I want to say one thing about the military. The military as a whole is patriotic and on our side. It is the woke officers and the lap-dog sycophants that are the problem. If there is one group that merits your prayers this day, it is the military men and women who serve our nation.

In honor of all soldiers who have ever pulled guard duty, here is a drink guaranteed to keep you up and at ‘em. According to Veteran Life,

RECIPE:
1 1/3 oz of your favorite Irish Whiskey
1 oz fresh cream
1 tsp brown sugar
2 2/3 oz hot coffee
1x 5-hour energy shot
1x caffeine pill
PREPARATION:
- Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil.
- Pour into a pint glass and top with cream

I never really understood the Concepts of Calculus which drove me crazy because I’d always been a conceptual learner & Hated to just memorize stuff to get the right answer for a test. During the appointment, all members of the party including the two children were “accidentally” given a full adult dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, according to the family’s lawyer.
The children, four and five years old, were born in 2016 and 2017, as revealed by the vaccination cards provided to the family by Walgreens.
After the alleged vaccine mix-up, both children are now experiencing signs of “heart issues,” as noted by their pediatrician. The younger child is sick with a cough and fever.
Myocarditis, a heart condition involving fluid accumulating near the heart, has been found to be a rare side effect of the Pfizer vaccine but seems to grow more common in younger male individuals.

“The family said they left the pharmacy thinking they had received their flu shots, but a Walgreens employee later called them and said they had made a mistake. The attorney said the cards were then issued since the coronavirus vaccine had been given.”
The local news agency attempted to get a comment from Walgreens regarding the matter but has not received a response.
This happens as the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is seeking to gain FDA emergency use authorization to vaccinate children ages 5-11.

As my husband tells me if I knew what Universities graduate it is no surprise that someone mixed up the vaccine.
Most students do not listen more interested playing with their phones during class or computer. They listen half way do not do the work and want an A. Every year it gets worse. They come from high school with good recommendations but barely can do their math problems. They also have 0 critical though process.
He has seen the quality of students really go down the past 4-5 years.
My son is a software developer with a BS in Computing and Information Sciences. He claims much of his skills were self taught because they weren’t offered at the college level 8 years ago. He’s been a managing partner in a firm he helped grow from 4 to 35 employees. They interview local university soon to be grads but says their diplomas don’t mean squat as most don’t have the necessary skills required to get them an entry level job in their degree field. What we all know now is that universities are excellent at two things: creating student debt and student indoctrination.
Some students do not apply themselves. True under our system people learn their trad after University.
My granddaughter is into technology and computing but is a program where she will work in the real world during the summer.
It’s a great career with a good salary if she can find a small firm that doesn’t outsource captive workers from India 🙁 The big companies suck.
So true. My daughter worked for a Swiss company that was big in Europe small in US. She then worked for a German company the same small in US. Now she works for a small US company and likes it.

I used to get flu shots for my son, Josiah, when they were recommended by his liver transplant team (both pre- & post-transplant). We started seeing that service when he was around age 15 & he got the liver transplant when he was 17. Up until then I’d been denying shots for All my kids for years due to J’s autism & an abundance of caution.
We have bucked the flu shot rec for him for the past few years. I have No Idea if following the transplant’s team’s guidance was wise back then, almost a decade ago now…
At this point I’m cautioning my kids from getting their kids (none have kids yet) Any shots without Serious Investigation of the dangers. Live & learn…
As my Dad used to say, “you made a judgment/decision based on the info you had available at the time.” At least you are wise enough to question now, knowing what you do. Transplants are a bit over most of our “pay grades” so I’m sure I would have listened to the team.
It is infuriating! We have actually NOT seen his actual Transplant Doctor since my son was discharged from the hospital last summer after a bout of transplant rejection, even though multiple appointments were with him (we only saw a colleague)…

Scary times w/ medically complex people. I read somewhere that Ivermectin is contraindicated for someone on Prograf/tacrolimus, like my son. Thankfully some of his other meds seem to be good “remedies” for Covid & when our household got it last year he wasn’t too badly impacted!

Good morning Qteam! I’m going to need a little help here, if possible.
My wife and I both work together at the largest wine and spirits retailer in GA. We really enjoy our “retirement” jobs, the folks we work with and our customers (for the most part!!) We have both become certified in our fields: me = CSS (Certified Specialist of Spirits) and my wife = WSET-2, plus Certified Master of Italian Wines.
There is a rumor that today (Friday, payday) all employees will be notified of a new company “mandate.” The requirement is a bit sneeky to me. The requirement will say that all unvaxed employees must be C-19 tested weekly in order to report for work the next week. Of course, management wants the test results sent to them. From what I know, there are only a handful of us that remain unvaxed. Pressure, anyone? Oh, and as for the vax, we will not comply.
This is very discriminatory it seems to us (EEOC, OSHA, etc.) I want to be ready to professionally respond to these guys and am asking if any of you have some ideas for me as to how I can respond? Also, I remember reading about a GAB group for folks like us that is like a job board. I’ll check that out as well.

Send in the email as late as possible each time. Try to use excuses, like “same as last time” and maybe work them out of the habit of asking. Most good companies are good at compliance however. Stop that advice if your company is like that or else you just make it worse. Bottom line its their dime and their time. As long as that remains the case just consider it part of the job. Known as a contrarian all my life, I have grown to be even more so in my later years. It has served me well to the consternation of a couple former employers, an ex-wife, family members, church pastors/members, and so on. I have tried to learn to be a little more tactful as I aged, but sometimes tact can be taken for complacency. Without change and change agents, calling out deception and lies, etc. – evil doers can quietly do what they do without pushback.

