God’s Purpose of Prophecy

Between a fourth and a third of the Bible is prophecy. So it’s clear that prophecy is important to God. But why is prophecy important to Him? And why should it be important to us?

Prophecy reveals who and what God is – prophecy reveals God’s greatness and power—power such that He is able to reveal the future. In Isaiah 42, He connects His creative power with His ability to reveal the future long before it comes to pass:

“This is what God the Lord says—the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it: ‘. . . I am the Lord; that is my name! I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols. See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you'” (Isaiah 42:5, Isaiah 42:8-9)

No one or nothing can compare to God in his might and majesty. No other can speak and bring galaxies, stars and worlds into existence! No other can create living beings from nothing! And no other can declare what will happen before it takes place!

Prophecy reveals that God exists and that the Bible is His revealed Word.

Critics sidestep the plain evidence that God exists and that the Bible is His revealed word and offer all kinds of convoluted reasoning to explain it away. But God offers this challenge to any who would doubt Him:

“This is what the Lord says—Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God. Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and lay out before me what has happened since I established my ancient people, and what is yet to come—yes, let him foretell what will come . . . Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago? You are my witnesses. Is there any God besides me?” (Isaiah 44:6-8, NIV).

History itself is a witness that God foretold many events hundreds and thousands of years before they happened, then brought them to pass exactly as He said. God put it in writing well ahead of time where it can be easily disproven if it doesn’t come to pass. Yet time and time again, what He has written has taken place just as He foretold!

The Bible is unlike any other religious “holy book” in many respects, but one enormous difference is that the Bible alone contains hundreds of prophecies that have been fulfilled just as they were recorded years ahead of time—and with hundreds more waiting to be fulfilled.

Prophecy shows that God is in ultimate control.

Not only can God reveal the future well ahead of time, but He can also bring to pass what He has foretold. In Isaiah 46:9-10 He declares plainly that no one or no thing can remotely approach His power, using prophecy as an example:

“Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come” (NIV). He ends this statement saying, “My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please” (NIV).

Clearly, only God can do this.

The biblical prophet Daniel, who served under the rulers of Babylon and the Medo-Persian Empire, said that God “removes kings and raises up kings” and “reveals deep and secret things” (Daniel 2:21-22). Daniel had no doubts when it came to this great truth about God. Daniel was a senior royal advisor to the court of Babylon with a front-row seat to God removing, restoring and replacing kings—and even striking down a mighty empire when it came time to move on to the next great phase of Bible prophecy.

God is in complete and ultimate control, raising up and striking down kings and empires according to His plan and to fulfill His purpose!

Prophecy reveals the consequences of obedience and disobedience.

A theme found again and again in Bible prophecy is that choices and actions have consequences. Paul summarized this very well in Galatians 6:7: “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”

Two long chapters of the Bible—Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28—spell this out clearly. They describe in considerable detail what happens when a nation chooses to obey and honor God and what results when a nation turns its back and disobeys Him.

“Now it shall come to pass,” begins Deuteronomy 28:1-2, “if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God . . .”

The chapter goes on to describe blessings of agricultural and other material abundance, good health, national respect and prestige, victory in conflict, divine protection, good weather, national wealth and more.

“But it shall come to pass,” the chapter’s warning begins Deuteronomy 28:15, “if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you . . .”

The curses that follow are the opposite of the blessings just listed—agricultural and material decline, “rebuke in all that you set your hand to do,” diseases, drought, military defeat, mental illness and confusion, oppression by foreigners and invaders, natural disasters and more.

“Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything, therefore you shall serve your enemies,” God declares (Deuteronomy 28:47-48). The warning continues with graphic and sobering details of what happens when civilization and moral standards begin to completely break down, leading to utter depravity.

The ancient kingdoms of Israel and Judah failed to heed these warnings, and they stand as an example to nations such as the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and others who’ve been greatly blessed by God but now increasingly deny Him and trample His laws and Word underfoot. Their fate is likewise spelled out in prophecy if they refuse to turn from that treacherous path!

Prophecy reveals God’s will—that He wants all to receive His gift of salvation.

Much of Bible prophecy is grim and at times frightening. God wants us to understand the painful consequences that will follow from choosing the wrong way and the blessings that come from obeying Him.

God doesn’t want any of us to suffer. In Ezekiel, He says: “Say to them: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?'” (Ezekiel 33:11).

The prophecies of the Bible almost always end with hope and good news. This is because, as Paul told Timothy, God “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4).

And Bible prophecy reveals how that wonderful truth will play out!

Prophecy reveals God’s plan for humanity.

Bible prophecy reveals that God is working out an incredible plan for us, a plan for how He will bring us to salvation and eternal life in His divine family.

“I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty” (2 Corinthians 6:18).

“Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure” (1 John 3:2-3).

God’s promise is that as His divine children, we will be like the glorified Jesus Christ!

“Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years” (Revelation 20:6).

Few realize this truth, but God’s plan for us is to serve Him as priests and to reign with Jesus Christ when He establishes the Kingdom of God on earth!

