions/”truth”. We can NOT talk within their fake reality paradigm/bubble! “Punch” through that first and make them debate on our terms.

MAGA Mom

This violence is disgusting and yet it is not hung over the head of every hateful and hate spewing leftist that appears on the MSM nor is it constantly used to support the narrative that the leftists are violent – Why? Why isn’t the right holding the left accountable for its MANY acts of violence and its many violent actors?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/08/senator-rand-paul-has-part-of-his-lung-removed-due-to-damage-from-2017-assault/

kea

I know what you mean. I found myself on the weekend turning off the news and just enjoying the weather outside. I don’t know what is happening BTS and really I knew the left would push BS so why let me day be destroyed.

TheseTruths

I understand what you’re saying. It’s as if we’re surrounded, and they just keep coming.
“They are working hard on these narratives and are winning.”
This is what I honestly don’t know. It seems as if they’re winning because they are so vocal and are given public platforms. But then I look at Pres. Trump’s unlikely (miraculous, even) victory in 2016, the increasing size of his rallies, more pushback from minority community members who are making pro-MAGA videos, more conservative judges being appointed, etc. And a yuge factor is that a border wall is being built. Think about past Republican administrations. Even if they said they would build a wall, we knew they wouldn’t. It’s an incredible victory to protect the country and also to protect us from cheating at the ballot box.
I think what we’re seeing is a hornets nest being stirred up because of all these victories. They are more vocal than ever, and are pushing back harder than ever. Desperation is not helping them, though. Even some Dem candidates are saying their extreme positions are a) untenable and b) not winning people over.
The Dem field of presidential candidates is so weak that people are wishing for Michelle O or someone with 1/10th of the charisma of Pres. Trump. This is good for us.
“Please tell me that you all think/know most MAGA voters/conservatives see through the narrative”
I absolutely believe this. It is evident is some of the things I mentioned above. It is of course on display at this Tree. I see it on other sites, too. The majority of people in this country are decent, patriotic Americans who want jobs, a good economy, safety and security, and a decent society. They love their country and don’t look kindly on foreign intervention.
There will always be Leftists, of course. The other day Rush Limbaugh said that the biggest demographic that supports Dems is not minority communities but rich white liberals. We are winning over minorities, and some of them are calling out the “elites.”
It doesn’t help when predictions are made that don’t come true on time. I always give the benefit of the doubt because I know how things can change. We have a lot more than we used to. We know that Mifsud, who tried to trap Papadopoulos, was not a Russian agent. We know that Comey is probably in big trouble for leaks, etc. We just don’t have indictments or big bangs yet. I keep thinking they have to come before too long because of the upcoming elections.
Sorry to ramble on, but I just wanted to say that I hear you and also that I have hope.

MAGA Mom

I think i let their screaching get to me. The majority of Americans see through them, more than ever before. Their media dominance can be discouraging and wore on me over the last seversl days. But i have to remind myself they dont represent most of my fellow citizens.
I have never been to any of the #chans, dont even know where they are on the internet. But this weekend being an excuse to shut them down bothered me and seemed like a win for the deep state.
Better to lock up mentally ill than stop communications that affect free roaming mentally ill? The rest of us loose freedom of speech and association because mentally ill are free roaming and cant handle complete freedom of speech and associatiation, have weak moral centers, weak discernment, etc.
deinstitutionalization means the rest of us loose our freedoms v. Them loosing theirs via institutionalization seems very backwards to me!
Reminds me of when terrorists threats and Islamic extremists declaring war on the US and then following up that declaration with acts of war resulted in law abidding citizens loosing our freedoms v. only legit and likely suspects like people who have connections to those who declared war on US and committted acts of war/terrorism.

kea

You know its kind of funny (which is not really the best word but work with me here) but if they aka the MSM would not have gone after Trump so hard and so neg I think they might have gotten further along. I mean when I go shopping people are in a good mood. $ is being spent. Jobs are popping up. So I think the media fed into there own TDS.
I had a video posted a while back from the walk away movement and the person said this neg against POTUS is what made her walk away.
And really when you look at it its this small group that yells. And you kind of sit there thinking ‘why are you yelling?’ things are good. And then it dawns on you that for you its good for them its not.

TheseTruths

In my opinion, the chans will never be shut down. I have never posted there and have read only sporadically, but those are the hard-core researchers who will not be stopped.
A couple of years ago, actor Shia Labeouf kept putting up an anti-Trump flag that said “He will not divide us.” From only a photo of the flag flying in the air, the anons studied flight patterns and contrails and radar to locate the flag near Greeneville, TN. They took the flag down and hoisted a red Trump hat instead. Unstoppable!

tom f

After reading a few of your laments I can only offer the following advice:
Turn the television off.
Cut the cord.
They want us divided and unsure.

Cuppa Covfefe

Exactly. It’s starting to smell like Eeyores…
Crikey, even OT, shortly after the election in 2016, it was said that there were going to be difficult times because the Deep State (aka “The Swamp”) was so deep and long and wide (and entrenched).
Q has warned (and, believe it or not, even OT had these warnings) that false flags and the like would be coming thick and fast as the Deep State has their collective backs against the wall.
But what is happening now amongs the MAGAs?
“Oh noes, we’re all gonna die”. Chicken(shit) Litte approach.
When the going gets tough, GET TOUGHER STILL!!!
If you don’t like what your congress critters are doing, get in their faces and let them know what you think.
So what if you ruin their “vacation”. They’re busy ruining our lives.
If you really need to rail about VSGPDJT, then let him know. But don’t bitch about problems. Great managers like him KNOW there are problems. Point out a few solutions, or some good ideas. Otherwise your griping is just noise.
You say the DEMONcRATs are getting more and more and more voters???
How about doing “Community Organizing”, just like they do? Beat them at their own game.
Griping and bitching and moaning and whining never did anyone any good.
I thought all of the Eeyores were OT.
Now I’m starting to wonder.
GET A GRIP!!!

