Dear KAG: 20221228 Open Thread

This is a DePat placeholder. I’m very tired on Tuesday evening, and really haven’t paid much attention to politics today. Please, have at it in the comments. I’ll be back with it tomorrow.

Have a good day y’all.

(I don’t remember who brought this to a daily in the comments, but thanks.)

And, of course, the obligatory George Carlin:

Per the Boss:

And now for the obligatory message from our sponsors:

Here at the Q tree we believe in the concept of CIVIL open free speech and the discussion that fleshes out ideas. When commenting and participating in the OPEN discussion on this thread all comments MUST NOT CONTAIN personal threats, baiting, name calling, or other anti-social words fomenting hate, violence or destruction. Our host Wolfm00n has strict rules about that.

Fellow tree dweller, the late Wheatie, gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone

Please, stock up on blanks for celebratory gunfire, be ready to swing from the chandeliers…and no messing with the nuclear weapons.

Please remember to remain locked and loaded and ready for trouble should the insurrectionists try to invade your space.

Those who have things to say that do not fit the generally accepted limits of “civil” discussion, Wolf has provided a venue known as the UTree. You’re welcome to visit over there and say hi to anyone hanging out over there. The “Rescue Thread” is also over there. In the event a rendezvous of the tree is needed, please check it out, as well as the newest rescue venue.

Auntie DePat’s requests:

If you see something has not been posted, do us all a favor, and post it. Please, do not complain that it has not been done yet.

The scroll wheel on your mouse can be your friend. As mature adults, please use it here in the same manner you would in avoiding online porn.

Thank you so much for any and all attention to such details. It is GREATLY appreciated by more than one party here.

One other vital note:

Please, review these rules that our host Wolfm00n outlined toward the beginning of the growth of the tree itself. it won’t take long.

MATTHEW 2:13-18

13Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there till I tell you; for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.” 14And he rose and took the child and his mother by night, and departed to Egypt, 15and remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfil what the Lord had spoken by the prophet, “Out of Egypt have I called my son.” 16Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, was in a furious rage, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time which he had ascertained from the wise men. 17Then was fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Jeremiah: 18“A voice was heard in Ramah, wailing and loud lamentation, Rachel weeping for her children; she refused to be consoled, because they were no more.”

As always, prayers for the fight against that which seeks to enslave us are welcome.

Please include: President Donald Trump, the Q team, our soldiers in the field, special forces, tactical units, first responders and those working behind the scenes…and any and all people with family members in the hospital, COVID or not.

And…members of the QTree who no longer participate for one reason or another.

It is quite clear, as per Wolf’s message from July, that we are under spiritual attack. Building up a robust arsenal of prayer and discipline is a must in fighting the enemy and his minions.

In that spirit, the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel from Tuesday’s threads, and the Breastplate of St. Patrick, not to mention the Litany of Humility are favorites recommended by exorcists in spiritual warfare.

That should be a Sweatshirt or T-shirt design!

Aubergine

It sure should!

I am going to see what I can do with it by handing it to some of the Q-Patriots who sell cloths.

The lady who designed it is
https://www.instagram.com/free.range.momma_/

She follows Dan Bongino who has a store:
https://store.bongino.com/products/white-folds-of-honor-t-shirt

Although I would rather go with one of the ‘lesser lights’ it is hard to choose. Dan would probably get more exposure but a lesser light needs the money more.

Also Dan’s Ts are $35. while MGshow’s are $25 for example and RedPill78 are $40…

Anyone else have suggestions?

kalbokalbs

Slow guy quite “tight” when buying clothes. Doesn’t happen much.

With that in mind, I’ll never pay those high prices for a t-shirt.

For a Great Quality T-shirt, WITH a Great message, $25 tops.

On the positive side:

T-shirts are my primary “outer wear”, weather permitting.I’ll wear that t-shirt for years, until it is “holy” and fraying. (Got plenty like that) A few years back, finally got DW to not toss my old word t-shirts or make them rags, until agreed. (Really don’t like buying clothes.)
If you opt to send it for printing on t-shirts / sale on Internet, please post link QTree. I’ll buy one.

Edit. BTW, Free Range Momma has gotta be OK. Cute as can be AND her “Pronouns: Free/ As / F*ck” 😆

I am with you. The last t-shirts I bought, a couple months ago, were $1 a piece for a bundle at my favorite Flea Market.

$25 to $45 is WELL above my price range. I pay that for a COAT (at the thrift shop)

I will see what else is around.

Valerie Curren

I pay Way less than that for a coat at the Resale store!

YUP!!!

Remember WordUNImpressed was censoring my use of the word T*r*o*t*s*k*y BEFORE 2014….

I was posting back then about T living in NYC, being shipped to Europe, The US gov’t INTERFERING when Canada wanted to jail him and then the Federal Reserve GIVING HIM MONEY….

INTERESTING bit of history that they were censoring isn’t it?

Another bit they were censoring early on was:

KILLING THOSE “UNFIT TO LIVE”

The moment we face it frankly we are driven to the conclusion that the community has a right to put a price on the right to live in it … If people are fit to live, let them live under decent human conditions. If they are not fit to live, kill them in a decent human way. Is it any wonder that some of us are driven to prescribe the lethal chamber as the solution for the hard cases which are at present made the excuse for dragging all the other cases down to their level, and the only solution that will create a sense of full social responsibility in modern populations?”

Source: George Bernard Shaw, Prefaces (London: Constable and Co., 1934), p. 296.

Under Socialism, you would not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, taught, and employed whether you liked it or not. If it were discovered that you had not character and industry enough to be worth all this trouble, you might possibly be executed in a kindly manner; but whilst you were permitted to live, you would have to live well.”

George Bernard Shaw: The Intelligent Woman’s Guide to Socialism and Capitalism, 1928, pg. 470

Every link I found to that passage got SCRUBBED. It was originally published in sovereignindependentuk.co.uk and then added to a BIO of Shaw. BOY DID THAT DISAPPEAR FAST!

Now you can find it on Duck Duck but YANDEX brings up as #3 George Bernard Shaw in his own words.Tuesday, November 26, 2013 6:15

it is the article from the newspaper that I originally saw and well worth reading since it has several Shaw quotes with commentary.

Foreword and intermittent comments by – Joe Scanlan – environment correspondent –

Fabian George Bernard Shaw is to this day respected as a great writer accross the globe , respected by all classes within the current eugenic caste system that most don’t even realise we live in. Those that are unaware of this caste system are either useful idiots, serfs to the elite psychopaths, or, on the truck to the abbattoir in Shaw’s eugenic utopia, fit only for the Darwinian Superman. To the ‘elites’ the fittest must survive by exterminating those with empathy whom the see as inferior dross holding back the ‘evolution’ of their Master race, i.e. themselves as they evolve into godmen.

Just to add the rest since the brainwashing is working:

And the brain washing is working:
Peter Singer’s Bold Defense of Infanticide: Singer is the Decamp Professor of Bio-Ethics at Princeton University. ” In 1979 he wrote,“Human babies are not born self-aware, or capable of grasping that they exist over time. They are not persons”; therefore, “the life of a newborn is of less value than the life of a pig, a dog, or a chimpanzee.””

After-Birth Abortions: College Students Increasingly Support Infanticide “… in interviews that not only do they see more college students willing to say they support post-birth abortion, but some students even suggest children up to 4 or 5-years-old can also be killed, because they are not yet “self aware.”’

pgroup2

I wonder if Singer’s mom wishes she had an abortion.

Well we certainly do. Same for a lot of the other satanic evil criminals in academia and government.

Congressman plans to stop U.S. scheme of holding ‘political’ prisoners
https://www.wnd.com/2022/12/congressman-plans-stop-u-s-scheme-holding-political-prisoners/

Hundreds of Americans have been held in jail for months, even years, not because they are accused of some extreme crime, but because they protested the integrity of the 2020 presidential election, likely trespassed, and ultimately offended the Democrats whose candidate then moved into the White House.

There have been many horror stories from those Jan. 6, “political” prisoners, from their detention in horrific conditions, to officials depriving them of ordinary rights to counsel, to apparently coerced plea bargains.

…U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert, a Republican from Texas, has proposed a bill to address the detention, treatment and prosecution of defendants from the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.

It’s called the Matthew Lawrence Perna Act and it’s named after the man from Pennsylvania who was arrested for being in the Capitol building during those protests [and later took his own life].

The report confirmed, “The bill, if passed, would prohibit the detention of political activists arrested during the course of a protest for non-violent crimes. The bill would also allow for speedy trials for detainees arrested for non-violent crimes during a political protest, among other provisions.”

I applaud the effort, but I’m afraid this is going nowhere in the Senate or if it reaches the [fake] POTUS. At least it will shine some light on the situation and get some people on record as supporters of these injustices. And I thought the Constitution already guaranteed a speedy trial. 🤔

scott467

“The bill, if passed, would prohibit the detention of political activists arrested during the course of a protest for non-violent crimes. The bill would also allow for speedy trials for detainees arrested for non-violent crimes during a political protest, among other provisions.”
_______________

I was under the impression that the Constitution already guaranteed the right to a speedy trial.

REGARDLESS of the charges.

Ah yes, here it is:

6th Amendment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Last edited 1 year ago by scott467
pgroup2

It’s that part about Assistance of Counsel

That is what has been lacking. Sure, they each have an attorney but those attorneys each have a conflict of interest. The system is built to have each attorney have a conflict of interest with every client.

The name of the system is the Bar Association system. Each jurisdiction has a Bar Association which has the exclusive authority to issue professional licenses which enable an attorney to practice his/her craft.

That license creates a conflict whereby the attorney is ‘chilled’ from pushing representation of the client to the limits of the law. Should an attorney defend/represent the client in ways that negatively affect the prevailing political status, his/her license can be revoked.

My firm belief is that Bar Associations should be abolished.

At the very least [should Bar Assoc continue to exist] attorneys should be immunized for their choices in representing their clients. If there is a serious breach of protocol in a case, the trial judge is sufficiently empowered to handle it.