Prophecy should motivate us to repent and turn to God.

Jeremiah (25:4-5) summarizes the message of God’s prophets to His people: “The Lord has sent to you all His servants the prophets . . . They said, ‘Repent now everyone of his evil way and his evil doings . . .'”

Peter (2 Peter 3:9) tells us: “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance”.

God says: “The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it.” (Jeremiah 18:7-8)

God sent Jonah to warn the Ninevites of their judgment and impending doom for their wickedness. The Ninevites believed God and repented. As a result, “God relented from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it” (Jonah 3:10).

The message of every prophet of the Bible is that if we turn our life around, listen to God and heed His warnings and change, we can avoid the terrible times prophesied to come on our world.

All prophecy is ultimately a message of hope. We have God’s assurance that He is in perfect control, that He is a God of love (1 John 4:8, 1 John 4:16), that His desire is for us to turn to Him in heartfelt repentance and turn our lives over to Him. If and when we do so, He promises to bless and care for us, intent on fulfilling His purpose for us.

He tells us what we must do in Isaiah 55:6-7: “Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.”

God shows us in His Word His vital purposes for prophecy. More than anything, He gives us prophecy to help us understand who and what He is and how much we need Him.

Can you imagine . . . no, you can’t.

Neither can I.

On this day and every day –

God is in Control
. . . and His Grace is Sufficient, so . . .
Keep Looking Up

Hopefully, every Sunday, we can find something here that will build us up a little . . . give us a smile . . . and add some joy or peace, very much needed in all our lives.

“This day is holy to the Lord your God;
do not mourn nor weep.” . . .
“Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet,
and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared;
for this day is holy to our Lord.
Do not sorrow,
for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

No Pence in sight!! 👏👏👏

This “victim” was such a jerk!

Still commenting on the garden side theme from Friday since we are in an intense gardening time of planting and other gardening tasks including mowing and haying which then put on top of our garden plots to reduce the need to weed this summer.

One of our methods for picking what we garden is to ask ourselves:
“What do we like to eat?”
-we need to happy to do the garden work and we need to eat what we grow so it doesn’t go to waste. We grow only a small amount of fennel because I am the only one who likes it. We grow no brussel sprouts because we would waste them all even if we were motivated to take care of them, weeding, watering, etc.

“What do we like to eat that is expensive?”
-Melons and winter squash we both can be $2 lb for organic and they all weigh multiple lbs

“What do we eat a lot of that we could use more variety of?”
-Example: we eat lots of green beans but almost all are the organic frozen green beans from costco for only $7 but they are the same variety of green beans. So we started growing green beans, not to save $ or preserve (because we keep extra bags of the already frozen costco green beans with no work on our part) but to have variety throughout the summer.

-“What can we can/dry/preserve?”
-“What would be glad we have on hand and are growing if the grocery stores/supply chain shut down for any reason?”

Melons are such a treat and on the expensive side so we grow them.
Our goal is to have 1 – 2 of each bear fruit so we plant 6 seeds in 2 pots inside to end up with 1-2 successfully growing later in the summer in the garden. And we LOVE how many varieties of melons there are! We plant a few watermelon and lots of musk melons!

Bush Beans:

LOTS of winter squash!

many that that we saved from previous years + from seed packets

Lots of heirloom varieties

Screen Shot 2021-04-25 at 12.38.06 PM.png

Cushaws were new to us last year and were fantastic! North Georgia Candy Roaster and Upper Ground Sweet Potato are new for this year.

Cushaws were huge last year + keep producing more fruit after we would harvest! We harvested spag. squash early and so they kept throwing off new fruit too. But the Cushaws were tremendously large and kept growing more and more until the squash bugs killed them about mid August

We have some heirloom varieties from our visit to Monticello including Green Nutmeg Melon. New to us this year are: Old Time Tennessee muskmelon, Cream (Green Machine) muskmelon, Noir des carmes muskmelon, and Eden Gem (Rocky Ford) Muskmelon. Banana Melon and other unusual varieties + orange watermelon & canteloupe

Complete failures have been potatoes last year. Not even trying this year. maybe next year. Ordered $80 of 5 unusual varieties of potatoes … for first time trying potatoes –> HUGE misake! Should have started with a bag of organic potatoes from the store so we weren’t overly invested for our first try. Lost all. Every single one of them.

Oh well.

That happened to us a few years ago. Made me sit back and evaluate. This year we have a 4 by 4 with potatoes. So far so good.

We will try them again next year and only with inexpensive, store bought varieties. If we get those down pat, then we will order the unusual & fun varieties. We only eat potatoes 1x or 2x a week at most and organic potatoes are cheap from the store (at this time) so we will give it a year before trying again.

Didn’t think they would be that hard. We grew Zero successfully!

Five gallon buckets for potatoes are the way to go. When you are ready to harvest, you just dump the bucket.