MAGA Mom

Sorry.
Please note that in the post I am asking for tips for political actions to help win – what can we DO to politically fight to win?
Some complaining in my post? absolutely.
But most of it is actually identifying problems to remedy and pointing out ways to remedy them.
I haven’t been back much today because in my spare time I have been busy posting on social media and in news comments sections spreading truth and fighting fake news.
Occasionally impatiences and disappointment happen but even in the midst we must ask why do they have any wins at all, why are they dominating the narrative and the public space and then figure out how to beat them at these political. –>>Then do it!<<—
Eyeores consistently only see the downside, rarely have positive or helpful ideas and never actual DO anything.
Sometimes we have to deal with the good and the bad aspects of reality so we can analyze, make plans going forward and then get back out there and succeed!
No – I am not down and out, just seeing reality, facing it, making a new/fine tuned political activist plan and now been out there putting the plan into action! I was just thinking it through and sharpening my talking points to counter the leftist media/low info dems.

Cuppa Covfefe

I was replying to tom f, and I agree with HIS post. And yes, the “you” is a generic you, and could well apply to a lot of whiners.
I stand by what I wrote, and if you feel that reply was intended for you, you are mistaken.

A Fortiori

We all have our bad days. But think back to the evening of Monday, November 7, 2016 and the predictions that the Hildabeast was going to be our next president. I was despondent at this thought. I had just finished rereading 1984, and wondered if I was about to become a Prole in the Hildabeast’s Oceania.
The next day, I discovered that the MSM had been lying about the election, and more importantly that there were millions and millions of my fellow citizens who would not vote for the worst human being ever to seek the office of the Presidency.
And since then, the number of people who reject what the Hildabeast was selling has grown and grown and grown. The MSM hasn’t improved much, but that just tells me other things are higher on PDJT’s to do list.
We are moving in the right direction, and gaining steam day by day.

piper567

A Fortiori, one thing I do, on a weekly basis, is check the Nielsens.
I am always surprised at how few people are actually registering in these ratings… even the “good” shows, like the occasional Tucker.
It’s rare for there to be >10-11M people watching Prime Time “news”, cable an alphabets combined on, average, in any given week.
I get a kick out of it when Yogi Bea re-runs (or The Hallmark Channel) beat out cnn or msnbc.
Makes my day!
btw, the Nielsens are posted in a L lower sidebar on https://www.whatfinger.com
highly recommended aggregate site, for those not familiar.

Cuppa Covfefe

Times were, TV news wasn’t part of the Nielsen ratings. Back then, “if it bleeds, it leads” and “good news is no news” had no place in the editorial standards. But that was back in the early 1960s, when Huntley and Brinkley were “the news”, and “Uncle Walt” was just getting started with his Mockingbird campaign.
Huntley and Brinkley gave a joint editorial the night before news started getting “rated”. They both predicted what would happen (sensationalism, good news disappears, no more evenhanded reporting, etc.) and future events bore out the truth and wisdom of their predictions/fears.
The “news” should be just reporting; no bias, no opinion, no admonitions, no gratuitous blood, guts, or (Al)gore.
Just the facts, Ma’am…

piper567

Shepard Smith is on Fox News right now blaming President Trump and lax gun laws for the murders over the weekend. Why don’t they fire that limp wrist?

bakocarl

I know “Why don’t they fire that limp wrist?” is a hypothetical question, but the answer is, of course, that the management of Fox News agrees with SS and, in fact, probably gave him the talking points for his show.

Yeah, it’s a real shame. If I wanted to hear liberal talking points, I’d switch over to Communist News Network or MSDNC.

Take a breath.
i’m laughing.
God help the country (China) who decided to play chicken with Donald Trump. China has no more aces up their sleeve and PDJT is just starting.
China is WAYyyyyyy out on a limb, here.
I’ve done biz with China since 2004 and I’ve never seen 7.05RMB = $1USD.
This is historic. AND it proves China is subsidizing the tariffs.
China also announced they will NOT buy US Agriculture. Direct war with our farmers to harm President Trump. Picking on farmers????? Is there possible a group of Americans who have MORE resolve?
Stop and think. What do you suppose the chances are…… President Trump made a phone call to Brazil today and told Bolsonaro to raise the price of soybeans?

andyocoregon

I should think when China radically devalues its own currency it would hurt their economy worse than it does ours. If Chinese consumers have to pay more for their consumables how is that good for them?
I’m no economist, but I can’t help but think the Chinese are shooting themselves in the foot.

daughnworks247

They are. You are 100% correct, Andy.

When you play “chicken” with PTrump, you lose, and for PTrump it means Winner! Winner! Chicken Dinner!

MAGA Mom

This is a fantastic example of winning and of what President Trump + his admin is capable of when he is allowed to lead, unleashed from the Deep State, MSM and Uniparty/RINOs. Even in this they are an anchor around progress and success, doing all they can to hinder success but he has more of trade negotiations under his control within the Exec branch and fewer “resisters” in this area.
Just imagine how well we would be doing in so many areas of he and his policies/the MAGA platform were fully unleashed/unhindered to succeed in all areas!

piper567

daughn, maybe somewhat of a perfect storm over there in Xiland?
Sick pigs, worms in the grain…neither fully contained, AND Hong Kong (bless their hearts)…
add to that the financials which you mention.
Leader-for-life…yeah…breezing along to world domination.
Then Trump. HA on Comrade Xi.
What surprises me isThe Market does not seem to recall the most excellent work our President did at the ASEAN Conference…it does not seem USA needs Chicoms at all.
Any insight?

kalbokalbs

Guessing.
The Market is focused globally…America secondary, if at all. Market has too much invested in China to pivot easily.
Market will be fine when they realize, tariffs are on until China tows the line with fair trade, stop stealing intellectual knowledge… AND when that day comes, easy money in China will be history.
Market really needs to invest in America and wherever “fair” trade is ongoing. China economic downward spiral has years to go, me thinks.
Good by me. Billions to our Treasury. Some of that goes to the farmers. Economy roaring.