The amount of schooling necessary to obtain a Bar license, and the hoops that must be jumped through [Bar exam], make it quite unreasonable that an attorney’s livelihood can be completely taken away from him/her by unelected officials.

The J6 prisoners are suffering because their attorneys are terrified to really push the limits to obtain their freedom due to the Sword of Damocles known as the Bar Association. (if this resembles the problems doctors and other professionals have, well, … I’m sure that’s a coincidence)

WSB

Horrific.

“The J6 prisoners are suffering because their attorneys are terrified to really push the limits to obtain their freedom due to the Sword of Damocles known as the Bar Association.”

___________

That’s why the J6 prisoners need FAMOUS attorneys, the kind who would be even more dangerous to the British Accreditation Registry if they were disbarred, than if the Crims running the BAR just leave them alone.

The Liberty Beacon — BRITISH ACCREDITATION REGISTRY – CROWN TEMPLE B.A.R.

hollander law firmWhat Does Bar Stand for in the Bar Exam or Bar Association?

Jan 4, 2022

There are many theories about what the term “bar” means. For instance, one false hypothesis is that “bar” is an acronym for “British Accredited Registry.” Those who mistakenly believe this theory think that all U.S. attorneys have secretly pledged their allegiance to Britain. No matter where this theory began, it is completely false.

The Liberty Beacon lead to a now scrubbed PDF

The Missing 13th Amendment (24 pages)
I can not copy parts so a quicky.

In 1983, David Dodge (archival reserch expert) & Tom Dunn (Baltimore police investigator) were searching for gov’t corruption in records stored in Belfast Maine. They came across the oldest authentic printed copy of the US Constitution (1825) They were stunned to see there was a 13th Amendment, the intent of which was to “PROHIBIT LAWYERS FROM SERVING IN GOVERNMENT!”

Since 1983, in a seven year search, the team has uncovered additional copies with the missing 13th in 18 separate publications in 10 states and territories covering the decades from 1922 to 1860. They also found evidence that the 13th HAD BEEN RATIFIED.

They go into the Virginia saga, [pg 13 – 18] WHY a certificate of Registration went missing from the hands of the Sec of State, a International BAR certified LAWYER who wanted to be President. Seems a good reason why the original 13th never saw light of day.

HOWEVER the Team found evidence that Virginia HAD ratified it. It was Act No. 280 passed by the Virginia legislature and printed in a special addition of the Virginia Civil Code, March 12, 1819 [Page 19] Mr Hartgrove (US Archivist) proposed the only remaining argument against the Original 13th, ”Is that there appears to be an Alleged (by him) PROCEDURAL ERROR in HIS RECORDS involving the absence of a certificate of Ratification.” Except there was at the time NO REQUIREMENT that a certification be filed. [pg 20]

On page 18 to the end, they go into the International Bar association, located in LONDON ENGLAND and how it crept into the USA. The Bar grants a title of NOBILITY, an Esquire. Note lawyers and judges use ‘The Honorable” as a title or ad esq. To the end of their names…

MOST OF OUR CURRENT CONGRESS CRITTERS ARE LAWYERS…

pgroup2

It’s a fancy club and you ain’t in it, you pathetic vermin.

Gail Combs

Pgroup, I do not know if that scrubbed pdf is true or not but It certainly is an interesting read.

The Liberty Beacon Staff are NOT nice about the BAR or lawyers.

How does one know when a Lawyer is lying? His lips are moving! They don’t need to tell the truth, especially since they’re taught to believe commoners are beneath them. They have a Title of Nobility. To add severe insult to injury, they are taught to refer to people as the DECEDENT/PERSON. PERSONS are DEAD entities, so they have no status/standing in law. Please comprehend, anyone who claims U.S. citizen status, is known as the INCOMPETENT IMBECILE/WARD OF THE STATE, and when a U.S. citizen is “re-presented by a B.A.R. Attorner/Broker, said IMBECILE is considered to be too INCOMPETENT to speak. Worse yet, the Ordinary in the Black Robe can completely disregard whatever the IMBECILE says, or even misrepresent it by twisting it around to something that suits the “Court.”
Whenever one tells a B.A.R. Attorney what B-A-R really means, either they change the subject, claim it isn’t true, or they call BAR short for BARrister, or to bring their credibility to absurdity, they claim it’s a piece of furniture, meaning the “bar” or the swinging gate (flood gate) one passes as they board the VESSEL. Who could insult anyone’s intelligence as sophomorically as a bottom-feeding, nickel chaser? They hate hearing that they’re under FARA-Foreign Agents Registration Act.  ..

Missing 13th Amendment -Interview with David Dodge, Researcher Nov 2012

The fact it is still up on YouBoobTube makes me wonder. They usually censor the truth…

This makes me want to attend law school. And then challenge whether the Bar is Constitutional.

Question: Can a non-lawyer represent someone in court, if the someone in question wants them to? Or is it only that the someone can choose to represent themselves?

Question: If a non-lawyer CAN represent someone in court, could we and the Anons crowd-source a defense for a Jan 6 prisoner, and through one representative, present it to a court?

pgroup2

That’s the point about Bar Associations – they operate as a cartel by limiting AND controlling the supply – of attorneys. They pass laws prohibiting non-lawyers from representing clients in legal matters.

When I became locally notorious for ghost writing legal memos and briefs, a few local attorneys didn’t appreciate my efforts to help poor fathers in custody cases. Rumor had it that they were going to ‘get me’. Lots of my friends were concerned.

I had them gossip in the courthouse [where they could be overheard] that I would sue any attorney who tried to prosecute me for unauthorized practice of law.

What basis?

Civil rights conspiracy with the prosecutor and the Bar Association to deprive me of my First Amendment guarantee of freedom to associate.

It’s been crickets since 1995 and I’m still at it. 😎

A few more suggestions:

1) Many lawyers simply do not know what they are doing. This is particularly true when the effective tactics require the lawyer to know unfamiliar areas of the law, areas outside their daily routine (like special writs, or the elements of Constitutional law such as speedy trial).

2) Just to guess, I am guessing that the chief conflict of interest is between the beliefs of the lawyer and the beliefs of the client.

3) Another significant conflict is between a particular client and other clients represented by counsel. This is true if the lawyer appears before the judge with some frequency. Zealous advocacy takes time, and if done correctly requires the court to exert more than minimal effort. Little time and little effort are two reasons people become judges – – it is a very cozy life. If a lawyer “wastes” more time or requires more effort because if one client, the lawyer is put on the judge’s villain list and the lawyer’s other client’s suffer as a result.

4) A sense of futility. The law has been gamed for a very long time, and it is difficult to find legal grounds which have not been severely undermined by the strong institutional bias of the process to keep prosecutions and convictions intact.

5) Sentences. The prosecution has an almost categorical advantage because of outrageous sentences, sentences which are used to punish defendants who fight too hard. Defense attorneys focus early on pleasing the prosecution and the judge in order to get a better sentence.

I would be very surprised if losing one’s license has much to do with the nature and quality of the representation.

pgroup2

Regarding your closing sentence, I was talking from my own personal experiences working for and with attorneys. Trust me on this, they don’t talk about it much. It’s like they think talking about it will offend the evil Bar spirits or something.

As far as the remainder of your comment goes, I agree completely.

Tonawanda

So, you are saying in the DC bar, lawyers are afraid of losing their licenses if they represent a client in a way which offends the political sensibilities of the Bar? And this creates a conflict because that fear prevents the lawyer from effective assistance of counsel?

I am curious, has any lawyer that you know been brought before the bar on charges which you believe arose from representing a client in a way which offended political sensibilities? Or is the fear based on theoretical grounds?

And what have the lawyers said to you which conveys the fear? What sorts of things do they not do out of fear? How is the quality of the representation affected by the fear? I realize they do not talk much about it, but what do they say when they do talk?

And how many lawyers have expressed this fear?

What has the Bar said that makes lawyers have this fear?

I have heard that disciplinary proceedings are based on things like stealing, fraud, malfeasance, lying, etc, things which are pretty clear cut (if true). What charges are brought when political sensibilities are offended?

Sounds to me like there might be a bunch of lawyers who need to get into another profession if they cannot do their job out of fear of offending political sensibilities and losing their license.

pgroup2

They do get into another profession – some before they lose their Bar cards and certainly all who lose their Bar cards.

Disciplinary proceedings are based on [ostensibly] protecting the public from incompetent or unethical attorneys. I have worked for at least three attorneys who were disbarred for incompetence. I don’t think I need to point out that that is a subjective category.

What do you think is the purpose of keeping the J6ers in custody? Hint – it’s not to punish them though it certainly is that. It’s to send a message to the rest of us to behave or else.

Same with attorneys (a gossipy group for sure). They disbar any attorney who takes unpopular positions too often.

Here in WA state, we had a divorce attorney who was using a custom questionnaire to screen his potential female clients. Purpose? So he could only take on clients that he could have sex with.

Finally they got him into disciplinary proceedings. You would think that with over a dozen victims he would have been disbarred and ordered to refund all the fees he had charged those women.

Nope. They ordered him to remodel his office so it had a glass wall and to never meet a female client unless someone else was in the office.

How did the Bar find out about his side hustle? A husband who was forced to pay his wife’s attorney fees found out she was f’ing the lawyer. So he sued the lawyer for illicitly converting his (husband’s) personal property (money). Seems an attorney owes a duty of ethical representation to anyone who pays his/her fees, not just to his clients.

Contrast that with my favorite attorney who got disbarred. What did he do? He felt sorry for one of his clients who was homeless and gave her 20 bucks (in 1993) so she could buy food. Not allowed to do that.

What else did he do?

Basically, he badmouthed a local judge who hated him. Yes, he was indiscreet about it but … First Amendment???

Not for him.

Gail Combs

A lot like we are now seeing with doctors.

pgroup2

Ahh … you noticed. 😕

Tonawanda

No, IMO this is the grave misimpression left by this discussion. The two situations are not at all comparable.

Tonawanda

Actually, the more I think about it, the more the comparison strikes me as absurd.