Or you can do what I do, cheat and root around with your hand in the dirt and “steal” baby potatoes all summer. There are a few left when I dump the bucket, but not too many!

Do you have holes in the
Bottom of the buckets?

Yes, at least six or eight holes for drainage.

One big problem growing potatoes is they need good drainage or they will rot.

I’ve heard of some people who plant them in bales of hay — and cut the wire for harvest.

Hay bale gardens are cool, too. You can plant almost anything in hay bales. You add a lay of soil on top. The interesting thing is that the hay generates heat as it decomposes, so plants that like warm roots, like peppers, really like it.

Did you catch my suggestions for your ash issue?

Miss that
well go back and look … Friday?

I had missed this comment (which I am bringing here so I don’t get completely confused):
“Contact your local Ag office for suggestions and resources. See if you can get some of these bad boys — .
See if there’s a lumber mill that can safely process your dead trees — ash can be beautiful (my custom kitchen’s in ash), and I’d suspect the beetle does not appreciate being kiln-dried.”

Great suggestions …

We have had the forestry service here twice … 1st summer and last summer. Told there is nothing we can do. I even tried to sell the idea of them helping us clear these trees to stop the spread to other ash tree stands in the area but to widespread.

Yes, ash is beautiful and the flooring we picked for our house as we fix it up.

Checked harvesting and selling. While its a lot of trees to us … not big enough stand to be commercially viable. Plus previous owners topped many of the trees so they split at a certain height where they were topped and then split into many branches to grow post being topped.

We checked into have guys come cut who would not tear up the ground and would mulch and leave in place alot of the under growth and the ash tree branches. They were $1,000 a day and we would get back some $ on any lumber that were able to salvage/make from the trunks. Too much for us as it was at least a 3 day estimate.

Maybe with the lumber shortage the price/costs have changed … might call them again … but because its ash bore some of the wood will be messed up/not premium lumber

So we live with dead trees and cut them down as we have time which isn’t often between fixing up the house, gardening, working (H), volunteering GOP, schooling, etc. Oh well.

Upside? Lots of downed limbs for mulching for layers in our gardening and to help raise the beds. Also, getting more and more woodpeckers as we have dead tree stands.

Lesson learned: ask! All trees look dead in the winter so we couldn’t tell and never thought to ask. Asking would have been worth it

How ’bout the wee lil’ beasties? (the pdf link)

no link … ???

This is very important: What do we like to eat?

That determines everything.

What can’t we buy in shops? That’s another.

Yeah, the first consideration.

Some stuff is so easy to grow, everyone tells you to grow it. Like radishes.

Except I hate radishes, and if I grew them I would put them on the compost pile!

There are never enough tomatoes and squash in the world, though, so I give them the most space in my garden.

And, then, there are some delightful things that are dirt easy — like nasturtiums. Not only are they voluminous and nice to look at, the leaves and flowers are edible.

Yes, they taste like pepper! I love nasturtiums in salads. They are so pretty. And you’re right, dirt easy to grow.

Cool TN Q hat … doesn’t mean that Q but still fun + a clever design

Social Media Influencer Exposes COVID Vaccine Pay-To-Propagandize Scheme
Posted April 24, 2021

An Instagram social media personality, known as the 1776 wife, revealed that COVID-19 vaccine providers are paying social media ‘influencers” who have large subscriber audiences to hawk their vaccines. The pay-to-propagandize scheme offered to pay her $1300 to market the vaccine in three steps: sharing excitement about taking the jab or preparing to be vaccinated, sharing videos and images relaying what they’re most looking forward to doing after getting the shot, and finally encouraging followers to share what activities they are hoping to engage in after vaccination. The narrative that people can get “back to normal” after more individuals are vaccinated is a farce because people who have taken the vaccine are told to continue wearing masks and socially distance. Last week, the Biden administration announced that it invested $3-billion in a “Community Core” operation meant to “provide fact-based messages into the hand of local messengers.” Another influencer,, published a list of the billions of dollars in fines that have been paid out for fraud and damages by Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, and GlaxoSmithKline. -GEG

Various companies have done this for over 100 years. Classic public relations technique, although it used to be that the stories were placed in various publications, not posted on social media.

DemComms are so clever at the woke programs but invariably they or someone in their family or friends ALWAYS profits.

Any rent waived during the pandemic could be recovered through a bill Pressley cosponsored with fellow “Squad” members Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn.

The lawmakers introduced the Rent and Mortgage Cancellation Act in both 2020 and 2021. The bill would require the federal government to reimburse landlords for lost rent for the duration of the pandemic.

The legislation also uses taxpayer money to create a “landlord relief fund” that prioritizes landlords with “the fewest available amount of assets” – a clause that would benefit Pressley and other landlords with minor properties in receiving funds ahead of large real estate firms.

American families are forced to “choose between putting food on the table and keeping a roof over their head,” Pressley said while supporting the bill.

Gil…you missed the memo…meat eating by non POC’s is not only racist but anti-Semitic

Nearly all Europeans had ancestors who ALSO ate little meat — until the 20th century.

