2025.06.10 Daily Thread – American Stories: When in the Course of Human Events – The Art Of Deception

My schedule has been hectic, so an on-topic breather is in order. I am going with a subject that relates to the subject period in history as well as today. Since it is in the news at times, let’s discuss the filibuster. What the heck is it and why should we care?

This definition per clown provided Wiki is as good as any…

filibuster is a political procedure in which one or more members of a legislative body prolong debate on proposed legislation so as to delay or entirely prevent a decision. It is sometimes referred to as “talking a bill to death” or “talking out a bill”, and is characterized as a form of obstruction in a legislature or other decision-making body.

However, its noted origin as a procedure (not the name) appears to trace back to ancient Rome in 60 and 59 BC when Cato the Younger conducted it in opposition to Caesar’s desires in the ancient Roman Empire. The Roman Senate had a rule that all daily work had to be completed by nightfall. Cato was noted for his long winded speeches, so in two instances he got up and spoke until nightfall to foil Caesar’s plans. It worked the first time, but Caesar had a work around ready the second time as he took the measure he wanted passed to the Tribal Assembly and got it done.

There are numerous countries in which this procedure has been done in their legislative assemblies. As an example, the first time it appears to have been done in Great Britain was in Parliament in 1874. It first entered into U. S. Club Senate rules in 1806, but not used until 1837.

https://www.history.com/articles/history-of-the-filibuster

For more on the moves and countermoves on this topic, read the link. For what it is worth, Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr play roles.

https://constitutioncenter.org/blog/the-previous-question-the-filibusters-early-murky-history

The filibuster was not used frequently until the 1970’s. In more recent times it has become more of a threatened use, especially since the 2010’s. It has also become watered down as a procedure to the point it is mostly only used to counter new legislation today, which is bad enough when the legislation that could pass would help We the People instead of the Uniparty and globalists.

However, the big thing is that it is not a product of the Constitution. It is in the Club Senate’s “rulebook”.

So, why does it continue to exist? Better yet, why do we need an obstruction to the usual “majority rules” method of determining the fate of legislation? We need to understand the history to know the answers to those questions, well, at least more official answers. TradeBait’s response that follows is probably a bit less tactful. 😂

To cut to the chase It is just another contrived rule that We the People had no voice in determining its existence and use. As posted in previous Dailies they do the same garbage in the judiciary. They build in rules of engagement, practices, procedural hoops, and standing that are not enumerated or codified into law by the legislature. They are inserted at the discretion of the involved parties and frequently used as weapons to achieve goals in conflict with the intent of the Constitution, laws, and will of We the People. They grant permissions to positions and bodies to do so that have never been legally authorized by our system of government. They then hide behind the rules they create.

The Senate politicians sell filibuster presence as a tool to prevent unthrottled and dangerous control by legislators of the “political process” that could abuse citizen voters. They use fear porn induced warnings in serious tones of voice to make their points. Sometimes, I am convinced the real boogeyman or Sasquatch will run out from behind them to threaten us all.

One thing is true, the threat of the use of this tool has kept even a unified House, Senate and POTUS from achieving their fake media described scary agendas despite having received control from the popular vote. How convenient that the GOP or Dems cannot seem to get that important piece of legislation across the finish line that benefits We the People more than the politicians and globalists. With it available the Uniparty continues its reign.

Instead, we get Obamacare and such, right McShame? Oh yeah, you are no longer here to undercut the will of We the People. 👍 But just as a reminder, if Harry Reid followed by Turtle did not permit its nuking in regard to confirmations; PDT would have never received approval for any judges, SCOTUS justices, or cabinet selections. Who knew in advance we would thank two Uniparty henchmen for their efforts to release us from that bondage one day? Of course, doing so was met with wailing and gnashing of teeth by media and the Uniparty faithful. Much fear porn was broadcast and now we know why. SCOTUS leaned back toward the right over time and some honest judges were added to the federal court rosters.

In Club Senate the filibuster is still a game maneuver the majority can also use to not move forward with popular legislation that they would ordinarily have the votes to pass, especially with the Uniparty in control. Instead they can hide behind the perceived threat of a filibuster. Rarely do filibusters actually happen, the vast majority of the time their use is just threatened or “understood” to be possible. All of it is theater to keep the public fooled and sidetracked, just like the non-election elections.

There is no point in addressing cloture to end debate. The majority still needs 60 votes to invoke it to end the show. In the political environment of today, rarely would there be any Dems willing to join with the GOP to do so. That makes it easy for GOP Senators to grandstand and gaslight the public on their “conservative” values and standing “with” POTUS Trump against the big, bad Dems.

Conditions Today

Let’s take a look at what MTG thinks of the Club Senate and the filibuster.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-ally-marjorie-taylor-greene-says-she-wont-run-senate-while-blasting-dems-fellow-republicans

Ouch, that might leave a mark. 😂 My kinda gal.

If you are an optimist you will respond to this situation with a desire to get rid of it so you can get done what needs to be done. If you are a pessimist you want to keep the filibuster as a tool to keep the leftists from ruining the country should they return to power. However, that may turn out to be a less than accurate analysis if indeed, POTUS Trump and patriots are cleaning the election system and taking back control of the federal government swamp.

Do you really believe the Democrat Party has over 70 million real life voters? If you do, you will be more likely to want to retain the filibuster. If you don’t, you will be more likely to want it terminated providing the election system is cleaned up and fair for all voters.

Next, do you believe in DOGE and their efforts or not? I did not say Elon, I said DOGE. Their efforts are helping to clean the system along with ICE and Homeland Security. Add in the Civil Rights division of the DOJ which is now playing hardball as you saw in Part 2. Evidence is being introduced into the courts on hacking election systems, fraudulent ballot harvesting, and fraudulent voter registration activities. Lies are being exposed that claimed no internet connectivity, when in fact the voting machines were connected. More legal actions are underway on clamping down on ID requirements as well as illegals having access to voter registrations.

I don’t believe the Dems have the votes even if it not totally cleaned yet. My gut says they have less than 50 million. They have no message, no inspiring leaders, no bench to sway the majority of the eligible voters. The longer that America First MAGA can dominate the more the judiciary will become Constitutionalist in nature. That realization is contingent on the current administration and leadership knowing that the Democrat Party does not now have or will have anywhere near the votes they manufactured in 2020 with the election steal.

PDT suggested doing away with the filibuster at least a dozen times in his first term. Contrast that viewpoint with that of a Uniparty Senator. From a 9/26/24 USA Today article on the subject comes this quote, “The day Republicans vote to nuke the filibuster is the day I walk out the door,” said Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., who noted that the party repeatedly resisted Trump’s calls to end the filibuster for legislation while he was president.

Sounds like a really good reason for it to be nuked to me, Thommy Turd.

That leads this author to suggest that it is time to kill the filibuster dead as a doornail. Just the threat of its use stops good legislation that We the People support. With its termination the remaining RINO’s will have to openly state their positions for or against a measure – no more hiding. We the People can then primary them out and replace with America First.

If we truly want to end the RINO species, we have to eliminate their habitat. Thommy Turd told everybody where he hides. Remove the ability to hide and openly expose them. Playing defense all the time plays into the Uniparty’s hands. If we go on offense on this, they will either fight to survive or run away scared. We the People then know where they stand and what to do.

However, none of that is the primary reason to terminate the use of the filibuster. The primary reason to get rid of it is the same as with the other contrived rules, procedures and practices in every area of government. There is no provision for it in the Constitution. Assuming honest elections, the threat and the use of it circumvents the will of We the People.

Remember what Alexander Hamilton, John Adams and a handful of other revered founding fathers wanted to do to circumvent the will of We the People when the Constitution was constructed? They were fearful of We the People and the popular vote as it had been a major problem to the new nation due to States’ Rights and its inability to pay military pensions. Thanks to Thomas Jefferson and a large majority of founders they did not get what they wanted. The popular vote was supported in the end result. However, that did not stop those at our nation’s founding that did not like that result. Instead, less than 20 years later, the pro-filibuster crowd in Club Senate began making rules that worked around the issue just a Caesar’s opponents did with the ancient Roman Senate.

The specific problems from our founders’ days no longer exist. In my opinion, it is time for We the People to go boldly into the Golden Age and terminate the filibuster.

Or we can continue looking around for the boogeyman and Sasquatch.

Please remember Wolf’s rules for our community. In general that means to be respectful to each other and to pull no shenanigans that your mom might find offensive or otherwise cause jail time. That said, free speech is honored here.

Be blessed and go make something good happen!

Nice discussion and a great perspective! It is NOT of We The People. It’s one more “AW SHUCKS” tool of the POSERS and LOSERS to make us SUCKERS.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Every state government except Nebraska has a bicameral legislature.

Now this doesn’t apply to the US Congress, which has a very good reason to be bicameral.

What purpose does it serve in the states? Maybe other states are different but Colorado simply has state house districts (65 of them) and state senate districts (35 of them), drawn to have equal numbers of people in them (somewhat like the US House…somewhat; though those districts cannot cross state lines and so population of a congressional district is not uniform).

What’s the point of two houses at the State except to gum up the works and allow the powers that be to slip things into up-or-down “reconciliation bills”, or allow politicians to blame the other chamber for failure to pass things we want?

Yes this (and the filibuster) are sold as ways to prevent government from doing too much but it makes it hard to get the government to STOP doing too much once it is already doing so.

HOW many laws have you hear being rescinded? And how many of those laws
that were rescinded favored WE the People?

An example from a couple decades ago that got us into the deep financial mess we are in today via FORECLOSUREGATE and the AIG bailout.

This was the maneuvering behind the foreclosure scam!

First the changes in the laws that lead up to Forclosuregate:

BANKING LAWS:
The McFadden Act of 1927 or Amendment to the National Banking Laws and the Federal Reserve Act (P.L. 69-639, 44 STAT. 1224): Prohibited interstate banking.

Law: Negating above:
Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994 (P.L. 103-328, 108 STAT. 2338).
Permits bank holding companies to acquire banks in any state one year Beginning June 1, 1997, allows interstate mergers.

The Glass-Steagall Act or Banking Act of 1933 (P.L. 73-66, 48 STAT. 162): Separated commercial banking from investment banking, establishing them as separate lines of commerce.

Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 (P.L. 84-511, 70 STAT. 133): Prohibited bank holding companies headquartered in one state from acquiring a bank in another state.

Law: Negating both of the above laws:
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 (P.L. 106-102, 113 STAT 1338)
Repeals last vestiges of the Glass Steagall Act of 1933. Modifies portions of the Bank Holding Company Act to allow affiliations between banks and insurance underwriters. Law creates a new financial holding company authorized to engage in: underwriting and selling insurance and securities, conducting both commercial and merchant banking, investing in and developing real estate and other “complimentary activities.”

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act of 1991 (P.L. 102-242, 105 STAT. 2236).
Also known as FDICIA. FDICIA [b]greatly increased the powers and authority of the FDIC.[/b] Major provisions recapitalized the Bank Insurance Fund and [b]allowed the FDIC to strengthen the fund by borrowing from the Treasury.[/b]

Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (P.L. 102-550, 106 STAT. 3672).

RTC Completion Act (P.L. 103-204, 107 STAT. 2369):
implement provisions designed to improve the agency’s record in providing business opportunities to minorities and women.. Expands the existing affordable housing programs of the RTC and the FDIC by broadening the potential affordable housing stock of the two agencies.

Increases the statute of limitations on RTC civil lawsuits. In cases in which the statute of limitations has expired, claims can be revived for fraud and intentional misconduct resulting in unjust enrichment or substantial loss to the thrift.

SOURCE: http://www.fdic.gov/regulations/laws/important/index.html

Those are the changes in banking laws that set the stage.

Here are the crucial move:
1.CDSs, credit default swaps were exempted from regulation in the Commodity Futures Modernization Act in the year 2000.

2.Hank Paulson who was the Treasury secretary who engineered the AIG bailout worked for Goldman Sachs.

3. If a bank had the credit default swap insurance policies on a mortgage, especially if they had more than one, it was to their advantage to force foreclosure.

4. Obama mortgage program sets up homeowners for defaulting on their mortgage by reducing payments up front before qualification and then handing them a staggering bill, due in one month when they do not qualify. (First hand experience) http://www.wtop.com/?nid=111&sid=1864952

Senior investors, who are typically financial institutions, own the AAA tranches that are insured against default by AIG, and they WANT to foreclose on the Middle Class so that insurance payments kick in. Conversely, the junior tranche investors want workouts with homeowners because their investment is not insured.

“To ensure that the mortgage servicer pushes default instead of workout, the servicer is paid double (50 basis points versus 25 basis points) by the MBS to service a loan in default. Why do you think your servicer tells you that you must be in default before it will consider a mortgage modification, a practice known as invited default?

“Simply put,” says Parker, “the government bailout of AIG has actually encouraged foreclosures because the taxpayers continue to fill AIG’s coffers with enough cash to pay out insurance on defaulted home loans.”

