2025·08·02 We Will Have Justice Daily Thread

What is it that feeds our battle, yet starves our victory?

Do We Still Need the Kang (Mis)Quote?

I’m still using the quote about winning the battles but losing the war. It seems like this doesn’t make sense right now given that we seem to be going from triumph to triumph.

On the contrary. This is the exception that proves the rule. The quote isn’t just a lament, it’s to point out why we can never seem to win.

You see, the RINOs cannot interfere and that is why, just for once, we are actually winning. And that is just one more piece of evidence (for the willfully blind) as to what I have been saying with that quote.

It stays.

Speaker Johnson
Pinging you on January 6 Tapes

Just a friendly reminder Speaker Johnson. You’re doing some good things–or at least trying in the case of the budget–but this is the most important thing out there still hanging. One initial block released with the promise of more…and?

We have American patriots being held without bail and without trial, and the tapes almost certainly contain exculpatory evidence. (And if they don’t, and we’re all just yelling in an echo chamber over here, we need to know that too. And there’s only one way to know.)

Either we have a weaponized, corrupt government or we have a lot of internet charlatans. Let’s expose whatever it is. (I’m betting it’s the corrupt weaponized government, but if I am wrong, I’d like to see proof.)

Justice Must Be Done.

The 2020 election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system.

Yes this is still true in spite of 2024. Fraud must be rooted out of our system and that hasn’t changed just because the fraud wasn’t enough to stop Trump winning a second term. Fraud WILL be ramped up as soon as we stop paying attention.

Otherwise, everything ends again in 2028. Or perhaps earlier if Trump is saddled with a Left/RINO congress in 2026, via fraud.

Small Government?

Many times conservatives (real and fake) speak of “small government” being the goal.

This sounds good, and mostly is good, but it misses the essential point. The important thing here isn’t the size, but rather the purpose, of government. We could have a cheap, small tyranny. After all our government spends most of its revenue on payments to individuals and foreign aid, neither of which is part of the tyrannical apparatus trying to keep us locked down and censored. What parts of the government would be necessary for a tyranny? It’d be a lot smaller than what we have now. We could shrink the government and nevertheless find it more tyrannical than it is today.

No, what we want is a limited government, limited not in size, but rather in scope. Limited, that is, in what it’s allowed to do. Under current circumstances, such a government would also be much smaller, but that’s a side effect. If we were in a World War II sort of war, an existential fight against nasty dictatorships on the brink of world conquest, that would be very expensive and would require a gargantuan government, but that would be what the government should be doing. That would be a large, but still limited government, since it’d be working to protect our rights.

World War II would have been the wrong time to squawk about “small government,” but it wasn’t (and never is) a bad time to demand limited government. Today would be a better time to ask for a small government–at least the job it should be doing is small today–but it misses the essential point; we want government to not do certain things. Many of those things we don’t want it doing are expensive but many of them are quite eminently doable by a smaller government than the one we have today. Small, but still exceeding proper limits.

So be careful what you ask for. You might get it and find you asked for the wrong thing.

Political Science In Summation

It’s really just a matter of people who can’t be happy unless they control others…versus those who want to be left alone. The oldest conflict within mankind. Government is necessary, but government attracts the assholes (a highly technical term for the control freaks).

His Truth?

Again we saw an instance of “It might be true for Billy, but it’s not true for Bob” logic this week.

I hear this often, and it’s usually harmless. As when it’s describing differing circumstances, not different facts. “Housing is unaffordable” can be true for one person, but not for another who makes ten times as much.

But sometimes the speaker means it literally. Something like 2+2=4 is asserted to be true for Billy but not for Bob. (And when it’s literal, it’s usually Bob saying it.) And in that sense, it’s nonsense, dangerous nonsense. There is ONE reality, and it exists independent of our desires and our perceptions. It would go on existing if we weren’t here. We exist in it. It does not exist in our heads. It’s not a personal construct, and it isn’t a social construct. If there were no society, reality would continue to be what it is, it wouldn’t vanish…which it would have to do, if it were a social construct.

Now what can change from person to person is the perception of reality. We see that all the time. And people will, of course, act on those perceptions. They will vote for Trump (or try to) if their perception is close to mine, and vote against Trump (and certainly succeed at doing so) if their perception is distant from mine (and therefore, if I do say so, wrong). I have heard people say “perception is reality” and usually, that’s what they’re trying to say–your perception of reality is, as far as you know, an accurate representation of reality, or you’d change it.

But I really wish they’d say it differently. And sometimes, to get back to Billy and Bob, the person who says they have different truths is really saying they have different perceptions of reality–different worldviews. I can’t argue with the latter. But I sure wish they’d say it better. That way I’d know that someone who blabbers about two different truths is delusional and not worth my time, at least not until he passes kindergarten-level metaphysics on his umpteenth attempt.

Lawyer Appeasement Section

OK now for the fine print.

This is the Q Tree Daily Thread. You know the drill. There’s no Political correctness, but civility is a requirement. There are Important Guidelines,  here, with an addendum on 20191110.

We have a new board – called The U Tree – where people can take each other to the woodshed without fear of censorship or moderation.

And remember Wheatie’s Rules:

1. No food fights
2. No running with scissors.
3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.
4. Zeroth rule of gun safety: Don’t let the government get your guns.
5. Rule one of gun safety: The gun is always loaded.
5a. If you actually want the gun to be loaded, like because you’re checking out a bump in the night, then it’s empty.
6. Rule two of gun safety: Never point the gun at anything you’re not willing to destroy.
7. Rule three: Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
8. Rule the fourth: Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

(Hmm a few extras seem to have crept in.)

(Paper) Spot Prices

Kitco “Bid”/”Ask” prices. Last week:

Gold $0,000.00/0,000.00
Silver $00.00/00.00
Platinum $0,00.00/$0,000.00
Palladium $0,000.00/0,000.00
Rhodium $0,000.00/0,000.00
FRNSI* 000.000±
Gold:Silver 000.000±

This week, 3PM Mountain Time, markets have closed for the weekend. Kitco Bid/Ask:

Gold $0,000.00/0,000.00
Silver $00.00/00.00
Platinum $0,00.00/$0,000.00
Palladium $0,000.00/0,000.00
Rhodium $0,000.00/0,000.00
FRNSI* 000.000±
Gold:Silver 000.000±

Gold has been trending down ever since the cease fire, and on Friday it dropped $53.70. Other PMs followed suit, platinum dropped over five and a half percent on Friday. Silver dropped but it is in general holding its ground better than gold, as you can see from the gold:silver price ratio.

*The SteveInCO Federal Reserve Note Suckage Index (FRNSI) is a measure of how much the dollar has inflated. It’s the ratio of the current price of gold, to the number of dollars an ounce of fine gold made up when the dollar was defined as 25.8 grains of 0.900 gold. That worked out to an ounce being $20.67+71/387 of a cent. (Note gold wasn’t worth this much back then, thus much gold was $20.67 71/387ths. It’s a subtle distinction. One ounce of gold wasn’t worth $20.67 back then, it was $20.67.) Once this ratio is computed, 1 is subtracted from it so that the number is zero when the dollar is at its proper value, indicating zero suckage.

Apparently the incompetent female Sgt. Schultz police chief has accused the female victim (Holly, who was born and raised in Ohio) of being a Russian national who has escaped to Russia… 🙄

Holly has never been to Russia, doesn’t know anything about Russia…

Congressman Greg Landsman: AWOL. He’s too busy tweeting about Ukraine.

Mayor of Cinci went to a misfit mayors conference in Cleveland, and then took off for Canada.

Vice Mayor: No comment until last night, when she said ‘leave us alone’.

Governor offered Vice Mayor 200 officers and resources, Vice Mayor said she doesn’t need the governor telling her what to do and they don’t need any help.

City Councilwoman Victoria Parks (fatigger) tweeted that ‘she deserved that beating’, and when asked about the tweet, Victoria Parks (fatigger) said she stands by her comments.

The fatigger who beat Holly was out on $400 bail, having been released on a gun charge.

Yup, that is the city he was born and raised in.

Wow, great summary. I have been in a little kerfuffle where the Virginia Shenandoah County Assessor is billing me for 2025 personal property tax though the states of Missouri and Viginis both accept that I was a Misouri resident starting in November 2024.

