“Voters have made their opinion clear by voting with their feet – voters are done with leeches who have lived off the public dime for years without effectively representing their constituencies, and will be selecting slightly different leeches!” Local newspapers have reported the shocking development across several states, noting early polls that showed the more-hated politicians in the lead were wrong, and that less-hated career politicians will indeed be taking the race.

At this point in history, anyone who is claiming the U.S. Government is not directly coordinating with social media platforms to shape opinion and cull information adverse to their interests, is being intellectually dishonest. There is simply too much evidence of the intelligence apparatus, specifically the Dept of Homeland Security, being enmeshed with the platforms of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google and Microsoft.
The DHS justifications for the relationship all involve claims of ‘national security’ and domestic terror threats. However, the simple and transparent motivations of the relationship are all political. The DHS terms of “disinformation, misinformation and malinformation” are simply excuses for the platforms to adhere to the demands of the government and censor or remove discussion that is against the interests of those in power. The truth of this is in the sunlight now.
That said, the relationship between the intelligence community and social media is one of mutual benefit. DHS gets to conduct surveillance and control permitted speech in the public square, and in return Big Tech gets assurances of their ability to continue monopolistic enterprise and simultaneously receive subsidies on operational costs. The legislative branch allows this synergy without oversight because the legislative branch is in alignment with the larger ‘national security’ ruse.
That’s long hand for the DHS and social media is Operation Mockingbird on steroids.
As we hurtle towards the day of reckoning, one of the most fascinating elements of this election season has been the utter destruction of nearly all Democrats who took to the debate stage, often by opponents who were considered intellectual lightweights, extremists, or sacrificial lambs by the media and the establishment. Heading towards Halloween, these were the true horror shows for the Democrats, no doubt leading to many of them waking up in the middle of the night in cold sweat and tremors.
There are a few key lessons that came out of those debates worth considering going forward.
Democrats are such a radical party at this point with such a horrible record that they cannot withstand the slightest bit of scrutiny by anyone who is not a sycophant.

So the whole question of “safety” is a girl thing. As I say: “women expect to be protected.” And women don’t just expect to be “safe” from physical violence, but from verbal violence. Of course, it has, because women are coming to dominate the administration of universities, and that means replacing the old culture of insult, of the free exchange of ideas, with the women’s culture of complaint, whenever some man’s colorful one-liner makes her feel unsafe.
By the way, when Gadde “cries” about Musk taking over Twitter, we sexists call it “women’s tears win.”
I too have ridiculed the GOP establishment and Conservatism, Inc. for their lack of “thumos” and have held up the fanaticism and competitiveness of the Democratic Left as qualities we on the Right should want to emulate. There are of course certain obvious reasons that we couldn’t get away with the Left’s bullying behavior, starting with how the woke leftist media would portray our bold actions. The Left is allowed and even encouraged to attack the headquarters of pro-life activists, and they can threaten the lives of judges whom they don’t like with impunity. Pro-life advocates by contrast will incur the wrath of the media and may even have the FBI come after them if they do anything as subversive as sing hymns in front of an abortion center.
While the Left continues to depict counterfactually the events at Charlottesville in August 2018 and the Capitol break-in on January 6, 2020, as attempted Nazi or fascist coups, the same media try to wipe from our consciousness anything that does not fit its narrative of “democracy” being threatened by a surging “white nationalist” presence. The black racist who ran over a crowd in Waukesha, Wisconsin last Christmas was allegedly a poor soul who had trouble controlling his vehicle; while the hundred or so riots, some of them paid for by Democrats, during the “Summer of Love” in 2020 are recast as understandable reactions to the racist death of George Floyd. No matter how the Right reacts to the other side, the media will denounce its action as a “threat to democracy.”
