The first indicator something is sketchy is the WaPo with the breaking news. The second indicator is Peter Strzoks BFF journalist Devlin Barrett with the story. Assuming the U.S. Marshals office still holds some credibility, the Occam’ Razor of the sourcing would indicate it’s the FBI delivering the information to the Washington Post….
Looks to me like someone wants to keep the Supreme Court abortion story in the mind of the electorate. Perhaps the political benefit was wearing off, so they needed to restir the pot. Regardless of what is behind the story, things are certainly not as they appear at face value.
The other side is investing a lot into keeping the January 6 narrative alive. They’ve even hired someone who has the resources to confect a story line to keep the people not already awake mesmerized.

Following the recent tragedy in Uvalde, the anti-liberty left didn’t waste any time blaming innocent gun owners. They immediately began talking about “red flag” laws, which sound merely helpful but which are, in fact, unconstitutional gun grabs under another name.
This is a typical leftist tactic: avoiding certain words because they would convey what is really taking place. Democrats routinely have their best wordsmiths conjure up soft language for wholesale gun confiscation. Start with those so-called “red flag” orders, which imply a government promise to confront serious dangers. Now that the people have become wise to this crass word manipulation, they’ve even starting to roll out a new version: “Yellow flag” orders. It’s got all the unconstitutional gun confiscation as before, but with a slightly brand new name.
That’s just the beginning of the naming frenzy, all intended to show that the government is just here to help. These unconstitutional abominations are also known as Extreme Risk Firearm Protection Orders (ERFPO), Risk Protection Orders (RPO), Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO), and Gun Violence Restraining Orders (GVRO). Liberticidal leftists have also been wearing out their thesaurus conjuring up harmless descriptions of how these things work. Instead of talking about how an innocent person’s means of self-defense and personal property will be taken at gunpoint, they talk about how these laws “temporarily” separate people from their guns or keep guns out of the hands of individuals perceived as a danger to themselves and others.

A calamitous, destructive, painful descent is happening before our eyes. We’re witnesses to history — but the imperative is to be actors against what we’re witnessing. Winning elections, though critical, won’t alone fix things. The culture needs to be retaken. Institutions need to be recaptured — or routes around them created.

And who do they blame for all the chaos they incite? The deplorables of course; Trump supporters, patriots, constitutionalists, conservatives of every stripe.
Buying Out the American Dream
While the appeal of homeownership remains a priority for many Americans, the attainability of such a goal is steadily becoming loftier and out of reach for a majority of younger generations. In 2020, the Los Angeles Times reported that currently more than 67 million U.S. homeowners are over the age of 55, while a 2018 report by Urban divulged that homeownership rate among millennials aged from 25 to 34 is eight percentage points lower than baby boomers, and 8.4 percentage points lower than Gen Xers within the same age group.
There are many reasons for this grim manifestation ranging from the increased cost of living, the rising debt in younger generations, hidden homeownership costs, and even the glamour of traveling that appeals to many millennials. However, perhaps the most sinister and intrinsically dangerous justification for the millennial decline in homeownership is that the American dream is simply being bought right out from under them.
In the first quarter of 2021, one in every seven homes purchased were made by an institutional investor (asset managers, pension funds, foreign sovereign wealth funds). Among other things, this prices perspective middle-class homeowners out of the marketplace. HousingWire reported that investor purchases of single-family homes in 2021 rose 4.8% year over year in the first quarter, while investors maintained the largest market share in the multifamily sector by buying 25.8% of multifamily properties that sold. Investors acquired the largest share of lower-priced homes (20.8%), compared to 12.5% of high-priced homes and 11.3% of mid-priced homes. These investors typically pay in cash and often 50% above the asking price, while devouring entire neighborhoods by transforming them from middle-class homes into rental properties.

I found out about the sale from some corporation that mailed a postcard to me hounding me to sell. Not sure yet if an actual human bought it or some bank, but given that the last few houses up sold on the street were turned into rentals, I’m going to assume “bank.” Americans having to compete for housing with billion dollar banks getting unlimited interest-free money from the Fed goes way beyond “ha ha, people are stupid” territory. No, this is screwing over a lot of responsible people, too.
And the fact that they are turning everything into rentals goes along with the “You will OWN NOTHING and be happy about it”…..

