Mmmm…yeah, BUT, one of the things that isn’t always counted is private streets and neighborhoods. Most cities have roads that don’t just go straight through. Where I live, private neighborhoods are prevalent and they do cut down on crime simply because there is not an easy escape route.
That being said, when one of the running clubs decides to do a marathon on a Sunday morning, getting to Church can be a nightmare.
Wow! That’s really good news! But at this rate it will take us decades to get rid of them. I hope we can kick it up another notch or two.

Sure enough, I’m getting normal processor usage except that processor 1 is pegged to 100%…….after a while, it goes back into normal and processor 5 pegs at 100%…….then processor 5 heads back to normal and processor 1 gets pegged again….. Hmmmmm…..
After a while of this, I come up with a hypothesis — my normal firewall parameters are to refuse new incoming, continue conversations, and only allow certain outgoing. I didn’t let Tor out, so perhaps it’s having trouble establishing a conversation. So, now, I’ve let it out.

Still reeling from what we learned yesterday in the Senate Judiciary Comm.
They knew all along, and kept up this farce of Muh Russia, pee tapes, and slander against our President.
What they did to him, Melania, Trump family and team, is unforgivable.
The only “no evidence of bias” found by Horowitz was in the “opening of the investigation” by Preistep (he wasn’t a big fan of texting).
Bill Barr and almost every veteran of DOJ were surprised at the reasoning of Priestep, which was found to be “explanations were not satisfactory”.
Apparently, a counter intel investigation can be started for almost any reason “low threshold”.
When asked why the FBI didn’t notify the Trump campaign of possible nefarious activity, members responded “they didn’t want to tip off Putin”….. but we learned Brennan called his counterpart in Russia on August 4th to discuss the problem. Brennan called again in late August, and Obama called Putin personally in September.
Yeah, that explanation would be “unsatisfactory” and contradictory.
We learned Steele only had ONE source, who was tracked down and interviewed by FBI in January, March, April of 2017. THAT source, who was Russian, said Steele exaggerated or outright lied about the stories he told (which was also hearsay) and he disavowed the entire dossier.
Horowitz found a lot of bias during the months of the investigation, as noted by Page Strzok texts and comments of others, but no actual “testimony” or definitive proof (Employee A testifies Employee B is biased, or Employee A reveals “I am biased against the President”). This is a strange technicality to most and would never past muster in a legal trial.
In the end, one employee, Klinesmith was turned over for criminal prosecution for lying about Carter Page’s past relationship with CIA – which meant, if Klinesmith had told the truth, the FBI would have never obtained the FISA warrant.
Finally, with such a quagmire, Horowitz turned his entire report over to the DOJ for evaluation/discipline/charges, and he referred the entire team, from line agent all the way up the chain to top management, for gross misconduct.
Only two choices in the FBI
Either gross incompetence from a McCabe hand-picked team of the very best at the FBI
Or intentionally malicious.
It can only be one or the other.

This is neuro linguistic programming, which is essentially hypnosis. The real trick here is that it is MASS-hypnosis, which is much harder, but we all know the bad guys have been working on this shit for decades.
BUT, some people are just not hypnotize-able, and I am one of those. I actually WANTED to be once, and nobody could do it. So the NLP-schtick doesn’t work on me. It doesn’t work on lots of people, most of whom I’d bet money can’t be hypnotized. We are the WOKE, and boy do they hate us!
Another realization then hit me; it’s gonna be REAL HARD to red-pill the people who are super-suggestible and vulnerable to hypnosis. They aren’t just asleep, they are hard-core PROGRAMMED. I think we will have to just go around them, and figure out how to contain them until it’s all over.
It makes sense what you say about gaslighting, and people easily fall prey to those they perceive as being in authority.

The bill provides a process for undocumented farmworkers to seek a temporary five-and-a-half-year “Certified Agricultural Worker” status if they have worked for approximately six months in the industry in the last two years.
That status can either be renewed indefinitely, or workers (along with their spouses and children) can begin a path to permanent legal status in the form of a green card. That path, according to the legislation, includes background checks and $1,000 fine.
To secure the green card, those who have worked in agriculture for 10 years or more must work for four more years, while those who’ve spent less than a decade in the sector would have to work eight more years. Once workers receive a green card, they are then free to pursue work in fields outside of agriculture.
The bill also streamlines the H-2A agriculture visa program, cutting processing time and costs for visa petitions. And it calls for the Department of Homeland Security to set up a pilot program that would give H-2A workers the ability to change jobs within the sector if they find work within two months.
I’m ok with that as long as – 1. They can’t draw benefits or be covered by medicaid/medicare, etc. 2. No Social Security card. 3. No VOTE!!! 4. No path to citizenship 5. No birthright for their children born in USA.

