And now for the obligatory message from our sponsors:

Here at the Q tree we believe in the concept of CIVIL open free speech and the discussion that fleshes out ideas. When commenting and participating in the OPEN discussion on this thread all comments MUST NOT CONTAIN personal threats, baiting, name calling, or other anti-social words fomenting hate, violence or destruction. Our host Wolfm00n has strict rules about that.

Fellow tree dweller, the late Wheatie, gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone

Please, stock up on blanks for celebratory gunfire, be ready to swing from the chandeliers…and no messing with the nuclear weapons.

Please remember to remain locked and loaded and ready for trouble should the insurrectionists try to invade your space.

Those who have things to say that do not fit the generally accepted limits of “civil” discussion, Wolf has provided a venue known as the UTree. You’re welcome to visit over there and say hi to anyone hanging out over there. The “Rescue Thread” is also over there. In the event a rendezvous of the tree is needed, please check it out, as well as the newest rescue venue.

Thank you so much for any and all attention to such details. It is GREATLY appreciated by more than one party here.

One other vital note:

Please, review these rules that our host Wolfm00n outlined toward the beginning of the growth of the tree itself. it won’t take long.

PHILIPPIANS 4:4-9

4Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5Let all men know your forbearance. The Lord is at hand. 6Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the God of peace will be with you.

As always, prayers for the fight against that which seeks to enslave us are welcome.

Please include: President Donald Trump, the Q team, our soldiers in the field, special forces, tactical units, first responders and those working behind the scenes…and any and all people with family members in the hospital, COVID or not.

And…members of the QTree who no longer participate for one reason or another.

It is quite clear, as per Wolf’s message from July, that we are under spiritual attack. Building up a robust arsenal of prayer and discipline is a must in fighting the enemy and his minions.

In that spirit, the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel from Tuesday’s threads, and the Breastplate of St. Patrick, not to mention the Litany of Humility are favorites recommended by exorcists in spiritual warfare.

“Most in new poll say they pay too much in taxes”

______________

Anyone who doesn’t say they pay too much in taxes should pay somebody else’s taxes too.

Enough of this nonsense.

The problem is most people have no idea of just how much they pay the government in Taxes and fees.

I did the calculation back in the 1990s in MA and found we paid about 65% in overt taxes. If you then add the HIDDEN taxes you are up around 80% …AND then add in the Banksters cut of your salary via mortgages, car payments and credit cards… And you are lucky if you actually get to keep 10% of what you earned!

If people need any more concrete explanation of this, start with the staff of life, a loaf of bread. The simplest thing; the poorest man must have it. Well, there are 151 taxes now in the price of a loaf of bread — it accounts for more than half the cost of a loaf of bread. It begins with the first tax, on the farmer that raised the wheat. Any simpleton can understand that if that farmer cannot get enough money for his wheat, to pay the property tax on his farm, he can’t be a farmer. He loses his farm. And so it is with the fellow who pays a driver’s license and a gasoline tax to drive the truckload of wheat to the mill, the miller who has to pay everything from social security tax, business license, everything else. He has to make his living over and above those costs. So they all wind up in that loaf of bread. Now an egg isn’t far behind and nobody had to make that. There’s a hundred taxes in an egg by the time it gets to market and you know the chicken didn’t put them there! — POTUS Reagan

Yours Truly just found out that the following are going up in 2024, all by between 25% – 40%:
One’s real estates assessment and real estate tax.
One’s property insurance;
One’s auto insurance;
One’s rental properties’ HOA’s, insurance, and real estate taxes (and one cannot simply raise the rents to cover, since the tenants are already locked into their current leases);
One’s “Medigap” private insurer monthly premium;
One’s Medicare “Plan D” prescription drug insurance monthly premium.
The combined effects of the above will reduce one’s “disposable” income (the money for food, utilities, auto / house repairs, out-of-pocket medical expenses, etc.) by between 20% – 25%.
And the GASLIGHTING that’s being used to “justify” these increases is beyond condescending / outright lying: for example, the HOA increases are to “build up the capital improvement funds” for roof replacement for the condo community scheduled to take place in 2035.

I shudder to think what our Insurance will be this year. Meanwhile in 30 years a bag of feed has gone from $2.50 to $22 and hay from $1.50 to $7 (for lesser quality, same quality is $17.50/bale.)

Unfortunately we can only raise our prices by 4X to 5X (and still get screaming) instead of the 10X we should to keep up with expense.

Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas issued a warning to sanctuary cities around the country on Monday, letting them know that he has no intention of stopping the transportation of migrants out of the Lone Star State.

scott467

Come on Abbott, have some fun with it.

Announce that whichever sanctuary cities complain the loudest will get the most hostile foreign invaders.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

But then, just in case they decide to counter the reverse psychology by not complaining, send a bunch to places that aren’t complaining.

