Today’s offering follows a different path from the posts on the COVID-19 disaster. Yours Truly will make it clear that she is not a climatologist, nor a meteorologist. However, the topic warrants discussion.
Assume, for argument’s sake, that one wakes up in the morning and sees a nice, clear sky from the window looking out to the southeast. Assume, for argument’s sake, that a couple of hours later, one sees a few (or, perhaps, more) “streaks” in the sky, that resemble thin lines; these “thin lines” do not look like real clouds forming. Assume, for argument’s sake, that one hears what sounds like a small plane (or, perhaps, a couple of small planes) in the sky. Assume for argument’s sake, that one sees more of these “thin lines” that have “spread out” into what may appear to be “low-level clouds” — except, that these “clouds” follow a strange pattern of horizontal, vertical, diagonal, and/or oblique directions. Assume, for argument’s sake, that these “clouds” are seen in the southeast sky, which then “spread out” towards the northwest, and appear not to “generate” on the opposite direction on the compass (in other words, in the northwest direction.) Assume, for argument’s sake, that on days when there are multiples of these “not-real-clouds” in the air, there is also “something” that makes the sinuses hurt, that make one feel as if a bad allergy day is occurring, that makes the eyes sting, and that the usual remedies for allergy symptoms (antihistamine, saline nasal spray) have minor or no effect.
Yours Truly has seen and felt all of these things, both in the Spring of last year and also this Spring. Photos of examples of what was seen are below:

Then, there is ** something ** that was different about the Central North Carolina pollen that was in the air, on the car, covering the front porch floor, on the window sills, and just about everywhere else — including getting into one’s lungs. In the Spring, starting in about mid-March, the Central North Carolina pollen starts to show up. It is a slightly “greasy”-feeling and looks like a yellow and green mixture. Not so this year. What one observed this Spring was a dry, yellow-colored powder that coated everything. It had a slightly acrid smell. Thank you, Pavaca. I’ve heard about chemtrails for years but never saw anything that looked like them here until last month. One morning while driving to visit my mom, I noticed the sky was filled with criss-cross patterns like I’ve never seen before. We’re in the flight path of planes coming from and going to Portland in a north or south direction. I’m very used to seeing contrails in those directions. But these also had east/west patterns crossing north/south patterns. This happened several days in one week. And each day my lungs hurt and had a heavy feeling in them, which is not normal for me. I haven’t seen any since and really hope they stay away. They need to be banned all over the country,

Parallel contrails can happen if the wind is blowing at altitude, shifting one contrail to one side of a commonly used flight path, before the next plane flies along it.
Contrails don’t necessarily dissipate quickly if it’s humid up there. Of course that’s the main point of contention: Are those long lasting things in fact contrails?
Apparently Edward Snowden looked everywhere where he could while he had access and could find no indication whatsoever of any chemtrail program.
I’ve never seen east/west contrails here. Never. Only north/south. Parallel ones, yes. Nor do they last a good part of the day. Did Snowden have access to DARPA? Or only CIA. I don’t think one person would have access to everything going on in either agency.

Here’s Snowden being quoted. I have not verified the quote. “I had ridiculous access to the networks of the NSA, the CIA, the military, all these groups. I couldn’t find anything”.
I would expect east/west contrails in Colorado, as there are many flights that go across country. There just aren’t any that go east/west from Salem.
It would surprise me that Snowden had that much access. Sundance’s famous silos seem to operate a lot in those agencies.

Hey Pat, Josiah is fairly subdued, according to my husband. He went to work Mon & then to his wife’s family’s house for the week, expected back here Monday after work & Maybe to drop in for Father’s Day gathering here. I haven’t spoken directly to him since he went to Rose’s. I would guess that he also went to work Wed & today, working both slower & potentially less time than has been typical for him. He was still quite pale & low energy when I last saw him, & sleeping a lot.
My dad’s hanging in there, mostly with a good attitude, thought hurting & missing my mom. He was meeting with a legal advisor about how he should handle several properties primarily in his name yesterday. He also was very blessed by a widower at church last Sunday. The other man came over to Dad during worship & put his arm around him & really shored him up. He also went out to eat with friends after the service & they fellowshipped for 3 hours. He’s supposed to come over Sunday for our Father’s Day “bash”–Michael decided to do his amazing smoked pork ribs with his own special marinade & barbecue sauce–Superb Supping!

extremely unsettled. Mom finally got the activity schedule and went to bingo “with the girls” and she really enjoyed it. she helped another lady with her card (the lady is partially blind) and that lady asked Mom if they could go together for every bingo outing…lol
she’s also gotten the hang of the tv and they moved the lady who was annoying and waking Mom up during the night.
BUT then my brother and sister in law told her that this place wasn’t any good for her and now she’s soured on it, thinking they’re going to find her a new place.