Another media merger.
Two of the country’s largest newspaper companies have agreed to combine in the latest media deal driven by the industry’s struggles with a decline in printed editions.
GateHouse Media, a chain backed by an investment firm, is buying USA Today owner Gannett Co. for $12.06 a share in cash and stock, or about $1.4 billion. The combined company would have more than 260 daily papers in the U.S. along with more than 300 weeklies. It would be the largest U.S. newspaper company by far, with a print circulation of 8.7 million, 7 million more than the new No. 2, McClatchy, according to media expert Ken Doctor.
The companies said Monday that the deal will result in up to $300 million in annual cost savings and help speed up a digital transformation.

Cuppa Covfefe

Whatever happened to the Anti-Trust laws (Sherman, etc.) ???
These mega-mergers enable total control (OK, it’s pretty much there already), and reduce ANY competition left in that faltering industry…
I guess the bright side could be, “the bigger they are, the harder they fall”, quickening the total demise of that rotting, decayed, termite-ridden industry, clearing (clearcutting?) it away to be replaced by new, honest, vital reporting, hopefully some of it in print (I can hope)…

daughnworks247

I am wound up like a clock spring, at this point.
I direct your attention back to “Chapter 6 ~ Revenge”
If my experience in China is but a smideon compared to Billionaire Developer Citizen Trump, then we’ve both been waiting for 30yrs for payback on China. It’s going to be ugly. We tried playing nice. It didn’t work. We built the golden bridge for which our enemy (China) could retreat. They didn’t take the offer.
Now, it’s time to get into the gutter. And no one is better in the gutter than PDJT. You want to play dirty? You want to pick on American farmers? Let’s go. People forget this shit can go both ways.
Yeah, it’s time to bring the pain and make it hurt a little bit for China.
Big Point: The playing field has changed dramatically. The globalists/Wall Street/Hollyweird don’t ever want China to WIN the trade war against America, because they would lose their wealth. Globalists wanted the American consumer to be ignorant of the ex-filtration of wealth and hoped the “WalMart People” wouldn’t notice when they lost their factories. The globalists want to stand in the middle, impoverish the US taxpayer, and make money off the vig. But nonononoooooo …… To be subjected to complete domination from Communist China – the globalists could never suffer in such a way…………. which now means, we’re at an inflection point, where even the globalists are on our side. Light is beginning to dawn.
Even the globalists are beginning to understand the comprehensive threat of a dominant China. You can damn sure bet that Trump supporters are wide awake. The globalists might complain about Trump, but he is their only defender at this point.
So, let’s take a look at the view from the geopolitical gutter and begin to play dirty. It makes me salivate with gratification. We’ve waited for this moment for a long……….. long… time. We’re ready.
Example #1.
President Trump calls Trudeau: Hey, Justin, you want to make $.10/bushel on millions of tons of soybeans?
You know how easy it is to pick up the rail in Minnesota to Canada?
Example #2
President Trump picks up the phone and calls Obrador of Mexico: Hey, Obrador! You want some help paying for those 20K troops on your southern border? We sure have been appreciative of all your help. Happy to send you millions of tons of Texas beef/pork at market rate – you can increase the price and sell to China. Don’t worry, I already called Bolsonaro.
“WE’RE COLLUDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Example #3
ONly thing we really have to worry about is rare earth elements, cuz China has cornered the market.
Hehe ……… but we’re playing dirty now, taking off the gloves.
We KNOW China has lost about 11% of their exports because of USA. But they’ve only made up about 2% and are aggressively looking for new markets to make up the difference and keep their factories humming.
Well, we KNOW the Chinese are dumping goods in Australia.
And Aussies have a new conservative PM.
Aussies in trouble for dirty Downer on dealing against Trump.
Okay fine – Aussies take a position against “dumping of Chinese goods” and rescind rare earth mineral contracts for Chinese companies.
Yeah —- remember, playing dirty can go both ways.
Example #4
China has no energy production and was highly dependent on Iran and DPRK.
Whoopsy daisy.
China signed those sanctions against DPRK in the UN, otherwise China goes against every country in the UN.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, and by the way, there’s 20 MILLION barrels of Iranian Oil sitting in Chinese ports – they can’t take delivery because of our US Treasury GOD, Steve Mnuchin.
Example #5
To continue on energy problem.
Does anyone here really think Putin of Russia will not grin like a cat who swallowed the canary, and POUNCE on the opportunity to take advantage of this situation?
Of course he will.
Russia has a 30 billion dollar deal with China for LNG. You think the price might go up?
And raw crude? You think China’s price might go up?
And does anyone think Putin will be happy to be China’s “bitch”, and only supply raw materials? Remember, 20yrs ago, Russia and China had equal GDP.
This is Putin’s golden opportunity for payback against China – thanks, Trump.
Example #5
Same on energy
Hehe, I’m laughing now.
Does anyone think Saudi is going to sell raw crude to China?
When they can have peace in the Middle East, instead?
Nah.
The ONLY other place for China to get raw crude is Venezuela……….. which is screwed and already cost China 60 billion dollars.
The Chinese are CORNERED.
Which country in the world would side with them…………..?????………. Germany?
Lot of good that would do. The rest of Europe is fed up with Germany as it is right now. Germany can’t feed China. The great Grain Belt of the Ukraine could be off limits as well.
Does anyone think President Trump would capitulate to China…….. at this point?
We now all understand the threat of China, capitulation would be a death sentence for the USA.
and………
There’s only so many soybeans in the world.

