Colorado’s long-standing tax/revenue limitation is at stake tonight too: Watch for referendum CC. If it wins, we are at the mercy of the progtards in the governor’s mansion and legislature.

gil00

I just heard on radio that 3 cities in l.a. county ate voting whether to raise the CITY sales tax to 10.3%. Astounding. Yes please take my money….

Plain Jane

Oh my. Hope the new infiltrating voters are outnumbered by patriots.

ozzytrumpster

Are your votes invalidated if you write stuff on them? Not even rude stuff? Ours are. Apparently they are just for votes , not further discussion on the merits of candidates
Wierd

ozzytrumpster

Deplorables would vote early. Having jobs to go to and all

fleporeblog

Daughn can you provide a link for where you are getting your results?

fleporeblog

Thanks

fleporeblog

I just deleted my post! Daughn’s is a lot prettier than mine was 😉

redlegleader68

Hummm … am I allowed to say, “In more ways than one?… ” 😉

fleporeblog

Ok

singingsoul1

Flep and Daughn just love both of you 🙂
Thank you for all the good work.

jamcooker

We didn’t have a lot to vote on, but hopefully we end up with a new sheriff. The challenger to the incumbent started early, has had LOTS of large signage out and makes MAGA noises. Since our county is blue, it would be a death knell for him to openly say he’s MAGA. But he says all the right things, and since the incumbent’s been there a while, I’m hopeful. One candidate for a judge position got endorsed by the firefighters, and that’s not normal either. My daughter couldn’t find anything on line about conservative picks for the local positions but she did find a liberal site. So she figured that whoever they were endorsing she would NOT vote for! Worked for me too!

ozzytrumpster

Trying to check out the links to results.
Not all slots have a repub candidate?
Written in . Is this postal? And they have to be posted by end of polling day? So,in event of hung result it could come down to postals. (Which are really vulnerable to fraud)

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Russian hackers!!!

NYGuy54

Look to see if they slow report out of Lexington and Louisville. You can guess who is the winner based on those results

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Sounds like the way Boulder County takes fricking forever to count their ballots here in Colorado. And of course it’s the most leftist county in the state.
The Republican can be ahead in a race by one or two points before Boulder county reports in. Then he won’t be.

Gudthots

FRAUD

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Gee, I had NO idea….. 😀

singingsoul1

Lexington and Louisville are both liberal. We will learn much if democrats abandon the party.

NYGuy54

very good point. Margins under 4 would indicate Trump has gained voters

singingsoul1

Lets hope so 🙂

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

That was fast.
Gratifyingly fast.

ozzytrumpster

Imma thinking that sessions and Potus have put a spoke in the electoral fraud business

Shadow of Marica

Woohoo! Now– Please dear Lord in Heaven– help us keep Bevin!!

NYGuy54

ok so Bevin is in. They will slow walk the vote to make us wait.

NebraskaFilly

Breitbart has live updates as well:

NYGuy54

that is a link to Dave Wasserman’s twitter feed

NebraskaFilly

Ok – thanks. I am following a KY news link now.

PeteC

Shalom, NYGuy!!!!

NYGuy54

Hey Pete que pasa?

PeteC

muy poco! Agree with you, with the Republican vote there for AG Cameron, this can only bode well for Governor Bevin!

ozzytrumpster

Where are they finding these dem voters? Under rocks (headstones)?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

or people who have gone and made ashes out of themselves.

ozzytrumpster

You can be a diamond now. And everyone knows diamonds are forever

(HA!…you heard it here first….OK 17th)

jamcooker

Maybe that includes re-programming of Soros polling machines? I can hope!

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

We had *NEW* scanned paper ballots that are dropped into a safe under the scanner/tabulator, and the voter sees everything. Electronic voting PRINTS the ballot, the voter receives the ballot back, holds the ballot IN HAND, and carries it in a folder to the scanner/safe unit, where it it is read and saved.
Soros has been removed from the loop.

jamcooker

We have those stupid mail in ballots.