IDK. It seems like Israel is just stomping around hoping to kill Iran’s Nuke program and then some. It’s the same song and dance for the last twenty plus years. “They’ll be able to have a nuke in with in weeks, the next month, 3 months to 6 months”. That been going of as I said for the last 20 plus years normally followed by a clandestine attack in the country or aerial attack.
The last time they did this, it lasted some days. 2 at least, maybe 3 to 4, I can’t remember. This time they are saying the same, “more raids in the coming days until they get the job done.”
This doesn’t sound like people acting with quality information. It sounds more like a treasure hunt based off of a few clues.
That said though, it’s always Iran claiming they’ll have a nuke soon and will be able to wipe Israel off the map.
Frankly the whole thing is getting so tedious that I’ve given up looking at the beautiful woman from Israel they love to portray and have moved on to the ones in Russia. There are so many more!

I have a neighbor who is a complete psycho. Really crazy. I piss him off because I am Christian and go to church on Sunday, and he is a Jehovah’s Witness. He thinks I’m evil to the core. And he’s told me many times he wants to kill me. I don’t know why exactly, but I think it has to do with religion.
Thank goodness he’s pretty poor. Broke all the time. But he said someday he’d get a gun whatever he had to do, so he could kill me. He says all the neighbors hate me, too.
I keep seeing him in his backyard late at night, burying what looks like jars with dollar bills inside. I don’t know for sure, though, it could be nothing.
Last week, I caught a glimpse of him around three am, going in his back door with an armful of those jars. He’d dug them all up for some reason.
Today, he’s not home, and a delivery driver just dropped off a long package on his front porch. I know it’s a crime to go snatch it, but it really looks like it could be that gun he’s told me he’d get someday to kill me with. I’m not sure what I should do.
In other news, yesterday Israel bombed the shit out of Iran.

(9-18) “David’s troubles made him a man of sorrows. Herein he was a type of Christ, who was acquainted with grief. David acknowledged that his afflictions were merited by his own sins, but Christ suffered for ours. David’s friends durst not give him any assistance. Let us not think it strange if thus deserted, but make sure of a Friend in heaven who will not fail. God will be sure to order and dispose all for the best, to all those who commit their spirits also into his hand. The time of life is in God’s hands, to lengthen or shorten, make bitter or sweet, according to the counsel of his will. The way of man is not in himself, nor in our friend’s hands, nor in our enemies’ hands, but in God’s. In this faith and confidence he prays that the Lord would save him for his mercies’ sake, and not for any merit of his own. I shared your Friday Blessings Cardinal encouragement with a number of family members. My parents have been into cardinals my whole life, partly because it was the mascot from their high school. Cardinal is also my dad’s grandma’s maiden name.
The fact that my mom died on a Friday & then we had her funeral on another Friday makes this particular scriptural encouragement even more personally relevant, including the fact that it’s a female cardinal & ours is rejoicing in Heaven

I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Here in Montana, to get a ballot mailed to you, you must visit the county elections office, show proper I.D. and request that your ballot be mailed to your local address. PERIOD.
If all states did this, mailed ballots would be no problem, because they would only be mailed to registered voters who asked for them.
Colorado mails them out to everyone…and has since long before Covid.
And we both know what that means.
You can vote old-style but there are very few places to do so and because they all serve the entire county, they have to print a ballot for you, set up for your precinct, on the spot. And that, too has scary implications; these polling stations can produce authentic blank ballots at will.
Universal mail-in ballots are just a vehicle for fraud. It shouldn’t be legal.

I don’t know the legalities, but Trump’s obeying orders shows his administration to be following the rule of law, at least for now. No one can say that, like a dictator (or king) he ignores judges’ rulings.
How quickly do we want things to get to SCOTUS? I could be wrong, but it seems that the longer the Left is exposed, the more the public is outraged, and the more obvious the lawlessness becomes, giving SCOTUS reasons to rule in our favor.

Update on Hubby — IMPORTANT TAKE_AWAYS.
Hubby went down hill rapidly yesterday. Temp of over 101F
In the afternoon I had to help him climb the stairs. He then got progressively worse until he could not stand without help.
I gave him Vitamin I, C, D, & zinc.
I noticed he was not eating and wanted nothing to eat. However I got him to eat a 1/2 bowl of home made chicken soup & rice. He rallied briefly.
I notice he was not drinking. I tried a bottle of water & noticed he had trouble drinking from the bottle because he was shaking too much.
He got worse. Temp of over 101F
Inspiration struck and I got a bottle of home made orangeade and put a straw in it. He was able to drink the entire bottle. Again he rallied briefly.
About 2 am last night he was muttering about going to the ER and I talked him out of it and got him to suck down another bottle of orangeade. Early this morning (4 am) he got another bottle of orangeade.
At 7 Am his temp was down to 99F, he can now stand and walk without my help. He got an omlette for breakfast and another dose of Vit I, C, D, & Zinc.

Dehydration is a huge problem for the elderly.
In the book, Quench, one of the authors is discussing the troubles with her elderly mother and dehydration. The solution was chia seeds. They help retain moisture in the intestinal tract. IIRC, she trained the care staff how to made sure her mom stayed hydrated this way.

