I went back to my saved Bezmenov videos and the quality is not very good. So I found this interesting site: https://archive.org/details/yuri-bezmenov-complete-lectures  

Within that page I tested the following link and it has four hours and much better quality than what I had. It is over a GB to download and I rely on wifi so have limited monthly bandwidth. If someone can grab the MP4 download at the first link, that would be marvelous.