daughnworks247

************ smidgen
I’m even inventing new words for the gutter.

mandy

Do any of those African nations that China has basically purchased grow soybeans, I wonder….

redlegleader68

Not nearly enough for a month. Just sayin’ … 😉

mandy

I looked for info on soybeans and this article popped up from bloombert on Aug 2…
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-08-02/china-is-said-to-turn-to-brazil-for-soybeans-amid-trump-tariffs
Headline seems weird since text of article includes this info:
“While China usually buys Brazilian soy at this time of the year, buyers had bought some U.S. cargoes recently as goodwill ahead of trade talks. In the week ended July 25, China bought about 135,000 metric tons of American beans, about half of which were due to be shipped in the season ending Aug. 31, Department of Agriculture data showed Thursday. About 4.25 million tons of U.S. soybeans are scheduled to head China before the end of the month.”
So is that the tonnage that China is no longer going to buy?
Other older articles indicated that China’s been finagling their soybean purchases for a few years now….one CNBC, and an NBC one…
Basically it appears they bought from other SA nations (Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia are producers of the beans….Argentina produces a large amount, the other two very small comparatively).
Another thing that I’m wondering about …. China’s had that hog disease which has killed off a whole BUNCH of their hogs. If they use the soybeans in hog feed….would that loss of hog production reduce their need to import?
So many factors in play…..

daughnworks247

Mandy!!!!!! It’s even worse.
On the soybean contracts ALREADY PURCHASED, China announced today they would impose a NEW tariff upon arrival at port.
WTF?
Breaking contracts with impunity.
They need to be slapped.

mandy

I’m wondering if they’ve got something in the works on that new alternative to … what’s it called? Swift? There have been rumors….but I have not seen anything lately about it.

daughnworks247

Yeah, China can go chew on a solar panel.

redlegleader68

Yep — and if my experience on the ground there for over a year recently is any indication, they will be unable to put the “middle class” genie back in the bottle.
Yea I know they have massive databases on *EVERYONE* and that they have massive “security forces” but consider the reality of internal China. There are many, many Chinese folks yearning for freedom.
If you’ve forgotten the Tiananmen Square Massacre, remember there were pics of the protestors with large “floats” (think Mardi Gras) there of the Statue of Liberty, etc.. And this was before the reality of today. the
As Daughn says, they have a massive problem on their hands, and PDJT knows how to play the cards.

A Fortiori

So, during the course of a casual conversation with a friend of mine who lives in a high rise in Tysons Corner, VA (roughly five miles southwest of CIA HQ, two miles southwest of NSAs main DC office, and three miles east of Homeland Security’s HQ), he commented that he cannot believe the number of helicopters he has seen flying past his window lately.
It reminded me of the Bloomberg article reported here last week about the classified operation involving Blackhawk helicopters that has been underway in the DC area since October. I am interested in what is happening, but I suspect it will be a quite a while before I find out.

kalbokalbs

Me thinks, realistically you, we will never know the truth. They may spout some nonsense, even plausible, but I wouldn’t believe them. Spying, surveillance is not something they willing open up about.
Something like, “sources and methods”.

A Fortiori

The reason I am intrigued is that I would think there is little need to employ Blackhawks to conduct surveillance in and around Washington, DC. I would think any information sought could be obtained readily by other, far quieter means.
In addition, the US military generally does not conduct missions in densely populated areas of the US because of the risk to the civilian population should anything go wrong. Operating in and around DC, you take on the added risk attendant to operating in an area with a high concentration of political leaders and foreign diplomats.
Then there is the fact that Blackhawks are often the transportation vehicle of choice when highly trained military personnel wish to approach and penetrate a heavily guarded area, for whatever reason, and you are left with some interesting questions.

kalbokalbs

Spot on. It would be intriguing to learn details. Nothing transparent about these operations.

Try being an illegal alien in Switzerland. It won’t work out well.
Also, try owning land or owning (in full) a business in Switzerland. Not much chance there.

But that won’t keep the liberals, the Greens, the globalists, and the Communists from trying…

