On 11 February 2026, Dr. Vinay Prasad, director the CBER division of the FDA (Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research) sent an RTF letter (Refusal to File letter) to Moderna in response to that company’s BLA application (BIologics License Application) review request for mRNA-1010, a modRNA-based “vaccine” against several strains of influenza. Peter Pitts, by the way, was an FDA employee whose position was that of a “senior communications and policy adviser” of the agency (https://www.centerforbiosimilars.com/authos/peter-pitts.) It appears that Mr. Pitts and CMPI are involved in a campaign to have Dr. Prasad removed from the FDA.
In Yours Truly’s opinion: Dr. Martin Makary is compromised, due to his involvement with BIO.org/, the group that is implementing a campaign to have HHS Sec. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., removed; and, Dr. Prasad is compromised, due to what appears to be lack of support within FDA, combined with innuendoes regarding his professional behavior at the agency.
In Yours Truly’s opinion, It appears that there is a combination of chaos, mistrust, internecine feuding, and active resistance going on within the FDA; plus, exterior pressure on the agency from companies and other entities to restore the FDA back to the “good old days”, when drugs and other biologics were authorized and approved in what may be called a kind of “rubber-stamp” process. It also appears that HHS Sec. Kennedy, Jr., is either being “kept out of the loop” regarding what is going on with the FDA; or, cannot, for whatever reason, root out personnel within the FDA who are fomenting trouble.
Yours Truly now turns to the Moderna-funded published paper on mRNA-1010, which was cited by Dr. Prasad as the reason for his issuing the Refusal to File letter to the company: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41541-025-01340-5. “mRNA-1010 influenza vaccine elicits distinct and enhanced humoral immunity compared to adjuvanted inactivated vaccines.” Paulina Kaplonek, et al. 15 December 2025. Moderna completely funded this study; all of the paper’s co-authors are either current or former Moderna employees; and, the current Moderna employees who are co-authors of the paper are also stockholders in the company. All of these in and of themselves, in Yours Truly’s opinion, represent massive conflicts of interest that should, under normal circumstances, disqualify the paper from any serious consideration by the FDA for a BLA application review. This is aside from the flaws in the clinical trial NCT05397223, on which the paper was based (more on this below in today’s offering.) Please see the screenshots from this paper, below:
Note the use of the word, “may.” This word is used in several areas of the paper, as in, “may elicit”; “may reflect”; and, “may induce.” In other words, Moderna does not KNOW if mRNA-1010 can actually be helpful against influenza. The company is guessing that it “may.” However, the company is still pursuing the BLA application with the FDA to get the “vaccine” approved — without having provided ANY proof that the “vaccine” actually does what it is “supposed” to do — which is, to prevent influenza infection better than the licensed influenza “vaccines” already on the market.
The following screenshots from the paper relate to how mRNA-1010 works, including: Figure 4B and Figure 4D, which show that the “vaccine” minimizes the crucial natural body’s activity of IgM cells (the “recognize an enemy and signal the other cells” immune cells); which show that there is an apparent increase of IgG4 cells (the “tolerate but never clear” cells); and, which appear to hint at mRNA-1010 being used as a kind of “universal influenza vaccine” candidate:

However, there is not a single word in the Moderna-funded paper cited above in which the outcomes for ANY of the “vaccines” used on the study subjects other than FLUAD or mRNA-1010, are found. Nothing for mRNA-1345, for mRNA-1647, or for mRNA-1273. It is unknown if any of these three “vaccines” induced any interactions with either FLUAD or with mRNA-1010. There are “No Results Posted” on the Clinical Trials website for NCT05397223.
Moderna has been in the process of developing and testing mRNA-1010 for the past several years. The company applied pressure, which apparently went all the way up to the Oval Office, in order to force the FDA to reverse course and agree to review the (amended) BLA application for mRNA-1010, despite the flaws of the clinical trial NCT053972723, and despite the Refusal to File letter sent by Dr. Vinay Prasad.

I was thinking about how we find truth in all this deception. The thought came to find out if anyone at Pfizer, Moderna, FBI, DOJ, Congress, etc. took any Covid shots. To be sure can we do a blood test to show if they have spike proteins? Can the test results be publicly available in spite of HIPPA?
It is in general possible (within limitations of time and detectability) to tell who has produced antibodies in response to the [actual] vaccine OR in response to the disease (or both). It is also possible to – more or less – tell who has had the vaccine, and to a lesser extent the disease, based on medical records.
There may or may not be a story in those results. Many stories are possible.

