DEAR MAGA: TGIF Open Thread 20221028

Let’s get this party started, shall we?

Purple People Eater

Given the above, to measure a purple people eater cocktail in parts, you would need:

  • 1 1/2 part vodka
  • 1 part blue curacao
  • 1 part sweet and sour mix
  • 1 part grenadine
  • 1 part cranberry juice, can also use cran-grape or grape juice

Keep in mind that the above is just for mixing the core drink ingredients. It does not include the measurements for decorating individual drinks, since how much you need will depend on the type of glasses you use and how many guests you have. You can also choose to totally skip decorating the glasses to make serving this drink easier.

I suppose one could make a pitcher of those.

Whistleblower Releases Internal FBI Guidance Document Highlighting Disinformation as an Election Crime

The dissidents at Project Veritas have received leaked whistleblower information from the FBI highlighting a guidance document that puts “disinformation” into the category of an “election crime.” [Source Article Here]   According to the internal guidance, sharing “false or inaccurate information intended to mislead others” may lead the FBI to charge people with election crimes.

Note the way Sundance is now labelling patriots “dissidents.”

Hmm….

MSM Reports on Looming UN Investigation of US Biolabs in Ukraine

This is nothing new to all of my loyal Substack followers, but 99% of the Western world had no idea this was going on, because the MSM have refused to report on it. These allegations have been formally presented over the course of the past 8 months, and the media buried it.

But now, after Russia’s 8 months of evidence, exposing US biological malfeasance, human experimentation, pathogen negligence, and weapon production; the UN Security Counsel have found themselves unable to ignore Russia’s allegations, as well as the pressure from the rest of the non-NATO countries of the world.

The Western media don’t report on it, but the rest of the world are completely sick of the Western world (Globalists) and their biological activity, which they allege led to the C19 outbreak.

What we are witnessing, is the global backlash for Covid. Someone released a bioweapon on the world, it turns out it was the people who benefited from it most, the US DNC and their Deep State partners. Who created and released the virus to justify mass mail-in voting, to use voter fraud to steal the election, abuse emergency powers to gain control, etc etc.

The Democrat-Media Complex’s ‘Save our Democracy’ Farce

One of the main endlessly repeated storylines the Democrat-media complex has come up with in the run-up to the 2022 election, necessitated by the disastrous first two years of the Biden administration, is that one must elect Democrats to “save our democracy.”

Unfortunately, the Democrats were not “saving our democracy” when Obama’s IRS director Lois Lerner used government power to target conservatives (the “tea party”) to get Obama re-elected, lied about it, and, because of that big “D” behind her name, was let off with no consequences whatsoever.

The Democrats were not “saving our democracy” when Hillary Clinton (D-NY) and the DNC purchased a fake Russian dossier in order to defraud the voters by framing Donald Trump of colluding with the Russians, thereby doing tremendous damage to our nation.

The Democrats were not “saving our democracy” when the Obama administration spied on its political rival, Donald Trump, something the Democrat-media colluders have been willfully blind about.

The Democrat’s were not “saving our democracy” when, after it became clear that Trump had won in 2016, the Democrat “election deniers” poured onto the streets screamingsetting fires, making violent threats and behaving like 2-year-olds that didn’t get the cookie.

The Return of Schadenfreude

Montgomery tells us that according to one poll, 47 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents want Trump to be the nominee in 2024. Zounds! Can you believe it?

Well, yes—especially since there really isn’t anyone else, yet, who has staked out Trump’s territory. Trump may be less their candidate than a placeholder for a whole portfolio of sensible policies—policies that Post reporters and their ilk wouldn’t touch with a 20-foot garbage poll.

Montgomery wants you to know that he’s not alone in his negative opinion of the 45th president’s policies: He turned to “21 experts in the presidency, political science, public administration, the military, intelligence, foreign affairs, economics and civil rights.” Ah, yes: what would we do without experts?

The first thing Trump would do? According to one of these “experts,” he would seize control of the government. Well, sure. That’s what most presidents do. They’re elected to do precisely that. People are policy, so if you want to change the policies, you have to change the people. It is surely a mark of frantic journalism, and frantic journalists, that they make the normal and obvious sound scandalous.

Why It Has to Be Trump

  • Trump is too crude in his habitual verbal comportment, lacking in the polish and restraint we associate with the presidency at its ideal best.
  • Trump continues to dwell on a rigged 2020 election, a grievance that casts him in the light of a sore loser and renders him something of an obsessive.
  • Trump is too old. After Biden, another geriatric president would be a liability. DeSantis is in his early forties and represents a vital alternative to the specter of feebleness and senility exhibited by Biden.
  • Trump is too controversial and would generate considerable opposition.

All these points, I believe, can be easily rebutted.

Why Gender Confusion is Increasing and What Can Be Done

As a Rabbi in Southern California, I have been confronted recently all too often with tweens and teenagers wanting to become a different sex.  Clearly a lot of this has to do with the push for gender modification from the leftist establishment in California, including especially schoolteachers who seem to think their agenda on this issue is more important than the wishes of the parents, let alone the children themselves.

But while this external push to lose gender identity is being thrust upon our children, it seems that an inordinate percentage of them are accepting this notion of becoming “gender fluid”.  In working with youngsters in our religious school and Bar Mitzvah program (the Bar or Bat Mitzvah is the rite of passage a 13-year-old Jew goes through), it has become clear to me that we, as parents and teachers, must understand the deeper issues that are troubling young people so that we can combat this abuse of our youth by the political and leftist elite.

The New Moralistic Mysticism That Threatens Science

A Bizarre Alternative to the Hippocratic Oath

Consider a scene back in August at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Robert Englander, a physician affiliated with Harvard and Johns Hopkins, led the class of 2026 in a bizarre alternative to the Hippocratic Oath. Repeating the words in unison, dozens of white-coated students committed to uproot “structural violence deeply embedded within the healthcare system” and to “honor all indigenous ways of healing that have been historically marginalized by Western medicine.” They also vowed to fight white supremacy, colonialism, the gender binary, ableism, and “all forms of oppression” that supposedly afflict the medical profession.