NYGuy54

If Lexington and Louisville have reported and Bevin is still ahead, then he will cruise to an easy victory.

NYGuy54

on the other hand, if Bevin loses then Trump will have to work harder

NebraskaFilly

Looks like Republicans are going to take all of them, right down to Auditor, in Kentucky.
https://www.wkyt.com/elections?configID=1699

NebraskaFilly

Oh, shit – Bevin now tied……

NebraskaFilly

Bevin 50%, Beshear 48% – 67% in.

NebraskaFilly

And now that has reversed…..

NebraskaFilly

This link continually refreshes.

NYGuy54

uh oh…Bevin loses 2 coal counties (Perry and Breathitt) that Trump won. Hmmm.

NYGuy54

They may call this race for Beshear pretty soon.

NebraskaFilly

Still 50/48 @ 84% in – don’t think they will call it when it is that close. At least, I would hope not.

kalbokalbs

Surprising to this outside observer. KY, Rs doing quite well with the exception of Governor.
Hoping this plays out well for Bevin.

NYGuy54

ok I was wrong about Perry. Bevin wins it. Need to go back and look at Breathitt.

kalbokalbs

Bevin pulled this out?

NebraskaFilly

Not over yet – @ 88%, still 50/48

ladypenquin

No, he just meant that Bevin won Perry County.

NebraskaFilly

I was replying to kalbokalbs. Thanks, tho – I didn’t realize NYGuy was talking about Perry Cty.

singingsoul1

Without POTUS they would not have coal and work.
I wonder what role the Turtle played he has big pull in KY.
What did Bevin do that they are piod?
Lexington has been booming housing and all king of new development. University would be liberal. Wonder how many students voted?

NYGuy54

Does it make sense to anyone that the Republican AG would win handily but Bevin is struggling? Ticket splitting is what happened in 2018.

NebraskaFilly

Libertarian votes always screw things up.

Gudthots

Fraud by elections officials explains it nicely.

gil00

NebraskaFilly

Ah….how likely is he to make it with only 4% left to count? Crap!

duchess01

From 32K, too – praying…

Deplorable Patriot

What’s the margin needed for a recount?

NebraskaFilly

Exactly what I was wondering! Looks like SOS is safely R.

duchess01

Kentucky recount procedures
In primary elections, any candidate can request a recount. In general elections, any candidate for state, county, district, or city office can request a recount, with the exception of candidates for the offices of governor, lieutenant governor, and General Assembly member. In these latter cases, a candidate who has won at least 25 percent of the votes cast for the successful candidate for the office in question can contest the election, which entails a recount. Candidates are liable for the costs associated with a recount.[3]
https://ballotpedia.org/Recount_laws_in_Kentucky

Volgarian8301

So if Bevin loses and contests, they must do a recount? Am I understanding that correctly?

duchess01

Sounds right to me – but, hey – how can we tell – Bevin came from ~ 32K behind to ~ 9K behind – what would you do? I would go for it!

Volgarian8301

Now 7600 down with 19 precincts still out….🙏
Don’t know a thing about Bevin, but I want this for our President!!

NebraskaFilly

Like I said – those bastards ALWAYS screw it up!

NebraskaFilly

How strange would that be if Bevin loses while every other position was won by the R?

Volgarian8301

Is that where they dump the votes so the D comes out with “just enough”?

Deplorable Patriot

Let me get this straight…THIS (see tweet below) happens and the people didn’t vote for the same party for governor.
NAAAAHHHHH……

Rodney Short

He is the left’s insurance policy.

NebraskaFilly

97% in and he is less than 8K behind!!!! Hang on……what a cliffhanger!

In general elections, any candidate for state, county, district, or city office can request a recount, with the exception of candidates for the offices of governor, lieutenant governor, and General Assembly member. singingsoul1

My husband told me Blevin pissed off the unions. He wanted to break them up.

singingsoul1

Yes they always do. We had a big thing in OH Kasich wanted to mess with Pensions when he was elected Governor. He was slammed down and that calmed him down. Sometimes one cannot touch the sacred cow no matter how messed up.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

A recount at that level would be expensive.
Go fund me?

