2023·05·13 Joe Biden Didn’t Win Daily Thread

Language Warning

In the next piece I had to discuss a particular topic. Unfortunately, I couldn’t discuss it without naming it. Therefore I apologize in advance for having to do so, and apologize to anyone offended by the sight of the name.

RINO McDaniel

RINO McDaniel continues to infest the GOP. But RINO McDaniel isn’t the problem.

Let me be crystal clear on this, RINO McDaniel is a lower-than-whale-shit, piss guzzling ratfucking shit eating traitorous rancid syphillitic cunt. Her worth as a human being is substantially less than zero, any oxygen sucked into her lungs is wasted, and it would be, no matter what job she had.

I fear I haven’t been clear enough, but that will have to suffice.

But she is not the problem…or rather, she would not be a problem were it not for others. She’d still be as I have described, but we wouldn’t know who she is and would not care, because she could do no damage. She’d just be anonymous human refuse.

No, the real problem is the fact that a majority of the 168 top GOP people voted for her. And now that has happened five times so they cannot claim they didn’t know what she was.

In spite of the fact that under her “leadership” the party has deliberately sabotaged the will of its base, has deliberately refused to challenge blatant election fraud, had gone out of its way to ensure certain candidates do not get nominated, has diverted donor money to namby-pamby candidates who have all the electoral appeal of a puddle of dog vomit…and in general has done nothing whatsoever to help fix the problems that plague America.

However that last is to be expected; I cannot expect anyone who IS the problem to help FIX the problem.

RINO McDaniel would be powerless without an entire party leadership of the same mind as her. They want this dismal performance; they want to ignore the party base.

If she were to drop dead this instant, it would solve nothing as someone just like her would be elected by those same pustulous people.

According to Charlie Kirk, about 55 people voted against her, 10-12 wanted something different but were too chickenshit to do the right thing, and roughly 100 people voted for her enthusiastically, and even had the unmitigated gall to complain to Kirk about US. Fuck ’em. Rusty 12 gauge bore brushes would be too good for these arrogant pricks and cunts.

Every single one of those hundred is just as bad as she is. In other words, they are all worse than I described at the beginning of this piece. And no doubt those people in turn have people who supported them to be state party chairs and whateveritis they call the other two people from each state and territory who were voting.

It’s time to face up to the fact that the Republican party is effectively owned by the shit-eating RINOs. We’ve got more work to do, a lot more work, to make the GOP an instrument for the restoration of the United States of America. And that’s in addition to cleaning up our elections.

There’s no point in cleaning up elections just to elect ratfucking RINOs.

OK, hopefully now you will have some inkling of my true attitude towards RINOs. Sorry that words were inadequate to give you the full picture.

The Real Fascist is His Fraudulency Joe Biden*

*Or whoever has his hand rammed up that meat puppet’s ass.

Brandon (which I will use as a term for whoever is the power behind the Porcelain Throne) has thrown down the gauntlet…but in a way where most of America will never see it. The networks didn’t carry his tirade. CNN air brushed it (or whatever you call editing the red background) for its five viewers (who aren’t trapped in airports).

Luckily for me I live in Colorado, and therefore, despite my best efforts, I probably didn’t vote for Donald Trump.

Of course, for this purpose who I actually did try to vote for will be essential, and they undoubtedly know.

Come and get us, asswipes!

Justice Must Be Done.

The prior election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system.

Nothing else matters at this point. Talking about trying again in 2022 or 2024 is hopeless otherwise. Which is not to say one must never talk about this, but rather that one must account for this in ones planning; if fixing the fraud is not part of the plan, you have no plan.

Small Government?

Many times conservatives (real and fake) speak of “small government” being the goal.

This sounds good, and mostly is good, but it misses the essential point. The important thing here isn’t the size, but rather the purpose, of government. We could have a cheap, small tyranny. After all our government spends most of its revenue on payments to individuals and foreign aid, neither of which is part of the tyrannical apparatus trying to keep us locked down and censored. What parts of the government would be necessary for a tyranny? It’d be a lot smaller than what we have now. We could shrink the government and nevertheless find it more tyrannical than it is today.

No, what we want is a limited government, limited not in size, but rather in scope. Limited, that is, in what it’s allowed to do. Under current circumstances, such a government would also be much smaller, but that’s a side effect. If we were in a World War II sort of war, an existential fight against nasty dictatorships on the brink of world conquest, that would be very expensive and would require a gargantuan government, but that would be what the government should be doing. That would be a large, but still limited government, since it’d be working to protect our rights.

World War II would have been the wrong time to squawk about “small government,” but it wasn’t (and never is) a bad time to demand limited government. Today would be a better time to ask for a small government–at least the job it should be doing is small today–but it misses the essential point; we want government to not do certain things. Many of those things we don’t want it doing are expensive but many of them are quite eminently doable by a smaller government than the one we have today. Small, but still exceeding proper limits.

So be careful what you ask for. You might get it and find you asked for the wrong thing.

Political Science In Summation

It’s really just a matter of people who can’t be happy unless they control others…versus those who want to be left alone. The oldest conflict within mankind. Government is necessary, but government attracts the assholes (a highly technical term for the control freaks).

A Few Things We Cannot Blame on His Fraudulency

I am pretty sure Joe Biden had nothing whatsoever to do with the 30 Years War that ran from 1618-1648 and probably killed about a third of the people then living in what is now Germany.

Nor did he cause the collapse of either Roman empire (Western, 476 CE, Eastern 1453 CE). Nor the ignominious failure of most of the Crusades. Nor the collapse of Bronze Age civilization around 1200 BCE (including the collapse of the Minoans and the blowup of Santorini).

However, my utter lack of ability to imagine how he could possibly be responsible for these things is not a valid argument against them, so I await correction if appropriate.

His Truth?

Again we saw an instance of “It might be true for Billy, but it’s not true for Bob” logic this week.

I hear this often, and it’s usually harmless. As when it’s describing differing circumstances, not different facts. “Housing is unaffordable” can be true for one person, but not for another who makes ten times as much.

But sometimes the speaker means it literally. Something like 2+2=4 is asserted to be true for Billy but not for Bob. (And when it’s literal, it’s usually Bob saying it.) And in that sense, it’s nonsense, dangerous nonsense. There is ONE reality, and it exists independent of our desires and our perceptions. It would go on existing if we weren’t here. We exist in it. It does not exist in our heads. It’s not a personal construct, and it isn’t a social construct. If there were no society, reality would continue to be what it is, it wouldn’t vanish…which it would have to do, if it were a social construct.

Now what can change from person to person is the perception of reality. We see that all the time. And people will, of course, act on those perceptions. They will vote for Trump (or try to) if their perception is close to mine, and vote against Trump (and certainly succeed at doing so) if their perception is distant from mine (and therefore, if I do say so, wrong). I have heard people say “perception is reality” and usually, that’s what they’re trying to say–your perception of reality is, as far as you know, an accurate representation of reality, or you’d change it.

But I really wish they’d say it differently. And sometimes, to get back to Billy and Bob, the person who says they have different truths is really saying they have different perceptions of reality–different worldviews. I can’t argue with the latter. But I sure wish they’d say it better. That way I’d know that someone who blabbers about two different truths is delusional and not worth my time, at least not until he passes kindergarten-level metaphysics on his umpteenth attempt.

Lawyer Appeasement Section

OK now for the fine print.

