Dear KMAG: 20220711 Joe Biden Didn’t Win ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

U.S. President Donald Trump walks with first lady Melania Trump while departing for Palm Beach, Florida from the White House in Washington, U.S., February 1, 2019. REUTERS/Jim Young – RC11859C4760

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And indeed, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!

…and we will have fun doing it, too!

The Rules

TL;DR –

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

Boilerplate, more or less, but worth reading again and again, if only for the minor changes, and to stay out of moderation.

The bottom line is Free Speech. Theories and ideas you don’t agree with must be WELCOME here, and you must be part of that welcoming. But you do NOT need to be part of any agreement.

Bottom line – respect other people’s FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

Our only additional requirement is that you do so NICELY. Or at least try to make some effort in that direction.

SO….. [ENGAGE BOILERPLATE…..]

We must endeavor to persevere to love our frenemies – even here.

Those who cannot deal with this easy requirement will be forced to jump the hoops of moderation, so that specific comments impugning other posters and violating the minimal rules can be sorted out and tossed in the trash.

In Wheatie’s words, “We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.”

That includes the life skill of just ignoring certain other posters.

We do have a site – The U Tree – where civility is not a requirement. Interestingly, people don’t really go there much. Nevertheless, if you find yourself in an “argument” that can’t really stay civil, please feel free to “take it to the U Tree”. The U Tree is also a good place to report any technical difficulties, if you’re unable to report them here. Please post your comment there on one of Wolf’s posts, or in reply to one of Wolf’s comments, to make sure he sees it (though it may take a few hours).

We also have a backup site, called The Q Tree as well, which is really The Q Tree 579486807. You might call it “Second Tree”. The URL for that site is https://theqtree579486807.wordpress.com/. If this site (theqtree.com) ever goes down, please reassemble at the Second Tree.

If the Second Tree goes down, please go to The U Tree, or to our Gab Group, which is located at https://gab.com/groups/4178.

We also have some “old rules” and important guidelines, outlined here, in a very early post, on our first New Year’s Day, in 2019. The main point is not to make violent threats against people, which then have to be taken seriously by law enforcement, and which can be used as a PRETEXT by enemies of this site.

In the words of Wheatie, “Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.”

A Moment of Prayer

Our policy on extreme religious freedom on this site is discussed HERE. Please feel free to pray and praise God anytime and anywhere.

Thus, please pray for our real President, the one who actually won the election.

You may also pray for our nation, our world, and even our enemies.

Call To Battle

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

Daily outrage and epic phuckery abound.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

And we will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wolfie’s Wheatie’s Word of the Day Year Week:

virulence

noun

a pathogen’s or microorganism’s ability to cause damage to a host.

the ability to overcome a host’s defenses and cause disease or damage.

the state of being pathogenic.

relative severity or malignancy.

extreme bitterness or malevolence; rancor.

Used in a sentence:

The virulence of the spike protein itself was only exceeded by that of the people who knowingly approved it for children, in full knowledge that doing so would shorten their lives, sterilize many of them, and drain their immunity further with every injection.

Used in a picture:

Kurt Schlichter: “We have the Constitution, and it gives us the answers to all our questions.”

Except enforcement.

And that’s a biggie.

TheseTruths

There is increasingly more talk like this of violence and civil war. There was a time when one could see it as fear-mongering for the benefit of the fear-mongerer (for internet clicks, fame, products sold, etc.). But it’s clearer than ever that the Left IS desperate and violent. They aren’t even trying to hide it anymore.

TheseTruths

I agree. And yes, immediately, not after two years of hearings. It has already been almost two years since the last election was stolen.

I haven’t yet listened to the Gregg Phillips interview that Gail posted yesterday, but I understand that he indicates that what went on in 2020 is still going on. I hope whatever info he brings in July will have some effect on that. If not…

cthulhu

Don’t forget killing babes in the womb and rendering mothers’ milk toxic to infants. And, BTW, rendering known effective treatments unobtanium.

TheseTruths

We had better try to prevent that, but I’m not sure how. If we can’t, then yes, fight back immediately and where they won’t know what hit them. This takes leadership and planning.

Never forget Rhodes and the ‘Oath Keepers’

Report: “Oath Keepers” Kingpin, Stewart Rhodes, EXPOSED as Confidential Informant in Jan 6 LIE
Remember the oath keepers was formed the month before DHS head Janet Napolitano said: “…returning veterans among terrorist risks to the U.S…”

Napolitano stands by controversial report

April 16, 2009

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Wednesday that she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report, which lists returning veterans among terrorist risks to the U.S…..”

Back to the Revolver report a real MUST READ:

…Stewart Rhodes is the founder, boss and kingpin of the Oath Keepers.

The Oath Keepers, we are told, are America’s largest militia, the most prominent antigovernment group in the United States, and the preeminent right-wing domestic extremist insider threat to the entire U.S. military.

Whatever the truth of these hyperbolic claims, the fact remains: the Oath Keepers are the most extensively prosecuted paramilitary group alleged to be involved in 1/6. Indeed, it was the alleged “pre-planned assault” on the Capitol by Stewart Rhodes’s alleged Oath Keepers lieutenants that was used as the key talking point to try to convert the day’s events from a protest into an “insurrection.”

But Stewart Rhodes is not simply a key figure in the Oath Keepers. Stewart Rhodes is the Oath Keepers, according to Oath Keepers board member Richard Mack…..

The Justice Department argues that Stewart Rhodes both substantially organized and activated an imputed plan to use violence, on 1/6, in real-time, through a series of encrypted Signal messages beginning at 1:38 p.m., as Trump concluded his rally speech on the National Mall, and 62 minutes before Oath Keepers lieutenants allegedly formed a “military stack” to rush the Capitol doors.

These facts alone, as alleged, are more than legally sufficient to secure an indictment of Stewart Rhodes. We will walk you through the mountains of direct and circumstantial evidence built on top of these allegations, but readers must understand this: the only reason 👉 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝗮𝗶𝗹 *𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄* 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗺. 👈

Indeed, it is unclear whether the FBI has even sought to search Stewart Rhodes’s residence, personal belongings, or electronic devices, other than a single iPhone allegedly seized on the streets from agents in unmarked FBI vehicles in late April (since returned)…

So Patriots WERE SET UP BY OH!BUMMER A FULL DECADE BEFORE THE Jan 6th ‘INSURRECTION!!!’

Tonawanda

This is the crux of the problem. Leadership and planning.

Outside electoral politics (which is what we are talking about) we have zero leaders. Many with leadership ability, but apparently none doing any leading.

And planning requires organization. If you can’t communicate, you can’t organize. And their surveillance state has made effective private communication impossible, certainly not on the necessary scale..

This is why they have established the phony white supremacy narrative, and the domestic violence narrative. Those bogus narratives are intended to prevent effective communication by giving the government an excuse to break things up before they start.

Canada showed their willingness and ability to do so, and no one gives a peep up there now.

As awake as Americans are, and are becoming more so every day, they are (IMO) no where near the mindset to do what needs to be done.

The sort of mindset and ability we ALREADY were supposed to have – – leadership, organization, and planning – – within an institution who is authorized to do what needs to be done.

But now it is clear that our side, without that institution or any other help, only has the numbers (by far). We do not even have a Solidarity. Just numbers.

Do not mean to be gloom and doom, and I am hopeful, even optimistic, because of the numbers. The numbers will only mean something, though, if (IMO) there is some galvanizing event which overrides the highly successful repression the other side has (and is) gradually implementing.

Gail Combs

given OH!Bummer’s surveillance state. YOU are not going to KNOW.

And that is all I am going to say on the subject except paranoia is a GOOD THING.

singingsoul1

Prince on Bannon has a new phone where no one can listen in. Right now one can get an app but in the fall the phone comes out. That will put a crimp in the surveillance state .

kalbokalbs

When information on that phone comes out, I plan to post here. Inquire with folks here there thoughts on the phone being truly secure.

singingsoul1

That will be great Thank you 🙂

singingsoul1

As long as those in power and their on hangers believe they are winning it will be hard to break through because human nature of most people is wanting to be on a winning team.
I believe that is why the Jan 6 committee is so criminal. They know if they fail the house of cards will come down. No one wants to go down with the ship. That is why we saw Republican coward after Jan 6 dump on Trump.
They did not wanted to be on a sinking ship. Those people should never be in leadership position.
The stronger we get the more people will come to our site. Division who is causing that? My opinion is they are working for the other site. I know Trump is our only chance to get from under the boot of communism of
China.
We have the momentum stay strong God is with us.

