2025.06.17 American Stories: When in the Course…OK, I Lied

Yup, I said we would start back on Declaration signers today. Going to need to postpone that to next Tuesday’s opener. If I do not discuss the following I will probably forget and it is sneakily more important to the big picture of what our VSGPOTUS is doing than many realize. It is the industry in which I made my living as readers of BIMD will remember.

Small Business Acts of Importance

These links are short summaries – will not take long to read.

The official CEASE bill,

https://www.congress.gov/index.php/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/2987/text

Next is an industry summary of what it is about. ABA stands for the banking industry in this instance, not the Bar Assn. for the legal industry.

Link below is to all of the bills that came out of the great work of the HR Small Business Committee, including CEASE.

https://smallbusiness.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=407198

Why Is All This Important?

Let’s answer that question with a simple statement that has been true for many, many years. Approximately half of the employed people in America work for who the federal government classifies as small businesses.

Must be kind of a big deal, right?

I am focusing on CEASE because of industry knowledge and experience. However, all seven Acts are very important and part of the much larger puzzle of what PDT is piecing together. Notice that all seven passed out of Committee along party lines at 15-11.

America should really stop pretending that bipartisanship can exist consistently. That idea is trash. It was promoted by the Uniparty for decades as a means for selling their dedication to American citizens, which we now know was hogwash. If you hear the word being sold by a politician or media propagandist you know what side they are on. Full stop.

Concerning all of the Acts passed in the committee, please notice that they are not all about small business necessarily. The SBA as an agency is a means to an end with some of the acts. It is also about using the agency as a weapon against illegal voter registration, against sanctuary cities, to cut regulatory burdens, and against climate change related scams.

Some on here will remember my recent posts about a fellow co-worker from my tree that took over a small business lending department for a bank in our area after I retired. He recently called and was distraught; considering early retirement over what Brandon and cronies did to the industry. They had opened the floodgates for borrower loan requests over $1 million and did not care if they were citizens or not or even if they were creditworthy. As a result fraud was rampant, delinquencies and defaults were soaring, and the agency was not honoring their guaranties on defaulted loans of even the honest lenders on a timely basis. In fact, they were trying to renege as often as they could. It had all turned into one giant clusterf–k.

i told him to be patient as I felt it would be addressed soon by the Trump admin and MAGA elected officials. Many of them experienced great heartburn over PPP program fraud that was administered by SBA during COVID. We see the results of their and the banking industry’s concerns in the bills linked above. We also see greatly improved internal policy decisions that reflect the changes below. Effective June 1, that hammer fell. All SBA lenders and small business borrowers must comply with the following revised, common sense, sound credit parameters and requirements to obtain SBA guaranteed loans.

https://www.commerciallendingx.com/blog/sba-policy-changes-effective-june-1st-2025

Most were parameters that were already required in some format and/or amount during my career that effectively ended on a full time basis 17 years ago. That they were not followed in the years since simply points to the systematic destruction of critically important financing options for small business owners who do not ordinarily qualify for conventional financing options at banks and other lenders. Brandon’s bunch desired the opposite to increase funds for the woke and money launderers.

The primary purpose of this private/public partnership between banks and the federal government is to provide capital to small businesses that need and deserve support. In turn they grow, provide products and services to the public, pay taxes, provide incomes and benefits to owners and employees, play important parts in communities and so on. In summary, they participate in the American Way. Many successfully become larger businesses and iconic brands that employ even larger numbers of people. However, it is true that many big businesses do not want increased competition. As a result they play politics with their smaller competitors to retain market share.

Which leads to the Main Street versus Wall Street tension that SD at TCTH discusses as well as in discussion within our federal government today. The former party of big business only is now the party of Main Street as well with the America First policies of the MAGA movement, thanks to the efforts of the patriots in league with PDT. The internal tension within the GOP will be to keep the playing field level for both big and small business. Which makes the next topics encouraging for us Main Street types.

CEASE Act

Some may ask why would an act be necessary to limit the number of non-bank lenders who could be active in SBA lending programs? Here is what led to it,

https://www.icba.org/newsroom/news-and-articles/2025/06/06/house-passes-icba-backed-legislation-to-protect-sba-lending

The truth is some of the non-bank small business lenders with licenses, SBLC’s, typically are bottom feeders. Some only meet minimum capitalization requirements and receive funding from other wholesale lenders at a higher cost of funds than banks typically realize. They also are not subject to regulatory scrutiny of the banking industry. That can lead to some shady dealings at times.

As a result some SBLC’s typically take more risk and charge borrowers higher interest rates to counter. As a natural consequence they experience higher delinquency rates and loan defaults. Like many other bank lenders in the program, they sell participations in the SBA guaranteed portions of loans to investors such as hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, credit unions, etc, that are usually represented by investment brokerage houses. The lack of credit worthiness of some of their customers impacts the overall performance of the pools of loans that go into securitizations that are sold to the end investors. This reduces their value over time, which reduces the premium offered to all lenders in the programs. It is not fair to thousands of banks that a handful of SBLC’s acting in bad faith are allowed to spoil the debt market barrel for the product. Not to mention the extra work created for SBA’s liquidation area on defaulted loans.

This is a weakness for all types of debt markets on Wall Street. it was the underlying cause of the debt market collapse of 2008 leading into The Great Recession. So what is the primary that weakness that can cause a nation’s economy to crumble? The Wall Street buyers of all types of loans are not “credit” people as bankers view credit. For example, bankers view credit from the perspective of the 5 C’s of credit, which bank regulators like from the FDIC understand and consider in their reviews. Those categories are character, capacity, capital, collateral and conditions. Commercial bankers are trained in the long established methodology of making loans to borrowers who are most likely to repay the bank back on time. This is the Main Street view – know your borrower and how they handle their business.

Wall Street sees credit differently. They do not drill down into individual loans to determine viability. They view historical performance of industries (SIC codes) and locational aspects along with loan pool average interest rates, terms, collateral, industry concentrations, etc. as the credit of the overall deal. They rely on rating agencies – S&P, Moody’s and Fitch to ascertain their overall rating of each pool of loans. The ratings agencies typically only review a small sampling of loans and are more interested in the documentation being correctly executed. To Wall Street, those are the factors that provide the credit worthiness of the macro pool of loans, not the micro individual loans themselves.