This is very not good.
DJT’s comments on the shootings.
[Transcript] – THE PRESIDENT: “Good morning. My fellow Americans, this morning, our nation is overcome with shock, horror, and sorrow. This weekend, more than 80 people were killed or wounded in two evil attacks.
On Saturday morning, in El Paso, Texas, a wicked man went to a Walmart store, where families were shopping with their loved ones. He shot and murdered 20 people, and injured 26 others, including precious little children.
Then, in the early hours of Sunday morning in Dayton, Ohio, another twisted monster opened fire on a crowded downtown street. He murdered 9 people, including his own sister, and injured 27 others.
The First Lady and I join all Americans in praying and grieving for the victims, their families, and the survivors. We will stand by their side forever. We will never forget.
These barbaric slaughters are an assault upon our communities, an attack upon our nation, and a crime against all of humanity. We are outraged and sickened by this monstrous evil, the cruelty, the hatred, the malice, the bloodshed, and the terror. Our hearts are shattered for every family whose parents, children, husbands, and wives were ripped from their arms and their lives. America weeps for the fallen.
We are a loving nation, and our children are entitled to grow up in a just, peaceful, and loving society. Together, we lock arms to shoulder the grief, we ask God in Heaven to ease the anguish of those who suffer, and we vow to act with urgent resolve.
I want to thank the many law enforcement personnel who responded to these atrocities with the extraordinary grace and courage of American heroes.
I have spoken with Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, as well as Mayor Dee Margo of El Paso, Texas, and Mayor Nan Whaley of Dayton, Ohio, to express our profound sadness and unfailing support.
Today, we also send the condolences of our nation to President Obrador of Mexico, and all the people of Mexico, for the loss of their citizens in the El Paso shooting. Terrible, terrible thing.
I have also been in close contact with Attorney General Barr and FBI Director Wray. Federal authorities are on the ground, and I have directed them to provide any and all assistance required — whatever is needed.
The shooter in El Paso posted a manifesto online consumed by racist hate. ”
Question: is that the ‘manifesto’ that Jordan Sather said was published AFTER the shooter’s actual Twitter accounts were SCRUBBED?
.
“In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry, and white supremacy“.
Note: Political correctness means never having to say you’re sorry for beating the white man like a rented mule.
And NEVER — EVER — singling out any OTHER group.
The entire ‘white supremacy’ cannonade is a bogeyman invented by the Left. Black supremacy? Oh, you betcha! Just ask Black Panther groups and similar. isalmic supremacy? Their entire ‘religion’ is BASED on it. And BOTH groups have nationwide media support and cover for all their objectives. But ‘white supremacy’? After FIFTY YEARS of denigrating and emasculating white males and condemnation of white culture? If there is any ‘white supremacy’ left after that kind of sustained genocidal attack, we must be the baddest MFers on the PLANET.
.
These sinister ideologies must be defeated. Hate has no place in America“.
Note: Then you better outlaw islam, and start calling out “La Raza” and “Black Panthers” and all the other racist / separatist groups who really ARE subverting our nation.
Can you hear me NOW?
.
“Hatred warps the mind, ravages the heart, and devours the soul. We have asked the FBI to identify all further resources they need to investigate and disrupt hate crimes and domestic terrorism — whatever they need.”
Note: For the love of all that true and just, there is NO SUCH THING as “hate crime”, and it is a REAL crime to render EXTRA punishment for THOUGHTS which no prosecutor can ever truly KNOW. But our president is up there spouting this garbage like he’s a TRUE believer.
.
“We must recognize that the Internet has provided a dangerous avenue to radicalize disturbed minds and perform demented acts. We must shine light on the dark recesses of the Internet, and stop mass murders before they start. The Internet, likewise, is used for human trafficking, illegal drug distribution, and so many other heinous crimes. The perils of the Internet and social media cannot be ignored, and they will not be ignored.”
Note: Then DO something about it. We’ve been waiting nearly THREE YEARS now for SOMEBODY in your administration to start protecting our RIGHTS which are being violated AT WILL by Leftist technology monopolies!
.
“In the two decades since Columbine, our nation has watched with rising horror and dread as one mass shooting has followed another — over and over again, decade after decade.”
Note: it goes back a LOT longer than that, and if you want to stop it, you need to address the BALKANIZATION of our CULTURE. Multiculturalism DOES NOT WORK and have NEVER worked ANYWHERE. You force all these different cultures together, and then you act surprised with CONFLICT happens.
.
“We cannot allow ourselves to feel powerless. We can and will stop this evil contagion. In that task, we must honor the sacred memory of those we have lost by acting as one people.”
Note: Even more, we must honor the sacred memory of our Constitution in general, and the 2nd Amendment in particular, because the only enemy more dangerous than the Fake News is the American government, Mr. President. Including YOUR government, which after 3 years, is STILL full of traitors and criminals and rogue agents.
.
Open wounds cannot heal if we are divided.
Multiculturalism is the PRIMARY cause of division.
It is 100% manufactured conflict, and this is no secret to sociology and psychology, and never has been, since long before those academic ‘disciplines’ were invented.
.
“We must seek real, bipartisan solutions. We have to do that in a bipartisan manner. That will truly make America safer and better for all.”
Note: Then there won’t be any, because you cannot have ‘bipartisan’ solutions with an adversary who is trying to kill your country and remove you from office.
.
“First, we must do a better job of identifying and acting on early warning signs. I am directing the Department of Justice to work in partisan — partnership with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as social media companies, to develop tools that can detect mass shooters before they strike.
Note: What could go wrong?
.
“As an example, the monster in the Parkland high school in Florida had many red flags against him, and yet nobody took decisive action. Nobody did anything. Why not?
Note: I’ll take that one for $100, Alex. What is “Because Left-Tech is working in concert with rogue elements of your government to create all these false flag events?”
.
“Second, we must stop the glorification of violence in our society. This includes the gruesome and grisly video games that are now commonplace. It is too easy today for troubled youth to surround themselves with a culture that celebrates violence.”
Note: How are you going to do that, without eliminating the Left, which is the primary catalyst for all of the hate and conflict and degeneracy and subversion and treason and crime?
How are you going to do that without promoting goodwill toward man, virtue, honesty, truth, etc.?
And how would you even begin to promote any of those things without referencing Christ?
And how are you going to do that without (again) eliminating the Satanic Army of the Left?
The reason I ask these things is because everybody talks about “changing culture” and “changing society” for the better, but the one thing that NEVER happens is the CAUSES are never addressed, and the SCAPE GOATS (white people, especially men and conservatives and Christians) bear all the blame and punishment and costs.
But white men and white culture aren’t causing the problems, they’re just the only safe group that can be attacked without penalty, because white people are the ONLY group that is NOT part of ANY ‘protected class’.
That means OPEN SEASON on WHITE PEOPLE as usual, and nobody else takes responsibility for anything.
And if you think we don’t know it… THINK AGAIN.
.
“We must stop or substantially reduce this, and it has to begin immediately. Cultural change is hard, but each of us can choose to build a culture that celebrates the inherent worth and dignity of every human life. That’s what we have to do.
Third, we must reform our mental health laws to better identify mentally disturbed individuals who may commit acts of violence and make sure those people not only get treatment, but, when necessary, involuntary confinement. Mental illness and hatred pulls the trigger, not the gun.
Fourth, we must make sure that those judged to pose a grave risk to public safety do not have access to firearms, and that, if they do, those firearms can be taken through rapid due process. That is why I have called for red flag laws, also known as extreme risk protection orders.
Red Flag laws are a precursor to government confiscation, and you know it, and we know it, and so does everybody else.
So unless you do some RADICAL strengthening of the 2nd Amendment FIRST, I will not be supporting your efforts on ANYTHING associated with ‘red flag laws’.
You can pound sand, Mr. President.
I’m with you on a WHOLE LOT of things, but the 2nd Amendment is FOUNDATIONAL to freedom, and there will be NO COMPROMISE on that issue.
Not even for you.
BELIEVE it.
I kid you not.
.
Today, I am also directing the Department of Justice to propose legislation ensuring that those who commit hate crimes and mass murders face the death penalty, and that this capital punishment be delivered quickly, decisively, and without years of needless delay.
Note: Oh great, so now a bogus, unconstitutional, imaginary crime (i.e., a “hate” crime), which can be whatever a prosecutor wants it to be, will be punished by death.
How long now before white people are being executed for drawing swastikas on black churches… even though white people almost never actually do that, and black people almost always turn out to be the ones who did, framing white people?
.
“These are just a few of the areas of cooperation that we can pursue. I am open and ready to listen and discuss all ideas that will actually work and make a very big difference.”
Note: Sounds like you’re willing to accept every Leftist fantasy agenda ‘solution’ and ready to use the full force and power of government to further erode our rights and pin the ‘kick me’ sign on whitey again.
Why am I not encouraged?
.
“Republicans and Democrats have proven that we can join together in a bipartisan fashion to address this plague. Last year, we enacted the STOP School Violence and Fix NICS Acts into law, providing grants to improve school safety and strengthening critical background checks for firearm purchases. At my direction, the Department of Justice banned bump stocks. ”
There’s a rousing success for the lunatic political-class, addressing a ‘problem’ that was never even proven to exist. Maybe you could ban mag release buttons and rifle slings next?
Here’s a hint for you. The word “ban” should never, EVER be used in association with ANYTHING having to do with firearms.
.
“Last year, we prosecuted a record number of firearms offenses. But there is so much more that we have to do.”
How about starting with all the Leftist subversives who keep instigating false flag attacks on our People, and Anti-Fa, and Soros, and Hussein/Lynch/Clinton/Holder/Rice/Brennan/Clapper/Huma and about a hundred other criminals, both inside AND outside of our government, who are actively seeking the overthrow of our nation?
How about addressing THAT, instead of going after our guns, which we need to PROTECT ourselves FROM the people you won’t arrest?
.
“Now is the time to set destructive partisanship aside — so destructive — and find the courage to answer hatred with unity, devotion, and love. Our future is in our control. America will rise to the challenge. We will always have and we always will win. The choice is ours and ours alone. It is not up to mentally ill monsters; it is up to us.
If we are able to pass great legislation after all of these years, we will ensure that those who were attacked will not have died in vain.”
If you are able to ‘pass great legislation’, it will be a first time. Ever.
.
“May God bless the memory of those who perished. May God protect them. May God protect all of those from Texas to Ohio. May God bless the victims and their families. May God bless America.
Thank you very much. Thank you.”
[End]