Tonawanda

Totally agree, we do have the momentum. Good things are happening.

singingsoul1

God be with us 🙂

mollypitcher5

This ^^^^^^ so much, totally agree Tonawanda

singingsoul1

We better hope that many people out of government ranks step up because their lives are in danger also. They know it. Hope doctors and scientists learned from this past episode. We are also aware. One hopes they do not ban all therapeutics. All we can do live clean and faith in God.

kalbokalbs

Another aspect is STOP complying with ignorance.

Just say, NO.

No masks. No lock downs. No social distancing. No closing businesses.

TheseTruths

Yes! I get the impression that there are a lot more people willing to do this now. They’ve seen enough.

singingsoul1

We better figure out what will help when the next virus is released. There is no Zelenko no Trump in the WH.

Gail Combs

Vit. C, D, Selenium and Zinc hit ALL viruses with the help of Green tea, Quercetin, HCQ or Ivermectin

It is why I have not had the flu for decades after I started taking selenium in the early 80s.

singingsoul1

Good to know. Thank you for a good reminder 🙂

Tonawanda

I have noticed an almost infallible division between the brainwashed and the non-brainwashed, even among pro-Trump, pro-MAGA people, or patriots in general.

Do they understand Ukraine or not?

Exhibit A: Free Republic. So many over there think Putin represents the USSR, and Ukraine represents American values. Where have these people been?

Gail Combs

Gingersmom2009

That was just what I was going to say. Check your expiration dates and re-order meds with dates as far out as possible. The vendors will work with you.

cthulhu

If they try that “2000 Mules” thing in the 2022 election, the best thing for the nation would be if 1500 mules were found dead the next morning, slumped over boxes of bloodstained bogus ballots.

Whether the ballots were subsequently counted or not, it should make it very difficult to meet 2024 mule recruitment targets and save a whole lot of worse trouble.

Gail Combs

From what Gregg implied, they HAVE the data to pick up the Mules. Since the Mules are low-info low income types they are flipping at the least amount of pressure. THE HAVE COPIES OF THE CHECKS PAID TO THE MULES…. And that starts the money trail.

… Gregg implied ONE of the bits of info is coming out very soon…

And then there is Steve Bannon.

One can posit that “backroom deals” are perhaps even now being formulated to deny POTUS45 the “Republican” nomination in 2024, in order to have a “Republicans want a President who won’t cause division ticket”, like Pence – Haley.

Voters did NOT comply with Uniparty, Pravda News.

Trump runs, Trump PREVAILS.

Gail Combs

kalbokalbs

Just DAWNED on Slow Guy.

YOUR Point IS why, Trump did NOT go the Third Party route.

They can’t destroy the Republican Party. Damage it, at times. Not destroy it.

Trump IS strong enough to Win From Within two party stsem.

Gail Combs

EXACTLY!
Voters DO NOT LIKE the RINOs but they were the ‘lesser of two evils’ So when Trump showed up and said what he planned People flocked to him in DROVES! The Political Class thought him a buffoon and thought slyly supporting him against other Repubs would make Hitlery a shoe-in.

Voters caught their CHEAT MACHINE flat footed.

Notice the Political Class is freaking out BECAUSE the REAL grassroots and getting organized and taking over the RINOs party.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

A third party ALWAYS splits the vote such that the DEMON-RATS WIN. That is why they will fund a libertarian if they think we will win. For example Chuck Kitchen lost the judgeship because of a Libertarian so the DemonRat is now judge.

I love the “virulence” sentence!

Virulent: c. 1400, in reference to wounds, ulcers, etc., “full of corrupt or poisonous matter,” from Latin virulentus “poisonous,” from virus “poison” (see virus). Figurative sense of “violent, spiteful” is attested from c. 1600. Related: Virulently.

One of my to-do items for tomorrow is delivering a complaint letter to my local AAA office.

Y’all may remember my 6/18 fiasco where my radiator cracked, and I had to get towed. The tow-truck driver was tops, and he had me laughing as much as I had him laughing all the way down to Santa Clara — despite sneaking some serious convo in there, too. Just as he was unhooking, he told me that I was going to get a survey and he’d appreciate it if I said nice things.

It was a geas laid upon me — if it was important to him, it was important to me.

And I soon found out that AAA’s satisfaction survey system is tremendously FUBAR’d. I can’t exactly say how, but I answered calls for a few days, then I tried to call — only to encounter phone-tree hell. I even went into the local office (for something else) and was told by the person behind the counter that she had encountered the same thing.

I don’t know if your opinion doesn’t matter if you don’t have an iPhone, or whether pickups from certain places can’t leave feedback, or what. All I know is it’s like the proverbial rotten fish by moonlight — it shines and stinks. So they’re getting a three-page letter (large print) about what a great guy the driver was and how much their satisfaction survey sucks.

cthulhu

Currently printing on 25% cotton paper. Going into a 9×12 envelope when done. Feels like a subpoena.

cthulhu

Had to rummage around to get a fat enough pen. The ones for ticking and tying aren’t appropriate. I guess VSGPOTUSDJT uses actual fountain pens, but I have to stick with cheaper imitations.

Gail Combs

Sharpies or the rapidograph pen. I loved rapidograph pens when I did lab work.

Ahhh ticking and tying … haven’t heard those terms since my days at Deloitte, even though I still use them for certain personal records 😎

Everyone emails resumes and contracts any more. I have a selection of special papers for various uses.

Back in the day, you’d run the client’s financial statements on regular copy paper, then put the Auditor’s Opinion on 100% cotton Parchment Deed, before binding in covers. Those were the days when people said “CPA” stood for “Cut, Paste, and Assemble.” It’s probably an ethical violation these days.

Gail Combs

“Everyone emails resumes and contracts any more….”

And those contracts aren’t worth a crap if you have a good lawyer.

You want it IN WRITING AND SIGNED AND NOTARIZED PERIOD.

For lab work I want it in a BOUND NOTEBOOK signed dated and counter signed.

Call me old fashion but real paper makes it tough to play games in SHTF scenarios.

Those phone menus can be so frustrating! Something that should be simple can take waaaay too much time. Good for you for speaking up.

cthulhu

Discover Card has one of the better phone tree implementations — it’s relentlessly upbeat and the AI that tries to interpret what you’re saying is very good and subject to continuous improvement.

That said — and I think I documented it here some months back — I’m prone to weird transactions like, “if my open balance is $3,000 less than my credit limit, and my minimum monthly payment less my available cashback bonus is less than $1,000, then make a payment from my usual payment account of the minimum monthly payment less the cashback bonus and apply the entire cashback bonus.”

So, when the phone tree asked me, “how can I direct your call?”, I started just saying, “it’s complicated” until I got a human with a scratchpad. I mentioned this on one call.

And when I called again, the AI replied, “is this complicated because……?”

After laughing my fanny off, and stumbling through my intended transaction, I was in wonder — the Discover AI was learning from interactions with me. Cooth. An internet weirdo.

Chris

Good on you !

cthulhu

…..and, it’s been hand-delivered.

URGENT—- We have an comment image EXPLOSIVE comment image STORY breaking in the AM. The information we have received will expose the Jan. 6 sham — AND should end Chris Wray’s career. If our website goes down in the AM. You now know why.

“STORY breaking in the AM. The information we have received will expose the Jan. 6 sham — AND should end Chris Wray’s career.”

_______

Reminds me of the excitement and mystery leading up to the introduction of the most amazing invention ever created. It was going to change everything.

Change the whole world. Change the way people live, the way they travel.

It was going to revolutionize humankind.

I remember people were speculating that teleporters had been invented, so you could instantly be transported anywhere on earth.

And what was it?

What was the big surprise, after months of being jerked around with this drama?

The Segway.

A freakin’ electric scooter 🙄

It was a historical event after all.

The biggest product debut letdown in human history…

That’s a lot like the feeling I get from this 😂

Tonawanda

Ditto.