Her sire was finished both in the ring and the field at three. That dog could flush and finish just about any bird or varmint. The night she killed a rat was the night my dad quit complaining about her. It was a lot cheaper than vector control.
we had ours for 16 years. He got cancer twice (we had surgically removed it the first time, the second time there was no hope.) Heart breaking to watch hubby take him to the vet to be put down…he didn’t come back all day…he was that tore up about it.
Yeah, T was dying and we knew it. The vet offered to come to our house to euthanize her, and my mom said, we’ll let nature take its course. That was in October. She rallied for her favorite day of the year, Thanksgiving, and then pretty much went to bed. On Christmas Eve, about 2 weeks past her 14th birthday, my brother called the vet and made the appointment. T did not get off her pallet for 48 hours before my brother picked her up and carried her to the car. She was hours away, we think, from crossing the rainbow bridge on her own, but nature was taking its sweet time.
A few days later we got a sympathy card from the vet. Even he loved that dog.
the cancer was affecting our dog’s back leg–he couldn’t walk or stand on it so hubby would carry him out to the yard–we’re talking a big lab dog–and hold him up while he did his business…but hubby never complained. gees it’s dusty in here…
After the carpets came up, getting T down them (she was still 65 pounds then) involved sitting on the top step, putting her on one’s lap and sliding down them one at a time.

This is VERY Generous with Taxpayer’s money….but good for the babies. Wish more husbands/wives, fathers/mothers would just plan on the mother taking care of their children for at least the first several years.
Concern: Many career women are surprised at how strongly they suddenly want to be a stay at home mom, at least until their youngest is in school, for at least those first baby/toddler years that are so important and need so much care. Wonder how many will max out the leave and then not return?
Not one of my favorite’s of President Trump but it was a talking point during his campaign and people voted with him supporting this so not a surprise. Promises made, promises kept.
My mom stayed home for 13 years. Then when she did go back, it was to a job without any take home work, and then went back to teaching full time when my youngest brother was in fifth or sixth grade. He’s still mad at her for that.
Same. My Mom stayed at home. 🙂 To which she was told ‘oh so you just watch tv all day’. As if taking care of a house and family isn’t a full-time job.
Expensive but it does create better families.

My daughter paid $20 thousand a year for childcare for one child so she could continue to work.
How much do we care about children in this country beside showering them with toys and computer games? We put the focus on material things and then hope children become normal contributing members of society ?
I believe helping young people out with a drop in the bucket might turn our low birthrate might help an expecting mother decide to keep her baby instead abort?
I am pro life and being pro life I want to encourage young people to be able to have a family and to keep a baby that otherwise might be killed.
When my husband and I raised our children their was no choice for me to work outside the home. There was no family to help out with childcare.
To be on one salary was a sacrifice for us as parents and every penny was counted and evaluated what to spend it on that benefitted the social, mental and intellectual and spiritual grow of our children.
To think for a parent to go to work when kids are teenagers is a mistake. In the sixties- seventies of ramped use of LLD by teenagers I felt I had to be there for them.
So many young people have to choose family or living in poverty because not everyone makes $100k a year. Both parents have to work to make ends meet and many young people do not have the skills to live on little and still provide healthy meals . Parents pampered children and then leave them without skills to survive on little and manage their money. These skills have to be taught from childhood on.
I am supporting a federal paid leave and childcare.
If we claim we love children then that is not free. If we claim to be pro life we have to support that for the next generations.
Just my philosophy on that.
AND, seems like we can agree to disagree on the funding. Maybe other aspects of the dialogue.
Having children is great…AND the parents ARE responsible for the children. NOT Uncle Sugar.
Not overly concerned with material things. My kids mostly grew up with hand me downs, OR went without. That goes for clothes and toys.