This story reminds me that things could always be much worse and I am blessed not to have moved from Cincinnati. “misfit mayors conference” wins the Internet of the week.

It is my considered (over many decades) opinion that human beings should not live in cities. It is detrimental to mental health to live in concrete cages like rats in a maze.

These people are nuts. But they got that way, I think, because they don’t live in a way that is conducive to sanity at all. They all need a long walk in cool, fresh country air, with trees and flowers, birds, and wildlife.

Humans went from the Garden to the shitholes, and it has driven them mad.

Gail Combs

I certainly agree!

I had to live near cities in apartments for decades, because that is where I worked. However I figured the cost of boarding a horse was a lot better that paying for a gym membership and a fancy wardrobe.

I spent a lot of time trail riding or in the winter arena riding and hanging around the barn helping with the feeding, mucking stalls, painting, repairing fences….

I do not know how someone could live in a city and never leave it.

TradeBait2

👍

Having traveled to and lived near them many times in my life, I 100% agree.

That’s why they want to herd everyone into 15-minute cities.

And force them to live in 200 sq ft apartments aka 200 sq ft prison cells…

Green Practices/Sustainability:Land Planing Page

Apartments are the core of any sustainability strategy. They are more resource- and energy-efficient than other types of residential development because their concentrated infrastructure conserves materials and community services. As part of an infill or mixed-use development, apartments create communities where people live, work, and play with less dependence on cars. This reduces the consumption of fossil fuels and their carbon emissions.

Through the NMHC Sustainability Committee, the Council is advancing industry best practices; working with lawmakers to adopt voluntary and incentive-based energy policy; and developing and promoting standards to help firms market their sustainability quotient.

This online resource is designed to help apartment developers and managers build and operate more sustainable properties and to help policymakers craft effective energy efficiency goals.

NYC mayor Bloomberg was putting it into effect in New York. He really must have LOVED Hurricane Sandy since it means they can insist on Smart Growth housing as replacement.

…the city is bidding out the development rights for a city-owned parking lot on East 27th street, between Mount Carmel Place and First Avenue.

Interested developers are being asked to submit proposals to develop a residential tower, at least two-thirds of which must be dedicated to miniature apartments of between 250 and 350 square feet in size.

Because it’s a pilot program, the city says it can waive existing zoning regulations that prevent developers from building new buildings made up of small units. At the present, zoning law is biased toward the construction of buildings with a diversity of apartment sizes, big, small and in-between.

Should this experiment go well, the city will work to amend its zoning laws so as to facilitate similar such developments elsewhere.

Gallery: 5 Super Efficient Tiny New York Apartments

But even for some, 400 square feet is a luxury. Take Zach Motl‘s 178 square foot Clinton Hill studio. The interior designer, a collector since he was a child, fit all of his knick knacks, books, and magazines into his one room apartment by artfully arranging the objects. By using different colors, materials, and grouping his furniture together, he managed to created a bedroom, an office, and a living room — all in less than 200 square feet. The apartment has a very DIY-feel, as Motl did everything himself, from building the counter/front-end table to covering the kitchen walls with planking.

This video clip is SO important. The man talking is walking around in a RE-STARTED STEEL MILL IN PITTSBURGH.

Wolf Moon

Great stuff, isn’t it???!!!

PAVACA

Wolf Moon
The video above strikes so many emotional chords and memories for Yours Truly. I grew up in Pittsburgh. My birth family had, at one time, DOZENS of aunts / uncles / cousins, who all were born and lived in the area. My late father operated a pharmacy on Butler Street in Lawrenceville, the part of Pittsburgh where the steel mill workers lived and raised their families. The devastation of Lawrenceville was beyond terrible when the mills left in the late 1970s – early 1980s. This begot what is still called the “Pittsburgh Diaspora”, where HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of people left the area to find work somewhere else, or married and left town. Heck, the “Pittsburgh Diaspora” hit my birth family, hard.
The result was that many of those “left behind” were also left to their own devices. This included THOUSANDS of older adults who needed their family to be around them to help take care of them. This included THOUSANDS of people who couldn’t afford to get out. This included THOUSANDS of laid-off mill workers who had less than a highschool education but made good money in the mills and who were told “to learn to code” after the mills left. How on God”s Earth could a 55-year-old laid-off mill worker, whose job was that of millwright, whose birth language was Polish, and who had a 10th-grade education, LEARN TO CODE?
And so, Pittsburgh was slowly taken over by those who live on gubmint benefits — either via Social Security Disability payments, or welfare, or whatever tiny pensions they could save when the mills shut down.
While, at the same time, the “predator classes” came out in full force and were increased by others. “Predator classes” included criminals, among others.

Wolf Moon

WOW!!!

PAVACA

Wolf Moon
Yeah, it was that bad.
My late father would actually GIVE medicines to the laid-off steel workers and their families, who were his long-time customers at his pharmacy. These people couldn’t afford to pay for the medicines. And many of them refused to go on welfare — that was anathema to the Poles, the Lithuanians, the Croats, the Czechs, the Greeks, and so on, who used to work in the mills before the mills left town — they had memories of what the “Nazi welfare state” did to people.
He would also give out lots of “samples” of medicines and OTC items.

For similar reasons — pride, and “to go on Welfare makes you a slave of the government” — THOUSANDS of older people who lost their jobs and/or their pensions and/or their families (the “Pittsburgh Diaspora”) due to the ENORMOUS “ripple effects” of the mills closing, but who couldn’t afford to move away from Pittsburgh — literally died from neglect, even from starvation, in the early- to mid- 1980s. Their houses fell apart around them, since they didn’t have the money to fix them. One could still see these rotting hulks of houses all over certain areas of Pittsburgh (Wilkinsburg and the “Hill District”, for examples) up through the mid-1990s, then the local government started pulling them down. Some of these areas had government housing built on the places where whole communities once stood. Other places were simply left to the ravages of Nature. Yours Truly saw these things on trips back to Pittsburgh to visit her parents.

In the case of Yours Truly’s own maternal grandparents, my maternal grandfather (the one I wrote about here on the board, who began working as a “slag train human mule” when he was 10 years old, and who later on became a Master Patternmaker for US Steel) — saw his OWN pension get shaved down after the mills left Pittsburgh. It got the point that his children (my mother and her siblings) stepped in and helped to pay for Poppa’s and Nana’s living expenses.

IMO, unless the Steel Workers unions AND the owners of the steel mills that are getting re-vitalized BOTH understand that outrageous demands from EITHER side when it comes to renegotiating contracts can potentially AGAIN force the steel mills to close AGAIN. This system of off-the-wall “we want or we’ll strike” and “strike and we’ll close the mill” is exactly WHY the mills closed in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area in the late 1970s – early 1980s, and the steel production was shifted to places like South Korea and Mexico.

Gail Combs

I worked in a Union shop and tried to explain those economics to the Union steward and some of the other guys.

Unfortunately the company was bought out, the new company ‘played accounting games’ by assigning ALL the R&D costs to our plant and then used that ‘loss’ to shut our plant down. At least they just moved to Alabama.

….

At one point, several computers ago, I had the 2005 World Trade Org report that point blank stated that signing that treaty into law would cause the loss of MILLIONS of US jobs.

In the early 1970s, over 25% of the US jobs were manufacturing jobs. WE BUILT STUFF. By the Obama years the USA was down to less that 9% manufacturing jobs and at that point the government quit reporting the numbers.

Mean while Government jobs & government associated jobs went over 25%

Frustrated Democrats Can’t Get Away From Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Because They Keep Jumping Back Into the Spotlight

Democrats are desperate for the country to forget Joe Biden for his failed presidency and Kamala Harris for her failed presidential bid. The party wants to ‘move on’ as it were, but they can’t do it because Biden and Harris keep making themselves very visible with interviews and media appearances.

The problem for Democrats is that neither Biden nor Harris have any incentive to go away. They are both used to making their living by being public figures. It’s not like they’re going to suddenly disappear. They both want to continue earning big salaries and being treated like celebrities by the media. There’s no easy solution.

What a shame…😁

Example: To learn that elements of our government were complicit in trying to assassinate Trump (former president, then-current Republican nominee for president) would be shocking. We all think we *know* it, but to see evidence that confirms it would be mind-blowing.

Wolf Moon

“Maybe it’s time to say something…..”

TheseTruths

Democrats are facing multiple existential political threats.