edit / correction: “The entire ‘white supremacy’ cannonade CANARD is a bogeyman invented by the Left.”
I typed ‘canard’, and double checked it, because WordPress put squiggly red lines under it, which it frequently does now, when you put a word in quotes.
I have no idea how the word “cannonade” inserted itself.
Until this very moment, I don’t believe I have ever written the word ‘cannonade’ in my LIFE!

TheseTruths

Quick note: I haven’t read all that and can’t respond to individual points right now. My opinion is that Pres. Trump has to address events as far-reaching as these. No doubt he knows much more than we do — in other words, he knows all about false flags, MK Ultra, etc. — but he can’t reveal most of what he knows. The public needs leadership on these issues, and he doesn’t want to promote gun control (thankfully). He is walking a fine line between doing something and looking like he is doing nothing. If he had said nothing, Dems would have pounced on that as a lack of leadership.
In my opinion, he is doing the best he can under the circumstances. I believe he and his teams are working diligently behind the scenes to try to stop the violence, and I believe it is all connected to all the problems of the Deep State.

para59r

While true, its good that he knows where the back board is so he can lay up his shots.

He did not specifically blame any one group, he mentions racism, bigotry, AND white supremacy. There is no color distinction in “racism” and “bigotry”…it comes from both sides. He HAD to include “white supremacy” because that is what the left has been beating him…and us…over the head with, NON STOP for the past 48hrs, not to mention the last 3 years. HE HAD TO SAY IT THAT WAY.
Do you really REALLY think that our PDJT is gonna target white people only?? That he is gonna go back on his word about the 2A???
Climb in off the ledge, take a breath, and wait to see what he DOES. Give it the 48 hr rule. Who knows….? maybe this is a way for him to include many groups as domestic terror.
Hang in there buddy!

TheseTruths

“White supremacy” is not white people, and you know that. I also condemn white supremacy and white supremacists. I also condemn Black Lives Matter and any organization or group that promotoes one race at the expense of another.

scott467

“White supremacy” is not white people, and you know that. I also condemn white supremacy and white supremacists.
________________
Then you’re condemning something (white supremecists) that are, for all practical purposes, a NON-entity.
It is *ALL* white people to the Left. It’s ALL the same to them, “white nationalist”, “white supremecist”, “white Trump supporter”, white, white, white, white WHITE.
Loudmouth Leftist Reza Aslan said very clearly just today:
…………………………………
“Reza Aslan

@rezaaslan
“After today there is no longer any room for nuance. The President is a white nationalist terror leader. His supporters – ALL OF THEM – are by definition white nationalist terror supporters. The MAGA hat is a KKK hood. And this evil, racist scourge must be eradicated from society.”
…………………………………
.
The ‘white supremacist’ terminology is CODED LANGUAGE, it’s a “dog whistle” for the Left, it means WHITE PEOPLE and they ever separate “white supremacists” from “white people”, because it SERVES their NARRATIVE.

andyocoregon

President Trump did blame white supremacy in the case of the El Paso WalMart killer. And that was rightfully so. That murderer drove 600 miles to hunt and kill Mexicans. Why he felt he needed to go that far to find them is beyond me. But, he truly was a white supremacist. That’s the mass murder the liberals are featuring. They would rather forget about the little liberal Dayton Ohio mass killer because he like Pocahontas for President.

