Why is this going on?
Here’s a clue.
Sister Mary D, my freshman English teacher who made us read that, is most likely turning in her grave.
This woman says it better than I’ve heard in a while.
There is, though, active talk backed with deeds and works of pushing back without the other side being able to blame violent protests on those who do choose to lever their rights.
Unfortunately, that’s what it is going to take.