NebraskaFilly

I am betting POTUS would tell his campaign to pay it. Can they do that? The RNC could pay for it, couldn’t they?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I have no idea whether the law would consider it a “campaign contribution” to do that.
If it is a “campaign contribution,” then it will be limited.

One tiny encouraging note, apparently in my county (very conservative; possibly the most conservative county anywhere with more than half a million people), turnout has been very good, better than in the rest of the state.

kalbokalbs

Still precincts out there that are surrounded by red.
Not throwing the towel in. Admittedly, not looking good.

kalbokalbs

However this goes, me thinks recount will happen.
Bevin down by .5 percent of the vote. Math in my head, so may be way off. In any case, really, really close.

NebraskaFilly

Agree – they really have to, I would think, when it is that close, especially with every other position being won by the Rs.

Volgarian8301

7600 votes separate the 2, politico shows 99.5% complete, but in the small print, that is still 19 precincts to report

Meet Libertarian Candidate John Hicks, A Third Choice For Kentucky Governor
By MATT MARKGRAF • JUL 30, 2019
https://www.wvxu.org/post/meet-libertarian-candidate-john-hicks-third-choice-kentucky-governor#stream/0

Plain Jane

He meant Funny Farm – no?
“Hicks says he and other Libertarians will be at the Fancy Farm Picnic this weekend.”

duchess01

He is definitely ‘different’ – his points do not appear to be that important – imho

Plain Jane

My experience with libertarians is they are nearly benign sociopaths. They think they are superior to politics. Really don’t stand for anything because their candidacy only serves them and the dems. Wanna be the important carp in a small pond.

duchess01

As I read his ‘profile’ – I really could not find anything to like about him – out in left field without a glove – can’t like him – he really has NO ideas – so I have to agree with you, Jane!

Plain Jane

They have all been suspect for me for decades.

duchess01

Something I read a long time ago made me suspect – however – since then – ‘they’ have added labels of all kinds – RINO – UNIPARTY – MOD DEMS – RADICAL LEFT – NEOCONS – just to name a few – what bothers me is the deception – in all groups – now I have to deal with ‘drag queens’ in the bathroom – know what I mean?

Plain Jane

Oh yes.

Deplorable Patriot

Have a question for the Kentucky people. I noticed a couple “blue” counties are across the Ohio River from Cincinnati. How much of the metropolitan population is on your side of that river?
Just curious. I know Lexington and Louisville are being discussed, but is suburban Cincinnati an issue for you? Asking from a metro region where at least a couple of the 6-7 counties on the other side of the river (Southern Illinois) are pretty blue themselves.

pgroup

Covington KY is the kissing cousin city to Cincinnati OH. Separated by a river IIRC.

duchess01

They called other races here, but not Governor’s Race…

NebraskaFilly

Shit!

Deplorable Patriot

Sucks, but given the rate of suburban DC growing, it was only a matter of time. Sooner or later, though, the people who live in NoVa will start complaining about the taxes the state is imposing and wonder why.

kea

Ahhh that’s what happened. Good to know DP.

Deplorable Patriot

Yes, that’s what happened.

kea

How long do you think until they wake up? Sad that people still vote Dem….

Deplorable Patriot

It’ll be a while. I have relatives in the DC/Baltimore area. They are hopeless on all of this.

NOVA is pretty blue – get into the more rural areas and that changes, although Loudoun Cty is changing. Many, many thousands and thousands of DC workers live in NOVA.

kea

I did not know that. Good to know.

Not surprised. In addition to NoVa pretty much ruining VA, there are the wonderful gubberment folks who live there (and we know how MOST of them tend to vote).

Plain Jane

Looks like VA loves them many infanticides.