In my opinion this void in understanding credit was a major cause of the Great Recession because it happened in every type of debt instrument – residential mortgages, car loans, credit cards, commercial real estate, etc. This led to the banker version of credit being undercut by the crappy underwriting of non-bank lenders in all of those business segments, industries, and locations. Wall Street purchased huge volumes of loans from those sources in many overheated markets. When the borrowers began tanking on their loans in large numbers as the economy and job markets cooled, caused by politicians primarily, the funding for new loans in even stable industries also dried up. The institutional buyers were deservedly spooked and sought safe harbor in treasuries and other more stable investments. All of the insurance coverage with hedges, swaps and such went down with it. The Great Recession kicked in.

As it applies to SBA lending, when lesser performing SBLC’s provide lower quality loans to a mixed pool involving other lenders, they can taint the whole pool and hide crap loans. SBLC loans are mixed into pools with those of banks. Everybody is affected. As you will see below, they rack up some profits short term and once the crap begins to hit the fan – poof – they are gone.

Current Status

Below is the list of active SBLC’s as of 1/29/25 with authorization to make loans up to $5 million.

Alaska Growth Capital BIDCO, Inc. Nationwide
Arkansas Capital Corp. Nationwide
Centerstone SBA Lending, Inc. Nationwide
CRF Small Business Loan Company, LLC Nationwide
First Western SBLC, Inc Nationwide
Grow America Fund, Inc. Nationwide
Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC Nationwide
Lendistry SBLC, LLC Nationwide
Lendstream Small Business Finance, LLC Nationwide
Port 51 Lending, LLC Nationwide
Readycap Lending, LLC Nationwide
VelocitySBA, LLC Nationwide

Notice anything about the current list? There are 16 licenses authorized by the past act before Brandon and gang removed that restriction, at which time it went up to 19 approved lenders when they approved three new lender licenses. I will address an even worse atrocity associated with the 2023 changes involving the creation of special purpose lending companies later in this text below.

Currently, it is back to 16 authorized SBLC licenses again, yet, there are only 12 licensed lenders as of the beginning of PDT’s term of office. What happened to the four that were approved in the second half of 2024 – Cooperative Business Services (CBS), A10 Capital, Lafayette Square and Stonehenge Capital as replacements for four others who dropped out previously? They are not on the current list.

This is because their applications did not get activated with required Congressional approvals in time before PDT assumed office, so they lost out with PDT coming in. We also know one of the current licensees, Lendstream, has not made any SBA loans since 2022. They should not even have the license if they are going to be inactive, so something is “off” there. We also know that one of Brandon’s newbie three, Funding Circle, closed its operations soon after it started. Two were added that are still on the list, Alaska and Arkansas. So, sometime in 2024 they also replaced two that dropped off the list. That means a total of 6 lenders were approved to replace 6 on the list in 2024 and three were added above the former 16 limit, one of which failed. That is a movement of 9 non-bank licensed lenders in a year. That leaves 11 that are actually making SBA loans out of 16 authorized slots in 2025.

😂

Needless to say making fraudulent loans to formerly ineligible customers (i. e. illegals) by criminal enterprises using federal guaranties on the majority of the loans that create extra profits for the subject non-bank lenders is a recipe for disaster for the programs, SBA and Americans. The current admin is taking the approach of eliminating that possibility in opposition to Brandon and the Uniparty who had that as their MO for SBLC’s since banks are more controlled by Congressional acts as well as regulatory authorities.

Hypothetically, let’s say you are a higher up in a cartel and you have established some seemingly legit businesses to launder cash through. In the past you could invest into an SBLC with the Brandon regime’s approval through a shell company or other legit business. You would then have the ability to influence or otherwise approve loans to other connected businesses to pull cash and/or launder money. In those businesses there would probably be hordes of illegals as employees who were given some form of legal resident status by Brandon’s crims, which undoubtedly also led to some being illegally registered as voters, Medicaid recipients, Social Security recipients and so on. All of the above would support Dem politicians and designees.

Is some of this making sense now? SBA is just one agency of the federal government that was used for these type purposes, there were many more.

In my personal opinion, that cartel/crim scenario probably applied to more than one of the exited licensed lenders including the ones discussed in the link below. The legit SBLC’s generally make enough good loans to help cover for the excessive bad loans of the crims, who have lower loan volumes as they attempt to stay under the radar. The loan volume of the better lenders is higher and they have received SBA’s highly desired Preferred Lender status rating, which means they do things right. I know several of the leaders of these quality lenders; did business with one CEO when he was employed at a well known SBLC from BIMD.

The following SBA press release from a month ago gives clarity and examples of an explosion of the new special purpose SBLC’s that Brandon’s crims put in place.

https://www.sba.gov/article/2025/05/19/sba-overhauls-reckless-biden-era-lending-program

From the link; “However, in 2023, the Biden Administration revived Community Advantage and approved more than 140 new, unregulated lenders for the program, selectively certifying groups including “The Progress Fund,” “PeopleFund,” and “Black Business Investment Fund.” It then attempted to increase the loan limit for the program from $250,000 to $500,000 – or up to $2 million to fund climate-related projects in support of the Green New Scam.”

SBA as an agency and the industry was a goner if PDT had not won. Obviously the agency was a major source of fraud and money laundering using leftist scams and illegals.

Conclusion

All of these current congressional activities tell me the Trump admin is all over it and knows the game the crims have been playing. The plug is being pulled and it is a GREAT thing for America in many areas of concern.

Please remember Wolf’s rules for our community. In general that means to be respectful to each other and to pull no shenanigans that your mom might find offensive or otherwise cause jail time. That said, free speech is honored here.

Be blessed and go make something good happen!

Thank you, TradeBait, for this article. I had no idea this was going on and am glad President Trump is on top of it. This whole situation could have caused disaster in the future.

Taking out many birds with one stone is impressive!” It’s the Trump Triumph Tell 🙂

Thank you for this good news, TradeBait. I’m glad you understand the inner workings of the banking and loan industry and that apparently the Trump administration is working to stop money laundering and fraud.

Nearly 1 million illegal immigrants have ‘self-deported’ under Trump, which has led to higher wages

…Now that he’s {Trump is] back in the Oval Office, it’s up to him, “border czar” Tom Homan, and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem to drive the unauthorized population down and restore credibility to our immigration system.

Explore More

They’ve implemented a two-track plan to tackle this onerous task.

One of those tracks relies on arrests and deportations of aliens unlawfully here, which at the outset has focused mainly on criminals (the “worst first” strategy).

The other track is more subtle but also cheaper for taxpayers and arguably much more effective —encouraging illegal migrants here to self-deport.

It began with an Inauguration Day Trump directive requiring DHS to ensure all aliens present in the United States — legal and otherwise — have registered with the federal government, and to prosecute those who don’t comply.

By late February, Noem had implemented that registration program.

DHS next launched a multimillion-dollar ad campaign warning migrants not to enter illegally or, alternatively, to leave voluntarily now and possibly “have an opportunity to return and enjoy our freedom and live the American Dream.”