Gail Combs

And ship them straight to the governor’s mansion. 😋

pat frederick

now THAT’S a genius idea. they won’t get to stay there, but it’ll let them know where to protest when they don’t get what they want

Gail Combs

I think it was Loomer that brought a bunch of illegals to property Nasty the Pig owned in CA. The cops went ballistic.

She video taped it and it was funny as all get out.

kalbokalbs

EVERY D=Rat supporting illegals sanctuary, should get a busload of illegals, at their door home.

  • If When they bitch about it, another busload of illegals.
  • Rinse. Repeat, until the goofy fuckers figure out they are wrong.

I am all for it. Many own multiple properties so ship busloads to each property.

GOOD for him. MAKE THE DEMONRAT VOTERS HURT!

Sotomayor overwhelmed by demanding SCOTUS workload: ‘I live in frustration’

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor vented about being “tired” from her demanding workload on the high court as well as her “frustration” with the conservative-dominated bench.

Speaking to a group of students at the University of California, Berkley School of Law, the 69-year-old jurist opened up about the vicissitudes of serving on the court while increasingly in the political crosshairs.

“Cases are bigger. They’re more demanding. The number of amici are greater, and you know that our emergency calendar is so much more active. I’m tired,” she said, per Bloomberg Law

“There used to be a time when we had a good chunk of the summer break. Not anymore. The emergency calendar is busy almost on a weekly basis.”

Sotomayor had been elevated to the Supreme Court by former President Barack Obama back in 2009.

She was the first woman of color and Latina to ascend to the highest court in the land.

One of the three justices appointed by Democrats to the nine-member panel, Sotomayor often finds herself in the minority on hot-button cases such as abortion, guns, and affirmative action.

She alluded to those conservative victories during her discussion with UC Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky.

“I live in frustration. Every loss truly traumatizes me in my stomach and in my heart,” Sotomayor admitted, per the report.

“But I have to get up the next morning and keep on fighting.”

“To be almost 70 years old, this isn’t what I expected,” she said, Fox News reported

The Supreme Court is increasingly getting dragged into political fights and will have to weigh in on some high-profile cases regarding Donald Trump.

AFP via Getty Images

“But it is still work that is all consuming and I understand the impact the court has on people and on the country, and sometimes the world. And so it is what keeps me going.”

Recently, Sotomayor again found herself at odds with the decision to permit Alabama’s execution of Kenneth Eugene Smith via nitrogen gas.

“Having failed to kill Smith on its first attempt, Alabama has selected him as its ‘guinea pig’ to test a method of execution never attempted before,” she fumed in her dissent.

“The world is watching.”

She can retire. She just needs to wait a year or so.

Wiki: “Sotomayor and Noonan [edit: I checked, not the guy from Caddyshack] divorced amicably in 1983; they did not have children. She has said that the pressures of her working life were a contributing factor, but not the major factor, in the breakup.”

_____________

She could retire and start a family. It’s never too late to buy adopt some black kids from Haiti or Africa and make them transgender. All the best Leftist pop tarts are doing it 👍

.

Wiki: “From 1983 to 1986, Sotomayor had an informal solo practice, dubbed Sotomayor & Associates, located in her Brooklyn apartment. She performed legal consulting work, often for friends or family members.”

_____________

Sounds like standard fast-track Supreme Court Justice preparatory work.

.

Wiki: “In 1984, she entered private practice, joining the commercial litigation practice group of Pavia & Harcourt in Manhattan as an associate. One of 30 attorneys in the law firm, she specialized in intellectual property litigation, international law, and arbitration. She later said, “I wanted to complete myself as an attorney.”

Although she had no civil litigation experience, the firm recruited her heavily, and she learned quickly on the job.”

____________

White male lawyers can surely relate to being heavily recruited for positions in which they have no experience…

.

Wiki:”She was eager to try cases and argue in court, rather than be part of a larger law firm. Her clients were mostly international corporations doing business in the United States; much of her time was spent tracking down and suing counterfeiters of Fendi goods. ”

_______________

No wonder she is hearing the most important cases in the nation on the Supreme Court.

.

Wiki:”In some cases, Sotomayor went on-site with the police to Harlem or Chinatown to have illegitimate merchandise seized, in the latter instance pursuing a fleeing culprit while riding on a motorcycle.”

____________

Pretty sure that chase was featured on an episode of Cagney & Lacey.

One of my favorite shows, naturally 👍

.

Wiki: “She said at the time that Pavia & Harcourt’s efforts were run “much like a drug operation”, and the successful rounding up of thousands of counterfeit accessories in 1986 was celebrated by “Fendi Crush”, a destruction-by-garbage-truck event at Tavern on the Green.”

____________

Critical insight on the makings of a superstar Supreme Court Justice.

.

Wiki: “At other times, she dealt with dry legal issues such as grain export contract disputes. In a 1986 appearance on Good Morning America that profiled women ten years after college graduation, she said that the bulk of law work was drudgery, and that while she was content with her life, she had expected greater things of herself coming out of college.”

____________

Being given the position of a Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States is not a bad consolation prize.