Believe me I am VERY HAPPY he is now able to get up and walk on his own!
That is huge! Near the end my mom only intermittently could support herself walking (with a cane or walker but a few times with no supports). Falling 3 times, one time then being on the floor for 5 hours & even sleeping there in exhaustion, in the last week of her life surely contributed to the timing of her death.
Dad discovered that she could barely use a straw that week too, it would just dribble out of her mouth & down the front of her shirt. He would use a straw, putting his finger over the top to create suction & get small amounts of liquid that he trickled into her mouth as she was partially leaning back in a recliner. In this way she was able to get small amounts of liquid in & keep it down.
I was surprised at hubby’s fast recovery.
FWIW, my orangeade recipe:
1/3 diet tonic water with quinine.
1/3 Orange juice, canned or fresh
1/3 home made diet lemonade
My recipe has 1/2 the sweetner and 6 oz vs 8 oz of lemon juice making it a better rehydrator than the ‘official recipe’
This is not as sweet as OJ and we use it all during the summer as a ‘pick-me-up.’

The taste of quinine is the reason for the invention of the gin and tonic! Had to get that nasty stuff into British troops somehow, lol.
Oddly enough I developed a taste for tonic water during Covid. I still drink it often when I feel like drinking a cup or so of water.
Admittedly this is artificially sweetened.
I love a good Tanqueray and tonic.
Just make sure he doesn’t take quinine too long or in too high of doses. It can accumulate to problematic levels.

I want to add another strategy I learned during the Plandemic.
The big bottles of Realemon have a restrictor valve that fits into a soda bottle. I pop the restrictor out with a turkey skewer. I fill a small soda bottle with Dawn dish soap and water. I fill one of the large Realemon bottles with plain water.
I now have a hand washing station. Inside I use a dish pan to catch the soapy water & rinse water. Outside I just make sure it does not hit my shoes.
When traveling, it is SOOOooo nice to be able to wash my hands without hunting up a restroom!

I may brew up my own mix, with plain KCl for potassium, and modify the sugar, too. Alternatively, just salt some Gatorade with both NaCl and KCl. I can even add magnesium!

I’m a very big fan of maple sugar these days. The sugar (basically dried syrup) is actually low carb compared to other sweeteners. But you have to shop around to find good bulk pricing if you are going to use it daily.

Anyway they ordered up Ensure Clear, which looks & tastes like apple juice but has a decent amount of protein in it. I have no idea if that is available in stores or not…

The Austin Police Department (APD) has released mugshots of eight people who were arrested after anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agitators turned violent this week.
“Officers issued dispersal orders and moved the crowd west along 8th Street. Two individuals were arrested for criminal mischief related to the graffiti,” police said.
Tensions continued to escalate throughout the evening as agitators began throwing rocks at officers, and one person spat in an officer’s eye, according to police.
Officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety, which helped respond to the rioting, deployed tear gas to deter agitators from the federal building. Some protesters threw scooters and barricades into roadways as officers continued trying to contain the crowd.

Does any of it apply to persons age 65 and older?
For example, Health Savings Accounts. If Yours Truly understands correctly, a person under age 65 who has an HSA has to stop putting money into it starting on their 65th birthday, and instead enroll in Medicare. The person can then “use up” their HSA until it’s down to zero dollars, but cannot open another HSA. That’s what I had to do when I turned 65.
What about “concierge doctors” for persons age 65 and older? Would any of those services be covered by Medicare?

A concierge will not do paperwork, that’s how they keep costs down. So no medicare. As I understand it. I need to ask mine.
I actually have a similar arrangement. There CAN be additional charges for some things, but there is ZERO insurance paperwork so since they don’t have to pay an army of paper pushers, things are much cheaper.
I just scheduled a checkup yesterday, and it’s set for Tuesday. Try doing that with a doctor plugged into insurance..
We have this. DH pays $70 a month for a doctor with unlimited visits, a yearly comprehensive exam with bloodwork, and low-cost options for medicines and procedures outside of that. It’s been awesome.

Congress is sending a letter to Singham today requesting that he testify. If Singham refuses, a subpoena will be issued. If he ignores it he will be arrested for being in contempt of Congress. They are asking for his financials also. Singham is also guilty of a FARA violation because he is not registered as a foreign agent but is advocating for China.

Decimating your opponent means eliminating 1 out of every 10.

Defeating the enemy is easy, and I certainly didn’t come up with any new solutions, which means TPTB know exactly how to defeat the enemy too.
They just choose not to.
And that’s always the most obvious takeaway for me.
They don’t want to win.
That’s not their objective.
Which means the good guys can never win.
Justice is never served.
And if there is a better way to demoralize human beings than that, I don’t know what it would be.
I don’t know about all of this. Assault by cops/officers could be problematic, especially if it is framed as “over-reaction” to “protected” First Amendment rights
