As I documented in the article, GREENHOUSE, ICEHOUSE OR CLIMATIC MADHOUSE?, the late 1960s & early 1970s were a pivotal time period. The Milankovitch Theory of glaciation was confirmed, there was a world grain crisis due to the cold weather, and Kukla and Matthews alerted President Richard Nixon the present interglacial might be ending.

Well almost all of us have been pretty sure that there were only four ice ages, separated by relatively long warm intervals. But now we know that there were twenty in the last two million years. And the warm periods are much shorter than we believed originally. They are something around 10,000 years long. and I’m sorry to say that the one we are living in now has just passed its 10,000 year birthday. That of course means that the ice age is due now any time.

This is EXACTLY the type of crisis the Malthusians and Eugenicists were looking for.

They needed a crisis that was world wide and nasty enough to light a fire under all the world leaders and in the late 1960s and early 1970’s they got it.

NSSM 200 was the U.S. Government’s formal response to the feverish effort in the private sector, especially in the latter part of the 1960s, to depopulate the earth or else we would all die. Most of these advocates for population control are forgotten, but one that is still known today is Paul Ehrlich. His 1969 book, The Population Bomb, popularized a viewpoint that already had wide currency among the sophisticates and elites across the world. Political pressure was piled high and population ‘experts’ clamored to have their expertise acknowledged and implemented. Finally, in 1969, Richard Nixon gave a speech which called for a national population policy. Federal funding for domestic population control began in earnest with the 1970 passage of Title X, which began funneling millions and millions of dollars into ‘family planning’ (a euphemism for ‘population control’) and established the Office of Population Affairs. This office still exists.

In 1972, Nixon called for a report to be given to him by what would become called the Rockefeller Commission Report. This commission consisted mostly of private sector individuals and organizations, and included men like Bernard Bereleson (president of the Population Council) and Frederick Jaffe Memo (Vice-president of population for Planned Parenthood). The commission’s report was submitted to the President in 1972, but to the chagrin of the elites, he did not act on it–at least, not publicly, and not domestically.

I wonder if he was paid by the word… Anyway, even if you do not read the whole thing look at the table of contents AND DO LOOK AT THE BOTTOM, that is where the ‘Recommendations’ are and shows the direction planned.

A story about reversing desertification, description of a legume tree that helps, and of an Agronomy System that can change poor rural lives.

Back in the ’70s or so I saw an article. I’ve forgotten where and I’ve forgotten “about whom”. (Frankly, I don’t think I ever caught the name. It was an Indian (as in India) name, and they tend to ‘runtogetherforme’ into some long hypnotic rampathrathimatripiaticrythm kind of thing that just doesn’t “click”, nor “stick” for me.) I think the article might have been in Mother Earth News, or perhaps something more technical. Again, “Title” is not one of the things I used to notice.

The basic thrust of the article was about a place in India where there was a lot of “Desertification” happening. They had photographs of a Dr. Rmamumblemumblemumble who had ‘fixed it’. What “stuck in my brain” were the method, and a strong visual of the location. They had “before” and “after” pictures of the same location with The Good Doctor seated in the same place. Just “night and day”….

From phoenixrising showing, even though the technique was KNOWN in the 1970s, — and I also saw it in something I read in the 1970s — IT WAS NEVER IMPLEMENTED!

28 July 2002 – EAT GMO OR STARVE, AMERICA TELLS AFRICA

…George Bush’s recent increase in the US aid budget specifically for the purpose of encouraging the uptake of biotechnology. As the article below makes plain, the US also seems to be tying in economic assistance to acceptance of GMOs, “Zambian Vice President Enock Kavindele told Reuters in Lusaka that his country had declined a $50 million (31 million pounds) line of credit from the U.S. Department of Agriculture because of provisions that it would have to purchase GMO commodities.” And the kind of ‘eat GM or starve’ rhetoric coming out of USAID, an organisation advised by biotech industry stalwart CS Prakash, also appears less than helpful. Working with the governments concerned to rapidly resolve the problems, where possible, has to be the most constructive response….

Encouraging Private Organizations

During the ‘Farm Wars’ a couple decades ago, one of our group received a letter from an African farmer. It was heartbreaking.

It was about Heifer International, a ‘Charitable Organization’ to “Help Lift Families Out Of Poverty.”