They ate a lot of bread, potatoes and/or humble pancakes made out of some sort of flour. Let’s look at France for pancake/crepe examples. In Nice, people made crepes out of chickpea flour. In Brittany, the poor made crepes out of buckwheat flour.

In Italy, the main food was pasta. Tomatoes were plentiful, so those made up a humble sauce.

In season, there were vegetables to accompany those foods. If there was any meat, it was mostly fatty bacon or a few slices of dried sausage during the winter.

I’m shouting at her, by the way, present company excepted. 🙂

What does this mean?

I read a bunch of it earlier and i didnt know how to even begin the discussion over here!

fauci flu all laid out in a nice logical 15 minute video.

At the end of that video they should have offered a Third possibility, that the virus was Deliberately released as part of a globalist cabal agenda to take over the world overtly & exert totalitarianism on free peoples & also create circumstances that would facilitate the massive cheating/fraud necessary to overturn the inevitable re-election victory of DJT…

From the anons’ “No Table” file … especially for those who dig on the biochem details of the thing that’s called a “vaccine”:

>>Sherri Tenpenny–COVID Vaccines are “Perfectly Designed Kill Machine”<<

>>Sherri Tenpenny is an Ohio Osteopath who has written four books challenging the vaccination narrative.

“They’re not asking people who’ve been diagnosed with this mutant strain, is ‘Have you had one of the not-approved vaccines?’ Nobody’s putting that together.”

Dr Sherri Tenpenny has mapped out eight mechanisms of action of how the mRNA vaccine is going to kill people.

She says, “When you inject the mRNA, the Messenger RNA starts to code for the spike protein…the NIH is now fighting with Moderna over patent rights, because you can’t patent anything that’s out in nature, so they had to manipulate the spike protein, in order to be able to patent it and then make an antibody to the spike protein.

“Well, this anti-spike protein antibody is deadly. It’s absolutely deadly. And the first three papers I went through, I found that one of the things the spike protein does is it directly attacks lung tissue and breaks it down.

“The second thing that it does is it inhibits your M2 macrophages, which are your anti-inflammatory macrophages, so you get cytokine storm and you die.

“The third is that when that Messenger RNA goes in and makes an antibody to the spike protein, it binds it loosely, carries it into a cell and causes permanent replication. So it’s like having an “On” button with no “Off” button. You’re constantly making this little piece of protein develop more spike proteins against it, make more destruction.

“And then, with this paper that I read last night, of this anti-spike protein, it attacks the astrocytes and the oligodendrocytes, which are two different kinds of cells in your brain.

Two different kinds of central nervous system [cells]. It attacks the inner mitochondria membrane, in two different mechanisms and it attacks this neurofilament protein, which are the motor nerves, which suddenly -we’ve seen those people [with strong tremors], it’s because the spike protein antibody is affecting their motor neurons and their central nervous system.

“And then the primary, number one symptom that people have after they get this vaccine is debilitating fatigue, that they can’t even function in the main part of their lives. Well, it’s because the spike protein antibody attacks the mitochondria and it attacks the GAD 65, which is the intracellular antigen inside of your mitochondria and it can also attack you pancreas.

“If you’re diabetic, it’ll make your diabetes worse. If you’re not diabetic, it can cause you to have diabetes, stiff-person syndrome, cerebellar ataxia, which is what thing that you’re watching [massive tremors]; people not able to walk.

“In the experiment that they did, they took different tissue antigens, like skin and lung and all this other stuff and then they dropped the serum that had the antibody all over it. 27 out of 55 of the tissue types reacted adversely to the spike antibody.

“So you get this vaccine, you create this antibody, that’s why in the most recent VAERS report that came out this week, 181 deaths, already that have been reported and when you start reading through them, you kind of lay out what these antibodies do, you can see it, right in the VAERS report, what has happened to these people and it’s the anti-spike antibody that’s attacking them and that’s why the most number of deaths occurred about 19 days after the injection, because it takes a while to develop the antibody response. It doesn’t happen just like that.

“Unless you have an anaphylactic reaction – probably to the polyethylene glycol- unless you have an immediate reaction to it, the delayed reaction is going to start – it takes a while – I talked to a bunch of epidemiologists in Europe and they said that it takes about 48 weeks to really see the most profound effects of autoimmune disease.

“When I found the first four mechanisms of action, I said to a few friends of mine, ‘This is a perfectly-designed kill machine.'<<

Posts like this are making me paranoid.

It’s not paranoia if they’re really out to get you.

Deplorable Patriot

Well, the thing is, my dad is 80. He’s had two Moderna shots, the second one about 10 days ago. So far, I’ve not had bruising or unusual female issues, but he’s the only fully vaccinated person I’ve been around for any length of time.

We went over to my sister’s place for dinner, and just being in the front seat of the car with him (Ying was in the back seat whining), I was really uncomfortable. I doubt there’s anything to worry about deep down, but I’m avoiding my dad because of spike protein shedding.