The Supreme Court is now considering getting rid of Dems’ race-based Congressional districts. Republicans could gain a double digit amount of seats from this alone.

The 2030 census is set to reapportion in favor of electoral votes (House seats) for places like Florida and Texas while California, Illinois and New York lose. This means Republicans could win the presidency with 1-2 less states than is required right now. It NARROWS their electoral paths.

The prospect of Trump removing illegal aliens from the Census is very real. Trump could either re-do the Census, or make sure illegals aren’t counted in 2030. This is to the detriment of NY, CA and IL. They depend on illegals, it inflates their Congressional seats (AND electoral votes).

Voter ID continues to spread nationwide. When it gets on the ballot, it wins. Wisconsin elected a liberal Supreme Court justice this year handily, but their voters also added voter ID requirements to their state Constitution. Again, Dems rely on sketchy voting laws and process. Their leaders hate voter ID.

So many things are happening right now in favor of re-seizing our electoral system from the Left and it is glorious.

Hopium? At least these are facts that could lead to good results.

kalbokalbs

Common sense.

Starting in 1820, the census asked about naturalization status.

Interesting instructions are found appended to the 1870 census:

National Archives and Records Administration http://www.archives.gov NA 14085 (04-09)

Constitutional Relations
Upon the answers to the questions under this head will depend the distribution of representative power in the General Government. It is therefore
imperative that this part of the enumeration should be performed with absolute accuracy. Every male person born within the United States, who has
attained the age of 21 years, is a citizen of the United States by force of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution (act of February 10, 1855);
also, all persons born out of the limits and jurisdiction of the United States, whose fathers at the time of their birth were citizens of the United States,
who have been declared by judgment of court to have been duly naturalized having taken out both “papers.”
The part of the enumerator’s duty which relates to column 19 is therefore easy, but it is none the less of importance. It is a matter of more delicacy to
obtain the information required by column 20. Many persons never try to vote, and therefore do not know whether their right to vote is or is not
abridged, It is not only those whose votes have actually been challenged, and refused at the polls for some disability or want of qualification, who
must be reported in this column; but all who come within the scope of any State law denying or abridging suffrage to any class or individual on any
other ground than participation in rebellion, or legal conviction of crime. Assistant marshals, therefore, will be required carefully to study the laws of
their own States in these respects, and to satisfy themselves in the case of each male citizen of the United States above the age of 21 years, whether
he does or does not, come within one of these classes.
As the Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution, prohibiting the exclusion from the suffrage of any person on account of race, color, or previous
condition of servitude, has become the law of the land, all state laws working such exclusion have ceased to be of virtue, If any person is, in any
State, still practically denied the right to vote by reason of any such State laws not repealed, that denial is merely an act of violence, of which the
courts may have cognizance, but which does not come within the view of marshals and their assistants in respect to census.

https://www.archives.gov/files/research/genealogy/charts-forms/1870-census.pdf

In 1900, the year of immigration to the US was asked, along with number of years in the US and immigration status.

That continued in 1910, 1920, 1930, and 1940.

In 1950, census forms exploded. It’s ridiculous. There’s a different form for everybody and every thing, but the citizenship question and naturalization status is still there.

By 1960, the questions asked on the census are out of control, in my opinion. It goes on and on. It did ask where the parents of a person were born, but not the person’s immigration or naturalization status.

In 1970, the naturalization question was back. But the question was only on the “long form,” which was given to a “sample” of households. The same happened in 1980.

In 1990, the census asked about place of birth, citizenship status, and year of entry, but not specifically about naturalization. So did 2000. But these were only questions on the “long form,” which wasn’t used for every household.

In 2010, the “long form” census vanished, and was replaced with the American Community Survey, a rolling sample survey conducted annually. What a shock, right? We have a “community organizer” as President, and voila, no more actual census, just a community survey, which tells us literally nothing.

We all remember the bullshit 2020 Census, with no citizenship questions at all.

Here’s the interesting part to me; when did the census start to “slide” towards useless data, as opposed to real, necessary knowledge? Well, that would be after WWII, the advent of the See-I-A, and the infiltration of our government by the communists, wouldn’t it?

Wolf Moon

WOW. And look how it starts off with obfuscation in 1950, and then direct attacks in 1960, right before they killed Kennedy.

TradeBait2

When was the CIA formed? Oh yeah, that’s right, September 18, 1947. Harry S. Truman was POTUS and signed it into law.

So the dirty started almost immediately, is that what we are seeing? Imagine that?

😂

Wolf Moon

“World Government! Such a great idea!”

Aubergine

Yep.

TradeBait2

GREAT dig!

Aubergine

Thanks.

I work with these all time in the distant past. They changed over time, with questions that became necessary as the country grew, people changed, and rights changed, too.

For example, the names of women and children did not appear on the census until 1850. They were counted, but were noted only as numbers with the head of household. If the HOH was a woman, she was named.

Excellent dig.

Now add the Ag census where they not only wanted to know the number and type of live stock and equipment you had but ALSO THE NUMBER OF TOILETS!

This is when they were trying to shove NAIS down farmers throats. BOY did the poor ladies working the phones get an earful!

I called and had a long conversation with one of the ladies. She said they were bewildered by the vicious attacks they were getting so I explained the situation to her and she was horrified. (A farm given a PREMISE ID is no longer YOURS you are only a ‘Stakeholder.’)

From Derry Brownfield may he rest in peaceful fields.

https://www.opednews.com/articles/The-SCAM-behind-NAIS–Ou-by-Derry-Brownfield-081130-795.html

I consider Wayne Hage one of the most intelligent men I ever met. On our very first visit he was explaining the World Bank, the International Monetary fund and how the world bankers planned on collateralizing the world debt with land. Not just the U.S. national debt, but also the “WORLD” debt. A listener sent me a copy of a report of the FOURTH WORLD WILDERNESS CONGRESS, which was held in Denver in 1987. Over 1500 people from sixty countries were told that wilderness lands were to protect the reindeer, the spotted owl and other endangered species. Ninety percent of the group consisted of conservationists, ecologists, government and United Nations bureaucrats. The other ten percent were world banking heavyweights, such as David Rockefeller of Chase Manhattan Bank, London banker Edmund de Rothschild and the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, James Baker, who gave the keynote address. George W. Hunt, an investment councilor, served as official host and sat in on all the meetings. It was George Hunt that wrote the report from which I have gleaned much of my information.

During the first three days, the group was told that the WILDERNESS CONGRESS was about beating the ozone deterioration and bringing the rain forests back. The following days were closed to the public. With only the bankers in attendance, the topics discussed centered on the creation of a “WORLD CONSERVATION BANK” with collateral being derived from receipt of wilderness properties throughout the world. This bank would have central bank powers similar to the Federal Reserve. It would create currency and loans and engage in international discounting, counter-trade, barter and swap actions. Rothschild personally conducted the monetary matters and the creation of this WORLD CONSERVATION BANK. This bank would refinance by swapping debt for assets. A country with a huge national debt would receive money to pay off the debt by swapping the debt for wilderness lands. The plan was to swap one trillion dollars of Third World Debt into this new bank. In the long term, when the countries won’t be able to pay off the loans, governments from around the world will give title to their wilderness lands to the bankers.

George Hunt wrote: “Title to the lands will go to the World Wilderness Land Inventory Trust. This Trust will float into the World Conservation Bank by the unanimous decree of the world’s people, saying, God bless you for saving our reindeer. Those people at the congress were ignorant. They don’t suspect anything. They’re very naive. Not stupid, ignorant. I’m talking about the 90% that were not the world banking heavyweights.”… Throughout the entire Draft National Animal Identification System Users Guide, land is referred to as a premises and not property. A “Premises” has no protection under the Constitution of the United States, while property always has the exclusive rights of the owner tied to it. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution protect property rights.

The word “Premise” is a synonym for the word tenement. A definition of the word tenement in law is: Property, such as land, held by one person “leasing” it to another. Webster’s New World Dictionary 1960 College Edition defines “Premises” as the part of a deed or “lease” that states its reason, the parties involved and the property in “conveyance.” Webster then defines “conveyance” as the transfer of ownership of real property from one person to another. It is quite obvious that the bureaucrats in Washington had a very good reason to use the term “premises” and never mention “PROPERTY.”