I doubt this means that the University of Minnesota will now only certify physicians who prescribe rhinoceros horn and healing drum circles. Still, a university spokesperson assured reporters that these kinds of hyper-politicized oaths are a “common practice” in medical schools and are designed to “promote humility, integrity, and beneficence” among future doctors.

Science Held Hostage to Ideology

The thing to notice in this story is not merely the eerie religiosity, but also the way students are being encouraged to subject science to progressive moral goals, honoring oppressed cultures and embracing their ideas about healing. This is a far cry from the detached skepticism of yesteryear. The late “New Atheist” Christopher Hitchens famously said that “what can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.” One wonders how he’d respond to the increasingly mystical and moralistic character of “woke” politics and institutions.

Elon Musk Twitter Takeover Nears Completion, Banks Send Cash for Acquisition as Musk Clarifies Intent to Advertisers

The cleaving of information on social media and information platforms is already well underway. I doubt anything currently undertaken to slow that process will have any effect. In essence, the ideological Big Tech platforms removed half the potential discussion purposefully and with specific intent; that decision has created alternate platforms where a more honest non-woke conversation about issues and events takes place.

Corporate advertising is part of the attack vector controlled by professional activists who use threats, fear and intimidation to target any advertiser who might want to reach an audience on a platform not directly controlled by Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Big Tech in general.  Musk’s appeal to advertisers does nothing to stop organized left-wing political activist groups from continuing their onslaught against speech they disagree with.  In the modern era few, if any, large advertisers want to enter this mosh pit political brawl.

And thus, the messiness of real life enters the digital battlefield.

Deep State Villainy Thwarts Brexit

When the British people voted to leave the European Union back in the summer of 2016, there was great rejoicing among freedom fighters both inside and outside the U.K. who find global schemes of government not only antithetical to citizens’ inherent right to national self-determination, but also the surest path toward statist tyranny.  “Conservative” Prime Minister David Cameron (I use pants-on-fire quotation marks, since the climate-change-crusading, tax-and-spend, surveillance-state-supporting Big Government disciples of the Conservative Party in the U.K. are only slightly less Marxist-socialist or outright Stalinist than their Labor adversaries) had taken a gamble with a U.K.-wide referendum on Brexit, convinced the measure would fail.  To his and the global Establishment Class’s manifest chagrin, the people voted for independence from the European Union’s de facto empire.

Cameron subsequently resigned for his failure to buttress the Davos governing model, and in came Theresa May, whose selection as prime minister by her colleagues seemed a shortsighted miscalculation that once Hillary Clinton won the presidential election a few months later, a May-Clinton-Merkel triumvirate of double-X chromosomes enthroned over Germany, the U.K., and the USA would usher in the Age of Woman, or some such identity politics rubbish — before globally approved “political correctness” turned 180 degrees and decided that men could be women, too.

‘Going to be ugly’: All signs point to Republican landslide in Florida

Less than two weeks before the election, Democrats are signaling that key races are slipping away from them. They point to ominous signs and missed opportunities, including the party’s message on abortion rights and gun control that isn’t resonating and a lack of coordination between the campaigns of Rep. Val Demings, who is vying to unseat Sen. Marco Rubio, and Charlie Crist, who is challenging Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Nolte: 21% of Black Voters Support GOP – Lights out, Donkeys

And last, but not least, a sad day for keyboard warriors who have been at this game for over twenty years:

Lucianne Goldberg, R.I.P.

Dear L Dotters.
We are heartbroken. Our beloved Lucianne passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones in her own home, the way she wanted.  But she has left a whole in our lives that we can never fill completely.

Lucianne was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was also a patriot who expressed her love of this country with both political fierceness and penetrating wit.

In that part of her world this site became her home, her community, and her voice.  She also wanted Lucianne.com to endure and she made arrangements that it would do so – just as it has for the past 25 years. The same loyal staff, the same policies, and the same principles. ( And before you ask, her son Jonah will not be involved.
She loved her son without reservation, but they saw politics differently from time to time.  So, we’ve worked it out.
The Lucianne.com team will stay on and Jonah will stay out of it.)

Obviously, no one can replace Lucianne. But we can carry-on in her name.  We’re not asking you to send money or make donations to anything.  We’re just asking you to stick around.  We think that’s the best way to honor and keep her memory alive.
Please keep her light shining.

Twenty years ago or more, when this author started in the keyboard warrior game, Lucianne and Free Republic were about all that was available in the way of online forums not geared toward liberals. Through these vehicles, a lot of information that otherwise would not have come to light did. Well done, Mrs. Goldberg. Rest now.

And now for the business portion of the post borrowed from Tuesday:

Guidelines for posting and discussion on this site were outlined by our host, WolfM00n. Please, review them from time to time.

The discourse on this site is to be CIVIL – no name calling, baiting, or threatening others here is allowed. Those who are so inclined may visit Wolf’s other sanctuary, the U-Tree, to slog it out. There is also a “rescue” thread there for members of the Tree to rendezvous if the main site goes kablooey. A third site has been added for site outages of longer duration.

This site is a celebration of the natural rights endowed to humans by our Creator as well as those enshrined in the Bill of Rights adopted in the founding documents of the United States of America. Within the limits of law, how we exercise these rights is part of the freedom of our discussion.

Fellow tree dweller the late Wheatie gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

And Auntie DePat’s requests:

If you see something has not been posted, do us all a favor, and post it. Please, do not complain that it has not been done yet.

The scroll wheel on your mouse can be your friend. As mature adults, please use it here in the same manner you would in avoiding online porn.

Biden’s Destruction Of America Vindicates Mike Anton’s 2016 ‘Flight 93’ Essay

Anton said the U.S. administrative state’s gradual replacement of constitutional self-government has metastasized into a national emergency, an argument American conservatives have been developing for more than 100 years. The essay justified a vote for Trump based on his platform against open borders, endless foreign war, and trading our economic advantages to China.

It was these, Anton argued, that really triggered the opposition to Trump, not his public moral failings, since people who divorce their spouses, commit adultery, say mean things about their own political team, publicly glory in fetishes that involve sexual violenceproposition much younger sexual partners, and destroy their own families are funded through “conservative” institutions and celebrated by “conservative” politicians. They are accepted in public discourse and “vaunted institutions” even though such behaviors drive America’s decline.