Our neighbor’s house just sold for 2 1/2 times what we paid for our house about 2 1/2 decades ago, though it appears to be an individual family. Both of our homes have similar additions so would be practical comps for each other.
My brother in Dallas is entertaining an offer on his house from someone in NY who’s been outbid repeatedly in numerous house-buying attempts. This offer is well over their (low to get bids) asking price & above their prayed for needed sale price…
We’ve known a few young homebuyers in Metro Detroit who’ve been repeatedly outbid on multiple homes. All three of these eventual buyers ended up buying in “lesser” communities, just so they could get a home to own…

In 1995, I bought a house here for $80,000. My then-husband made about $35,000 a year. I didn’t work. With three kids, it didn’t “pencil out” for daycare vs. what I could earn.
In 2009, I bought another house here (divorce), for $123,000. I made about $25,000 a year. Did I mention this whole area is pretty low income? I was in marketing for our local hospital, a good-paying job for here.
Today, my 26-year-old son, who is the manager of a large local plant nursery, makes about $34,000 a year. The least expensive house I have seen sell in the last year or so was meth-infested (potentially a tear-down) for $330,000! Almost all small homes, 2-3 bedroom houses, are in the $400,000 and up range.
My son stands NO chance of purchasing in this market. And he’s smart, hard-working, and carries no debt of any kind.

Be very careful w/CBD, learn how to read labels. I’d start with a liquid with a mililiter dropper where you can dole out the minimum dose and gradually increase as needed. You’re supposed to hold the liquid under the tongue for 30-60 secs so try and find a mint flavor that can disguise taste. (Unflavored is nasty and tastes like wood dirt.) If child can’t stand taste of oil, you can always mix it in juice, but that diminishes potency. Gummies are also popular but contain added sugar.

If you fly to a state where you’re not allowed to have a gun in your possession without permits, etc., I don’t know how this would work. Maybe they wouldn’t check the baggage and would not know about the gun.
Flying through layovers in states that prohibit possession of the checked gun can be problematic if the flyer gets shipped to a hotel overnight. Real pain in the ass. Flyers have been known to overnight in the terminal in preference to risking the wrath and sadistic glee of the gun Karens of these states, who prefer to prosecute to a loss for grandstanding purposes, rather than to just do the right thing.
Gun owners are often advised simply to pick legal layover cities, to avoid the hassle.
It IS legal as I alluded above.

Start by asking if the pilots were forced to get Covid shots. That might be the end of the investigation, as well.
AdmittedlyI don’t know about these aircrafts or crew but isn’t there a copilot ? If one passes out at the controls (from the jab) can’t the other take over ?
Seems like either mechanical failure or human error, all could be lack of training, lax discipline ( don’t hurt their feelz) inadequate mental capabilities after forcing out the cream of the crop over the jab ?
For all we know it could be sabotage on pyupose
With all these people coming over the border, I strongly suspect Russia and China could be field-testing high-tech weapons.
“Human Error” would be my first guess.
That does not necessarily include or exclude any pilots or copilots, as it could be something maintenance related, or in parts manufacturing, etc.
The LA Times, one of the original sources for the first story on the Osprey that crashed yesterday, had a strange and not totally explained disclaimer in their story. Meanwhile this story doesn’t even say what kind of A/C?

The charges against Paul Pelosi were not dropped. He has a preliminary court date on August 3rd.
Pelosi was driving home from a dinner party not far from his home. He was struck by the driver of a Jeep. If that hadn’t happened, no one would have known about his alcohol level. I would not be surprised if he has driven with an elevated alcohol level many times before.

The drinking situation among his age group is so severe that the hospital in Sun City AZ has a small liquor supply room next to the pharmacy. Seems that the danger of bad side effects from going cold turkey are too much to deal with during medical in-hospital illnesses so the docs actually write scripts for the patient’s booze of choice.
