Iranian authorities deployed military-grade electronic equipment to disrupt Starlink satellite internet services during last week’s communications blackout, the New York Times reported on Thursday.

Supreme Court Case Will Set Major Precedent For American Energy
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Monday in a case determining whether companies acting under federal orders can shift state lawsuits to federal court — with many concerned parties arguing that American energy is at stake.
The case addresses whether Chevron and other energy companies can move a Louisiana state lawsuit
to federal court under the federal-officer removal statute, based on actions taken on behalf of the federal government during World War II. Roughly 40 lawsuits have been filed since 2013 over oil and gas companies’ alleged role in Louisiana’s coastal erosion, and the Supreme Court’s upcoming review of Chevron U.S.A. v. Plaquemines Parish decides whether those cases can be moved from state to federal court.
“At the end of the day, this is about federal supremacy… that means that those doing the work of the federal government can’t be hauled into some state or local court to face judgment for the work they’re doing for the federal government,” Mike Fragoso a partner at Torridon Law PLLC, said in a statement.

After a huge round of huffing and puffing, Denmark has finally agreed to come to the negotiating table for the sale of Greenland. If a sale, reportedly for $700 billion cash, goes through, welcome to the real estate deal of the year.

Decades of boondoggle.
The Feds made banks approve these crap loans for decades to meet federal policies or else they would hammer the banks with regulators at their doorsteps on CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) and other regulations. They would make it difficult to get other normal business loans approved through SBA.
The only one I ever did was for a DEI contractor at Homestead Air Base in the 80’s. It was awful, would have never been approved without government involvement. Predictably, the company went under after having several cost overruns from money laundering to subs. Went into bankruptcy and a major normal contractor took over and finished it – only to have Hurricane Andrew totally destroy it all a handful of years later.
Scam for Dems. The DEI would funnel money back to them through the subs.
FWIW – they are still in business under a new name, but the same people. They still receive government contracts.

I get the feeling, the SC is going to decide the tariff question, soon. WH is ramping up the PR, to approve the tariffs.

The President has used IEEPA to bring in trillions of dollars of overseas investment, and that could all be at risk of being reversed.
I am very confident the Supreme Court is going to allow the signature economic policy and not throw a wrench into things. We are bringing in substantial revenue, representing trillions and trillions of dollars in investment.
The economy is hot, and one of the reasons is massive overseas investment – and to reiterate, it is the President’s use of IEEPA tariffs which is driving this investment.

My girl friend has been going nutz for over a month trying to actually talk to a REAL HUMAN at her doctor’s office.
We gave up and I took her to the emergency. Different one this time. The doctor may have actually found the problem. HOWEVER it has been over 2 weeks and we STILL can not communicate the information to her doctor!
She might try an online doctor service, telemedicine, like HERS and HIMS (same company, one side for women, the other for men).
Apparently it’s growing like crazy. I have never tried them, but it seems patients like it a lot, and you never hear that about doctors!
One of the stock analysts I watch on yootoob covers it regularly, i.e., earnings reports, updates, new treatment offerings, etc., whatever might affect the stock price. I don’t own any, I watch his channel for the MSTR (MicroStrategy, now rebranded to just Strategy), and Tesla (ticker symbol: TSLA) coverage.

Almighty God, we give you thanks for surrounding us, as daylight fades, with the brightness of the vesper light; and we implore you of your great mercy that, as you enfold us with the radiance of this light, so you would shine into our hearts the brightness of your Holy Spirit; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Grant us, Lord, the lamp of charity which never fails, that it may burn in us and shed its light on those around us, and that by its brightness we may have a vision of that holy City, where dwells the true and never-failing Light, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
