I believe he has that evidence, and ever since the election and all the courts denying “standing” to anyone to present that information, has been plotting and planning for this day to be able to present it in court.

They MUST get Trump out of the race, and install a RINO who will allow them to skate on their crimes, and not shut them down so they can rise again.
This has led to the colossal error of charging Trump with crimes that will allow him to present this evidence, all the way to the Supreme Court. And it MUST be expedited by that court, because of an impending election. We “may” be looking at checkmate.
I have taken the last couple of days to think about what has happened, and to read many opinions, and this is where it has led me. Trump, with decades of Machiavellian business dealings, Hollywood machinations, and political maneuvering under his belt, is going for ALL THE MARBLES. His life is on the line and he knows it, but he is willing to risk being martyred to save the America he loves.

Back in the day, HOAs would put a requirement for audited financial statements into their establishing documents (this was when you could do an audit for a couple of grand). Smaller CPA firms would do HOA audits as a way to get audit hours for their staff, so that their staff could become CPAs. So, I’ve done a couple.

Here we call them Subdivision Trustees, and it’s their job to be sure the streets are maintained, the trees in the tree lawns are trimmed, and to approve renovation and deck and fence plans. The Darn stuff spreads by rhizone as well as seed and it is so high and dense it kills off everything else!
The only thing I have found that kills it is very close grazing first thing when it shows by sheep and sometimes by a horse.
Turning the area into a winter ‘sacrifice’ area where it gets stomped to death also seems to help.
That sounds like something the Nazis would invent & exploit 🙁

In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly. For instance, Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda’ said, “We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.” Al-Bukhari said that Al-Hasan said, “The Tuqyah is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.” Allah said,
[وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللَّهُ نَفْسَهُ]
(And Allah warns you against Himself.) meaning, He warns you against His anger and the severe torment He prepared for those who give their support to His enemies, and those who have enmity with His friends,
[وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ]
Allah encourages the believers to show enmity to the idolators and to dissociate from them, affirming that they do not deserve to enjoy a covenant of peace, because of their Shirk in Allah and disbelief in Allah’s Messenger .
If these disbelievers have a chance to defeat Muslims, they will cause great mischief, leave nothing unharmed, disregard the ties of kinship and the sanctity of their vows.
Ali bin Abi Talhah,Ikrimah and Al-Awfi narrated that IbnAbbas said, “Ill means kinship, while, Dhimmah means covenant.” Ad-Dahhak and As-Suddi said similarly.[اشْتَرَوْاْ بِـَايَـتِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ إِنَّهُمْ سَآءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ – لاَ يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً وَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ – فَإِن تَابُواْ وَأَقَامُواْ الصَّلَوةَ وَءاتَوُاْ الزَّكَوةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَنُفَصِّلُ الاٌّيَـتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ ]
Allah says, if the idolators with whom you conducted peace treaties for an appointed term break

(their oaths) meaning, terms of their treaties, and covenants

(and attack your religion…) with disapproval and criticism, it is because of this that one who curses the Messenger, peace be upon him, or attacks the religion of Islam by way of criticism and disapproval, they are to be fought. This is why Allah said afterwards,
[فَقَـتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ أَيْمَـنَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ]
Therefore, strike the swords upon the parts that contain the devil, for by Allah, it is better to me to kill one of these people than to kill seventy other men. This is because Allah said,
[فَقَـتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ]
(then fight (you) against the leaders of disbelief.)”

My late Mum was born and raised in London, England, yet she knew FAR MORE about American history, states, politicians, and other people than I was ever taught (in the late 1950s/early 1960s) in school, indeed even in University level courses. I used to tease her, saying that was because she had lived through much of it 🙂 but I realized the problem was our degenerated, politicized, politically-correct “Skools” in Kalifornistan, and that was way back in the 50s/60s. I was in school in the 50s/60s too and as a child I could actually SEE the dumbing down going on since I had friends younger than I as well as those older.
Another thing I remember growing up was we were a small family, only two kids. Almost every other family on the block was three or four kids, with on with three sets of twins (would have been four if they had survived, miscarriage IIRC). At my school there was a family with seven boys (kept trying for a girl 🙂 ), and another with 12 children, all musicians!
Now there are probably more childless families than those with children, and the gaybow pervs and climate-protest-abstinence twitlets aren’t helping any…
Use to be “aren’t you planning to have more children” (or something like that). Now, it’s “HOW many children do you have?! Aren’t you going to stop?”…..