.

Wiki: “In 1988 she became a partner at the firm; she was paid well but not extravagantly. She left in 1992 when she became a judge.” (nominated in 1992 to SDNY, by the traitor, George Papa Bush)

_____________

If I had a nickel for every job I wasn’t paid extravagantly, or even well, I would have a nice nickel collection.

.

Wiki: “Sotomayor’s nomination won praise from Democrats and liberals, and Democrats appeared to have sufficient votes to confirm her. The strongest criticism of her nomination came from conservatives and some Republican senators regarding a line she had used in similar forms in a number of her speeches, particularly in a 2001 Berkeley Law lecture:

I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

Sotomayor had made similar remarks in other speeches between 1994 and 2003, including one she submitted as part of her confirmation questionnaire for the Court of Appeals in 1998, but they had attracted little attention at the time.”

____________

Lovely woman.

Can’t say it enough.

Every decision you make on affirmative action forever negatively alters the lives of those who merit consideration, and instead, gives to those without merit.

Every decision you make on guns violates the rights of Americans, empowers criminals, puts law abiding citizens in greater danger, and ultimately causes innocent lives to be lost.

“Having failed to kill Smith on its first attempt, Alabama has selected him as its ‘guinea pig’ to test a method of execution never attempted before,” she fumed in her dissent.”

____________

Finally something we agree on.

What need is there for gas or injections or similar methods with a track record of problems, when a firing squad works just fine every time?

Right?

cthulhu

I should note that the deceased specifically requested nitrogen asphyxiation back a ways, but the state hadn’t yet developed a protocol for administering it…..so he got a delay. Then, when the state developed the protocol, the usual group complained about using it.

I should also note that their protocol sucked big time — they shouldn’t have used a mask, for one thing. It is normal for a prisoner to freak out in his final moments and vomit, and a mask makes that ugly. They could have just as easily had him sit comfortably in a cell the size of a phone booth and just replaced the contents with nitrogen over ten minutes or so — it’s doubtful he would have even noticed.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Yup. When medicine and the law get mixed together, you get a BAD mix of both. Executions are a minefield of BS.

cthulhu

The thing with executions in general is the importance of avoiding “bad show”. As an example, when the central nervous system shuts down, the sphincters release — leading to a bit of a biological mess. This is completely unavoidable but best kept from public view.

With nitrogen asphyxiation, you could do it in a room with a guy pacing back and forth — and it could cut him down in mid-stride, leading him to fall ungracefully and possibly break his face or limbs. This would not increase “suffering” in any way, but it is unsightly and best avoided.

Quite a bit of real suffering is caused by restraint, masks, injection, and struggling against same. This is an area where nitrogen asphyxiation can be far superior, as very little of this is necessary.

If I were designing an execution protocol using nitrogen asphyxiation, I would start with a recliner — any “fall” would be caught. I’d include a lap cover, for the sphincters. The only restraint would be a harness to stay in the recliner.

If clergy were involved — to hold a hand during the process, for instance — the clergy should be provided with supplemental breathing apparatus. The condemned may make final statements by video, through viewing windows, or with a supplied keyboard/mouse. In addition, the condemned may be supplied with his favorite beverage in plastic tumblers.

While it is always possible that activists might attempt to make a gruesome spectacle of the proceedings, the protocol should be designed and implemented in such a way that the execution is calm and boring.

pgroup2

A hanging, properly calculated, is calm and boring. Especially after the first or second. 😂

scott467

“The thing with executions in general is the importance of avoiding “bad show”. As an example, when the central nervous system shuts down, the sphincters release — leading to a bit of a biological mess. This is completely unavoidable but best kept from public view.”

________

I can’t imagine why?

The person is dead, so they don’t care.

And if would-be criminals are in the audience, it would be good for them to see what happens, as another form of potential deterrent.

Putting someone to death is a hard thing. It should be what it is.

Seems like the last thing people should do is try to sanitize it for public consumption.

scott467

“If I were designing an execution protocol using nitrogen asphyxiation, I would start with a recliner — any “fall” would be caught.”

____________

If I was designing an execution protocol using nitrogen asphyxiation, I would start with 7 rifles.

And end with 7 rifles, too.

I don’t know if he would be asphyxiated, but he would be perforated.

scott467

“If clergy were involved — to hold a hand during the process, for instance —”

_________

If clergy was involved, I would request brave clergy.

And if they intend to hold the hand of the person to be executed, suggest they do so at arm’s length.

It’s not that the execution team are like rookies at a carnival knife-throwing act, it’s just common sense to put a little distance between oneself and the target of rifle fire.

scott467

“The condemned may make final statements by video, through viewing windows, or with a supplied keyboard/mouse. In addition, the condemned may be supplied with his favorite beverage in plastic tumblers.”

______________

I don’t know about all that, just do it outside, in view of the public. Offer a smoke, and the opportunity for the condemned man to refuse a blindfold.