And I remember the hype before segway very well. It got everyone’s attention. People were talking about flying cars!

People learned from that. The wrong people.

scott467

I have despised the Segway since the day it was revealed.

It symbolizes the big con.

That’s what the creators and marketers of the Segway did.

They forever associated their product with lies and deceit.

When you see a Segway, you see a mobile lie.

That’s what it is.

Tonawanda

Yes x 1000.

maumeeriver

I believe there was a similar marketing technique implemented, back in the 70’s, for another vehicle.

The Chevy Citation.

With comparable results.

maumeeriver

Hello sir. Sorry for the discrepancy. I get a little nervous coming out of the shadows.

ROBERT BAKER

I remember it well. It was a personal triumph for Mr. Hype. These days you will find his brother or at least his cousin roaming the internet with a lit match or some similar incendiary. Sometimes it seems like a flamethrower. It leads me to paraphrase an old saw, “all hype and no cattle.”

slowcreekno

We will have to see. The only one I know that reliably makes these kinds of announcements and then follows up with something better than a nothingburger, is Ben Garrison.

Others’ performance have shown to be all over the place.

But should this be something, that will be great news.

Tonawanda

This is why we need to construct a test, or analytic model, to determine if the promised event in fact lives up to the promises.

Although the promisers always stick in a reason why they will not fulfill the promise, as so often they do not. Right now there are people promising blockbusters, and if you listen, they always put in an excuse for failure.

scott467

There’s a reason why those goal posts always have wheels on them.

Makes ’em a lot easier to move… 👍😂

Tonawanda

cthulhu

Some years back, I had written another letter to AAA about their customer service people being awesome. But it wasn’t chasing around a stupid “Satisfaction Survey” — it was over-the-top awesome.

I was flying into Charlotte, NC and had planned to meet up with the Fiancee in Greensboro. I’d booked a car from (IIRC) Hertz through AAA. I got to CLT, picked-up my luggage, and got on the Hertz shuttle bus to their nearby lot…..that was full of people and oddly devoid of cars. There was some golf thingie. Wandering around and shamelessly eavesdropping, there were people who had been there for three hours and had still not received a car. Hertz was essentially kidnapping people and holding them in their car lot to give them cars that never appeared.

There was one guy — an architect — that was hauling around a portfolio he was supposed to present to a client in a meeting downtown that had started two hours prior. People were calling for cabs to haul them off the Hertz lot to places downtown ($$$$$).

I called AAA and told ’em that this was my first time using them to book a rental car. It won’t be my last. After a couple of establishing routines, the rep guided me to walking off the Hertz property, skirting a fence, and walking over some rough terrain to some “WeBcars” agency next door, where she’d booked a similar vehicle at a similar price while canceling my Hertz deal. Mind you, this was simultaneous use of AAA discounts, Google Earth, Hertz and WeBcars websites while on the phone. It was like Sci-Fi where everything worked right. I was driving off in a car about half-an-hour after I’d squawked for help. I felt like Edison Carter — “walk toward the road…..after about 25 feet, there’s a break in the fence to your right. Go through the break, then scramble through the rocks until you’re in the parking lot, then walk through the parked cars toward the rental bulding…..”

There are quite a few AAA staffers who can (and frequently will) turn your crap emergency back in your favor. It’s nice to recognize them, and it’s extremely frustrating when you are not allowed to.

Gail Combs

I hope the rest of your stay in NC went OK.

Charlotte is a ‘we do not do those gigs unless you pay us LOTSA MONEY’

Greensboro is more or less routine.

cthulhu

The rest of the stay went fine. I was flying into CLT because Piedmont-Triad Airport sucks so bad when flying from the West Coast. The Fiancee had times when (a) she got in at 3AM and the airport was essentially closed when she disembarked; and (b) she got stuck in Atlanta because of delays to the airport.

pgroup2

That’s what you get for going with #1. Don’t you remember those Avis ads – “We’re number two; we try harder”?

Sheesh.

 😆

cthulhu

The point was that I was going with AAA. If AAA had partnered with Enterprise, I’d have been looking for an Enterprise car. They were supposed to handle everything…..and, ultimately (and a bit of a surprise), they did — while all the other prisoners at the Hertz gulag were left stranded.

Mind you, it was a bit more of an adventure than the usual car rental — “where are you now?” “I’m standing next to the, um, southeast corner of their rental building next to a large yellow sign.” “Can you see the checkout booth?” “Yes.” “Walk about 30 feet toward the checkout booth but bear right towards the perimeter fence.” “Gotcha.” It was more like Network 23.

WATCH: Mom Throws Herself on Hood of Car After Carjacker Steals It With Her Children Inside (thegatewaypundit.com)

A mother in New Mexico flung herself on top of the hood of her car after a carjacker stole it with her two children inside.

Melody Maldonado, 33, clung to the vehicle as the thief, Regina Castillo, 29, sped away with her 11-month-old son and six-year-old autistic daughter inside.

The incident took place around 11:30 p.m. on the Fourth of July.

Maldonado said that she was screaming for Castillo to stop and that her children were inside.

…………

Gail Combs

AND the rest of the story….

…“She definitely heard me. I yelled at her to stop and that my kids were in the car,” she told the Daily Mail.

“She kept driving. We drove a good distance… she swerved so I would fall off.”

Maldonado ran back to the supermarket, not realizing that her foot was broken, and prompted the clerk to call the police….

….The Hobbs Police Department was able to locate the car and found the suspect had left the six-year-old at an intersection before attempting to evade police.

Maldonado believes the suspect threw her daughter out of the car because the girl had a phone and probably thought the police could have tracked her.

The mother said her daughter Ma’Rey was devastated after the ordeal, but that some Good Samaritans took care of her and called the police.

The suspect was identified as Regina Castillo, 29, who left the car and tried to run from police.

Castillo was found hiding behind a pickup truck and arrested.

She faces charges in connection with the carjacking, but police determined she had three active warrants for her arrest.

Castillo has faced charges including no-shows for identity concealment, shoplifting and no-shows for traffic violations.

Her criminal history shows that she was charged with assaulting a household member, two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, shoplifting and forgery….

The children were treated by EMS and eventually reunited with their mother.

Trump Warriors 3
HR 4350 is the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022.

Rep. #AdamSchiff recently slid this language into the text of #HR4350.

The text was inserted about halfway down in the bill which is hundreds of pages long.

This is how Shifty Schiff operates.

#Schiff files amendment to NDAA that would conceal any info collected by the U.S. military for use in congressional investigations or court proceedings.

Massive attempted coverup of enormous proportions and preemptive power grab to prevent GOP oversight next year:

Think about what this means: Defense Sec Austin can decline any request for materials related to deadly Afghanistan withdrawal, woke policies, vaccine mandates/injuries, and January 6 among other issues.

For example, GOP committees would be prevented from examining the military’s role in the events of January 6 including the use of assets before and on that day as well as the use of intelligence services such as NCIS, which we know were part of the investigatory process.

WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE?

Majority rules in the House; doesn’t matter what GOP does there. In the Senate, the problem or solution [depending on your point of view] is Emperor Turtle [otherwise known as Mitch] who controls whether Upchuck Schumer gets GOP votes to halt filibuster.

We are being ruled by one person.

Gail Combs

An Oligarchy who OWNS ‘our’ congress critters and senators.

When the Supreme court ruled corporations were PEOPLE and could donate to political campaign and that PACs could take unlimited funds, ordinary people were cut out of the political process.

Funding should have a MAXIMUM within the reach of ordinary people maybe a TOTAL of $1,000 or $2,000 MAX and that is ADDITIVE with NO PACs allowed.

Then we would have a much more level playing field.

That is a shame

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ.

AMEN.

A DARN GOOD REASON NOT TO TRUST BANKS!

Gail Combs

Why do we FEAR asset forfeiture?

Incredible as it sounds, civil asset forfeiture laws allow the government to seize property without charging anyone with a crime.  Until FEAR achieved the nation’s first major federal forfeiture law reform at the turn of the millenium, the government was allowed to keep whatever property it seized without ever having to prove a case. Seized property was presumed guilty and could be forfeited based upon mere hearsay—even a tip supplied by by an informant who stood to gain up to 25% of the forfeited assets. Owners were forced into the untenable situation of trying to prove a negative—that something never happened, even though no proof of any illegal act had been offered at trial.