NebraskaFilly

NebraskaFilly

Yes, I looked it up – he has to request it and pay for it. Couldn’t the RNC pay for it?

Deplorable Patriot

That would be nice, wouldn’t it.

kea

As long as Trump wins 2020!!! The voter fraud worries me to no end….

NYGuy54

yes it does to me too.

kea

Yes that’s one thing we need to be on top of. Because you know they are going to try everything. And I’m sick of them getting away with it all the time. I know I’m not the only one.

kea

However I do think Trump is on top of this and knows what they are going to try and do. We’ve seen it before in past elections. I also think patriots are sick of this sh*t as well. But yes voter fraud needs to be stopped once and for all.

Trump Lifts Matt Bevin in Kentucky But Democrat Wins Governor’s Race – Bevin Ranked the Least Popular Governor in the US
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/11/trump-lifts-matt-bevin-in-kentucky-but-democrats-win-governors-race-bevin-the-least-popular-governor-in-the-us/
Bevin had a 32% approval rating in July and a 56% disapproval rating.
I did find this very true from TGP—–‘Obviously, we will hear about this race for the next twelve months.’

kalbokalbs

Bevin has NOT conceded with 100% of the vote counted.
Good by me. KY folks can clarify better than I could comment…
KY has three level Bevin could pursue…recanvass, a recount, and an election contest.

Volgarian8301

He is NOT conceding, citing “many irregularities” on Laura Ingraham. AP reversing the call for opponent

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Small consolation to the folks in Kentucky, but it looks like CC is failing…so far…here in Colorado.

Katie

Doin’ the happy dance here…there’s a slight glimmer of hope that Colorado is not completely lost. I hope CC dies a complete death.
As of 8 pm, Mike Coffman (R) is leading in Aurora for Mayor. He was a Congressman for several terms but lost to a socialist in the last election. Aurora is a heavily D county now, so this is a pleasant surprise.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Ah, yes that’d be a very happy thing.
We’ve got nothing here other than miscellaneous school board elections and the like.
I didn’t know anything about the people on the ballot in my school district, but someone I trust to not steer me wrong (unless, of course, THEY have been steered wrong) told me one particular candidate was a conservative, and he looks to be the top vote getter (top two get seats).

NYGuy54

This has some ominous undercurrents that the Rs should attend to fast. My main worry is that we lose the Senate and fall short of the House. This ticket splitting stuff should wake people up. Whether it is cheating or something else, our people need to figure out how to position each candidate effectively..
We are heading into choppier waters.Hope everyone is prepared to fight hard.

kea

It also depends on the candidate. There are some who really should never ever be running.
And of course voter fraud.
We are heading into choppier waters.Hope everyone is prepared to fight hard.——–True BUT we knew this from the start!!
See this is why I can’t watch returns in 2020. Makes me worry tooooooo much. But its best to worry instead of being over overconfident.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Yes.
I am worried. Are we here at WQTH living in a bubble, where Trump is more popular than he actually is? Or if he is, is it possible he has NO coattails whatsoever to help other candidates?
We see polls and dismiss them with a simple “add ten.” But is that in fact the case? Are we making the same mistake the media made in 1968 where they simply couldn’t believe Nixon had won, because no one they knew had voted for him?
I DON’T want you to answer this; I want you to really THINK about the possibility that we’ve been deluding ourselves, and not just ASSUME we haven’t because of what we see here on WQTH.

Katie

Somewhat of a bubble, yes. But until someone can explain to me how Trump will lose when you look at the rally turnouts vs the pathetic numbers for the socialist candidates, I can’t see him losing.

NYGuy54

I don’t see Trump losing. But I think it is possible Rs lose control of Congress. Is it probable? Well Ronna better do her job really well.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

He had huge rallies last time, and Hitlary’s were pathetic.
And he won by a mere 70,000 votes.
Now I DO think he will do better this time because people have seen the results. But I think in general it’s a good idea to at least consider the possibility you’re in a bubble, just as a matter of “mental hygiene”

kea

But I think in general it’s a good idea to at least consider the possibility you’re in a bubble, just as a matter of “mental hygiene”—- True. 🙂
But recall in the last election a number of times fraud popped up. But Trump didn’t challenge it because well he won in the end.