People had this all figured out for hundreds of years.

Then liberals came in, and like always, tried to fix a bunch of stuff that wasn’t broke.

People Finally Starting to Notice the Real DC Players Like Mary McCord, but It’s Much, Much Bigger December 19, 2023 | Sundance

….First, a context review, because so many are only just awakening.

If there is one corrupt DC player who has escaped scrutiny for her corrupt endeavors, it would be Mary McCord.👉 More than any other Lawfare operative within Main Justice, Mary McCord sits at the center of every table in the manufacturing of cases against Donald Trump. {GO DEEP} Mary McCord’s husband is Sheldon Snook; he was the right hand to the legal counsel of Chief Justice John Roberts.

When the Carter Page FISA application was originally assembled by the FBI and DOJ, there was initial hesitancy from within the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) about submitting the application, because it did not have enough citations in evidence (the infamous ‘Woods File’). That’s why the Steele Dossier ultimately became important. It was the Steele Dossier that provided the push, the legal cover needed for the DOJ-NSD to submit the application for a Title-1 surveillance warrant against the campaign of Donald J. Trump.

When the application was finally assembled for submission to the FISA court, the head of the DOJ-NSD was John Carlin. Carlin quit working for the DOJ-NSD in late September 2016 just before the final application was submitted (October 21,2016). John Carlin was replaced by Deputy Asst. Attorney General, Mary McCord.

♦ When the FISA application was finally submitted (approved by Sally Yates and James Comey), it was Mary McCord who did the actual process of filing the application and gaining the Title-1 surveillance warrant.

A few months later, February 2017, with Donald Trump now in office as President, it was Mary McCord who went with Deputy AG Sally Yates to the White House to confront White House legal counsel Don McGahn over the Michael Flynn interview with FBI agents. The surveillance of Flynn’s calls was presumably done under the auspices and legal authority of the FISA application Mary McCord previously was in charge of submitting….

There is a lot more.

pgroup2

Why does a Supreme Court justice need legal counsel?

Doesn’t he/she know the law? 😧

Apple’s new Vision Pro is a privacy mess waiting to happen

Imagine you’re in a waiting room, and someone sits next to you with four iPhones strapped to their forehead. You might swiftly relocate.

Yet that’s exactly what’s happening when someone straps on Apple’s new Vision Pro headset. Each of these goggles contains the rough equivalent to a head full of iPhones: 2 depth sensors, 6 microphones and 12 cameras. It uses them to continuously track people and rooms in three dimensions — every hand gesture, eyeball flick and couch cushion.

Apple touts the $3,499 Vision Pro, arriving on Friday, as the next big thing after the smartphone.

When you wear one, you see the world around you with computer-generated images and information superimposed on top. You might be intrigued or think the idea of a face computer is dumb. Regardless, you might want to know this device collects more data than any other personal device I’ve ever seen.

If this is our potential future, then I’ve got lots of questions. At launch, Apple has taken steps to restrict some of the data collected by the Vision Pro, including what people’s eyes are looking at. That’s a very good thing. But there are also new kinds of risks Apple doesn’t appear to have addressed, or might not be able to given how the tech works.

I see a privacy mess waiting to happen. Among the new dilemmas flagged to me by privacy researchers: Who gets to access the maps these devices build of our homes and data about how we move our bodies? A Vision Pro could reveal much more than you realize.

The last time a gadget raised these sorts of societal questions was in 2013 with Google Glass. It contained a small screen and just one camera that people worried might be used to covertly record them. Glass was so reviled, the nickname for people wearing them was Glassholes. Now we have to brace for, perhaps, the Vision Bros.

Most of my Vision Pro concerns are, at this point, speculative. But it matters to all of us if the technology Apple and others are inventing to replace smartphones could end up supercharging online problems like location tracking, the loss of anonymity and data brokers gathering the intimate details of our lives.

Surely they don’t think this will replace smart phones.

On a basic level, the Vision Pro might know it’s in a room with four walls and a 12-foot ceiling and window — so far, so good, Jerome says. But then add in that you’ve got a 75-inch television, suggesting you might have more money to spend than someone with a 42-inch set. Since the device can understand objects, it could also detect if you’ve got a crib or a wheelchair or even drug paraphernalia, he says.

Advertisers and data brokers who build profiles of consumers would salivate at the chance to get this data. Governments, too…

Researchers at the University of California at Berkeley blew my mind when they explained just how revealing data about how your body moves while dancing could be.

Last year, they discovered they could uniquely and consistently identify about 55,000 different VR users based solely on data about the movement of their head and hands. It’s as useful as a fingerprint, maybe more.

And in another study, they used head and hand motion from a game to guess some 40 different personal attributes of people, ranging from age and gender to substance use and disability status.

What’s to stop Vision Pro apps from doing the same?

…I asked Apple what it was doing to protect this kind of data. Its response: Crickets.

Mixed-reality devices are “very exciting with huge potential,” says Berkeley computer science Professor James O’Brien. “But I also think that privacy considerations need to be primary design criteria, not afterthought.”