“A credit default swap (CDS) is a credit derivative contract between two counterparties,” says Wikipedia. “The buyer makes periodic payments to the seller, and in return receives a payoff if an underlying financial instrument defaults. CDS contracts have been compared with insurance, because the buyer pays a premium and, in return, receives a sum of money if one of the specified events occur…

Instead of cars or houses, credit default swaps were used to guarantee mortgage-backed securities (MBS), a safe bet according to the best-available mathematical models. Why? Because most homeowners pay off their home loans with the certainty of an ATM.

The is no reserve requirement with CDS because there’s no government regulation. Each insurance company can set aside as much — or as little — as it wants for reserves. In fact, a company could set aside nothing for potential losses without violating regulatory requirements.

The money NOT set aside for reserves can be invested in high-risk securities to create a larger cash flow for the insurance company. This means that with CDS, insurers expected not only premiums but also bigger investment returns then would be possible with regular insurance products.

CDS premium revenue is not restricted to those who might have actual losses or real assets to protect. You can bet as much as you want and create as many CDS as you want….

http://www.realtytrac.com/content/news-and-opinion/how-the-aig-bailout-could-be-driving-more-foreclosures-4861

In other words there maybe more than one CDS on a mortgage and therefore it is much more profitable to collect the multiple payoffs than to refinance the mortgage.

This is why I respected Matt Taibbi:

MATT TAIBBI: Well, the insurance policies, the things that Cassano [AIG] was selling that are like insurance, Goldman Sachs actually had bought $20 billion worth of those guarantees, so that when we bailed out AIG, we were effectively bailing out Goldman Sachs, because AIG owed Goldman Sachs $20 billion.

And that’s significant, because who was the Treasury Secretary who engineered this bailout? It was Hank Paulson, who was the former head of Goldman Sachs. They ultimately ended up installing Ed Liddy as the CEO of AIG, and Liddy, himself, is a former Goldman employee. And now the top aide to Timothy Geithner, Mark Patterson, is a former Goldman executive. I mean, this whole situation is rife with Goldman Sachs employees…

a lot of these contracts, these CDS contracts, are like gambling, in the sense that—normally when you buy an insurance policy, you’re buying a policy on a house that you actually own. With these CDS contracts, you could actually bet on somebody else’s mortgage. AIG, for instance, could have gone to Goldman Sachs and said, you know, “We’d like to bet that the mortgages that were issued by JPMorgan Chase are going to default in the next ten years.” So these two parties that don’t have anything to do with the actual underlying loan could actually gamble on the outcome of that loan. So, this is—it’s really no different at all from gambling. And that’s why they had to seek a specific exemption from gaming laws in the year 2000, when they actually went forward with the deregulation of these instruments.

In the Commodity Futures Modernization Act in the year 2000, they specifically exempted credit default swaps from being treated as gaming under any state laws. And they had to do that, because they were afraid that they were going to be regulated by, you know, state gaming agencies.

Goldman Sachs is even nastier than you realize.

From my old notes during the food crisis.

Dan Amstutz was VP of Cargill. He wrote the WTO Agreement on Ag in 1995. (Even Clinton admitted that agreement lead to starvation and riots of 2008) Amstutz then wrote the Freedom to Farm act in 1996. This law was later called the Freedom to Fail Act as US farmers over produced and grain prices dropped like a rock. Grain traders used the surplus of very cheap grain to bankrupt farmers around the world. This was actually a KNOWN US policy as Clinton had just admitted.

“We Made a Devil’s Bargain”: Fmr. President Clinton Apologizes for Trade Policies that Destroyed Haitian Rice Farming

President Bill Clinton, now the UN Special Envoy to Haiti, publicly apologized last month for forcing Haiti to drop tariffs on imported, subsidized US rice during his time in office. The policy wiped out Haitian rice farming and seriously damaged Haiti’s ability to be self-sufficient.

👉Amstutz then went to work for Goldman Sachs. This has always puzzled me until I finally ran across the last piece of the puzzle.

That is where things get really interesting. This is stolen from WANTtoKNOW. Info: Excerpts of Key Financial News Articles in Major Media It now goes up to 2025.

The 2010 articles states:

Commodity Futures Trading Commission judge says colleague biased against complainants

..Painter said Judge Bruce Levine … had a secret agreement with a former Republican chairwoman of the agency to stand in the way of investors filing complaints with the agency. “On Judge Levine’s first week on the job, nearly twenty years ago, he came into my office and stated that he had promised Wendy Gramm, then Chairwoman of the Commission, that we would never rule in a complainant’s favor,” Painter wrote. “A review of his rulings will confirm that he fulfilled his vow….

Levine had never ruled in favor of an investor. Gramm [wife of former senator Phil Gramm (R-Tex.)], was head of the CFTC just before president Bill Clinton took office. She has been criticized by Democrats for helping firms such as Goldman Sachs and Enron gain influence over the commodity markets. After leaving the CFTC, she joined Enron’s board.

The second article states:

How Goldman gambled on starvation

This is the story of how some of the richest people in the world – Goldman, Deutsche Bank, the traders at Merrill Lynch, and more – have caused the starvation of some of the poorest people in the world. At the end of 2006, food prices across the world started to rise, suddenly and stratospherically. Within a year, the price of wheat had shot up by 80 per cent, maize by 90 per cent, rice by 320 per cent. In a global jolt of hunger, 200 million people – mostly children – couldn’t afford to get food any more, and sank into malnutrition or starvation. There were riots in more than 30 countries, and at least one government was violently overthrown. Then, in spring 2008, prices just as mysteriously fell back to their previous level. Jean Ziegler, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, calls it “a silent mass murder”, entirely due to “man-made actions.” Through the 1990s, Goldman Sachs and others lobbied hard and the regulations [controlling agricultural futures contracts] were abolished. Suddenly, these contracts were turned into “derivatives” that could be bought and sold among traders who had nothing to do with agriculture. A market in “food speculation” was born. The speculators drove the price through the roof.

Here is the attitude of these SOBs

In summary, we have record low grain inventories globally as we move into a new crop year. We have demand growing strongly. Which means that going forward even small crop failures are going to drive grain prices to record levels. As an investor, we continue to find these long term trends…very attractive.”

By the way, my logins are working great now – totally automatic on Brave. They were sticky for a couple of times after switching over from “Log In With WordPress” to the site login, with credentials having to be typed in a couple of times for different tabs, but this time, no typing of logins at all.

The way I have it set up, this site is visited by highly customized Firefox in a particular disposable virtual machine. Which means when I close the window, it’s gone.

Except for one thing. the disposable template is allowed to keep cookies ONLY from this site. [Actually some WordPiss cookies too…maybe I can remove that now!] So I log in on the template, and close it. The disposable remembers that it’s logged in when it starts because it has the cookie(s) needed to maintain a logged-in state–inherited from the template.

I have to log in every time I regenerate the disposable template. And no more often than that. I suppose the site will eventually log me out; it used to do so periodically when I was using site log in. In which case, I’ll have to do it then, too.

OK on a slightly different topic: My wish list for a new theme. 1) get rid of “upside down”. New comments should go to the bottom, new replies to other comments should go to the bottom of the nested list there. This will make the orange ball more useful (if present), clicking on it now is liable to send me to a fresh top-level comment rather than to an older one that is still highlighted. (I can alleviate this by checking for new top level comments before clicking on the ball, but if I forget to do that I end up cussing a blue streak sometimes.) This half assed upside down means some new comments are at the top, and others (replies to slightly older comments) are at the bottom.

Gudthots

Persuasive argument.
We don’t want you going “blue” on us.

The Constitution doesn’t speak to the filibuster, but it allows the houses of Congress to set their own rules. I have thought before that there seem to be too many rules and that they seem too convoluted, but I’m no expert on the inner workings of Congress.

Article I, Section 5:

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Indeed.

It’s not in the Constitution, but apparently it’s allowed by the Constitution.

They could make a rule that no bill can be voted on without having a haruspex read sheep and poultry livers like was a common practice in the Roman Republic, and it would be Constitutional at least with regard to Article I Section 5.

Last edited 11 days ago by SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA
para59r

I don’t see much day light between the haruspex doing a reading of sheep and poultry livers verse lobbyist writing bills too big to read and then passed in the middle of the night. Pretty much the same thing.

That said I’d think the filibuster could be viewed on similar grounds as the electoral collage. It tosses a wrench into just getting squashed by majority rule and gives the minority party or minority idea a chance to muster opinion in the opposite direction. Misused sure, but a handy tool to have least you get squashed fast and it’s not like the filibuster always wins. I’d be weary about just tossing it out.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Part of the misuse I think stems from the fact that someone can filibuster a bill by just saying they’re filibustering it.

A “real” filibuster should involve having the asshat (usually it’s an asshat) actually make a speech. Get up there and do the work, asswipe.

Excellent news, and I’m glad Bondi presented it through the media, whether Fox or otherwise. I saw a blurb from Dan Bongino the other day about how the FIB was pursuing that guy.

I doubt that any of the rioters watch Hannity 😂, but I wonder if their handlers realize that people are not going to be let off the hook as they have been in the past. Of course, the handlers probably don’t care what happens to their foot soldiers.

When Bondi said that they’re searching the perp’s home right now, THAT was a great moment. It means they’re going to look up the chain and crack down on the NGOs.

According to data recently released, in April of this year remittances back to Mexico dropped 12.1%. The Mexico central bank said April saw 8.1% fewer transactions than a year earlier, that’s down to 12.4 million transactions. For Mexico this is a devastating outcome.

How dependent is the Mexican Govt on these remittances? Remittances sent home by Mexicans working outside the country surpassed petroleum revenues in 2015. {link} Oil Revenue in 2015 was 23.4 billion; remittances were $24.8 billion.  Last year in 2024 remittances were $64.75 billion…. and in April of this year the remittances dropped by 12.1%.

If you don’t think there is a critical financial motive in this, think again.

CALIFORNIA – About 700 U.S. Marines were mobilized Monday to support the California National Guard to protect federal personnel and property in Los Angeles during protests there, officials said.

The mobilization of the Marines from their base in Twentynine Palms, California, is temporary, to give time for additional National Guard troops to arrive.
Earlier Monday, President Donald Trump said he would support arresting California Gov. Gavin Newsom for purportedly obstructing federal immigration enforcement actions in Los Angeles.

Trump’s comment came shortly before Newsom and state Attorney General Rob Bonta said they would sue Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for deploying National Guard troops to deal with protests over those enforcement actions.

The suit will ask a judge to rule that Trump’s federalization of the California National Guard was unlawful and to set aside the president’s order.

[…] Meanwhile, federal prosecutors charged labor leader David Huerta with felony conspiracy to impede an officer. Huerta, president of SEUI California, was arrested on Friday during a protest in L.A.

He appeared Monday in federal court, a judge ordered him released on a $50,000 bond, and warned him to keep away from federal agents and federal operations. (more)

Anyone who was following politics in 2007 and 2008 knows exactly what role the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) played in supporting candidate Barack Obama.

As Obama and Hillary Clinton battled for control of the Democrat apparatus, Barack made a deal with SEIU President Andy Stern. If the purple orcs would activate -violently if needed- on Obama’s behalf, when he became President Obama would remove the healthcare liability from the union retirement by creating nationalized healthcare, Obamacare.

Andy Stern agreed to the deal, marshalled his orcs and that was the army the Chicago machine used to defeat the Clinton machine. It was a bloody battle, and in the aftermath the PUMAs were born (Public Unity My Ass). SEIU President Stern became the #1 White House visitor to see Obama in 2009 and 2010, and the rest as they say is history.

The Chicago machine behind Obama is deeply enmeshed with classic communist objectives. In descending level of ideological severity, you will note: SEIU, AFSCME, AFL-CIO and the UFCW. All of these labor organization are open borders activists, radical leftists with severe ideological leadership who know how to weaponize their membership to act as ‘shock troops’ within the U.S. political system.

That’s the background for the SEIU to align with La Raza and attack the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials on Los Angeles.

With Democrats out of power in DC all the foot soldiers have once again been activated to achieve political objectives. ICE is the convenient target, but the larger objective is to create street level crisis similar to the BLM riots in 2020 and get back into power.

Violence is once again accepted in order to achieve their political goals. The media runs cover for the violence, continually downplaying it – even as it gets worse.

These are the same communist foot soldiers behind Occupy Wall Street in 2012. These are the same foot soldiers who attacked Donald Trump supporters in 2016 (San Jose).

These are the same foot soldiers behind the Minnesota riots in 2020. A mixture of Black Bloc radicals, Anarchists, ANTIFA, and radical race-based activist groups like BLM, La Raza and CAIR.

The organization and funding come from the labor unions and political activist groups atop them.”