Katie

Look at the number of D’s Parscale is reporting are attending the rallies. Add in #WalkAway and #Blexit and even what Kanye West is doing. Do you see anything similar on the D side?
This is a graph from the CO SoS {shudders}. I just found this an hour ago. Look at the numbers of R ballots returned compared to D and U. I’m stunned!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Too bad that didn’t happen last year. We are cursed with off year statewide elections.

NYGuy54

I can’t read it because of my eye…what does it say?

Katie

Sorry – here’s a quick analysis. (CO SoS site is the source)
2019 Active Voters Registered –
D 29.92%
R. 28.28%
U. 40.04% We have a high percentage of Unaffiliated registrations.
2019 Ballots Returned –
D 30.85%
R 36.94
U. 31.11
The shocker is the R’s have the lowest percentage of registered voters (that’s been the trend for 10 yrs) but this election by far the highest percentage of ballots returned.

NYGuy54

Thank you so much!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

That to me says a lot about your family. A lot of good.

NYGuy54

It pays to be aware of everything with open eyes rather than rose colored glasses. Not to be negative but to respect the opposition.

kea

SteveInCO I always like to take a deep breath when it comes to things like this. Others see more then we do.
Are we here at WQTH living in a bubble,—– Ahhh but that is why on looks at other sites and talks to people. I will say that the defining factor for me are the rallies. When Trump holds them people come from all around.
And some people just vote in a presidential election and nothing else. But again worry rather then be overconfident.

ladypenquin

Probably it’s a little bit of both. We’re in a conservative bubble, but pay attention. The rallies “might” be misleading for us – but I don’t think so. Apparently, Bevin was an unpopular governor, and ultimately state elections are “local” elections. It’s clear that the President coming in helped tremendously, so Bevin did better than he would have.
The saving grace or hope for us in 2020 is the fact that the President WILL be on the ballot – that is when one sees the coattails. Downticket races will benefit.
The libertarian runs as a spoiler. Happened here in Virginia in 2013. “Dems” made sure a libertarian got on the ballot, got 7% of the vote, and McAulliffe got in. The lib who ran – disappeared never to be heard from again. Historically, Virginia never gives more than 2-3% to a libertarian.
Anyway, not much positive here in Virginia. Obama’s expansion of the federal monster killed off Northern Virginia. And the Dem progressives are radical and hateful. It’s what they do.
My only hope on the abortion issue is that someday soon, the Supreme Court is going to have to decide if this country is going to be America or Nazi Germany – once a society reaches the point of killing children there isn’t much left to rescue.

Gudthots

There was some talk of ballot box funny business where the “count” flips some of the Rep ballots to Indie ballots AFTER the voting.

Gudthots

Okay, I got that wrong. The DEMS were siphoning off IND votes to GIVE them to DEM candidates that needed a boost.

ladypenquin

Oh, and let’s not forget the recent victories in the North Carolina special elections, POTUS made a difference there.
Vote fraud is an issue of course, but also having good candidates. That is a problem for our side… there side? Not so much. They’ll vote for Satan. We don’t.

ladypenquin

their side

kalbokalbs

Rallies are a great indicator.
BUT. economy booming, manufacturing, high employment, low unemployment, energy, trade, ending endless wars, trade, building the wall, slowing illegal immigration, stopping stoopid immigration from muzzie land…. will get President Trump reelected.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

The problem is that there is nothing but bubbles. Fake News is a bubble. We’re a bubble. CTH is a bubble. It’s all bubbles. The only question is whether one can see the future accurately from within a particular bubble.

kea

I feel like popping some bubbles wolf

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

LOL!!!

ozzytrumpster

We could field splitters too. The Judas goats could pull double duty if any sane dem pulls back from the brink of insanity

ozzytrumpster

Yep. A little hubris on our side maybe? They’ve got the postal/absentee votes and the illegals votes sewn up. Homeless will vote for a pizza voucher. Very slick machine

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I get the impression Bevin was profoundly unpopular in Kentucky.
If so this might not have been fraud, but the party org not doing their job and getting him to step aside.