The way a doctor treats a patient and the way a lawyer represents a client are not at all similar, especially if we are talking about “fear” or blackmail dictating the result.

“You must not prescribe Ivermectin” and the process where a doctor does not prescribe Ivermectin, cannot logically or reasonably be compared to “Do not pursue a writ of habeas corpus based on a Federal Constitutional violation of the 6th Amendment.”

The more I think about it, the more I cannot accept the entire premise of the original discussion.

Tonawanda

Three lawyers you mention got disbarred for incompetence and one for bad-mouthing a judge. IOW, none for offending political sensibilities.

My incorrect impression from your original post was that you were in DC, but I see now you are in Washington state. I think we are all quite aware why the J6 i mates are there, but I am not so sure it is valid to take your experience from Washington state and apply it to the lawyers in Washington DC, even assuming the accuracy of your assertions.

The vague factual examples you give leave me with many more questions about those cases, and I notice that you failed to answer any of my original questions.

And I wonder about those lawyers who gave up their licenses out of fear they would lose their licenses. Sometimes people are just getting out of Dodge.

Tonawanda

I re-read this post after reading your further comments. I just wanted to make sure I understood you correctly.

I could not disagree with you more, and IMO what you say leaves a gravely false impression, both generally and with respect to the J6 defendants.

A case can be made that doctors, lawyers, hair dressers and demolition experts should not be licensed by the state. That case has to be made in the context that such licenses have been a part of the law for a very long time, and that the general concept of requiring a license for protection of the public is not unreasonable, is probably beneficial, and at this point in history has come to be accepted as standard and expected.

To call the requirement a Sword of Damocles, IMO, requires a lot more logical and factual justification than what you gave. To call it an inherent conflict of interest, IMO, would require a lot more logical and factual justification than what you give. To say it is affecting the J6 lawyers, IMO, is just outright guessing without any basis.

The comparison to doctors losing their licenses is, IMO, not even close in comparison. And with doctors, it is more a case of losing their employment, not their licenses. Until yesterday, doctors did not have to worry about making their own medical decisions, but now many, many doctors, by far the most I would guess, are under the political restrictions imposed by insurance companies, vast medical practices which have turned independent thriving individual practices into a single monolithic and political corporation, and hospitals captured by leftist ideologues.

Cases where lawyers are disciplined are formal proceedings requiring evidence of wrong doing. Thousands of these cases are reported each year in every jurisdiction in America. People can see for themselves the stealing, embezzlement, perjury, schemes to defraud, breathtaking nonfeasance and malfeasance involved.

The legal system is in a very bad state, IMO, but not because lawyers are required to have licenses. The requirement to have a license and all that entails might be the one of the most up and up aspects of the law, and (just guessing) any competent lawyer understands this.

scott467

Wiki: “Gohmert attended The JAG School at the University of Virginia and entered U.S. Army JAG Corps. He served in the JAG Corps at Fort Benning, Georgia, from 1978 to 1982. Most of his legal service in the U.S. Army was as a defense attorney.”

I know it hard to watch when situations like the Lake case happen. The appeal will go forward.

However, some of the testimony from enemy was extremely helpful.

DNC Expert testified that long lines and Election Day chaos have little to no impact on voter turnout and there is no evidence that voter suppression under the circumstances seen in Maricopa County occurred.

The “expert” directly contradicts every single voter suppression case the DNC has ever brought.

The lion doesn’t care if you’ve caught him in a contradiction, because it doesn’t matter to the lion.

Unless the mouse has a bazooka, he’s just going to eat the mouse anyway.

URGENT:

Still out of commission but everyone needs to understand, social media (not TS) and messaging apps are not just monitored for content in messages, BUT they also are the largest provider of geospatial data to the federal government through the tagging on the apps.

I was asked not to share this but people need to understand this is a key part of the patterns of life: who you are, exactly where you are, and what you are saying.

Elon needs to release all of this.

Geofeedia was and is example of CIA funded social media tracking tool taken of the market in 2016.

We used to use it to track activity during disasters, riots, and forensic investigations.

Elon should compel the release of all of the API related logs detailing all information transmitted to all government agencies and their contractors.

scott467

“Still out of commission but everyone needs to understand, social media (not TS) and messaging apps are not just monitored for content in messages, BUT they also are the largest provider of geospatial data to the federal government through the tagging on the apps.”

________________

I’m guessing he is referring to using social media used on personal tracking devices?

I’m sure they can track whether people are at home too if using a desktop PC for example, which is still a grotesque violation, but that would seem to be less valuable to the Crims, than knowing where you go and who you see.

VPNs work on phones as well as home PCs, does that mitigate the problem?

Seems like it would, except they can probably still track the cell phone from the time it leaves the home, providing location data by pinging cell towers (or gov’t satellites), whether the VPN is blocking them from monitoring content in messages or not.

So… if a message went out, and went viral, worldwide, for everyone to turn off their phones on a certain day and time, and leave them off for at least 10 minutes, to spit in Big Brother’s greedy eye, the criminal government would go “blind” for ten minutes, correct?

All their data monitors would essentially go to zero.

Like an electronic surveillance version of a blackout.

cthulhu

Cellphones have GPS, which is good to about 50 feet. They have IP addresses, which are good for about a county. And they have cell tower data, which is good to within about eight inches — and your cell service will give it away without a warrant.

WSB

So, if I throw mine in the Hudson River, what happens?

The phone I own (and seldom carry) is designed for tidepooling (among other things). People have recovered them after the tide went back out and they still worked.

WSB

Mine is a 5. A new 5 because I made Apple replace mine when they tried to scam us on the battery life for an upgrade.

And Verizon tried to force me to think my device would no longer work after December 22. They sent me stern letters for one year, to purchase a new one until I realized THIS was also scam.

My phone stopped working on December 22nd at 3 PM. I called them at 3:30 PM and someone named NJ from Viet Nam reactivated it at 4. Said it was fine with the 4G and just reactivated it.

If I were REALLY a dumb blond, I would have gone over to Verizon a week earlier and bought a new phone for $1000. A flip phone might be better.

SCAM.

So, if I feed a Hudson River Sturgeon my 5, and he likes it…I’m good with that! NSA can track HIM for another 20 years up and down the river!

cthulhu

Only if (a) the iPhone doesn’t flood, and (b) you can get the sturgeon to perch on a charging surface regularly.

On a slightly more serious note, this is why you should get a burner phone for any Jan6-type trips you intend, and embed the burner in sturgeon bait once you are done with it. Keeping a sturgeon in a DC jail cell for six months without a habeus carpus hearing has its own issues.

CRAP!!

They pulled that SCAM on me. Your 3 G flip won’t work on the 4G network so you HAVE TO GET A NEW PHONE (WHICH I REALLY HATE!)

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

They went so far as to ship me a new phone (unasked for) and then tell me my old phone WOULD be shut off and I would have no choice but to use the new phone.

That was after lying to me for months about what was going to happen.

WSB

I THOUGHT mine was 3G until it wasn’t!

SO PISSED!!! But won this round!

WSB

“Cellphones have GPS, which is good to about 50 feet. They have IP addresses, which are good for about a county. And they have cell tower data, which is good to within about eight inches — and your cell service will give it away without a warrant.”

_____________

So a VPN is useless to prevent tracking surveillance, has nothing to do with it, correct?

If so, then it seems just about anything is useless to prevent mobile tracking surveillance, unless a Faraday cage can be made into a convenient slimline sleeve, or unless cell phones are intentionally designed with easy (and frequent) battery removal in mind.

When I looked into getting a cell phone a year or so ago, not to carry but to have for emergencies, I specifically looked for models that had removable batteries.

They were being phased out at the time, and not many models had removable batteries anymore.

And for those that did, it didn’t appear that removing the battery was anywhere near as quick and easy as it would need to be, in order for people to get in the habit of doing it when the phone was not in use.

Manufacturers have no incentive to make phones that make surveillance difficult because People don’t demand it (and probably because manufacturers have backroom deals with the government).

People don’t demand it because most people don’t understand how they are being tracked, or why it should matter to them.

cthulhu

I could quibble around the edges of that, but you’re about 98% correct.

A VPN provides a “tunnel” or a “rabbit hole”, where you put information in X, and it pops out Y. I could connect to a location in Sunnyvale and have my data pop out in Belgium. It would be encrypted all along the way.

Mind you, my cellphone or tablet could be located by cellphone towers in Silicon Valley, and there are records that I transmitted 140K of information into the rabbit hole and got 220K of information back…..but there’s no saying that this is the same data that popped out in Belgium. I might transfer more data through a rabbit hole to Ireland around the same time.

scott467

So the VPN is all well and good for keeping the data you’re sending and receiving private, but it does nothing to prevent your cellphone or tablet from pinging the nearby tower (or gov’t satellite), giving away your location every few seconds.

In other words, if you possess a mobile device, and that device is powered on, it is sending out a constant E.T. Phone Home signal.

Which means the government can track your location in real time, via the mobile device, until or unless you put the mobile device in a Faraday cage or remove the battery.

It is the mobile device that has to do with the primary issue Gregg is warning about, not a home computer, correct?

cthulhu

Mobile devices leak like sieves across all types of digital data. That would, then, be the primary concern. But all devices leak — and application aggregate data across anything they can glom onto. If you say, “I like ice cream” on your desktop, and the API links your cell phone next to “Phil’s Ice Cream” a week later, you might get an ad that says, “Phil’s will Fill your Ice Cream cravings.”

cthulhu

If you possess a mobile device, and it is not wrapped in a Faraday cage or electronically DEAD (no battery), it is “sending out a constant E.T. Phone Home signal.”

Gail Combs

AND RUNNING DOWN THE DAMNED BATTERY!

I hate having to charge my phone when I am NOT using it because I can not really shut the DAMN THING OFF!

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

If you turn off your phone, or put it in airplane mode [caveat – and your phone has not been hacked to lie about it] then you either ARE (airplane mode) or MAY BE (off) storing up location data or pre-data, but it is not being sent out of the phone in real time – only later.