Well, Newscum is angling for the DNC Presidential ticket nod for 2028. What better way to signal “Hey, remember me in 2028, I’m the TGOC against the Republicans” to the leftwing / illegal alien voter base of the DemCommunist party? (TGOC = Tough Guy On Campus)

One wonders how much $$$$ is already moving into the “Newsom 2028” campaign setup (via “shell organizations”, money-laundering entities, and the like), from, say, Open Society (Soros) and Walmart (Christy Walton)?

Frank Herbert had a few thoughts regarding precipitous legislation.

In the ConSentiency universe (The Tactful Saboteur, Whipping Star, and The Dosadi Experiment), government efficiency had advanced to the point where legislation was proposed in the morning and enacted before noon, with horrific consequences. Thus was born the Bureau of Sabotage, whose motto was “In Lieu of Red Tape”, whose job it was to keep government tripping over its own shoelaces so that it couldn’t be tyrannical.

From my own standpoint, the idea that laws should be written down goes back at least to the Mosaic Code or the Code of Hammurabi — many centuries BC. The laws from these early texts were simple, straightforward, and generally good ideas. But there was some hideous drive that would goad men into revising and expanding these written laws every year.

Mind you, some of the early years probably added good laws — not as good as the originals, but worthwhile. After a century or two, pretty much all the great laws (as in the original) and all the good laws (as later enacted) were included. Further laws continued to be added, and they were of considerably lower quality.

And so we come to the present, when most new laws are piss-poor at best — simply because all the good ideas for laws have already been taken.

Gudthots

I suggested to a stranger in a big box store that we drop all laws except the 10 commandments. He was horrified. Children would be in danger from people with guns. I suggested that all children would be well served to be trained in the use of guns and issued firearms. Conversation over.

Hmm….let’s see.

In the Ten Commandments: No prohibition against rape. Or pedophilia. (You can’t covet another man’s wife…but that doesn’t help if she’s not married.) Or slavery.

They do place a bunch of religious restrictions–in fact those are the first five of the commandments–which to my mind would fly in the face of the first amendment if actually enacted.

Not only inadequate to the task but in some cases an actual negative.

Aubergine

Sorry, but this is incorrect.

Rape is theft. So is pedophilia.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

What is stolen?

With a theft you can return the stolen items and the victim becomes whole. How do you do that with a rape or pedophilia?

There are reasons these are called “assaults” not “thefts”.

Aubergine

They are called assaults by mankind, but that is incorrect. As a survivor of both rape as an adult and molestation as a child, I will explain.

I was molested by my father. This permanently altered my brain chemistry. I only came to understand this late in life, when it was finally explained to me.

So, my healthy functioning brain was stolen from me. It can never be returned. That is why it is such a violation that it is a Ten Commandment sin, whether man accepts that or not. It has caused me many missteps and grief over my lifetime:

Matthew 18:6

“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.”

Rape is the theft of a gift a woman can only give a man willingly. A woman is to submit to her husband only. And her husband is to love her as Christ loved the church. He is to keep her holy and without blemish:

Ephesians 5:22-29

22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. 24 Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might [b]sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. 28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church.

Please, let me tell you, RAPE is a blemish, It destroys a part of a woman forever. For this reason, it is theft of the most heinous kind.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

You’re absolutely right that it’s hugely and profoundly damaging. You’re actually trivializing it by comparing it to theft rather than assault. Rape is also considered “grievous bodily harm,” whereas theft is not.

That is why it is such a violation that it is a Ten Commandment sin, whether man accepts that or not.

Then you take a logical leap that’s unjustified: Because it’s really bad, somehow it must be covered by the ten commandments. Not somewhere else in the Bible, but in the ten commandments specifically.

How does that follow?

It doesn’t follow. Rape and pedophilia are not covered there, and that’s my point.

There are various prohibitions on some rapes in other places in the Pentateuch, but nothing that that prevents a man from raping his wife.

There is no prohibition against slavery either.

Aubergine

I’m trivializing by stating that those are violations of the Big Ten? Lol, that’s actually funny.

“Then you take a logical leap that’s unjustified: Because it’s really bad, somehow it must be covered by the ten commandments.”

No, I’m saying it’s ALL covered by the Ten Commandments. But I view the world as a Christian.

And the verse I JUST quoted to you prevents a man from raping his wife!

Slavery in the Bible is addressed in various ways. Slavery in those times was actually a protective mechanism for people who had no tribe, family, etc. Slaves were also paid! Here’s the AI overview:

The Bible outlines specific regulations regarding the treatment of slaves, emphasizing their inherent humanity and the importance of fair treatment, including just wages and protection from harsh treatment. While slavery existed in the biblical world, the scriptures also included protections and provisions that would have mitigated its harshness, such as limitations on the length of servitude and restrictions on treatment.

Key points about the treatment of slaves in the Bible:

  • Fair Treatment:
  • Slaves were not to be treated harshly and were entitled to fair wages and provisions.

Limited Servitude:
Hebrew slaves were freed after six years of service or during the Jubilee year.

Protection from Abuse:
Kidnapping a Hebrew into slavery was punishable by death, and any slave, regardless of origin, was to be granted refuge and not returned to their owner.

Examples of Servanthood:
Jesus and Paul modeled a different form of service, emphasizing compassion and humility, which challenged the idea of dominance and control.

Equality in Christ:
The concept of slavery is challenged in the New Testament, with Paul and others emphasizing the equality of all believers in Christ.

Moral Condemnation:
While not explicitly condemning slavery, the Bible condemns abusive practices associated with it, such as kidnapping and cruelty.

It’s a bit more complex than how slaves are treated today. And with the release of Hebrew slaves after six years or in the year of Jubilee, it is more akin to indentured servitude.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I’m trivializing by stating that those are violations of the Big Ten? Lol, that’s actually funny.

No, you trivialized it by calling rape “theft.”

Please, let me tell you, RAPE is a blemish, It destroys a part of a woman forever. For this reason, it is theft of the most heinous kind.

I’m not the one trivializing it, YOU are by equating it with theft so you can lie to yourself about it being covered in the Ten Commandments.

Someone else has made the claim that any sex outside of marriage was considered “adultery,” neither party had to be married to someone else. Therefore rape falls under adultery. OK for the purposes of argument I will accept that. What that means though is me and my GF boinking on weekends is equivalently bad to Bill Klinton raping Juanita Broaderick or some guy who

The Big Ten also includes the heinous crimes of failing to keep the Sabbath holy, making an idol, dissing your parents, letting fly with the Lord’s name whilst cussing [that’s assuming that “taking the lord’s name in vain” doesn’t mean taking an oath for the purpose of lying.–however “bearing false witness against thy neighbor” (committing perjury) would overlap, somewhat, with the latter reading.], oh and worshiping some other god. So I guess Hindus are SOL, no better than murderers. Or murderers are no worse than people who work on Saturday or Sunday (pick whichever one).

This whole conversation started because someone claimed that the only laws we’d need are the ten commandments. The only laws. The context implied passing them as criminal law. They are an absolutely piss poor list especially a claimed complete one, the majority of them proscribe things that may make one a bad Christian, but shouldn’t be criminal. The rest are a woefully incomplete listing because the ten commandments do not prohibit slavery or child abuse. Or rape, no matter how much you might want to deny it. Oh it says don’t boink (ok it says “covet”) another man’s wife in the ten Commandments but that’s not necessarily rape; she might very well enjoy it. The victim of that “theft” is your neighbor, not his wife.

Honestly I can’t for the life of me imagine even a Christian thinking that the only laws–again, my original response was to someone talking about criminal law–we need are the Ten Commandments. It makes a lot more sense to regard them, as TradeBait does, as “principles for living” rather than definitive laws, at least with respect to the first six. The last four aren’t a bad starting point for a criminal code but there are giant gaps in their coverage. Slavery should be completely illegal, not just made humane. Not one word about child abuse, either.

OBTW the replacement tablets from Exodus 34 have a different set of commandments none of which should be criminal acts.

You did cite a ton of stuff about slavery (though did not cite chapter & verse as you did so)…but they’re not in the Ten Commandments; and much is not even in the Mosaic law. And frankly even outside the ten commandments the Mosaic law isn’t any great shakes:

When a slave-owner strikes a male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies immediately, the owner shall be punished. 21 But if the slave survives for a day or two, there is no punishment; for the slave is the owner’s property.

(Exodus 21:20-21) You’re allowed to beat your slave to within an inch of his life…so long as he lives two days. If he dies of his injuries two and a half days later, you’re home free! Yeah that’s humane. The same chapter permits not just non-Hebrew slaves but Hebrew slaves. The Hebrew slave has to be let go after six years, but you get to keep his wife and children, and if he wants to stay with them you get to keep him too–forever. (I wonder how many Hebrew slaves wondered just what the point was to getting out of Egypt; it certainly wasn’t so that all Hebrews could be free.) The NT is a little better, for example Ephesians 6:5-8 enjoins slaves to serve their masters, but on the other hand in the next verse it says that masters should treat their slaves. Well, so what if the slave obeys these injunctions but the master does not. Does the slave have recourse? Nope. 1 Peter 2:18:

18 Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh.

Slavery is an abomination. The Bible says nothing about forbidding it as an institution, and in fact perpetuates it. Oh, gee pretty please slave-master, who shouldn’t be a slave master, be nice to your property.

Valerie Curren

I think that viewing the 10 commandments as God’s initial laying out of rules whereby humans are to interact with Him or reverence Him & how they are to deal with each other is a rather basic way of describing the Law.

In the NT when Jesus sums up all the Law & the prophets as that we are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, & strength AND also to love our neighbor as ourselves we get to the actual crux of the matter.

As one of the Founders said, roughly, the Constitution was only fit for the governance of a godly & moral, biblically literate, people but wholly inadequate to the management of any other such population. Given the ongoing depredations on freedom belching forth from the Leftist Pit of Hell we can clearly see the wisdom of the Founder’s perspective & warning.

Jesus summation of the Law, if codified, would “criminalize” rape, child abuse, AND slavery based on the “Golden Rule” alone.

If people were in Right Relationship with God & each other most crimes would disappear!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

See…there. “Starting Point” for, basically, religious reverence.

Not the be-all and end-all of criminal law.

Four of the commandments are religious directives and should never be made part of criminal law. And I don’t think “honor thy father and thy mother” should be either.

I can’t resist a slight humorous misquotation. “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife…or her ass.”

Valerie Curren

That’s a good one LOL

Gudthots

I’ve been pondering your excellent observations and thinking back to my story.

Thank you for provoking more reflection on my part.

I don’t actually remember that I used the 10 commandments in my conversation!

My memory isn’t serving me very well in this case. But, if the subject comes up again I could try to refine and rephrase my thoughts.

My general point being that maybe a fresh reset by removing all the federal & state laws, and yet not discarding basic moral/common law could be the higher benefit over trying to fix what is in place now.

But that doesn’t just flow off the tongue in a 1 minute conversation. 😄

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Now, that we have too many laws, I can agree, and however we solve the current mess, it would nice going forward to have a mechanism to sunset them unless they are expressly and individually renewed.

Gudthots

So sensible.

I will no longer even attempt to discuss God, the Bible, or the Ten Commandments with an atheist.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Gudthots

What I was taught was that the 10 commandments are seen something like the chapter titles for 10 areas of moral law., with the rest of the Mosaic law falls into those 10 chapters.

For those under the lordship of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, we see the law as being fulfilled in him.

What does it mean that Jesus fulfilled the law, but did not abolish it?

Article: how does Jesus fulfill the law?
Jesus said, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished” (Matthew 5:17–18). This important statement of our Lord gives us insight into His mission and the character of God’s Word.

Jesus’ declaration that He came to fulfill the Law and the Prophets, not to abolish them, obviously contains two statements in one. There is something Jesus did and something He did not do. At the same time, Jesus emphasized the eternal nature of the Word of God.

Jesus goes out of His way to promote the authority of the Law of God. He did not come to abolish the Law, regardless of what the Pharisees accused Him of. In fact, Jesus continues His statement with a commendation for those who teach the Law accurately and hold it in reverence: “Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:19).

Note the qualities that Jesus attributes to the Word of God, referenced as “the Law and the Prophets”: 1) The Word is everlasting; it will outlast the natural world. 2) The Word was written with intent; it was meant to be fulfilled. 3) The Word possesses plenary authority; even the smallest letter of it is established. 4) The Word is faithful and trustworthy; “everything” it says will be accomplished. No one hearing Jesus’ words in the Sermon on the Mount could doubt His commitment to the Scriptures.

Consider what Jesus did not do in His ministry. In Matthew 5:17, Jesus says that He did not come to abolish the Law and the Prophets. In other words, Jesus’ purpose was not to abrogate the Word, dissolve it, or render it invalid. The Prophets will be fulfilled; the Law will continue to accomplish the purpose for which it was given (see Isaiah 55:10–11).