NYGuy54

Yeah I saw the favorables on Bevin were not good but this is a Republican state. I would love to find out why the votes came in like this. Was it outright cheating? Or is this real?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

If he was THAT unpopular IN SPITE of it being a Republican state…that says a lot about HIM.
He must be a stinking electoral turd.

NYGuy54

Must be. No other explanation other than cheating.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

And if it was cheating, and it was this rampant…why not flip the other offices too?
I’d say at this point I doubt it was cheating, unless the election for this office was a thin margin to begin with.

NYGuy54

Kinda where I am at too. The AG spot is desirable for the Dems and they were defeated there.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

And of course Secretary of State enables future cheating, so that’s another one, utterly unglamorous but very important.

SteveInCO From TGP
Trump Lifts Matt Bevin in Kentucky But Democrat Wins Governor’s Race – Bevin Ranked the Least Popular Governor in the US
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/11/trump-lifts-matt-bevin-in-kentucky-but-democrats-win-governors-race-bevin-the-least-popular-governor-in-the-us/
Bevin had a 32% approval rating in July and a 56% disapproval rating.
So it seems to be a mix of things. From the comments on TGP sounds like he wanted to clean up the teacher pensions and the third party guy… but everyone always side eyes fraud as they should.
So if you take that into account then Trump really pushed him up there.

Volgarian8301

This is the best explanation I have seen. Trump tried to polish a 💩, but the smell wouldn’t go away. To drag the least popular governor in the COUNTRY to a 0.3% margin is really a Herculean achievement

ladypenquin

Absolutely agree. The Dems will gloat, but if Bevin had been in better shape it wouldn’t have been an issue. POTUS will have coattails in 2020, but it’s still a problem when we don’t field good candidates.
I’ve hoped that eventually the exposure, indictments, etc. of the criminal acts of the Dems would eventually shift some of the distortion and hatred away from the GOP that the MSM has managed to seed for several decades, but we’re fighting against a radical Dem base who are actually anti-American. That’s the challenge.

Plain Jane

I’m sick about VA, but it makes sense per their proximity to DC. One would think that the infanticide creep went too far for even some dems. Not.

ladypenquin

The Dem transplants come in from the Northeast. They’re not the traditional southern Dem. Northern Virginia has been taken over by people who don’t have the traditional values of this country.
The kind of Dems we have are similar to California, New York, Mass. etc. They’d vote for Satan. We don’t.

Plain Jane

Sad. That is why I fear for Indiana. Chicago transplants, huge, huge homes going up…traffic on the country roads connecting to jammed expressways leading to and from Chicago during rush hour, family grocery stores getting to danged polished up with quick or uppity foods and doing away with real foods and produce, and I have no doubt they are bringing their voting values here. (I just went to three grocery stores today, so I’m on a vendetta. Sorry.)

para59r

Was sort of surprised by the good turn out at my polling place as this proposition 4 was the only important thing to show up and vote for (no candidates were on the ticket) and if it failed it did not automatically mean a State tax. Passing this only makes it harder to impose a state tax in the future, so it wasn’t even a do or die thing.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Trying to keep updated about Colorado, but I slammed into my data limit three days ago and my connection is extremely throttled. Since news sites tend to be larded up with bloat graphics and code, I can’t really get through to anything.

Katie

This is the SoS site with live results – might work better for you.
https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/CO/97143/web/#/summary

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I got that page to load…but there are NO results on it, just a paragraph explaining how some races will be there and others…not there because they are local.

Katie

Did you scroll down? I can see tons of races/issues…altho honestly, it’s a hot mess compared to when our last SoS ran it (who was a R).

