From where they will source fuel, and how to ship it from “wherever” TBD. (I’d suggest building a tanker unloading dock at the old refinery and feeding fuel from ships directly into the pipelines – but I’m sure the California Commissions strangling the economy won’t allow that and will just insist they swap over to Battery Electric Airplanes…) I can count at least 4 Gang Green commissions that will demand jurisdiction. Cal. Coastal Commission, SF Bay and Water commissions, probably the Redwood Commission, and CARB Cal. Air Resources Board. Also a few Unions, the State Legislature, and more… So watch this space for an answer- in about 20 years…
Sidebar: Oregon closed their last oil refinery in about 1995 so get 100% of their gasoline via a pipeline from Washington State… that is being talked up for closure… and where the refineries that feed it are talking about shipping gasoline to California instead (who will now be 20% short…). BREAKING: Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Strikes Down California’s Ban on Open Carry – Trump Judge Issues Scathing Opinion
A US Appeals Court on Friday in a 2-1 decision struck down a California law banning people from openly carrying firearms.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals cited a 2022 Supreme Court ruling and said California’s ban on open carry is unconstitutional.
US Circuit Judge Lawrence VanDyke, a Trump appointee, wrote the majority opinion and blasted the state of California for banning open carry for 95% of its population.
California banned open carry on all counties with populations greater than 200,000 – which is 95% of the state.
In 2019, Mark Baid filed a lawsuit against the California Attorney General challenging the state’s ban on open carry.
Judge VanDyke, a known gun enthusiast, said California’ ban on open carry is unconstitutional.
“For most of American history, open carry has been the default manner of lawful carry for firearms. It remains the norm across the country—more than thirty states generally allow open carry to this day, including states with significant urban populations,” VanDyke wrote.
VanDyke said many states allow open carry and California has a history of open carry.
“Similarly, for the first 162 years of its history open carry was a largely unremarkable part of daily life in California. From 1850, when California first became a state, until the Mulford Act of 1967, public carry of firearms in California (open or concealed) was entirely unregulated. And when California first deviated (or considered deviating) from this practice, its reasons for doing so were less than morally exemplary,” VanDyke wrote.
“In our Nation’s history and tradition, open carry was widely recognized as being central to the Second Amendment right,” VanDyke added. “A ban on that which is at the core of the Second Amendment is not a ‘minimal burden’ on the Second Amendment right.”

They are trying to replace our population with low-IQ immigrants who don’t speak English and have no idea they are being enslaved. They are trying to eliminate the American People as we know it, particularly the White People, because we stand in the way of their hostile tyrannical takeover. They are taking our tax dollars and using them to import foreigners to replace us, because we are much more difficult to rule than Somalis.
People love to throw around the word genocide, but I’d argue the real genocide is happening here in America, and in all predominantly White nations around the world.

Immigration lawyers are warning that federal agencies are increasingly skeptical when migrants claim to have legitimate marriages with Americans.
The policy shift comes after President Donald Trump’s deputies began cracking down on rising rates of marriage-related visa fraud by migrants who pay Americans for temporary marriages.
While marrying a U.S. citizen has never been a locked-in guarantee that a migrant would be issued a green card, marriages have previously offered a huge boost to a migrant’s request for legal status. But that may be changing as immigration attorneys are finding that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are giving such marriages much closer scrutiny than ever before.

This analysis is a good example of what has really been bugging me lately. It’s been one year. Trump II is in the process of paradigm-shifting victories on immigration, presidential control over the executive, and the enforcement of the CRA against the many illegalities of the racial reckoning. It has demonstrated willingness to cut higher Ed’s federal lifeline to force institutions to their knees.
It’s forced the legal definition of sex back into the law. It is rooting out billions in public support for the institutional leftist machine.
Progress in each of these areas is tangible, I can list cases, firings, funding cuts, and lawsuits, not just rhetoric.
And yet people whine because the world hasn’t been completely and utterly transformed in a mere 360ish days, and there’s still work left to do. What did you expect? 20M deportations overnight? Did it occur to you that that’s a massively difficult logistical feat to organize, and would take some time even if they WEREN’T fighting a recalcitrant system? Did you think there really was a fix everything switch?
Some parts of the “online right” have an even more magical view of governance than the oldhead Washington Generals chattering classes.
In my book, this administration has racked up more critically important wins than any R administration in my political memory, and I think the case can be made it’s the best R administration for the right in 100 years.

Anti-sanctuary city laws took effect in New Hampshire on Thursday after Governor Kelly Ayotte signed two bills requiring cities to cooperate with federal authorities and immigration detainers for illegal aliens who are charged with a crime.
The Governor championed the enacted laws in an X post on New Year’s Day.
“As of today, sanctuary cities are officially banned in New Hampshire,” she said.
“We will never go the way of Massachusetts and their billion-dollar illegal immigration crisis.”