Newspapers and television stories across the nation documented hundreds of cases of innocent citizens wrongfully deprived of their homes, businesses and livlihoods. Eighty percent of property forfeited to the US during the previous decade was seized from owners who were never even charged with a crime! Over $7 billion has been forfeited to the federal government since 1985. Until the advent of FEAR law enforcement officials promoting expanded forfeiture laws comprised the overwhelming majority of lobbyists at hearings on forfeiture litigation. Meanwhile, prosecutors complained that police were less available to investigate crimes that did not involve forfeiture….

The New York Times launches a frontal attack on Biden on the matter of his age
A few days ago, the New York Times carried a piece by Peter Baker which made the case that Biden at 79 years of age is “testing the boundaries of age and the presidency.”

Baker swiftly gets to the point referring to Biden’s upcoming trip to the Middle East that was initially supposed to be combined with his recent trip to Europe. But Biden’s aides deemed the schedule “might be unnecessarily taxing for a 79-year-old,” hence it was broken into two.

Baker reminds his readers that just a year and a half into his first term, Biden will be more than a year older than Reagan was at the end of two terms. Also, Biden would be 86 at the end of his second term, “testing the outer boundaries of age and the presidency.”

I had a neighbor like that. I almost fainted on a snowy day when I saw her out there age 94 shuffling her steep driveway because she wanted to get her paper. She never missed getting her paper. She also volunteered at a soup kitchen. She drove way up in her nineties and we all got out of her way.
My other neighbor a doctor is almost 100 and he lives with his wife in a big home across from me.. She is 20 years younger but one would not think so he is still more mobile than she is and he drives still. His German cousins cannot get around anymore or are dead. And spread it around
They banned all the cures
‘Till none could be found

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?

Then got your clot shot

They kept you inside
Made you wear a mask
Then closed all your shops
They didn’t even ask

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?
You gave up your rights
Then got another shot

You got sick at home
And got worse there, too
Then to the hospital
Where you got screwed

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?
You gave up your rights
Then got a booster shot

Your immunity’s gone
You still get the disease
And spread it around
To others with ease

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?
You gave up your rights
And still get more shots

They hide the reason
We’re all dropping dead
We fill up with clots
As more disease spreads

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?
You gave up your rights
And give babies shots

As we’re dropping dead
All over the place
We know it’s the Vax
To kill off our race

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?
You gave up your rights
And still line up for shots

Now more people die
And Big Brother’s in charge
The poor do the work
With the rich livin’ large

Doncha know it always goes
You don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone?
Your rights are long gone
And you live for those shots

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/russia-now-controls-area-size-mississippi-despite-54-billion-pledged

A note in Lisa Daftari’s The Foreign Desk newsletter reads of the latest on the Ukraine war and Washington efforts: “$54 Billion Dollars… and Russia Controls an Area the Size of Mississippi”. In terms of geography and land mass, this represents about one-fifth of Ukraine.

Much of the Donbas region and the south is effectively under Russian military control, also as on Monday President Vladimir Putin signed a decree easing rules for residents of Donbas and some parts of occupied Ukraine, making it easier for the local population to acquire Russian citizenship, according to state RIA.

Additionally the Kharkiv region, which contains Ukraine’s second largest city by the same name, is in the last days coming under intensified Russian artillery bombardment. Bordering Russia to its North, and Russian-controlled Luhansk on its East, a slew of Western media reports are warning Kharkiv oblast is likely the next major region to be annexed by Russia.

Related to this, the UK’s Ministry of Defense has warned in an intelligence briefing that “Control of the E40, which links Donetsk to Kharkiv, is likely to be an important objective for Russia as it attempts to advance through Donetsk Oblast.”

As for the massive amount of US taxpayer money already poured into Ukraine since the conflict, as well as what’s been pledged in total, Fox News has tallied based on the US government’s own figures the following:

No sugar or carbs green tea is good Kafir. Cabbage broccoli , kale all good.
I would stay away from sugar and grains or bacon and sausage.
Just my way I would deal with it. Aubergine has good suggestions also.

Aubergine

Hey, Tona.

I would start a course of natural things.

1) a green tea supplement (stronger than drinking the tea)

2) Probiotic foods like yogurt, fermented sauerkraut (gotta be “alive”), kefir, etc. I would try to avoid probiotic supplements if possible in favor of food. Your body processes the food sources better, in my opinio

3) Garlic added to the diet daily. Raw is best if they can do it, I add it to salad dressings. A couple of cloves a day

4) Black seed (cumin seed) oil

5) Dark berries with manuka honey

If they smoke, that exacerbates it, a lot.

Hope that helps!

Tonawanda

TY! Getting this info to her.

I agree with Aubergine, but would also add BROWN RICE When my gut is giving me trouble Cooked and cooled (and reheated) brown rice and yogurt generally sets it right. You can add the garlic to the rice. 😉

This is from a dead website: (There was also a paper showing rice water helped remove cholera bacteria. Rice could make cholera treatment more effective)

I’m afraid you’ve got it wrong with respect to resistant starch and SIBO. It’s not as simple as “giving bacteria food to ferment”- first of all, resistant starch selectively feeds beneficial bacteria in the gut, and the fermentation process does not happen until the starch reaches the colon. Since the RS is not used as an energy source by bacteria in the small intestine, it does not contribute to SIBO (standing for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). Not only does it not feed the bacteria in the small intestine, but many strains of pathogenic and all tested strains of beneficial bacteria that I have seen have shown to adhere to the starch, thus carrying them out of the small intestine and into the large intestine where they can be excreted in feces. So it reduces levels of pathogens, is selectively used by beneficial bacteria, reduces levels of bacteria in the small intestine, increases butyrate production, and restores the integrity of tight junctions (if leaky gut develops from your SIBO, which is likely). Additionally, the SCFA (short-chain fatty acids) produced by RS digestion increases the frequency of peristaltic contractions of the ileum, which would again probably aid in the expulsion of bacteria from the small intestine. For some reason, it seems that everybody “knows” that RS is bad for SIBO, and yet I have yet to find a single scrap of information to support this clam, and plenty to think that such a claim might not be true at all. Notice that all the sites

that http://www.siboinfo.com/diet.html uses as references simply advocate a FODMAPS diet, which actually does not contraindicate starches at all!

Again, to recap: RS removes bacteria from the small intestine and selectively feeds beneficial bacteria which results in butyrate production and proper function of tight junctions (thus relief from leaky gut).

The possibility of H. pylori infection treatment with food products seems to be a very attractive option due to relatively low cost, availability, and lack of adverse effects. At present, most of the data confirms the antibacterial activity of broccoli sprouts, highbush blueberry juice, and some types of plant oils. Keenan et al. [30] obtained promising results from their studies assessing in vitro effect of the combined use of different substances of plant origin with established anti-H. pylori activity. A synergistic effect, inter alia, of broccoli sprout extract and blackcurrant seed oil was demonstrated. Despite the fact that many studies confirm the antibacterial activity of substances contained in food products, the low number of prospective randomised trials assessing their use in clinical practice is striking. Lack of patentability and failure in achievement of permanent eradication, seen in previous studies, are the potential reasons for the above described situation….

According to Putin’s new decree, the simplified procedure for obtaining Russian citizenship now applies to all citizens of Ukraine, and not just to the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Odessa regions.

We are waiting for new fellow citizens and new territories returned to their native harbor.

https://t.me/intelslava/32818

—————————————————

The most correct decision.

Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing all citizens of Ukraine to apply for Russian citizenship in a simplified manner (previously this right was given only to Ukrainian citizens who live in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions).

We are one people and every citizen of Ukraine receives the Image of the Future.
And – choice.

Peace, passport, all rights and freedoms.
The boundless territory of our country, from which part of the people were torn off in 1991. Calling fragmentation and separatism independence – self-sufficiency.
Why die in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine? Lay down your arms, get a passport and you can serve in the Russian army if you have a penchant for military affairs.

If you want peaceful labor, get a passport and work. For all the inhabitants of Russia, the one who has the passport of Ukraine in his pocket is the same, I emphasize, the same person, equal to all of us.

And the last thing I want to say: in history there were no occupiers who would give equal rights to the “occupied”. They never gave passports and citizenship to everyone.