Next, consider what Jesus did do. Jesus says that He came to fulfill the Law and the Prophets. In other words, Jesus’ purpose was to establish the Word, to embody it, and to fully accomplish all that was written. “Christ is the culmination of the law” (Romans 10:4). The predictions of the Prophets concerning the Messiah would be realized in Jesus; the holy standard of the Law would be perfectly upheld by Christ, the strict requirements personally obeyed, and the ceremonial observances finally and fully satisfied.

Jesus Christ fulfilled the Prophets in that, in His first coming alone, He fulfilled hundreds of prophecies concerning Himself (e.g., Matthew 1:2213:35John 19:36Luke 24:44). Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law in at least two ways: as a teacher and as a doer. He taught people to obey the Law (Matthew 22:35–40Mark 1:44), and He obeyed the Law Himself (John 8:461 Peter 2:22). In living a perfect life, Jesus fulfilled the moral laws; in His sacrificial death, Jesus fulfilled the ceremonial laws. Christ came not to destroy the old religious system but to build upon it; He came to finish the Old Covenant and establish the New.

Jesus came not to destroy the Law and the Prophets but to fulfill them. In fact, the ceremonies, sacrifices, and other elements of the Old Covenant were “only a shadow of the good things that are coming—not the realities themselves” (Hebrews 10:1). The tabernacle and temple were “holy places made with hands,” but they were never meant to be permanent; they were but “copies of the true things” (Hebrews 9:24, ESV). The Law had a built-in expiration date, being filled as it was with “external regulations applying until the time of the new order” (Hebrews 9:10).

In His fulfillment of the Law and Prophets, Jesus obtained our eternal salvation. No more were priests required to offer sacrifices and enter the holy place (Hebrews 10:8–14). Jesus has done that for us, once and for all. By grace through faith, we are made right with God: “He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross” (Colossians 2:14).

There are some who argue that, since Jesus did not “abolish” the Law, then the Law is still in effect—and still binding on New Testament Christians. But Paul is clear that the believer in Christ is no longer under the Law: “We were held in custody under the Law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the Law became our guardian to lead us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian” (Galatians 3:23–25, BSB).

We are not under the Mosaic Law but under “the law of Christ” (see Galatians 6:2).

If the Law is still binding on us today, then it has not yet accomplished its purpose—it has not yet been fulfilled. If the Law, as a legal system, is still binding on us today, then Jesus was wrong in claiming to fulfill it and His sacrifice on the cross was insufficient to save. Thank God, Jesus fulfilled the whole Law and now grants us His righteousness as a free gift. “Know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified” (Galatians 2:16).

Every dark and horrifying instance of abuse is a violation of the intention and design laid out for humanity. And we rightly condemn it.

I say design, because of the scriptures saying that the moral law is “written on our hearts.”

Romans 2:!5

For when Gentiles who do not have the Law instinctively perform the requirements of the Law, these, though not having the Law, are a law to themselves, in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them, on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of mankind through Christ Jesus.

This principle of “add-on” laws is quite ancient. Moses brought 10 commandments down on stone tablets, but the full Mosaic Code includes (by some count) 613 commandments.

Dad had bought one, and on the advice of our rural neighbors, as soon as he brought it home he gave my brother and I safety lessons. He then had us actually SHOOT. After getting knocked on our rears by the recoil and having big bruises on our shoulders, we were NOT inclined to ‘play with guns.’ 😜

Kids in my schools had pick-up trucks, rifle racks and the school had a shooting club.

Final post in thread:

VDH closed it out with a reality check.

This wasn’t just a simple policy disagreement—it was a full-blown indictment of California’s failed Democratic leadership.

He argued that allowing lawlessness to spiral without stepping in is a direct violation of the oath officials take to uphold public safety.

If you take an oath to enforce the laws… and you do nothing, then you are forsaking your oath of office.”

Then he challenged Newsom and Bass directly: What’s the actual plan?

“And secondly, Mayor Bass, Governor Newsom, would you please tell us what is your position on 12 million people who entered the United States illegally, who are residing illegally at a time when the country is running a $2 trillion deficit, and your state at one point recently owed $75 billion that it did not have?”

“What is your solution? Is it to let one more million in? Three more million in? Five more million in?”

He also questioned their silence on the estimated 300,000 to 500,000 illegal aliens with criminal records.

And what about the optics, he asked, of rioters waving foreign flags while torching American streets?

“Burning things and committing violence about the country they want to stay in, but waving the flag of the country they do not want to return to.”

Hanson pointed to growing support for taxing the $63 billion in annual remittances sent to Mexico—an idea gaining traction as frustrations mount.

By the end, Hanson made it clear—he doesn’t believe Gavin Newsom has a political future after this.

“You took your centrist rebrand and lit a fuze. You blew it up.”

Bass would be unphased by this argument as she want’s her ilk to have dominion over the 8.1 billion on the planet with herself as one of the tyrants that gets to impose DEI on whole earth’s population with the intent of massively thinning the heard down to what they consider to be sustainable similar to the numbers on the Georgia Guide Stones which they wisely removed as it testified to their intent.

Meanwhile all the Governors of California put together have not presided over as many damaging fires as Newsome has even without adding the most recent LA fires to the list. Riots or Fires makes no difference. The guy is a psychopath whose crimes are so huge people can’t seem to recognize them for what they are.

[QUOTE]
🧵 THREAD 🦊

VigilantFox

The riots in Los Angeles are a Rorschach test.

To the Left, they’re “protests” for immigration reform.

To everyone else, they look like violent mobs of illegal aliens flooding freeways, torching property, and waving foreign flags.

And according to Victor Davis Hanson, Gavin Newsom just sealed his political fate—by botching the response so badly, he blew up his 2028 dreams.

☝️ Remember to bookmark this thread—because VDH is exposing the truth about the LA riots that the media refuses to cover.

Let’s break it down and roll the clips.

Over the weekend, Los Angeles reached a boiling point.

What began as a protest against ICE operations, quickly descended into something more violent.

Victor Davis Hanson laid out what happened with brutal clarity.

“This weekend we saw rioting in Los Angeles up against ICE for its efforts to apprehend illegal aliens and employers who were hiring illegal aliens.”

At first, the crowds were manageable. But then, as tensions flared, the scene unraveled.

“The riots started out, initially without very many numbers, but then they turned violent.”

“Throwing rocks at cars, torching cars, defacing government buildings and attacking law enforcement.”

This wasn’t just political unrest. It was a city under siege.

And to Hanson, the real story was what didn’t happen—leadership stepping in to restore order.

[video src="https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1932220805695324160/vid/avc1/1920x1080/3iPwle8nzSuxCsyu.mp4" /]

Instead of decisive leadership, Hanson said, California’s top officials poured fuel on the fire.

He focused in on Governor Gavin Newsom, who condemned the immigration enforcement effort as “reckless” and claimed it was driven by an “arbitrary deportation quota.”

But Hanson argued that Newsom’s words weren’t just tone-deaf—they were politically disastrous.

He says these destroyed any pipe dream fantasies Newsom had of ever becoming president.

“Gavin Newsom then gave a series of editorializations that I think have ruined his chances ever to be a serious national candidate.”

The math, Hanson explained, tells a very different story than Newsom’s narrative.

“Gavin, Gavin, 12 million people came into the country illegally. That was 3 million a year. That was 250,000 per month. That was over 8,000 a day. They have not been able to deport more than a thousand on most days, sometimes 500.”

To catch up, he said, the U.S. would need to deport 8,000 people every day for four years straight.

“So it’s not a quota. It’s an effort to stop an invasion.”

And when Newsom objected to the Trump administration nationalizing California’s National Guard, Hanson reminded viewers that the law is clear—and precedent is already set.

“You think that JFK said to George Wallace… would you please let us nationalize your guard so you can be removed from stopping African-American people going to the University of Alabama? No!”

[video src="https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1932221520291438592/vid/avc1/1920x1080/AKrtqsiIKYi5Qehk.mp4" /]

But beyond legal arguments and political rhetoric, Hanson warned that the optics are what will cost Democrats most.

It wasn’t just the rioting.

It was what people saw on their screens—something that’s already shifting public sentiment in measurable ways.

“You’re going to lose the optics, Democrats, Left, and immigration protesters, if you have a lot of people here illegally and they’re waving—not the American flag, but the Mexican flag as they’re committing acts of violence.”

He pointed out the contradiction voters are noticing.

Violent rioters are waving the flag of the country they fled—while attacking the infrastructure of the country they refuse to leave.

“Think of the logic: I am waving the flag of the country under no circumstance is I want to return, but I am attacking the officers and the infrastructure of the country that under EVERY circumstance I want to stay in.”

And it’s not just anecdotal.

Polling already shows the public is pushing back on the narrative.

“That might explain why, in the midst of all of this negative publicity, a CBS poll taken to show that people were outraged showed that just the opposite.”

“54% of the American people are for continued deportations.”  [A completely BullSchiff number however it is interesting that they could only increase the number wanting to stop deportations to 46% -GC]

[video src="https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1932222495802724352/vid/avc1/1920x1080/q4xeewXbTKY9W47A.mp4" /]

While the media focused on Trump’s deployment of the National Guard, Hanson argued the real story was Governor Newsom’s refusal to act. [Thus giving Stephen Miller the Ammo to make the Tweet he made. -GC]

“So you know what is really reckless, Gavin? You know what is chaotic? It’s you, you, you. You did not intervene to stop the violence.”

He explained that Trump’s response wasn’t about making headlines—it was about preventing another summer like 2020, when unchecked riots left a devastating mark on the country.

“Donald Trump does not want to see a May, June, July, August, September 2020.”

Then came the numbers.

“$2 billion in property damage. 35 people killed. 1500 officers assaulted. Precinct burned, courthouse burned, historic church burned.”

To Hanson, the choice was clear: either restore order or risk reliving the chaos. And yet, as violence returned to the streets of LA, leadership once again went missing.

He even called out Mayor Karen Bass, who had been out of the country as her city burned.

“What is your argument, Karen Bass… now that you’re not in Ghana and you’re here in the United States during a burning? Is it burning is okay? Whether it’s burning a car, burning them whole neighborhood down and you don’t act?”

[video src="https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1932222843149836288/vid/avc1/1920x1080/P3Umfl_5XLumsnug.mp4" /]

VDH closed it out with a reality check.

This wasn’t just a simple policy disagreement—it was a full-blown indictment of California’s failed Democratic leadership.

He argued that allowing lawlessness to spiral without stepping in is a direct violation of the oath officials take to uphold public safety.

“If you take an oath to enforce the laws… and you do nothing, then you are forsaking your oath of office.”

“In a moment of crisis, you didn’t lead—you poured gasoline on it.”

That was painful.

Victor Davis Hanson: Gavin Newsom’s ‘Reckless’ Surrender of LA to Foreign National Riots

Los Angeles erupted in riots over ICE deportations this weekend—and Gov. Gavin Newsom called enforcing law and order “reckless.”

@VDHanson breaks down the staggering hypocrisy from California’s leaders, the Mexican flags flying over violent protests, and what the American people really think, according to new CBS polling on today’s episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.”

“ Fifty-four percent (54%) of the American people are for continued deportations. So, you know what is really reckless, Gavin? You know what is chaotic? It’s you.

“You’re going to lose the optics—Democrats, Left, and immigration protesters—if you have a lot of people here illegally and they’re waving, not the American flag, but the Mexican flag, as they’re committing acts of violence.”

The UPRISERS Act (H.R. 2273) mandates visa revocation and deportation for foreign nationals convicted of rioting or assaulting police. If these shields are being distributed to fuel violence against federal agents during ICE operations, it’s not just funding riots—it’s arming foreign-backed subversion.

Every dollar spent equipping rioters should trigger RICO investigations into the supply chains. Federal law already empowers DHS to freeze assets tied to domestic terrorism.

Time to deploy those tools aggressively—trace the purchases, revoke visas, and deport those coordinating this chaos. National security isn’t negotiable. 4

One of the NGOs that organized the LA riots is OVERTLY SOCIALIST & is somehow receiving tens of millions of tax dollars from the government https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.1.0/svg/203c.svg

Why is our government funding Socialist NGOs?

CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigration Rights) is closely associated with the PSL (Party for Socialism & Liberation), a self-proclaimed Marxist-Leninist organization right here in the United States.

ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War & End Racism) is the financial force behind these organizations, which itself is heavily financed by none other than Neville Singham.

Neville Singham is an old-school Communist who made billions off of spreading Chinese propaganda worldwide. His name is not well known, but his organizations have a HUGE presence in the United States, especially on the university campus side of things.

This guy is basically an agent of the Chinese Communist Party who is receiving millions of tax dollars from the US government & using that money to undermine the foundations of our republic.

In other words: We are funding our own downfall, folks. We are financing the enemies of the United States with our own tax dollars.

