Snowball
Ingredients
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 large egg white, optional
- 2 to 3 ounces ginger ale, to taste
Steps to Make It
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker, pour the brandy, simple syrup, and egg white. Fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously to ensure the egg is properly mixed.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger ale. Serve and enjoy.
Well, well, well. It looks like the Revolution might be televised after all.
