So, let’s see what happened on Wednesday….

BREAKING: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Terrifies Pro-Abortion Left With ONE Opening Question
Before Justice Scalia’s death, Thomas went 10 years without asking a question during proceedings. This week, Thomas broke his usual silence to ask a question that has pro-abortion activists livid.
” Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a pre-viable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother? “ he asked. The Supreme Court is currently reviewing a Mississippi law that would ban nearly all abortions after 15 weeks.
If the Supreme Court were to uphold Mississippi’s ban on abortions after 15 weeks, it would lead to abortion bans across the country. The pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute estimates that 26 states would impose further restrictions on abortion or outright bans. It’s no wonder the left is terrified of Justice Thomas.
Given all the warnings on booze bottles, when a glass of wine sometimes is recommended to keep women from going into labor early, it’s a good question.

Even Russia is now restricting in-utero infanticide now. We’re better than this, America.

Don’t Let Them Scare Your Freedoms Away
By Paul Krause
…The problem with the new fear campaign over the omicron variant is the further degradation of liberty and Constitutional rights already manifesting because of it.
As the new Cold War with China ratchets up, the Western world has dealt the cards against themselves. The trumpet of freedom and liberty cannot be sounded without charges of hypocrisy and hollowness as we witness the supposedly free democratic world, especially in places like Australia and New Zealand (not to mention the United Kingdom and Europe), engage in the some of the most vicious and tyrannical lockdowns in the world. These lockdowns, restructuring of government power and control over businesses and individuals, aim at one thing: the remaking of our relationship to the state.
What the totalitarians who have weaponized the coronavirus fail to acknowledge is that they have politicized the virus, not conservatives, libertarians, and the few remaining civil liberals who are concerned with the aggressive and militant overreach of the federal government and medical institutions.
The new totalitarians assert those of us who wish to keep the flame of liberty and the human spirit alive of politicizing the virus. Shame is their calling card. The claim that liberty-loving and defending individuals have weaponized the virus for political purposes doesn’t stand up to scrutiny.
Yeah….

This is a problem isn’t it. The number of people who were in my dorm in college who did not know how to do laundry was appalling.

I recommended a video on Tuesday’s daily, and really, I don’t know that I can spin a whole post on it, but here it is.
The Ghislaine Maxwell section, and the looking at Guantanamo Bay flights that are HIGHLY unusual, like the Director of Homeland Security going down there, starts at 16:27. However, there is interesting information ahead of that mark. Yes, Monkey does a lot of speculating and connecting dots, but there’s information on TerraMar, the detention camps nationwide (there are thirty-seven), the court docket at GITMO, federal prisoner numbers and location designations and more.
It’s worth a watch, and remember that what Monkey brings is what someone out there wants us to see. There are enough masked flights, and transponders turned off in mid-flight in what he presents to raise some eyebrows.
Let’s see….

Carlin:

And now, to remember an evening in 1983 when half of the swim team showed up at one of the Southern Maryland town’s two movie theaters to watch Rocky III. No, it was not planned that way. Just a happy accident.

One of the obstacles to full understanding of just what the enemy is all about revolves around the concept of symbolism.
Symbolism actually evolved in Christianity prior to the splintering of the Faith in the west in the sixteenth century Anno Domini, and the rich tradition of said symbolism is one of the aspects of the culture that was destroyed along with a lot of stained glass windows, altar stones, and other art work when the revolt happened.
We’ll pick this up next week with the Trinity. It’s a fairly meaty topic when it comes to that.

And now for the business portion.
Please review our HOST and site owner’s Guidelines for posting and discussion for this site. Wolf is kind enough to put up with *most* of us and our antics after thorough vetting. Violators of the baiting and deliberately attempting to divide the group rules WILL face consequences.
The discourse on this site is to be CIVIL – no name calling, baiting, or threatening others here is allowed. Company manners are appreciated. Those who are so inclined may visit Wolf’s other sanctuary, the U-Tree, to slog out discussions best saved for a wrestling mat. THAT MEANS THAT ALL OF US HERE ARE ENTITLED TO OUR OPINIONS AND PREJUDICES, ETC., SO LONG AS THEY CAUSE NO PHYSICAL HARM TO OTHERS OR DOXX OUR FELLOW TREE DWELLERS.
All opinions here are valued for the diversity they bring to the issues, and the shaping of understanding regarding topics for which many of us do not have all information. Correcting the record on any one topic is appreciated.
Be careful in expressing thoughts as we would all like to think well of the rest of the group, and ill-thought out comments have a way of wrecking that for everyone.
Fellow tree dweller Wheatie gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:
- No food fights
- No running with scissors
- If you bring snacks, be sure they are made with bacon
Auntie DePat’s requests as we are all supposedly adults and don’t just play them on TV like the body doubles pretending to be the squatter in chief:
If you see something has not been posted, do us all a favor, and post it. Please, do not complain that it has not been done yet.
The scroll wheel on your mouse can be your friend. As mature adults, please use it here in the same manner you would in avoiding online porn.
Thank you so much for any and all attention to such details. It is GREATLY appreciated by more than one party here.

MATTHEW 7:21, 24-27
21“Not every one who says to me, `Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 24“Every one then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock; 25and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. 26And every one who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house upon the sand; 27and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell; and great was the fall of it.”