What’s worse?

Skipping choir for a brief spell, while all this crap comes to a head (intending to re-engage afterward) … or risking your life / quality-of-life?

It helps to imagine things a year from now, and the consequences of either decision if either is WRONG. In that light, how do you think you’ll look back on your decisions now?

We don’t know ANYTHING definitive about these experiments on us – the tech is too advanced. Pheremones (sp?) affect others, we know (most obviously women-to-women). What effect do these high-tech drugs have on this system? We just don’t know.

EVERYTHING the government and medical establishment says and does has me questioning ALL of it. No trust in them. Everything is either verified or discarded these days.

IMO, the government and medical establishment have INTENTIONALLY destroyed whatever credibility they once had..

It tickles me in a perverse way that if any of this has been intentional to keep the panic going or worse…that the ones that are starving their pea brains of oxygen and begging for injections are lots and lots of their beloved brainwashed wokester progs

I think this is one of the primary advantages to VSGPOTUSDJT’s charging into (and through) the ambush. They had expected resistance, and planned a long slow slog through conservatives. Instead, they got all sorts of dain-bramaged hipster maskies, and the rest of us going, “you got your damned vaccines, will you NOW shut up?”

I wake up with terrible anxiety nowadays. Have to pray a lot to banish the fear demon.

We should rejoice that, by the Grace of God, we can see them clearly. They are not able to meddle invisibly, not trouble our hearts from shadows. Take heart!

More digital soldiering … h/t to the anons!

(Somehow I think that the below applies to MASKING as well …)

Hohmann: Digital Vaccine Passports – How To Fight Back & Win

>>“Your employer doesn’t have a right to invade your medical privacy under the EEOC Title 7 employment law, and also OSHA came out and said there’s no evidence the vaccine prohibits transmission of the virus. You also have rights that could be applicable under the Public Accommodations section of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”

The other issue is the Emergency Use Authorization law, or EAU status, under which the vaccines were released to market.

“These vaccines have never been licensed by the Food and Drug Administration [FDA], they only have EUA, so federal law requires for all EUA treatments that you need full informed consent to administer them to anybody, you cannot coerce anyone to have the drug or shot,” Staver said. “They are only authorized because of a declared emergency. And there’s a lack of data to know the effects of these injections beyond a couple of months. So any of these companies or employers trying to force people as a condition to enter their facilities are violating federal law. They likely are violating state laws in many cases as well.”

John Whitehead, another constitutional attorney and founder of the Charlottesville, Va.-based Rutherford Institute, said he has been representing clients on vaccine-related issues as well.

“To force someone to take a vaccine against their religious beliefs would in my opinion violate the Constitution.

People fighting forced or coerced vaccines based on religious conviction should have a good case to fight in the courts, Whitehead said.<<

A related screen-shot, comparing the coercion techniques of communism with those of the governmental response to the alleged pandemic dubbed “COVID-19”:

Appreciate the info from your posts above. Informative

Straight up ” Occasional indulgences”

That’s rich, coming from (the now) ‘Two Masks’ Fauci, who removed his one mask during the Nationals game last year when he threw out the first pitch.

Ahh yes, the good old days..was that after “it can’t survive summer temps” ? Or you can get through your eyeballs?

Gahahh so sick of hearing anything from this man

So am I!

He’s 80. He’s been working for the government for his entire career. He should retire and spend time with his grandchildren, assuming he has any.

Emeraldstar, Great stuff you are posting. Thanks.

Very welcome, Kalbo.

It takes a while for people (me too!) to realize the gravity of things right now – not just intellectually (abstract / talk), but fully (real / act).

My experience last week at the grocer’s shifted my perspective. It is *I* who will threaten (lawfully) THEM, now.

From statistics, when one receives information – but doesn’t act on it (however small that change in *behavior* may be), then it is as if one never received that info at all.

Thanks for the morale boost – every bit helps …

Without having enough time (yet) to substantiate the following – and it’s best to do so before acting – the general meaning of “public accommodations”, according to Wikipedia (I know!), is this:

[via DDG search for “public accommodations act”]

>>”Public accommodations in the United States”<<

“Public accommodations, in the law of the United States, are generally defined as facilities, both public and private, used by the public. Examples include retail stores, rental establishments, and service establishments as well as educational institutions, recreational facilities, and service centers.”

Thank you for the name John Whitehead and Rutherford Institute. My manager at Virginia Tech called me out in our weekly zoom meeting for not signing up for VT’s massive vaccination push two weeks ago, and told me I had to get the shot for our program to continue. I’ve been developing a strategy in the event things get ugly, and my usual legal counsel doesn’t cover this field. HR at Virginia Tech told me that they are not mandating it, but you never know with Governor Racist Ralph, I think it’s better to be prepared.

Good luck with the interaction.

Happy go lucky

Thank you 😊

Very glad to help, HGL!

I’m in a similar situation, but not as serious (in a sense) as yours.