TheseTruths

By calling “white supremacy” coded language, you are allowing the Leftr to redefine language. White supremacists are not all white people, no matter what the Left says. And Pres. Trump did not condemn all white people.

andyocoregon

It’s been reported the Dayton Ohio shooter had several deep psychological issues. He was said to have been hearing voices in his head, had hallucinations, at least once pointed his gun at a friend’s head and threatened to kill him. Several people had reported him to the police as acting dangerously.
Also, he said he planned to vote for Elizabeth Warren. That alone should have qualified him as insane. 🙂

mandy

My guess is it’s already drafted and ready to go, and YES, of COURSE the criminals in Congress will sign it, they’re SALIVATING at the thought of disarming us.
Remember, POTUS said he wanted to do something DRASTIC when the FL school shooting happened – and he said he WANTED to “take the guns, take the guns FIRST.” I posted the clip somewhere….I think it’s after Andy’s post of the full speech from today.
I’m thinking it’s been in the works since then, and before most people even know it’s happening, POOF there goes the 2nd.

Gail Combs

Mandy,
You really make me wonder exactly whose side you are on. Especially after your pro-socialism anti-capitalism comment a while back.
President Trump IS NOT going to go after the 2nd. He realize that the People’s POWER is BASED on the 2nd.

Gail Combs

Excuse me it was ANTI-INDIVIDUAL pro-Communitarianism

TheseTruths

It’s getting very tiresome. It feels as if the site has been infiltrated with negativity, most of which is not true.

Cuppa Covfefe

Yep. And just when Wolfm00n says he’s taking some time out.
I don’t believe in coincidences in this case.

TheseTruths

“and he said he WANTED to “take the guns, take the guns FIRST.”
Pres. Trump has never said anything of the kind. Post a link to what you’re talking about, please.
You’ve already posted a falsehood about Ivanka on this page, without documentation, because there isn’t any. Please stop posting things that are not true.

mandy

I already posted it.

TheseTruths

Where? If you’re going to refer to it, you need to post it in the current place so people can see what you’re talking about. Please post it again.

mandy

Is your search function broken?

TheseTruths

If you’re referring to the so-called “gem” video you posted below, Pres. Trump and VP Pence were talking about ONLY cases where people are mentally impaired or clear dangers to others. Pres. Trump said that, in those cases, it would be best to take the guns first because the court system can take so long that it could be too late to save people if you wait in those cases. That’s a far cry from what you said.
Once again, you are picking and choosing and putting a dishonest, negative spin on things.
I have known of several cases where someone was a danger to others and everyone knew it, but no one could do anything about it legally, and that person went on to kill people. That’s what Pres. Trump was talking about.

TheseTruths

“Is your search function broken?”
When you refer to something, it is your responsibility to back it up. None of us should have to go searching all over this site or the internet to chase down your claim that Pres. Trump said he wants to take all the guns, first. Instead of posting in a spirit of cooperation, you’re intentionally making things difficult.

Cuppa Covfefe

Perhaps you’d be more comfortable OT.
Because all you’re bringing here is discontent, discord, and depression. Just calling a spade a spade.
From where I come from we’d say, quitcherbitchin, and DO SOMETHING.
If you think VSGPDJT doesn’t know what he’s doing, either run against him, or let him know what you think. Punkt.

Gudthots

Agreed.
Not operating in the spirit of the WQTH at all.

scott467

“Actually, what he did was put the ball in Congress’ court. Do you really believe that disfunctional group of idiots is going to agree on anything enough to send a bill to our POTUS to sign????? I don’t!”

aaaaaand lookie lookie here!
“Andrew Torba

BREAKING: Senators Dianne Feinstein and Marco Rubio have reportedly asked Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham to bring their respective “red flag” bills to a vote in the committee – The Hill”
But I’m SURE that, like Jared and commie Van’s “let the criminals out of jail” bill, these won’t ever make it anywhere at all….

Gudthots

I vehemently disagree with your tone and your assertions Mandy.

mandy

Agree, Scott. I just saw someone call for the left to go ahead and impeach him, because Pence is the better option at this point. That’s new, have not seen it before…will be interesting to see if it takes hold….

scott467

“I just saw someone call for the left to go ahead and impeach him, because Pence is the better option at this point. ”
____________
They call for that every minute on the minute, so it’s irrelevant (like the Left ought to be treated on all things).
As for Pence, he is a career politician.
Whatever that means, it is not a solution to any problem in government.

kalbokalbs

As for Pence, he is a career politician.
Whatever that means, it is not a solution to any problem in government.
^^^ VP Pence is doing a great job supporting President Trump. But, he’ll never be a good or great President.

Cuppa Covfefe

Mandy,
Please go find a “safe space” and contemplate if you are on the Trump Train or not.
Because right now, all you are doing is putting pennies on the rails, ties in the turnouts, and pulling the emergency cord to stop the train.
Who DO you really support (or, perhaps I should say, who is supporting you?).

andyocoregon

Here’s President Trump’s speech in its entirety without any opinion comments.

mandy

Combine that with this gem from last year….

