Justice Must Be Done.
The prior election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system.
Nothing else matters at this point. Talking about trying again in 2022 or 2024 is hopeless otherwise. Which is not to say one must never talk about this, but rather that one must account for this in ones planning; if fixing the fraud is not part of the plan, you have no plan.

The classic precious metals (gold and silver) moving up as one would expect in inflationary times. It looks like gold is forcing its way upward now though beware of “pump and dump.”
PGMs are showing upward movement too, enough that palladium’s lead over gold has actually grown (from $32.50 to $47 per troy ounce).
The New Year
It’s actually surprising that through the last couple of thousand years of the Julian, and then the Gregorian calendars, one key factor has changed a lot, while others haven’t changed much or at all.
Our calendar goes back to the Romans, and was a hot mess until Julius Caesar reformed it in 45 BCE. Years were only vaguely aligned with the seasons, and priests would occasionally insert extra months as a sort of “leap month” measure. However that was very politicized. If they liked someone who was in office, they were liable to insert a month even when it wasn’t called for.

46 BCE was the “Year of Confusion” as Julius Caesar decreed three extra months (!) to bring things back in synchrony; but 45 BCE, the first year of the actual reform, is recognizably our calendar.
Going back a bit, well before Caesar’s day, the year had ten months and then some indefinite time for winter, two months (January and February) were eventually added to cover winter. (This is why Quintilis, Sextilis, September, October, November and December all had “number” names that are now two off from where we think they ought to be. And oh, yeah, Quintilis was renamed July and Sextilis August, after Julius and Augustus Caesar. Later emperors attempted to rename the other months, but in all cases their successors eventually undid the change.)
[What about March, April, May and June? Their names derive from Mars, Aphrodite (Apru), Maia (one of the Pleiades and the mother of Hermes), and Juno.]
What hasn’t changed at all? The week. We haven’t ever, once, broken that seven day pattern; it’s actually the one major feature we didn’t get from the Romans, but rather from Judea. (The Romans had a nine-day cycle, an eight day week followed by a day of religious festivals and markets. This of course is long gone.) Constantine brought the week into the Roman calendar by making Sunday (any Sunday) a holiday.
The months haven’t changed since Augustus Caesar. Julius, after fixing the lengths of the months, had decreed a leap year every four years; this was misunderstood and applied every three years. Augustus corrected that mistake by skipping a few leap years and clarifying, “every four years,” and fixed the lengths of the months in their current form.
The minor change since then has been the matter of leap years. As stated the Julian rule was that every fourth year be a leap year; over the centuries, however, the calendar date accumulated “extra” days such that the 21st of March started falling later and later in the year, relative to the spring equinox, and so the new rule instituted by Pope Gregory in 1582 was that three of those dates in every 400 years would be dropped. This resulted in an average 97 leap years every four hundred years. The Reformation had already happened, so large parts of Northern Europe didn’t adopt this change until the 1700s (England, and hence the future United States, in particular waited until 1752); and of course the Eastern Orthodox countries waited even longer than that. Russia, for instance, did not switch until 1918. Even today many Orthodox congregations continue to use the Julian calendar. (By the rules of that church, they can stay as they are, but once they decide to change, they must stick with it.)
This change has almost no impact on our daily lives. We today here at QTree can simply pretend the Julian rule is in place, because the last “skipped” leap year was 1900 and the next one won’t be until 2100. None of us were alive back then, few reading this will be alive in 2100. [Now watch this article get resurrected and be read by billions sometime around 2096, just so they can laugh at that previous sentence. “Gee, that SteveInCO was such a short-sighted dingbat…” Honestly, guys, I’ve written better, go dredge some of those up instead.]
That’s the minor change I alluded to. (And yes, technically it affects the length of some months.)
The major thing that has changed, often and quirkily, in the last two thousand years, is the day the year starts. Yes, without changing the names of the dates, New Years day gets shifted around the year, falling on different dates.
You saw a hint of this already. The Roman calendar started with March and ended with what would eventually become February…at least for some period of time. Once January was instituted, it started then…Janus was the god of beginnings.
At various times, and in various places since the Romans, people have celebrated the new year on March 1, March 25, September 1st, and December 25th…and some started on Easter, which could literally be any date from late March to late April. England, in fact, used March 25 until 1752, when they switched to the Gregorian calendar.
This is hard to imagine today. But imagine that the day after March 24, 2022 was March 25, 2023. (What a pain in the butt for software! And imagine what full-year wall calendars would look like.)
George Washington, born in February, would, if birth certificates had been a thing, have had his marked February 11, 1731. Thanks to these two changes that happened in 1752, that same day would be denoted February 22, 1732.
Well, technically we’re not supposed to retroactively renumber dates just because we adjusted the calendar. And we’re also not supposed to go back to before a calendar was instituted and give dates in the “proleptic” calendar either, but we do it often. (Washington himself celebrated his birthday on February 22 after the change.) In England and the United States, sometimes a date will be labeled “O.S.” (“Old Style”) to indicate it’s the Julian calendar (and March 25 year start) in use; and (less commonly) N.S. for the Gregorian Calendar; this is done in the Wikipedia article on George Washington. And we certainly regard his birth year as having been 1732, even though on the date of his birth everyone was writing 1731 on their checks. (The Washington Quarter, for instance, originally commemorated his 200th birthday…in 1932.)
Many Eastern Orthodox countries used 1 September as the start of the year–and of course that would have been by the Julian calendar. Russia switched their New Year’s date in 1700 (but they retained the Julian calendar). September 1 would actually make a very limited amount of sense. I remember as a kid watching some commentary on the news suggesting we move New Year’s day to September 1, since a lot of things we do on an annual basis (school years, the NFL season, etc) start then. However, even if this were still true (school, at least where I live, and the NFL start earlier now), it wouldn’t be worth the bother, honestly. Imagine how it would bork up our statistics having one eight month year in there in that sequence of 12 month years. (The US government fiscal year used to start in July…then we had one 15 month fiscal year as we transitioned to having it start in October, and people complaining about federal spending have been having to explain that one ever since. And even with that change those jackasses couldn’t get a budget passed in time, and have now given up on even that.)
If we were starting from scratch, I’d personally push for either the winter solstice or the spring equinox to start the year…and the appropriate month would start on that same date as well. (No split months, thank you!) The 25th of December or March are close to these times but not right on, and I’ve never figured out for sure why there’s a four or five day difference between those historical New Year’s Days and the astronomical events. But we’re not starting from scratch; we have the calendar we have and January 1 works as well as any day.
Besides, the New Year hangovers subside just in time to celebrate Lynn Cheney’s celluloid-covered ass getting booted out of Congress. Buh-bye…Bitch.