This is the WQTH Daily Thread. You know the drill. There’s no Poltical correctness, but civility is a requirement. There are Important Guidelines,  here, with an addendum on 20191110.

We have a new board – called The U Tree – where people can take each other to the woodshed without fear of censorship or moderation.

And remember Wheatie’s Rules:

1. No food fights
2. No running with scissors.
3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.
4. Zeroth rule of gun safety: Don’t let the government get your guns.
5. Rule one of gun safety: The gun is always loaded.
5a. If you actually want the gun to be loaded, like because you’re checking out a bump in the night, then it’s empty.
6. Rule two of gun safety: Never point the gun at anything you’re not willing to destroy.
7. Rule three: Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
8. Rule the fourth: Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

(Hmm a few extras seem to have crept in.)

(Paper) Spot Prices

Kitco “Ask” prices. Last week:

Gold $2,018.60
Silver $25.77
Platinum $1070.00
Palladium $1,567.00
Rhodium $8,600.00

This week, 3PM Mountain Time, markets have closed for the weekend.

Gold $2,011.50
Silver $24.05
Platinum $1,058.00
Palladium $1,538.00
Rhodium $8,300.00

Gold again came close to all time highs midweek but has been pushed back. It’s roughly back to where it was. Silver is well down since last week. The platinum group metals are all down…not as much as silver but in each case over a percent.

Beethoven Eroica

The entirety of Beethoven’s 3rd Symphony is worthwhile. It’s a bit “dark” in the way that Trump’s inauguration speech wasn’t (at least not to us–he was threatening them with a well-deserved asskicking so of course it was dark to them). But here are some highlights, first from the second movement:

If you can hang in there from the starting point, and get to 9:48…the gloves come off as one YT commenter put it.

Fourth movement, a theme that always made me imagine a righteous asskicking (so long as we’re discussing such)…so not quite as dark.

China is in the White House

Since Wednesday, January 20 at Noon EST, the bought-and-paid for His Fraudulency Joseph Biden has been in the White House. It’s as good as having China in the Oval Office.

Joe Biden is Asshoe

China is in the White House, because Joe Biden is in the White House, and Joe Biden is identically equal to China. China is Asshoe. Therefore, Joe Biden is Asshoe.

But of course the much more important thing to realize:

Joe Biden Didn’t Win

Thanks for the Beethoven. There’s an interesting history of “Eroica” here:

Thank you for the interesting history. I’m enjoying it.

This is 🔥🔥🔥 and on target for how so many feel about what was done to us during COVIDiocy and about laws that infringe upon our rights.

Megyn Kelly challenges Charlize Theron over drag queens: ‘Why don’t you come and f–k me up?’

Megyn Kelly hit out at her Hollywood alter ego Charlize Theron on Friday after the actress who portrayed the former Fox News star in the hit film “Bombshell” threatened to “f–k anybody up” if they oppose drag queens performing for children.

Kelly on Friday responded to a viral clip of Theron defending drag shows during a telethon.

“I will f–k anybody up who is, like, trying to f–k with anything with” drag queens, Theron said during Sunday’s “Drag Isn’t Dangerous” telethon, which raised around $500,000.

“Okay, so why doesn’t Charlize Theron come and f–k me up? Because I’m 100% against her on this,” Kelly said during Friday’s episode of SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show”…

Nice Megan Kelly has found her backbone AND NOT taking shit from drag queens.

A lesson I was told early on in life ” not everything that shines is gold” Maybe that is why I do not jump from the frying pan into the firer 😏
Lots of questions need to be ask concerning Twitter ” what is the purpose?”

Gail Combs

“…Lots of questions need to be ask concerning Twitter ” what is the purpose?”…”

Twitter is THE BATTLE FIELD in the information war. That is why it is necessary to stay on Twatter. Anything else is just singing to ourselves.

Lets hope you are correct.

Gail Combs

I get the feeling that things are going to get a lot worse before the Sheeple FINALLY wake up to the fact they are being bamboozled.

They are so brainwashed they are stuck.

Gail Combs

Not all of them. The people in the inner cities are suffering under ‘Defund the Police” and “Illegal Immigration is GOOD” They are starting to figure out that Biden and most other politicians ARE NOT FOR AMERICANS.

I saw somewhere only about 1 % of blacks cause most, if not ALL the crime. Now they are watching family members get killed by fendanyl, criminal blacks and the Pols PROTECTING the criminals and not the innocent.

True inner city people and poor people are always taking the brunt .

Agreed. Twitter is The Major Battlefield. Other places are small in comparison and many like this place serve only to percolate ideas and gain some rest from the battle, useful and important, but it’s not the fight. Q said as much, don’t give up the ground, stay the fight and he was talking specifically about Twitter. 😮

Meanwhile they may or may not go back to their previous ways of deplatforming us there and else where. Their new tactic though appears to be the limiting of our reach. Very deceitful and shrouded in darkness. Regardless, just saying No to their WEFfing ways really pains them. Resist we shall, here, there and everywhere, forcing them to over step so we can all instinctively pounce which is what MAGA does so infinitely well. 😁

Barb Meier

I am glad that Elon is keeping control over Twitter development. I looked back to see if Turkey can shut off access to Twitter in all of Turkey’s DNS servers. I know China has long done that. I found an article from 2014 (Obama era) when Turkey was also restricting URL website access by controlling the allowed DNS “address book” of places the Turkish ISNs can go. So, Elon’s job now is to develop tech that stops DNS server blocking. If he did so, China and Turkey might be miffed. So would the CIA and Obama I suspect.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

WOW. So much truth there.

We’ve known for a couple of years that people placed on ventilators died at a higher rate and that it was not because of COVID.

A new analysis suggests that a high percentage of people who required help from a ventilator due to a COVID-19 infection also developed secondary bacterial pneumonia. This pneumonia was responsible for a higher mortality rate than the COVID-19 infection.

So while COVID-19 may have put these patients in the hospital, it was actually an infection brought on by the use of a mechanical ventilator that was more likely to be the cause of death when this infection didn’t respond to treatment.

“Our study highlights the importance of preventing, looking for, and aggressively treating secondary bacterial pneumonia in critically ill patients with severe pneumonia, including those with COVID-19,” says Benjamin Singer, a pulmonologist at Northwestern University in Illinois…

The findings refute the idea that a cytokine storm following COVID-19 – an overwhelming inflammation response causing organ failure – was responsible for a significant number of deaths. There was no evidence of multi-organ failure in the patients studied.

“There was no evidence of multi-organ failure in the patients studied.”

What about the ones they gave Remdesivir and had kidney failure?

Last edited 11 months ago by Linda

I think they were focusing on patients who were placed on ventilators. If I remember correctly, Remdesivir was given a little further into the plandemic? (I could be mistaken.)

Remdisivir, summer 20, IIRC.

Valerie Curren

TT I just noticed that you graduated to Wolf status!!! Congrats 😎

Thank you. I was very surprised to see that!

Valerie Curren

your remarks are literally at the top of the popularity pyramid, up there with Wolf’s now!!!

Valerie Curren

my thought too, though not as well formed

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

EXACTLY. ‘I’ve seen this study, and it’s either a VICTIM or PERPETRATOR of “either/or” logic on the situation.

There is lots of evidence of ALL of these:

  • inflammatory phase of COVID in some people
  • cytokine storm = very bad inflammatory phase
  • secondary bacterial infection of the inflammation
  • multi-organ failure as a bad endpoint of COVID
  • multi-organ failure as a bad end of remdesivir

And while this study may or may not have selected patients with outcomes of multi-organ failure, it’s likely that it FOUND (and possibly selected) a set with secondary pneumonia, as a COMMON ENDPOINT of ventilator therapy.