There’s no way I would wear that thing on my head. On a basic level, I would feel that my freedom was restricted.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

The reason Apple isn’t answering, is because the phones and watches ALREADY DO THIS. And they have FOR YEARS.

Apple Watch – from the moment it was released – knew when you were sitting down on the toilet. (Because PHONES already knew this for years, and they had worked it all out).

When was that? April 2014. That’s almost 10 years ago, the watches were already fully working as bathroom monitors when they were released. It’s why they alter their behavior and try not to interrupt you as you sit down.

The Vision Pro goes WAY, WAY, WAY beyond all the stuff that the guy here is talking about.

Vision Pro will know what you like to look at, in minute detail, and how it makes you feel. It will know what you don’t like to look at. And way, way, way more.

Since they don’t know what Apple does with the information, or how it could (and will) be used against them, they don’t perceive or understand any negative consequence.

If you mention any of this to most people, they will just shrug their shoulders and say “So?”

Because all that is ever talked about is all the ways data can be collected, but no one ever articulates what the HARM could (will) be.

If the potential harm was discussed AT ALL, if they understood the CONSEQUENCES, people would care.

But nobody ever does that.

14th Amendment, Sect 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. 👉But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Back in the mid-80’s, I had a girlfriend. She was also an accountant, but in the next accounting firm over from where I worked. Her previous life was somewhat more exciting than mine…..

Anyway, her sister had found herself, at one point, with about $500 and no place to call home after the end of the month……so she bought herself a $300 one-way ticket to Tokyo. Within a day, she had a job as an English tutor to Japanese salarymen preparing to take trips to the US. [This is back when the Japanese were purchasing Rockefeller Center and Pebble Beach.]

The after-work activities of Japanese executives in Japan tend to be, from our viewpoint, highly structured. Everyone has a role to play, and the interactions are meant to be comforting, team-building, and reinforce the structure of their lives. By contrast, going out for a drink after work in the US is like a three-ring circus.

She taught these visitors enough to get drunk, rub up against some females in a friendly way, not get rolled, and wake up the next day ready to get dressed and get to work to sing the company anthem with a hangover — just like they did back home.

Evidently she was pretty good at it, because when she returned to the states many months later she had enough of a bankroll to restart.

Gail Combs

There is way too much room for AI to be used for EVIL.

For example, we do not have thorium nuclear plants because thorium can not be used to build nuclear weapons.

Apply that same mind set that directed $$$ towards weapons vs peaceful applications a century or so ago to now.

FYI…

Thorium (Updated November 2020)

Thorium is more abundant in nature than uranium. It is fertile rather than fissile, and can only be used as a fuel in conjunction with a fissile material such as recycled plutonium.Thorium fuels can breed fissile uranium-233 to be used in various kinds of nuclear reactors.Molten salt reactors are well suited to thorium fuel, as normal fuel fabrication is avoided.

The use of thorium as a new primary energy source has been a tantalizing prospect for many years. Extracting its latent energy value in a cost-effective manner remains a challenge, and will require considerable R&D investment. This is occurring preeminently in China, with modest US support.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

We now have a lot of data and I think it is time to string it all together.

Let’s start with January 2018 RNC CONSENT DECREE ENDS AFTER 35 YEARS
After 35 years, the consent decree that prohibited the Republican National Committee (RNC) from engaging in ballot security activities wasterminated by a federal judge…”

This meant the DNC had 35 years to solidify their election cheating machine and the RNC had no infrastructure or lawyers in place to defeat it.

….

AND the DNC had a seasoned fighter in the person of Mark Elias. He was the lawyer who worked with Fusion GPS and Steele.

The New Republic — September 21, 2020
The Man Who Is Determined to Stop Trump From Rigging the Election: Democratic lawyer Marc Elias is leading the fight to preserve the integrity of the ballot.

Elias is one of the central figures on the Democratic side. A hard-charging, Twitter-happy partner at the Perkins Coie law firm, he has served as general counsel to two presidential campaigns: John Kerry’s in 2004, and Hillary Clinton’s in 2016. He now works as counsel for the Democratic National Committee and the party’s House and Senate campaign committees. If the results are close, or the outcome uncertain, for any of their candidates on November 4, then Elias will likely be among the lawyers who swoop in to wage the high-stakes legal battles that follow… Elias is already something of a wartime consigliere for the Democratic elite…

After the Supreme Court’s landmark 2010 ruling in Citizens United, Elias, who was then working for a group devoted to electing Democratic candidates, was among the lawyers who asked the Federal Election Commission to issue an advisory opinion about political organizations that only made “independent expenditures.” That opinion helped usher in the age of the super PAC. And in 2014, Politico reported that he had played a key role in inserting a provision into a major spending bill that would significantly raise the cap on individual donations to political parties.