When the phone is “off”, only functions that are drawing power in the “off state” will be gathering data, but they will not be transmitting it. I do not believe that GPS is working when the phone is off, but if it was, I would only be mildly shocked, because there are so many lies.

Here are some references on iPhone limitations with various transmitting functions turned off. That is a really good test of what is hidden and what is not.

https://www.imobie.com/iphone-tips/find-my-iphone-airplane-mode.htm

https://www.imobie.com/icloud-unlock/stop-sharing-location-without-notifying.htm

WSB

I always have the phone on airplane mode but at this point, not certain what it actually does…

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

You can check by going to settings and checking individually what service is actually off in airplane mode.

You may find that Bluetooth and WiFi are not actually off.

You can also get a hint of this by just doing a fast look at settings by swiping up to get a look at the “quick on/off” settings. You will see that some functions don’t have a slash on them.

Then, go to you setting for “Find my iPhone” and related settings, and make choices. Also, go to Locations and make choices. More security means more risk of a lost phone not being found. Your call.

michaelh

Fully Tested Faraday Bag. It’s the only way to be sure.

WSB

And thank you for the pun!

Aubergine

A Faraday cage for your phone:

scott467

A Noseeum Faraday cage?

😉😁

cthulhu

Even when your phone is powered down, the cellphone towers know where it is. You have to either (a) remove the battery, or (b) Faraday cage it, in order stop providing location data.

Or, of course, leave it on the back of your toilet (Gail) or on its charger in the living room (me).

scott467

So is Gregg Phillips referring to cell phones only?

If so, for the love of clarity in communication, he should be specific!

Explain the problem, explain who is affected and how (and why), and explain why it matters.

Who, what, when, where, why and HOW.

And after those questions are answered with bullet points or similar brevity, repetition is the next key.

Lots of stuff I see here doesn’t sink in until the 3rd (or 4th!) time I read it, because the volume of information we’re bombarded with all day is like a fire hydrant.

Clarity and repetition.

cthulhu

He’s talking about the Twitter API.

The reason that social media and advertising are so closely linked is that your preferences are supposed to be captured and correlated with your location (within eight inches), so that you get a constant feed of items you desire within easy reach. That this information can also be correlated to attending BLM rallies or Trump speeches is gravy.

scott467

“He’s talking about the Twitter API.”

____________

Okay, so API stands for Application Programming Interface. Does that only apply to mobile phones? It appears to after a quick check, but there’s plenty of associated jargon I’m not familiar with.

Seems like it should apply to PCs also, but I have ad blockers, so I never see any ads. If I go to Twitter right now (I just did, to check), I don’t see a single ad, anywhere. I don’t remember ever seeing one, and I’m not even logged in.

I would guess mobile phones have ad blockers too, so I’m not sure why everyone doesn’t use them, making it a waste of money for any company to pay any social media company to place ads.

Beyond that, I’m trying to determine whether the issue Gregg raised is in regard to mobile phones only, or whether it applies to desktop and laptop PCs (and MACs) also.

cthulhu

The API is everything the application (Twitter) tries to collect about you. It’s like a full-page survey — “Name, address, ID#, bank balance, last cash transaction, last ad”, etc. It’s what gets added to the database.

Every time Twitter tries to touch you, it doesn’t get everything it wants. But it loads it into its database and uses AI to try to link parts together. The API is the language it uses to talk about you.

There is a cat-and-mouse game about pieces of yourself you leave around the internet and what a social media app can assemble about you. You might want to take a detour to https://coveryourtracks.eff.org/ to see some of what they see.

cthulhu

I leak 12.09 bits at present. I need to teach my computer how to lie more regularly.

cthulhu

7.28 bits of data are in my “User Agent” — “Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:108.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/108.0”

This is a chunk of what adapts output to my screen, and alterations can result in peculiar (and maybe unreadable) changes. This being Linux, however, I can change this to anything I want.

This leads to a philosophical question — what if an intruder is gaining 7.28 bits of data, of which 3 are fraudulent?

I use wifi and my location varies a lot. I don’t turn on sharing my Geo location since it is never accurate. When websites show my “local” store, they seem to be trying to use location anyway. They pick stores 50 or 100 miles from my actual location. I’m encouraged by that but perhaps they save the actual location for the IC.

cthulhu

If they’re that far off, they’re using IP addresses. If you have something on the cell network, they know where you are within about eight inches, or the cells don’t work.

The whole idea of a cell is that there are several towers around you and a way to measure how close you are. If you are 350 feet from tower A and 349 feet from tower B, you “belong” to tower B.

If you are 350 feet from tower A and 349 feet from tower B, 322 feet from tower C, and 319 feet from tower D, you might “belong” to tower D for the moment, but they’re all watching to ensure a smooth handoff.

Barb Meier

I use wifi for a desktop and a laptop but only turn on the mobile phone once in a while. In my mind, I think wifi is just like making a longgg cell phone call. No idea if that’s correct but I get a phone number for each wifi box (I have 3 right now).

There is the mystery about Michael Hastings car crash.

[QUOTE]
“…DID the CIA assassinate journalist Michael Hastings?
WikiLeaks’ release on Tuesday of a massive trove of secret CIA documents has reignited conspiracy theories which have swirled since 2013, with revelations the spy agency was attempting to remotely hack vehicles.

“As of October 2014 the CIA was also looking at infecting the vehicle control systems used by modern cars and trucks,” WikiLeaks writes. “The purpose of such control is not specified, but it would permit the CIA to engage in nearly undetectable assassinations.”

Hastings, an acclaimed war correspondent and vocal critic of government mass surveillance, died in the early hours of Tuesday, June 18, 2013, when his Mercedes C250 Coupe apparently lost control and burst into flames before slamming into a palm tree.

Witnesses to the accident, which occurred around 4:25am in the leafy Hancock Park neighbourhood of Los Angeles, said the car appeared to be travelling at top speed and was creating “sparks and flames” before it went off the road….”

Car Hacking Report Refuels Concerns About Michael

[QUOTE]
“…fter Hastings died in a bizarre one-car crash along a straight Los Angeles street, former counterterrorism adviser Richard Clarke noted the accident was “consistent with a car cyber attack” and that it was easy to hack cars.

It seems he was right, as 60 Minutes demonstrated in a chilling fashion.

In the segment, a nervous Lesley Stahl smashed into safety cones on a driving course after two men using a laptop computer remotely commandeered her brakes. Former video game developer Dan Kaufman, who’s now working for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, set up the demonstration.

In trying to figure out what kinds of attacks enemies might be plotting on American soil, government agencies are learning the same techniques. To wrest the controls from Stahl, a hacker dialed in through the vehicle’s OnStar system to first busy up the computer, then planted code that allowed it to reprogram the control systems. Kaufman stood by giving driving orders to the hackers….”[UNQUOTE]

_______________

If brakes don’t work, try the emergency brake, which in my cars is nearly always a handle located between the front seats.

If that doesn’t work, or even if it does, if driving a manual transmission car, put it in neutral. If you have a manual clutch (not electronic or electronic assist), there’s no way to electronically override it, so the clutch will work, and a car in neutral can’t go very fast, no matter how high the engine is revving.

Turn the ignition off, without turning the key so far that the steering wheel locks.

If your adrenaline is pumping too hard to think of any of this stuff, try singing a calming song to yourself, something like ‘Daisy Bell‘, that HAL-9000 sang when he was being shut down 😁

WSB

Does this seem like Anne Heche?

Aubergine

I’m with you.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

OK – if this is true, I want to understand the physics.

Why would the tower know IN REAL TIME where an “off” phone is located within its range? I’m of the opinion that the tower would lose real-time contact with an “off” phone.

IF there is OFF-MODE power to the GPS or other functions, and we’re talking about LATER UPLOAD of the resulting data, then yes, I can see it.

But unless the device transmits back, I am not sure what the tower would be seeing.

Would the tower be seeing a “radar black hole” somehow?

cthulhu
Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Thank you! Looks like they’re still bound by the laws of known physics, and have to cheat around the edges of that.

cthulhu

…..as one might expect. Part of the problem is that “off” is too facile — it may be “off” for GPS, texts, and phone calls, but still “on” for amber alerts, over-the-air updates, time signals, near-contact, and bluetooth.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Yup. And settings may give the phone “permission” to turn things on. Updates now tell Apple phones to turn on Bluetooth pretty much no matter what – has to be turned off again manually, while it stays on in Airplane Mode. Looks like it may be a “finder” setting of some kind.

Barb Meier

Perhaps we get “soft power off” and simply don’t realize it. I do know my business laptop can start itself up remotely to update software and that means it is also turning on one of my wifi boxes. An FBI guy I knew told me they can track mobile phones that are turned off. No idea if he knew what he was talking about or not.

pgroup2

The laptop has its ‘allow remote wakeup’ setting turned on. Ask your local computer nerd how to turn it off.

Barb Meier

Thanks pgroup! That is probably among the settings that are admin controlled. I will check on that on my personal computers though.

“I was asked not to share this but people need to understand this is a key part of the patterns of life: who you are, exactly where you are, and what you are saying.”

Someone needs to explain what that means to the individual who is being tracked.

It needs to be explained constantly, regularly, everywhere, until it is driven past the programming and into the mind. And then repeat it some more.

If you say something like “you’re being tracked by the government!” to someone, most people will just shrug their shoulders and go back to their personal programming and tracking device, because they do not understand why they should care.

Nobody ever explains that part, the people who know just assume everybody else does too.

Well, I think for a lot of us, who gives a shit?

Honestly. I’m getting pretty tired of worrying that the FBI is tracking me on my trips to the thrift store, the grocery store, and maybe a quick trip through the McDonald’s drive-thru.

My life isn’t a spy novel. I get that we don’t want the government spying on us; but seriously, this click-baity “oh my God, my hair should be on fire!” crap is wearing me to a frazzle.

Should I concentrate on whether the FBI knows I shop at Safeway, or should I worry about whether I can get enough vitamin I for the flu season? Should I worry if the feds know I went to Dairy Queen today, or whether I have enough food in the freezer just in case?