MSNBC guest: Republicans are fascists for wanting to improve economy, tame inflation

It doesn’t seem to matter what people who aren’t liberals do, we’re always fascists.

Ronald Reagan and Capturing the American Moral Imagination

Presentism is characterized by people’s increasing myopia. Those who engage in it (and they are on both the Left and the Right) disregard the past and live only in the time that amounts to a few scrolls on the Twitter feed. To the extent they focus on the future, it is usually of either the negative variety (“we are all doomed”) or what may seem positive, but actually is just a fanciful and intergalactic futurism that puts man as the measure of all things (“let’s go to Mars”). As if human problems cease to exist in such an escape—either from the burden of having to solve them or from the limits of earth’s atmosphere.

If we are unable to find our common humanity in all of this chaos, then how can we expect to find what is unique in our individual selves and our nation? The result of ideology’s hold on American society is a death of imagination. Ideology forces us to only care about results, and in ways that dehumanize and objectify people—subsuming them into “masses” or a “collective.” In such a form, imagination is not permitted, and it leads at its worst to the killing of the human spirit, or at least to the creation of lifeless Kafkaesque bureaucracy.

Elite Capture, What It Is and How It Threatens America’s Future

Elite capture has been mastered by the Chinese communists (CCP) and it has proven far more successful in subverting America than the prior efforts by the Soviet Communists, who did succeed in the FDR and Truman administrations in controlling dozens of agents in the U.S. government. One such agent, Alger Hiss, was FDR’s right-hand man at the Yalta talks, and assisted Stalin sitting across the table to gain control of 10 Eastern European countries in the post-World War II world.

While the CCP uses front groups for propaganda, they have mastered all manner of techniques with an emphasis on infiltration to influence, compromise and co-opt elites so as to “capture” them. Typical targets include university professors and scientists, media executives and reporters, and political, and corporate leaders.

Elite capture, first developed in China, was a form of corruption whereby rural elites used their authority and influence to abuse public resources and monopolize the planning and management of development projects for personal gain at the expense of the larger population. Now the CCP uses it as the primary means in expanding the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) all over the developing world, and to subvert developed countries, with a primary focus on the United States.

And now for the business portion.

Please review our HOST and site owner’s Guidelines for posting and discussion for this site. Wolf is kind enough to put up with *most* of us and our antics after thorough vetting. Violators of the baiting and deliberately attempting to divide the group rules WILL face consequences.

The discourse on this site is to be CIVIL – no name calling, baiting, or threatening others here is allowed. Company manners are appreciated. Those who are so inclined may visit Wolf’s other sanctuary, the U-Tree, to slog out discussions best saved for a wrestling mat. If, for some reason, this site is not available, head over to the UTree and visit the post at the top of the list or the closest rescue thread.

This site is a celebration of the natural rights endowed to humans by our Creator as well as those enshrined in the Bill of Rights adopted in the founding documents of the United States of America. Within the limits of law, how we exercise these rights is part of the freedom of our discussion.

THAT MEANS THAT ALL OF US HERE ARE ENTITLED TO OUR OPINIONS AND PREJUDICES, ETC., SO LONG AS THEY CAUSE NO PHYSICAL HARM TO OTHERS OR DOXX OUR FELLOW TREE DWELLERS.

All opinions here are valued for the diversity they bring to the issues, and the shaping of understanding regarding topics for which many of us do not have all information. Correcting the record on any one topic is appreciated.

Be careful in expressing thoughts as we would all like to think well of the rest of the group, and ill-thought out comments have a way of wrecking that for everyone.

EPHESIANS 6:10-20

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13Therefore take the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15and having shod your feet with the equipment of the gospel of peace; 16besides all these, taking the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the flaming darts of the evil one. 17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, 19and also for me, that utterance may be given me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador in chains; that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.

PSALMS 144:1-2, 9-10

1Blessed be the LORD, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; 2my rock and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues the peoples under him. 9I will sing a new song to thee, O God; upon a ten-stringed harp I will play to thee, 10who givest victory to kings, who rescuest David thy servant.

LUKE 13:31-35

31At that very hour some Pharisees came, and said to him, “Get away from here, for Herod wants to kill you.” 32And he said to them, “Go and tell that fox, `Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I finish my course. 33Nevertheless I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the day following; for it cannot be that a prophet should perish away from Jerusalem.’ 34O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not! 35Behold, your house is forsaken. And I tell you, you will not see me until you say, `Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!'”

After Oz-Fetterman Debate, Pennsylvania Votes To Have No Representation In The Senate

HARRISBURG, PA — After witnessing last night’s debate between Senate candidates Mehmet Oz and John Fetterman, the people of Pennsylvania have overwhelmingly voted to just have no representation in the Senate at all.

“Yeah, after seeing that debate, I don’t even think we need a Senator,” said local steelworker Joe Wunpack while rummaging through the contents of his rusty old lunch bucket. “Those folks don’t seem all that bright if you ask me.”

Pundits on the Left are praising Fetterman for having a beating heart and functioning lungs while having the letter “D” after his name. Pundits on the Right, however, insist Oz is the best choice for Pennsylvania since he can form complete sentences and has a last name that makes him sound like an all-powerful wizard. Most citizens of the state are not convinced.

“Maybe we can just skip having a Senator this year,” said Suzie Homewife while setting an apple pie on her window sill to cool. “I think 99 Senators is enough, don’t you? Actually, maybe 99 is too many.”

EPHESIANS 6:1-9

1Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2“Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), 3“that it may be well with you and that you may live long on the earth.” 4Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. 5Slaves, be obedient to those who are your earthly masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of heart, as to Christ; 6not in the way of eye-service, as men-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, 7rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to men, 8knowing that whatever good any one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free. 9Masters, do the same to them, and forbear threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and that there is no partiality with him.

PSALMS 145:10-14

10All thy works shall give thanks to thee, O LORD, and all thy saints shall bless thee! 11They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and tell of thy power, 12to make known to the sons of men thy mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of thy kingdom. 13Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endures throughout all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds. 14The LORD upholds all who are falling, and raises up all who are bowed down.