Liberators do just that. After all, they came to their own, who are their own de-history and de facto, but must become their own de jure.

Thanks to the President for this decision!

NYT Ground Report Debunks NYT Claim Of Strikes Against ‘Ukraine’s Civilians’

Nearly all big mainstream media currently provide ‘live updates’ of the war in Ukraine. These include abbreviated reports about this or that incident. They are convenient for the reader but miss important details which often debunk the claims made in them.

In today’s ‘live updates’ the Washington Post writes twice about a missile strike in the town of Chasiv Yar:

Two dozen people remained trapped under the rubble of two high-rise apartment buildings in Chasiv Yar, a city in the Donetsk region, that local officials said were struck by Russian missiles. The governor of Donetsk called Russian strikes on the region over the weekend “true hell.”

More details are mentioned further down:

Abstract

Cannabinoids are a group of compounds that mediate their effects through cannabinoid receptors. The discovery of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) as the major psychoactive principle in marijuana, as well as the identification of cannabinoid receptors and their endogenous ligands, has led to a significant growth in research aimed at understanding the physiological functions of cannabinoids. Cannabinoid receptors include CB1, which is predominantly expressed in the brain, and CB2, which is primarily found on the cells of the immune system.

👉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗕𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗕𝟮 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. 👈

Recent studies demonstrated that administration of THC into mice triggered marked apoptosis in T cells and dendritic cells, resulting in immunosuppression. In addition, several studies showed that cannabinoids downregulate cytokine and chemokine production and, in some models, upregulate T-regulatory cells (Tregs) as a mechanism to suppress inflammatory responses. The endocannabinoid system is also involved in immunoregulation. For example, administration of endocannabinoids or use of inhibitors of enzymes that break down the endocannabinoids, led to immunosuppression and recovery from immune-mediated injury to organs such as the liver.

Manipulation of endocannabinoids and/or use of exogenous cannabinoids in vivo can constitute a potent treatment modality against inflammatory disorders. This review will focus on the potential use of cannabinoids as a new class of anti-inflammatory agents against a number of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases that are primarily triggered by activated T cells or other cellular immune components.

Cannabis, commonly known as marijuana, is a product of the Cannabis sativa plant and the active compounds from this plant are collectively referred to as cannabinoids. For several centuries, marijuana has been used as an alternative medicine in many cultures and, recently, its beneficial effects have been shown in: the treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy; anorexia and cachexia seen in HIV/AIDS patients; and in neuropathic pain and spasticity in multiple sclerosis [14].

Cannabinoid pharmacology has made important advances in recent years after the discovery of the cannabinoid receptors (CB1 and CB2). Cannabinoid receptors and their endogenous ligands have provided an excellent platform for the investigation of the therapeutic effects of cannabinoids. It is well known that CB1 and CB2 are heterotrimeric Gi/o-protein-coupled receptors and that they are both expressed in the periphery and the CNS. However, CB1 expression is predominant in the CNS, especially on presynaptic nerves, and CB2 is primarily expressed on immune cells [5,6]….

Mary Jane & Hemp were outlawed when the Duponts wanted to push NYLON and Hearst had bought forests in S.America for paper. IIRC they had just come up with a method of making paper from hemp.

From Dr Robert Brown @ Duke UNIV. This is just part of the comment.

….Historically, marijuana was both legal and considered to be a useful medicine all the way up through the beginning of the twentieth century. At that point, William Randolph Hearst had invested heavily in pine forests in Mexico, intending to sell them to his own newspapers to make newsprint. The Dupont family were discovering petrochemicals including plastic and oil-derived pharmaceuticals. A machine was invented that was the equivalent of a “cotton gin” for hemp — it mechanically stripped down the hemp plant and turned it into useful fiber, oil, and vegetable waste that could be used as an animal fodder (yes, we can imagine some very happy cows, can’t we?:-). One of many uses for the now inexpensive hemp fiber was to make equally inexpensive newsprint paper that was clearly superior in quality and cost to wood pulp paper. Another was that the oils and fiber could be used to synthesize various chemical products. Both Dupont and Hearst were suddenly hundreds of millions of dollars at risk.

They turned to Harry Anslinger, who happened to be Hearst’s brother in law. Anslinger was a suddenly idle ex-prohibitionist working for the FBI, and he created a propaganda campaign that portrayed hemp as literally maddening those that actually smoked it, leading them to commit acts of rape and robbery and moral turpitude. At the same time, political revolutions in Mexico (funded and fought by a private army belonging to Hearst) and a negative portrayal of blacks and mexicans as common users of hemp for recreation purposes added a useful racist hook. Between these, congress outlawed hemp.

So matters remained until the Viet Nam war and the 1960s and early 70s. As part of the quiet “revolution” against what many perceived as a military-industrial complex with a life of its own that was fighting a series of expensive and pointless wars, pot had become “the” recreational drug of choice among young hippies and freaks as well as the military draftees who fought the war. Its use was so prevalent that Texas dropped the question about cannabis use from its entrance exam to police academy, because “asking a vet of they had ever smoked pot was like asking them if they smoked Camels”. Suddenly a large fraction of an entire generation of U.S. citizens had smoked pot and discovered that no, it does not turn you into a crazed rapist, and usually does not make you insane unless you are most of the way there on your own already. They also discovered that it is neither physically addictive nor dangerous in the sense that it is literally impossible to overdose on marijuana — it is literally one of the safest compounds we know of, with no meaningful fatal dose.

However, Ronald Reagan took office in the 80′s, an immediately declared a “War on Drugs”. Marijuana was reclassified as a schedule 1 narcotic by the federal government, trumping communities that had already begun to experiment with decriminalization or even legalization. This once again gave law enforcement agencies lots of useful work (helpful if you are trying to build a police state), gave cops everywhere the ability to selectively enforce drug laws and thereby control the populace, and caused us to rather suddenly need to build enormous numbers of prisons because it rapidly turned out that by making marijuana trafficking a felony and putting even mere users in jail (just like heroin, cocaine, and actually dangerous drugs) somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of all prison sentences were being handed down for low grade drug offenses. Our expenditure on controlling pot went from next to nothing to tens of billions of dollars a year. Obviously, many profited from this, including (as usual) the money launderers and organized criminals that made fortunes providing marijuana on the black market, and the politicians and bankers that provided well-paid-for top cover.

And now to the interesting bit (although I think all of the above is interesting:-). One of the reasons given for making marijuana a schedule 1 felony class drug was that we didn’t know about the harm it might cause, and there was no known medical benefit. Yes, it had been used as a medicine for centuries, the founding fathers literally “mandated” the growing of hemp on American farms because it was so useful a plant both industrially and medicinally, but we had entered the era of double blind placebo controlled drug trials, and there were now enormous pharmaceutical companies whose billion-dollar products were at risk, dwarfing even the Duponts’ complaint back in the 30′s. Its risks were similarly unstudied.

A period of research then ensued. If you wanted to study pot, you had to both get funded and get the experimental marijuana from a single, small farm in Mississippi that grew “legal” pot for this purpose. The government itself was in complete control, in other words of what research got conducted, because even if you could find outside funding, you couldn’t get legal pot to do the research with without approval.

Gupta initially opposed marijuana legalization because a review of the medical literature showed him that 96% of all published articles found some sort of negative effect of marijuana, and almost no articles showed a benefit, especially compared to existing approved medications. However, a couple of anecdotal cases coming out of the states that had legalized medicinal marijuana in SPITE of the federal governments laws caused him to go back and reexamine the funding model. In retrospect it shouldn’t have been surprising, but he learned that 96% of all funded research was to look for negative effects of marijuana, and that to get funded and permission to get government grown pot was so difficult that there simply weren’t all that many papers in the first place. In well over thirty years of intensive examination, all of the examination was literally preselected to find problems, almost none to find benefits, and one had to walk on water and push much paper to do either one (and relatively few scientists had bothered).

That caused him to examine the body of emerging, still anecdotal, evidence from the states that had legalized medical marijuana. They showed that — again unsurprisingly — marijuana is a rich pharmacopeia with multiple legitimate medical uses that could survived double blind placebo controlled investigation, while at the same time having minimal side effects and no known lethal dose. Perhaps he came to realize that its negative effects might, conceivably, have been a bit exaggerated or might arise from confounding uncontrolled elements. Confirmation bias is, after all, the bete noir of science.