Only what they do not tell you is, to receive the heifer (female calf) the African farmer must KILL ALL HIS NATIVE cattle! Since the heifer they are given is a northern animal it never survives the diseases and climate of Africa. Heifer International is still active today.

If that is not bad enough, he tells of powdered baby formula. One of the goals of US AID according to NSSM 200 is to educate women and get them into the work force. Part of that is to replace nursing mothers with bottle feeding. But again they never bothered to tell the Africans to BOIL THE WATER and so the babies died. The African letter writer said once they figured this out they do not use the powdered formula. They either feed it to their animals or toss it.

A covert-sterilisation programme using vaccines such as tetanus, rubella and what looks to be Gardasil (1), also the use of mercury in third world country vaccines (even after they have removed most of it it from Western countries) is suspected of being a birth control ploy (1).  They have form with 60,000 Americans coercively sterilized , and between 1963 and 1965 more than 400,000 Colombian women were sterilized in a program funded by the Rockefeller Foundation which also helped found and fund the German eugenics program; and even funded the program that ultimately sent Josef Mengele into Auschwitz (1, 2, 3).]

Barney Cohen reviews levels, differentials, and trends in fertility for more than 30 countries from 1960 to 1992. He finds evidence of fertility decline in Botswana, Kenya, and Zimbabwe, confirming the basic results of the DHS. What is new here though is his finding that the fertility decline appears to have occurred across cohorts of women at all parities, rather than just among women at middle and higher parities, as might have been expected on the basis of experience in other parts of the world. He also presents evidence that fertility may have begun to fall in parts of Nigeria and possibly in Senegal….

Kissinger and Rockefeller Connections to American Central Intelligence and the Origins of AIDS and Ebola

… years ago, most of you can recall, the highly publicized case of the Florida dentist who infected his patients with AIDS–the case of, the beautiful teenager, Kimberly Bergalis, who died shortly after testifying before Congress in a wheel-chair. At the time I was serving as the chief professional advisor to the largest dental and medical catalog supply company in the world. The day the story broke I was assigned to develop patient and professional educational materials to help allay the public’s growing fear of visiting dental and medical offices in the age of AIDS. You may recall how terrified most people became about a routine trip to the dentist at that time. So I began by investigating the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDCs) official investigation reports on the case. And to make a long story short, I found the reports to be scientifically bogus. I later learned that the government had covered-up key evidence in the tragedy in an effort the maintain the case an unsolvable mystery.

In essence they had committed scientific fraud and misconduct and, in the process, concealed the most incriminating evidence against the dentist–a very bright, scientifically trained, ex-military dentist, who believed he was dying of a virus that the government had created. Yes, you heard me correctly, a virus that the government had created.

Now, the problem I had was reconciling the fact that the dentist, though a psychopath, was no fool. And he held in his possession one of the most incriminating documents I had ever seen. A 1970 Department of Defense Appropriations request for $10 million for the development of immune system ravaging viruses for germ warfare. In fact, the document, which I lay before you today, reads like this:

“Within the next 5 to 10 years, it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease. . . A research program to explore the feasibility of this could be completed in approximately 5 years at a total cost of $10 million. . . . It is a highly controversial issue and there are many who believe such research should not be undertaken lest it lead to yet another method of massive killing of large populations.”

In fact it was the National Academy of Sciences-National Research Council (NAS-NRC) that had informed the Defense Department that this research was possible.

Now, according to legal testimony given to government officals, this knowledge enraged the Florida dentist so much it moved him to intentionally inject his patients with HIV-tainted anesthetics….

Among Henry Kissinger’s most influential patrons as he worked his way up the ladder of success to become Nixon’s Deputy to the President for National Security, was Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller, the son of Standard Oil, that is Exxon, heir John D. Rockefeller, Jr. …

Following the war, Henry Kissinger, who had become General Alexander Bolling’s German translator and principle assistant (Bolling, of course, was the ‘Godfather’ to the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency that ran “Project Paperclip,” the secret exfiltration of approximately 2,000 high level Nazis, about 900 of whom were military scientists and medical researchers, including Erich Traub, Hitler’s top biological weapons developer and virus expert. Bolling also served as a high ranking member of the Inter-American Defense Board, a Washington based group that delivered Walter Emil Schreiber, Hitler’s chief medical scientist, the “Angel of Death” Joseph Mengele, and his assistant, “the butcher of Lyon,” Klaus Barbie, among others, to safe havens in South America where they worked on CIA projects.) In fact it was Henry Kissinger’s job to seek and find such Nazi’s that might be of service to America, and Kissinger became the chief of Army Counter-Intelligence in this regard. He trained other agents to hunt down Nazis at the European Command Intelligence School in Oberammergau, not to be tried for war crimes necessarily, but rather to serve U.S. military rather than Russian interests….