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Wayne Williams…yes, he was a county commissioner.
Click on the link to see the map for CC.
Boulder and Denver counties, plus that strip in the mountains that’s inexplicably leftist, are the only ones to vote for. Even the damn Denver suburbs voted no.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Nevermind, this time it came through.

Deplorable Patriot

I hate it when that happens.

Deplorable Patriot

Actually, that’s a good sign. “They” now know WE THE PEOPLE are watching.

ozzytrumpster

Wtf. This impeachment shit and the whole msm agenda need to be burnt to the ground

rf121

With the other State offices going R in Kentucky probably means Bevin had issues. Enough where he pissed off enough people to lose. Close one but obviously if he was well liked he should have walked away with it. PT can only do so much.

kea

True. If you see TGP numbers and see how close he came with Trumps help well… again who knows if a recount will happen or not.

Volgarian8301

But yet he was only able to EEK out a 0.3% margin against the most unpopular governor in the entire country. IMHO Trump made the difference here, if he had not campaigned for Bevin it would have been a huge margin

NYGuy54

Hmm Richard Baris agrees with me

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Prop CC now down 11 points!!!
Another proposition, asking for a minor tax hike to fund parks, is neck and neck, 0.06% separation.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

No, it’s just a “number” (really a letter, really a double letter) designation for a referred measure.
It would have gutted our best-in-the-nation tax limitation.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Woohoo!!!

gil00

You dont mess around down there do you? Good job Mississippi and Miss Daughn.

NYGuy54

I was just looking at what Mike had to say…mind reader Daughn.

NYGuy54

Here he is

NYGuy54

He is a hardcore Trump supporter. My South Jersey friends love this guy. So glad he won.

Sadie Slays

We have a tax hike on the local ballot. The ballots are still being counted, but local media is reporting that the tax hike passed. I’ve watched election results my entire adult life, and I’ve never seen them take this long to count local election results. I’m suspicious.
The entire thing was horseshit to begin with. Long story short, our local tax dollars were used to launch a multi-million dollar campaign promoting the damn tax. Half of the local politicians here spoke out against it. People here were fuming over the whole thing for a month. And now, here we are still waiting for ballots to be counted in this close race while the media declares “victory.”
I AM SO FUCKING SICK OF THIS RIGGED SYSTEM.

gil00

Yes. Now make it CA top to bo ttom and you understand how apathy, desperation, and misery can set in when no matter how you vote, “they” win with surprise ballot finds, harvesting, slow counts, etc.
When voting doesnt seem to work whats next?

Sadie Slays

One of the very few complaints I have about Q and the Trump Administration is the lack of urgency regarding fair elections. I’m sure they are more than aware of the problem and have their reasons, but nights like this are tough.

NYGuy54

Casino areas. Pay attention to this. Very important.

New daily thread in 9 minutes.

NYGuy54

In the end, I trust Brad Parscale

NYGuy54

You guys won’t see this but read this piece by Ryan Saavedra. Essentially, Dems are worried about Brad Parscale. Great stuff in the article.

MysticRose80

He’s not joking about the networks being pure crap. According to CNN, a so-called “suburban revolt” helped give Dems victory last night.

TheseTruths

Thank you to everyone for the reports. It looks as if the night has turned out better than it seemed it would for a while there. I always wonder what effect the Horowitz and Durham reports and continued revelations about Dem corruption will have on the voting public. Diehards won’t care, but some saner folks might.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

The races that mattered to me locally had rough stasis. Incumbents returned, and a stealth Dem replaced with an open one. MAGA judges did well. But Bevin shows us our limits. We can learn a lot from him. Still, hoping that he can pull out a recount.

ladypenquin

President tweeted this, and he’s right.

WA state just voted on measures and local positions, most were tax increases or not. The big win was on the Initiative 976, it greatly reduces our car registration fees. Some of the tax increases stay in place and others do not.
