If EITHER of them were not “removed” NONE of this last three years happens, NOTHING would be gotten away with. Flynn is “gagged” by NOT being “sentenced” yet. Therefore he CANNOT tell what he knows. Why else has he STILL after OVER two years, DESPITE pleading guilty, NOT been sentenced. Because once he has, he is wronged, will win appeal, AND get to tell his story.
Good stuff. If the history of this era is accurately told, school children one day will know Adm Rogers to be as important to our constitutional republic as Patrick Henry or Paul Revere.

1/ As a former CIA analyst and former NSC official who edited transcripts of POTUS phone calls with foreign leaders, here are my thoughts on the whistleblower complaint which was just released. . . intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/…
2/ This is not an intelligence matter. It is a policy matter and a complaint about differences over policy. Presidential phone calls are not an intelligence concern. The fact that IC officers transcribe these calls does not give the IC IG jusrisdiction over these calls.
3/ It appears that rules restricting access and knowledge of these sensitive calls was breached. This official was not on this call, not on the approved dissem list and should not have been briefed on the call.
.3/ The way this complaint was written suggested the author had a lot of help. I know from my work on the House Intel Commitee staff that many whistleblowers go directly to the intel oversight committees. Did this whistleblower first meet with House Intel committee members?
.4/ It is therefore important that Congress find out where this complaint came from. What did House and Senate intel committee dem members and staff know about it and when? Did they help orchestrate this complaint?
5/ My view is that this whistleblower complaint is too convenient and too perfect to come from a typical whistleblower. Were other IC officers involved? Where outside groups opposed to the president involved?
6/ This complaint will further damage IC relations with the White House for many years to come because IC officers appear to be politicizing presidential phone calls with foreign officials and their access to the president and his activities in the White House.
7/ Worst of all, this IC officer — and probably others — have blatantly crossed the line into policy. This violates a core responsibility of IC officers is to inform, but not make policy.
8/ This is such a grevious violation of trust between the IC and the White House that it would not surprise me if IC officers are barred from all access to POTUS phone calls with foreign officials.
As a novice simply reading through the complaint, it does occur to me that this is the work of multiple people. The footnotes are extremely detailed, and more importantly, there are a wide variety of anti PDJT viewpoints incorporated into this document. The information about Amb. Yavanovich being replaced, for example, seems out of place in a document accusing PDJT of seeking the help of a foreign government in tilting the 2020 election.

That was newly elected House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on January 3, during the opening session of the 116th Congress. Whether she meant those words at the time is now irrelevant, as the actions of her party this year have betrayed any such vision of a real legislative agenda for working Americans.
Yesterday, Congressional Democrats gave yet another snapshot of how they spend their days now. After months of pressure, Speaker Pelosi caved to the far-left base (sorry, “transformative freshman class”) that she has been unable to appease, announcing that she is launching official impeachment inquiries into President Trump. Although Democrats have been hinting at impeachment as a political weapon for two years, the latest excuse they give comes as a response to hyped-up reports of a supposed “quid pro quo” offered to President Zelensky of Ukraine.
Slight problem: It turns out the story was completely false. The transcript released by the White House today proves that Democrats simply made up their claims of a “quid pro quo” between President Trump and President Zelensky.
Here we go again.
Democrats in Congress devote all their time and energy to rumors and innuendo rather than governing. It doesn’t matter if none of it turns out to be true—by then, their media surrogates have spread the lie far and wide. In the process, Speaker Pelosi’s ranks have squandered nearly a year’s worth of time on a single failed agenda item: endless investigations and obstruction. Yesterday’s antics explain why Americans are fed up with Washington and why Congress’ approval numbers sit at an abysmal 18 percent.

This shows that this is not an attempt by the President to take down a political rival per say as is being charged by Schiff but that said political rival (Biden) is merely incidental (not innocent) fodder in the attempts of the President to clear his good name and bring wrong doers to justice. The Washington Free Beacon reported that former Hillary Clinton campaign aides are giving “advice” to the Biden campaign on how to run against Donald Trump. Which makes absolutely NO sense considering her embarrassing loss.
Reports say, this however may be her plan on taking out the top spots one-by-one.
She can start with Biden by giving this “advice” and lead him right off the ballot.