This situation almost perfectly matches the evolution of “climate science”. Nobody cared about it for decades, but suddenly a group of individuals emerged that all benefited from the demonization of carbon…..

CBS NEWS March 2016: Investigation: U.S. company bungled Ebola response

An American company that bills itself as a pioneer in tracking emerging epidemics made a series of costly mistakes during the 2014 Ebola outbreak that swept across West Africa – with employees feuding with fellow responders, contributing to misdiagnosed Ebola cases and repeatedly misreading the trajectory of the virus, an Associated Press investigation has found.

San Francisco-based Metabiota Inc. was tapped by the Sierra Leonean government and the World Health Organization to help monitor the spread of the virus and support the response after Ebola was discovered circulating in neighboring Guinea in March 2014. But emails obtained by AP and interviews with aid workers on the ground show that some of the company’s actions made an already chaotic situation worse.

WHO outbreak expert Dr. Eric Bertherat wrote to colleagues in a July 17, 2014, email about misdiagnoses and “total confusion” at the Sierra Leone government lab Metabiota shared with Tulane University in the city of Kenema. He said there was “no tracking of the samples” and “absolutely no control on what is being done.”…

I found no connection to Remdesivir

PubMed: Remdesivir: From Ebola to COVID-19

Abstract

Human coronaviruses (HCoV) were discovered in the 1960s and were originally thought to cause only mild upper respiratory tract diseases in immunocompetent hosts. This view changed since the beginning of this century, with the 2002 SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) epidemic and the 2012 MERS (Middle East respiratory syndrome) outbreak, two zoonotic infections that resulted in mortality rates of approximately 10% and 35%, respectively.

Despite the importance of these pathogens, no approved antiviral drugs for the treatment of human coronavirus infections became available. However, remdesivir, a nucleotide analogue prodrug originally developed for the treatment of Ebola virus, was found to inhibit the replication of a wide range of human and animal coronaviruses in vitro and in preclinical studies.

It is therefore not surprising that when the highly pathogenic SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus emerged in late 2019 in China, causing global health concern due to the virus strong human-to-human transmission ability, remdesivir was one of the first clinical candidates that received attention. After in vitro studies had shown its antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2, and a first patient was successfully treated with the drug in the USA, a number of trials on remdesivir were initiated. Several had encouraging results, particularly the ACTT-1 double blind, randomized, and placebo controlled trial that has shown shortening of the time to recovery in hospitalized patients treated with remdesivir. The results of other trials were instead negative. Here, we provide an overview of remdesivir discovery, molecular mechanism of action, and initial and current clinical studies on its efficacy. [BOVINE FECES!]

.

.

The discovery of remdesivir

Remdesivir (GS-5734), an adenosine analogue prodrug (Fig. 1 ) developed by Gilead Sciences, emerged from a collaboration between Gilead Sciences, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) in the attempt to identify broad-spectrum small-molecule antiviral drugs effective against RNA viruses with global pandemic potential, including SARS and MERS coronaviruses and in particular Ebola virus (EBOV), driven by the EBOV outbreak in 2014 [6]….

Remdesivir Causes Renal Failure

“The Safety Board pulled remdesivir from the [Ebola] study because it killed more people than any of the other three drugs,” Dr Bryan Ardis said, “remdesivir … In June 2020 a trial was published of 61 patients with Covid-19 who were given a 10-day course of remdesivir….

“This is Beyond Shocking” – American Frontline Doctors
thegatewaypundit.

On April 25, 2022, the failed Ebola drug Remdesivir was approved by the FDA for “treatment” of Covid-19 in babies as young as 28  as young as 28 days old and as small as seven pounds! …

This is the exact same drug that has been wreaking carnage throughout hospitals since Fauci and Company approved the rigid CARES Act hospital protocol, along with bonus payments for treatment of Covid-19 with Remdesivir.

This is beyond shocking. Repeatedly, Remdesivir has been shown to be completely ineffective at treating Covid-19 in adults (even WHO studies show this) and to have severe side effects, including multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), kidney failure and dialysis, and septic shock….

Well, now it’s in big trouble.

“Brandon” has now noticed it. About 3PM MT he’s holding a press event and unveiling one of the pictures that would otherwise have waited until tomorrow morning.

Here’s hoping his attention span isn’t long enough to find a way to fuck JWST up even though it is 900,000 miles away.

slowcreekno

Plenty of thought-kibble here

900,000 miles away … from home. Now that original song was about 900 miles away from home. And it was simple enough as far as chords went, that it was one of the favorites of amateur guitarists back in the day.

As for the attention span being a possible problem, 4.8 ms is how long light takes to travel these 900,000 miles if I got the calculation right. So if it is much more than that, even discounting necessary latency, who knows. Besides there is the matter of access to the transmitter, and moving the man who didn’t win to be close enough to one to do anything with it will take too long. So unless all this is accomplished, the JWST ought to remain safe out there 900 thousand miles away from home.

Still, 4.8 ms isn’t very long. Even the little dog here, whose title is «President of the Finest Little Furballs’ Short-Term Memory Association», will remember certain things, such as having been out for a walk, for only about 15 minutes. Hence his high position in the FLFSTMA. But his approach to something like the JWST would be to go outside and bark at it, so that will be safe.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Actually, I have no idea what the data rate is on that link. Probably not too bad; probably better than my phone in certain locales.

The Galileo probe’s main antenna dish didn’t open after launch (ouch!!) so it had to use a secondary antenna to send all of its data back. Painfully slow; they simply didn’t have enough time in the day to get all the data they wanted back–so it was crippled as far as how much work it could do at Jupiter.

The New Horizons probe to Pluto took *months* to send all of its data back afterwards. Of course it was four BILLION miles away at the time. (Greater distance = slower speeds, all else the same.)

cthulhu

Wouldn’t that only be the case if your communications protocol needed an ACK?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

What I am talking about is a severely constrained data rate. If you can only communicate at 56.6 kbaud, you’re constrained even if you aren’t waiting for an ACK.

That’s different from the delay (latency), which of course would be an issue no matter how much data you could throughput in a second, since you can’t overcome lightspeed delay by any means known to modern science and technology. (You could have gigabit speeds, but it would still have it take five hours to send one byte, but at least the second byte comes only a few nanoseconds after the first…) There, of course, you don’t put an ack in your protocol (or if you do, you don’t wait on it before continuing). Best thing to do there is just keep talking without waiting for an answer.

pgroup2

Any truth to the vicious rumor that you go with the President of the Finest Little Furballs’ Short-Term Memory Association and bark with him?

slowcreekno

Is there a rumor about that? I take the little President out for walks, but he does all the barking himself, whether necessary or not, most often the latter. His range of influence is mostly limited to the length of the leash.

Here’s what it’s like to be run over by a glacier… – Revolver News

Amazing footage from a tourist on a guided hike:

Via his Instagram (@harryshimmin):

9 Brits and 1 American on a guided tour of the Tian Shan mountains in Kyrgyzstan. We’d just reached the highest point in the trek and I separated from the group to take pictures on top of a hill/cliff edge. While I was taking pictures I heard the sound of deep ice cracking behind me. This is where the video starts. I’d been there for a few minutes already so I knew there was a spot for shelter right next to me. I was on a cliff edge, so I could only run away from the shelter (hence why I don’t move). Yes I left it to the last second to move, and yes I know it would have been safer moving to the shelter straight away. I’m very aware that I took a big risk. I felt in control, but regardless, when the snow started coming over and it got dark / harder to breath, I was bricking it and thought I might die.

Behind the rock it was like being inside a blizzard. Once it was over the adrenaline rush hit me hard. I was only covered in a small layer of snow, without a scratch. I felt giddy. I knew the rest of the group was further away from the avalanche so should be okay. When I re-joined them I could see they were all safe, although one had cut her knee quite badly (she rode one of the horses to the nearest medical facility). Another had fallen off a horse and sustained some light bruising.