The correlation of vents to secondary pulmonary infection always seemed likely, and this study fits well with Zelenko’s and Raoult’s thinking, that prophylactic azithromycin would prevent secondary bacterial infection, keeping people out of hospitals and off vents.

Gail Combs

When I had the cytokine storm from Baric’s Covid and could not breath (O2 ~85) they gave me prednisone for the ‘asthma’ and azithromycin to prevent pneumonia even though my temp was normal.

Worked like a charm.

I was already taking a multi vitamin PLUS selenium vit D3, vit C, vit E, eating lots of beef (zinc) and drinking green tea as my beverage of choice. The ‘Flu’ was really nasty but I recovered and then went into an ‘Asthma attack’

Luckily this was a FULL YEAR before Covid was released.

Which is why I took the calculated gamble in early 2021 of taking Merck’s one shot pneumococcal vaccine for older folks. No way would I go on the vent if hospitalized for a virus. Which later proved to be a valid point when my BIL’s sister died later that fall when she was first placed on a vent in ICU and several days later given Remdesivir to finish the job. She had not been vaccinated with the pneumococcal previously.

Nobody wants to talk about warp speed ventilator manufacturing anymore, do they?

Gail Combs

Remember CUOMO WAS DEMANDING VENTS from POTUS and he responded. Later it was found NY had warehouses full.

Is anyone else having problems with Twatter loading? I keep getting an annoying pop up. It just started yesterday sit was not my computer rehab.

I type a word and only 1/2 (or less) makes it to the comment box!

Is that a WordPress issue?

I’ve been having issues on this site and several others (slow loading; frequent automatic page reloads; lots of problems trying to comment/reply)

I just saw it at redstate when I tried to read the article.

We can expect more and more hacking. Rumble had problems a week or two ago.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

IMO the WEF-backed censorship-industrial complex is pushing ISPs and other players to implement filters which are harming the internet, and KlauSS SSchwab is hiding that stuff under the excuse of (his wobbly old fist shaking) “cyberattacks”.

Barb Meier

There were two days last week when Catturd and Jewel’s InTheLitterBox live show on Rumble kept losing the sound. By Friday, it was better. It was affecting lots of the commenters so wasn’t isolated to just me.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Yes, it’s a Twitter issue. Twitter is limiting the bandwidth to your computer. You may have to kill all your Twitter tabs except one, and most of your tabs to this place, as well. They are all hogging a lot of Twitter bandwidth.

Gail Combs

Thanks for that info.

I was out for a while, and now it is not so bad though I will close twatter tabs.

Barb Meier

Try clearing the caches and coming back in. The last two evenings, I had to empty the caches in Safari (Developer menu > Empty Caches command) when Twitter decided suddenly I needed to log in again but then would not let me log in and just kept looping to not recognize me. After I did that, I logged in just fine and I got a message saying I had logged in from a new device. The device was not new but Twitter thought so.

Remember the old vent operator nurses putting out vids about how complicated they were having so many settings and diverse ways of using them. It was said they’d require much training not just with nurses but with doctors to employ them correctly as not employing them correctly could lead to injury or death, but the path to training people on them didn’t seem to exist and there were so few skilled operators. Instead those very few news stories started to go away and one was left with the idea that it was being handled at some level. Apparently not.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Remember this video, which shut down the vent-murder complex….

And who’s to say how unscrupulous people are going to screw with the settings. Untrained or intentional? Situation was too fluid and not enough experts to figure it all out.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

All those weird fake nurses who got fake certificates right before COVID….. WTH!!!

Several years When I used to visit nursing homes and hospitals my doctor suggested getting a a vaccine shot against bacterial pneumonia. That was a good suggestion.

How do they compel responses?

Wishful thinking? Offer immunity? Dunno.

The Fifth says, “nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself”. You can be compelled to be a witness against others (e.g. jailed until talk), if you are not a witness against yourself. Immunity for your own crimes so long as you testify to the crimes of others is the usual method.

Good to know.

The full Fifth:

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

As was usual at the time, the language used was exceedingly fine and meant EXACTLY what it said, not a molecule more or less.

Exactly. Which has been lost on the citizens of our country. No different than the yokes imposed on the children of Israel by the scribes and Pharisees.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Look how much VIOLATION of this, there has been!!!

Robert Baker

The study of law is like theology. The meaning of words and how they are phrased can lead to endless nuance and permutation depending on circumstance and perspective. Social disciplines like law depend more on interpretation and perspective than on facts. The intended justice behind the law is as difficult to achieve as trying to hold a cloud in your hands.

Valerie Curren

Excellent insights–thank you!

So he can be used when when they pull some of the others?

I’m not sure I understand your question.

He can be compelled to testify against others so long as he is not, himself, implicated.

Thanks that answers my question, I don’t think he did the whole plot against PDJT by himself.

^^^ This.

Gail Combs

This is the video on Rumble:

IIRC EMPLOYEES of the US Government MUST RESPOND unlike US Citizens.

…If a situation exists where testimony is required by the “public servant” to explain how the powers endowed to him or her, by the people, were indeed executed, should not the person be required to reply or be terminated?

The employee must be accountable to the employer.

The right against self-incrimination is a personal privilege that does not extend to a corporation or its records. Bellis v. United States, 417 U.S. 85, 89-91 (1974)(Bellis, it should be noted, held that a lawyer couldn’t withhold his law firm’s documents, even if those documents would tend to incriminate him). Further, a corporate record custodian may not resist a subpoena on the grounds that the contents of the documents would be personally incriminating.”

The Constitution does not extend protections to all situations. If your drill sergeant wants to inspect your footlocker, you cannot say, sorry Sarge, private property. No Fourth Amendment search protections here.

Being employed by the public, being an employee of the government demands accountability and transparency. After all, the person operates via the powers extended to them by the States and the People….

Actual court case:

….On July 9, 1973, the Court of Appeals affirmed in a per curiam opinion. In re Grand Jury Investigation, 483 F. 2d 961 (CA3 1973). Relying on this Court’s decision in United States v. White, 322 U. S. 694 (1944),

:wpds_arrow: the Court of Appeals stated that “the privilege has always been regarded as personal in the sense that it applies only to an individual’s words or personal papers” and thus held that the privilege against self-incrimination did not apply to “records of an entity such as a partnership which has a recognizable juridical existence apart from its members.”

483 F. 2d, at 962. After MR. JUSTICE WHITE had stayed the mandate of the Court of Appeals on August 1, we granted certiorari, 414 U. S. 907 (1973), to consider this interpretation of the Fifth Amendment privilege and the applicability of our White decision in the circumstances of this case. We affirm.

:wpds_arrow: It has long been established, of course, that the Fifth Amendment privilege against compulsory self-incrimination protects an individual from compelled production of his personal papers and effects as well as compelled oral testimony.

In Boyd v. United States, 116 U. S. 616 (1886), we held that “any forcible and compulsory extortion of a man’s own testimony or of his private papers to be used as evidence to convict him of crime” would violate the Fifth Amendment privilege. Id., at 630; see also id., at 633-635; Wilson v. United States, 221 U. S. 361, 377 (1911). The privilege applies to the business records of 88 *88 the sole proprietor or sole practitioner as well as to personal documents containing more intimate information about the individual’s private life. Boyd v. United States, supraCouch v. United States, 409 U. S. 322 (1973)Hill v. Philpott, 445 F. 2d 144 (CA7), cert. denied, 404 U. S. 991 (1971)Stuart v. United States, 416 F. 2d 459, 462 (CA5 1969).

