Mobile Phones, Cellular Data, the internet, etc. Yet with Starlink running, Satellite telephones, undoubtedly some folks with HAM Radio gear and others with Meshtastic (and similar Mesh Networks), the signal is still getting out…
And this, boys and girls, is WHY you want to learn, set up, and use something like Meshtastic (or HAM Packet Radio if licensed) AND learn how to set up “WiFi Repeaters” AND for some of you, buy a StarLink Roaming system (even if you don’t activate it with more than the $5/mo standby account).
Because TPTB WILL Shut down your regular communications in any event they don’t like, or if the local Natural Disaster (be it hurricane or earthquake or fire or flood or…) is bad enough, nature may do it for them.
So here we have Tousi TV showing ongoing “People in the Streets” all around Iran, even as “Comms are down” officially. Plus he knows that his reporting is getting back into Iran (my guess would be via StarLink but even “sneaker net” delivering USB drives or “Pirate Boxes” with hard drive copies and local open Wifi can do it…). Even one person with a Satellite phone can download it, and them share it via Mesh Networks…
You just can’t stop the signal anymore.
Slow it. Make it harder. Only get it via “diffusion” from the Tech Nerds to their Inner Circle to the ROW…Sure. But it WILL flow.

As noted above, have a Starlink Roam system AND other ways to do communications.
Governments (all of them) WILL attack their own people to save themselves.
In a real crisis, the Police & Military may, OR may NOT, be on “your side”.
Prepare BEFORE you need it.
“weapons Restrictions” are futile. ANYTHING can be a weapon, even a Toyota.
The USA is likely to end up in another “adventure” in Iran this time.
The Revolution will not be Televised, but it will be streamed.
Is this a CIA / TLA “assisted” “color revolution”? No way to tell… yet.
But it does look like “someone” is going after the weaker and oil rich BRICS+ members what with Venezuela in the bag. I’m not liking the way the USA is starting to act a whole lot like a Global Bully. OTOH, not keen on Communist Dictators and Religious Dictators either, so maybe it’s the only way to fix it.