The Russian accused us of developing AIDS and I saw in passing information about the locations of the Ebola outbreak in Africa during the Obama years, that made it look fishy.

Given Ralph Baric’s Gain-of-function research on Covid, plus the recent vid of Rand Paul accusing not only CDC but also the State Dept. of hiding funding for Chinese Covid research, I am no longer as quick to consider articles like that above to be pure fiction.

DEVELOPMENTS IN THE USA

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the sale of pills for contraception on May 9, 1960….

In 1965, in the landmark case Griswold v. Connecticut, the Supreme Court ruled that states couldn’t deny the sale of contraception to married couples. That led ten states to legalize birth control.

Seven years later, in 1972, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a Massachusetts law that banned the distribution of contraceptives to unmarried people in Eisenstadt v. Baird. So by the early 70s anyone — single or married — was allowed to get birth control from their doctor.

In 1970, Title X of the Public Health Services Act became law. It established public funding for family planning and sex education programs in the U.S. That meant Planned Parenthood and other reproductive health organizations were able to provide birth control and sex education services for more people, especially in low-income communities. To this day, Title X funding is critical to accessing sexual and reproductive health care.

Why does the U.S. government have an ‘Office of Population Affairs’?

The Gag Rule That Undermined Title X

In 2019, the Trump administration implemented a harmful Title X gag rule. The rule banned doctors in the Title X program across the country from telling people how they could safely and legally access abortion. This made it impossible for patients in the program to get birth control [Notice how they conflate the term ‘birth control’ with ‘abortion’ – G.C.] at places like Planned Parenthood — and prohibited doctors and nurses from giving people full information about all of their sexual and reproductive health care options.

Until the Title X gag rule was imposed, Planned Parenthood health centers served 41% of the 4 million patients — or more than 1.6 million people — who got care [‘care’ OR Abortions? – G.C.] through the Title X program. The new rule forced Planned Parenthood health centers, along with many others, to withdraw from the Title X program. According to the Guttmacher Institute, the gag rule has slashed the program’s national family planning network’s patient capacity in half…..

Notice the gag is NOT about health screenings or other health issues! If it slashed in ½ that seems to indicate ½ of title X money went to abortions.

So how does Roe vs Wade fit in to the overall timeline?

AN ENDURING ALLIANCE

The Saudi-Aramco relationship has endured a lot. There was a phony “nationalization” of Aramco in the 1970s, when Nasserite and Baathist socialism were all the rage on the Arab “street”: the Saudi government took over Aramco, formally, but then immediately turned around and granted the Aramco-Rockefeller consortium the exclusive contract to “manage” the operation. Under this new deal, the consortium would get the lion’s share of Saudi oil, with the rest going to Petromin, the state-owned company.

As Murray N. Rothbard succinctly summed it up:

Developing Countries Debt are loans from outside the country, much of this debt was incurred following the 1973 Oil Crisis.

With the 1944 Bretton Woods Agreement member countries had accepted the obligation to treat gold, the dollar and the pound alike. When President Nixon took the dollar off the gold standard,that meant third world countries could argue that the IMF’s reason for existence evaporated. Thanks to the Oil Crisis, the problem for big banks like Chase Manhattan, Citicorp and Bank of America were two-fold: Third world countries defaulting on their loans and no one credit worthy in the USA to lend to.

A former respected member of international banking, John Perkins, said in “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man” and interviews, the American banks and IMF solved both of these problems by having the IMF lend countries the money to pay off the American bank loans.

JOHN PERKINS: Basically what we were trained to do and what our job is to do is to build up the American empire. To bring – to create situations where as many resources as possible flow into this country, to our corporations, and our government, and in fact we’ve been very successful. We’ve built the largest empire in the history of the world. It’s been done over the last 50 years since World War II with very little military might, actually. It’s only in rare instances like Iraq where the military comes in as a last resort. This empire, unlike any other in the history of the world, has been built primarily through economic manipulation, through cheating, through fraud, through seducing people into our way of life, through the economic hit men.