The judge in any criminal or civil case must inform the jury that it is the Jury’s right to engage in Jury Nullification, and to explain Jury Nullification to the Jury by reading the definition of Jury Nullification attached to this Amendment. Failure to do so shall result in immediate removal of the judge from office.
If he does not vacate the office, the People are lawfully empowered to tar and feather that judge, once every day, or twice each day if the People so will it, and beat him with a wooden stick about the thighs and buttocks, until the corrupt judge does leave office.
If the judge is particularly disliked, the People are lawfully empowered to put the corrupt judge in wooden stocks in the public square, for not more than 4 hours per day, whereupon the People are empowered to throw rotten tomatoes and other vegetables, smelly and softened by rot, at the judge.
The People deem it necessary to take this measure because law enforcement has utterly failed in its duty to maintain the Rule of Law, leaving We the People no remedy except to take matters into our own hands, which is the express fault of corrupt government and corrupt law enforcement, the truth of which We the People likewise deem necessary to memorialize, forever, in the Constitution of the State, to shame law enforcement and the judiciary, in perpetuity.
Any member of law enforcement, from the governor of the state to the dog catcher, and anyone in between, including the National Guard, who attempts to intervene on behalf of any judge or other wicked civil servant attempting to defy the will of the People and this Amendment, is to be subjected to the same tar and feather punishment by the People, up to but not more than five times per day, for obstruction of justice, until they leave office or their job.
If any member of government resists punishment, armed or not, the People are lawfully empowered to overpower such rogue and lawless wicked civil servants with whatever numbers of People and arms are necessary — to include machine guns, canons, mortars, rocket launchers, armored personnel carriers, tanks, boats, ships, planes, helicopters and any other other implement of war which can be commandeered and put into service by the People — to put the lawless government down with force, by whatever means necessary.

So don’t forget to vote early and often, and be present on election day, for the opportunity to deliver justice to the wicked that you will not want to miss.
The Jury Nullification Statement every judge shall read to every jury, at the beginning of the trial, a second time after the prosecution rests its case, and a third time immediately before the jury retires to deliberate, is as follows:

Well, it started out as a lunisolar calendar and slowly over the centuries (before Julius Caesar) became a solar calendar. A lot of patching happened to it along the way.
You’re basically seeing one thing being slowly adapted to another, and that means there are a lot of historical artifacts that don’t seem to make sense down the road. Such as the twelfth month having a name that means “ten.”