And it’s never explained properly, as you rightly complain. It’s CRYPTIC on purpose. Or they would explain it in layman’s terms. It can’t be that hard to just friggin’ SPELL IT OUT. But they don’t, because then maybe our hair wouldn’t catch fire.

In previous missives, I mentioned that often when simply making a strong post on the internet, twitter or discus or any other platform, that my phone would immediately ring. That seems to have stopped too 😮

My son Josiah wrote this post yesterday & really wanted me to share it with the Q-Tree. Blessings to all!

A Psalm About AmericaON DECEMBER 27, 2022 BY JOSIAHCURREN

The Glory of America lies slain on your heights O LORD. Our Nation is on its knees. The Leaders of our nation have rejected You O LORD. They curse and mock The LORD our God. The Leaders in our country, lie, cheat, steal. They have stolen our elections, kicked God out of public schools, censored true believers on social media, they have supported abortion, same sex marriage, and have done horrible acts of sin and wickedness against Your Holy Name. My heart is broken before the LORD at what the illegitimate leadership is doing to our Country.

O America, how long will you reject God? How long will you refuse to humble yourself before the LORD Your God? O America, Hear The Word of the LORD. Do Not mock the LORD and Do Not reject His Holy Word. Repent before the LORD Our God. Sing Praises to His Holy Name.

O LORD My God, I pray in the name of Jesus that You will Forgive the Sins of this Country. Save the Evil and wicked leaders from their Sins. In the name of Jesus I pray for you to save our Constitutional Republic from Tyranny. Our Nation has turned away from You O LORD. Forgive them O LORD God I pray. Heal our Land O LORD I pray in the name of Jesus.

My Soul is broken at what America has become O LORD. America is Not what it once was. My heart and soul cries before the LORD at the damage that has been done to our Country. Restore our Republic O God I pray in the name of Jesus. I’m thankful and blessed to have been born in the United States of America, the Greatest Nation on Earth, and the Land of Freedom and Opportunity. Restore our Freedoms O God I pray in the name of Jesus.

O LORD God of All The Earth, I pray that you will Heal Our Land in the name of Jesus. Restore our Republic O LORD Our God. May The LORD Bless Our Great Nation From Sea To Shining Sea

WSB

How old is your son, Valerie?

Valerie Curren

He’s 27. He is the one with complex special needs including autism. He’s also the liver transplant recipient & had 2 open heart surgeries as an infant & young child & a brain tumor removed, amongst many “lesser” surgeries, when he was younger. His transplant was his last “major” surgery, when he was 17.

Gail Combs

He writes very well.

Valerie Curren

Thanks Gail. He has come a VERY Long Way!!! Josiah wanted me to tell you “thank you” 🙂

Gail Combs

Give him a hug for me.

We sometimes do rides for autistic kids. I have tried to get a group who is willing to work with me to offer rides during the week. We are NOT therapeutic but my animals will put up with a person on each side. I just need the man power for handling the kids since I can not supply it.

Surprisingly we have never had any takers.

Valerie Curren

Wow, that’s pretty wild. I wonder if boy scouts or girl scouts or some type of fraternal organization would step up, especially if the event were connected to a holiday?

You are amazing! The tidbits you share about your real world life are so intriguing. The deep digs & shares that you do are helping to “re-program” some of my thinking in multiple arenas. Red Pilling with Major Covfefe!!!

God Bless YOU & All that you do!!!

Gail Combs

I just hope I can have at least some impact with the research I do.

Valerie Curren

I Am impacted & put links to things you share quite frequently on Gab which hopefully brings Some increase in viewing of your important digs…

You definitely do! 👍🙂

God has this young man in His Hand most definitely. Plus having an awesome Mum and Dad.
May God continue to bless him abundantly.

Valerie Curren

Thank you so much Nikki! God has had His hand on Josiah from the womb, when the Enemy tried to destroy his life, & God basically said “you can’t have this one”!!!

His name literally means “God will heal & protect” & we didn’t find that meaning out until after premature birth, 2 1/2 months in the hospital, & open heart surgery at 2 months old & weighing just 4 pounds (he was 2# 6 oz at birth while his twin was 5# 4 oz which was normal size for their gestational age of 33 1/2 weeks).

Through many dangers, toils, & snares, we have already come. His grace has brought us safe thus far & grace will lead us Home!

nikkichico7

Josiah is most certainly in good Hands …❤️ …

Bless the beasts and the Children/Carpenters …

.. ❤️ …

Valerie Curren

TY & Amen!

WSB

Yes, I was king to say that your son’s Biblical name fits!

Valerie Curren

Yes & when we gave it to him, my husband said at the time “I think we should call the little guy Josiah” (they were Twin A & Twin B at the time), we didn’t know how extremely appropriate that name would be in his life 🙂

WSB

Oh my…kind of a precious ‘problem’ child?

LOL! Bless him. He seems to be an old wise soul!

Valerie Curren

He’s certainly grown into one. He’s also extremely immature w/ various weird developmental disabilities. He is an Extremely Unique person who is sold out to Jesus!

“The woman says “why can’t I find a guy like this ugh”

Someone who knows the fighter in the photo must have forwarded the message from the girl.

So he replied to her message, initiating contact, just saying “hey”.

In his avatar picture, you can’t see his fighting physique, and he has glasses on, so she didn’t recognize that he was the guy she had idealized and commented about in her original post.

So she blew him off, treating him like he was some loser who wasn’t good enough for her.

Then he revealed to her that he is literally the same guy as the fighter in the original picture, the type of guy she complained about never being able to find.

That’ll leave a mark… 😂

cthulhu

Or, for a shorter version — don’t judge someone by their avatar.

pgroup2

That’s true. For years, I thought that was what DePat looked like when she was younger.

michaelh

What, you mean that’s NOT her real picture?!?

para59r

Adding a picture of a phone booth might of helped.

michaelh

Maybe I’m jaded, but I can’t see a woman wanting a guy like “this.”

At least, not if she’s mentally healthy.

Tonawanda

My exact response. I wondered if maybe the guy was somehow otherwise known to be a good man, but it appears she wants a guy who can break your jaw in a second.

ROBERT BAKER

That leads me to a pertinent question: Is there a medical test (other than dropping dead) that verifies if you have received a Covid vaccine or subsequent booster? I could see that as a useful tool of the state or for employers. It would akin to asking for your SS number. If it could be confirmed in a way that does not require a blood test (like a breathelyzer) they could lock you out of your car. I had never considered the possible control aspects of such a test.

They have a breathelyzer for testing for Covid already. If they get one for verifying if you have had the vaccine then they can require such a test for a vast array of reasons.

kalbokalbs

Personally, have never had, AND do NOT want a Covidiot test (swab, breathalizer…), ever. As in Never.

Being labeled “Covid Positive” supports government scare tactics, data that is already FUBAR, AND WORSE, appears to limit treatment in our FUBAR healthcare system. Healthcare tries like hell to give Remdisivir, Paxlovid, ventilators AND denies other meds to treat Covidiocy.

—-

My guess is the database of those injected is likely fairly accurate. Why, obamacare, whatever questionnaires folks answer prior to getting jabbed…

Gail Combs

D-Dimer test? However that is the LAST test they want for determining if you had the Clot Shot because it SHOWS you are developing clots…

Cleveland Clinic: D-Dimer Test: What It Is, What It Is Used For, Risks & Results

A D-dimer test is a blood test that measures D-dimer, which is a protein fragment that your body makes when a blood clot dissolves in your body. D-dimer is normally undetectable or only detectable at a very low level unless your body is forming and breaking down significant blood clots.

ROBERT BAKER

The blood test may be a gold standard but too involved for a “on the fly” test for vaccine compliance. It is possible some drug company is working on it.

Gail Combs

Oh I am sure they are. The ReichsWEF, would want it.

Valerie Curren

Very interesting, & disturbing, thoughts. Iirc there were supposedly some type of scans that were being done in airports that showed “luciferase” glowing in the bodies of the “vax’d”. I don’t know if that was something Real that happened or some of the far-fetched tales, like magnetism, that were part of wild speculation then…

ROBERT BAKER

Imagine what a WEF constitution might look like.

Be it resolved that all people are worthy of and subject to State control and shall be prohibited from engaging in or supporting proscribed behaviors not consistent with approved WEF goals.

Valerie Curren

hellish nightmare!

Please

The vax id is already in use elsewhere in the world. They put proof of vax on your phone, and leave it up to you to prove you’ve been vaxxed, They do not accept the burden of proof to discover whether you’ve been vaxxed or not.

ROBERT BAKER

I know they have passports that document your status but those can be counterfeited by a resourceful dissident. I am thinking of a point of entry type verification like a fingerprint or retinal scan that can allow or deny access. A type of biometric that cannot generally be faked.

pgroup2

Don’t want to sound pessimistic but anything that is converted to digital for any reason is able to be faked. It’s all code.

For example, the pics you see on the screen are the end result of many lines of code after being processed by the operating system.

ROBERT BAKER

I am not sure if I am making myself clear on what I am asking. I am wondering how the State could use a medical test to identify who has been vaccinated and by deduction know who has not been. I am not talking about a way to ID the vaccinated but a way to ID those who have refused. By knowing this they can control access of society (much like a social credit score). So if they can create such a medical test they will, in fact, control the unvaccinated by exclusion. This will be as effective and more reliable than any passport or other documentary evidence that can be counterfeited, If such a test becomes available it allows them the assurance that any mandate they choose to enact will be comprehensive in its effectiveness. Imagine a test like a breathelyzer that is located by the entrance to your bank, place of work, classroom, or grocery store that will deny you access if your test result is negative. That is the purpose of such a test.

pgroup2

But will the testing machine be not connected to the internet? Like they do for voting machines. Oh, wait …

Last edited 1 year ago by pgroup2
ROBERT BAKER

no its just a med tester like for drunk drivers. You don’t need to know anything about the person tested. You are only interested if they test neg or pos for vaccine presence. If they have a neg test it means no vaccine therefore denied whatever service they might seek.

scott467

“I am wondering how the State could use a medical test to identify who has been vaccinated and by deduction know who has not been.”