One secretary of our department had over 100 cousins… Boston Catholic and I think the SMALLEST family was around 10 kids.
We went to a “Freizeit” (Christian retreat) over here, in the summertime (before COVIDiocy), and large families got discounts for IIRC more than four children, which was a HUUUGE help for them.
There were two families with 12 children, one with 10, and a few with seven or eight or so.
Crazy thing was, the mothers of the 12-child families looked young for their ages, and their children were very well-behaved, and looked after each other, and even other families’ children if needed.
We were wondering why we and the other mini-families were so stressed 🙂

My grandma’s sister & husband, he was a doctor & she a nurse, though very conservative politically & socially, really believed they had a duty to not have more than 2 children, which they had 1940-ish. Their son only had 2 kids, but their daughter had 4. I never heard why they had these beliefs, but it’s possible that similar thinking impacted my dad’s sister who only had 2 kids, though lost a 3rd via miscarriage. She & her husband were very “natural world” oriented so conservative Christian on one hand & probably sucked into a lot of the environmental agenda on the other…they were world travelers & mountain climbers & my aunt, now widowed, is a naturalist, master’s level botanist, & herbalist…
Fascinating. In whatever era under consideration it always seems like what we think we know about the past (what is taught to us in government indoctrination centers) is a gross distortion, at best, & an absolute diabolical fiction at worst!

But if a dog attacks me, I defend myself (and have), which means I attack the dog. That includes German Shepherds. If a dog gets aggressive, you better be aggressive back, because that is the only thing an animal understands. If it senses fear, it will attack again.
The dog must know (or be made to know) that the human is superior. And the human better believe it too, or the dog certainly won’t. You’re not going to fool the dog 😂
The one potentially violent dog (e.g., German Shepherds, Rottweilers, etc.) that I would avoid unarmed conflict with at all costs is a pit bull. If I didn’t have a weapon, at least a club, or something better, I would grab whatever was available, like a chair, to keep distance between it and me.
But if it sinks its teeth into me, its eyeballs are coming out.
Zero hesitation.
The dog only has one mouth to bite with, so at least one hand will always be free.
Whichever hand is free, the fingers go straight into the eyes, as deep as they will go, until the dog releases.

I used a bike to keep from getting bitten once. For one well trained German trained Shepard, I used the word command SITZ! and pointed. The dog sat and I walked past a very bewildered dog.
Dog should be put down! Normally a dog is ‘allowed’ one free bite’ although often not even that one because the doctors want the brain to be examined for rabies.
We adopted/were given a pit bull. I was training her to heel and sit/stay. On one occasion I had her sitting when the four year old next door came over. The dog lunged at his hands. I put her in sit-stay again and as soon as I took my eyes off her she lunged again.
She went straight into the car and to the pound to be put down (at my expense.)
I had hoped she could be placed somewhere as a guard dog with adults only, but the pound personnel said NO it was best to just put her down.
Sorry you lost that dog but better that than a seriously injured child!
That was my exact thought. We had only had her for a couple months so were not really attached yet.

One thing that is worrisome is that inexperienced dog owners will misinterpret fairly innocuous behaviors (though ones needing to be trained away) as aggression.
As an example, German Shepherds are notoriously “mouthy” because they use their mouths as hands. While doing this, they will not break the skin or bruise, but will put their mouths on various body parts — one might gently take a child’s hand in its mouth to lead the child across a darkened room. Similarly, herding dogs may nip to get attention. I’m sure that many worthwhile animals have been put down due to such ignorance.
This is in complete contrast to an experienced person like Gail identifying dangerous behaviors in an animal before they can cause serious damage. Her discernment likely saved her and her community from a great deal of trouble.

Good morning, Nestlings.
I made it through the surgery. It was successful. She was even able to get a stent into the right kidney which she was pretty doubtful about doing. With the fluid flowing again, hopefully my kidney function will improve/go back to normal. They’ll do bloodwork again shortly to check and see.
I just woke up a few minutes ago. The pain woke me. They gave me six S I X (6) pain pills. I’m laughing a bit. Take one every four hours if needed for three days. And yet….they only gave me six. Oh well, it’s the new world. Too bad I don’t have a drug dealer’s number. But I turned on the heating pad and that feels good. And I’m already getting sleepy again…..so more later.
PS Thank you for the prayers. I really didn’t expect they would be able to get the stent placed on the right side. I believe our prayers made the difference and I am so grateful to you all. ❤ ❤ ❤

It was all based on government bull crap 😡
And that is precisely how we end up with fentanyl overdoses – people go to the street dealers to get relief.
The problem with that is that they get relieved of life.

The main attack of the enemy was concentrated on Feodosia, where Russian troops shot down seven UAVs (three from the S—400 air defense system, four with ZU-23—2 anti-aircraft guns), and one was suppressed by the REB. One of the drones fell at an oil depot in the city, there is no damage data yet.
The attack on Feodosia is not accidental. Large oil reservoirs are located in this city (the fall of the UAV nearby indirectly indicates that they were the target). In addition, there is also a power plant connecting the power lines of the Crimea.