There is, however, another reason that I couldn’t imagine a serious American Right that successfully imitates its enemy’s behavior, except in a limited tactical way. Some of the Left’s actors are so peculiarly leftist that it is hard to see how our side could imitate them. What would be the right-wing equivalent of Kamala Harris, Maxine Waters, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Beto O’Rourke, or the “ladies” on “The View”? I couldn’t begin to imagine how we’d offer our own version of these whinging guilt-mongers or splenetic true believers.
It could just be that traditional Americans are too honest to pull off duplicity.

I have also discussed the hidden conservative vote, now officially recognized by pollsters and referred to as partisan non-response bias. This means Democrats want to talk to the pollsters, and Republicans don’t.
In 2020, polls overestimated Joe Biden’s support by roughly 4% nationwide and by an average of 4.3 points at the state level. The only factor the American Association for Public Research could point to for the polling miss was partisan non-response bias.
Hartle explains that if this central claim about the primacy of leisure is allowed, the preservation of the common good requires the presence of gentlemen who rule and philosophers who teach them. Furthermore, the presence of these human types involves nothing less than the institution of slavery for their upkeep, and this grave difficulty constituted the Classical-Christian tradition’s “Achilles’ heel.” For his part, Montaigne perceives an opportunity in this weakness. He conceives of a philosophy of equality and freedom, which replaces the old tradition’s foundation in inequality and hierarchy. He won’t get them denounced as “fascist” by the media or their former friends.

What’s strange is that FOX News reported on AG Brnovich’s letter on Friday, but, as both Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips confirmed, FOX News never reached out to True The Vote for comment on these defamatory and (somehow) criminal referrals made by the Attorney General’s Office in Arizona.
“This is a real thing. And there is going to be a f—ing war coming November 3rd over this stuff,” the operative, who spoke to the New York Post on the condition of anonymity, explained. “If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”
The whistleblower described himself as a Bernie Sanders supporter and said he chose to come forward a couple months before the election in the hopes that election officials will beef up security.
The operative explained that the ballots themselves were easy to reproduce and feature no security features. He would put them into a copy machine and make his own. However, the return envelopes are “more secure than the ballot,” so he procured them from legitimate voters by canvassing neighborhoods with other staff members and convincing voters to give them their completed ballots.
This is really all we need to know about the continued hysteria over January 6 and the government’s fishing expedition relating to some files Trump was keeping at Mar-a-Lago without permission from ideologically compromised librarians at the National Archives. The apparatchiks in the permanent administrative state see Trump not as a threat to democracy, as they claim, but as a threat to themselves and their power. While the bureaucrats have made significant inroads under the lawless Biden regime, they have not, at least not yet, been able to make Trump and the people he represents go away. This terrifies and angers them. As long as dissent is a possibility, they won’t be satisfied.
The regime mouthpiece, Washington Post, expressed the anxiety of the nomenklatura in a recent hand-wringing screed depicting the doomsday scenario of Trump’s restoration. What more could Trump possibly do, after winning an election he wasn’t supposed to win in 2016 and then almost stealing another with help from QAnon, to harm “Our Democracy™”? Well, he could install “loyalists” in the federal government (as opposed to the disloyal bureaucrats from his last administration who went on TV to testify against him in partisan show trials). He could “politicize the FBI” with “endless” investigations into his opponents. Just imagine! A president using the justice system as a political weapon? That would be shocking.
In reality, the GOP as a whole and most candidates are very much in command of this election. It’s for that reason that anyone who supports Republican candidates should do everything in their power to not only vote (in person, of course) but to get as many friends and family to do the same. There are three major ways the election can be salvaged for the Democrats and all three are in play. I love our country. Our God-given rights of freedom, life, and liberty enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights are my inspiration. I answered the call to duty and took an oath, dedicating my life to supporting and defending those freedoms, both in uniform and in public office.
Growing up in Hawaii gave me a special appreciation of our home, water, and precious natural resources. So when I was 21 years old I decided to run for Hawaii State House so that I could be in a position to protect our environment. I wasn’t politically affiliated before that, but as I was about to file my election papers, I had to choose which party to affiliate with.