______________

They won’t need to deduce it when I’m telling them to their little rat-like Nazi faces, that I’m not vaxxed and I’m not gonna be.

Non-compliance is the answer.

Radical non-compliance is even better 👍 😁

scott467

“The vax id is already in use elsewhere in the world.”

______________

Sure, because governments implemented it, and sheep go along with it. If governments told the People to HIT YOURSELF IN THE HEAD WITH A HAMMER, out of 300 million people, I’d guess at least several hundred would do it.

Doesn’t mean we have to do it, or any other thinking person.

.

“They put proof of vax on your phone,”

______________

Not if you don’t have a mobile phone, and they can’t require you to have a mobile phone.

If you do have a mobile phone, they can’t force you to put anything on it. They can incentivize compliance (free Whopper & fries if you take the jab!), and they can try to penalize for non-compliance, but that goes to court and they lose big time, or there is no Constitution at all anymore.

.

“…and leave it up to you to prove you’ve been vaxxed,”

_____________

Don’t want to prove anything to anyone, especially that I’m vaxxed, when I ain’t.

.

“They do not accept the burden of proof to discover whether you’ve been vaxxed or not.”

_____________

Then I guess I won’t be visiting their crappy little country.

A couple of maps to contemplate.

The first is a bit analytical —

https://bigthink.com/strange-maps/291-federal-lands-in-the-us/

The second drills down a bit —

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_lands

If I could do one thing — “Queen For A Day” style — to put a crimp in Federal grift, I would sell off all the excess Federal lands. Think of how it would limit future meddling if there were no oil “leases” — the lands could be bought and sold by private interests. Devolve all the National Parks and Monuments to the states. Eliminate the Department of the Interior, National Parks Service, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and all the other parasites.

Mind you, there are a number of military installations I would retain, but something equivalent to the situation back east. Virginia has Norfolk/Newport News for the Navy, and the Feds don’t need 40% of the state to run it.

“Why can the American citizen (or the citizen of any country for that matter) be compelled to reduce their carbon footprint but no one suggests we reduce our government footprint?”

I can’t be compelled to reduce any such thing, if it existed, which I deny, because I want to hear someone call me a carbon footprint denier, just for the sheer joy of it 😁

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ.

AMEN.

This led Yours Truly down another rabbit hole today:
http://www.theburningplatform.com/2022/12/27/vaxxed-vs-unvaxxed-race-to-the-finish-line/

Which led to the linked Igor Chudov article on Substack, about the Rintrah item regarding iGg3 and IgG4 levels in the “vaxxed and boosted” that was discussed on this board. The Chudov article then led to another of his articles:
https://igorchudov.substack.com/p/study-boosted-people-slowest-to-clear?utm_source-substack&utm_campaign=post_embed&utm_medium=web
“Study: Boosted People Slowest to Clear COVID-19”

Which then led to the article in the New England Journal of Medicine:
http://www.nejmorg/doi/pdf/10.1056/NEJMc2202092
June 28, 2022
“Duration of Shedding of Culturable Virus in SARS-CoV-2 Omicron (BA.1) Infection”
Boucau, J. et al

Yours Truly: It appears that persons who are “fully vaccinated then boosted” are the ones who are slowest in clearing a COVID-19 infection from their bodies — although persons who are “only vaccinated and not boosted” are also slow to clear.
This article, if one is reading it correctly, appears to indicate that there IS viral “shedding” of COVID-19 while the infected person is recovering. If that is the case, it would appear that persons who are “vaccinated and boosted”, then get COVID-19, would be “shedding” the virus for a longer period of time while recovering. What of the virus are they “shedding” — the entire virus? Parts of the spike protein?
It also raises the question: What about recovery from other viruses — like the common cold? The flu? Pneumonia? Can it be posited that “vaccinated” and “vaccinated and boosted” persons are potentially slower to recover from these, due to the immune system damage that the COVID-19 “vaccines” engender?

Here’s a graph from the Chudov article (it’s also in the NEJM article) about the timeline of recovery of “unvaccinated” persons vs “vaccinated” and “vaccinated and boosted” persons:

The other day I posted that IVM, being an antiviral, should be effective against other viruses, but I had not been able to verify it.

In the recent Epoch Times article on IVM, they answer the question. This link is to a copy of the Epoch Times article that doesn’t require entering your email address (like Epoch Times does) to read it:

Ivermectin Is Safe and Effective: The Evidence:
“Ivermectin is on the World Health Organization (WHO) List of Essential Medicines and is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This well-tolerated but potent anti-parasitic medicine has been prescribed billions of times in its 36-year history against a wide range of parasites.

It is a drug in the avermectin family, so named because those compounds are produced by the soil organism Streptomyces avermitilis.  It has also been studied and used against a wide range of viruses especially over the last decade, and there is evidence of potent antiviral effects against Influenza A and over a dozen other viruses tested. Gail Combs

As long as the Fake News, CDC, FDA et al continue to gaslight them they will NEVER SEE IT. Dropping dead will just become 🙄 The New Norm. 🙄

scott467

SADS!

The most ridiculous cause of death since Wile E. Coyote in Roadrunner cartoons!

Linda

I’ve been wondering if any of the MSM outlets are even publicizing any of these deaths. It may be that normies aren’t even hearing about them.

RDS

Well, if Mr. Marley were “vaccinated” on top of the asthma he apparently already had, the “vaccine” spike protein would migrate to his lungs, along with to many other areas of the body, and then very likely would proceed to compromise his lungs even further.
WZPP radio in Miami reported that Mr. Marley was “found in a vehicle after suffering an asthma attack on Tuesday.” (www.scmp.com/)
Since Mr. Marley had a pre-existing medical condition, plus that his grandfather also died young, one can almost bet the farm that NOBODY will make ANY connection between this young man’s death and ANY COVID-19 “vaccine” he may have taken.
May he rest in eternal Peace.

Yeah, the spike in the vaccine Could excite a cytokine storm in a person with severe allergies/asthma.

Cytokine storm syndrome is a group of related medical conditions in which the immune system produces too many inflammatory signals. Cytokine storm symptoms can be mild and similar to the flu or severe and life-threatening, potentially leading to organ failure and death.

Although experts are learning more every day, cytokine storm seems to be at least part of why some people develop life-threatening symptoms from COVID-19. [NO SCHIFF DUDE, now think harder and look at the clot shot]

I would postulate that as the homeless population rises in cold weather cities you will see these kind of reports. Also given that almost everyone in America carries around a video camera in their pocket it will be more common to see these reports.

Originally the Churches, or local community took care of charity. Then the Left had to get into the act and make it a GOVERNMENT function.

WHY?
#1. you can SKIM FUNDS
#2. You make jobs for friends/donors
#3. You make people DEPENDENT/thankful to the GOVERNMENT and NOT the CHURCH or local community/government.
#4. The FUNDS doled out could then go to supporting vices like alcohol and drugs.
#5. By doing NOTHING but doling out $$$ the problems continues to exist and escalate.
#6 You get to BLAME the Conservative Right for NOT DOING ENOUGH to guilt them into paying MORE taxes that you can skim.

Those lodges, that you sometimes wonder what function they truly serve? Oddfellows, Knights of Columbus, Lions, etc? They used to be mutual aid societies. (Only some are religiously based.) When a member fell on hard times or had a huge medical bill, the lodge would take care of them. The oddfellows was probably the lowest-class of them, dues were $2 a year.

Now the government has obsoleted that function, so they’ve fallen back on miscellaneous/niche acts of charity like collecting old eyeglasses and the like, and membership has dwindled because there’s no especial reason to join them when you can contribute from the outside. Meanwhile they retain the now-almost-entirely-meaningless trappings of being “clubs” for insiders.

WSB

I thought they were all just clubs with really good bars and cheap drinks.

We have one near us that is constantly packed and holding all kinds of events.

Do you remember when “homelessness” used to be called “vagrancy”?

This is primed for political manipulation.

Politicians created the “homeless” problem in the first place – emptying out mental health institutions, emptying out the prisons, bringing in illegal aliens as “immigrants,” having the police turn a blind eye to open-air drug scenes, squatting, vagrancy, quality of life policing, etc. In many cases, the politicians even bribe vagrants to move and squat.

Everyone gets mad about the “homeless” in the cold.

Politicians pound the table “We have to do SOMETHING!”

So they get money to create homeless shelters.

Which then goes to buy out hotels in sweetheart eminent domain deals in areas where real estate prices are already depressed

Why are real estate prices depressed? Oh yeah, VAGRANCY, drug use, crime, people being accosted by mentally ill people, and poor quality of life due to poor policing!

Then they can close the “homeless shelter” at some future date, and the city will own a prime piece of real estate.

The city “has no choice” to sell the real estate because “we can’t maintain it” and give it to a developer at a rock bottom price.

The developer levels the site and rebuilds, drawing from government contracts and bonds in a re-development scheme.

Suddenly, the police are allowed to police again in the redeveloped district – who knew?

The politicians get the kickbacks on this as unsuspecting people buy into the gentrified space, and money starts to roll in.

The “homeless” move somewhere else (pre-designated) and the shakedown cycle begins again.

It’s essentially a modern twist on good old 1950s blockbusting.

I remember when the Vagrants were rounded up by the police and sorted into the mentally insane (Institutionalized) criminals, tried or returned to the place they escaped from. OR sent to the County Home (farms) where they WORKED to support themselves.

THE LEFT HATED the county homes and organized to close them down because [GASP] you can not FORCE people to WORK for their KEEP!!! OH no no no the TAX PAYER must support the bums. So the towns, not able to fund the county homes shut them down.

Ours in upstate NY was a very nice place. Mom volunteer to teach there. Many were people with health problems or alcohol problems. (Not much drug use back then.)

Brave and Free

Well this plays into “Never Let a Crisis go to Waste ” or different kind of FF to distract. And plays into the climate hoax. So pick one there all the same result.

We lived in the Boston area. A church the next town over had a member who made an unsed factory available as emergency housing for the homeless and other mebers outfitted it with blankes, cots beds…. Of course it was not ‘Up to code’ although it did have bathrooms.