As the Court explained in United States v. White, supra, at 698, “[t]he constitutional privilege against self-incrimination . . . is designed to prevent the use of legal process to force from the lips of the accused individual the evidence necessary to convict him or to force him to produce and authenticate any personal documents or effects that might incriminate him.” See also Curcio v. United States, 354 U. S. 118, 125 (1957)Couch v. United States, supra, at 330-331.

:wpds_arrow: On the other hand, an equally long line of cases has established that an individual cannot rely upon the privilege to avoid producing the records of a collective entity which are in his possession in a representative capacity, even if these records might incriminate him personally. This doctrine was first announced in a series of cases dealing with corporate records.

In Wilson v. United States, supra, the Court held that an officer of a corporation could not claim his privilege against compulsory self-incrimination to justify a refusal to produce the corporate books and records in response to a grand jury subpoena duces tecum directed to the corporation.

A companion case, Dreier v. United States, 221 U. S. 394 (1911), held that the same result followed when the subpoena requiring production of the corporate books was directed to the individual corporate officer. In Wheeler v. United States, 226 U. S. 478 (1913), the Court held that no Fifth Amendment privilege could be claimed with respect to corporate records even though the corporation had previously been dissolved.

And 89 *89 Grant v. United States, 227 U. S. 74 (1913), applied this principle to the records of a dissolved corporation where the records were in the possession of the individual who had been the corporation’s sole shareholder….

If there is no fifth Amendment rights granted to EMPLOYEES of Corporations but ONLY to individuals, then the same should hold true for government EMPLOYEES.

I hope this goes up to the Supreme court FAST!!!

Gail Combs

A deeper dig:

Long Document so I just looked at ‘Employee”

This is talking of a defendant in a case before a judge. page 44 – 45

…The obligation to testify is not relieved by this clause, if, regardless of whether incriminating answers are given, a prosecution is precluded,226 or if the result of the answers is not incrimination, but rather harm to reputation or exposure to infamy or disgrace.227 The clause does not prevent a public employer from discharging an employee who, in an investigation specifically and narrowly directed at the performance of the employee’s official duties, refuses to cooperate and to provide the employer with the desired information on grounds of self-incrimination.228 But it is unclear under what other circumstances a public employer may discharge an employee who has claimed his privilege before another investigating agency.229

229 See Slochower v. Board of Higher Education, 350 U.S. 551 (1956), limited by Lerner v. Casey, 357 U.S. 468 (1958), and Nelson v. County of Los Angeles, 362 U.S. 1 (1960), which were in turn apparently limited by Garrity and Gardner.

looking at other employee court cases:

In Cole v. Young, 351 U.S. 536 (1956), also decided on the basis of statutory interpretation, there is an intimation that grave due process issues would be raised by the application to federal employees, not occupying sensitive positions, of a measure which authorized, in the interest of national security, summary suspensions and unreviewable dismissals of allegedly disloyal employees by agency heads. In Service v. Dulles, 354 U.S. 363 (1957), and Vitarelli v. Seaton, 359 U.S. 535 (1959), the Court nullified dismissals for security reasons by invoking an established rule of administrative law to the effect that an administrator must comply with procedures outlined in applicable agency regulations, notwithstanding that such regulations conform to more rigorous substantive and procedural standards than are required by Congress or that the agency action is discretionary in nature. In both of the last cited decisions, dismissals of employees as security risks were set aside by reason of the failure of the employing agency to conform the dismissal to its established security regulations. See Accardi v. Shaughnessy, 347 U.S. 260 (1954).

Again avoiding constitutional issues, the Court, in Greene v. McElroy, 360 U.S. 474 (1959), invalidated the security clearance procedure required of defense contractors by the Defense Department as being unauthorized either by law or presidential order. However, the Court suggested that it would condemn, on grounds of denial of due process, any enactment or Executive Order which sanctioned a comparable department security clearance program, under which a defense contractor’s employee could have his security clearance revoked without a hearing at which he had the right to confront and cross-examine witnesses. Justices Frankfurter, Harlan, and Whittaker concurred without passing on the validity of such procedure, if authorized. Justice Clark dissented. See also the dissenting opinions of Justices Douglas and Black in Beard v. Stahr, 370 U.S. 41, 43 (1962), and in Williams v. Zuckert, 371 U.S. 531, 533 (1963).

Congressional Police Measures.—

👉Numerous regulations of a police nature, imposed under powers specifically granted to the Federal Government, have been sustained over objections based on the Due Process Clause. Congress may require the owner of a vessel entering United States ports, and on which alien seamen are afflicted with specified diseases, to bear the expense of hospitalizing such persons.500 It may prohibit the transportation in interstate commerce of filled milk 501 or the importation of convict-made goods into any state where their receipt, possession, or sale is a violation of local law.502 It may require employers to bargain collectively with representatives of their employees chosen in a manner prescribed by law, to reinstate employees discharged in violation of law, and to permit use of a company-owned hall for union meetings.503 Subject to First Amendment considerations, Congress may regulate the postal service to deny its facilities to persons who would use them for purposes contrary to public policy.

Yanking out the actual cases:

This appeal brings into question the constitutionality of § 903 of the Charter of the City of New York. That section provides that whenever an employee of the City utilizes the privilege against self-incrimination to avoid answering a question relating to his official conduct, “his term or tenure of office or employment shall terminate and such office or employment shall be vacant, and he shall not be eligible to election or appointment to any office or employment under the city or any agency.“1 Appellant Slochower invoked the privilege against self-incrimination     under the Fifth Amendment before an investigating committee of the United States Senate, and was summarily discharged from his position as associate professor at Brooklyn College, an institution maintained by the City of New York. He now claims that the charter provision, as applied to him, violates both the Due Process and Privileges and Immunities Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment.

On September 24, 1952, the Internal Security Subcommittee of the Committee on the Judiciary of the United States Senate held open hearings in New York City.

:wpds_arrow: The investigation, conducted on a national scale, related to subversive influences in the American educational system.

At the beginning of the hearings the Chairman stated that education was primarily a state and local function, and therefore the inquiry would be limited to “considerations affecting national security, which are directly within the purview and authority of the subcommittee.” Hearings Before the Subcommittee to Investigate the Administration of the Internal Security Act and Other Internal Security Laws of Senate Committee on the Judiciary, 82d Cong., 2d Sess. 1. Professor Slochower, when called to testify, stated that he was not a member of the Communist Party, and indicated complete willingness to answer all questions about his associations or political beliefs since 1941.

👉But he refused to answer questions concerning his membership during 1940 and 1941 on the ground that his answers might tend to incriminate him. The Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee accepted Slochower’s claim as a valid assertion of an admitted constitutional right….

MR. JUSTICE HARLAN, dissenting.

I dissent because I think the Court has misconceived the nature of § 903 as construed and applied by the New York Court of Appeals, and has unduly circumscribed the power of the State to ensure the qualifications of its teachers.