I’m glad you @MikeBenzCyber asked. Let’s start with Colonel Towner (@ColonelTowner) and the information she sent you, you know, right before you unfollowed her. Curious timing? Also let me clarify my statement, you purposely limit the information you speak on when it comes to Operation Gladio, you have been provided way more information on it (Factual Information). However, you do not provide it to your audience- the questions why? The answer is because you want to control the narrative of what people learn. Did you help coordinate or provide an opinion on who would get the Twitter Files? Why not mass dump to everyone on X. Why just the Gate Keepers?

Or maybe we should talk about the Psyop you “were” running on Gab and other platforms, the one that many of your followers still don’t know about. I’m sure your followers would like to know how you admitted to running a Psyop to entrap Americans. Sounds Patriotic.

And if you actually believe you’ve done more work on Operation Gladio than myself and Colonel Towner, then you clearly failed to do your research. We’ve already completed 45 episodes specifically on Gladio. So next time, come prepared.

As the day ends, the evidence against Mr. Benz @MikeBenzCyber, alias “Frame Game Radio” stands in stark relief.

His evasions are no accident, but a calculated dodge of the accountability and transparency that his audience deserves. The receipts I have researched and attached lay bare his orchestration of a covert psyop, masquerading as a “Jewish Deradicalization Project.”

Rather than serving as a bridge between communities, his psyop operation was a meticulously designed trap aimed at ensnaring and surveilling MAGA Americans, funneling them into anti-Semitic networks under the pretext of education.

Benz prides himself on his “results,” yet his own words reveal an agenda far more sinister. Consider the incendiary claim:

“If I, a Jew, a member of a tribe, Hebrew Schooled, can read Mein Kampf & think ‘Holy Shot, Hitler actually has some decent points,’” – Frame Game Radio (Mike Benz)

A statement that is not an exercise in deradicalization but a deliberate provocation meant to identify, track, and exploit Americans.

Adding insult to injury, despite a mountain of evidence, including analysis of over 200 videos and corroborative accounts from independent observers, Benz now contends that he would never engage in such operations today! Yet – the reality is he is engaging in the exact same type of covert operation today – this time under the fake guise of “combatting censorship” while combatting the real people actually doing real work.

The only thing he appears to combat is those telling the truth. He amplifies himself, redirects narratives, and amplifies himself over truth while hiding the truth.

His past actions paint a damning picture: one of unrepentant manipulation, where strategic grooming under the guise of deradicalization was employed to serve ulterior interests.

Furthermore, the massive theft of intellectual labor and actual intellectual property from REAL Researchers and Journalists like @coloneltowners and @SparklingRuby only deepens the betrayal.

See links attached.

I challenge Mike Benz to abandon the defensive rhetoric and address the fundamental questions head-on:

1. Why did he steal Rubys work on AI Censorship “The Ruby Files” and then use it without crediting her?

2. Why did he call himself an expert on this topic he took others work?

3. Why does he call himself an expert on Gladio when he ask the Colonel for Information, why not mentioned her as the expert?

4. Why did he omit these critical details during his appearance on Joe Rogan’s show and not mention Operation Gladio?

5. Why does he continue to reframe his covert operation as a benign “project” when the evidence unmistakably marks it as a full-scale psyop targeting MAGA Americans?

6. Why does he continue to exploit the work of real researchers and then gaslight when called out for it?

The facts are irrefutable, and the receipts speak volumes. It’s time for Mr. Benz to confront the truth and for the public to demand nothing less than unvarnished transparency. Semper Fi.

Here are the receipts:
NameRedacted: “FRAME GAME”
:
:

ALPHAWARRIOR
@xAlphaWarriorx

The problem is clear: he’s not withholding details by accident, it’s a deliberate act of narrative control. He offers just enough information to keep you engaged while ensuring that the critical truth remains hidden. This isn’t about transparency; it’s about shaping a narrative that leaves no room for further questions. The moment you start probing too deeply, you encounter a wall of controlled information, strategically deployed by operators who know exactly how to steer the conversation away from uncomfortable truths.

Anyone with the intellectual rigor to look beyond Mr. Benz’s selective broadcast will see the pattern. He’s not interested in a genuine exchange of ideas or unveiling the full picture. Instead, he dispenses fragments of information to lull you into complacency, all while the real story is kept in the shadows. This is classic operational behavior, sowing just enough detail to satisfy casual listeners while ensuring that the deeper, more consequential truths remain obscured.

If you truly want to understand what’s at stake, you must be willing to dig deeper than the surface-level narrative he presents. That’s when you’ll discover the calculated manipulation at work, designed to control the narrative and, ultimately, the truth. You’re welcome.

What’s up with this?

Valerie Curren

I thought that Benz was “exposed” at least in the Q-Tree as “Limited Hangout”

btw, I think your comment is important enough & that it needs more exposure here that I’m going to Copy It to the Wednesday thread.

Perfect opportunity for Pete Hegseth to break Greasy Gavin in two.

Hegseth certainly has some kind of combat training, either boxing or martial arts.

Greasy is 6’3″ and weighs 176. Practically a stick figure.

Hegseth is 6’2 and weighs 190.

Hegseth could easily, tomorrow, in a very low key manner, respond to Greasy’s comments by announcing that he will be in Sacremento, at a gym near the Governor’s mansion, next week, for a charity event to raise funds for American families impacted by the riots.

Pete could just say he’s offering Greasy Big Mouth the opportunity to get in the ring for 7 rounds, or however many as Greasy can go.

Say that he knows Greasy won’t show up because he’s a little chicken rat, but either way, Pete will be there to raise funds for American families.

Greasy can either show up like a man, or hide like a typical D-rat girly boi.

It’s way past time for men to start acting like men again, and calling these Leftists out to their faces.

When Greasy doesn’t show, Pete can mock him every time he’s at a microphone, for the rest of time.

“Police use specialized two-way radios or walkie-talkies designed for law enforcement purposes. These devices are distinct from commercial walkie-talkies due to their enhanced security features and superior coverage.

Manufacturers such as Motorola, Harris, Kenwood, and BK Technologies produce these radios specifically for law enforcement needs.

Modern police radio systems often employ P25 (Project 25) solutions, which are designed to ensure reliable communication among officers and dispatchers.

These radios are equipped with advanced safety features like emergency alerts, panic buttons, and Lone Worker functionalities to enhance officer safety. Additionally, they integrate with GPS technology and powerful dispatching software to provide real-time information and streamline response times.

Most contemporary police radio systems are encrypted, making it illegal for private citizens to listen to these frequencies.”

Snakes didn’t always have a bad reputation. In the Myth of Etana from the early 2nd Millennium found in three versions spread between the Babylonians and Assyrians there is the story of Etana, who ruled for 1,500 years at an earlier time and who appears on the pre-flood/deluge side of the Sumerian Kings list.

The story opens with an eagle and snake and the eagle betrays the snake and eats it’s young despite having a mutual pack to guard each others children, sworn to the sun god Utu/Samash. The Eagle left for dead calls out to Samash for help who then gives the Eagle a second chance at which the story of Etana begins.

The snake calls for vengeance and Utu tells the snake what to do….

Told here in one of the better later versions I assume since it’s the largest. (ignore videos on this page. they are just advertisements. Use the video below for best telling of the Myth.).

The kid, not being dumb, has been holding that ass whooping over the guys head ever since. AND the Libertarian is CONVINCED he did major psychological damage to the kid. He literally can not see he is being played and any DAMAGE is because he did and does not assert his authority over his child.

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Tuesday, June 10, 2025

“And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”

Deuteronomy 6:7 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR DEUTERONOMY 6

“A persuasive to obedience. (1-3) An exhortation to obedience. (4,5) Obedience taught. (6-16) General precepts, Instructions to be given to their children.” (17-25)

(6-16) “Here are means for maintaining and keeping up religion in our hearts and houses. 1. Meditation. God’s words must be laid up in our hearts, that our thoughts may be daily employed about them. 2. The religious education of children. Often repeat these things to them. Be careful and exact in teaching thy children. Teach these truths to all who are any way under thy care. 3. Pious discourse. Thou shalt talk of these things with due reverence and seriousness, for the benefit not only of thy children, but of thy servants, thy friends and companions. Take all occasions to discourse with those about thee, not of matters of doubtful disputation, but of the plain truths and laws of God, and the things that belong to our peace. 4. Frequent reading of the word. God appointed them to write sentences of the law upon their walls, and in scrolls of parchment to be worn about their wrists. This seems to have been binding in the letter of it to the Jews, as it is to us in the intent of it; which is, that we should by all means make the word of God familiar to us; that we may have it ready to use upon all occasions, to restrain us from sin, and direct us in duty.”

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

TEACH ME LORD

In the misty morning – at the break of dawn;
With sleepy eyes and – muddy mind I fawn;
Send your assistance and blessing my way;
Dear Heavenly Father – teach me today!

I fall on my knees to give glory and praise;
I sing with the angels – our song we raise;
In thanksgiving – I thank You for all I have;
For Your comfort – consolation – and salve!

Teach me – to love – as You willingly do;
To be servant of all – just like You;
Help me to learn to be humble and last;
Help me let go of mistakes of the past!

Teach me compassion – for my neighbor today;
Help me understand – his distress – if I may;
Help me bring comfort – condolence to him;
Lift up his spirit – when his faith is slim!

Help me be more like You – assured in love;
With confidence in my Father above;
With trust in Your steadfast faithfulness;
With fidelity – teach me – gratefulness!

Teach me – to invite – the Spirit within;
Through repentance and grace – let Him in;
To guide and chide me – when I should fall short;
Help me – to His wisdom – quickly resort!

Teach me – not my will – but His will be done;
Through Him and with Him – the battle is won;
Teach me – acceptance – when I find it hard;
To repent – reconcile – and pride discard!

Teach me – patience – a gift of the Spirit;
A virtue through which – I can endear it;
Give me Grace to hang on – and persevere;
Through fasting and prayer – help me volunteer!

Teach me – hope – a gift – to which I must cling;
Patient hope – endurance – blessings will bring;
Goodness and longsuffering – grant me these;
Precious gifts of the Spirit – grant them please!

Even Incinerated Robo Taxis Know a Riot When They ‘See’ One, and They Saw EVERYTHING
Even driverless robo cars know a riot when they “see” one. That’s why Waymo has temporarily suspended service in the riot-torn parts of L.A. until the so-called leadership gets its act together.
Fortunately, the Waymo firebombings could come back to bite the rioters in the backside. Waymo has offered police help in identifying the bad actors who torched their $200,000 cars.
https://pjmedia.com/victoria-taft/2025/06/09/even-the-incinerated-robo-taxis-know-a-riot-when-they-see-one-n4940604

para59r

Nice take aways in the story.

On Sunday afternoon, a line of five Waymo cars was set on fire on Los Angeles Street between Arcadia and Alameda in downtown Los Angeles.

How did they all get to that one spot? Somebody, or maybe many somebodies, ordered taxis, and the driverless cars simply drove themselves to the scene of the planned riot. These suspects presumably gave payment information, which the company requires, ordered the taxis to the pickup spot, which was in the middle of the street, and then set them on fire.

But first, they attacked the cars, and this is where things get interesting.
Before they set them on fire and the connection to the Waymo home base was lost, rioters were “slashing tires, tagging the windows,” and setting them on fire. Not everyone was wearing a mask. The rioters must have been captured on video attacking the cars.
And somebody might have to pay for those cars. Each one of them costs as much as $200,000 when they’re outfitted with all the tech. The base price of the electric Jag is $72,000 alone.

So Waymo has offered the LAPD help in identifying the bad guys.
The obvious downside is this: If you’re a bad actor, all you have to do is call robo-taxis to block a street. Then, when you set them on fire, you’ve created a toxic weapon. It sounds like this technology isn’t ready for prime time until these issues are sorted out.
Fox11 in L.A. reported that, sadly, the L.A. Fire Department couldn’t put out the burning cars because the toxic gas spewing from the high-tech lithium-ion batteries used to power the vehicles was a health hazard.

A total of 42 people were arrested by LAPD, 27 of whom were for failing to disperse from a riot, according to Fox11. Ten were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer, including one guy who intentionally crashed his motorcycle into a police officer. Another three were arrested for attempted murder using a Molotov cocktail. Several others were busted for looting, and two people were arrested for arson.

Israel has unique punishment for Greta and gang for invading their territorial waters. will they watch it? I doubt it, but i hope they have to.
FTA
In theory, Israel can try to imprison Thunberg and her merry band for violating its territorial waters. However, Israel has a more appropriate plan, and one that fits the crime. It’s going to educate Thunberg, who lives in a leftist bubble, about what happened on October 7:
Greta Thunberg and her posse of international activists will be forced to watch footage of the Oct. 7 terror attack after Israeli forces intercepted their Gaza-bound “selfie yacht,” Israel’s defense minister revealed Monday.
[snip]
“It is appropriate that the anti-Semitic Greta and her fellow Hamas supporters see exactly who the Hamas terrorist organization they came to support and for whom they work is, what atrocities they committed against women, the elderly, and children, and against whom Israel is fighting to defend itself,” he explained.
Nor will Thunberg be shown an edited version that cleans up the gore and leaves out the videos of Gazans exulting in the slaughter. Instead, she’ll see the raw footage:
The harrowing 43-minute video produced by the Israel Defense Forces spokesperson’s office shows shows uncensored, difficult-to-watch footage of people being massacred and bodies mutilated during the onslaught, much of it taken from terrorists’ bodycams.
If Thunberg and crew try to close their eyes to the horrors before them, I hope that they are prevented from doing so.