LUKE 13:22-30

22He went on his way through towns and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem. 23And some one said to him, “Lord, will those who are saved be few?” And he said to them, 24“Strive to enter by the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. 25When once the householder has risen up and shut the door, you will begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, `Lord, open to us.’ He will answer you, `I do not know where you come from.’ 26Then you will begin to say, `We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’ 27But he will say, `I tell you, I do not know where you come from; depart from me, all you workers of iniquity!’ 28There you will weep and gnash your teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God and you yourselves thrust out. 29And men will come from east and west, and from north and south, and sit at table in the kingdom of God. 30And behold, some are last who will be first, and some are first who will be last.”

It is quite clear, as per Wolf’s message from July, that we are under spiritual attack. Building up a robust arsenal of prayer and discipline is a must in fighting the enemy and his minions.

In that spirit, the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel from Tuesday’s threads, and the Breastplate of St. Patrick, not to mention the Litany of Humility are favorites recommended by exorcists in spiritual warfare.

About the Xi having the former boss removed from the floor of China’s legislative body:

What we just saw was the making of an All Xi’s Men team, the breaking of decade-long rules, and the birth of an unlimited supreme leader. These are not entirely surprising, but Xi’s grab of power is still beyond our expectation. He is now a truly modern emperor. 1/

Xi will rule China for not one but at least two and likely three terms (15 years). He is “only” 69 year old: Mao ruled China until his death at 83 and Deng kept CMC Chair until 1989 when he was 85. So don’t expect Xi to retire before 2037. Xi’s power apex just started, today. 2/

No successor. Xi is too “young” to pick up a successor. His ministers have no interest in suggesting one. Potential candidates dare not imply it. Xi’s future successor is now a nobody (who is not even in the Central Committee this time). Succession may not be an issue in 2027. 3/

America’s World War II Nostalgia Risks Blowing Up the World

Instead, we would like to warn about how the World War II afterglow has warped America’s ability to make war in a rational way. The generation that actually fought World War II has died out, and the generation that even remembers the war will join them soon. Instead, America is ruled by Baby Boomers and GenXers grew up on World War II nostalgia. Psychologically, they crave the chance to wield American power with the same moral certainty of their fathers and grandfathers. They want to win victories that are just as drastic. But to win World War II-style victories, one needs World War II-style enemies. And so, depressingly but predictably, America has conjured these enemies into being even where they don’t exist.

This warped perspective has already led to disasters in Afghanistan and Iraq, which were bad enough. But now, a persistent failure to learn has brought America’s ruling class to the brink of igniting a global nuclear war.

Rep. Liz Cheney on Trump testimony: He’s ‘not going to turn this into a circus’

Asked about the possibility of Trump testifying publicly, Cheney said the committee will treat his testimony “with great seriousness.”

“(Trump)’s not going to turn this into a circus,” Cheney said. “This isn’t going to be, you know, his first debate against Joe Biden and the circus and the food fight that that became. This is a far too serious set of issues.”

I hate to tell the bottle blonde, but it’s already a circus, and Trump is the attraction the crowds actually want to see.

Cheney: I Will Do Whatever It Takes Including Presidential Run to Stop Trump

Anchor Chuck Todd said, “Donald Trump ends up the nominee in 2024. You’ve said you won’t be a Republican anymore, so it implies you think the party can be saved.”

Cheney said, “I think the party has to come back from where we are right now, which is a dangerous and toxic place, or the party will splinter, and there will be a new conservative party that rises if Donald Trump is the nominee of the Republican Party, the party will shatter, and there will be a conservative party that rises in its place.”

Chick, you LOST your primary by forty points. These delusions of grandeur need to stop.

Win with Wisdom

I will tell you now that the West will survive only if America survives, and America will survive only if enough Americans awaken to the real threat of encroaching totalitarianism quietly descending all around them.  Speech codes, thought police, digital tracking, universal surveillance, political persecution, unrestricted government power — these are the calling cards of tyranny.  Either Americans will wake up to the bitter reality that their lives and liberty are already on the line, or they will one day be woken up by the same jackbooted enforcers who always come knocking on the insufficiently indoctrinated’s doors.  In the space separating these two possible futures, there will be a moment — a spark, if you will — that will either catch fire in the hearts and minds of Americans everywhere or be extinguished before it takes hold.  That moment will decide everything.

The question for anyone alive today is this: what will you do with that moment?  Will you let it slip by because you have convinced yourself there is nothing to be done?  Will you throw up your hands in despair at overwhelming odds?  Will you hope that someone, somewhere does something in your stead?  Or will you dig deep and armor your resolve with iron courage?

Signs of the Red Wave Approaching

Yes, folks, the red wave is real and coming to your town soon.

I have discussed the types of bias that can occur in political polling in several previous articles, one of which you can read here.  Unfortunately, that bias is still out there.  More on that later.

I have also discussed the hidden conservative vote, now officially recognized by pollsters and referred to as partisan non-response bias.  This means Democrats want to talk to the pollsters, and Republicans don’t.

In 2020, polls overestimated Joe Biden’s support by roughly 4% nationwide and by an average of 4.3 points at the state level.  The only factor the American Association for Public Research could point to for the polling miss was partisan non-response bias.

Uncivil Modernity

Hartle explains that if this central claim about the primacy of leisure is allowed, the preservation of the common good requires the presence of gentlemen who rule and philosophers who teach them. Furthermore, the presence of these human types involves nothing less than the institution of slavery for their upkeep, and this grave difficulty constituted the Classical-Christian tradition’s “Achilles’ heel.” For his part, Montaigne perceives an opportunity in this weakness. He conceives of a philosophy of equality and freedom, which replaces the old tradition’s foundation in inequality and hierarchy. To achieve this, the first order of business has to be the reconstruction of philosophy itself.