As I understand MR. JUSTICE CLARK’s opinion, the Court regards § 903 as raising some sort of presumption of guilt from Dr. Slochower’s claim of privilege. That is not the way the Court of Appeals construed the statute. On the contrary, that Court said: “we do not presume, of course, that these petitioners [one of whom was Dr. Slochower] by their action have shown cause to be discharged under the Feinberg Law (L. 1949, ch. 360) since no inference of membership in the Communist party may be drawn from the assertion of one’s privilege against self incrimination.”1

Since § 903 is inoperative if even incriminating answers are given, it is apparent that it is the exercise of the privilege itself which is the basis for the discharge, quite apart from any inference of guilt. Thus the Court of Appeals could say that “The assertion of the privilege against self incrimination is equivalent to a resignation.”2 It is also clear that the Board of Education’s discharge of Dr. Slochower was on this same  premise. The question this case presents, therefore, is not whether any inferences can constitutionally be drawn from a claim of privilege, but whether a State violates due process when it makes a claim of privilege grounds for discharge.

HOLY SCHIFF!!! This case is a GOLD MINE! It shows how the communists were allowed to worm their way into our education system.

Gail Combs

MR. JUSTICE HARLAN delivered the opinion of the Court.

On December 14, 1951, petitioner, John S. Service, was discharged by the then Secretary of State, Dean Acheson, from his employment as a Foreign Service Officer in the Foreign Service of the United States. This case brings before us the validity of that discharge.

At the time of his discharge in 1951, Service had been a Foreign Service Officer for some sixteen years, during ten of which, 1935-1945, he had served in various capacities in China. In April 1945, shortly after his return to this country, Service became involved in the so-called Amerasia investigation through having furnished to one Jaffe, the editor of the Amerasia magazine, copies of certain of his Foreign Service reports. Two months later, Service, Jaffe and others were arrested and charged with violating the Espionage Act,1 but the grand jury, in August 1945, refused to indict Service. He was thereupon restored to active duty in the Foreign Service, from which he had been on leave of absence since his arrest, and returned to duty in the Far East.

From then on Service’s loyalty and standing as a security risk were under recurrent investigation and review by a number of governmental agencies under the provisions of Executive Order No. 9835,2 establishing the President’s Loyalty Program, and otherwise. 👉He was accorded successive “clearances” by the State Department. [LOOKS LIKE THE STATE DEPT WAS ROTTEN BACK THEN!!!]

…after extensive hearings, the Department Board concluded that “reasonable grounds do not exist for belief that . . . Service is disloyal to the Government of the United States . . . ,” and that “. . . he does not constitute a security risk to the Department of State.” These findings were approved by the Deputy Under Secretary of State, acting pursuant to authority delegated to him by the Secretary… However, on a further post-audit, the Loyalty Review Board decided to conduct a new hearing itself, which resulted this time in the Board’s finding that there was a reasonable doubt as to Service’s loyalty, and     in its advising the Secretary of State, on December 13, 1951, that in the Board’s opinion Service “should be forthwith removed from the rolls of the Department of State” and that “the Secretary should approve and adopt the proceedings” had before the Board.8 On the same     day the Department notified Service of his discharge, effective at the close of business on the following day….

Petitioner here attacks the validity of the termination of his employment on two separate grounds: First, he contends that the Secretary’s exercise of discretion was invalid since the findings and opinion of the Loyalty Review Board, upon which alone the Secretary acted, were void, because they were rendered without jurisdiction13 and were based upon procedures assertedly contrary to due process of law. Even conceding that the Secretary’s powers under the McCarran Rider were such that he was not required to state the grounds for his decision, petitioner urges, his decision cannot stand because he did in fact rely upon grounds that are invalid… Second, petitioner contends that the Secretary’s action is subject to attack under the principles established by this Court’s decision in Accardi v. Shaughnessy, 347 U.S. 260, namely, that regulations validly prescribed by a government administrator are binding upon him as well as the citizen, and that this principle holds even when the administrative action under review is discretionary in nature. Regulations relating to “loyalty and security of employees” which had been promulgated by the Secretary, petitioner asserts, were intended to govern discharges effected under the McCarran Rider as well as those effected under Executive Order No. 9835, as amended, and because those regulations were violated by the Secretary in this case, so petitioner claims, his dismissal by the Secretary cannot stand. Since, for reasons discussed hereafter, we have concluded that petitioner’s second contention must be sustained, we do not reach the first….

…From this survey, three things appear as to the handling of loyalty and security cases under the 1949 Regulations which are of significance in this case.

First, following the decision of the Deputy Under Secretary upon a determination of the Department Loyalty Security Board, there was to be an appeal to the Secretary ONLY if the Deputy’s action had been 👉 adverse to the employee.

In other words, under these Regulations the action of the     Deputy Under Secretary, if favorable to the employee, WAS TO BE FINAL, the Secretary reserving to himself power to act further ONLY IF his Deputy’s action was unfavorable to the employee.35

Second, there was likewise an appeal to the Loyalty Review Board from the Secretary’s decision only if his action was adverse to the employee. Again, in other words, a decision of the Secretary favorable to the employee was to be final, and immune from further action by the Loyalty Review Board on post-audit, a rule since confirmed by our decision in Peters v. Hobby, supra.

Third, the Secretary reserved the right to deal with such a case under his McCarran Rider authority, outside the Regulations, ONLY in instances where, upon an employee’s appeal to the Loyalty Review Board from an unfavorable decision by the Secretary, the decision of that body was favorable to the employee….

We are only talking about terminating employment, something that happens to ordinary Americans all the time.

Gail Combs

In looking at thiis judical SCHIFF from right after WWII (Think CIA/NAZIs et al.) it seems EMPLOYEES of the government have special privileges NOT GRANTED TO OTHER AMERICANS!

Remembers Sundance going on and on about how the House of Representatives under Pelosi began to set it self up with it’s own executive type powers with in the House, that enabled it’s self a swath of abilities to conduct investigations and go after their opponents with impunity (read Trump). There was even talk that the House might even open up satellite offices through out the country to gather information and exert power they had in the past not held, though I’m unsure if that ever came about. We may remember it all as Law Warfare.

Whatever they did to weaponize the House of Reps in this manner I’d hope that the Republicans retained these new capabilities in tact and learned how to employ these new capabilities and will do so with impunity. Indeed they may be doing so as they seemed to have blown the doors of the Treasury to get at those SARS. Hopefully there’s much more going on. Certainly will speed things up.

Gail Combs

I am not sure how the employee of a corporation can be compelled to give testimony yet the employee of the government can NOT be compelled.

SES and the office of Personal Management. Libs build the laws and armor them is the likely answer. They’ve been at all these mechanizations against We the People for some time fighting us even before we ever figured that out, so there is much they likely anticipated in protecting themselves and codified such in law. Example can’t fire Fauci.

Nice comment from the Matt Gatez video. “Bring Back Better”

Does anyone know what veteran podcasters he is referring to?

Retired Marine, that unintentionally took out (career criminal) Jordan Neely?

NYC. Fat man Bragg for the prosecution persecution.

Yes, that’s who Daniel Penny is. I don’t know who the veterans are that Cernovitch is talking about, who have podcasts and aren’t supporting Penny.

Nor do I. Bannon? Bongino? Prolly many more.

Hadn’t thought of Bannon. I don’t know if he is supporting Penny. Bongino was a police officer and Secret Service agent, but I haven’t heard of his serving in the military.

Local talk show hosts possible. Lots of them that are prominent there that we don’t know about.

Thinking you are correct on Bongino, not military.