Noem also rebranded the notorious CBP One app — which the Biden administration used to funnel hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants into our country — as “CBP Home,” which aliens can use to “notify the U.S. Government of their intent to depart.”

That rebranding coincided with an offer of financial incentives for aliens who leave voluntarily, a stipend of $1,000. That’s in lieu of costly physical deportation, which can cost taxpayers $17,100 per person on average.

How effective has self-deportation been?

One way to track the program is by checking employment numbers. One financial whiz cited by the Wall Street Journal calculated a decline in the immigrant population of 773,000 in the first four months of Trump II.

The Washington Post claims “a million foreign-born workers have exited the workforce since March.” The Post frames this as “a sign of the weakening labor supply.” Yet the paper also notes, “Average hourly wages accelerated, rising by 0.4 percent over the month, to $36.24 in May, as earnings continue to beat inflation in a boost to workers’ spending power.”

In other words, with fewer illegal immigrants, businesses have had to raise wages to attract workers.

But aliens will only leave if they believe Trump and Homan are serious about arrests, and employers know the feds are targeting shady businesses.

This voluntary exodus shouldn’t be surprising. When President Dwight Eisenhower launched his deportation roundup in 1954, nearly 10 aliens left voluntarily for each one arrested. A post-9/11 registration program also drove self-deportations.

DHS can’t arrest and deport 15.4 million illegal aliens, but if it simply enforces the law, many aliens will get the message and leave on their own — as hundreds of thousands apparently already have.

Andrew Arthur is the fellow in law and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies.

Some math:
773,000 fewer illegals in one quarter x 3 = 2,319,000 fewer per year
2,319,000 fewer per year x 4 years = 9,276,000

In before someone says it’s not nearly enough, that at this rate we will never get enough out before Trump leaves office, etc. All of that misses the point of this article.

Gudthots

Thank you for bringing this.
Very useful review of the numbers.

TheseTruths

YW!

DHS can’t arrest and deport 15.4 million illegal aliens, but if it simply enforces the law, many aliens will get the message and leave on their own — as hundreds of thousands apparently already have.

______________

Prosecute the employers and all 30+ million alien invaders self deport in about 90 days.

Exodus Maximus.

Trump knows it, DHS knows it, everybody knows it.

He’s not doing that.

Until or unless they do, they’re just not serious.

TheseTruths

Trump has to balance keeping the economy from tanking and keeping certain industries thriving. My guess is that that is a factor in his not prosecuting employers. I think they are very serious.

No Pyrrhic victories for Trump. Whoda thunk? 😂

iirc, Soetoro couldn’t pass E-Verify either! :wpds_shock:

Aubergine

That episode I read about yesterday about that meat-packing plant that got raided, lost 76(?) illegals, and was FLOODED with applicants for the jobs within a couple of days, ought to go a long way in getting people on board with deportation.

Jobs Americans won’t do? Yeah, right.

Wolf Moon

WOW.

This validates an idea I’ve had about (at the opposite end of the pay spectrum) why high tech prefers H1B contractors over “native American” coders and techies even when pay is not a factor – because the H1Bs don’t talk back, say things like “isn’t that illegal?”, and all the rest. Bad, compromising management wants SLAVE BEHAVIOR, even if the people aren’t technically slaves.

Ultimately, Satan pushing that stuff.

Aubergine

You bet.

I don’t think it’s pay, either. It’s working conditions. A Mexican, accustomed to Mexican labor conditions, will work in a situation that would make a billy goat puke. An American will speak up about how the sausage is being made.

Gail Combs

AND if needed report it to OSHA or who ever.

Barb Meier

Leftists are the kings of the false premise.

pgroup2

Prosecute the employers – create a severe recession.

Gail Combs

All it takes is a few being made an example of with a warning to the rest. I think we are seeing that happening already.

Also we need to:

  • REMOVE JOBS
  • REMOVE WELFARE
  • REMOVE HEALTH CARE

But the biggest thing is to KILL THE CIA – DRUG RUNNING SYNDICATE!!

scott467

Prosecute the employers – create a severe recession.

______________

So employers are above the law?

That explains a lot.

So we should all start businesses, then we could all be above the law, or at the very least, selectively not prosecuted.

Just like government officials, and alien invaders.

We could finally have equality, and equal justice under law.

The Bosses of the Senate“, an 1889 political cartoon by Joseph Keppler depicting corporate interests—from steel, copper, oil, iron, sugar, tin, and coal to paper bags, envelopes, and salt—as giant money bags looming over the tiny senators at their desks in the Chamber of the United States Senate[1]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_antitrust_law

Valerie Curren

When the Senate was still as the Constitution intended, representing the states interests not the “popular” vote, I believe…

Valerie Curren

I believe your math is off as the number per Quarter should be multiplied by Four for Yearly…so, by my in my head calculations:

773,000 X 4 = 3,092,000

3,092,000 X 4 = 12,368,000

So IF my math is correct the numbers are better than you thought but still not enough 🙂

Valerie Curren

Can’t wait, but also not holding my breath 😉

pgroup2

O ye of little faith. 😂 😍

Valerie Curren

Little to none in the institutions of men 😉 😉

Wolf Moon

The “we’re going to do this sanely and legally with illegals” thing is older than me. The solutions seem designed to be flawed and fail – and is why the RINOs and “just enough Dems” always support the flawed solutions.

Valerie Curren

a feature, not a bug 😡

TheseTruths

You’re correct, if it really was a “quarter.” I used that term in error. 🙄 It was 773,000 for four months, which is not a quarter. But I hope your numbers do pan out.

Valerie Curren

Thank you TT the numbers were for a third of a year it seems…Hope the actual real world number are bigger than Either of our calculations!

YUGE!

From the article:

FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday evening turned over to Congress an intelligence report raising concerns that China had mass-produced fake U.S. driver’s licenses to carry out a scheme to hijack the 2020 election with fake mail-in ballots for Democrat Joe Biden.

The newly declassified intelligence reports from August 2020 weren’t corroborated or fully investigated and instead were recalled from intelligence agencies at about the time that then-FBI Director Chris Wray testified there were no known plots of foreign interference ahead of the 2020 election [😡 liar, liar, pants on fire 🔥] in which Biden defeated Donald Trump, officials told Just the News.

Patel:

“…we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election.

“Specifically, these include allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver’s licenses and ship them into the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots – allegations which, while substantiated, were abruptly recalled and never disclosed to the public,” Patel also said.

“In accordance with Chairman Grassley’s request for documents, I have immediately declassified the material and turned the document over to the Chairman for further review.”