Cuppa Covfefe

Say “Hi” to Gyorgi…

andyocoregon

If someone is making direct threats and/or exhibiting dangerous behavior to himself or other people, I think it would be wise to confiscate his guns until he could have a fair hearing or two to defend his actions. So long as the accusations weren’t based on hearsay and innuendo, i’d say that action could save lives.
But like any other restraining order, the process can be abused by someone with an agenda. There would need to be built in safeguards against such complaints. I think most of these red flag laws have remedies for someone who unfairly loses their 2nd Amendment rights.

andyocoregon

Lying P.O.S. Beto O’Rourke wants President Trump to stay out of El Paso.
President Trump will visit El Paso Wednesday.
If he didn’t go to El Paso, they’d criticize him. When he goes, they’ll criticize him. He just cannot win with these morons.
https://vtn.co/2019/08/05/trump-to-visit-el-paso-wednesday-in-wake-of-mass-shootings/

GA/FL

El Paso doesn’t belong to O’Rourke.

andyocoregon

He is under the mistaken belief it does.

TheseTruths

Right. And Congresswoman Escobar of El Paso also says he’s not welcome. Who do they think they are? They’re blaming him for making non-existent comments that supposedly sparked the El Paso shooting. So transparent. So untruthful. So evil.

nikkichico7

Maybe he should go shopping and buy his self new dress, … then he can zip his bloody pie hole 🕳

“For The First Time In 25 Years, US Treasury Just Designated China A Currency Manipulator
Following the plunge in the yuan overnight, The U.S. Treasury Department on Monday designated China as currency manipulator, a historic move that no White House had exercised since the Clinton administration.
“Secretary Mnuchin, under the auspices of President Trump, has today determined that China is a Currency Manipulator,” the Treasury Department said in a release.
“As a result of this determination, Secretary Mnuchin will engage with the International Monetary Fund to eliminate the unfair competitive advantage created by China’s latest actions.” ”
“This pattern of actions is also a violation of China’s G20 commitments to refrain from competitive devaluation.”
Washington hasn’t labeled a major trade partner a currency manipulator since 1994.
The Yuan tumbled further on the headline…”

Sort of like all the living Communist dictators in the world just got together to call for the world to recognize that Communism is the only governmental system that will make decisions based on the interests of the world as a whole, not just the individual interests of the so-called independent states or nations of the world. Yeah, right.

I have never stopped being grateful for President Trump.
Instead of global masters enriching themselves at our expense and monitoring every aspect of our lives, we have a champion with the heart of a lion in the Whitehouse.
Our President, without the pretense of perfection, is a man who loves God and is fighting for the existence and freedoms of Christians and Jews all over a world that is increasingly hostile to them. He has not embraced their persecutors and elevated them to high office as his political opponents have.
He is humble enough to love the people he serves and to listen to them.
Survey after survey has been sent to me from his campaign, and he goes out to be among the people at his rallies and get close to them.
He has kept us out of agreements that would have us subservient to hostile foreign powers, and he never stops fighting for us.
If you turn your back on this, you are telling me that you love liars and thieves and want to serve them.
No excuses, no “staying home to teach our side a lesson”, no high minded “my way or the highway” will ever justify the pure enabling of evil that such a stance entails.
If there is one thing that is more disgusting than the lying left to me, it is the hypocrisy of self righteous conservatives who abandon ship when everything does not go their way.
If you don’t like what the President has to say, let him know and get to work to help him every way you can to make things better.
Otherwise you better learn to love censorship, social credits, lies, and a world government that will only let you buy and sell if you submit to it.

TheseTruths

Well said!

LM

Thank you! That is so kind.
One good thing that has come out of all of this is that I was so mad earlier after reading some of the comments both here and OT, I went outside and weeded the entirely of my garden. My yard has never looked so good!
I don’t think it really helped me calm down, though.
Now I am just tired and grumpy.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/08/dayton-killer-was-kicked-out-of-school-after-creating-list-of-girls-he-wanted-to-kill/
“The man who killed nine people Sunday morning in Dayton’s Oregon District was once kicked out of Bellbrook High School for making a list of girls he wanted to kill, the Dayton Daily News learned in interviews with former classmates and school administrators.
“Connor Betts, 24, was shot and killed by Dayton police, ending a brief yet deadly rampage in which he killed his sister, eight others and injured 27.”
What can a free society do about people like this? No normal person makes a list of people he wants to kill. It’s clearly a sign that something is wrong, and there were other warning signs about him, too. So he went on to kill nine people. Are we supposed to just look the other way and hope for the best because of the First and Second Amendments? Where is the balance between personal freedom and the responsibility to keep the public safe?

mollypitcher5

This is an article about the El Paso shooter’s father. It’s so full of red flags of family dysfunction that reading it is better than me C & P ing huge sections. I keep wondering why neither of these families make a a statement about what their sons did.

That’s okay. It is what we’re up against. Kathy Griffin is still unrepentant about her Trump beheading stunt, stating that what she did is not against the law.

andyocoregon

Yeah, I remember that from last year. I think the owner of the building told his tenant to take it down to avoid broken windows. He received numerous threats in that regard.

mollypitcher5

geez I wish that I would’ve remembered but it didn’t ring a bell to me…the Left is pure evil

mollypitcher5

Slogging through twatter is like wading in a river of piranhas today ( and everyday)..they’re getting meaner and more brazen about what they want to do to PTrump and us…and tech lets them. No bans. No suspension. The ones doing it for political warfare are truly evil because it’s also being read by the unstable and they know it.

andyocoregon

That’s OK. It’s a good reminder how evil the left can be. Sometimes we forget these examples.

LM

This is who they are.
We better all wake up and see this for what it is.p and speak up about it.
No way should they have gotten away with labeling us and our President as the haters.

andyocoregon

These mass shootings are always shocking and cause a lot of discussion for weeks afterwards, but more people are killed every week due to drunk drivers and despite all the strict laws against drinking and driving more people than ever are dying on our roads.
