Quick author note with the begged indulgence of our esteemed host:

Next week, due to the circumstances of a gig and LOTS of driving on tap, I’m going to make up the posts over the weekend, and may or may not have time to put all the goodies in them the evening before they are due to publish. I ask our host to keep an eye out as I won’t schedule them until the night before if I get to it (I should be able). My apologies in advance, but it is what it is. If anyone would like to try their hand at doing a daily and making it their own, I’m open to giving up a day or two. This might well be an opportunity to give it a try. After doing some research about the origins of the Chevron ruling, I found some pretty interesting discussions about this ruling when it first started. This discovery adds significant meaning to the recent SCOTUS ruling that has undone this rapidly expanding, dangerous, overreaching doctrine. First of all, the Supreme Court’s Chevron decision began on June 25th, 1984. The SCOTUS decision REQUIRED the courts to give federal agencies the benefit of the doubt and room to flex their governing muscles when interpreting and applying ambiguous and limited language federal statutes. Essentially, federal agencies were given power to establish rules, regulations, and fines for what they alone deemed to be prudent in their positions of control over businesses and the citizenry of the United States with ZERO Congressional oversight. Some opposition groups called it a “blank check” for bureaucratic overreach and abuse. The timing of the ruling is also important to understand. Ronald Reagan was 6 months into his 2nd four year term when 6 SCOTUS justices voted in favor of the Chevron doctrine. George H W Bush was by is VP. Three liberals, one centrist, and two conservative Supreme Court justices voted in favor of the ruling. If you know Reagan’s time in office, you know he faced many oppositions, one of which was a liberal leaning Supreme Court. Reagan wanted to limit government size and overreach and to prevent governmental abuse of power. That was directly countered by giving the Chevron doctrine life and support. Though perhaps misunderstood by the SCOTUS at the time to the abuse of power it would create and enable, the ruling was in complete opposition to Reagan’s style of governing because it recklessly allowed government overreach. The current SCOTUS undid this terrible doctrine, almost 40 years to the day since it was established by the 1984 SCOTUS. There is something else to this, something huge, that I will be sharing in the coming days that will strike deeply in the hearts and minds of Patriots that followed Q drops. A proof that may take the award for the most important proof we’ve seen to date. Once I put that thread together, you’ll know what I’m referring to.

In what is generally a slow news day and news weekend (4th of July weekend), mainstream media networks have many of their key journalists canceling their holiday plans and have told them to be on standby for tomorrow (July4th) and July 5th since they were told they didn’t need to be at their studios for the next few days. Many are obviously out and traveling on Independence Day, and the day after (5th) is typically one of the slowest news days of the year. News networks are anticipating a timed announcement about Biden ending his Presidential campaign but the Biden staff call indicated the White House is still planning their July 4th BBQ as if everything is normal. The dilemma is now that time is of the essence, the entire world is wondering what

@JoeBiden will do next following meetings at the White House today, but most Americans are traveling for the holiday and would be distracted if a major announcement was made. Kind of poetic that Biden’s demise peaked on Independence Day Weekend. Talk about fireworks!

Harsh as it was, that episode in American history gave us one of the finest architects of the 20th century, Gyo Obata. He came here to STL to escape the camps in California and gave us some of the country’s greatest buildings in the aftermath, including the Air & Space Museum in Washington. 7Therefore I prayed, and understanding was given me; I called upon God, and the spirit of wisdom came to me. 8I preferred her to scepters and thrones, and I accounted wealth as nothing in comparison with her. 9Neither did I liken to her any priceless gem, because all gold is but a little sand in her sight, and silver will be accounted as clay before her. 10I loved her more than health and beauty, and I chose to have her rather than light, because her radiance never ceases. 11All good things came to me along with her, and in her hands uncounted wealth. 12I rejoiced in them all, because wisdom leads them; but I did not know that she was their mother. 13I learned without guile and I impart without grudging; I do not hide her wealth, 14for it is an unfailing treasure for men; those who get it obtain friendship with God, commended for the gifts that come from instruction.

EPHESIANS 4:7, 11-15

7But grace was given to each of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift. 11And his gifts were that some should be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, 12to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ; 14so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the cunning of men, by their craftiness in deceitful wiles. 15Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,

MARK 16:15-20

15And he said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation. 16He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.” 19So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20And they went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that attended it. Amen.

It’s the Feast of St. Anthony of Padua, so there are two sets of readings today.