Today many young people cannot support a family from one salary. I wish it was different. The other is there is no security for family with so many people divorcing leaving the woman who stayed home with a financial disadvantage. That all is another situation and problem that affects people all the way into retirement.
I believe children have to be with their mother at least until 4 and that is my German way of thinking.
I rather give to our young US citizen help with their children than supporting illegals what we are now doing. Judges and our politicians are defending handouts for illegals not for our young people? That is another issues..
My thinking on supporting young people is not just one thing but much different thoughts go into it.

this piece says that the CIA informs the FBI about Carter Page and says he’s an American source…the FBI ignores it the first time, so the CIA sends a detailed memo the second time. It’s this memo which is then altered and submitted to the FISA Court. (At this point, the CIA saves the original memo –for investigators to find if needed.)
So here’s my question…doesn’t the CIA at some point need to be contacting the leaders of the Intel Committees that this occurred? Don’t they share some culpability here? (Did Nunes see that in a scif? is that when he knew the FBI was corrupt?)

They KNEW his message was sticking, they KNEW he had momentum, they KNEW he would CRUSH Clinton, they KNEW she was a corrupt and FLAWED, and UNPOPULAR candidate. From labeling him a serial sexual harasser, the Access Hollywood tape, to suggesting he was hiding his finances and was really broke, to finally going BACK to the dossier and saying he was beholden to Russia over sex and a failed land venture in Moscow. They even PLANTED false pings on the Trump Tower server from Russia’s Alfa bank to try and manufacture it. They had NOTHING, so they smeared Trump with “Russia” and he just HAD to be cheating to beat Clinton. PFFFFTTT. Remember the “Russia narrative morphed FOUR times, from Russia “hacked” the DNC, to Russia “hacked” the ELECTION, to Russia “interfered” in the 2016 election
to finally Trump and Russia “colluded” to steal the 2016 election. Why if they HAD their ONLY predicate in July, did they keep MOVING the GOALPOSTS.
What Nunes saw was the Presidents Daily Brief. In the WH SCIF. It showed him there WAS spying on Trump AND his family. That Obama ORDERED it, and that Obama was kept UP on it. IMHO it also showed WHEN it truly began, and it was WAY before July 31 2016.
Schiff, ironically is the VERY reason for the eventual downfall. He is the one that BLEW up the timeline and the narrative that Carter Page (justified) was the predicate, and the ONLY predicate for Crossfire. He did so in his counter Nunes memo in early 2018. He simply FORGOT that Papadopolous, Flynn, and Manafort were ALL spied on BEFORE July 31 2016, and BEFORE October 2016. In fact, Page had NEVER met Papadopolous, Manafort, and Flynn, so how could HE be used to iniatiate surveillance ops on THEM and BEFORE Page was EVEN FISA’d HIMSELF. Lastly, of ALL the people mentioned, surveilled, and put in the report, ONLY Carter Page was NOT charged, DESPITE being the “predicate’, AND a supposed “foreign agent” for Russia. WHY? Simple, he was and IS a agency PLANT tp back justify ALL the previous spying AND to lead away from the REAL predicate and REAL start of the spying. the “Steele” dossier.
The Steele dossier IS the holy grail, it WILL come out. The REAL origins, the REAL funder, the REAL enabler, the REAL methods used, the REAL author, and the REAL timeframe. ALL the rest, including and ESPECIALLY Carter Page were to cover FOR the dossier. Nunes KNOWS the truth, it will come out. The fact that he keeps getting attacked and that he KEEPS highlighting the dossier and now the TIMELINE prove to me he KNOWS, and he is determined to have it come out.

But an exoneration means he was cleared–evidence presented which the public hasn’t see potentially. that might sway some voters and that won’t happen with dismissal…

We’ve known about computer hacking for many years. We have periodic news of credit card and SSN info being hacked from “secure” databases. Why take the chance with your home?

I only have Siri activated on my cell, ICOE. Don’t believe in Alexa type devices. I do like my Wifi controlled sprinkler system, easier to adjust as weather changes. And I love my Wifi thermostat!! 😍 Turn off AC when I leave house, can remotely turn back on to get house cooling before I get back. No more Oops, I left AC running all day either. Neither of those devices have microphones and would cause negligible harm if hacked. I’d notice runaway water and excessive temps pretty quick.😉

Hackers use dictionaries of “clever” spellings when trying to “brute force” passwords. There are probably HUGE databases of them for sale on the “dark net”, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the TLAs had a few dbs. On the other hand, that might be why they were able to obfuscate (steganography) the names and words that they did…
If the misspellings were systematic code key and not random, then somebody knows. Squeeze them till they pop!

It’s about the importance of the judges. McConnell seems very proud of the work he has done and said he would defninitely replace RBG if she retires next year. He said the most important thing he has done is not allowing O to appoint another SCOTUS justice.