Let’s take another look at the wilderness areas and the World Bank’s plans to collateralize its loans. While the wilderness areas cover about one third of the earth’s surface, they are wilderness areas for a good reason – they were useless or difficult to homestead, farm or use in a constructive manner. Worldwide, the best and more valuable land is occupied by farmers, ranchers and people with the ambition to produce. Wouldn’t the World Bankers rather have some productive property besides mountains, deserts and swamps?

I am convinced that the word “premise” will put an encumbrance on your deed. The bankers say they want to monetize land. It’s your land and my land they want to monetize….

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The USDA is about to make the attachment of a “Premise ID” to American farmland mandatory. “Premises ID” once attached to the deed completely and forever removes the property rights recognized by the US Constitution. Furthermore the USDA has absolutely refused to consider changing “Premise ID” to “Property ID”

Alfred Adask answers the question of WHY the USDA refuses to use the word “property” He contends there are two different kinds of money. FRNs – Federal Reserve notes (bank IOU’s) and while granted “legal tender” status in 1913, they do not have “FULL legal tender” status. Therefore FRNs only purchase equitable title (possession and use) and NOT legal title (ownership). FRNs are different than Constitutionally “lawful” money such as gold coins which are granted “full legal tender” status. Purchasing property with “full legal tender” conveys both legal and equitable titles to property but “legal tender” (Federal Reserve Notes) only conveys equitable title. One kind of money conveys mere possession and use of the property; the other real ownership.

“Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs). Because they are debt-instruments (promises to pay, not payment) they were loaned into circulation and remain the property of the bank that made the initial loan until the loan is repaid in lawful money (gold or silver coin). As debt-instruments, FRNs can be used to transfer use (equitable title) of property from one person to another, but they can’t convey/ exchange that property’s legal title. ” this is because “the promise to pay (IOU) can not and does not complete the transfer of title because the contract has not been fulfilled until lawful payment is made. Mr. Adask explains this in great detail in Greater Fools and FRNs http://www.ripit4me.org/PublishedAuthors/Media/Antishyster/V08N2-GrtrFools&FRNs.pdf

“Without legal title, it appears that we have no legal rights, no access to courts of law, and at best enjoy the perpetual status of “beneficiary” (which is a politically correct way of saying “nigger”). Ohh, you may be blonde, blue-eyed, well-dressed, live in a mansion drive a Rolls Royce, and be the local Klan’s Imperial Dragon – but without legal title to property, the banks and government regard you as just another “house nigger” who owns nothing, has no legal rights and no standing in law.” http://www.ripit4me.org/PublishedAuthors/Media/Antishyster/V08N2-TitleWars.pdf

If Mr Adask is correct it would go a long way in explaining why the USDA refuses to use the term property. Affixing a “Property ID” grants property status to farmland and would undermine the Bankers’ ownership of our farmland. Even if Mr. Adask is incorrect, farmers have another disaster looming on the horizon. The Banking Crisis.

In 1933 the bankers manufactured a banking crisis. Thanks to the fractional banking part of the Federal Reserve Act the banks managed to make enough bad loans overseas that they did not have the gold reserves to cover the federal reserve notes. When the Bank of England bought up all the notes and presented them to “ be redeemed in gold on demand at the Treasury Department of the United States” The US treasury was in a world of hurt. President Roosevelt got a new law passed and then used an executive order to confiscate ALL personal gold from every citizen in the USA and gave it to the banks in exchange for bank IOUs (Federal reserve notes). This is also the year dollars were taken off the “gold standard” and backed by US treasury notes. That set a legal precedence of personal property being used to cover the private bankers (Federal Reserve) International debts!

Executive Order 6102: “Section 2. All persons are hereby required to deliver on or before May 1, 1933, to a Federal Reserve Bank or a branch or agency thereof or to any member bank of the Federal Reserve System all gold coin, gold bullion and gold certificates now owned by them or coming into their ownership on or before April 28, 1933”

Early Ag censuses counted all kinds of crazy things, like “wheels” for example. You were taxed on the number of wheels on wagons you owned. A two wheel buggy got a lesser tax than a four wheel cart.

Amazing the stuff they want to tax you for and how SNOOPY the government is.

Interesting facts, and IMO it’s a mess.

It seems to me that the information required for the census should be codified into law, and it should be very simple: whatever basic information is needed, and always citizenship status.

I found this interesting from yesterday’s Coffee & COVID (emphasis mine):

One of the most salacious and intriguing facts appeared in the Fox story. It described how Kash Patel found loads of incriminating, top-secret RussiaGate documents stuffed into burn bags in an unrelated SCIF (a secured information storage area). In other words, the documents were supposed to have been destroyed— including Durham’s classified annex.

Tellingly, it did not say when Kash found the bags. That Fox story could have been pre-written weeks ago.

These kinds of facts light up my lawyer’s mental dashboard. The implications are astounding. And it is terrible news, both for Democrats and (obviously) the RussiaGate conspirators.

First, consider what it means that someone secured those bags and prevented their destruction. Only a very small number of people knew the documents existed— perhaps fewer than a dozen. Of those, even fewer could have known about the destruction plan.

In other words —better sit down for this— sometime after Durham issued his report, the conspirators decided to destroy the evidence, but one of the key players thwarted the plan and hid the bags for some reason. Maybe for self-preservation, maybe for blackmail, or maybe for another reason. I’ll get to it.

Second, Kash obviously knew where to find them. It defies logic that he could have conducted a top-to-bottom sweep of the vast Hoover building and randomly found some stray burn bags in a dusty SCIF on the 11th floor. No. Somebody must have told him where they were.

The most probable conclusion from these facts is that one of the key conspirators is cooperating. Which means they have everything.

If I can see this, it means the conspirators can surely see it, too. Which means they can’t talk to each other anymore; it’s not safe. They don’t know who’s talking, and they know the DOJ has enough evidence to get FISA warrants to monitor their comms. So the conspiracy has collapsed; the center could not hold.

It’s every man for himself now.

TheseTruths

I don’t understand the nature of this annex, or appendix, to the Durham report. If Durham produced it, did he intend for it to be completely secret? If not, why didn’t he object to its not being made public?

If he did intend it to be completely secret, then that appears to make him part of the conspiracy. But no one is talking about Durham.

I’m wondering if he referred to it in the body of the main report. If so, then anyone who read the report might wonder where the appendix was. There’s so much that is unknown, at least to me.

Gail Combs

It could have been classified info. It could have been Grand jury Info. Both would not be made public.

TheseTruths

Something doesn’t add up.

Per Wiki, emphasis mine:

In April 2019, Attorney General William Barr announced that he had launched a review of the origins of the FBI’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections[32][33] and it was reported in May that he had assigned Durham to lead it several weeks earlier.[7] Durham was given the authority “to broadly examin[e] the government’s collection of intelligence involving the Trump campaign’s interactions with Russians,” reviewing government documents and requesting voluntary witness statements.[7]

In September 2020, Barr reportedly had pressed the investigation to publish a report before the upcoming election, leading one of Durham’s longtime aides to resign out of concern that he was doing so for political purposes.[34] In December 2020, Barr revealed to Congress that he had appointed Durham to lead the Durham special counsel investigation on October 19.[19] He stayed on in this capacity after he resigned as U.S. Attorney.[20] By September 2022, the costs of his investigation had climbed to $6.5 million since assuming the role of special counsel.[35]

After a three-and-a-half-year investigation, Durham indicted three men. One of them, whose misconduct had been uncovered by the DOJ Inspector General’s 2019 review of the FBI investigation, pleaded guilty to a charge unrelated to the origins of the FBI investigation and was sentenced to probation. The other two, a Clinton campaign lawyer and a Russian-American analyst, were tried for lying to the FBI and acquitted.[36][37] In both trials, Durham alleged the defendants had deceived the FBI, rather than alleging the FBI acted improperly toward Trump.[38][39]

On May 12, 2023, Durham submitted his final report to Barr’s successor Merrick Garland.[40][41][36][37] On May 15, 2023, Garland released the unclassified report “in full as submitted to me, without any additions, redactions, or other modifications”.[42] The report criticized the FBI for problems in its investigation, which had also been uncovered by the 2019 IG review, but did not state that the investigation had violated any rule,[36][37] concluding that the FBI should have launched a preliminary instead of a full investigation into ties between Trump and Russia.[43] The New York Times wrote that the report “largely consisted of recycled material, interlaced with conclusions like Mr. Durham’s accusation that the F.B.I. had displayed a ‘lack of analytical rigor'”.[37]

The examination found evidence that Hillary and company hatched the plot against Trump, with the cooperation of Obama and some of his cabinet, but that wasn’t important enough to include in the report? Even if the focus of the investigation was on what the FIB did, properly or improperly, the FIB’s failure to act upon these treasonous actions should have been front and center.