Good morning, C&C, it’s Tuesday! Today’s roundup includes: the newest development in the strange story of the AI revolution might be the most bizarre twist yet—it might not be a good idea to make Grok your spiritual advisor; lying media melts down (again) over vocabulary, this time objecting to Trump calling the LA rioters ‘insurrectionists’; Health Secretary Kennedy, imbued with Apprentice-like spirit, fires the entire CDC vaccine committee; and Trump makes history by unveiling proposed automatic investment accounts for American newborns.

Yours Truly: This confirms what she has been writing about mNEXSPIKE — it really is an saRNA COVID-19 “vaccine.” That’s why the dose is so small per shot (0.2mL.)

Last edited 11 days ago by PAVACA
Wolf Moon

Yup. RFKJ is in fighting mode, striking with excellent timing.

BTW, I have found no evidence that mNexspike is self-amplifying, and Grok agrees with me on this. Here is how Grok puts its findings.

*****************

Grok – is there any indication that the recently approved Moderna mNexspike COVID vaccine is in fact an saMRNA (self-amplifying mRNA) vaccine? I can only find information that it is changed from predecessor vaccines by being a subunit vaccine (RBD and NTD), but I can find no indication that it is self-amplifying, other than a somewhat smaller dosage, which in my mind is not proof of being self-amplifying.

There is no definitive evidence from the provided sources or official Moderna documentation that mNEXSPIKE (mRNA-1283) is a self-amplifying mRNA (saRNA) vaccine. Instead, the available information consistently describes mNEXSPIKE as a conventional mRNA vaccine, with key differences from its predecessor, Spikevax (mRNA-1273), being its focus on the N-terminal domain (NTD) and receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and a lower dose (10 μg compared to 50 μg for Spikevax). These characteristics align with a subunit vaccine approach, as you noted, rather than self-amplifying mRNA technology.

The confusion may stem from posts on X, where some users have claimed mNEXSPIKE is an saRNA vaccine (e.g.,,,). However, these claims are not supported by official sources such as Moderna’s press releases, FDA documentation, or peer-reviewed trial data. For example, Moderna’s announcements and the FDA approval details describe mNEXSPIKE as an mRNA vaccine, with no mention of self-amplifying properties (,,). The lower dose is attributed to the targeted formulation (coding only for NTD and RBD), which allows for a smaller mRNA payload while maintaining efficacy, not to self-amplification ().

Self-amplifying mRNA vaccines typically include additional genetic sequences that encode replicase enzymes, allowing the mRNA to self-replicate within cells and produce more antigen with a smaller initial dose. No such mechanism is described for mNEXSPIKE in the available data. Instead, trial data from the Phase III NextCOVE study emphasize non-inferiority to Spikevax, with a 9.3% higher relative vaccine efficacy overall and 13.5% higher in adults aged 65 and older, and a similar safety profile (,).

The X posts suggesting mNEXSPIKE is saRNA (e.g., @CrGlobalization, @Cardy38017Anne) appear to be speculative or misinformed, as they lack corroboration from primary sources. One post even references a user correcting this assumption, stating that mNEXSPIKE is a conventional mRNA vaccine (). Without evidence from Moderna, the FDA, or clinical trial data confirming saRNA technology, these claims should be considered inconclusive and unreliable.

In summary, mNEXSPIKE is a conventional mRNA vaccine targeting the NTD and RBD of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, with a lower dose due to its streamlined design, not because it is self-amplifying. Always cross-check claims on platforms like X with primary sources, as misinformation can spread easily.,,

PAVACA

Wolf Moon
Agreed, mNEXSPIKE does target the RBD and the N-terminal of the S1 portion of the spike protein. Not to belabor the point, but —
Why is the per-shot dose of this “vaccine” so small? Is it due to to the fact that it doesn’t have the gene code chains of the S2 portion of the spike protein?

What raises Yours Truly’s “Suspcious Dog” thinking about mNEXSPIKE is stuff like the screenshot below, from last Friday’s Health Friday post:

comment image

Isn’t it possible to have saRNA components inserted into a COVID-19 “vaccine” that only uses the S1 portion of the spike protein — and not be “open” about it?

Last edited 11 days ago by PAVACA
Wolf Moon

Sure, it’s possible to lie, but if they are lying about the basic nature of the vaccine (which can be read very easily as code for the replicase enzyme by many, many researchers) then there would be cause of action to shut down the company, and fine it for all it’s worth.

I personally believe that Moderna would have to do a placebo control before release if they wanted this to be a COVID shot for everybody – and that is why they went along with the reduced scope of the patient population, to exclude healthy kids and non-elderly adults. AND I think they may be committed to doing a placebo control anyway, but post-release.

The reduced dosage is likely BECAUSE it’s a smaller subunit (RBD + NTD), as well as antibody production optimizations. I just don’t think self-amplification is needed here.

Gingersmom2009

Interesting, isn’t it, that nex in Latin means death – a violent death or murder. Nexspike. And there you have it.

Full text of above:

Yesterday, I retired 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices or ACIP, the
@CDCgov
external panel that wields the grave responsibility of adding new vaccines to the recommended childhood schedule. Over the coming days, I will use this platform to announce new members to populate ACIP. None of these individuals will be ideological anti-vaxxers. They will be highly credentialed physicians and scientists who will make extremely consequential public health determinations by applying evidence-based decision-making with objectivity and common sense. I will also be tweeting examples of the historical corruption at ACIP to help the public understand why this clean sweep was necessary. The most outrageous example of ACIP’s malevolent malpractice has been its stubborn unwillingness to demand adequate safety trials before recommending new vaccines for our children. Today, a compliant American child receives between 69 and 92 routine vaccines (depending on brand/dictated dosage) from conception to 18 years of age. This is up from 11 shots in 1986. ACIP has recommended each of these additional jabs without requiring placebo-controlled trials for any of them. This means that no one can scientifically ascertain whether these products are averting more problems than they are causing. Many vaccine promoters have challenged this assertion. They are always wrong. Last week,
@CNN
, which has devolved into a shameless propagandist for Big Pharma, triumphantly announced that it had proof that my pronouncement that “there have been no placebo-controlled safety trials for any routine vaccines” was false. CNN gleefully proclaimed that it had found 257 placebo-controlled studies for routine vaccines. So, allow me a moment to deconstruct CNN’s claims. Warning: this post may only be sufferable for science geeks like myself. CNN is wrong. No routine injected vaccine on CDC’s schedule was licensed for children based on a placebo-controlled trial. In instances where a vaccine was used as a control, it too was never licensed based on a placebo-controlled trial. That is not conjecture. It is a fact based on FDA’s clinical trial data. (See http://sirillp.com/noplacebo). As Secretary of
@HHSGov
, acknowledging this lamentable truth is part of my promise of radical transparency. The 257 studies cited by CNN unwittingly reflect the lack of safety trials underpinning CDC’s schedule. Despite CNN’s worldwide effort to crowdsource trials with a placebo control (per
@US_FDA
/
@CDCgov
, an “inert substance”*), this list, on its face, reflects that 236 of the studies clearly did not use an “inert” safety comparator in a trial to license an injected routine vaccine for children on CDC’s schedule.** For the remaining 21 studies CNN’s list claims used an inert injection, 9 plainly did not: • RCT 251, 252 (Varivax) injected an antibiotic, neomycin – not inert. • RCT 84, 97 (HPV-16 and 16/18) injected aluminum adjuvant – not inert. • RCT 215 (Almevax) injected another vaccine – not inert. • RCT 55 (Lyophilized PedvaxHIB) injected lactose, aluminum adjuvant, and thimerosal – not inert. • RCT 197 (Salk vaccine) injected 199 solution, synthetic tissue culture, ethanol, phenol red, antibiotics, and formalin – not inert.*** • RCT 168 (Dow’s MMR) injected full vaccine minus virus, including all stabilizers, antibiotics, diluent, preservative, and buffers – not inert.**** • RCT 189 (Menveo) injected Tdap+saline or Menveo+saline – not inert. For the remaining 12 listed studies which may have had an inert injection, none was a trial relied upon to license a routine vaccine on CDC’s childhood schedule: • RCT 170, 171, 172 (MMR VaxPro), 228 (PCV11), 136 (Vaxigrip), 242 (Antitetanus), and 122 (Chinese flu shots) trialed vaccines never licensed in the U.S. nor relied upon to license a U.S. vaccine. • RCT 124 (Fluzone IIV3), 102 (WVV/SPV), and 188 (Menveo) trials occurred after each respective vaccine was licensed, hence were not relied upon for their licensure. • RCT 176 (Mumps vaccine) was not relied upon by the FDA to license the current MMR vaccine. (See MMR-II clinical trial report in link above.) • RCT 53 (PRP-D) was for a vaccine withdrawn soon after its introduction and not relied upon by the FDA to license any U.S. vaccine. While these 12 studies were not relied upon to license a routine vaccine on the CDC’s schedule, they do reflect that a placebo-controlled trial of a vaccine is possible. They also reflect what can be learned when a placebo trial is performed. For example: RCT 136 found the vaccine ineffective; RCT 122 found that “severe adverse effects occurred in 69 (0·6%, 95% CI 0·5–0·8) recipients of vaccine compared with one recipient (0·1%, 0–0·2) of placebo.”; and RCT 124 found “the rate of hospitalization was actually higher in the [Fluzone IIV3] vaccine group than in the placebo group.” The unfortunate reality is that placebo-controlled trials, however, do not occur and have not been relied upon when FDA licenses vaccines for injection during childhood or ACIP recommends the shot for addition to the CDC’s routine schedule. CNN would have reached the same conclusion had it reviewed the FDA documentation for each vaccine, instead of relying upon a random, crowd-sourced list from the internet. CNN’s list ironically proves the lack of adequate safety trials for routine childhood vaccines. It is time to stop playing games, such as CNN’s false gotcha. We have gone from 3 routine injections by age one in 1986 (the year the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act passed) to 25 routine injections by age one in 2025 (which now does not include Covid-19 vaccine). Because of the 1986 Act, every one of these products, save one, was developed by companies knowing they would almost never be liable for serious harm. During this same period, chronic diseases in our children exploded, most of which are caused by immune system dysregulation. If we are to identify the exposures that are causing this epidemic of autoimmune diseases, we need to rule out products given dozens of times to young children, specifically to modify the immune system, as potential culprits. Our infants and children deserve the best safety trials possible to keep them safe. Instead, RCT 205, 207, 208, 209, 210, 213 (Rotarix) contained dextran, sorbitol, amino acids, dulbecco’s modified eagle medium, calcium carbonate, and xanthan; RCT 211, 212 (RotaTeq) contained polysorbate 80, sucrose, citrate and phosphate; and RCT 206, 214 (Rotavac) included neomycin sulphate, kanamycin acid sulphate, trehalose, lactalbumin hydrolysate, human albumin, potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate, dipotassium hydrogen orthophosphate, and trisodium citrate dihydrate. The list also included three trials of an inhaled flu vaccine; the controls in RCT 104 were OPV+saline or LAIV (a vaccine), hence neither inert; in RCT 106 the control “consisted of normal allantoic fluid harvested from uninfected eggs stabilized with sucrose–phosphate–glutamate”; and, in RCT 109, the control was “intranasal spray of egg allantoic fluid containing sucrose-phosphate-glutamate.” *** Note that the current polio vaccines used in the U.S. are a different product than the polio vaccine developed by Jonas Salk in the 1950s—which was discontinued in the 1960s—including because the currently-used polio vaccines are “grown in vero cells, a continuous line of monkey kidney cells cultivated on microcarriers.” Hence, the Salk trial was not relied upon to license any current polio vaccine. https://fda.gov/media/75695/download; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6740101/; https://‌http://admin.phe-culturecollections.org.uk‌media/1222‌49/‌vero-cell-line-profile.pdf; https://atcc.org/products/all/ccl-81.aspx#characteristics. **** Dow Chemical’s MMR vaccine used different strains than any licensed U.S. MMR vaccine and also, after 14 days of safety review, this trial vaccinated all participants.

Here’s a great tale describing our current illegal immigrant crisis…
“Not long ago, I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled it with seed.
Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food.
But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue. Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table… everywhere.
Then some of the birds turned mean — they would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket.
And others birds were boisterous and loud — they sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food.
After a while, I couldn’t even sit on my own back porch anymore.
I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone.
I cleaned up their mess and took down the many nests they had built all over the patio.
Soon, the back yard was like it used to be…quiet, serene and no one demanding their rights to a free meal.”
Maybe we just need to take down the bird feeder.