So before a very nasty blizzard the town of FITCHBURG MA came in shut the place down and tossed the homeless back out on the street…. THEY FROZE TO DEATH!!!

This was the storm they tossed people out into without shelter — BASTARDS!!!
25 years after Blizzard of ’93: Remembering the Storm of the Century, ‘granddaddy of ’em all’

The blizzard was classified as a Category 5 storm and was one of the most devastating storms of the 20th century, according to the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI).

“The storm produced an extremely rare, massive swath of 1- to 3-foot snowfall. When combined with wind gusts of tropical storm to hurricane force, it brought drifts as high as single-story homes to the Appalachians,” AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Alex Sosnowski said.

“The Blizzard of ’93 is a good example of a ‘snowicane’,” Sosnowski said. “It was granddaddy of ’em all.”

Emergencies were declared in a dozen states with significant snowfall shutting down roads and airports across the East Coast for days.

Romans 1:18-32
Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and injustice of those men that detain the truth of God in injustice:
19 Because that which is known of God is manifest in them. For God hath manifested it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him, from the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made; his eternal power also, and divinity: so that they are inexcusable.
21 Because that, when they knew God, they have not glorified him as God, or given thanks; but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 For professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.
23 And they changed the glory of the incorruptible God into the likeness of the image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and of fourfooted beasts, and of creeping things.
24 Wherefore God gave them up to the desires of their heart, unto uncleanness, to dishonour their own bodies among themselves.
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie; and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God delivered them up to shameful affections. For their women have changed the natural use into that use which is against nature.
27 And, in like manner, the men also, leaving the natural use of the women, have burned in their lusts one towards another, men with men working that which is filthy, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was due to their error.
28 And as they liked not to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all iniquity, malice, fornication, avarice, wickedness, full of envy, murder, contention, deceit, malignity, whisperers,
30 Detractors, hateful to God, contumelious, proud, haughty, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Foolish, dissolute, without affection, without fidelity, without mercy.

32 Who, having known the justice of God, did not understand that they who do such things, are worthy of death; and not only they that do them, but they also that consent to them that do them.

Last Days In The Bible = 2 Timothy 3:1-9But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. 2 Timothy 3:1-5

For me, one of the most sobering passages in the Bible is where Jesus says (paraphrase), “When the Son of Man returns will he find faith upon the earth?” Which tells me that it is not yet as bad as it is going to get. (I believe it is Luke 18:8)

nikkichico7

It’s overwhelming but the God fearing people on this planet are out there doing what Jesus asks them to, they are a blessing to people as they are blessed by God.

Tonawanda

I watched the storm from inside my home, and over local tv. No one was going to be rescuing anyone for a solid 48 hours, at least. The winds were relentless, and you could not see a foot in front of your face, let alone drive a vehicle on the street. The streets were impassable, even for snow trucks.

There are a variety of reasons people might have been outside at the wrong time. Stupidity was one possible reason, but there are others.

My uncle was lucky to have neighbors across the street who went out at the first propitious moment and dug a path to his front door, which was totally blocked by a huge drift.

I blame all the fake “Christians” who refuse to help people right outside their doors. They drink and be merry and celebrate the Roman Saturnalia but will not lend a hand to the homeless. Sick hypocrites.

As I have already mentioned a Church did AND WAS SHUT DOWN. Five or so years before that Feb. 5-7, 1978, My neighbors and I got together and dug out the cars and doors of all the elderly folks on our street. (And yeah I started it.)

PS My father couldn’t find the rental car for about 4 days.

Aubergine

We know a homeless man here in our town. A local thrift store let him camp out for the three nights that were so brutally cold here. It was planned in advance, so he would be safe.

Aubergine

I’ve read a lot of these stories, about people giving someone who walks to work/school everyday a car. This is another one:

https://www.wnd.com/2022/12/watch-complete-stranger-gives-car-teen-walks-work-school-every-day/

Every time I read one, I have to think of my Dad, and his story.

My Dad grew up poor. Dirt poor. He didn’t have toy cars; he pushed a brick around in the dirt. He wanted a bike; he finally got a used one when he was sixteen.

Dad wanted to play basketball when he got to high school, really, really wanted it. But practice was at 6am, and he lived ten miles from the school. The school bus ran much later than he would have to be there, and he had no other transportation.

You know what my Dad did? He RAN the ten miles to school every day, to make practice on time!

When he was a junior, he had finally had enough of poverty. He loved cars, and he wanted to have one, among other things. So he quit high school to become a truck driver. Within ten years, he had bought a business, and made it successful enough to buy another. And within fifteen years, he was well into upper-middle-class income. And in another five years, he was one of the wealthiest people in the county.

Are we doing these people a favor by giving them a car? Or would their struggle motivate them more? Do we undermine people with “compassion.” My Dad’s story makes me wonder.

TradeBait2

Your dad faced sink or swim in the face, stared it down, and stomped it into the ground. So many others do the same and whine about it, wanting somebody to bail them out. They languish in self pity and become Democrats. 🤣

I identify with your dad.

To some the gift of a car will boost them and accelerate their progress. To others it will undermine. That’s why it is important to use wisdom and discernment with charity. However, to do that – you need to have them and the only bonafide disburser of those attributes is the Lord.

“…Are we doing these people a favor by giving them a car? …”

NO!!!
And I say that as someone who has bought three cars for people and got paid back by them then robbing me.

You are much better off giving them A JOB. Even if it is just mowing the lawn, weeding the garden, cutting tree branches… MAKE THEM EARN the money to buy the car.

I have a friend who needs to pay $1,500 on back traffic tickets to get her license back. She has been moaning about it for a good FIVE YEARS.

Cigerattes pack a day = $5.00 X 360 X 5 = $9,000
SODA 2 -3 a day = $3.00 X 360 X 5 = $ 5,400

That does not include all the times she eats out instead of preparing a meal. She can not go past a favorite eatery without wanting to stop. We are talking $12.oo-$15.oo….

Would I really be doing her a favor in paying off her debt when if she really WANTED TO she could save up the money to deal with it herself.

michaelh

Leftism is, at its core a doctrine of dodging personal responsibility (individual responsibility) for oneself.

It reflects in the Entitlement Mentality.

If you give a drunk a drink, you have a drunker drunk who wants another.

If we had real charity, we would be using money to provide people with meaningful employment.

But we have fake charity, taxation, which enables bad behavior rather than empowering people to make something better with their lives.

And as for those dang traffic tickets, where is the accountability? She loses her license but CLEARLY not feeling enough personal pain to fix $1500!

Don’t tell me $1500 is a lot money. Yes, it’s a lot when you are paying the STUPID TAX. But $1500 is a respectable emergency fund – one that should be in the bank account in no more than 3 months of pay cycles. If you don’t have $1000 in the bank for emergencies, then you are paying the stupid tax over and over again.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

$1500 is painful, but I can recover from it…if it’s a one time thing.

$1500 more every month might ultimately suck me under.

Which makes it about the right amount of money someone could use to “learn me a lesson.”

However, some people are immune to such instruction (as you call it, the stupidity tax, over and over again).

Gail Combs

She is essentially homeless. She takes part time jobs and lives with relatives or friends.

However if she doesn’t have a car she can’t work a real job. HOWEVER, since I have ALWAYS been frugal it bothers me to see her ‘live for the moment’ mentality.

She is by no means the only one. It is THE trait I have seen in a lot of poor people. PLAN AHEAD and make GOOD DECISIONS NOW that will help in the future IS JUST NOT part of their mental processes.

I think it is a KEY FACTOR that separates the successful from the unsuccessful. Not IQ, Not opportunity, but the ability to SET A GOAL and PLAN to get there.

I know people who can not read, people who have only a grade school education who were VERY SUCCESSFUL/ They took the talents they had and USED them.

From what I have seen, poverty is a mindset. It is learned. It s taught.

And it is a shame.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I knew someone once who usually never had two cents to rub together.

He told me one time that every time he had built up just a hundred or two hundred bucks, being careful not to spend it, some damn thing would come up and suck it away (e.g., broken glasses), but that didn’t happen when he didn’t have the money. So he spent it as fast as he got it, but at least he mostly spent it on guns and related items rather than (legal) drugs.

Eventually he got married to someone with a steady income, shortly after that finally landed a job that lasted, and HE is the frugal one in that couple. They have fairly small debts (other than their mortgage) and he hates having them hang over his head, but he can’t get his wife to stop spending long enough to pay them down.

I recall an article on why the really poor act the way they do, and it was written by someone who had been there. This was generally NOT written from the standpoint of “they blow all their money all the time” but rather from the standpoint of someone who is truly barely able to make ends meet. He described buying the expensive (per unit) small size rather than the twice as expensive large size with four times as much stuff in it as being utterly necessary because you literally do not have the money for the large size in your wallet.

Aubergine

“He described buying the expensive (per unit) small size rather than the twice as expensive large size with four times as much stuff in it as being utterly necessary because you literally do not have the money for the large size in your wallet.”

I’ve been there, many times. Knowing full well that if I could only buy the bale of toilet paper versus the six-pack, or the economy-sized container versus the smallest one of whatever, I would, in the long term, be saving money. But completely unable to do so. It’s frustrating, it’s infuriating. But sometimes you just do what you have to do until things improve.

The worst part is, during the Trump years, we got ahead of the eight ball there for a few years. It was nice. Now I’m back to struggling to stay afloat. It sucks.

Aubergine

All good points!

I usually like Dan Gelernter’s articles, and this one is no exception. He completely nails my feelings about Trump and DeSantis in 2024. This is a snip, but the whole article is excellent:

“That leads us to the inevitable question: What should we do when a majority of Republicans want Trump, but the Republican Party says we can’t have him? Do we knuckle under and vote for Ron DeSantis because he would be vastly better than any Democrat?

I say no, we don’t knuckle under. And I like DeSantis. I’d vote for him after Trump’s second term. But not before.”