This is bizarro-world.

Wolf Moon

IMO Barr was in conflict, unable to act on truths that DOJ and FBI were now “independent to the point of committing injustices” by both sins of commission and sins of omission. He was unable to grasp that the election had been stolen, too.

He was unable to deal with the fact that the best that could ever be done was a WHITEWASH + toothless MEA CULPA (on FIB) + toothless SHEA CULPA (on Cankles).

TheseTruths

I agree. I’m sure the things I don’t understand are coming from a place of ignorance of both how things were supposed to work with the Durham report (its scope, etc.) and how things actually worked (why people did what they did with regard to the report and the annex).

But there is no bigger elephant in a room than the Hillary/Obama/etc. compicity in framing Trump, and instead of its being in the main body of the report, it ended up in an annex that was classified and hidden. To me, that looks like a coverup. And it looks like a coverup by Durham, Barr, and anyone who had anything to do with it.

A possible scenario is that some of the good guys knew there was no chance of prosecutions or even investigations into the treasonous activity, so they hid it in hopes that someone could do something later. They might even have been in cahoots with someone who hid it and made sure it was not destroyed. I don’t know what the ramifications would have been of revealing it back then, but I’m 100% sure that Merrick Garland would have done nothing.

Wolf Moon

Yes – agreed with your full statement. This is always a battle – between those who say “fight now” (Sidney Powell, Flynn, COVID heroes with suspended licenses, J6ers) and those who say “live and fight another day”.

I try to blame neither, as long as they’re pursuing truth, justice, and the American way.

TheseTruths

Trump himself has done both. He’s had to wait to “live to fight another day,” and now he is “fighting now.” It’s all about strategy, game theory, and being a Very Stable Genius. 😅

Gail Combs

Given  Merrick Garland and the fact once tried and found not guilty you can not be retried, I would certainly want to hide the info to be used at a later date.

“I don’t understand the nature of this annex, or appendix,…”

Whatever section, Annex / Appendix was labeled classified because, PART of the Annex Appendix is classified information. Could be a sentence, paragraph or more.

Redact that sentence, paragraph, etc. then the remainder is unclassified.

  • Until this happens, the Annex / Appendix is handled as classified.

I have nor looked at the Durham report.

  • The Table of contents should list all Annexes AND appendices.
  • NOTE if the title of the classified Annex / Appendix is classified, the Table of Contents will simply indicate, Classified.

If the Durham report is available on the Internet, it may shed light on the Annex / Appendix focus.

It would be interesting to know more. I suspect, as indictments are issued, arrests, trials, etc., we’ll learn more.

>>> Wait a second. Wasn’t the Durham report released, unclassified by Grassley / Kash? Or what.

Busy day ahead here. Hopefully I’ll look into this later today.

I just searched the Durham report for this. Here’s the pdf of the report:

In the report, this line appears:

“This two-part report (Unclassified Report and Classified Appendix) is
presented in fulfillment of these requirements and sets forth our principal findings and recommendations concerning the matters that were the subject of our review.”

However, the “Classified Appendix” does not appear in the Table of Contents. Neither does any “classified” notation.

Below is Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley’s summary of the Durham annex.

Within this is a link to the annex itself, which is presented with redactions: https://www.grassley.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/declassified_durham_annex_released_by_chairman_grassley.pdf

https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/rep/releases/newly-declassified-appendix-to-durham-report-sheds-additional-light-on-clinton-campaign-plan-to-falsely-tie-trump-to-russia-and-fbis-failure-to-investigate

Key Findings of the Durham Annex:

The Clinton Campaign Plan

In 2016, the Obama administration obtained intelligence information from a source contained in two separate memoranda – one memorandum from January 2016 and another from March 2016. The two memoranda “described ‘confidential conversations’ between then-Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and two individuals at the [Soros] Open Society Foundations (i) [Leonard] Benardo and (ii) Jeffrey Goldstein.” (Pgs. 2-3)

• The January 2016 memorandum noted, in part, that President Barack Obama intended to scuttle the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server and mishandling of highly classified information during her time as Secretary of State. (Pg. 3)

The March 2016 memorandum also included references to the same Obama effort to shut down the Clinton investigation, but additionally outlined a plan to falsely connect Trump to Russia. (Pg. 4)

This memo stated, in part, that “[the Democratic Party’s] opposition is focused on discrediting Trump…. [a]mong other things, the Clinton staff, with support from special services, is preparing scandalous revelations of business relations between Trump and the ‘Russian Mafia’”. (Pg. 4)

According to the Durham annex, based on an analysis and translation of the intelligence, FBI analysts believed that, at the time, the “special services” in the March 2016 memorandum could refer “to the FBI and the CIA or more broadly to the intelligence and law enforcement communities” in the United States, or, analysts speculated, it could refer to “Trump dossier author Christopher Steele.” (Pg. 5)

When the Obama administration received this intelligence in March 2016, Fusion GPS was preparing open source opposition research regarding purported ties between Trump and Russians. The research was paid for by Clinton’s campaign and the DNC. (Pg. 5).

Notably, on April 15, 2020, Grassley released Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (DOJ OIG) footnotes showing that Russian intelligence was aware of Steele’s anti-Trump research in early July 2016. Further, the FBI had reports in hand in 2017 that the Dossier may have Russian sources and was potentially Russian disinformation.

Much more at the link…

Scott, they would just see to it he had a fatal ‘accident’ Just look at PGroup’s friend Phil Haney. He was a DHS whistleblower.

CBS News (cover-up)

The death of Philip Haney, a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower, two years ago that generated right-wing conspiracy theories was ruled a suicide Wednesday by a Northern California sheriff-coroner.

Evidence found during the investigation into Haney’s death has now spurred a new investigation into how he obtained “contraband” documents.

Haney, 66, was found dead with a single gunshot wound on Feb. 21, 2020, in a park-and-ride lot along State Highway 16 near State Highway 124 in Amador County, east of Sacramento. He was a former DHS national security official for 15 years and self-described whistleblower critical of President Barack Obama’s administration.

Haney’s death was controversial enough for the Amador County Sheriff’s Office to bring in FBI crime scene investigators and other analysts to assist.

Investigators found that Haney left a suicide note with a signature that a forensic analysis determined was in his handwriting. The gun used was traced to him….

Breitbart:

Obama DHS Whistleblower Found Dead with ‘Gunshot Wound’ to the Chest
23 Feb 2020
3:39

Philip Haney, a former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official during the Obama administration who blew the whistle on shortcomings within his own agency, was found dead in California on Friday with a “gunshot wound” to the chest, several news outlets report, citing a statement from the law enforcement.

Although authorities have said the gunshot wound “appears” to be “self-inflicted,” stressing that the investigation is ongoing, 66-year-old Haney had been missing since February 19 and died from a gunshot wound to his chest two days later, Red State and Heavy reported.

Gunshot wounds to the chest are uncommon in the case of suicides, data reportedly show. Haney’s death has triggered a wave of claims suggesting he may have been a victim of foul play.

Echoing some of the whistleblower’s friends, a number of senior congressional officials have expressed alarm to Breitbart News about this, noting that they do no believe Haney was suicidal…

…Authorities found Haney dead ahead of his plans to publish another book exposing problems within the Obama administration, according to the Examiner….

scott467

Maybe they do, maybe they don’t. Much harder for the Creep State to murder the head of the investigation into the Creep State, than to murder someone most of the public had never heard of and who the MSM could ignore.

The MSM could not have ignored the untimely murder of MacGuffin Durham in the middle of his highly publicized investigation of the people with the most obvious motivation to murder him.

Every single attempt to confront the Creep State can be reduced to “If you threaten them, they’ll kill you.”

If Giuliani had accepted that premise in NY, then he would never have taken on the mafia and won.

If we accept that premise, that if we confront them, they will kill us, then we should just quit, and get down on our knees, and stay there forever.