Wolf Moon

That means….. ARREST GRUESOME!!!

This is great.

One can apply it to government parasites (like I’ve talked about) as well as recipients of government handouts.

gil00

Nice analogy and its true! W my crows anyway.

patfrederick

this was the first year we tried a seed feeder. we’ve always had hummer feeders, but nothing in the winter.
happened just like he said!
we didn’t have any crows, but boy the bluejays were bullies!

gil00

I have a pair of jays that chase off the doves.

pgroup2

A bb rifle is very effective at discouraging aggressive birds. As long as it’s a pump type and not a CO2 type, it won’t kill the birds.

Aubergine

A perfect analogy.

I will know we are serious about getting rid of illegals when the feeder comes down, and any idiot trying to feed the birds gets a huge fine, and possibly prison time.

gil00

Little Tokyo was so cool at one point. All these illegals and their kids have really ruined so much of our culture in CA. . Japanese have been leaving for a while. Its sad.

The longer these insurrections happen and the more widespread they become the more information law enforcement gets to identify, investigate, arrest and prosecute the people and organizations involved. I’m not worried about the insurrections succeeding at all.

With help from Grok:

Identifying participants and supporters of riots, such as those in Los Angeles, involves a range of law enforcement techniques that leverage technology, intelligence, and investigative methods. Below is a list of methods that law enforcement can use to identify individuals and organizations involved in or supporting such activities, while adhering to legal and ethical standards. These methods are based on standard law enforcement practices and publicly available information about investigative techniques.

1.   Surveillance and Video Analysis:
o  CCTV and Public Cameras: Law enforcement can analyze footage from city-wide surveillance cameras, traffic cameras, and private security systems to identify rioters, their movements, and activities.
o  Body-Worn Cameras: Police officers’ body cameras can capture real-time interactions, providing clear evidence of individuals involved in criminal acts.
o  Crowd-Sourced and Social Media Footage: Videos posted on platforms like X, TikTok, or YouTube by bystanders or participants can be collected and analyzed for identifiable faces, locations, or actions.
o  Facial Recognition Technology: Where legally permitted, facial recognition software can match faces from video footage to databases of known individuals, though its use is subject to strict regulations in many jurisdictions, including California, due to privacy concerns.
2.   Digital and Cyber Intelligence:
o  Social Media Monitoring: Law enforcement can monitor public posts, hashtags, and groups on platforms like X to identify individuals organizing, promoting, or participating in riots. Tools like geolocation tags and metadata can pinpoint locations and connections.
o  Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT): Publicly available data, such as online profiles, forums, and websites, can reveal organizers, supporters, or planned activities.
o  Cell Phone Data Analysis: With proper legal authorization (e.g., warrants), law enforcement can access cell tower data to identify devices present in riot areas, track movements, or intercept communications.
o  Encrypted Messaging Apps: If legally obtained, data from apps like Telegram or Signal can reveal planning or coordination efforts, though encryption poses challenges.
3.   Vehicle and License Plate Tracking:
o  Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR): ALPR systems, widely used in Los Angeles, capture license plates in real-time, allowing police to track vehicles involved in riots or used to transport materials.
o  Vehicle Forensics: Examining vehicles for fingerprints, DNA, or other physical evidence can link them to specific individuals.
4.   Financial and Transaction Tracing:
o  Tracking Funding Sources: Law enforcement can trace financial transactions, such as crowdfunding contributions, cryptocurrency transfers, or bank payments, to identify individuals or organizations funding riot activities. This requires subpoenas or cooperation from financial institutions.
o  Purchase and Delivery Tracking: Investigating purchases of materials used in riots (e.g., weapons, incendiary devices, or protest supplies) through delivery records, retailer cooperation, or online purchase histories can lead to suspects.
5.   Forensic Evidence Collection:
o  DNA and Fingerprint Analysis: Physical evidence, such as discarded items (e.g., masks, tools, or weapons), can be analyzed for DNA or fingerprints to identify perpetrators.
o  Trace Evidence: Materials like paint, glass, or chemicals found at riot scenes can be linked to specific individuals or locations through forensic analysis.
6.   Informants and Undercover Operations:
o  Human Intelligence (HUMINT): Law enforcement may rely on informants or undercover officers embedded in groups to gather intelligence on organizers, plans, or supporters.
o  Community Tips: Anonymous tip lines or public reporting (e.g., via apps or hotlines) can provide leads on individuals or organizations involved.
7.   Geospatial and Network Analysis:
o  Geofencing: Using location data from cell phones or social media, law enforcement can create virtual perimeters around riot areas to identify devices present during the event.
o  Network Mapping: Analyzing connections between individuals (e.g., through phone records, social media interactions, or known associations) can uncover organized groups or support networks.
8.   Crowd Behavior Analysis:
o  Behavioral Profiling: Trained analysts can study crowd dynamics to identify leaders or instigators based on their actions, such as directing others or initiating violence.
o  Pattern Recognition: Identifying recurring individuals or symbols (e.g., clothing, flags, or graffiti) across multiple riot events can point to organized groups.
9.   Interagency and Private Sector Collaboration:
o  Federal and Local Coordination: Agencies like the FBI, ATF, or DHS can assist local police with advanced tools, such as national databases or intelligence-sharing networks.
o  Private Sector Data: Cooperation with companies like ride-sharing services, delivery platforms, or retailers can provide data on suspects’ movements or purchases.
10.Legal and Public Records:
o  Arrest and Booking Records: Individuals arrested during riots can be cross-referenced with prior records to identify affiliations or patterns.
o  Public Records Searches: Property records, business licenses, or protest permits can reveal organizations or individuals involved in planning or funding.
11.Crowd Control Technology:
o  Drones and Aerial Surveillance: Drones equipped with cameras can monitor large areas, capturing high-resolution footage for later analysis.
o  Acoustic Sensors: Devices that detect specific sounds (e.g., breaking glass or chants) can help pinpoint riot locations and participants.
12.Post-Event Investigations:
o  Crime Scene Analysis: Detailed examination of riot locations for evidence like vandalism tools, incendiary devices, or propaganda materials.
o  Witness Interviews: Statements from bystanders, business owners, or victims can provide descriptions or direct evidence of perpetrators.
o  Perpetrator Interviews: Statements from detained or arrested perpetrators can provide descriptions or direct evidence of additional perpetrators, support personnel, support organizations, and leaders.

Isn’t there an EO about confiscating or freezing assets.

This is from 2017:

The Trump Administration quietly issued an Executive Order (EO) last Thursday which allows for the freezing of US-housed assets belonging to foreign individuals or entities deemed “serious human rights abusers,” along with government officials and executives of foreign corporations (current or former) found to have engaged in corruption – which includes the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, and corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources.

Karoline Leavitt posted the clip of Pelosi taking responsibility.

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi on not having the National Guard at the Capitol on January 6th:

“I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more.”

⬇️ This site shows testimony of people stating that Trump and others asked for peaceful proceedings on J6 and the National Guard, and they were turned down by others besides Pelosi.

https://cha.house.gov/2024/9/transcripts-show-president-trump-s-directives-to-pentagon-leadership-to-keep-january-6-safe-were-deliberately-ignored

Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk (GA-11) revealed that days before January 6, 2021, President Trump met with senior Pentagon leaders urging them to do their jobs to protect lives and property. The transcripts released show Trump gave senior Pentagon leadership directives to keep January 6 peaceful – including using the National Guard – which the Pentagon leaders ignored. This revelation directly contradicts the conclusions drawn in the flawed DoD IG reporton January 6, 2021.

Some quotes below:

GENERAL MARK MILLEY, CHAIRMAN, JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF:

  • “[January 3, 2021] The President just says, ‘Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th, make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event.’
  • “[POTUS said] ‘Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe.”

CHIEF STEVEN SUND. U.S. CAPITOL POLICE:

  • “I’m making an urgent request for the National Guard. We are being overrun. I gave a quick rundown of what we had going on and that officers out there are fighting for their lives. We were about to be taken over The representative from the Secretary of the Army said, “I don’t like the optics of National Guard standing in a line with the Capitol in the background.”

President Trump Drops a Damning Receipt After Gavin Newsom Accuses Trump of Lying About Contacting Him During the LA Riots

As TGP readers know, Newsom has spent the last few days posting on X and trash-talking the Trump Administration instead of performing his sworn duty to protect his constituents from violent insurrectionists destroying the Golden State’s largest city. Newsom’s dereliction of duty has been so glaring that Trump has said that he should be arrested.

This has caused many to wonder how much, if any, contact the two men have had since the riots started. A reporter asked Trump about this in the Oval Office on Tuesday.

“When was the last time you spoke with Governor Newsom?” the reporter inquired.

“Mmm, a day ago,” Trump answered. “Called him up to tell him, got to do a better job, he’s doing a bad job. Causing a lot of death and potential death.”

“If we didn’t send out the National Guard…Los Angeles would be burning right now,” he added.

Upon seeing this, Newsom took to X and straight-up called Trump a liar.

“There was no call, not even a voicemail,” Newsom wrote.

“Americans should be alarmed that a President deploying Marines onto our streets doesn’t even know who he’s talking to,” he added.

Unsurprisingly, Trump did not take kindly to having his integrity questioned by arguably the nation’s worst and most dishonest governor. He contacted Fox News’s John Roberts and revealed details of his conversation with Newsom.

Roberts proceeded to relay Trump’s message in a tweet.

“President Trump just contacted me from Air Force 1 to say this:”First call was not picked up. Second call, Gavin picked up, we spoke for 16 minutes. I told him to, essentially, “get his ass in gear,” and stop the Riots, which were out of control,” Roberts wrote.

“More than anything else, this shows what a liar he is – Said I never called. Here is the evidence.”

Roberts then shared the call log, proving Trump and Newsom had made contact.Remember, Newsom said he never spoke to Trump at all, so this proves that the California governor is the real liar.

The question Mark is discussing here today is at what point do Americans have the right to band together, with firearms, to defend civilization when the police won’t.

Basically, we have a right to use deadly force in self defense, but in most places (except Texas and one other state just recently, I don’t remember which), you cannot use deadly force to protect property.

Mark is making the point that we should be able to do so on the premise of defending civilization.

The example he uses is a small town where everyone depends on the local WalMart for groceries, medications, etc. If rioters and looters threaten to burn the WalMart down, the townspeople should have a right to band together and defend it, if the police are doing their usual ‘To Serve & Neglect‘ stand-down routine.

I LOVE MONTANA! Thank you, God, for letting me live here.

AI says:

In Montana, the law allows you to use force, including deadly force, to protect your property under certain circumstances.

Key Points:

Defense of Property: You are justified in using force, including deadly force, to protect your property (real or personal property, other than an occupied structure) if you reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent or terminate trespass or other unlawful interference, only if you reasonably believe the force is necessary to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.“Forcible Felony”: A forcible felony is defined as any felony that involves the use or threat of physical force or violence against an individual.Reasonable Belief: Your belief that deadly force is necessary must be reasonable. No Duty to Retreat: Montana has a “Stand Your Ground” clause, meaning you generally have no duty to retreat before using force to protect yourself or your property if you are lawfully in a place or location and threatened.
Reading Scott again, it occurs to me that the owner of the Walmart store would need to be present. But that’s all that would be required, I think.

Did Trump Force The [DS] To Move Up Their Timeline? When Will Trump Call The Ball?- Ep. 3662

https://x22report.com/did-trump-force-the-ds-to-move-up-their-timeline-when-will-trump-call-the-ball-ep-3662/

Trump is now creating jobs in the private sector and reducing the jobs in government. The [CB] did the opposite. Right on schedule the Fed is keeping the rates steady until Sep, are they expecting an event in Aug? Bitcoin and Gold are being accepted as currency across the world, bye bye fiat. The [DS] was brought down this path. Trump might have pushed the [DS] into moving up their timeline in regards to the riots. The [DS] saw the fight between Elon and himself as the perfect opportunity because they thought Trump’s admin was in disarray. Trump is pushing the [DS] to spread their riots across the country. Other groups like terrorists are now entering the picture. Trump will wait for the right moment to call the ball.

The power of good judgment trumps the power of calmness. 😂 Sometimes fear is a beneficial thing.

kalbokalbs

Missing ingredient. Common Sense.

Actually, it looks kind of like a drinking game, or a game of chicken. Four guys hoping the bull goes for someone else first.

Nutrition Matters.

HUGE ‼️ Robert F Kennedy Jr tells medical schools they must teach nutrition of lose federal funding

This is a MASSIVE BLOW to Big Pharma

American Doctor says he received next to no nutrition curriculum while going to medical school

“Breaking news. RFK Jr. Is going to pull funding for medical schools if they don’t teach nutrition. And I just graduated medical school last week. I’m now a doctor and this is huge.