Mind you, I consider this phone tree to be the best in the business. Whoever did the voice work sounds unreservedly optimistic and personable, and it is logically straightforward. When doing something normal, like a payment, it gets you there very swiftly, efficiently, and pleasantly.
Unfortunately, a lot of my transactions with the system involved stuff like, “whatever the balance is today, I’m going to be charging $1429 and need to have an available balance of $500 afterward.” So in response to its asking what I wanted, I would reply, “it’s complicated” — and that would route me to a human.
After about a year of doing this, I was startled to hear the voicemail respond, “what sort of complicated?”
Mind you, it still couldn’t handle a compound-problem like mine and I’d have to drill-through to get to a human anyway…..but I was seriously impressed that they’d actually rewrite their voice tree because I was a pain-in-the-neck.

Telling that story reminded me of another quirky issue, so I just made another phone call.
If you’re making a transfer between Schwab accounts, it goes through a lot of “transfer from, transfer to, amount” setup, and then it asks you when you want the transfer to happen…..
…..and “now” isn’t a valid input.
You can put in a date, you can say “immediately”, but “now” does not work.
I can understand some limitations, because you don’t want people to assume that the funds have moved in milliseconds — but it could respond the same way as “immediately”, which goes “the funds will transfer on 2/27/26 at 7AM EST”.
It just seems weird that “now” isn’t an option.
Could be that it’s phonetically (or vocally) close to “no”…

I lived for over a decade in a country where the majority celebrate Ramadan. Restaurants were open, but they put a screen across the door so you couldn’t see the people inside. Who was inside? Lots of women and kids (kids on vacation from school), plus some non-Muslims. Women don’t bother fasting at “certain times of the month” because it doesn’t count. They have to make up the time later. Children are not required to fast (tho often upper elementary kids are encouraged to do half day fasting,) Pregnant women and anyone who can claim a medical condition also do not fast. In fact, a lot of the common people only fast the “head” and “tail” (the first 2-3 days and the last 2-3 days) because they say they can’t do hard physical labor without eating. Allah understands. Businessmen also often do the same, claiming they need to be available to eat/drink with clients. Travellers don’t have to fast (but may have to make it up later). Many also say that Allah tests their faith by allowing them to see others eating/drinking.
So yes, all this whining in the west is posturing, part of their jihad to conquer the west.

Mike Huckabee, the man Donald Trump personally appointed to represent America in Israel, sent an email to every embassy employee in Jerusalem telling them that anyone wishing to depart should book “any available flight” and leave Israeli soil before the day ends. The embassy has shifted to “authorized departure” status, meaning the US government will pay for nonessential personnel and their families to evacuate. The New York Times obtained the email. The timestamp is 10:24 AM local time. The language says “no need to panic.” The action says panic.
When an ambassador tells his own people to leave the country he is assigned to, he is not managing risk. He is clearing the blast radius.
Authorized departure is the second-to-last step on the State Department’s crisis escalation ladder. The only step above it is ordered departure, which is mandatory evacuation. The United States has not reached ordered departure. But at 10:24 this morning it reached the step directly below it, and the ambassador personally urged speed.
Now hold this against what happened in the last 72 hours.
Wednesday, Geneva. Six and a half hours of talks. Araghchi called it the most serious session yet. The Wall Street Journal reported the US and Iran remain far apart on every core issue. Iran refused permanent zero enrichment. America refused anything less.
Thursday, 37 advanced combat aircraft landed at RAF Lakenheath in a single day. 12 F-35As. 14 F-15E Strike Eagles. Additional F-22s. The staging base that funneled the first wave of Raptors to Israel is now reloading with strike aircraft carrying 23,000 pounds of ordnance each.
Friday morning, the ambassador tells his people to leave.
Wednesday you negotiate. Thursday you reload. Friday you evacuate your own embassy.
That is not a sequence of unrelated events. That is a countdown visible to anyone reading the timestamps.
Huckabee’s email went out five hours ago. Tomorrow, Saturday February 28, Oman’s Foreign Minister meets Vice President Vance in Washington carrying Tehran’s response to Geneva. Technical talks are nominally scheduled for Vienna next week. But you do not tell your embassy staff to leave today if you believe next week’s talks will happen in a world that looks like this one.
The email says “make plans sooner rather than later.” Ambassadors are trained to communicate in precise diplomatic language where every word is calibrated. “Sooner rather than later” from a political appointee who does not speak in euphemism means the window for safe commercial departure is closing and he knows approximately when it closes.
India told its citizens to leave Iran. Germany told citizens in Israel to prepare for airspace closures. Beirut’s US embassy began evacuating. And now America’s own ambassador in Jerusalem is telling his own staff to get out of the country he represents.
Everyone with classified briefing access is moving in the same direction. Toward the exit.
Today. Not Monday. Not after Vienna. Today, Friday February 27.
The people who know what is coming are not waiting to find out. They are already on planes.
The only people still debating whether this is real are the ones without the clearance to read what Huckabee read before he typed that email at 10:24 am this morning.