This year, Elias’s focus is filing lawsuits to expand voter access, especially when it comes to voting by mail. By early September, a few weeks after we first spoke, he was involved in 32 election-related cases in 19 states...

In those states, Elias used lawfare to change election laws to allow the insertion of ‘unvetted’ mail-in ballots via the courts. This however is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗜, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟰, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟭:

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, 👉𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗳; 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.

So Elias had to ALSO fight lawsuits after the 2020 election on the grounds the election was unconstitutional. Funny how all those suits were dismissed for lack of ‘standing’

List of 2020 Presidential-related Election Lawsuits  (plus Text Summary),“from Promoting American Election Integrity

Democrats’ Top Election Lawyer Litigating Nearly 50 Cases Against GOP

…The Democratic Party’s top elections attorney and his firm are litigating nearly 50 different post-election cases in 19 states to affect their results, he announced on Sunday night.

Marc Elias, the founder of Elias Law Group, which bills itself as “committed to helping Democrats win, citizens vote, and progressives make change,👉 announced that it was representing clients in 19 states, for a total of 48 cases. The cases have involved either legal defenses to challenges brought by GOP candidates regarding election issues, or efforts to change election laws in favor of Democratic candidates.

However Elias needed an excuse to change the election laws — Enter the Plandemic, timed JUST RIGHT to scare people into voting by mail. AND give him the excuse to change election laws via the courts.

Another CHINESE connection is KONNECH. Funny how it was CALIFORNIA that brought charges against Konnech, swooped in and grabbed all the evidence and then, again thanks to Mark Elias SHIPPED ALL THE EVIDENCE TO MALAYSIA!

……..

After the Election the Cabal couldn’t resist crowing about their successful defeat of Trump.

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election

…Hundreds of major business leaders, many of whom had backed Trump’s candidacy and supported his policies, called on him to concede. To the President, something felt amiss. “It was all very, very strange,” Trump said on Dec. 2. “Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.”

In a way, Trump was right…. There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day….

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

However after the successful steal of the election, the Democrats had a problem. Thanks to Q, the Anons had become a ‘Digital Army’ trained to be good investigators. They had to be silenced and as we saw via the Twitter Files, the FBI moved into twitter and no doubt Facebook and other sites to CENSOR ‘UNAPPROVED’ content and creators. Ramping up from censoring info about the Plandemic to the election.

Censoring POTUS Trump and his followers was not enough. They need to make sure the election results were NOT CHALLENGED on Jan 6th 2020 and they needed to paint Trump followers as ‘Terrorsts’ and Trump as leading an Insurrection.

So they came up with a PLAN – 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗗𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡.

Revolver, Gateway Pundit, Ivan Raiklin and others have revealed bits and pieces of this plan.

I am going to stick Ivan Raiklin’s contribution into a separate comment. I lost the diagram I wanted when nitter died and in going thru Ivan Twitter trying to find it, I found a wealth of additional info.

Ivan pinpoints the architects of the Fedsurrection and the laws they used to achieve it via the Capitol Police Board. It is a three member board who at that time was under the control of Nancy Piglosi (via House Sargent at Arms) and Chuck the Schmuck (via Senate Sargent at Arms.)

He also points out the 2020 Election was NEVER RATIFIED BY CONGRESS because there was NO QUORUM

Rep. Massie Confirms Person Who Found January 6 Pipe Bombs is CURRENT US Capitol Police Officer
Why the Pipe bomb?

It was coordinated with Epps and the Capitol breach to draw the police FROM the capitol just in time for the breach to occur and disrupt Congress so no objections could be heard.

….
From Ivan:

Comment from a person summarizing the trial proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Mike Pence spearheaded the J6 Fedsurrection with Pelosi (Video link below):

“So this is why they staged a false flag setup on Jan 6.

They used FBI agents, Capitol police officers, to setup up the protesters to prevent republicans in congress from being able to raise their objections & present evidence on the states that conducted their elections outside of their state election laws. They knew this would force those electors votes from those states to be sent back to the state legislatures.

So they conspired & planned to create the J6 riot with help from undercover officers dressed as Antifa which we know they did because it is on video showing officers admitting this. They also planned to use this coup to frame Trump. Then they came back pretending to [be] pissed about the riot to ram through counting the votes without a quorum & without raising any objections to cover-up the unlawful votes they received from those states.

Man, this just keeps getting worse the more evidence that is being revealed. Without question, they did in fact commit High Treason, Insurrection & Rebellion, & the Overthrow of Government to unlawfully prevent the chance of Trump becoming President again for a second term & unlawfully installing Joe Biden to serve as an illegitimate president who currently sits in the White House as a Usurper & squatter.

Our government has been completely overthrown. Every one of these people that took part in this coup to overthrow the presidency must be brought to justice. Everything that was done from the day Biden was installed on Jan 20, 2021, is illegitimate & must be revoked and undone, including the removal of every judge Biden nominated & the Senate confirmed. Biden as an illegitimate president had no lawful authority to appoint them nor sign any legislation into law. Every penny spent under this illegitimate administration was a misappropriation of public funds. There needs to be a 14th Amendment Bounty placed against them all to recoup the public funds they took & all their assets confiscated to repay the public debt they created.”