More seriously one major complaint-causer is the fact that 365 is not a multiple of 7, meaning that we go through a seven year cycle where every successive year starts one day later in the week than the one before.
Or rather, we would go through that cycle were it not for leap day; that chucks a spanner into the works. We not only have seven possible 356 day years, we have seven possible 366 day years. Fourteen different types of years, and they repeat in a 28 year cycle.
But even THAT isn’t quite right because leap day isn’t (quite) every four years. It turns out that the Gregorian calendar repeats every 400 years (1600 looks like 2000 looks like 2400) because by the time you account for everything, the number of days in 400 Gregorian years does, in fact, divide by 7 and the leap year cycle repeats every 400 years as well. (365×400 + 97 leap days in 400 years divides by seven, evenly.) It turns out by the way that the second Friday of the month falls on the 13th more often than any other date that it could fall on (8th through 14th).
17 and 19 are prime buddies, and the magic 18 is between them! Gotta love that little run of numbers! 😉

I inherited a metric schitt-tonne of books from my grandfather when he passed away in 1996. I still haven’t finished reading all of them. But one time, late in 2000, I opened the next book in the stack and out fell something that had a playing card pattern on the back…and a 1973 calendar on the other side. I was about to toss it when I realized…1973+28=2001. I tucked the card in my wallet; it was a good calendar for the upcoming year. This would not have worked in 1900/1 or 2100/1 by the way because the lack of a leap day in those 00 years would have thrown the (usual) 28 year cycle off.
Every once in a while, there have been someone proposing some kind of scheme where one or two additional non-week days are inserted in the usual 7-day sequence, so as to make January 1st the same weekday (usually Sunday or Monday). Fortunately these schemes never catch on, as the existing system works well enough for everyone.
I’m quite happy with the changing week-days. Otherwise, how boring it would be to always have my birthday only on say, a Sunday or Wednesday? Or one of these extra non-weekdays days?

But one person said, why not just have a 364 day year (that divides by 7)…and then occasionally insert an entire week to make up the difference between 364 and 365.2425? (That leads to an insanely complex leap year rule, by the way.) It used to be that a common tax/financial reporting dealio was to do fiscal quarters as 13 weeks. That gets you to 364 days, so every seven quarters you’d need an extra week — which, according to some methods would end up between Christmas and New Year.
This worked really well when the bulk of your costs were weekly payrolls.
It may be that if the present-day system were to be made from scratch, that it would be considered unpleasantly complex. All these factors, 7, 365.2425, 12, 13, 53, with few or no common multipliers …. but somehow, this existing complexity is familiar enough and useful enough so that it is what remains. Even as week-numbering doesn’t quite match the years, and some years have 53 weeks and others have 52. But it works with rules like Week 1 always contains January 4th, and the first Thursday of any year is always in Week 1 of that year.
The metric system, for all its elegance, and occasional warts, only became popular because it worked better than what was before, with every little fiefdom and county having their own and wildly varying sizes of lengths, weights and volumes. A similar replacement for time has never caught on. It ain’t broke so doesn’t need fixing.

Per the nurses this is a very mild & safe drug that he may now continue on for many years, perhaps his whole life. It can help improve his overall liver function that has not (yet) returned to its pre-rejection functionality.
He is prescribed 3 large capsules a day, 900mg/day, I believe, & early on I inadvertently doubled his dose when refilling his pill box, putting 3 capsules in each chamber instead of 1 in the morning & 2 in the evening. I didn’t catch the error until I went to refill the pill box, about 2 weeks later, & discussed this med error in the adjacent liver transplant clinic visit. They were not at all concerned about this accidental overdose saying this was a Very Safe drug…
I believe that there is a High Blood Pressure med he takes (or took) that also impacts ACE2, either Lisinopril, Amlodipine, or Clonidine. I don’t recall the ACE2 effect being discussed by liver docs but by kidney &/or heart docs in my son’s case…

Just my opinion, but I disagree. I believe that any use of the Lord’s name in a way that does not acknowledge Him as God and that is offhanded and even unthinking, is taking His name in vain. Any substitutions for swearing, like saying, “Je_us!” or “Good G_d!” are taking His name in vain, IMO. Any invocation of His name that is not for the purpose of prayer, praise, or thanks, is vain speech. For me, it’s about keeping myself in my proper place in relation to Him.
It would be disrespectful to use someone’s name without their permission or to use it as a swear word or even a substitute for a swear word. We don’t do that with our fellow humans, so why do we think it’s okay to bandy about the name of God?