No longer will philosophy be the “love of theoretical wisdom” but will take the form of “sociable wisdom.” Such a redefinition of philosophy allows for avoiding or at least minimizing political conflict. With this consideration in mind, Hartle shows how Montaigne denies the sacred tradition’s divine origin by reducing it to the level of mere human custom. Without spiritual support, the sacred tradition is merely an arbitrary and contingent inheritance from the past. This process amounts to the mastery of human nature itself, which is the essence of the modern project when all is said and done. Montaigne’s “New Adam” differs radically from the old. He is not the created being who stands in contemplative wonder about the world and its Creator. Instead, he is a presiding judge who orders everything according to his will.

A Star Is Born: Kari Lake Shows the Real Path to “Trumpism After Trump”

In a great many cases, this post-Trump ideology is little more than wish fulfillment—the dreamer’s fantasy of a political movement that takes everything the dreamer likes about Trump while cutting loose everything they dislike about it. In fact, the most common dream is better described not as “Trumpism after Trump,” but as Trumpism without Trump.

According to these establishment luminaries, Donald Trump was too crude, uncouth, and belligerent. He spent too much time on Twitter jousting with his critics, and too little time poring over the most recent Conservatism Inc. white papers. Trump traumatized these nerds by blowing up the polite version of politics that they wish existed; the fake image broadcasted in Aaron Sorkin TV shows.

When these people dream of a political future, they fantasize about Trump’s policies (or a stale, watered-down version thereof) offered by a figure as boring as they are, someone less combative and therefore more “respectable.” This person, they believe, will win electoral and policy victories without spurring the liberal opposition’s anger and intensity. He won’t get them denounced as “fascist” by the media or their former friends.

These people mean well, but they misunderstand Trump and they misunderstand America.

“THEIR” DEMOCRACY

The Biden administration continued its campaign to criminalize political opposition on Friday after a judge sentenced Steve Bannon to four months in jail for criminal contempt of Congress. Bannon is reportedly set to become the first person to be incarcerated for Contempt of Congress in more than half a century, and also faces a $6,500 fine for his refusal to comply with a subpoena issued by the show trial masquerading as the House January 6th select committee. The former White House Chief Strategist joins a long list of figures who have been found in contempt of Congress including Eric Holder, Lois Lerner, and Janet Reno. Of course, none of those figures were sentenced to jail time for the same crime, and it doesn’t matter that Bannon did not participate or even attend the January 6th protests. The purpose of the select committee is not to actually investigate the events surrounding the protest but instead to punish Donald Trump and the political opponents of the Democratic Party.

It would be a waste of time to list the countless Washington DC functionaries who have committed far worse crimes, including fabricating evidence and directly lying to Congress, and faced zero jail time. Those individuals are shielded by their allegiance to the deep state after all and Bannon has declared himself an enemy of that same permanent bureaucratic class, and this cannot be tolerated. From the FBI’s raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence to their sweeping arrests of peaceful pro-life protesters, the message is clear: the federal justice system is a tool to punish political opponents of the Biden administration and the progressive Regime. The selective enforcement of a violation that no one has been incarcerated for since the 1940s is not hypocrisy, it is the establishment of a permanent political and legal hierarchy put on public display for all to see.

Man Pretending To Be Woman Visits Man Pretending To Be President

WASHINGTON, D.C. — History was made last week as Dylan Mulvaney, a pretend woman, sat down in a one-hour Now This News special with Joe Biden, a pretend president.

“OMG OMG OMG Mr. President, how aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrree you? EEEEEEEEEE!” said pretend woman Mulvaney in a perfect impression of a totally normal woman. “I’m so, so, so, so, so, so excited to talk to you about important issues concerning very, very young little girls just like me!”

“That’s right,” replied Biden. “I’m not even being facetious here. Not a joke. For real. Annie Oakley.”

Aides then poked the pretend president with their handy cattle prod, as he was pretending to be awake.

RALLY THREAD: Save America – Robstown, Texas, October 22, 2022

Sorry for the delay. I got wrapped up in something else and forgot this was happening.

https://twitter.com/PapiTrumpo/status/1583513464332464128

About Robstown, Texas:

The Gulf Coast Region where Robstown is located was inhabited by Native Americans in the early 1300-1400’s A.D and subsequent years.  Among the tribes who are believed to have lived along the region were the Coahuiltecan, the Tonkawa, Commanche, the Karankawa, and the Lipan-Apache.[2]

The first “Robstown” was located about 3-4 miles west of its present location in a site currently known as Rabb, Texas.[3]

On January 12, 1903 a charter was granted for the St. Louis, Brownsville and Mexico Railroad Company (Missouri-Pacific Rail Road) and the rail line would cross the Texas-Mexican Railway which went from Corpus Christi to Laredo.[4]  This crossroad (as yet, unnamed) was a growth catalyst and agriculturally based economic engine that laid a foundation for the City of Robstown that was to become “The Biggest Little Town in Texas” in the following years.   To this date (2016), this crossroads location continues to provide dynamic economic opportunities for growth for the City of Robstown and the entire Gulf Coast and South Texas regions.

Once this crossroad was established it stirred a series of entrepreneurial opportunities and ideas for local and non-local business-minded and land speculator pioneers.  Much credit is given to the rail road crossroads for the birth of Robstown, but it was not until a land speculator from Keota, Iowa by the name of George H. Paul arrived in 1907 (thus the “beginning” of Robstown) and purchased 10,410.43 acres of the Driscoll Ranch located north of the Texas-Mexican Railroad (built in 1875[5]) that a vibrant new settlement began to take place.[6]  He established the George H. Paul Land Company and built a land office for promoting and selling tracts of land.  By then, other small entrepreneurs had begun to build hotels and other small businesses to accommodate the needs of a new influx of settlers helping to construct and expand the Missouri-Pacific rail lines and a growing population of settlers that began to develop and cultivate the rich farming land in the area.  Among these early businesses was the Germania Hotel (originally located on the current Brendle hotel site) built by the A.B. Kuehm family in 1902 who came here to help with the construction of the Missouri-Pacific Rail Road south to Brownsville.[7]  This was the first building built in Robstown.  These early farmers and business entrepreneurs, within a few years, successfully turned the area into a leading cattle, cotton and vegetable farming/ranching area.   Also among these small business ventures was a small store established by Robert Driscoll, Jr. and it was known as “Rob’s Store.”  Soon after that, the locals were referring to it as “Rob’s town.”  Thus the birth of the town’s name–Robstown.[8]

About Save America

Over the past four years, President Donald Trump’s administration delivered for Americans of all backgrounds like never before. Save America is about building on those accomplishments, supporting the brave conservatives who will define the future of the America First Movement, the future of our party, and the future of our beloved country.  Save America is also about ensuring that we always keep America First, in our foreign and domestic policy.  We take pride in our country, we teach the truth about our history, we celebrate our rich heritage and national traditions, and of course, we respect our great American Flag.