So, I’ve been researching the legal tools necessary to FIGHT – as we all must, according to both my perspective and P45DJT’s, with his admonition to “Fight, fight, FIGHT!”

I’m in MA, and Dr. Shiva couldn’t get a *single* law firm to take on his case to represent his interests (victim of election fraud), and the MA Atty Gen’l (Maura Healy, I believe) did NOT retain the election ballots / images for the federally required 22 months – in fact, it seems that they were *deleted* (WHAT???).

He had to file “pro se”, as his own counsel.

IMO, we all must do this (fight back), when our rights are violated.

PS – Make sure ALWAYS to call it an “experimental vaccine”, rather than a “vaccine”. It matters BIGLY, in law. Words matter.

Good luck! To you … and to us all.

By the way, isn’t Charlie ‘I’ve always been a basketball player’ Baker annoying?

Disclosure: I am a Howie Carr listener. 🙂

I wish Chris Sununu and the people in New Hampshire all the best. He has done a great thing by relaxing the COVID restrictions.

IIRC, Baker was the CEO of one of the main health insurance companies in MA – Harvard Pilgrim Health, or somesuch name (its name has changed at least a few times).

Which means, IMO – because of his experience in the “health” industry – he KNOWINGLY and FALSELY promoted the masks as being preventative.

He slimed his way out of this – maybe (maybe not) – by saying that the point of wearing masks was/is to prevent OTHERS from being infected.

See the trick? It ain’t for ones OWN health – it’s for OTHERS’ health.

That’s communism right there (sacrifice oneself for the “good” of others).

I would wish him to be lawfully arrested, lawfully charged, lawfully found guilty – and, in the case of Crimes Against Humanity – lawfully executed. He’s caused more damage and destruction, IMO, than ANY other Guv in MA history.

Cuomo’s death-toll is likely over 10K, with the nursing home scandal (he ordered symptomatic carriers into those facilities, while residents were most vulnerable to this Covid-thingy).

Baker did the same in MA – in Holyoke, MA, where it was reported that 70 died in similar fashion (needless exposure to the infected).

And, Baker’s on the Shy-Knee-authored list as being one of the “friendly to Shy-Knee” Guv’s, per Pompeo.

He’s a scumbag, through and through …

Thank you for all the info — greatly appreciated.

I did not know about Baker’s former CEO position. A lot of his posturing makes sense now.

Here in the UK, we also have the line about masks being for others’ health. That might be a WHO narrative. Other countries use it, too, which is why it is a policy that will, sadly, probably be the last to go. GRR.

Thanks to Howie, I knew about the Holyoke deaths of veterans in that care home. Horrible. Inexcusable. Interesting that Baker never, ever talks about it, nor does anyone else at the State House. It’s as if it never happened.

I cannot believe that Baker can call himself a Republican. I read that he was not invited to the national GOP ‘do’ earlier this year. Ronna McDaniel’s team left him off the list.

Valerie Curren

Michigan’s Whitmer also ordered CV+ patients into nursing home & was responsible for all those elderly deaths, imo. She compounded her crimes by Forbidding doctors from prescribing HCQ & pharmacists from dispensing it by threatening to pull their licenses if they did so, so a know curative/preventative was denied deliberately to the vulnerable. How many died needlessly? Monstrous Evil!!!

Happy go lucky

Thank you 😊

Here’s my situation:

Last week I tried to buy groceries at a local (independent) store.

My phone had just become inoperable due to charging problems, the store was within walking distance (I don’t have a car), and my fridge was almost completely empty.

The manager of the store – once he’d found out (by snitch?) that I wasn’t wearing a mask – confronted me aggressively, would not heed my claim that it’s unhealthy for me to wear a mask, and threatened to take away the groceries I’d already collected, and to call the local police.

I persisted (in a very civil, and measured, fashion) – but he was so aggressive and confrontational that I demurred (I absolutely needed the food!), and I put the stinking mask he provided (open, not sterilized or packaged as “new”) to my face just for a few minutes, in order to check out WITH my purchased items, and leave the store without citation, or possibly arrest (trespass).

The experience was quite jarring. I believe that many, if not most, of the employees working there were embarrassed by his behavior (acting with an “iron fist”, as it were). None of them spoke up – but I suspect they were in fear of losing their jobs if they did.

He mocked me for citing the law against discrimination. He also claimed (in his capacity as an agent of a private business) – that he had the LAWFUL RIGHT to refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask (IOW, my health be damned).

“My science trumps your science!” (direct quote) he asserted – which implies, I believe, that he’d come across others in similar situations.

But, by continuing to engage verbally with him, I elicited his belief / statement that because I *may* be infected (no proof, no symptoms either), that to protect his customers and the employees he supervised, the mask was absolutely necessary, citing his perceived risk against (paraphrased) my exhaled water-droplets and such (from sneezing etc.) … even though there isn’t any reputable science that any such risk exists.

I’m preparing a letter to the owner, and I EXPECT TO GO BACK TO THE STORE to buy groceries in the near future (I forgot some items under the stress and threats).