@RepLoudermilk

January 6, 2021 Joint Session lacked the 12th Amendment Quorum and thus was an illegal certification.

House: “a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice”

In other words, 34 House members each from a different state minimum.

Senate: “a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice.”

In other words 67 Senators.

@SpeakerMcCarthy

must hold a new joint session with a quorum immediately and present all of the evidence of an illegally certified election by AZ, WI, PA, MI, GA, NV, NH.

I would be honored to provide him and his staff everything needed to move forward with this.

(There was another much more serious incident but I can not find it.)

I think he was put there because they KNEW he would probably shoot.

𝗕𝘆𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗻.

AND HE GET’S HIS REWARD:

…The Capitol Police lieutenant who shot Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt to death during the Capitol incursion will be promoted to captain, according to a new report.

Michael Byrd’s promotion was revealed by Roll Call, which said an internal document it reviewed showed Byrd is among 30 Capitol Police employees being promoted on Sunday….

https://www.westernjournal.com/ashli-babbitts-killer-capitol-cop-michael-byrd-gets-rewarded-promotion-report/

There are some that think this cold blooded murder was deliberately done to incite Trump supporters to violence.

pgroup2

It was not murder. He had to have the intent to kill BEFORE he pulled the trigger. Good luck showing that existed.

He was so surprised when the gun fired that he moved away from the shooting location rapidly and frantically [IMO] began concocting a story to exonerate himself. This is evidence of guilty knowledge and it likely would not exist if he had planned to kill someone unless he is a damn good actor.

His prior carelessness with his sidearm shows a lack of proper firearms training. Fits in with lack of finger control.

Gail Combs

OK, Manslaughter however he should have never been put in that position with a gun and THAT person who placed him there, given everything else going on, WAS planning/hoping he would shoot someone.

Also remember a different cop beat a helpless woman to death.

That the orchestrators of Jan 5th WANTED people killed I have no doubt. And in the end they DID get five people kill and many injured.

We also know that 4 cops were ‘suicided’ right after Jan 6th. Just like cops involved with Anthony Wieners laptop were suicided.

9 Out Of 12 People Who Saw Anthony Weiner’s Laptop Are Dead
So excuse me if I am a wee bit cynical when it comes to the baby raping Cabal.

mollypitcher5

I’m with you on this. He had gun drawn. No warning or command to halt. Now if they chose him specifically due to his subpar weapon skill that’s another can of worms but as it unfolded…he gave no warning and pulled the trigger.
For sure Pelosi’s fedsurrection needed deaths to prove they were in fear of their lives and had the right to use deadly force.

And you can’t have dead ultra maga insurrectionists without giving the go ahead in advance

Yeah, IT STINKS, especially this:

The there is Yogananda Pittman who was acting police chief and hustled away to California.

WIKI

Yogananda D. Pittman is an American law enforcement officer who is the  University of California, Berkeley chief of police. She was formerly the assistant chief and acting chief of the United States Capitol Police (USCP), , serving in those posts during and after the 2021 incident at the United…

Do I think some police would DELIBERATELY kill if they were told they could do so without repercussions? ABSOLUTELY

JFK, MLK, Waco, Texas, Ruby Ridge….

Heck, all they had to do was brain wash the cops into thinking their lives were in danger from those ‘Home Grown Terrorists’ Janet Napolitano was nattering on about for the eight years of the Obama Admin.

mollypitcher5

i haven’t watched it a long time and wouldn’t know where to find it but IIRC it seemed to me the whole scene was scripted to happen. The black videographer was there with his cnn cohort. The cadre that broke the window and shoved her into it all vanished into the throng.
He may not have known that there would be shoot to kill in place because he wasn’t part of the inner circle just a dupe..Why weren’t any of them hunted down for the gulag, after all they were trying to break into the chambers?

Gail Combs

You are correct It was very very scripted to the point the other cops WHO SHOULD HAVE GRABBED HER, instead flattened themselves against the wall.

Also the videographer was chatting up Piglosi’s daughter IIRC.

mollypitcher5

Oh yeah I forgot about all those cops right behind her

Gail Combs

Yeah, their actions said PREMEDITATED MURDER to me.

I almost forgot. Her shooting was THEN BROAD CAST to the wider crowd. I remember videos where people were saying someone was shot.

I believe the pipe bombs were part of the plot. What doesn’t make sense to me are the details, as I outlined yesterday regarding Darren Beattie’s interview with Tucker Carlson. Someone needs to find out:

• Who placed the bombs?

• Who found the RNC (Capitol Hill) bomb? It was a woman on her way to do laundry who could have been a player in the scheme so the timing would be correct.

• The DNC bomb was found by a current Capitol Police officer. What is his name? Was he in on the plot, “finding” it at just the right time to cue the next steps? That man needs to talk.