He told Beck that he asked Trump if he would have done the “vaccine” mandates that Biden did.
Trump said, No, he wouldn’t—instead, he would “use the power of his office” to mount a campaign to “convince ” the “vaccine hesitant” to GET VACCINATED.

Considering all his comments about vaccines, DJT is making sure that he cannot win in 2024. It would be a great improvement if he would simply admit he made serious errors in two areas: vaccines and appointments.

With ALL OF THE FACTS available, these days, SUPPORTING Covid injections IS A DEAL Breaker.
For what it’s worth it might help to remember that we were vax hesitant before we were anti vax. Even Ran Paul is not at this point anti vax and only a handful of politicians are. Many are still of the opinion that vax injuries/deaths are still out weighed by CV deaths and much of that has to do with the many shades of deceit used in arriving at those numbers. Many are also still not seeing the ADE aspects and or the long term implications of taking the vax and are still in need of being talked off the ledge. Many see the constitutional issues involved but for a lot of those it stops there as many of our politicians and talking heads have taken the vax and still believe in it.
Meanwhile there is/was a valid argument that the most vulnerable be allowed to take the vax while the healthy stayed away from it. That could of helped in the heard immunity area but unfortunately given the numbers of healthy that have taken the vax that’s raised the likelihood of ADE to a more higher likely out come as it keeps variants circulating which in turn will keep people demanding the vax.
Then there comes the issue of all the layers of swamp in the administration that allowed for this. The President didn’t see it, but neither did we, or out talking heads at the time. In fact we were angry when the big pharma didn’t rollout the vax until days after the election instead of before the election.
Knowing that Banon and Navaro both understand the issues, I’m sure Trump has been presented with the facts but he still has to walk this back slowly. Remember a large segment wanted and took the vax because they were afraid of the virus. What will happen if all those suddenly wake up to understand the consequences of ADE all at the same time? The economy would come to a screeching halt as they all cowered in their homes IMO.

OK, so this is going to be a personal comment, so please just skip by it if that’s not your bag. I want to share this here because you guys are so much of my “family” & peer group (yeah, I literally don’t get out much–shock!)…
I just had an interesting conversation with my son Josiah (he’s the one w/ “autism” & other special needs). This was a wide-ranging discussion & we were Very Real with each other & it all ended in a pretty powerful prayer time.
So I’ve been a stay-at-home mom throughout my kids’ existence & though I have a graduate degree & beyond education & a license to practice counseling have never officially “worked” as a counselor, for pay. My oldest son has accused me of wasting my education & there is no way that I can justify my existence (nor his perception of what that might be) in a way that explains how I’ve gotten to where I am in my life.
Anyway, that counseling training (& the more challenging training of parenthood, & in particular special needs parenting deployment) was a key part of what enabled what started out as a very challenging & uncomfortable discussion w/ J to end up in a healing prayer & resolution. Even more than that background, however, is our Biblical Worldview, that permeates how we choose to live our lives chez moi.
I don’t know if I’ll ever actually be in the workforce again (it’s quite hard to imagine in the current climate of near total depredations on freedom). However, even though my kids are all adults now & only J still lives at home (planning to marry next summer), I think the way that I am able to impact him & continue to help launch him is Very Important.
This is not trying to justify my existence, for I cannot, but affirming the power of God’s work in both of our lives, that occurs periodically (& randomly) both in & out of season. I guess I’m just saying that God is Good, even in the midst of the horrors around us. So thankful for that random, yet blessed encounter, with my son. In my weakness He is strong!
I hope this brief testimonial is an encouragement to someone here, whether you let me know or not. In fact let me add a prayer for all who might be reading along.
Heavenly Father, I lift up my brothers & sisters in Christ & those like-minded warriors for Truth who have yet to embrace the fact that Jesus IS The Truth. So inspired by the witness on here today. Aubergine – proud of you and your dedication as well as Valerie. My wife made the same decision when our daughter was age 5 and it was blessed. That beautiful light to the world always felt loved and cared for and my wife never regretted the decision despite leaving employment as an accomplished officer in her banking career. Today we celebrate our daughter, SIL, and two grandsons who carry the Lord’s light into the world without reservation or apology.
We overcame every obstacle we faced because we invited Jesus into our marriage and home and tried our best to do it His way.

I actually did a cost/benefit analysis once, of what I would have actually cleared financially if I went back to work, with all things considered. I realized I would actually make next to nothing. Who would give up being with their kids to make no money?

Listening to “The Charlie Kirk” radio show. He has a copy of an email that was apparently sent to every active service member of the US Navy.
The email details the list of “disciplinary actions” that will happen to personnel who “refuse the lawful order” to get “fully vaccinated” by early December. The actions go all the way from “freezing” the service position of a service member, through discharge with full loss of pension and VA medical benefits.

Yes, but what they are saying jibes exactly with experience I’ve had with people I know. It is possible to have sepsis, get antibiotic treatment, and recover.
I imagine there was more to his being hospitalized than feeling “fatigue” — he probably had other symptoms, maybe burning on urination, cloudy urine, blood in the urine, etc. — but I’m okay with not publishing every detail of a person’s medical condition.
I don’t know if people think he has something else, like COVID, and that he’s getting the ivermectin that they won’t give us. I think it unlikely because they don’t usually come up with cover stories that are this detailed and ring this true. And I doubt that Hildebeest would have been allowed within a mile of him if he has COVID — vaccination or not.
In my experience, visitors to sepsis patients have to wear protective gowns, gloves, and masks when in the patient’s room to keep from spreading infection to others. So maybe Hill had to do that. Or maybe he is in a private area and all rules were suspended for her.