Everyone knows the Creep State will try to kill whoever is a real threat to them.

So make sure the people who are a threat to them are either high enough profile (like MacGuffin Durham) that they CAN’T kill him without creating even greater exposure to themselves, or a group of people, like Navy SEALs, working together, who are more dangerous than any would-be assassin the Creep State could deploy.

Or whatever. It doesn’t matter.

The Creep State is NEVER just going to let you stop them, so the fact that they will try to kill you is just an obstacle to mitigate and overcome.

Deal with it and move forward.

It’s a war.

No one has ever even tried to bring the full force of government — and everyone else who would help — against the whiny little fags of the Creep State.

The entire world is held hostage by a tiny fraction of 1% of the population, because they might hurt someone.

They hurt (and worse) tens of thousands every day, so what do the forces of good actually have to lose?

B2 appears to be running interference to keep the black hats and media (one in the same) guessing. Whether he was instructed to do so as part of a greater sting led by PDT is to be determined.

In the second link we have a fairly recent Bloomberg hit piece. You will find Bove and Blanche mentioned as well as the main info on Michael Horowitz. Well, that’s my opinion of them anyway. All AI is doing is crawling the internet and regurgitating information back to you in answer to questions. Google used to just give you a bunch of websites with the answers to the question you asked it. Now, the AI summarizes the info in all the sites. But it’s still just regurgitated info that people have to analyze and discern for themselves.

The problem is, people think AI is actually intelligent, so they just believe what it says.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2025/08/01/lawfare-lawyer-approved-2-million-sweetheart-deal-at-doj-for-peter-strzok-lisa-page/

I culled out this info:

Democracy Forward, Netter’s new legal home, is chaired by Marc Elias, “the attorney known for his work damaging the integrity of the 2016 land 2020 elections,” the Federalist also reported.

It noted Elias’s role in weaponizing the unverified and widely debunked Steele dossier that linked Trump with Russia.

“Elias, as the Clinton campaign general counsel, signed the checks for her campaign’s Russia collusion hoax,” the Federalist stated. “To hide the Russia collusion hoax’s origins, the funding was fraudulently run through Elias’s law firm [Perkins Coie] as ‘legal services.’”

However I failed to note:

“…. the Federalist reporting:

Netter currently serves as the legal director at Democracy Forward, a Democrat Party-affiliated group launched in 2017 to fight President Trump with lawfare. The group brags that it took Trump to court more than 100 times in his first term in office. It has continued its use of the courts to win political battles into his second term in office. “Liberal Legal Group Positions Itself as a Top Trump Administration Foe,” touted the New York Times last November.

The average hourly rate for a lawyer in NY & DC is around $400+ So WHO is paying for all these lawsuits?

I was just thinking this morning how our leaders/politicians have allowed huge corporations and conglomerates to wreak harm on citizens – via pharmaceuticals, chemicals, finance, banking, trade, housing, medicine, jobs, imported cheap labor….

President Trump cares and he’s trying to rectify this bullying against ordinary people and their work and incomes.

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Saturday, August 2, 2025

“LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear:”

Psalms 10:17 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 10

“The psalmist complains of the wickedness of the wicked. (1-11) He prays to God to appear for the relief of his people”. (12-18)

(12-18) “The psalmist speaks with astonishment, at the wickedness of the wicked, and at the patience and forbearance of God. God prepares the heart for prayer, by kindling holy desires, and strengthening our most holy faith, fixing the thoughts, and raising the affections, and then he graciously accepts the prayer. The preparation of the heart is from the Lord, and we must seek unto him for it. Let the poor, afflicted, persecuted, or tempted believer recollect, that Satan is the prince of this world, and that he is the father of all the ungodly. The children of God cannot expect kindness, truth, or justice from such persons as crucified the Lord of glory. But this once suffering Jesus, now reigns as King over all the earth, and of his dominion there shall be no end. Let us commit ourselves unto him, humbly trusting in his mercy. He will rescue the believer from every temptation, and break the arm of every wicked oppressor, and bruise Satan under our feet shortly. But in heaven alone will all sin and temptation be shut out, though in this life the believer has a foretaste of deliverance.”

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

Good morning, C&C, it’s Saturday! There’s good news and bad news, and they are both the same. Today is the last day of Childers Family Summer Vacation, and it is a travel day. So you have a quick but hard-hitting Weekend Edition roundup, then on Monday we’ll resume normal operations. Some of you will be relieved by today’s brevity. Don’t gloat.

Grok, where are the new Data Centers that need so much water to cool their servers in Texas located?

Data centers in Texas, particularly those using water-intensive cooling systems like evaporative cooling, are concentrated in several key regions, driven by the state’s business-friendly policies, independent energy grid, and growing tech industry. Below is a breakdown of the primary locations where new data centers, especially those requiring significant water for cooling, are being developed or are operational, based on available information:

  • Abilene (West Texas): The Stargate campus, a major AI-focused data center backed by OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle, is under development. It uses a closed-loop, non-evaporative liquid cooling system requiring an initial 1 million gallons of water and minor maintenance refills. This project is notable for its scale and its plan to build its own natural gas power plant to meet energy demands.
  • San Antonio: This city hosts multiple data centers, including facilities operated by Microsoft and the U.S. Army Corps, which consumed 463 million gallons of water between 2023 and 2024. These centers rely heavily on evaporative cooling, drawing from local water supplies despite drought conditions. Newer facilities, like Stream Data Centers’ San Antonio III campus on West Military Drive and Loop 1604, are designed to support both air and liquid cooling, with a 334 MW on-site substation.
  • Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex: The DFW area is a major hub with over 342 data centers across 24 markets, making it the second-largest data center market in North America. Specific new projects include:
  • Red Oak: DataBank is developing a 480 MW campus with eight two-story data centers, with the first phase operational by Q2 2026.
  • Irving: Edged Dallas is opening a 168,610-square-foot data center using waterless cooling systems to reduce environmental impact.
  • Lancaster: Stack Infrastructure is building a 220 MW AI-ready campus with flexible cooling solutions.
  • Grand Prairie and Garland: Additional campuses are planned, contributing to the region’s data center boom.
  • Plano and Richardson: These areas host Tier 3 facilities like Aligned Energy and Digital Realty, some of which are adopting advanced cooling technologies to manage high-density computing.
  • Austin: Known as “Silicon Hills,” Austin is seeing rapid data center growth due to its tech ecosystem. Facilities like Digital Realty’s Austin Data Center at 7500 Metro Center Drive are equipped with advanced cooling systems, though many still rely on evaporative methods. The region faces water stress, with local advocates pushing for conservation ordinances.
  • Houston: Houston’s data centers, such as DataBank’s Westway Park I and TRG Datacenters, are adopting waterless or hybrid cooling to address environmental concerns. However, some facilities still use evaporative cooling, contributing to the region’s water demand.
  • Central Texas (Hill Country): Several new AI-focused data centers are under construction in this water-stressed region, raising concerns among locals about evaporative cooling’s impact on drinking water supplies. Specific sites are not always named, but the region’s water scarcity makes these developments contentious.
  • New Braunfels: A proposed data center by CloudBurst, paired with a 1,200 MW gas-fired power plant, is facing local opposition due to its potential water and environmental impact. This project highlights the trend of data centers building on-site power plants to bypass grid constraints.

Water Usage Context: Texas data centers are projected to consume 49 billion gallons of water in 2025, with estimates rising to 399 billion gallons by 2030, driven by evaporative cooling in water-stressed areas like Central and West Texas. While some operators, like Microsoft and Google, are shifting to air cooling or reclaimed water, many still rely on freshwater, exacerbating local drought issues. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) now reviews water use plans for new data centers exceeding 5 MW, reflecting growing regulatory scrutiny.
Note on Sources: The locations and water usage details are drawn from recent reports and analyses, including The Austin Chronicle, Newsweek, and The Texas Tribune, among others. These sources highlight the tension between Texas’ data center boom and its water scarcity challenges. If you need more specific details about a particular site or project, let me know, and I can dig deeper or check for real-time updates!

para59r

Grok, can water used to cool servers in new Data Centers be safely returned to the environment or does it become waste water and require waste water treatment?