• Who came over and took the photo of the bomb, giving a thumbs-up to those in the police and Secret Service vehicles, who then left the scene? Who wanted that photo, and who has it now?

• Did they really call in a robot to defuse the bombs? We need a record of that call and to see what was said.

• Were the bombs really sent to Quantico? That would be a good place to bury them in a fake investigation.

mollypitcher5

That’s probably where they were constructed anyway or were brought out of their supply of dummy instructional bombs.

“Everything that was done from the day Biden was installed on Jan 20, 2021, is illegitimate & must be revoked and undone, including the removal of every judge Biden nominated & the Senate confirmed.

———————-
I strongly disagree with this. Once the count was certified on J6 and Biden was sworn in on J20, he was the president. We may detail how he’s illegitimate but the administration of the oath to the specific person certified by the Electoral College made him the POTUS. He is entitled to be in that office and people should really stop wasting time and energy trying to time travel.

Gail Combs

“…certified by the Electoral College…”

That is the sticking point. NO QUORUM was assembled in congress on Jan 6th as specified by the Constitution so NO CERTIFICATION was possible.

So we had a fraudulent election ‘certified’ by too few members to actually conduct the business of Congress.

ArtI.S5.C1.2 Quorums
Article I, Section 5, Clause 1:

Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide.

and

Twelfth Amendment
Amdt12.2 Twelfth Amendment Generally

. . ., by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice. . .

stacey abrams non profit implodes
FTA
Failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams’ nonprofit, Fair Fight, is laying off the majority of its staff, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Fair Fight, a group Abrams founded to combat alleged voter suppression in Georgia, will be laying off 75% of its staff and significantly narrowing its scope of operations, the AJC reported. The organization holds $2.5 million in debt but only has $1.9 million in cash, according to the AJC.

Salena Jegede, chair of the organization’s board, said that it faces a “serious funding deficit that makes our current trajectory unsustainable.”

Finances haven’t always been an issue for Abrams’ nonprofit.

Fair Fight raised more than $100 million during its first three years of operations, according to AJC. Fair Fight Action, Fair Fight’s political arm, even aired an advertisement during the 2019 Super Bowl promoting Abrams.

Things appear to have begun going downhill for Abrams’ nonprofit after the 2020 election cycle.

When Democrat Stacey Abrams first ran for Georgia governor in 2018, her lackluster personal finances and a hefty IRS bill gave Republicans fodder to question how she could manage a state budget when she struggled with her own debts.

As she launches a second bid for governor this year, that’s no longer an issue.

Abrams now says she’s worth $3.17 million, according to state disclosures filed in March. That’s compared with a net worth of $109,000 when she first ran four years ago.

Between the book, the campaign and the “nonprofit” she can live in style and quit the charade about voter suppression

His OMG videos have far too much repetition, filler, in them.

(Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Mn) Metro Transit reminds riders to not defecate on trains or sexually assault passengers
“Transit property is not a public restroom,” the new rules read.
30 Jan 2024

https://alphanews.org/metro-transit-reminds-riders-to-not-defecate-on-trains-or-sexually-assault-passengers/

Metro Transit, which provides public transportation for the Twin Cities metro area, announced last week that it is installing new signs at light rail and bus transit stations which outline acceptable behaviors from riders.

Peeing and pooping while riding on Metro Transit vehicles falls under the “illegal” category, according to the signs. “Transit property is not a public restroom,” the new rules read. They also explain to riders that sexual assault is illegal. “Sexual contact without consent is forbidden,” the rules state.

My dogs never defecate in spots I did not approve. If my dogs could be that respectful people can also. One trains kids when young same with puppies.
By the way my brother told me in India people poop in a field publicity. People when they come here need to be educated before loose in our cities.

^^^^This. There are people that I don’t want in my country, and I’m not ashamed to admit it or to say it. They don’t deserve to come to the greatest country on earth, that was founded on principles of freedom and personal responsibility.

Rosa

My brother quit using the light rail and used busses or uber instead. He said it is a rolling homeless camp. My retired public health nurse friend agreed and said the back car is used as the toilet. My brother also said that guys with backpacks would regularly stroll through and harass and threaten passengers for money. 😖

Gail Combs

One of the local farmers told me when he had a new batch of migrant workers show up, the first thing he did was show them how to use a toilet! He had trailers for the workers and did not want to have to clean up their poop!

Hi Rosa, nice to see a new (to me) face 🙂

Gail Combs

TheseTruths

She’s a liar who changes her positions as needed for political purposes. She is cut from the same cloth as Pelosi, who justifies using every trick in the book to pull the wool over people’s eyes and ram through agendas the people don’t want. But Haley is not as savvy as Pelosi, who, though I detest her, is a real political force. Nikki is at foot soldier level and should be nowhere near a position of power. I don’t know how she did as governor (besides the Confederate flag issue), but there is too much water under the bridge for her to recover now, IMO.