  • We are committed to defending innocent life and to upholding the Judeo-Christian values of our founding.
  • We believe in the promise of the Declaration of Independence, that we are all made EQUAL by our Creator, and that must all be TREATED equal under the law.
  • We know that our rights do not come from government, they come from God, and no earthly force can ever take those rights away. That includes the right to religious liberty and the right to Keep and Bear Arms.
  • We believe in rebuilding our previously depleted military and ending the endless wars our failed politicians of the past got us into for decades.
  • We embrace free thought, we welcome robust debate, and we are not afraid to stand up to the oppressive dictates of political correctness.
  • We know that the rule of law is the ultimate safeguard of our freedoms, and we affirm that the Constitution means exactly what it says AS WRITTEN.
  • We support fair trade, low taxes, and fewer job-killing regulations, and we know that America must always have the most powerful military on the face of the Earth.
  • We believe in Law and Order, and we believe that the men and women of law enforcement are HEROES who deserve our absolute support.
  • We believe in FREE SPEECH and Fair Elections.  We must ensure fair, honest, transparent, and secure elections going forward – where every LEGAL VOTE counts.

 October 20, 2022 13:07

It’s 1:05PM Eastern Time.
At 1:20PM, the ACIP committee will most likely vote Yes to formally include COVID-19 “vaccines” and “booster shots” into the CDC’s Childhood Vaccination Schedule that all healthcare professionals follow, along with 90%+ of public-school districts requiring compliance in order for children to attend school.

That prompted….

All after this:

Just sayin’ and I don’t have kids.

This Is the Tipping Point for Covid “Vaccine” Tyranny

For nearly two years, we’ve been told the Covid-19 “vaccines” offer varying degrees of protection while offering varying varying degrees of risks. The trajectory of these two attributes of the jabs have been heading in opposite directions every since their launch. At first, we were told the injections received emergency use authorization because they were 100% effective and offered zero risk. Over time, that effectiveness number has steadily dropped while the risk factor has risen, though the degree to which these numbers have fallen and risen has been shrouded by lies, gaslighting, and a persistent narrative.

The powers-that-be have continuously changed their own narrative, but one thing has remained consistent throughout. They continue to push for every man, woman, and child to be injected as many times as possible.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I discussed several stories and played a few videos that highlight while today is a “tipping point” for vaccine tyranny. The perceived mandate by the CDC to force vaccinations on school-age children contradicts every piece of data we have available. Children face infinitesimal risks to Covid and far greater risks from the jabs themselves. On top of that, the jabs appear to have negative efficacy that gets worse with each subsequent shot, draining away immune systems and replacing what God gave us with the abominations of manufactured spike proteins and other chemical toxins.

Okay, let’s see what else is in the tabs including stuff that did appear in yesterday’s comments.

Trump Embarrasses the ‘Elites’

Trump embarrasses the “elites” who have wretchedly constructed our very un-American “ruling class.”  When backstabbing Ryan, Mittens Romney, McTurtle, Sassy-pants, or any of the other NeverTrump Chumps speaks of the “Great MAGA King,” every one of them does so with a derision rolling off his tongues that says, “How could anybody support this bourgeois philistine?  He’s just so gauche and unrefined and barely housebroken!”

It’s not just elites. I know so many never Trumpers who are more concerned about his style than substance, it’s not even funny.

Gen X to Democrats:
Eat My Shorts!

The poll broke down the results by the respondents’ ages, and while the category encompassing Gen X also technically included some younger Baby Boomers, it captured most of the so-called slacker generation. According to the survey, Gen Xers, those born between 1965 and 1980, now prefer a Republican candidate to a Democratic candidate 59 percent to 38 percent, a huge gap unmatched by the other age groups. (Boomers, the next closest group, split at 48 percent for each.)

That wasn’t the only bad news for Democrats. Fifty-six percent of Gen Xers “strongly disapprove” of Joe Biden’s job performance—a percentage nine points higher than the disapproval of Baby Boomers and 20 points higher than that of Millennials. Donald Trump has the highest approval rating and lowest unfavorable rating among Gen X voters. Forty-two percent of my generation describe Democrats as a threat to democracy; 50 percent say the same about Biden.

The Times poll isn’t an outlier. A whopping 64 percent of Gen Xers disapprove of Biden, eight points higher than the next closest age group, the Boomers, according to a Morning Consult survey conducted earlier this month. Gen Xers are most likely to believe the country is on the wrong track; plan to vote Republican next month; think coronavirus hysteria is a bigger threat to the economy than to public health; disapprove of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi; and approve of Trump.

We ARE the Ronald Reagan generation.

Another Appeals Court Finds Progressive Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Unconstitutional

Essentially, the CFPB is a congressionally authorized far-left extortion scheme in the banking sector.  The CFPB levies fines; the fines generate income; however, unlike traditional fines that go to the U.S. treasury, the CFBP fines are then redistributed to left-wing organizations to help fund their political activism.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was the brainchild of Senator Elizabeth Warren as an outcome of the Dodd-Frank legislation. Within the CFPB Warren tried to set up the head of the agency, the Director, in a manner that that he/she would operate without oversight. Unfortunately, her dictatorial-fiat-design collapsed when challenged in court.

Liberal dark money group using ‘behavioral psychology’ to get women to vote Democrat in battleground states

Galvanize Action works to “identify, reach, and move moderate women in rural, small town, and suburban America to reliably vote for progress,” according to its website. It does so by working at the “intersection of data science, behavioral psychology, and neuroscience” to find women in battleground states “who want progress but aren’t yet reliably voting that way, connect with them on their values, and impact their voting behavior.”

