Charlotte is terrific. Although I’ve spent more time in their airport than in the city. Airport is great. Super high tech/medical center for the east coast with tolerable weather.

It was Beethoven’s favorite meal (or at least snack). OK, Käsespätzle, but it’s the thought that counts 🙂
It’s also good using “Fondue Cheese”, Gruyere, Comte, Appenzeller, a little bit of Mozzarella (for that “Asterix and Obelix in Switzerland feel), and some Kirschwasser over the top (if you have any left after a shot or ten while cooking it 😎 )… (Left over Fondue can be used for a lot of things, also on Flammkuchen (French Onion “cake” (on a thin crust)), and anywhere you’d use a piquant cheese topping). Probably good on top of Onion soup, too. Not sure how it would do on Pepperoni pizza, though.

Marica – I agree, but unfortunately, we have Pierre for another 4 years here in Utah. The attempts to put legislation forth to have him recalled at the state level went nowhere, so we are stuck with him for the time being. He’s our own little Benedict Arnold….

And Linsey, Tillis and Mitch as well as candidate Haggerty fit right in with Romney. Again, President Trump has lost my support not at all…except on supporting these guys. can’t do it. All are deep state and RINOs. I am sure he was making some kind of a deal but I think we would all be better off without them.
I figure they will probably win as they are (except for Haggerty) incumbents so he is at least taming them for his administration. Wish we could vote them out and have real MAGA Senators to support him!