— Medical Students receive only 19 hours of nutrition education throughout their entire four years. During my time in medical school, I maybe had a couple nutrition seminars that really went over basic nutrition, talking about reducing sodium for blood pressure, reducing processed meat for cholesterol, reducing carbs for diabetics. But none of this was extensive and it really did not teach us as physicians to be able to teach our patients how to make those lifestyle changes to prevent and reverse those chronic conditions.”

Wolf Moon

This IS huge. Right now, doctors who emphasize nutrition and diet are basically persona non grata in Drugville. Looks like that is going to change.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Requiring them to be educated in it, doesn’t mean they’ll actually USE that knowledge later on.

Wolf Moon

True, but I’ll settle for a statistical win! It should work on the same principles that Marxist “education” “works”! 😂

cthulhu

Sadly, what little doctors currently do “know” about nutrition tends to be wrong-headed. Not all hypertension is the result of too much sodium; not all cholesterol is bad; and not all diabetics benefit from a reduction in carbs.

I worry that increased nutrition education will merely substitute one glib answer (no salt) for another (take a pill).

Aubergine

YES!

What is missing from medicine now is wisdom and common sense. And those virtues are not easily acquired. Greed, on the other hand, is with humans from the cradle.

Wolf Moon

Current “nutritional” education (of doctors) is pharma rep education in drag.

The whole Text:

Today a federal grand jury seated in Newark, New Jersey returned a three-count indictment charging U.S. Representative LaMonica McIver with forcibly impeding and interfering with federal law enforcement officers. This indictment has a maximum penalty of 8 years for Count One, an additional maximum penalty of 8 years for Count Two, and a maximum penalty of 1 year in prison for Count Three.

As I have stated in the past, it is my Constitutional obligation as the Chief Federal Law Enforcement Officer for New Jersey to ensure that our federal partners are protected when executing their duties.  While people are free to express their views for or against particular policies, they must not do so in a manner that endangers law enforcement and the communities those officers serve.

Today’s decision by the grand jury is the next step in a process that my Office will pursue to a just end.

“Just doing my job” isn’t a mitigating factor for interfering with law enforcement. You don’t get to shove them, and you don’t get to excuse that by saying you’ll touch whomever you want. Your so-called rights to enter a facility don’t trump the law. These people are so entitled. Under a Dem administration I don’t think she would have been charged at all.

Here is what Trump said.

“Yes. We’re moving murderers out of our country that were put here by Biden, or the autopen.. the people or whether it’s Lisa Monaco, or whoever operated the autopen… We’re not going to let them stay… I can inform the rest of the country that if they [riot], they will be met with equal or greater force.”

IMO he’s saying that the murderers were kept in the US by Lisa Monaco – NOT specifically that she was the autopen person – ALTHOUGH what he says leaves open that connection. Or even worse, that she DIRECTED the Autopen usage.

She may very well have TOLD Biden what to sign, or had the autopen sign things for him, on behalf of OBAMA, when they bypassed BRIBEN.

I think she was deeply involved in deciding what the policy of the Biden administration would be, and preparing all the documents that he OR THE AUTOPEN was going to sign.

That would put her at the TOP of the Autopen conspiracy.

Rosa DeLauro was the BITCH who was pushing the Food Unsafety Act years before it finally passed.

Her husband is the one to watch. He is a very skilled Demon Rat pollster.

From my old notes:

But the entry that really sent my Democratic strategist friend ballistic was the one for Rep. Rosa DeLauro, the Connecticut Democrat. La Rosa–tied for #48 on the Richest list–gets the lion’s share of her wealth from her husband–Clintonista pollster and campaign strategist Stan Greenberg. Says Roll Call, “DeLauro’s primary asset is a 67-percent stake in Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research Inc., a Washington-based firm run by her husband, Democratic pollster Stan Greenberg. Her share in the company nets the Representative $5 million to $25 million. She has a partial stake in two other polling/consulting firms. The first is Greenberg Research, of which she and her husband own 100 percent, and Sun Surveys, in which she owns a 60 percent stake. Neither of these is as lucrative as Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, however.”
My bud the political warhorse snorted, “Hell, she first ran for Congress she didn’t have a dime–I was one of her biggest contributors. And Stan Greenberg, who worked for me back when he was starting out, used to have holes in his socks!” Noting that Congressional wealth is usually closer to the higher than to the lower estimates on the disclosure forms, my dour Democrat gasped, “That means they’re making around $50 million! These people shouldn’t be running Democratic campaigns!”

So, if you want to know why the national Democrats seem, in this campaign, to have a tin ear where touching the hearts and minds of the working stiffs is concerned, think about this: the three partners in the Democracy Corps–Greenberg, James Carville, and Kerry’s chief message-shaper Bob Shrum–are all multimillionaires. And yet their counsel–proferred in an endless series of free Democracy Corps memos distributed to the party elite well before and during the presidential primaries, whose content (or lack of it) they helped shape–is taken as gospel by Democratic liberals feverish for victory. Well, as the old Texas populist Maury Maverick Jr. used to say, “a liberal is a power junkie without the power.”

Democracy Corps is an organization run by James Carville and Stan Greenberg that which does Democratic polling and research.

Greenberg got Tony Blair elected in the UK. UK livestock was wiped out because of OIE “disease free status” rules. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/this-britain/exposed-blairs-fatal-dithering-over-foot-and-mouth-vaccination-668681.html

RFK Jr needs to S T O P the mRNA nightmare.

This is scary!

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden just told Joe Rogan how many new mRNA vaccines are in the pipeline — and it’s way more than you think.

“They have 500 mRNA shots in the pipeline.”

“33 of those are self amplifying, which is really terrifying.”

“That means they’re designed to continue to replicate indefinitely.”

(VIDEO) President Trump Announces That He is Reinstating Names of Seven Military Bases, Including Fort Robert E. Lee, After Biden’s DEI Crusade on Military Bases

President Trump broke news on Tuesday that he is reversing the Democrats’ erasure of American History by reinstating the names of seven bases previously changed under Biden’s woke DEI Regime.

This will include reinstating the name of now-Fort Gregg-Adams, formerly named after the leader of the Confederacy, General Robert E. Lee.

The President previously condemned the proposed name changes as “politically motivated” when he vetoed legislation requiring bases named after Confederate generals to be renamed in late 2020. “Over the course of United States history, these locations have taken on significance to the American story and those who have helped write it that far transcends their namesakes,” he said in a veto message to Congress.

Under Biden, however, nine military installations were renamed under the law.

Trump has already restored the names of Fort Bragg, which Biden changed to “Fort Liberty,” and Georgia’s Fort Benning, which had been changed to “Fort Moore.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump opened his speech on Tuesday, cheering his administration’s reinstatement of Fort Bragg’s name after the Biden Regime bowed to the woke mob and renamed the historic military installation.

“Can you believe they changed that name in the last administration for a little bit?” he asked the crowd before loud boos rang throughout the crowd.

Moments later, the President announced, “We are also going to be restoring the names to Fort Pickett, Fort Hood, Fort Gordon, Fort Brucker, Fort Polk, Fort AP Hill, and Fort Robert E Lee.”

“We won a lot of battles out of those forts. It’s no time to change. And I’m superstitious, you know, I like to keep it going,” he said. “I’m very superstitious. We want to keep it going.”

The President cited the historic role of Fort Bragg in training the 82nd Airborne, Green Berets, and “the GIs who won the Second World War” for the restoration of its name.

“Every inch of this base is steeped in the legacy of those warriors,” he said.

WATCH: President Trump Announces DOJ is Investigating Who is Funding LA Insurrection, Providing Armor and Face Masks – “Somebody’s Financing it, and We’re Going to find Out”

President Trump on Tuesday announced for the first time to American military troops at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, that the Department of Justice is actively investigating who is funding the violent uprising in Los Angeles, California.

Transcript:

Trump: The agitators are throwing fire bombs, molotov cocktails, lighting vehicles ablaze —you saw the cars that were burning —mobbing police officers and ICE officers, who are the toughest people you’ll ever meet, and they love our country, and they’re getting— they want to stomp on them, but they’re too tough, they don’t allow it– and attempting to infiltrate and occupy federal buildings, wearing armor and face shields, the best money can buy. Somebody’s financing it, and we’re going to find out through Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice who it is. They’re already on it. Who’s financing all this equipment? Very professional.

Under the Trump administration, this anarchy will not stand. We will not allow federal agents to be attacked, and we will not allow an American city to be invaded and conquered by a foreign enemy. And that’s what they are. A lot of those people were let in here by the Biden administration. They just poured right in. They came from prisons, they came from jails from all over the world, they came from mental institutions, they were the leaders of gangs, they were drug lords, allowed to come into our country. Their countries threw them out. Their countries would bus them or drive them right to our border and say, go in there. You ever come back, we’re going to kill you. And we got them, and we’re getting them out of here.

I want to applaud the courage and the strength of the incredible troops who are right now standing guard to protect federal property and personnel and uphold the supremacy of federal law. That’s what they’re doing. They’re protecting our ICE agents. They’re protecting the police in Los Angeles. The head of the police in Los Angeles, a good man, I hear a good man, but he was actually saying, we really did need this help. It had gotten away from them. It had long gotten away, and we gave it to him. Not only are these service members defending the honest citizens of California, they’re also defending our Republic itself. And they are heroes. They’re in there, they’re heroes. They’re fighting for us. They’re stopping an invasion, just like you’d stop an invasion. The big difference is, most of the time when you stop an invasion, they’re wearing a uniform. In many ways, it’s tougher when they’re not wearing a uniform, because you don’t know exactly who they are.

I didn’t think curfews were needed for peaceful protests. 🤔

Mayor Bass Abruptly Orders Curfew for Downtown Los Angeles

After four days of coddling rioters and attacking President Donald Trump for federalizing California National Guard troops, Democrat Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass suddenly turned law and order on the fifth day, announcing a curfew in downtown L.A. starting at 8 p.m. PDT Tuesday, giving about two hours notice. The curfew will end at 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Oh, but it’s “Trump’s fault”:

Bass made the announcement at a press conference and followed with a post online where she still blamed President Trump, “I issued a curfew starting tonight at 8pm for Downtown Los Angeles to stop bad actors who are taking advantage of the President’s chaotic escalation. If you do not live or work in Downtown L.A., avoid the area. Law enforcement will arrest individuals who break the curfew, and you will be prosecuted.”

I was helping an elderly person who had a lot of health needs during COVID. Every few days someone was encouraging us to sign a Do Not Resuscitate order for him. It seemed very odd at the time because he had all his other legal paperwork in order, with a medical power of attorney, etc. Now I see the bigger picture, and it’s infuriating. They might have “slipped” something into him to cause a crisis for which they would not try to resuscitate him, and “problem solved.”

NEW: Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons tells @FoxNews ICE operations will continue in LA, no matter what.

“You always hear that elections have consequences, and I think if you look at the last presidential election, a majority of the American people voted for what ICE is doing.”

He also responded to politicians who seem to believe that illegal immigrants without a criminal conviction should be off limits to ICE:

“People forget that violating immigration law is a crime. If you’re here in the country illegally, if you enter the country legally, you did commit a federal crime. And as a law enforcement agency, we won’t walk away from those crimes.”

Lyons also said he had a phone call with LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell where the two of them patched things over after an initial disagreement on LAPD’s response time when the unrest first broke out on Friday.

“[LAPD] They’re a great group of people. Unfortunately they’re bound by sanctuary policies of elected officials. What I will say is that during the initial call that went out there was some delay. The chief and I have spoke face to face. He’s a solid law enforcement professional and I understand his position. And I do know that his men and woman would be out there with us supporting us if they could. But again, sanctuary policies don’t allow it.”

Lyons also told FOX that this all started with ICE serving criminal judicial warrants at businesses in LA on Friday that had been hiring illegal aliens, and that contrary to claims from local politicians, local law enforcement was given a 48 hour heads up beforehand. Lyons says they have the receipts to prove it.

“We have the documented calls where we notified the LA law enforcement agencies 48 hours before. That was well documented and known what we were doing that day.”

Lyons added that he has now had multiple credible death threats against him and his family & their address has been doxxed, so he sympathizes with his ICE officers who are being doxxed and threatened themselves, and he will continue to support them wearing masks, something he says ICE didn’t do until the threats started coming.

“Until the men and women of ICE can be sure that their safety and their family’s safety, I’ll make sure that they’re allowed to do whatever steps they have to take to make sure their family is safe.”

scott467

DJT should announce that not ONE single tax dollar from the federal gov’t will go to rebuilding any blue sh!tholes that burn to the ground.

You burn it, you fix it.

You break it, you bought it.

The other thing he could do is announce that federal charges will not be brought against any private citizen defending themselves or their property, and any state that tries to bring charges against citizens defending themselves or their property will have all federal funding cut, to the state and local government, and to all NGOs operating in the state.

Not immediately, but in 30 seconds. It will take about 30 seconds to cut all federal funding.