In the meantime, I’m conducting the legal research to substantiate my position … and figuratively “armed” with such info, I strongly suspect that the OWNER will countermand the orders of this IMO inexperienced and IMO ill-trained employee – manager or no – and allow me to shop WITHOUT wearing any mask / mask-equivalent.

I may call the local police MYSELF next time if I’m refused entry to the store, and/or if the store or its employees / agents refuse ring up my intended purchases, or otherwise impede my right to engage in lawful commerce.

This is Massachusetts.

I also believe that requiring me, or ANYONE ELSE, to wear a device which obstructs the ability to BREATHE, goes against God: I consider wearing masks to be wearing a mark of the beast.

The primary cause of death during the Spanish Flu pandemic (real), according to the 2008 academic / scholarly paper co-authored by the infamous epidemiologist Dr. Fauci himself, WASN’T the Spanish Flu – but rather bacterial pneumonia … CAUSED BY WEARING MASKS!!!

I write these words according to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.

[It’s a legal phrase (as many know). I’ll likely print it out, should the situation eventuate into legal proceedings.]

You should ring Howie Carr. He would want to hear your story on air — and maybe write it up in the Boston Herald.

Last edited 13 days ago by churchmouse

Thanks for the idea, CM – but the media “personalities” and the media themselves (Herald, Globe) are the ENEMY!!!

And the enemy is BIG Gov’t, BIG tech, BIG media (Carr et al.), BIG Hollywood, BIG pharma, BIG Corp’s, BIG Finance, etc.

You get my drift, I’m sure.

The only solution is to leverage the POWER of “We The People” … WITHOUT relying on all these BIG-WIGS.

I’m not interested in damaging a local, family-run business, either for fame or for fortune.

That’s what the enemy wants – for us (little) to turn on each other, so that they (BIG) can clean up, and laugh their collective a** off that they won again.

Sorry ’bout the capital letters – I know your heart is good! But I will not seek aid from the enemy, and I’m not a profiteer, nor a glory-hound, nor a traitor.

Our country (and the world) is at stake.

‘I’m not interested in damaging a local, family-run business, either for fame or for fortune.’ Fair enough.

Happy go lucky

Terrible 🤯 I hate that happened to you, it’s too bad some of us couldn’t be there with you riding posse. Good luck to you although I’m afraid there’s no way to reason with the crazy nuts, and I’m worried he’d get violent with you. I hope you can find a better place to shop that appreciates your business.

This looks like a pre-cursor to running for some kind of political office.

Sadie, Not a political run…IMO, Elon is doing penance for offending his Chinese masters and I predict he’ll spend the ‘host time’ marketing the ‘wonderfullness’ of China.

March 8, 2019 – CCN – Elon Musk secures $500 Million loan in Chinese bank loans.
Beyond the subsidies and a fully matured market, Tesla will benefit from China’s closure on the foreign ownership cap on automobile ventures. The Shanghai Gigafactory will be solely owned by Tesla, giving the California based automaker total control of its production processes and the disturbing need to share revenue with a local partner. The three banks lending funds are the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), China Construction Bank (CCB) and Agricultural Bank of China (ABC).

October 30, 2019 – Forbes – “Placing his latest Gigafactory in Shanghai makes eminent sense. For all China’s economic risks—and a 25% import tax—it’s Tesla’s second-biggest market after the U.S. Even more important, though, is how China’s Xi Jinping is incentivizing electric vehicles in ways Washington and Tokyo aren’t.”

March 9, 2020 – Inside EV’s – With COVID rampaging through the streets of Wuhan, China shut down 80% of their Electric Vehicle production. By February 10, 2020, Tesla’s Shanghai facility was back up and running and produced 3,958 electric cars and grabbed 30% of the entire Electric Vehicle market. [BMW was the second highest manufacturing and in February 2020, they only produced 813 electric vehicles]

Apparently something has soured the relationship…….

April 21, 2021 – CNET- “Tesla issued an apology to Chinese customers on Tuesday following a protest over the automaker at the Shanghai Auto Show, and after the Chinese Communist Party issued stern words over the popular brand.
According to the report, the government’s Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission criticized Tesla for arrogant behavior and accused the company of selling defective cars.”

April 25, 2021
It is announced that Elon Musk will be hosting SNL…

^^^ Spot on. Methinks. ^^^

X22 Report Published  April 25, 2021

Ep. 2461b – Light Will Destroy The Invisible Enemy, If One Falls They All Fall, Judgement Day
X22 Report Published  April 25, 2021

Confirmed, the [CB] is pushing their agenda with CBDC to control the people, they will be able to turn it off and on for people, block people. This is part of their system, this is why they are trying to reverse the economic structure that Trump built. Countermeasures are in place. The [DS] is panicking, the audit in Arizona is continuing. But they will try to block the information from reaching the people. They already started. Watch the MSM/Fake News/[DS] begin to block all information. The truth will not be stopped, the people are the force, the people will demand justice. During the audit they are using light to see fold marks, judgement day is coming.