Another good one by KimDotCom

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1588970921272172544.html

It is short so here is the entire thread:

What’s the root cause of the US proxy war in Ukraine? Most people don’t have a clue. Let me explain.

It all started after the 2007-2008 financial crisis that originated in the US. The reliability of the US Govt as a partner in global financial affairs was destroyed.

In 2009 Russia hosted the first BRICS summit to establish a better international financial system with China, India, Brazil, South Africa and later with future BRICS+ partners. In short a new “multipolar order”. BRICS is challenging the US Dollar reserve currency status.

That started a new Cold War with Russia and China. US National Debt is now at $31 trillion, total US Debt is at $92 trillion and total US unfunded liabilities are at $172 trillion and all of that without any US Govt surplus to pay for any of it. Only more Debt and money printing.

The US Govt knows that without the reserve currency status it is bankrupt. Without money printing on the backs of other nations it’s simply Game Over for the US. But not just for the US. The EU and most western democracies followed the US model of endless Debt and money printing.

That’s why they stand with the US and support the escalating actions that seem totally illogical to most people. Why is the EU sacrificing prosperity for a US proxy war in Ukraine? Because if the US is collapsing they collapse too. Their alliance is glued by the fear of failure.

BRICS+ was on track to launch its new global financial system by 2030. Ukraine is the tool for conflict with Russia and Taiwan is the tool for conflict with China. Eventually the US and NATO will be at war with Russia and China. They simply don’t seem to have another choice.

It’s either war with Russia and China to stop BRICS+ or the financial collapse of the US, EU and the entire Debt and money printing circus. It was never about the people of Ukraine. Ukraine is a sideshow. The main event is yet to come. The two options are poverty or nuclear war.

Kim is mostly right as far as he goes but he blows it here:

“…The EU and most western democracies followed the US model of endless Debt and money printing…”

The USA FOLLOWED the EU down the fiat currency rathole.

He ALSO misses the other point. The slow demolution of the USA has ALWAYS been part of the plan.

The Rockefeller File by Gary Allen
Published June 28th 1976

“The master planners devised the strategy of a merger – a Great Merger – among nations.

But before such a merger can be consummated, and the United States becomes just another province in a New World Order, there must at least be the semblance of parity among the senior partners in the deal. How does one make the nations of the world more nearly equal?

The Insiders determined that a two-prong approach was needed; use American money and know-how to build up your competitors, while at the same time use every devious strategy you can devise to weaken and impoverish this country. [See Chasing the Dragon: Clinton’s China Policy for how Clinton implemented this plan. ] The goal is not to bankrupt the United States. Rather, it is to reduce our productive might, and therefore our standard of living, to the meager subsistence level of the socialized nations of the world.

The plan is not to bring the standard of living in less developed countries up to our level, but to bring ours down to meet theirs coming up… It is your standard of living which must be sacrificed on the altar of the New World Order…. [Cricket burgers anyone?]

Much of the spade work for setting up this ploy is being done by Henry Kissinger, who was a personal employee of Nelson Rockefeller for a decade before Rocky placed him in the Nixon Administration…. [And then Kissinger set up Klas Schwab and the ReichsWEF]

This was validated by Pascal Lamy former World Trade Organization Director-General. He indicates that an European Union like super state has been the goal since the 1930s. — Lamy Calls for European-Inspired Global Governance

“…The world is headed toward greater degrees of globalization — deeper integration, wider cooperation and greater sharing of responsibilities. To govern this globalized world, writes World Trade Organization Director-General Pascal Lamy, existing institutions will need to be reformed to ensure they work together optimally….” Pascal Lamy, June 8, 2011 — Whither Globalization?: Is the globalized world of the 21st century being managed with a system — and a mindset — designed for a century that has faded away?

I don’t even mind the concept of the internet of things…with the same caveat. You as the owner must control it and it must never, ever send data elsewhere without your explicit, on the spot permission. (Like the way Qubes handles inter-qube communications.) Ixnay on getting a blanket permanent permission up front.

And as Cthulhu points out below the only way to be assured there aren’t any back doors is for the code to be Open-Source and verifiably the code running in the system. (I don’t care about people being able to “fork” it, which is considered an integral part of FOSS. [In many cases I consider that a positive disadvantage.] If someone wants to restrict users from altering the code, let them…but they’d damn well better be willing to show it.)

This has never been the inclination or aim of conservatives, who do not share the Left’s aversion to limits on political power. GOOD GRIEF dude, we are not ‘Facists’ or ‘Nazis’ when we distinguish ourselves from doormats. Also the REASON we are in this mess is because ‘Conservative Inc.’ stood on their ‘Principles’ REFUSED TO FIGHT and told everyone to BE Doormats.

They haul out Jesus saying  “But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.” [Mathew] and “If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. [Luke]

And you get from Christianity INC

…As Christians, we are going to face persecution. We may even get a slap in the face. 👉 What this verse tells us is that we are not to get revenge. We are not appointed to punish the people who wrong us. We are to love them and let God do with them what He will. God has the sole power to punish people who sin, not us…. 👈

BUT goes on to say

We are called to respond when we ourselves or others are hurting. That response should not be to retaliate or “get back” at someone. But neither should our reaction be to stand back and watch the show. We are to be a part of the cast list. Christians are called to share the Gospel to the ends of the earth. This cannot be done when we stand back and do nothing.

This verse is not addressing what Christians should do when we are wronged. It is addressing the act of revenge that our sinful nature will want. Christians are to stand up for what we believe in. We are to continue to share God’s Word and question those that try to twist it. We are not to plan an act of revenge. Revenge is set aside for God. Proverbs 20:22 says “Do not say, I’ll pay you back for this wrong! Wait for the Lord, and he will deliver you.”…

They always fail to bring up:
John Chapter 2 (King James)

13 And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:

15 And when he had made a scourge [whip] of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;

16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

Mathew 18:6

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

SO Jesus was NOT a pacifist although those who would make us serfs try to tell us we should be. Defending ourselves or more important Children is what is critical. Jesus may not have wanted us ‘… to be motivated by crushing one’s enemies…’ But he certainly would have considered that millstone for the ‘Post birth’ Abortionists, kiddie diddlers and child sacrificers at minimum.

Back to the article.

I am not the only one who saw this article as RINO gaslighting. The comments show RIGHTEOUS Anger and it is beautiful to see.

Ok. But what about when faced with actual demons masquerading as people? Because I think THAT is where we are at right now.

This is potentially GROSS – MTF tranny behavior.

Example of what is not being censored off of Twitter now as “transphobic”. TRUTH.

Nasty tranny pretense – cannot unsee!

Sick .. depravity …

mollypitcher5

It surely is both sick and depraved. We can never go back from these sick things that are becoming normalized into society. Yes, there are millions that will recoil from such shit but to put the ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’ label on it to make it end…nobody has that power anymore. Churches would cower in fear to denounce this, politicians would shake and run away.

It won’t be a surprise when they launch another bio terrorism attack on us.
With it the globo’s will accomplish two things, taking out the jabbed with already weakened immune systems, and also covering up the jab induced deaths by blaming it on the second pandemic.

Dr Paul Craig Roberts pulls no punches in this article: 👆

…Under law, as Pfizer and the FDA knew the “vaccine” was dangerous to life and health and did not recall it, they committed murder.

The issue before us is the missing indictments for murder of the Pfizer executives and FDA officials who are responsible for the deaths and injuries of millions of people.

As the presstitutes are totally complicit in the mass murder, don’t expect any attention from the media to the released Pfizer report, backed up by the extraordinary increase in excess deaths in every vaccinated country following the vaccination campaign.  Dr. Michael Yeadon, formerly Pfizer Vice President and Chief Science Officer has said that in addition to the deaths, infertility, and injuries from the “vaccine,” the effect of the “vaccine” is also to seriously impair the immune system, thereby making everyone injected susceptible to morbidity from diseases.

Don’t expect Congress or the Executive Branch to do anything.  Members of the House and Senate are dependent on campaign contributions, and Big Pharma are heavy contributors. The FDA is a marketing agent for Big Pharma.

Don’t expect the medical profession to do anything.  Big Pharma is responsible for 70% of medical research grants….

Significant part:

….Inhibition of spike protein-induced HA was tested using the macrocyclic lactone ivermectin (IVM), which is indicated to bind strongly to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein glycan sites. The results of these experiments were, first, that spike protein from these four lineages of SARS-CoV-2 induced HA.

Omicron induced HA at a significantly lower threshold concentration of spike protein than the three prior lineages and was much more electropositive on its central spike protein region.

IVM blocked HA when added to RBCs prior to spike protein and reversed HA when added afterward. These results validate and extend prior findings on the role of glycan bindings of viral spike protein in COVID-19. Than you for bringing this.
It may well be that IVM can mitigate at least some of the damage that the “vaccines” do to the bodies of those who have taken them.

Welp, it appears that there’s been a drastic change in the weather forecast–5-8 inches of snow.

We were supposed to get that the last time (with the ultra-cold) but did not. Other than stocking up the firewood (I still do have to worry about power outages even with an unblown furnace control board fuse) I’m not going to worry about it.

kalbokalbs

With a spare fuse or two.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Found a four pack at the auto parts store. One went into the truck to replace the one I borrowed. The other three are in a sealed bag inside the furnace, where they’ll be available if ever needed.

If I ever become aware that something has an internal fuse (as opposed to a breaker), I want spares around. Be it loudspeakers, my multimeter…or, now, my furnace. The dedicated switch for the furnace has a fuse in it, and I have always had a spare for that (this kind, you screw in).

kalbokalbs

Screw in fuse, is different. Prolly seen one. Can’t specifically recall it. Ah, ha. Going back to an older home we lived in. Screw in fuses in the fuse box.

Same basic idea, as spare fuses

My heater had a bad flame sensor. Come to find out, flame sensors can be cleaned up, made functional. Only takes a, crisp dollar bill. Used like real fine sandpaper. Worked great as a temporary fix.Bought two new flame sensors, ~$20 each. Installed one. The second new flame sensor, along with the original flame sensor in a zip lock on top of the furnace.

Officially down by 511 votes. Check these two TWs.