Officials who have seen the documents told Just the News the FBI had a relatively new confidential source who provided information in summer 2020 that the Chinese government was manufacturing and exporting fake U.S. driver’s licenses as part of a plot to create voter identities for Chinese residents living in the United States so they could vote with fake mail-in ballots.

The intelligence source claimed the plot was specifically designed to benefit Biden, officials said.

That was before the 2020 election, so something could have been done about it at that time.

They also said the intelligence report was recalled within a few weeks and the allegations never fully investigated, on the grounds that the source needed to be re-interviewed.

But, in fact, another agency, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, had intercepted nearly 20,000 fake licenses around the time the intelligence came in a possible corroboration of the report, officials said.

I hope the FIB is looking into this and not waiting on a Congressional investigation.

Grassley will investigate and refer cases to the DOJ. My concern is how long that will take.

Very little relative to the 4 years it sat idle, but could mean some of the crims (both American and Chinese) could be saved by the statute of limitations.

kalbokalbs

Yea I get that. Totally unimpressed.

NOT sub investigations out to an inefficient Senate, intent on reelection.

ATTENTION!

Given the IS-IR conflict, I created SITREPs for those wishing to follow my thinking. I’ll adjust and I won’t always get it right. It is my thinking nonetheless.

Today’s focus: China’s benefits & risks.

Because of this conflict, China’s benefits, are primarily strategic & indirect, rooted in its broader geopolitical & economic interests.

Below are the specific ways China gains:

1. The conflict weakens U.S. Influence in the Middle East. It diverts U.S. attention and resources from Asia, where China faces pressure over Taiwan and the South China Sea. By keeping the U.S. entangled in Middle Eastern crises, China gains breathing room to pursue its Indo-Pacific regional ambitions with less interference.

2. If there is no regime change in IR, it will strengthen ties with them. China’s close relationship with IR, cemented by a 25-year cooperation agreement beginning in 2021, is bolstered by the conflict. IR, increasingly isolated, relies on China as its primary buyer of sanctioned oil (over 90% of IR’s crude exports go to China). This secures China a discounted energy supply, critical for its economy, while giving Beijing leverage over Tehran. China also benefits by its diplomatic voice while not having to commit military forces (yet).

3. The conflict enhances China’s regional diplomatic clout. China is using the conflict to project itself as a neutral & global peacemaker, contrasting with the U.S.’s perceived bias toward IS. By condemning IS actions & calling for de-escalation, China appeals to Arab states & the Global Asian South, boosting its image as a champion of non-Western interests. Its mediation efforts, like the Saudi-Iran rapprochement in 2023, gain China credibility, potentially expanding their influence deeper into Middle Eastern diplomacy.

4. China will take advantage of economic opportunities because of the instability. Due to the regional instability China benefits by disrupting U.S.-aligned trade routes (e.g., through the Suez Canal or Bab Al-Mandab Strait), increasing reliance on China’s Belt & Road Initiative (BRI) infrastructure. However, China prefers “controlled instability”, as a full-scale war could threaten its Middle Eastern oil imports (nearly half its supply) along with many of its BRI projects.

5. China’s keen observation of all military engagements, particularly missile & drone performance, will help to refine their own defense strategies. IR weapons, often incorporating Chinese components or designs, provide real-world testing data. A prolonged conflict could also weaken IS’s technological edge, reducing its ability to counter Chinese tech investments in the region.

6. By supporting IR, China indirectly backs IR’s proxies (e.g., Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis), which challenge IS & U.S. short & long term interests. This low-cost strategy allows China to pressure Western powers without direct confrontation, aligning with its non-interventionist policy. There are many who correctly suggest China supplies weapons components to IR & its proxies, further amplifying its influence.

These benefits are not without significant risks.

A broader regional war will disrupt its energy security & BRI investments, which rely on Middle Eastern stability. Additionally, China’s pro-IR stance strains relations with IS, a key technology partner, potentially limiting access to IS innovation. Beijing’s difficult balancing act—maintaining ties with both IR and IS—requires careful diplomacy to avoid alienating either side. The administration needs to pay close attention here.

Conclusion: China benefits by leveraging the conflict to undermine U.S. dominance, secure cheap oil, enhance its diplomatic stature, & gain military insights, all while maintaining a low-risk, non-interventionist stance. However, these gains depend on the conflict remaining contained, as escalation will jeopardize China’s fragile economy & other geopolitical interests & alliances.

Feedback is important.

🚨5GW ALERT- ISRAEL -IRAN – UNITED STATED – WW3🚨

Y’all falling for the Anti-Trump psyop and don’t even know it.

Trump isn’t going into an endless war with Iran… unless Iran hits us, either in the region or through embedded suicide squads already positioned inside the U.S.

Trump knows what really happened with the U.S.S. Liberty. He’s not falling for another Bibi trap.

What’s actually unfolding?

👉 Trump is allowing regime change in Iran to play out, without U.S. boots on the ground.
👉 He’s setting the board to possibly strike the secret Iran–China nuclear facilities (yes, they exist).
👉 No endless wars. Just precision strikes. That’s how a real Commander-in-Chief handles business.

Now listen close…

Bibi is desperate. He’s floating the idea of dropping a tactical nuke as a warning shot. Trump just publicly warned Tehran to run interference and block the setup.

This isn’t about war.
This is about not getting psyoped by anti-American agents trying to fracture the MAGA base.

The IRGC is a terrorist regime. And it’s being surgically removed.

Trump will use strategic precision strikes to eliminate the last remaining threat that Bibi and the Deep State are using the IRGC for.

Don’t forget, Bibi needs the IRGC as the “big boogeyman” to justify endless escalation. It’s the Deep State’s favorite boogeyman. Trump is about to take that chess piece off the board.

You’re looking at this as Israel vs. Iran, but you’re missing the bigger play. The Deep State controls both sides of every major conflict, always has.

Did y’all forget everything we’ve been learning?

They want their “Sum of All Fears” moment, a false flag nuke to force a global war.

Trump is the only one preventing that.

And then?

What if Mossad has managed to place explosives in key infrastructure, That can be remotely detonated.

Have not fleshed this thought out much. Utilities targeted? Iranian government “Center(s) of Gravity”? Hiding in plain sight.

Israel has something big may be in the works. I am not devious enough or strategic thinking enough, to figure it out.

I read the other day that Mossad has infiltrated the Iranian government and military at the highest levels, which I believe.

If they could do that, then of course they could have “planted explosives” in infrastructure. But I doubt they are bombs. It’s probably cyber. When everything is run by computers, well….