The whole group was laughing and crying, happy to be alive (including the girl who cut her knee). It was only later we realised just how lucky we’d been. If we had walked 5 minutes further on our trek, we would all be dead. If you look carefully in the video, you can see the faint grey trail winding through the grass. That was the path. We traversed it afterwards, walking among massive ice boulders and rocks that had been thrown much further than we could have run, even if we acted immediately. To make it worse, the path runs alongside a low ridge, hiding the mountain from view, so we would have only heard the roar before lights out.

Clearly the wind we had here this morning–which nearly ripped the door off my car–didn’t apply there. Or maybe it did and it blew the blades off of the windmills.

I’m just waiting for some ignorant jackass to suggest they put motors on the windmills to make them turn.

Gail Combs

ERRRrrrr I think they already do to keep the blades from warping if there is to little wind for days.

gil00

Actually its to prevent them from going too fast. Little individual braking systems. AnD they need constant maintenance!

Gail Combs

AND stopping for long periods. Things warp and SEIZE UP.

There was a major discussion of wind turbines on Jo Nova’s several years ago and that factoid stuck. 🤓

barkerjim

They can only stop for a short time or the very large shafts that connect the blades to the transmission to the generator warp and the mechanism becomes junk. It also affects the bearings. They keep it spinning by running the generator in motor mode from grid power when needed.
Windmills are helping to fulfill to Green agenda, destruction of America.

Gail Combs

Thanks, I could not remember the precise reason only that things started to warp.

Gail Combs

It was to be expected.
You can not have more than a few percent of your electric wind and solar without having to ration. If I recall correctly it is about 5%. Only if you can use the excess power to pump water up hill to a reservoir and then release it, can you even out the inherent unreliability problem.

The “New Energy Economy”: An Exercise in Magical ThinkingMark P. Mills

March 26, 2019 Energy & EnvironmentTechnology / Infrastructure

A movement has been growing for decades to replace hydrocarbons, which collectively supply 84% of the world’s energy. It began with the fear that we were running out of oil. That fear has since migrated to the belief that, because of climate change and other environmental concerns, society can no longer tolerate burning oil, natural gas, and coal—all of which have turned out to be abundant.

So far, wind, solar, and batteries—the favored alternatives to hydrocarbons—provide about 2% of the world’s energy and 3% of America’s. Nonetheless, a bold new claim has gained popularity: that we’re on the cusp of a tech-driven energy revolution that not only can, but inevitably will, rapidly replace all hydrocarbons.

This “new energy economy” rests on the belief—a centerpiece of the Green New Deal and other similar proposals both here and in Europe—that the technologies of wind and solar power and battery storage are undergoing the kind of disruption experienced in computing and communications, dramatically lowering costs and increasing efficiency. But this core analogy glosses over profound differences, grounded in physics, between systems that produce energy and those that produce information.

Green energy push to blame for coming wave of power outages across AmericaThursday, July 07, 2022 by: Ethan Huff

(Natural News) The entire country is at risk of blackouts this summer, say analysts. And the independent media is pointing to green energy as one of the culprits.

On July 4, Power the Future founder and executive director Daniel Turner told Fox News that a “huge energy shortage” is underway and that there is no place “that is truly safe.”

As fossil fuel plants get replaced with solar and wind farms, energy reliability declines. And that is the direction in which the United States has been going in recent years. (Related: The Wall Street Journal is also warning about nationwide blackouts.)

“The areas of the country I’d be most concerned about are the ones that already have inherent weaknesses,” Turner added.

“Texas, California, New Mexico, New York, all of New England. These are areas whose policies and political decisions have weakened their electric grid.”

Every place in the world where so-called “green” energy is replacing reliable fossil fuel energy has seen its electric grid weaken. Now, the entire country is at risk of an energy collapse because of the transition….

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Even pushing water uphill is inefficient…but it beats buying gigantic quantities of batteries.

I’ve also seen systems where they pull gigantic weights up on pulleys and lower them to get the energy back.

Gail Combs

I MUCH prefer nuclear, but if you are going to go renewable AT LEAST DO A 1/2 assed job of engineering it by adding some sort of major energy storage provision like pumping water uphill to use up the excess and return the energy when needed.

IIRC Germany was producing too much electric at times and unbalancing the grid for the rest of Europe.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Definitely nuclear.

I even have some good ideas where to store the waste…

CNBC: Texas led the country in new renewable energy projects last year
 FEB 18 2022

KEY POINTS

  • Texas led the country in new renewable energy projects last year, according to a report released this week by the American Clean Power Association.
  • Texas installed 7,352 megawatts of new wind, solar and energy installation projects last year, significantly outpacing California, which installed 2,697 megawatts of storage projects.
  • Republicans for decades have overseen the the energy sector in Texas, which still ranks 10th in the country for fossil fuel consumption, as nearly 90% of its energy is derived from fossil fuels.

Texas installed 7,352 megawatts of new wind, solar and energy installation projects in 2021, significantly outpacing California, which installed 2,697 megawatts of storage projects. Oklahoma, Florida and New Mexico were the other top producing states.

Texas also surpassed other states in the amount of storage it has under construction or in advanced development, reaching nearly 20,000 megawatts, followed by California at nearly 14,000 megawatts.

Texas is experiencing a rise in renewable energy deployment not necessarily due to concerns over human-caused climate change, but rather because of the low costs of renewable energy sources like solar and wind development.

Republicans for decades have overseen the the energy sector in Texas, which still ranks 10th in the country for fossil fuel consumption, as nearly 90% of its energy is derived from fossil fuels and only about 7% derived from renewable sources.

Texas has avoided federal regulation by establishing its own power grid that’s nearly cut off from the rest of the country.

.

.

.

During the state’s grid failure, Gov. Greg Abbott, along with other conservative state leaders, falsely blamed the outages on renewable energy sources like wind and solar. However, most of the outages stemmed from problems with limited natural gas production and frozen supplies at natural gas, coal and nuclear facilities, and not from solar and wind failures.

Well can’t blame FREEZING WEATHER THIS TIME POS!

Last edited 1 year ago by Gail Combs
pgroup2

That last paragraph is total bullshit. Certain relay points along the natural gas line require heating in order to function. Said heating was very easy to accomplish by simply running a small bleed line from the main line and hooking it to a burner. Oh no, that produces pollution in the form of carbon dioxide so they were forced to replace all those gas heaters with electric ones.

Of course the electric heaters were run off the grid. Nobody could have foreseen that if the grid went down at all, the heaters would go also.

Took them completely by surprise.

ALL of the windmills were too cold to operate. Lots of the solar panels were covered with snow.

None of this was foreseeable. No one is to blame. And nobody will be to blame this time, either.

The 55 dead illegals in the trailer was just a dry run for the coroners who will have to deal with the Texas residents found dead from heat stroke after they blackout parts of the system.

Barb Meier

pgroup, you reminded me of a book that an ex-BF had one copy of. It was written by his great grandma. At the time, I was using fairly early scanning software so scanned the text and provided a printed copy to each of their famiiy members because at the time we could not buy copies. I did a search and see it might be available again. It was about being an early settler family in Texas when nobody had air conditioning. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/22922934-in-those-days

pgroup2

Is that where I can read the book?

pgroup2

Your comment about moving water uphill to a reservoir is interesting. Los Angeles Department of Water & Power has been doing that for decades.

Pyramid Lake and Castaic Lake are both artificial. DWP built an underground aqueduct between the two, both of which were created by dams. Pyramid Lake is about 1500 feet or so higher in elevation than Castaic Lake.

During the day, when electricity is most expensive, the water flows down to Castaic and generates electricity by doing so. DWP sells that excess to the grid.

During the night, when electricity is cheapest, the water is pumped from Castaic to Pyramid. DWP buys that cheap electricity from the grid to do this.

This goes on every day. I thought it was genius when I first learned of it, and I still think so.

Gail Combs

It makes the most sense, even if it is inefficient. sure beats batteries or an unstable grid.

German Public Media Finally Acknowledge Country’s Power Grid Now More Unstable Than EverBy P Gosselin on 29. November 2017

….During windy and stormy conditions, the Tennet operated power grid often cannot accept wind energy, and thus control center workers have to force the wind parks to shut down to avert overloading the grid. And conventional gas and coal plant must always be on standby and ready to spring into action at a minute’s notice should wind and sun drop off, as is often the case on cloudy and windless days.

