Greetings!

This is a handy place "not on the front page" where I can let people know what's going on in Wolf World.

For me, this summer is going to be all about getting out of "COVID debt". My COVID debt is not monetary - it's a combination of HEALTH and HOME. There are a lot of things that were not fixed during the last year - including both ME and THE ABODE.

I will be using this summer to fix things up, including me. You won't see me on the site all day, or at regular times. Some of it will be literally health-related, some will be "gittin' stuff done".

I am preparing for the BATTLE ROYALE to come.

I advise EVERYBODY to use this summer wisely. Take the time you need to do what you need. If you have time to post on the site, great, but when the battles die down, TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

OK? Get caught up NOW. Things will heat up BIG TIME as 2022 and the 2022 election approach.

On the good news side, I am doing better. I'm starting to get a handle on my post-COVID condition. I'm talking to the right people and getting good advice.

This is the bitching area, kinda like The U Tree, only closer to home. You can still always go to The U Tree - especially for lock-outs and other situations where it makes no sense to come here, on the same site that is presumably down.

The fact that we provide this area does not preclude banning - it just offers an option for people who feel that they can't keep their mouths shut from insulting people on the main board. Don't come into this board and expect people to be nice. However, you are still responsible for whatever you say. As I have said before, I don't delete stuff because that's something called DESTROYING EVIDENCE. I may choose to HIDE something you said and regret, and ask me to hide (like an accidental dox), but I probably won't delete it unless it really needs to be deleted - it remains as proof in cold storage. IMO it's better if you leave it and amend it with more comments.

Think twice before posting. Just like on the main board.

Got it? GOOD. Pretty much the same here as the front office, or The U Tree.

This area is for posts about specific articles appearing on the blog. This is designed so that authors can hold discussions and commenting ON THE FORUM instead of on the main page. It's a bit of an experiment. Authors are responsible for their forum discussions. OTHER discussions about articles, not started by the authors, my also appear here, too, but I'm not exactly sure how those might arise. Nevertheless, this is the place for such topics.

To Authors:

Please try to keep titles of forum topics in a form which enables people to know EXACTLY which article is being discussed. I'm not picky how that is done, but try to make it incredibly clear, so people go to YOUR forum post, and not the wrong one. The EXACT SAME TITLE might work well.

Links to your thread in the article itself are encouraged. Also might be a good idea to CLOSE COMMENTS on your article if you're sending people to a topic here.

Remember what Emerald Robinson used as her signature on Twitter, about politics being downstream from culture, and culture being downstream from religion?

ALL of that stuff - politics - culture - religion - goes HERE.

THE OTHER ONE is for gardening, raising kids discussion of music (but not cultural Marxism in music), etc.

Use some common sense here. If it's gonna get hot, or MIGHT get hot, KEEP IT HERE.

If it's nicey-nice, keep it THERE.

If it's gonna get REALLY hot, put it on The U Tree Air B&B. Or just go to The U Tree.