Water used to cool servers in data centers can often be safely returned to the environment, but whether it requires wastewater treatment depends on the cooling system and how the water is managed:

  1. Closed-Loop Cooling Systems: Many modern data centers use closed-loop systems where water or coolant circulates within a sealed system to absorb heat. This water doesn’t come into contact with contaminants, so it typically doesn’t become wastewater. It can be reused indefinitely with minimal treatment, provided there are no leaks or chemical additives that could affect water quality.
  2. Open-Loop or Evaporative Cooling Systems: In systems like cooling towers, water is exposed to the air and can pick up contaminants (e.g., dust, bacteria like Legionella, or chemical additives like biocides). This water may require treatment before being discharged to prevent environmental harm or regulatory violations. Treatment might include filtration, chemical neutralization, or disinfection to remove or neutralize pollutants.
  3. Environmental Considerations: If the water is discharged, it must meet local environmental regulations (e.g., EPA standards in the U.S.). Factors like temperature (hot water can harm aquatic ecosystems), pH, or chemical content (e.g., from corrosion inhibitors) determine if treatment is needed. Some data centers use reclaimed or non-potable water to minimize environmental impact, but even this may need treatment before release.
  4. Wastewater Classification: Water that has been contaminated (e.g., by chemicals or biological agents) is considered wastewater and typically requires treatment at a wastewater facility. Non-contaminated water, such as from a closed-loop system or purified condensate, may be returned directly to the environment or reused, depending on local regulations.
  5. Sustainability Practices: Many data centers aim to minimize water waste through technologies like air cooling, water recycling, or using non-potable water sources. For example, Google and Microsoft have adopted systems to reduce water discharge and treatment needs, with some facilities achieving near-zero water waste.

Summary: Water from closed-loop systems is generally reusable and not wastewater, while water from evaporative systems may need treatment before environmental release, depending on contamination and local laws. Always check local regulations and system specifics to confirm. If you want, I can search for recent examples or regulations on data center water management—let me know!

TheseTruths

It’s good that some of the water can be reused.

Gail Combs

Seems like a closed loop system is best if possible in a desert type environment.

Happy go lucky

What temperature does the cooling water reach?

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

COME BACK TO ME

Come back to Me with all of your heart;
Sin has separated us – torn us apart;
Long have I waited for your sweet return;
Reconciliation with you – is what I yearn!

While you were out reveling in the flesh;
In the throes of sin – I watched you enmesh;
I sent forth My Spirit – to convict you;
But, you rebuff Him – what could I do?

I sent forth My angels – with a message true;
But you did not hear – you did not want to;
I sent forth My beauty – for your eyes to see;
But your eyes were on others and not on Me!

I sent forth the fragrance – of lilies so sweet;
With the scents you enjoyed – I could not compete;
I sent you a mate – refined in the Word;
But you refused him/her – completely absurd!

Stubborn you are and stubborn you’ll be;
Until you agree to Come Back to Me;
What can I tell you – what can I say?
If you keep acting in your sinful way!

Make no mistake – I have a plan for you;
With love I will prick you – and deeply, too;
The one that you love will not love you back;
When you’re not looking – he/she will attack!

With tokens and trinkets he/she will woo your love;
But God will not bless this union above;
It is you who will suffer rebuff and regret;
For what you have done – that is what you will get!

Until you can feel what you have given to Me;
You will not have eyes that will ever see;
Into the darkness you’ll continue to gaze;
Your ears will be closed to sweet words of praise!

Your love will complain he/she hasn’t the time;
To love you and cherish you in the sublime;
Then he/she will leave you flat and outright;
Far away will him/her go – far out of sight!

Now that you know what I have been feeling;
In your absence – how much I’ve been reeling;
Come Back to Me – repent now – and believe;
Your pain and your suffering I can relieve!

My yoke is easy – my burden is light;
I’m willing to give you back your insight;
I’m willing to send forth My Spirit today;
If you will agree – to follow the Way!

Come Back to Me – and I will surely forgive;
All your transgressions – so that you will live;
With faith through grace – I will accept you back;
As long as you agree – I will take up the slack!

OK IMO… Trump and Bondi don’t want to release the evidence because it’s all Grand Jury testimony now, and that would mess up the case.
ALSO … Trump is in the Epstein files. The bad guys are trying to assert that he’s in on it, and that’s why they are pushing for release, and to mess up the Grand Jury and try to defuse the bomb that’s about to drop on their heads.
The reason Trump is in the Epstein files is simple: He’s the one who found the trafficking going on at Mar-a-Lago and tried to sting to address it. He’s gone up against the mafia before, so he knows what’s at stake. Trump is in it b/c he’s been fighting it right under his nose for decades! But they want to accuse him and bring him down – that’s what this is about.

Now you know why I was so happy to see Elon choose Matt Taibbi for the Twitter files. He maybe a leftist but he does have standards, he is smart and a good writer.

TheseTruths

The leftist general public will believe what the NYTimes says. The whole story is too involved and too convoluted for people to parse it out, especially when they just want their side to be right. But the basis for the story is simple: Hillary concocted a scheme to try to take Trump down, and Obama and his gargoyles were willing co-conspirators. They tried to subvert the will of the voting public and harassed a sitting president while he was in office, after he left office, as he ran for office again, and during his second term. These are crimes against the United States.

Court blocks immigration raids in Southern California
https://ktla.com/news/local-news/court-temporarily-blocks-immigration-raids-southern-california/

A federal appeals court on Friday night denied the Trump administration’s attempt to pause a restraining order that bars immigration authorities from conducting certain types of enforcement actions in Los Angeles and surrounding counties, leaving the order in place while litigation continues.

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined to issue a stay in a case challenging Department of Homeland Security practices that, according to plaintiffs, led to the unlawful detention and disappearance of Southern California residents without warrants or legal justification.

The ruling keeps in effect a temporary restraining order (TRO) issued by a lower court in July, which prohibits DHS and other federal immigration agents from stopping individuals based solely on race, language, location, or type of work. Specifically, the court found that using factors such as speaking Spanish or English with an accent, being present in places like agricultural sites or bus stops, or working in industries commonly associated with immigrant labor did not amount to reasonable suspicion under the law.

The lawsuit was filed earlier this summer by a coalition of Southern California residents, advocacy groups, and legal organizations who allege that immigration agents carried out warrantless arrests and confined individuals at a federal building in unsafe conditions without legal access to counsel.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.

Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.

As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.

Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Amen.

Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.

Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.

And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Amen.

Praise Your holy name Heavenly Father, for granting yet another day in my life and for being with me every step of the way. Thank You for the many blessings that You have provided and the love and fellowship that I have with the friends and family that in Your grace You have placed in my life.

My heart is so thankful for all the many blessings that I enjoy day by day, and today I am once again reminded that Your mercies are new every morning and Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation.

Thank You, that I have been brought into Your family and have been made a child of God and a citizen of heaven. Words cannot express my love and devotion to You Lord

I pray that You would watch over me as I rest tonight, and that You would give me a restful nights sleep so that I may wake up in the morning refreshed in body and spirit and ready to do Your will. Guard all those that I love and may we all grow in grace and in a knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ in the days that lie ahead. This I ask in His precious name,

Amen.

Mike

As long as anyone could remember, Gardner had always been a nice town. Not the best town or the most scenic town, though the view across the Gardner River was quite lovely, but all in all, a nice town.

Gardner had one church in town. It wasn’t a little church, but it wasn’t very big, either. Its white clapboard siding, arched windows, dark shutters, and dark gray asphalt shingles on the roof gave it a simple charm. It wasn’t a grand church, but it was a nice church.

Most of the old-timers in the church had been there since they were kids, small kids, and the generations after them spanned all ages, right down to the squirming little ones who struggled to stay quiet and still during services. This congregation wasn’t particularly remarkable in any way, attending services that had changed little over the years, but it was a nice congregation.

Pastor Don was a small-town boy at heart, almost custom-made to lead Gardner’s church. Friendly, welcoming, and respectful of all, he faithfully preached the gospel and tended to those who needed his help week after week. Phyllis played the organ with steady hands, Connie brought life to the piano, and Charlotte’s voice soared with hymns that echoed through the sanctuary. And then there was Mike.

Mike showed up a few months ago. He wasn’t a big man, but he wasn’t small, either – perhaps a bit skinny, and scruffy, definitely scruffy. He spoke briefly with Pastor Don, who offered him a place to stay in the church’s cellar, where it was cool in the summer and warmed by the furnace in the winter. Mike had a cot, a hot plate, a sink, and an old washing machine he’d fixed himself.