“More than 1000 interventions a year”

Whenever the grid threatens to fly out of control, Tennet grid operators need to move fast and intervene. Years ago before the wind and solar energy were fed in to the grid in significant volumes, operators intervened to avert a black out maybe “up to five times per year“.  But today “we are up to 1000 – 1500 interventions per year,” says Volker Weinreich, Director of the Hanover grid control center.

The HR reports further: “The Energiewende means more and more work for the men and women at the control center in Hanover.” And they “must always be alert.” According to Weinreich, the grid “no longer functions without the daily interventions by these employees“….

BREAKING: Jan. 6 Committee Cancels Thursday Hearing After Steve Bannon Says He Will Only Testify Live and In Person — And After Release of Explosive TGP Report
😂 😆 😝 🤣 😹 😂

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/07/breaking-jan-6-committee-cancels-thursday-hearing-steve-bannon-says-will-testify-live-person-release-explosive-tgp-report/

The sham House January 6 Committee changed its anticipated schedule of “high-impact hearings” amid a series of maneuvers by potential witnesses and Steve Bannon’s indication he is willing to testify on his own terms.

According to The Daily Mail the panel had planned to hold a Thursday hearing in prime time that would be its second televised evening event.

But that all changed when Steve Bannon announced over the weekend that he would testify live and in person before the committee.

The sham committee of Never Trump politicians have no interest in reporting the truth. And they know they can’t control Steve Bannon.

Ths sham committee must be worrried that Steve Bannon will bring up The Gateway Pundit’s explosive reporting from earlier today on the FBI operative inside the Proud Boys organization.

The Gateway Pundit released whistleblower documents, text messages and trandscripts that show the FBI KNEW the Proud Boys were innocent — yet persecuted them anyway.

This should be the end of Chris Wray’s career.

He can never be trusted again.

Liz Cheney knows Steve Bannon will discuss this during the show trial.

Wow… look at the gravitational lensing up and to the right of the “big” star.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Well there are a lot of curved lines…that’s what you usually see. but start at the “big” star (i.e. the one with the most prominent spikes). Follow the 2 o’clock spike to another white thing that just looks like a fuzzy ball. Immediately up and to the right of it (almost touching), is an orange galaxy that is distorted, but you can still see it would probably have a nice spiral shape if it weren’t. This is just to the right of the centerline of the picture. (There’s a nice undistorted orange spiral galaxy near the top edge, at the center.)

Gravitational lenses push images away from the object doing the lensing (which might be counterintuitive), so the orange galaxy looks smooshed away from the white fuzzy ball. (The white fuzzy ball is (I believe) an elliptical-type galaxy and sometimes those are quite massive, like M87 which is the 800 lb gorilla of the Virgo cluster and even noticeably pulls on the Milky Way galaxy.)

Certainly true, but statutes and legal mumbo jumbo are passed like gas at a Blazing Saddles reunion.

As a general practice, the Constitution is ignored, while statutes and code are observed. We could take that article, print it, and point it out to any county clerk or judge or policy ocifer, and they would just shrug and ignore you.

Each bogus statute or code needs to be challenged in a judicial system which is plainly corrupt.

Even if the judicial system wasn’t corrupt, challenging the unending creation of codes and statutes takes time and money, and since everything is lawfare, every challenge goes to the (not)Supreme Court.

This takes years.

In the meantime, more bogus statutes and codes and legal BS is added daily.

Gail Combs

POTUS had the correct idea. For every new statute/code X number must be rescinded.

Where X => infinity.

Valerie Curren

God continues to use our feet of clay…I was checking for emails from my husband that I hadn’t read yet (my inbox is perpetually overflowing) & found this gem that seems really timely for the world we’re living in & especially so since I’ve recently become a grandmother! Be Blessed in Jesus’ Name!

Subject: Your children with God’s eyes

Don’t feel sorry for or fear for your kids because the world they are going to grow up in is not what it used to be.

God created them and called them for the exact moment in time that they’re in. Their life wasn’t a coincidence or an accident.

Raise them up to know the power they walk in as children of God.
Train them up in the authority of His Word.

Teach them to walk in faith knowing that God is in control.

Empower them to know they can change the world.

Don’t teach them to be fearful and disheartened by the state of the world but hopeful that they can do something about it.

Every person in all of history has been placed in the time that they were in because of God’s sovereign plan.

He knew Daniel could handle the lions den.
He knew David could handle Goliath.
He knew Esther could handle Haman.
He knew Peter could handle persecution.

He knows that your child can handle whatever challenge they face in their life. He created them specifically for it!

Don’t be scared for your children, but be honored that God chose YOU to parent the generation that is facing the biggest challenges of our lifetime.

Rise up to the challenge.

Raise Daniels, Davids, Esthers and Peters!

God isn’t scratching His head wondering what He’s going to do with this mess of a world.

He has an army He’s raising up to drive back the darkness and make Him known all over the earth.

Don’t let your fear steal the greatness God placed in them. I know it’s hard to imagine them as anything besides our sweet little babies, and we just want to protect them from anything that could ever be hard on them, but they were born for such a time as this.

_______________

This of course leads to the next problem.

How do you make criminals comply with the law?

Why would they?

And who will enforce the law?

Who will prosecute?

Who will convict?

Who will sentence?

Passing a law makes everyone feel good, but we have lots of laws already.

What we don’t have is enforcement.

They could pass a law requiring enforcement of the laws already on the books, but TPTB know that would be pulling the curtain back just a little too far.

TheseTruths

Enforcement is a problem, but all of this is exposing the Left (including Dems and Repubs) for what they are. The more people who wake up, the better.
And there are people who will obey the laws.
There are also people who will enforce the laws. Not as many as we’d like, but every bit helps.
SCOTUS is upholding the Constitution in some major ways. And when *they* pass more unconstitutional laws, there is now precedent to stop them.
I’m encouraged by many of the things I see.

How do you make criminals comply with the law?

One way is to watch them like hawks. That’s the purpose of the precinct project, the move to have sheriffs watch drop boxes and mailboxes with their own security equipment, and other measures. The people are rising up and saying no, and that’s better than the alternative.

Gail Combs

Also remember POTUS put in place a YUGE number of judges. Sheriffs can convene Grand Juries and deputize civilians. Getting Sheriffs the equipment and $$$ they need AND we may see changes.

I just went through about 15 of them. The program has trouble representing teeth properly, unless the face is looking directly at the camera.

Otherwise, the program makes the middle teeth look off to one side or the other. It’s a perspective problem. Like the teeth are being rendered on a flat plane, but the face is 3-dimensional and looking to the left or right.

Another issue is what is called “edge enhancement” which is sometimes visible on poorly done blu-ray digital transfers. Like the photo has been over-sharpened.

The other thing that jumps out at me is that everyone whose hair is pulled back has the same artificial wispy hairline, looks like plugs.

Seems like we’ve put ourselves in the position where a puff of wind can blow both our military and economy away.

And how the hell does rationing diesel to 60 gallons (= 450 miles) per fill up help? If anything your adding to fuel needs making them continuously stop to fill up.

kalbokalbs

100% of the fuel shortage is BiteMe manufactured.

Article indicates the 60 gallon thing may be dated this past November. Perhaps I misread it. Dunno.

Have read some east coast stations ran out of diesel in June. Dunno if it ongoing.

100% agree, woke military is a bad joke these days. Our economy equally in a precarious situation AND getting worse by the day.

Biden gets called out in public by one of the Parkland dads, Manuel Oliver whose 17 year son was killed at Parkland.

“What do you think about Hunter’s I Cloud back up Mr President?” Oliver

“Sit down you will hear what I have to say” Biden says as he’s interrupted from his remarks.

“What do you think about Hunter your son… There’s a video about him arguing with a hooker about how much crack he has” Oliver says

“What do you think about that Mr President?” Oliver says, getting it all in before being escorted off the White House grounds.

GWP has the story, but were going with a different slant and did not get in Oliver’s actual remarks. Apparently using a different feed as they called them unintelligible, which they are in the video they used.

My parents generation saw The Fig Tree Blossom in 1948, My generation saw His Branch Stretch Forth in 1967, This generation will see All Things Fulfilled!

Linda

Yes, I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately. The Fig Tree generation is now 74. It won’t be long now.