As far as an October 7 in America goes, I will just say this; there is a shitload of guns in America, not like Israel, where nobody not in active military service can carry.

If they come into my neighborhood, they will be shot. Period. If they go into the hood in some big city, there are gangs there. They will be shot.

I do worry about schools. A lot. But it’s summer now. The fall will be scary, unless Trump has it all shut down by then, which I think he probably will. It’s going to be an interesting couple of months.

What are these alien invaders even doing?

The last part of the video shows 5 invaders, most in masks, standing in and among rows of crops.

THIS.

I’m already seeing confirmation of the reversal of Brandon under T47. Back under T45, landscaping and similar work crews changed from illegals (Obama’s work) to a mix of young whites and blacks and legal Hispanics with good English. That all changed with COVID and then the Brandon crims in power, reversing Trump, as illegals flooded in. The young blacks and whites disappeared and pure illegal crews were back. But now I’m seeing young blacks, whites and Asians with good English again.

Gail Combs

My neighbors in landscaping and construction complained about the illegals putting them out of business. The also mentioned the shitty work they do.

Our house is a testament to how shitty that work is. Electric outlets not hooked up correctly, stair banister with holes drilled too deep for the spindles so the spindles fall out, windows blown into the house with a strong wind, insulation in the attic never installed before the boards nailed down, roof tiles not glued down so the tiles stand up during a storm. — THOUSANDS to replace those tiles and under-lament boards….

REPORT: Something is very wrong with the Minnesota lawmaker shooting—the official story is full of holes and it’s falling apart fast.

The deeper you dig into Vance Boelter’s alleged “hit list” and backstory, the more it reeks of a cover-up hiding in plain sight.

Authorities claimed he lived with a Papa John’s delivery guy who called him a Trump supporter. But Fox 9 tells a different story: Boelter is married, lives with his family, and owns a sprawling home. So why invent a fake roommate?

Then there’s the so-called “hit list.” Senator John Hoffman—who was actually shot—isn’t even on it. But Kari Dziedzic, who died of cancer six months ago, is.

Boelter is 6’1″, 220 pounds. The shooter in the footage appears slim and nearly a foot shorter. And somehow, police were already on the scene before Boelter entered—yet a shootout still erupted at the front door.

None of it adds up.

“This smells like a cover-up,” one investigator said. But by who?

It’s starting to feel like the movie Civil War—where no one knows who’s fighting for what.

Watch @zeee_media‘s full breakdown before the truth about the Minnesota shooting disappears forever.

What has been presented: Boelter lived about an hour from where he worked and rented a room a few days a week to be closer to work. That does not sound unreasonable or mysterious. And the roommate was not invented; he said he has known Boelter for decades. That can be easily verified. Vigilant Fox’s assertion that the roommate is fake, when that is just a theory and not a proven fact, makes me doubt everything else he says.

As for a hit list, I have not heard what Boelter has to say about it. Only the media is saying it’s a hit list. I don’t know whether they got that term from law enforcement, but even if they did, things are not set in stone. It’s very possible that that was a general list and I don’t find it odd that some things were not up to date. I think that if someone else had planned the operation, they would have been more careful to make the list more current and to have Hoffman’s name on it. I don’t consider the inaccurate “hit list” to be an indicator of things not adding up.

All I know about a perceived size difference is that I have seen with my own eyes how wrong people can be about size, facial characteristics, and overall appearance, and yet how they insist they are correct. I have seen the effect of different camera angles. I don’t know if that’s Boelter on the video, but I think it’s possible.

kalbokalbs

Boelter, 57, is married with five children and lives in Green Isle, a rural community southwest of Minneapolis. He was also renting a small room inside a shared home from a friend due to his late shifts working between two funeral services companies, at which he removed dead bodies from homes and nursing homes.

From 2023 to 2024, Boelter attended Des Moines Area Community College, taking classes in the school’s mortuary science program, a school spokesperson told the New York Times.

Boelter and his wife Jenny also ran a private security company known as Praetorian Guard Security Services, with Boelter listed as the director of security patrols and his wife as the president. The company used Ford Explorers, the same vehicle model found at Hortman’s home.

Minor quibbler here.

Vigilant Fox’s assertion that the roommate is fake, when that is just a theory and not a proven fact, makes me doubt everything else he says.

The proper word is hypothesis, not theory.

TheseTruths

Okay. The dictionary and thesaurus list them as synonyms of one another. Can you tell me what distinction you are making?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

The technical usage in science is that a theory is actually something pretty solid. Theory of Gravity, Atomic Theory, Quantum Theory…and yes, cry as some might, Theory of Evolution.

A hypothesis is literally a speculation, one that they hope to be able to test with an experiment. It’s much less solid than a theory.

TheseTruths

Thank you. According to the dictionary:

theory:

a proposed explanation whose status is still conjectural and subject to experimentation, in contrast to well-established propositions that are regarded as reporting matters of actual fact.

contemplation or speculation.

guess or conjecture.

Those cover exactly what I meant, so I don’t think I used the word inappropriately. I’m not speaking in technical terms, either.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Yeah, it’s specifically scientific usage.

The problem comes when some scientist refers to the “theory of evolution” and the general public thinks its a wild ass guess. The label indicates it’s anything but.

Popular use: Theory Scientific equivalent: Hypothesis
Popular use: Fact [or nearly so] Scientific equivalent: Theory.

TheseTruths

I tend to think of a hypothesis as something more structured or formal than what a layperson would come up with, as in a law enforcement explanation of what they think happened in a case based on the investigational work they have done.

noun
plural hypotheses

a proposition, or set of propositions, set forth as an explanation for the occurrence of some specified group of phenomena, either asserted merely as a provisional conjecture to guide investigation working hypothesis or accepted as highly probable in the light of established facts.a proposition assumed as a premise in an argument.the antecedent of a conditional proposition.a mere assumption or guess.

Last edited 6 days ago by TheseTruths
SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

In science a hypothesis is solid enough or at least plausible enough to be worth testing with an experiment (or by doing observations, depending on which science it is–one can’t do astronomy experiments). So it’s more than a WildAssGuess.

I’m used to the general public (including your dictionary) getting it wrong; I don’t sweat it until I see someone failing to account for the difference “Science says Eveolution is a Theory…just a theory” is a mistake when it isn’t dishonesty.

I’m actually surprised pgroup2 called you on this.

cthulhu

That’s pretty much the way I learned it. You can have an idea, concept, SWAG, or brainstorm. Once you determine that it is falsifiable, work out its implications, and can devise experiments, it becomes a hypotheses. Once you’ve performed experiments and started to build a body of evidence that shows it may be useful, it becomes a theory.