It is an interesting debate about which I will not unduly involve myself. I will comment on how I personally deal with the problem of pejorative speech. I have always used the Charlie Brown response of Rats or Good Grief. Another of my favorites I picked up during high school while reading Hamlet. When I am particularly frustrated with my own carelessness or stupidity I will blurt out, “Guildenstern and Rosencrantz”. I suppose I should apologize to William Shakespeare but, at the time, it never occurs to me. Using those phrases also tends to redirect my mood into something a little more humorous. Of course that’s me and my spouse has been known to consider me A B normal. I have come to understand that to never argue with the spouse is wise counsel.

Also listed as a meeting participant is Andriy Telizhenko, the same guy that Giuliani is working with to unravel this mess.

Michael K Atkinson, the Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the National Security Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ-NSD). That makes Atkinson senior legal counsel to John Carlin and Mary McCord who were former heads of the DOJ-NSD in 2016 when the stop Trump operation was underway. (Reminder: Mary McCord would go on to work for Adam Schiff’s in furthering the Ukraine Hoax Impeachment]
(Irony Reminder: The DOJ-NSD was purposefully under no IG oversight. In 2015 the OIG requested oversight and it was Sally Yates who responded with a lengthy 58 page legal explanation saying, essentially, ‘nope – not allowed.’ -All of the DOJ is subject to oversight, except the NSD.)
Put another way, Michael Atkinson was the lawyer for the same DOJ-NSD players who: (1) lied to the FISA court (Judge Rosemary Collyer) about the 80% non compliant NSA database abuse using FBI contractors; (2) filed the FISA application against Carter Page; and (3) used FARA violations as tools for political surveillance and political targeting.
Yes, that means Michael Atkinson was Senior Counsel for the DOJ-NSD, at the very epicenter of the political weaponization and abuse of FISA and the FISA Court.
(note: Michael Atkinson was appointed as the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. It was Michael Atkinson who changed the whistleblower form so that NSA/CIA Employee Eric Ciaramella could file a complaint about a July 26, 2019 phone call between President Zalensky of Ukraine & President Donald Trump of the US, which would lead to the 2020 Impeachment hearings of President Trump.
December 19, 2019 – “While several Republican lawmakers have named Ciaramella, who was reportedly the Ukraine director on the National Security Council in the early months of the Trump administration, some media outlets such as the Fox News Channel have reportedly forbidden its hosts and analysts from uttering his name. In an attempt to keep Ciaramella’s identity a secret, Facebook is also systemically removing all content with the intelligence analyst’s name, including Breitbart News articles, claiming they violate the social media giant’s Community Standards and Policies.

YouTube removed a video clip of Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul reading the question Chief Justice John Roberts suppressed during the Senate impeachment trial naming Eric Ciaramella.
“It is a chilling and disturbing day in America when giant web companies such as YouTube decide to censure speech,” Paul stated. “Now, even protected speech, such as that of a senator on the Senate floor, can be blocked from getting to the American people. This is dangerous and politically biased. Nowhere in my speech did I accuse anyone of being a whistleblower, nor do I know the whistleblower’s identity.”

Yes. Not good. And totally explains the recurrence of cancers in the jabbed!!!
I have been reading about this with great interest. It explains many things. Like how the clot-shotted keep getting rebound infections after treatment, for example. They remain full of virus far beyond when their immune system should have cleared it.
What worries me is, if this continues not only with covid but every other virus, then the vaxxed are literally Typhoid Mary with whatever they have replacing “typhoid.” Will they be endlessly contagious, no matter what virus they happen to be carrying?
I don’t know, but we have to find a way to help them, at least those who come to their senses, and those who got the vaxx in the early going for one reason or another as some here did.
I don’t think about that until after I read or post about someone who has taken the vaccine, and then I remember that in addition to many of our family members, some of our gang here did too, and then I feel bad, bad, bad.
There must be a way to help those who would be helped, we just have to find it.
I hope there’s a way to help. But I think there are no guarantees. It’s horrifying.

We can probably get a reasonable idea on the first one.
The second one though, I’m not sure if it would have made any difference at all. The sheep recognize the voice and image of their master, whether it be Anderson Cooper, or Mika & Joey, or the rest of the liars on TV.