Just some things other than COVID… taking place here and there.

The irony of the new electric car concept is…the electricity has to come from somewhere…and it still uses coal. So, imagine everyone plugging in…what happens when you run low in the middle of nowhere? I suspect in their new RESET world, you will not be allowed to be going that far so they don’t have to be concerned with that… or maybe they just haven’t thought this thing through that far? Actually the entire thing is flawed if the intention was to save their planet from using energy… if so, this is a major fail. But someone will make some fast cash.

This makes one wonder if the entire virtual climate change meeting was created in a C.G.I. film production? It sure doesn’t appear to be valid anymore. But, in the event it is real…Putin gets top grade for exposing the ridiculousness (if that is a word) of the entire event.

😉 Yup. IF Trump beckons, I’ll do the best I can to support. Trump is the only politician guy that I’ll support in the political arena.

Back to the driving thing…

Looks like a couple cross country trips this summer. Toss in a run up to McCall, ID and Glacier National Park if I can get a “pass”. National Park service is starting to “meter” folks into Glacier, as they already do at Zion and Yosemite in the touristy season. One of the trips to east coast will include dropping down to Iowa Colony, TX – SSW Houston.

Likely look for land in a conservative state as I travel. ID, OK, and TX probables.

Retired old fart. Nothing but time on my hands. AND, an incredibly comfortable Ram that likes to run the highways. 😉

Which one do you have?

Ram? Presently a 15 Ram 1500 CC Laramie..

Next Saturday trade ^^^ in for a 21 1500 Ram CC Longhorn Limited.

Once I move, my next purchase will be a pickup. It can’t hurt to ask a guy who knows ’em well….

Do all Laramies have the short bed and four doors? I’m assuming you have the 5.7L V8….is yours 4WD?

Do you have any pet peeves with yours?

Everything they do is connected to Control – yes, Kal!!! From where does this ‘electrical charge’ come? Coal

Apparently, we cannot travel far without getting re-charged – now we have ‘Fake Cars’ – Geeesh!!!

Well it really is heading toward no true American…anybody can walk in, hold allegiance to another country and receive an education for free, preferred status in medical care and employment~~~~~~~ (boy when they set their sights on Ga it was for that fundamental change Zero wanted)

Chinese woman wins Best Picture and Best Director with a low-budget film and no-name cast. They aren’t even attempting to make the propaganda believable anymore.

Chloe Zhao’s “Nomadland,” a wistful portrait of itinerant lives on open roads across the American West, won best picture Sunday at the 93rd Academy Awards, where the China-born Zhao also became just the second woman to win best director, and the first woman of color.

The “Nomadland” victory, while widely expected, nevertheless capped the extraordinary rise of Zhao, a lyrical filmmaker whose winning film is just her third, and which — with a budget less than $5 million and featuring a cast populated by non-professional actors — ranks as one of the most modest-sized movies to win Hollywood’s top honor.

Right. I didn’t watch it at all but from trolling’s completely obvious it was affirmative action night at the Oscars. How do you feel excited about an award based on your skin color

Sadie Slays

I remember the big push a few years ago to give Ava Duvernay the Best Director award just to check off “black woman wins Best Director” on the diversity checklist. It shows how rushed they are that they’re now just straight up installing Chinese directors with low-budget films that they skipped over that particular “milestone.” It’s like they’re rushed for time. Ava must be so pissed off right now.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the list of Best Picture winners to try to determine the last time a movie with mass appeal and household name won. I’d argue 2007’s No Country for Old Men or 2006’s The Departed was it. Like everything else, everything went downhill after Obama was installed.

I hope we can stay ahead of Dem attempts to stop election audits.

BREAKING: Arizona Judge Recuses Himself From Election Audit Case To Be Settled in the Morning After Democrats Shop Around and Hire New Attorney Who Previously Interned for Judge

This evening in Arizona, the Maricopa County Superior Court Judge, Christopher Coury, who oversaw the case related to the Democrats’ challenge to the audit currently going on in the county, recused himself from the case. The reason is that the Democrats shopped around and found an attorney who interned with Judge Coury and hired him. When the new attorney was introduced today for the first time the Judge was forced to resign from the case…Judge Coury had asked for the parties to be ready on Monday morning at 11 to provide documents. Now a new judge will have to be assigned. Stay tuned.

Well, isn’t that a perfect snake move….

Cuppa Covfefe

Isn’t there (or shouldn’t there be) some sort of ethics rule(s) to prevent this sort of thing? The judge has already been in charge of the case, so anyone new brought in should be the one to recuse, NOT HIM…….

The DEMONRATS are indeed the work and the party of Satan.

May Almighty GOD stifle and confound their evil, turn their ways against them, and correct and restore justice in the country, and indeed the whole world.

And may HE forgive, strengthen, correct, restore, and bless the USA.

A very good point. I would favor disbarment for the former intern for such a stunt.