For an example, in linguistics there is the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis, which in simplified form states that you can only think about concepts and qualities that you can express in language. If your language does not have a word for green, you would describe a rainbow as being red, orange, yellow, blue, indigo, and violet.

This makes a certain amount of common sense, and is assumed in all sorts of places — like “newspeak” in the novel “1984”. But it is perpetually crammed into being a hypothesis because nobody wants to admit it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linguistic_relativity

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I’d say it’s mostly true.

Not completely true or no one would ever have invented the word for “green”

(Btw blue, purple and orange tend to be the last colors people name…White black and red being the first and green and yellow being at roughly the same time later. Thinking of cyan as its own distinct color (rather than “blue-green”) apparently is optional but some languages do have that even if English does not. Or does it? Newton came up with ROYGBIV, but his blue was like the sky and his indigo was the blue in our flag, not some sort of bluish purple like we imagine today. Looking at an actual rainbow you will see a distinct sky-blue band next to the flag blue one.)

cthulhu

In languages with only two words for color, they are “black” and “white” (or dark/light).

In languages with only three color words, the third word is always for “red”.

In fact, there are rules for the first several colors —

  1. All languages contain terms for black and white.
  2. If a language contains three terms, then it contains a term for red.
  3. If a language contains four terms, then it contains a term for either green or yellow (but not both).
  4. If a language contains five terms, then it contains terms for both green and yellow.
  5. If a language contains six terms, then it contains a term for blue.
  6. If a language contains seven terms, then it contains a term for brown.
  7. If a language contains eight or more terms, then it contains terms for purple, pink, orange or gray.

Once a language has words for “ecru” and “bistre”, the people are too degenerate to survive.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

OK I got part of the late progression wrong.

But one distinction to keep in mind is that once a language has the terms thru rule 7, later terms are considered sub-cases, “Malachite” is regarded as a particular type of green, but orange (once the term is invented) is no longer thought of as a type of red or yellow (whichever one it was). In other words, some words name something new, while others just make fine distinctions within old categories. The ones you named are pretty much considered categories…even though pink is light red and brown is dark orange (or possibly yellow).

Apparently there are lots of cameras on the Boeing 787, and the DVR (digital video recorder) was recovered intact from the Air India flight, which should provide a lot of information.

Also, apparently passengers can watch from the tail camera (showing everything in front of the tail) or the nose camera, so many passengers likely watched the crash happen, as it happened, much like the pilots.

Valerie Curren

Maybe this is a naïve question but given that the fuselage is mostly intact & didn’t appear to burn, why are there not more survivors of that Indian plane crash? Was some type of poison gas deployed or something? If people were strapped in you’d think at least some others could have survived it it was just a straightforward crash without explosions & fire…but then I do recall seeing a fireball when the crash happened, at least on those videos, so why do the various angles of the fuselage not have burn/smoke markings?

pgroup2

Such pesky questions! Just wait for the official narrative, okay?

Valerie Curren

LOL

Wolf Moon

The degree of trauma in airplane crashes is one or two orders of magnitude worse than highway crashes of cars, which are halfway survivable.

The crashes where things end up in little pieces are obviously not survivable. Set those aside. Look at crashes where there is some level of intactness to the body of the plane.

Seats typically detach. Luggage breaks free and flies forward, with or without giant pieces of plane. Decapitations and ripping off of limbs are common if not universal, depending on the speed. It’s grim. Really, really grim.

I dug deep on one air crash a long time ago, which had a partially intact tail section and (according to arriving witnesses) some mortally wounded survivors.

Personally, I believe planes could be engineered for better survivability, but I think how that might be done is wide open, and I’m not sure that’s better than simply spending the effort on prevention of failures.

Valerie Curren

TY Wolf. I hadn’t considered it from that perspective. Very grim scenarios 🙁

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Airbags and shoulder belts?

Wolf Moon

I am tempted to say “not enough”, but who knows? It might actually work to save lives.

I also tend to think that “passenger pods” like they have in First Class, only even more protective, might be the beginning basis for even greater survival, as planes could break up into pieces with absorption of destructive energy.

A more useful purpose for study by government scientists than DEI, IMO.

scott467

The only part that is intact that I have seen so far is the tail section. I assumed that the rest of the plane mostly vaporized in the gigantic fireball.

If that did not happen, and most of the bodies have been recovered intact, then I would guess they died from impact trauma.

Seatbelts are good, but the plane was going at least 175 to 200 mph, and the seat belt restraint systems are not like NASCAR race cars which are designed to survive a 200 mph crash.

Not to mention no helmets, and all the debris that would be flying around.

Still, if everything is more or less intact, I would have expected more people to have survived.

Except for that fireball. It’s hard to believe anyone survived an explosion that large, when they were right in the middle of it.

Valerie Curren

In the video above at 14 seconds there is what appears to be a large part of the fuselage seemingly intact & on the ground. Also seen at 56 seconds or so. At 1:01 tail section from below view, no obvious fire damage, also at 4:22 & at 6:08. 6:17 has the fuselage again. We had interrupted internet so that might be all the views I share though there might be more before the video ends…

scott467

At 14 seconds, I’m guessing it’s the tail section, upside down, that was originally on the roof of the building.

It’s not very large in comparison to the people around it.

At 56 seconds, it’s much clearer, definitely looks like the tail section, which had originally come to rest on the roof of some building. I don’t recall seeing any more of the plane intact besides that short tail section.

At 1:01, that is the original location where the tail section presumably broke off and came to rest on the roof of some building.

4:22, 6:08 and 6:17 are all showing the same tail section, so as far as I know, that is the only intact portion of the fuselage.

If the nose was still up at the moment of impact, which it should have been, then the tail would have hit first, and apparently broke off.

If it was travelling at approximately 175 mph (IIRC, take off speed is 175 mph to 190 mph), that’s 257 feet per second.

If the tail struck a building and broke the tail off, the rest of the plane may have continued another 250 to 500 feet (1 to 2 seconds) before the main body of the plane made contact with either the ground or another building, causing the explosion, which should have incinerated everything.

Apparently at least one section survived the blast, around seat 11A, which is where the lone survivor was seated.

So I would not expect any fire damage on the tail section, it broke off before the fuel tanks exploded, and the rest of the plane (minus the tail section) may have gone another 500+ feet further along the flight trajectory, before the impact and explosion occurred.