Mike could fix and clean almost anything, and that’s exactly what he did to earn his keep. But Mike was more than a handyman. There was something about the way he worked that caught your eye. He didn’t just seem happy – he was radiant, as though every task, from scrubbing pews to shoveling snow in winter, keeping mud at bay in spring, painting and planting in summer, or raking leaves and trimming bushes in fall, was a sacred privilege.
Mike didn’t just tend to the church’s facilities.

Mike was everywhere – showing young Jimmy how to backhand a baseball with patience and a grin, helping the ladies serve at the church supper with a quiet efficiency, coaxing Henry out of his embarrassment after tripping on the carpet with a kind word, and teaching Jill and Judy how to change a flat tire with confidence. Mike was filled with goodwill, humble, and kind to everyone. His presence was like a gentle tide, lifting those around him. The congregation began to notice, but they didn’t just watch – they joined in. They helped Mike with his tasks, and soon, they were helping each other, too, with a warmth and eagerness that hadn’t been seen in years.

Over just a few weeks, the congregation transformed. The services, once routine, now pulsed with life. The hymns, led by Charlotte’s soaring voice, carried a new fervor, as if the singers were rediscovering the words they’d sung for decades. Phyllis’s organ notes seemed to dance, and Connie’s piano chords rang with joy. Pastor Don’s sermons, always heartfelt, now sparked a fire in the listeners, who leaned forward, hanging on every word about God’s love and grace. The congregation wasn’t just going through the motions anymore – they were alive with zeal and ardor.

This change went beyond the church walls. At home, families prayed together with renewed sincerity, parents spoke to their children with patience, and neighbors checked on one another, offering help without being asked. The elderly, like Mrs. Thompson, who had stopped coming to services because of her arthritis, found her porch steps repaired one morning – Mike’s handiwork, with a few volunteers from the youth group pitching in. Young Tommy, who used to fidget through sermons, now listened intently, inspired by Mike’s quiet talks about faith while they raked leaves together. Even the church suppers, once pleasant but predictable, became feasts of laughter and connection, with new faces from town drawn by the warmth radiating from the congregation.

The change wasn’t just in their actions – It was in their hearts. They began to remember why they had first come to faith, how they had once felt the overwhelming love of Christ, who had first loved them. They saw it in Mike’s every action – his tireless service, his humility, his joy in the smallest tasks. It reminded them of the gospel’s call to love God and love their neighbor as themselves. They realized they had grown comfortable, even complacent, in their faith, but now they were wide awake again, their first love rekindled. Bible study groups swelled with eager participants, prayer meetings hummed with earnest petitions, and acts of kindness rippled through Gardner like never before.

One Sunday, after a particularly stirring service where the congregation sang “Amazing Grace” with tears in their eyes, Mike stood at the back of the church, his usual quiet smile in place. Pastor Don approached him, thanking him for all he’d done. Mike shook his head gently. “It’s time now for me to leave,” he said, his voice soft but clear. “My work here is done. You understand now – you’ve returned to loving God and Christ and your neighbor as the first priorities in your lives.”

The congregation gathered around, some with questions, others with gratitude. When the goodbyes were said, Mike walked toward the church door. He paused, then added, “And, by the way, it’s not Mike. My name is Michael.” He smiled, his eyes bright with something otherworldly. And as he walked around the corner, never to be seen again he added his last two words, “Archangel Michael.”

The congregation stood in stunned silence, their hearts full, their faith ablaze. They didn’t need to see him again – they carried his lesson within them, a renewed love for Christ that would guide them for years to come. And Gardner’s church, once just a nice church, became a beacon of zeal and ardor, a testament to the transformative power of love.

Happy go lucky

BREAKING: Chuck Schumer and the Democrats Are Trying to SHAKE DOWN President Trump For “MONEY” to Approve His Nominees!
.
Listen up, America—Republican Senator John Kennedy just spilled the beans on this Senate farce.
.
he President’s called a rare Saturday session to ram through his critical nominations, but Schumer’s turning it into a hostage situation!
.
Straight from Kennedy:
.
“I’m hearing it from credible sources… Senator Schumer is demanding money that only the President can provide… the President has said no so far.”
.
They’re grinding through pointless votes—one nominee every TWO HOURS for 10+ hours.
.
Kennedy calls it:
.
“Organized grabass” — a TOTAL waste!
.
Even Dem senators are quietly begging Schumer to “start being more reasonable.”
.
This is extortion, plain and simple:
.
Block the agenda, demand cash for budgets, universities, or whatever leftist slush funds. DC swamp drama at its peak!

President, hold the line—DON’T cave!
.
As Kennedy advises: “Whip ’em till they cry uncle.”
.
We’re watching!

JUST IN: Former FBI Director Chris Wray Criminally Referred to DOJ Over Claims He Lied to Congress

Former FBI Director Christopher Wray has been criminally referred to the Justice Department, according to Fox News.

The Oversight Project referred Wray to the DOJ for allegedly making false statements to Congress and obstructing proceedings related to two cases: The FBI’s anti-Catholic bias and the FBI’s involvement blocking an investigation into a Chinese mail-in voting scam.

Last month, Senator Chuck Grassley released new information from declassified documents that reveal the FBI blocked an investigation into the allegations that the Chinese Communist Party manufactured thousands of fake driver’s licenses and shipped them to the US in a scheme to help Joe Biden win the election by fraudulent mail-in votes.

The FBI hid the investigation in order to protect dirty FBI Director Chris Wray who had lied to Congress about the election.

Wray also lied to Congress about the Richmond memo targeting Catholics.

In February 2023, the Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government launched its investigation after whistleblower Kyle Seraphin exposed the Richmond memorandum within the FBI’s internal systems.

The leaked memo suggested that, to infiltrate Catholic parishes, FBI agents could use clergy and parish staff as “tripwires” and monitor online communities associated with the Traditional Latin Mass.

FBI Director Christopher Wray has called the memo “appalling” and stated that it was retracted promptly upon discovery.

According to Fox News, Wray said:

“Well, what I can tell you is you’re referring to the Richmond product, which is a single product by a single field office, which as soon as I found out about it, I was aghast and ordered it withdrawn and removed from FBI systems,” Wray said.

The Oversight Project alleges that statement was ultimately misleading or false.

Kash Patel Issues Threat as Corporate Media Lies About Russia Collusion Hoax: “Maybe This FBI Will Release More Docs Directly From FBI HQ So We Can See Who is Lying…And Then…”

FBI Director Kash Patel just threatened to call the corporate media’s bluff dramatically on Saturday as the fallout over the Russian Collusion Hoax continues.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Patel found thousands of Russia collusion hoax documents in “burn bags” in a secret room at the FBI earlier this week.

One of the documents in the burn bags was the classified annex to the John Durham report, which included the underlying intelligence he investigated. Patel and his team of investigators also discovered a “previously undisclosed” SCIF at the FBI headquarters.

I had not heard of that.

In a post on X, Patel noted that he had previously proved that the Steele Dossier was completely disinformation and that he had been called a liar after exposing the truth.

“In 2017/18, I proved the Steele Dossier was fictitious intelligence, weaponized by corrupt FBI officials to deceive a federal judge and unlawfully spy on then presidential candidate Trump’s campaign- all paid for by his opponent,” Patel wrote on X. “The media called me a liar.”

“Now I’m the FBI Director: We just uncovered burn bags/room filled with hidden Russia Gate files, including the Durham annex, and declassified them,” he continued. “Once again, I released the prior FBI’s own documents and exposed the truth.”

Patel then said he would put all his cards on the table, calling the media out on their garbage ‘reporting’ and sending the following threat.

“The same media is calling me a liar again,” he said. “Maybe this FBI will release more docs directly, from FBI HQ so we can see who is lying- wouldn’t want to deprive the fake news of more bogus Pulitzers.”

“And then…”

While Patel’s last two words are cryptic, hopefully the next step will be arresting the individuals responsible for creating the Russian Collusion Hoax. There are so many who need to be held accountable.

scott467

Why not expose all the CIA agents employed in high profile positions in the MSM?

Expose the entire media complex for what it is, a propaganda arm of the Creep State?

Gail Combs

How about arresting the FAKE NEWS COLLUDERS or at least SUING THE PANTS OFF THEM!