A 66 year old woman has come forward and admitted that Jordan Neely was threatening passengers, including Daniel Penny before the chokehold. According to her, Neely was threatening everyone saying he’ll kill a mother fu*ker and take a bullet and go to jail. It’s appearing more and more obvious that Jordan Neely had a record of attacking people and instigating violence, and that day on the train he instigated with the wrong Marine. Sadly, Penny is being held responsible because people like Alvin Bragg and others in NYC refuse to do their job.

Bragg is getting pincer’d between subway-riders and race-pimps. He owes his position to the race-pimps, but he is seriously outnumbered.

The East Coast Populace, especially around NYC and WA DC need a crash course in Jury Nullification.

Frankly after coming out of these lockdowns after all the power governments have used in arm twisting and intimidating it’s citizenry I’m surprised with the level of cooperation they are still getting. Obviously flamboozled by high talking lawyers and not understanding their basic rights as a citizens.

A note to Brother Kalbo —

If they rename the place to Kalboland or Kalbo World, they will expect a steam train to run around it and ticket booths. If they call it Kalboville and elect you Mayor, not so much…..

Laughing here. Have met the current Mayor, Martinez. A wedding reception. Our last visit in 2019. Two conspicuous armed guards, with him…

Not funny part >>> Met his father, also a Mayor at the time. Assonated while in office.

We had chatted a handful of times on the street, near town plaza, market…area. Not many palefaces, visit this place. He was commonly out and about. Very well liked. The town turned out for him.

Two gunmen riding in tandem entered the gate of Martinez’ residence in barangay Cato, Infanta at around 2:45 in the afternoon of December 15 and shot him twice on the chest and neck.

Martinez died on the spot.

Dunno about steam trains.

During this visit, likely there will be some rickety carnival rides, at the town plaza. I’ll get the kids rides and snacks. Good times.

OK, ixnay on the ayormay. Do you think your next construction project could be a castle?

More laughing. No major or new projects, at the moment.

Likely sticking with preventive and some corrective maintenance.

Noodling on possibilities. Have several weeks, to sort out…

No matter how much I kid about Kalboland taking over the entire area, you know my heart wishes that your tribe increase and prosper.

Also, I know a bunch of people with a lot of expertise with steam locomotives — https://www.goldengatels.org/ . 😉

I hope I’m wrong, but i’m not buying it. If Twitter was no longer censoring people and was clearly on its way to being a true free speech platform, this would be more credible to me. But there is too much censorship and agenda-pushing on Twitter for me to believe that Musk is a white hat who is playing 4-D chess. I know there was, and still is, a lot to clean up on Twitter, but those efforts seem to have been stalled for months, at least as far as the public can tell. And I haven’t seen statements from Musk lately about progress being made on this front.

Spot on. TW rates constant suspicious eyes.

Ongoing censorship, woke BS, shadow banning…

Folks banned under last TW regime, still banned.

TW is controlled opposition.

Brave and Free

Reminds me of the Speaker, totally suspicious. Looking like he’s just controlled opposition too.

The concerning part is the trickery that is being employed. Not sure who to h/t from yesterday but the problem is the new EU/WEF rule of “Freedom of Speech for all, Not Freedom of/to Reach” (paraphrased there. Forgot the exact pithy quote)

This means filters on your freedom of speech so your tweets remain confined in a small space and don’t impact a larger audience. It’s not based on the merits of your arguments but on what they want people to know. Very Draconian and Dark.
Musk needs to atone to this. We need answers and commitments.

If he has to guard against EU/WEF trip wires that’s one thing, but stifling comms here in the USA we should be totally objecting to.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

“Freedom of speech, not freedom of reach” is the Musk quote that he used to placate all sides. THAT is a tricky proposition.

To do it fairly, IMO, you cannot hide people or ideas from SEARCH. You don’t have to PROMOTE the ideas, but you cannot hide them from search and remain faithful to freedom of speech.

Take antisemites. You don’t have to suggest them to people to support free speech, but if I want to follow and watch these people, that’s my right. I think that Elon has done a reasonable job there. On the “Follow” setting, I don’t get these (often nasty) people put into my timeline on a selected, favored basis (they often put out a LOT of content), but they’re not excluded – more like “proportionately represented based on my followed account numbers” – AND I can check them out individually any time. That amounts to what Musk is saying.

On the “For You” setting, I would never see those people. Instead, I would see a lot of leftists and Democrats, because on that setting, Twitter is trying to promote “engagement” between “sides”. That’s OK, too, but I find that I completely lose too many of the people I follow.

Free speech is only easy to design (but hard to defend) on the “let them all fight to the best of their abilities” setting. I love GAB for sticking to that purist definition, just because they choose to do so.

^^^ This. 100%.

He has been called out on it and is now deflecting. Major POS moves IMO.

MAGA is like honey badger, Elon WE. DO. NOT. CARE. GFY.

All of these 4D chess move statements make me want to vomit.

The best defense and offense is the law of the land – the Constitution. Hold everybody and everything to that standard.

Twitter is a private business that is controlled op by the corrupted IC and politicians in the federal government. Burn it down using the Constitution as well as with gorilla warfare if you choose to stay on mission and fight.

They are rope a dopin’ many good people into their camps and into depression.

Time to go Kalbo on them.

People specially we conservatives like to see the best in people but often miss their worse like Barr and so many others.
Elon has not convinced me that he is to be trusted. I could be wrong but some of his moves are suspicious.

^^^^This. When someone tells you who they are, whether by their words, actions, or lack of action, believe them.

Amen 🙂

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Yeah, I will not drop skepticism here. The 4D stuff drops to the bottom of my list in terms of possibility.

Very glad I’m on both GAB and Truth Social.

Woke Societies and Johnny Q said give it some time. They mentioned she was on the Apprentice….

“…She worked for Trump back in 2018. He appointed her himself and before that she was part of the Apprentice Show for a long time…. Musk is bringing her in to do ADS and streaming services… He is bringing her in as CEO BUT Elon said he can fire this woman at any point….”

They bring up other points such as Elon is keeping control of the software.

I think this is a strategic move on the part of Elon. Remember he picked ‘left’ leaning journalists to get out some of the Twatter Files info.

What did that do?

Well given what was learned from the Jimmy Dore vid, if Musk used her to keep from tripping over all the new EU regs regarding internet freedoms and prohibitions that might be understandable. On this side of the pond that’s different thing even if it impacts their side of the pond.

I do not know what his reasoning is . I guess time will tell.

Robert Baker

I am wondering about Musk. He does come from a different perspective, South Africa not America, so I give him some “room to maneuver” the political chaos. However, I was listening to a Mark Steyn question and answer session yesterday, and Mark mentioned during the broadcast while answering a question about the meaning of Musk’s new hire that Rush Limbaugh thought Musk was a grifter living off US government subsidies. I know that many respect Limbaugh’s opinions, as do I, so it gave me pause. Of course Rush could be mistaken; it happens.

yes, remembers those Rush talks about Musk. Kept for balance in figuring out what might be happening.

As to Rush could be wrong. Remembers too at one time Rush sided with Bill Gates after the Clintons tried to drag Micro Soft down using law warfare. So yeah, Rush wrong or things change.

I suppose they could of dressed as demon pigs for that vid and it would of worked as well.

Reminds me of an internet tip for engaging trolls in comments or twitter and such.