I looked back at all the time stamps I mentioned previously & they don’t appear TO ME to be the same sections of the plane. For one thing the charcoal conical tip appears longer & thinner on the tail section as seen from below. The “fuselage” on the ground, with a large red section, also has a conical tip of dark charcoal coloration but it appears to be both wider & shorter than what is on the tail section. I believe these are different parts of the plane, fwiw. I didn’t notice obvious signs of burning though one of the ground images had the edges of the wings with some brown on them which could be fire evidence, or from the building strikes, or even from the nearby dirt, it’s rather hard to tell…

____________

It’s probably a tail-section double.

[sorry, I couldn’t help it 😂]

Bwah ha ha!

scott467

“The “fuselage” on the ground, with a large red section, also has a conical tip of dark charcoal coloration but it appears to be both wider & shorter than what is on the tail section. I believe these are different parts of the plane, fwiw.

___________

As far as I can tell, the side with the large red section is the top side, opposite the side we see with the open hatch, when it was suspended from the roof top.

If they are indeed different parts of the plane, I don’t know what other part of the plane would have that charcoal-colored conical section, besides the tail.

At first I was confused by what look like straight wings sticking out on either side of that section, but it could be that it is laying on top off / across a wall that is painted white.

Or I suppose it’s possible that is the underside of the cockpit, and the black conical area is the nose of the plane, but I don’t think the nose area had any charcoal-black coloring.

As you can see from the thumbnail photo on this video (immediately below), the red paint was on the underside of the plane:

.

And as you can see from the thumbnail in this video, the tail section did have the charcoal-black coloring:

.

“I didn’t notice obvious signs of burning though one of the ground images had the edges of the wings with some brown on them which could be fire evidence, or from the building strikes, or even from the nearby dirt, it’s rather hard to tell…”

____________

Now that you mention it, I did see portions of the wings in some video, where they were pointing out that the flaps were down, as they should have been, to create more lift.

Early on, particularly with the grainy video that was widely circulated before the clearer original was released, there had been much speculation that the flaps were not down.

In those photos (photos of the wings after the crash), I recall the wings being very dirty. Possibly singed by fire, but definitely dirty, like they had been dragged through underbrush or rubble.

Last edited 7 days ago by scott467
Valerie Curren

I think those wings with the flaps “dirty”, with the red section exposed, is actually the front part of the plane upside down with the bottom of the fuselage largely intact & no Significant evidence of fire there…

Going back to my speculation of survivability of potentially more than one person if the main part of the fuselage landed upside down I wonder if the top of the plane’s fuselage is not designed as sturdily as the bottom as most impacts are expected to include the plane more upright. IF that Might be the case landing that section on its roof Might have caused the cabin to crush in contributing to significant death, even in the absence of flames…perhaps…

Well looking back at the “top” video, especially at 6:17 it looks like there is a place where the “third fin”, the upright fin in the tail section might have been broken off. So now it makes me wonder if that image is also the tail section having been brought down, or having fallen off, from the top of the building, perhaps landing on the pointy charcoal tip on its way down which is what made those charcoal tips look different. I guess it also depends if those tail “fins” actually have flaps or not because if they don’t then it must be the wings we’re seeing…hmmm…

At 6:11 on that video it appears to show the tail section in the process of being moved for it is at a bit of an angle. The “fins” or “wings” near the tail section are of different lengths remaining with the one on the left side having been sheered off closer to the body of the plane. With the red part of the fuselage on the ground, visible seconds later in the video, it does appear that the fins or wings are also more sheered off on the left side lending credence to the theory (or is it “hypothesis”, per above discussions?) that we are looking at the tail section having been moved to the ground.

Edit, starting the last video you shared it appears that the nose of the plane doesn’t have that “charcoal” conical section so that practically confirms that the part that we were discussing must be the tail, assuming that the plane at the beginning of the video is either the one that crashed in India or one from the same fleet with the same design & coloring. So the Theory of it being the tail section being shown from multiple vantage points, as found in/on the building & then having moved to the ground is nearly confirmed, imo..

The last video you shared, at 3:37, you can clearly see how the red markings on the plane are quite different on the topside of the tail section, wrapping down the sides a bit, & on the bottom part of the main part of the fuselage. In none of the post crash images in the video I shared time stamps from could I see if the red markings were wrapped around the side of the fuselage or not. If that type of marking can be shown to be present it would be definitive of the piece under discussion being the tail, again imo.

OK, now I’m at that last video around 5:27 & if this image is from the crash site in India then this shows significant evidence of burning. I hadn’t seen such images before when I raised the issue of the other visible parts not showing signs of having burned.

____________

I suspect neither the roof nor the underside are designed to withstand any significant impact, since weight is such a significant factor and because there’s not much point in even trying to build a plane that can withstand a crash.

Even if you could build a plane out of something that would survive impact, and you had the best racing harness / seatbelts in the world, it is the sudden stop, going from 200+ mph to 0 mph in a fraction of a second, that will kill you.

Valerie Curren

Makes sense 🙂 or likely 🙁 given the topic

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

A change like that will snap your neck if nothing else.

From what I can tell the main purpose of the seat belt is to prevent you from flying if you hit really extreme turbulence. It might be handy too if part of the hull gets ripped away like on that Hawaiian flight years ago.

So judges don’t know how to judge?

Dang, we’re in beeeg trouble.

patfrederick

silly boy. they know HOW…but they have to PRETEND NOT TO KNOW HOW to get away with rulings like this.

pgroup2

I plead guilty to being a felonious silly boy.

Don’t hit me, boss.

patfrederick

i would never!

scott467

Now do the proper recourse for lawless, rogue, renegade dirty judges.

pgroup2

Mike Lee gets it.

kalbokalbs

Agree.

Mike Lee along with tens of millions of Americans has identified the problem.

Even the dumbest son of a bitch can see the problem.

:wpds_arrow: More importantly. What has Mike Lee done to fix the problem?

RAC

Where is Trump getting his information from, if not the Director of National Intelligence then where ?
“I don’t care what she said”

Aubergine

Tulsi Gabbard said that in March. It is now June. Do you think it’s just possible that new information was found in the last three months?

Hear Trump’s comment a different way: “I don’t care what she said” (added, but not said out loud; “I care what she’s saying now”).

Trump language isn’t always open for a straightforward words-only interpretation. Maybe what Gabbard said then is different from today.

TheseTruths

Yes. I took him to mean “I don’t care what was said then.”

RAC

I’m thinking his BFF Benjamin is giving the information, they go back a long time.

TheseTruths

It wouldn’t surprise me if Netanyahu was giving Trump info. (I’m not sure about the BFF part, though.) I hope what he says can be trusted. I trust Trump to know.

RAC

Fast forward this video to 15 minute mark, vote for Benjamin…

RAC

I thought you could do better than that, I guess the 4D chess joke has worn out.