The low-profile group is working to move women to Democrats in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Ohio and will expand to North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Texas and Nevada. Galvanize Action is a fiscally sponsored project of the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a nonprofit incubator managed by the Washington, D.C.-based Arabella Advisors consulting firm.

So, What Is ESG?

As Andy Puzder, the former CEO of CKE Restaurants — parent to Hardee’s and Carl’s Junior — has explained, the basic tenets of ESG are radical environmental policy — the so-called “green” energy transition, progressive social policy — requiring woke principles to be enacted within a company from the top down, and governance policies that see merit-based systems replaced with preferences based on race or sex.

These ideas and policies, of course, aren’t new. But ESG has teeth where previous attempts lacked meaningful enforcement. That’s because ESG has been adopted by some of the largest financial firms in the United States. Namely BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street. Their holdings make them the number one shareholder in 80% of the companies in the S&P 500, Puzder notes. The power they get as shareholders allows them to force companies to implement ESG as upstream controllers of a company — whether all the Americans whose funds they hold agree with ESG or not.

Former RNC Chair calls MAGA Republicans “lice, fleas, and blood-sucking ticks”

Steele never really recovered from his tiff with Limbaugh and despite running for reelection for Chair, he was ejected from the position. Deservedly so.

Ever since Steele has held a grudge, particularly exacerbated by the ascendance of Trump and the MAGA movement. His comments yesterday were in line with his previously expressed opinions, but crossed a line into dehumanizing rhetoric that is disqualifying for any commentator. He is not supposed to be an outrageous Twitter warrior using “ugly” and “incendiary” rhetoric, but rather portrays himself as a representative of Republicans from another era.

Comparing human beings to “lice, fleas, and blood-sucking ticks” has a rather nasty history. I hesitate to compare anybody to the Nazis because it is so rarely true, but this is exactly the same rhetorical move that Hitler used to “other” the Jews. Insects are to be exterminated, not reasoned with or afforded human rights. Steele knows this as well as any educated human being, and yet chose this rhetoric in a moment of clarity on national TV, with a TV news person nodding along.

Stay classy, Michael Steele.

We Need To Stop Calling Ourselves Conservatives

Why? Because the conservative project has largely failed, and it is time for a new approach. Conservatives have long defined their politics in terms of what they wish to conserve or preserve — individual rights, family values, religious freedom, and so on. Conservatives, we are told, want to preserve the rich traditions and civilizational achievements of the past, pass them on to the next generation, and defend them from the left. In America, conservatives and classical liberals alike rightly believe an ascendent left wants to dismantle our constitutional system and transform America into a woke dystopia. The task of conservatives, going back many decades now, has been to stop them.

New Election Integrity App VotifyNow Allows Users To Share Election Integrity Concerns And Irregularities Nationwide

Careful on the apps.

What Happens When Democrats Lose Bigly?

After the midterm elections, when Democrats, their moneybags backers, and corporate media lackeys are stunned that they’ve lost Congress by margins larger than now anticipated — and heaps of state and local offices are lost — the quiet may end abruptly.  Don’t bet against it.

The Central Importance of Infrastructure

Infrastructure requires careful definition these days. Leftists have recently repurposed the word to describe not pipelines and power grids but social services and public education. Where leftists trod, moderate Democrats and RINOs have followed, muddying the meaning by imposing a broad concept onto what should be straightforward and tangible. This isn’t a trivial problem, because infrastructure, traditionally defined, demands painful clarity from ideologues committed to limited government.

For example, if you are going to build a pipeline to transport natural gas from wells to refineries and from there to end users, you have to lay the pipe in a route that minimizes material waste. The same reality holds true for high-voltage power lines, freeways, and railroads. Without the ability of government to exercise eminent domain, it would be impossible to secure easements to build these necessary assets.

Even infrastructure built with private funding, such as toll roads, can’t be constructed without eminent domain. Without that legal authority, one private landowner occupying a small parcel in the path of a project could stop it cold.

The moral worth of eminent domain falls along a continuum, and where the line is drawn between justified versus unjustified use is subjective. Necessary pipelines, aqueducts, and power lines are on one end, and sports stadiums, “redevelopment,” and urban renewal are on the other. And even in those less justifiable categories, history is filled with examples of glorious rebuilt cities arising on top of decaying slums, and only the arbitrary use of power made them possible.

But we don’t have to go that far in this discussion. We’re just trying to keep the lights on.

THE END OF MEN: A REVIEW

Alter Your Perspective on Durham’s Role

I laid off the Danchenko trial, because I recognized that Durham’s role is more of an educator than a prosecutor. And unfortunately, many in this community are so famished for justice, that they are let down when low-level pawns are not prosecuted. Yet, if Danchenko was to have been found guilty, the same people who are upset, would have been screaming that “none of this matter’s unless Hillary and Obama go down”. Which, is true.

We should not hinge our success on low-level players like Danchenko or Sussman. Names that 99.99% of the public didn’t know until they appeared on trial. This is not about them. This is about a conspiracy that goes all the way to the top, and exposing the web of subordinates Obama and the Hillary campaign used to pull off treason.

The discourse on this site is to be CIVIL – no name calling, baiting, or threatening others here is allowed. Company manners are appreciated.

Be careful in expressing thoughts as we would all like to think well of the rest of the group, and ill-thought out comments have a way of wrecking that for everyone.

‘Wait, Jesus, Did You Notice That Wasn’t What I Was Praying For?’

His Presence Must Be Our Pursuit

EPHESIANS 3:14-21

14For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, 15from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 16that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with might through his Spirit in the inner man, 17and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18may have power to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fulness of God. 20Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, 21to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, for ever and ever. Amen

LUKE 12:49-53

49“I came to cast fire upon the earth; and would that it were already kindled! 50I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how I am constrained until it is accomplished! 51Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division; 52for henceforth in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three; 53they will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against her mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.”

To Drown Out Justice Jackson, Clarence Thomas Resorts To Wearing Noise-Canceling Headphones

WASHINGTON, D.C. — With Ketanji Brown Jackson joining a growing number of women on the United States Supreme Court, Justice Clarance Thomas has taken to wearing noise-canceling headphones to help drown out the incessant chatter.