Common tactic trolls employ is for you to site examples, show proof etc…
While doing such for someone who you can believe is sincere in wanting to know, they do not want to know and are just having you waste time. That’s a success in their books. They are not persuadable. Proper response to such is “I’m not your dog, fetch it yourself”.

If your unsure if the troll is a troll or not, normally where ever there are comments there is also a history of comments given by the poster. Look it over and you’ll know quick enough. If the past comments are hidden, it’s 95% certain it’s a troll. Troll = Minion to the dark side, aka globalist scum and they are everywhere.

Do not spend too much time dealing with Trolls beyond proper insult that mars their pithy pathetic chat history. Some have or know people who have ability to do minor hacks to your system. Insult and move on.

Hmmm I wonder if this is in anyway connected to yesterdays news that the EU wanted to cut off the RF oil supply to germany…

“Germany is preparing a new package of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of €2.7 billion.
According to Spiegel, it will include 20 Marder infantry fighting vehicles, 30 Leopard 1 tanks, 18 wheeled howitzers. It is also planned to supply 4 IRIS-T-SLM air defense systems, 12 launchers and hundreds of missiles for this system.
The delivery of 200 reconnaissance UAVs is also expected.
Also on the list are 100 protected combat vehicles and more than a hundred logistic support vehicles”

Cuppa Covfefe

Bear in mind that most of the materiel that Germany has is, erm, less than functional. Choppers don’t chop, transports don’t stay up, all but one sub is disabled, not enough supplies, almost out of ammo, etc., etc., etc. Were Germany under attack, she could not defend herself.

And “I know nothink” Scholz promises equipment that he can’t deliver: either it isn’t built yet, or is being patched together out of spares… Lots of promises, little or nothing being delivered. Just like they do to the proles…

I’m pretty much always enjoying whatever you share!!!

Cuppa Covfefe

As soon as I saw Beethoven’s Eroica, everything shifted into E-flat major… Here’s Arthur Rubenstein playing Beethoven’s Fifth Piano Concerto…
From Eroica to Emperor (the nickname of the piano concerto).

There are also recordings of Glenn Gould playing it (very distinct style and technique) and Krystian Zimerman (also great). So many great interpretations, but Rubenstein has a closer connection to the greats of the past (being one of the greats himself). Wish I could find a better/older recording… The syncopated part in the first movement and the slow movement is what separates the greatest from the merely very good…

There might also be a BBC “class” taught by Andras Schiff (no relation to shifty) about this concerto. He has a number of classes on Beethoven and other composers, and gives a breadth and depth of understanding that is remarkable, and yet accessible to musicians and non-musicians alike…

Valerie Curren

TY for bringing this culture here 🙂

Cuppa Covfefe

Here’s one of his lectures on one of my favorite Beethoven sonatas to play or hear:

András Schiff – Sonata No.17 in D minor, Op.31/2 “The Tempest” – Beethoven Lecture-Recitals

There’s a motif that is like the line in the Ninth Sympony, second movement… (also was the theme song of a news show years ago, Huntley-Brinkly or some such) (yep, here it is: https://www.networknewsmusic.com/huntley-brinkley-report-theme …)  The third movement of the sonata, at around 18:22… Another thing that I like is that Schiff doesn’t play the third movement too fast… everyone else plays it like it’s Prestissimo…

(and how I wish I had a concert grand… the touch of the soft low b-flat at the end of the second movement [17:28] is impossible on smaller pianos, grand or upright… sigh)

(and the part that I spoke of in the Ninth):
Beethoven: Symphony No. 9, 2nd movement | Paavo Järvi and the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen

And Schiff playing the entire sonata, in Japan in 2008 (catch the b-flat at 17:28 that I spoke of about “touch” on a concert grand [hammer mechanism])

Beethoven: ‘Tempest’ Sonata no.17 András Schiff 2008, Tokyo

And the piano of my dreams, complete with extra keys for eight octaves:

97 keys, artisan finish, wonderful tone, costs a fortune…. OK, I can dream 🙂

(Honey, I sold the house, but got a GREAT Piano, a Bösendorfer in exchange….

Oh, wait…

Where are we going to put it 🙂 )

Chiefio has written extensively on this, and Pointman (RIP) wrote a number of incisive articles about it. Pointy passed away last month, and his site will only be up for a month or two more; it’s well worth a look.

And Chiefio:

Music aficionados.
Can anyone identify the piece this short audio clip is from?
I would really like to hear the whole of it.

Interesting piece! Sorry, I don’t know.

Valerie Curren

I don’t know it but it sounds like something from a movie soundtrack potentially.

I think there is some type of app out there (one of my kids has it) that can pick up on music (he did it to what was playing in a restaurant once) & tell you the source or title.

This image shows the weird way the fingers on Ann’s left shoulder look, BHO Sr’s left hand, make me wonder if somehow AI was involved in generating this image.

I ran across this while tooling around in the Family Search universe in “presidential” pedigrees & was seeing it a bit differently now.

Here are a couple more from that same day, it seems:

My question, coming from a place of ignorance on these matters, is this:
How long have we had the capacity to use AI in these ways? Those pics have been around a long time, and it was obvious they were manipulated somehow, possibly with Photoshop. I’m wondering if people are starting to attribute things to AI that it is not possible for AI to be responsible for. I hope someone with expertise will weigh in.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Any technology in the public space was probably in use by the 3-letter agencies YEARS earlier – sometimes DECADES.

There has also been a continuous gradient of AI, so that “PhotoShop” has used “weak AI” to assist a lot of user-driven pixel processes for a long time.

In essence, PhotoShop was already AI in service of NI (natural intelligence).

My view of AI is that where NI leaves off and AI begins isn’t terribly meaningful, because most AI is condensed natural human intelligence, or silicon-enhanced natural human intelligence, which isn’t all that different from social insect intelligence, or [presumed] alien intelligence.

Intelligence IMO arises naturally BY DESIGN.

The “black hand” picture looks like a Photoshop error to me.

Valerie Curren

The “black hand” picture looks like a Photoshop error to me.” agreed

So much of aka BHO’s background & life is an “error” fabricated to keep us all as far away as possible from who & what he actually is!

In looking for Stanley Ann Dunham images in Yandex there eventually were birth certificate images of aka BHO & some included Trump. I’d forgotten how DJT was dealing with aka BHO’s fraudulent background well before his own presidential run…hmmm…

Valerie Curren

Great points!

coming from a place of ignorance on these matters” that is my personal default unless I was a direct witness to something or someone I know & trust was a witness.

We are being manipulated so much from all sides so that skepticism is pretty much always in order to some degree!

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ.

Thank you for the Beethoven, Steve. I had forgotten how much I love those 9 Symphonies – they helped get me through school! I’ll be listening to these more often. It’s amazing how good it sounds on my little auxiliary computer speaker – #3 really thunders, doesn’t it… so mighty, passionate, moving, elegant… Either technology is amazing or Beethoven has blown me away again – or both.

BREAKING: Taylor Marshall announces run for President of the United States
‘I am serious. I am running,’ Marshall confirmed with LifeSiteNews earlier today via text message.

Gail Combs

NOT a good look as it comes out Catholic Charities (among others) are facilitating THE IMMIGRATION CRISIS.

Republicans accuse Catholic Charities of breaking the law in its border response-Jesuit Review

They of course are up in arms about it.