As I did my research, I was inspired by Democrats who stood up against the war in Vietnam, and those who fought for Hawaii’s plantation workers who were being abused and exploited by wealthy landowners. I was inspired by leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy and drawn to the ideals of a big-tent Democratic Party that stood up for working men and women — the little guy. In contrast, the Republican Party seemed like one that stood for the interests of big business and warmongering elites. So I became a Democrat and remained one for over 20 years — an independent Democrat to be sure, but a Democrat nonetheless.
I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue and stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms enshrined in our Constitution, are hostile to people of faith and spirituality, demonize the police and protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, are dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.
Some say Putin’s back is to the wall, or near enough. The war hasn’t resolved as he hoped. Yet, one must account for the fog of war and propaganda, which makes war foggier.
Putin has announced the annexation of Ukrainian territory: Luhansk and Donetsk (republics) and two areas in southern Ukraine, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. All are under Russian control. The spin that Putin is losing may just be spin. Col. Douglas Macgregor, a dissenting voice and a regular guest on Tucker Carlson’s show, thinks so.
Who trusts “U.S. intelligence sources” (Deep State) and corporate media anymore? We hear that American intelligence is backdooring Russian generals. Putin is hamstrung, unable to unilaterally use nuclear weapons. We’re to believe this based on unidentified sources?
Having been misled by U.S. intelligence about “weapons of mass destruction” in Iraq and given virtually no heads up about the looming defeat in Afghanistan last year, we shouldn’t be skeptical?
Biden speaks casually of Armageddon. Armageddon because of a localized conflict. Let that sink in. A war where no vital American interest is at risk. A war that’s limited to Ukraine and poses no threat to the homeland. A war, though, that the ruling class and military-industrial complex conflates with U.S. security.
Currently in the United States, less than 8% of Americans identify as very liberal or essentially Marxist and another 11% identify as liberal. Yet this small subset (19%) of Americans dominates the culture, entertainment, education, the federal bureaucracy and most importantly, the Democrat party. In November of 2022, the 81% of Americans who do not identify with the left must begin the process of permanently defeating the radical left and their fatuous acolytes if the nation is avoid the precipice toward which it is headed.
The United States must not be destroyed by the American Marxists and their attendant gaggle of egotistical and perpetual adolescents; therefore, the counter strategy is to denigrate these buffoons by never missing an opportunity to call them out, and above all by ignoring their infantile tactics as they have no weapon other than words and idle threats. In other words, treat them as the adolescents they are.
Who does this? The answer turns out to be: a lot of people. Did people used to behave like this? Not in my experience, nor do I find examples in literature. I have experienced a few, however, in my own life.
This fall, I gave a speech at the Philadelphia Society, a notable conservative gathering founded in the wake of the 1964 Goldwater defeat. I was asked to answer the question “what do the founding principles require of us today?” I discussed my proposed talk in advance with Society President R.J. Pestritto, a longtime friend and now colleague. He and I agreed that I would address the increasing tendency of conservatism, or at least of conservatives, toward historicism: the idea that political right is contingent on its historical situation. In particular, I planned to criticize what I consider conservatism’s tendency toward so-called “rational historicism”: the notion that history has an upward direction, that “progress” somehow makes awful calamities in the human past impossible to recur in the future. The American founders, I would claim, did not believe this. They may have hoped that their revolution would, mirabile dictu, turn out to be permanent, but they did not assert that human nature had (or could) permanently change for the better, or that tyranny could never recur. Hence they claimed that the right of revolution—the right of the people to alter or abolish tyrannical government, and establish a new one—is the most fundamental of all political rights, the one on which all the others rest.
I predicted to R.J., and then predicted in the speech itself, that the right of revolution would be denounced simply because I cited it, and that I would be accused by “conservatives” and former friends of calling for violence.