“What on earth do these womenfolk need to be talking about all the time?” said Thomas. “Why do you need 11,000 words to discuss whether a man using a girl’s bathroom is a First Amendment right? The Constitution ain’t that complicated! I can’t take it anymore!”

Thomas then turned up the volume on his favorite Megadeath album Rust in Peace and put his head down, waiting for the ladies to finish their extremely drawn-out legal arguments.

Justices Alito, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch have also found ways to cope with the increased noise level, often sneaking away to the bathroom to smoke a cigarette while waiting for oral arguments to finish. “I took up smoking just so I’d have an excuse to get away. This is bad for my health!” complained Kavanaugh.

Igor Danchenko Found Not Guilty on all Four Counts of Lying to the FBI

Not surprising, but not the point of the effort. A lot of information about the FBI and their criminal behavior came out.

The FBI’s Million-Dollar Men

As I’ve reported, the FBI spends an average of $42 million per year to pay informants and does so with absolutely no financial or legal accountability. Confidential human sources are paid in cash; they can offer their services for a variety of reasons including financial need or to obtain a change in immigration status. FBI agents are required to keep at least one informant on the books, an FBI whistleblower told me; successfully using a CHS to bust up a crime is one way to get promoted.

But ongoing trials related to the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, January 6, and the Whitmer fednapping case are once again shining a light on the way the bureau hires snitches to advance political goals.

Arizona AG asks FBI, IRS to investigate election integrity watchdog True the Vote

They put themselves on the line to bring us evidence of the corruption. This kind of crap would dissuade and destroy lesser people.

True The Vote Responds to RINO AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s Referral to the FBI-IRS – And a Veiled Shot at FOX News

What’s strange is that FOX News reported on AG Brnovich’s letter on Friday, but, as both Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips confirmed, FOX News never reached out to True The Vote for comment on these defamatory and (somehow) criminal referrals made by the Attorney General’s Office in Arizona.

Democratic operative says he’s been committing voter fraud for decades and warns ‘war coming November 3rd over this stuff’

“This is a real thing. And there is going to be a f—ing war coming November 3rd over this stuff,” the operative, who spoke to the New York Post on the condition of anonymity, explained. “If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”

He added, according to the New York Post, that “fraud is more the rule than the exception” when it comes to mail-in voting.

The whistleblower described himself as a Bernie Sanders supporter and said he chose to come forward a couple months before the election in the hopes that election officials will beef up security.

The operative explained that the ballots themselves were easy to reproduce and feature no security features. He would put them into a copy machine and make his own. However, the return envelopes are “more secure than the ballot,” so he procured them from legitimate voters by canvassing neighborhoods with other staff members and convincing voters to give them their completed ballots.

The Establishment is Still Terrified of Donald Trump

This is really all we need to know about the continued hysteria over January 6 and the government’s fishing expedition relating to some files Trump was keeping at Mar-a-Lago without permission from ideologically compromised librarians at the National Archives. The apparatchiks in the permanent administrative state see Trump not as a threat to democracy, as they claim, but as a threat to themselves and their power. While the bureaucrats have made significant inroads under the lawless Biden regime, they have not, at least not yet, been able to make Trump and the people he represents go away. This terrifies and angers them. As long as dissent is a possibility, they won’t be satisfied.

The regime mouthpiece, Washington Post, expressed the anxiety of the nomenklatura in a recent hand-wringing screed depicting the doomsday scenario of Trump’s restoration. What more could Trump possibly do, after winning an election he wasn’t supposed to win in 2016 and then almost stealing another with help from QAnon, to harm “Our Democracy™”? Well, he could install “loyalists” in the federal government (as opposed to the disloyal bureaucrats from his last administration who went on TV to testify against him in partisan show trials). He could “politicize the FBI” with “endless” investigations into his opponents. Just imagine! A president using the justice system as a political weapon? That would be shocking.

Non-Partisan Elections Are Non-Existent

The War for Internet Freedom Has Just Begun

The “free press,” in other words, has always been filled with information “gatekeepers” no less corruptible than any other humans and just as capable of intentionally keeping the public in the dark as they are of letting in some occasional light.  For what it’s worth, Clinton’s worries were warranted, and a complete unknown named Matt Drudge nearly took down his presidency with a story about a stained blue dress that several prestige news outlets had refused to cover.  The somewhat secret war over information would never be the same.

While we watch government-induced censorship increasingly squeeze the free flow of information today, it is easy to throw up our hands in despair and presume that the light of freedom will inexorably dim.  I encourage you instead to see government-engineered threats to free speech as further evidence that both totalitarianism and freedom are on the march.  Powerful institutions do not work this hard to silence voices unless they are deeply afraid.  The push for control is inextricably linked to the perception of fear.  The harder that authorities push to control what we say, the more clearly they reveal their own fear.  This is a sign of weakness.

The Transnationals And Their Ideological Smoke Screen

But I was wrong as far as the warring ideologies. That may well arise in the distant future. Right now, and for the foreseeable future, the transnational actors are only making war—a cold, subversive, war—against the nation-state and not each other. The World Economic Forum represents the moment the transnationals found their ideology for the present struggle. It’s a single, uniform ideology, made to order to finally wrest sovereignty away from the nation-state. I’m referring of course to the left/progressive/neo-Marxist amalgam of climate emergencies, critical race theory, and the familiar diversity-equity-inclusion and environmental-social-governance platforms.

Jan 6 Panel Continues To Hold Hearings For Stuffed Animals And Action Figures They Arranged In Chairs

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol™ may have stopped broadcasting on prime-time television, but sources reveal the committee is alive and well behind closed doors with an audience of stuffed animals and action figures they arranged in chairs.

“The committee holds hearings almost daily,” explained a congressional aide while adjusting a Cabbage Patch doll on a leather chair. “I have to rearrange the seats constantly to reflect a ‘living’ audience. Rep Kinzinger is adamant that the proceedings appear as realistic as possible.”

According to sources, witnesses are often called to testify before the committee. Stuffed animals are often used to represent members of the Trump family. The committee has also seen fit to subpoena members of the elite G.I. Joe corps for a military perspective.

Have a great weekend.