…C.C.U.S.A. was responding to a letter it received on Dec. 14 from four House representatives demanding that C.C.U.S.A. preserve documents “related to any expenditures submitted for reimbursement from the federal government related to migrants encountered at the southern border. This applies to all funds associated with shelter, food, transportation, basic health and first aid, COVID-19 testing and associated medical care needed during quarantine and isolation, and other supportive services.”

The letter—from Congress members Lance Gooden and Jake Ellzey of Texas, Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin and Andy Biggs of Arizona—included a warning: “Next Congress, we will continue to investigate your organization’s role in facilitating the border crisis, your potential violations of federal law, and your misuse of taxpayer funds.”

Blame Catholic Charities and NGOs for the Border Crisis

Catholic Charities and other non-governmental organizations are working in concert with the Biden administration to facilitate the worst border crisis in American history, according to an investigation that examined the movement of 30,000 mobile devices in the United States.

The shocking report is a snapshot of the border crisis over the course of just one month and it shows how the mass resettlement of illegal aliens is impacting nearly every congressional district in America.

Using the movement patterns of anonymized cell phones, The Heritage Foundation investigation reveals how tens of thousands of illegal aliens are making their way to the U.S. interior thanks to the aid and comfort of a network of private organizations. (The Daily Signal is the news outlet of Heritage.)

Those non-governmental organizations are numerous and include more than the 30 separate physical locations cited in Heritage’s report. Catholic Charities is the most recognizable name, but other faith-based organizations are represented as well.

“Overflow from Customs and Border Protection is being transferred to these organizations so that Border Patrol avoids overcrowded facilities,” Heritage wrote in a memo announcing the findings. “These organizations apply for, and receive, taxpayer money to provide processing and transportation services and infrastructure to facilitate the migration of illegal aliens into the interior of the country.”

Add Franklin Graham’s Samaritan Purse to that list ?

Samaritan’s Purse Responds to the US-Mexico Border Crisis

When victims of war, poverty, disasters, disease, and famine cry out for help, Samaritan’s Purse is often the first to answer. We specialize in meeting critical needs in the world’s most troubled regions, often working through ministry partners already on the scene of a crisis. In the U.S., we quickly mobilize staff and volunteers to provide emergency aid when hurricanes, tornadoes, and other storms strike….

As waves of desperate migrants arrive on the sweltering border between Mexico and Texas, Samaritan’s Purse is working on both sides of the Rio Grande to help them in the Name of Jesus Christ.

“Some of these people have been traveling for months and they have been through so much,” said Samaritan’s Purse President Franklin Graham“Samaritan’s Purse has teams on the border right now, and we are working with churches, evangelical Christian partners, and local officials to help alleviate the suffering of as many as we can.”

On the U.S. side, Samaritan’s Purse is working in Del Rio, Laredo, McAllen, and other communities to provide water, food, and other emergency supplies, including hygiene kits and diapers, at transit centers for those who have been cleared by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection authorities to enter the United States…

UN Rejects Samaritan’s Purse VP Nominated for Refugee Role

The evangelical leader tapped by the Trump administration to lead the United Nations’ International Organization for Migration (IOM) was rejected by the international body on Friday over his comments on Islam.

Ken Isaacs’s defeat marks the first time in nearly 50 years that diplomats have voted down an American nominated for the director general position, which oversees UN refugee and migration efforts.

A longtime leader and former vice president of Franklin Graham’s relief charity, Samaritan’s Purse, Isaacs had the backing of the State Department, even when critics challenged earlier remarks he had made about Islamic violence. Isaacs had issued an apology over the social media comments and made his accounts private.

Good, would be great if it went anywhere. Well that’s not happening, now back to the regular schedule program.

who is Taylor Marshall?

That was my first question. Now I realize I’ve seen him in some videos relating to Catholic matters.

He asked his followers, “What do you want to see in a Catholic political platform?” I have the same problem with that as I do with Dominionist, Protestant, Muslim, or any other religious “platforms.” Why isn’t he supporting Trump and MAGA?

How about Catholic Charities stop supporting illegals at the border. That’s just adding support to Biden and the invasion of America. They can still do the charity work from their neighborhood churches but stop with the rally flag BS.

May 12, 2023
Aaron Siri
“FDA Ordered to Produce Moderna C-19 Vaccine and Pfizer Adolescent C-19 Vaccine Data at Average Rate of 180.000 Pages Per Month”

Yours Truly: US District judge Mark Pittman has just ordered the FDA to produce the data and documents that the agency was given by Moderna when the company applied for the agency’s EUA to use mRNA-1273 in the United States.

The judge also ordered the FDA to produce the data and documents that the agency was given by Pfizer-BioNTech when the company applied for agency’s EUA to use BNT162b2 on adolescents ages 12 – 15 in the United States.
These rulings are in response to Attorney Siri’s second FOIA lawsuit against the FDA. This second lawsuit is the “Maddie de Garay” matter. Maddie de Garay, a healthy, active 12-year-old, was injected with BNT162b2 in 2021 in the clinical trials prior to the company’s applying for the EUA. Within a week after her first injection, Ms. de Garay began to exhibit severe adverse event reaction symptoms. Her symptoms were reported by Pfizer-BioNTech as “abdominal pain.” The symptoms and effects, debilitating after her first injection of BNT162b2, became worse after the second injection. She now lives in a wheelchair and is fed via a nasal tube. Among her “vaccine”-induced injures are: loss of motor coordination; inability to ingest food and drink other than by nasal tube; severe menstrual difficulties.

Even with the 180,000 pages per month FOIA release of the documents above, Attorney Siri estimates that it will take 2 years for the entire data sets requested in this second lawsuit to be released.

This evil needs to stop. I wish more people would wake up and fight against this.

Here’s what’s equally as bad, IMO —
Maddie de Garay’s symptoms were dismissed by ER doctors and by her GP as “stress related.”
Her parents apparently had to sue in order to get a wheelchair approved for Maddie after she lost the ability to walk.
The initial email letter from Attorney Siri to the FDA, HHS, and other government agency heads regarding Maddie’s situation was apparently ignored by said persons and agencies.
The FDA went ahead and granted the EUA for BNT162b2 to be used on adolescents ages 12 – 15 in the United States. THAT EUA IS STILL IN FORCE, even though the “COVID-19 Emergency” officially ended.
The CDC added COVID-19 “vaccines” to the Childhood Immunization Schedule.

Dr. Eric Rubin (a member of the FDA’s VRBPAC panel), who voted to approve the agency’s EUA for BNT162b2 to be used on children ages 5 – 11, said this after the vote:
“We’re never going to learn how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it.”

Guess that the handlers of DeSantis told him to “get behind this, it’ll get you more positive response to your candidacy.”

Last edited 11 months ago by PAVACA

He has nothing to loose. DeSantis is to far behind Trump. Sounds he is desperate just to keep in the news.

Seems like thats why he is signing things left n right. Sealing his travel records though is dirty. Fact is, if he was really smart, he would figure out how to deal w disney and get THAT fixed. Its a billion dollar company w najor infrastructure. That would be the test case for him handling an economy and hostile company. Hes not tho. Lots if complaints of taxes, home owners insurance, and crime and schools. I believe all the people who have worked around him.
Empty suit. Filled w billionaire bucks.

Brave and Free

Well there goes any democrats who would have voted for him. Reminds me of Bill C always checking the polls before he says anything. His handlers have their hands up his backside so much, Jeff Dunham could use him in his act.

Lol! And the thing is, when he loses, they still own him. 2 term governor best actually govern in Florida instead of talk.

You make good points 🙂