Aubergine

I take Trump at his word, but I see way too many people who don’t have the level of comprehension required to follow him sometimes. He doesn’t lie, but his speaking style is not particularly straightforward. He will go off on a seemingly unrelated tangent, and come back to his original point minutes later. He also says half of things a lot. That may be the case here.

I think you are an anti-Israel person who is seeing this whole episode through that lens. You are looking for Israel to be in the wrong. Just my opinion.

Can you not see the way the wind is blowing, they’re already building the foundations, and if 2026 goes badly for you Trump will be impeached again…

https://edition.cnn.com/2025/06/17/politics/israel-iran-nuclear-bomb-us-intelligence-years-away

Aubergine

CNN? Are you shitting me?

I am dealing with the facts, evidence, and actions that are happening right now, today. What may or may not be being “built” is not my concern. Neither is Trump being impeached again.

If 2026 “goes badly” then it will be because Trump did something the Americans who voted for him don’t support. He hasn’t done that so far, and I don’t believe he will. Americans will vote for the people Trump endorses if that holds.

I think we will likely see something like a couple of bunker-buster bomb drops on Iranian nuclear sites, hopefully along with the evidence for why they were necessary now. I am good with that, and I think most Trump voters will be, too.

Boots on the ground would be another issue. But the above scenario, played out now, months before the midterms, isn’t going to be much of a negative. In my opinion.

RAC

You don’t see it do you.
WSJ has a similar story out but I can’t get hold of it.
They are memorializing things now in stories that they will refer back to in the future, as as backing for their allegations.

scott467

This is the thing which always gets me, the refusal to see the naked emperor:

comment image

WHY can Iran never have a nuclear weapon?

Nobody ever asks.

Who is America to tell any other sovereign nation what they can or can’t have?

If America can tell any other country what they can or can’t do, then is that country really sovereign?

I don’t want Iran to have a nuclear weapon either.

But why can’t Iran have a nuclear weapon?

It’s because the crazy mullahs can’t be trusted with a nuclear bomb.

WHY can’t the crazy mullahs be trusted with a nuclear bomb?

No one ever asks.

It’s the naked emperor, the most ginormous elephant in the ballroom.

It’s because islam is the most violent belief system on planet earth. It is insanely violent, insanely hostile and aggressive, and adherents of the islamic doomsday cult would gladly destroy themselves in order to destroy their enemies, so the doctrine of Mutually Assured Destruction is inoperative. It’s not applicable.

And who are the enemies of islam?

Every human being on earth who does not submit to islam.

So nuclear weapons aren’t the problem. Nuclear weapons have existed for over 80 years.

As always, the problem is islam.

The problem no one wants to recognize or articulate, even though it’s the whole problem that plagues the whole entire earth.

And until the root problem — islam — is addressed, it can never be solved.

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Tuesday, June 17, 2025

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”

Matthew 6:24 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR MATTHEW 6

“Against hypocrisy in almsgiving. (1-4) Against hypocrisy in prayer. (5-8) How to pray. (9-15) Respecting fasting. (16-18) Evil of being worldly-minded. (19-24) Trust in God commended.” (25-34)

(19-24) “Worldly-mindedness is a common and fatal symptom of hypocrisy, for by no sin can Satan have a surer and faster hold of the soul, under the cloak of a profession of religion. Something the soul will have, which it looks upon as the best thing; in which it has pleasure and confidence above other things. Christ counsels to make our best things the joys and glories of the other world, those things not seen which are eternal, and to place our happiness in them. There are treasures in heaven. It is our wisdom to give all diligence to make our title to eternal life sure through Jesus Christ, and to look on all things here below, as not worthy to be compared with it, and to be content with nothing short of it. It is happiness above and beyond the changes and chances of time, an inheritance incorruptible. The worldly man is wrong in his first principle; therefore all his reasonings and actions therefrom must be wrong. It is equally to be applied to false religion; that which is deemed light is thick darkness. This is an awful, but a common case; we should therefore carefully examine our leading principles by the word of God, with earnest prayer for the teaching of his Spirit. A man may do some service to two masters, but he can devote himself to the service of no more than one. God requires the whole heart, and will not share it with the world. When two masters oppose each other, no man can serve both. He who holds to the world and loves it, must despise God; he who loves God, must give up the friendship of the world.”

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Another aspect of the 2008 Banker Forclosuregate.

Remember during the Big Bank Bailout the FED told Ron Paul to go stuff himself when he wanted an audit. Only later did it come out that Ron Paul was correct to want to know WHERE the taxpayer bailout money was going.

September 2011 Federal Reserve to Bail Out European Banks (Again!)

How Ben Bernanke Saved Europe’s Banks – The Globalist

The story of an unprecedented effort by the U.S. central bank to serve as the lender of last resort to the world.

[…] in researching my new book on the efforts of the world’s leading central bankers to combat the crisis and the aftermath, a different narrative emerged.

You can’t understand the crisis, I found, unless you understand how a huge portion of the Federal Reserve’s work during this period—and off and on since then—was about propping up banks in Europe and across the globe.

To a degree that few people understood at the time, banks in continental Europe had bought vast sums of the very shaky mortgage securities that were rapidly losing value as U.S. homeowners defaulted in numbers that had once seemed unimaginable.

Their exposure to U.S. assets was a whopping $10 trillion. Those were the dollar assets on their books.[…]

THAT IS HOW the US Tax payer was placed on the hook for… ‘a whopping $10 trillion’

Remember we bailed out AIG the company insuring those home loans. What many people did not know was there could be MULTIPLE policies on one house AND you did not have to be the mortgage lender!!

This is why Obama FORCED so many into bankruptcy. I should know since we were victims of Obummer’s ‘Loan Modification Deal’ It took a lawyer and a year to get the *&%#$ bank to tell us HOW MUCH $$$ we had to pay to get out of their foreclosure trap. We had reduced payments for a year and then the bank decided we were not ‘qualified’ so we owed back partial payments PLUS penalties PLUS lawyers fees…. How many people can come up with ~$20,000 in a month if they were already having trouble paying their mortgage? It is no wonder so very few people ‘took advantage’ of the program.

In the following article note “…banks repeatedly lost homeowners’ paperwork…” This was used on us to make sure we were in the ‘program’ for over a year before being told we did not ‘qualify for help’ I wonder how many millions of Americans lost their homes because of this nasty trick played by the politicians and Banksters?

Washington Compost After helping a fraction of homeowners expected, Obama’s foreclosure prevention program is finally ending

[…]Nearly eight years later, Obama is preparing to leave office and the Home Affordable Modification Program is scheduled to accept its final applications on Friday having helped a small fraction of the homeowners government officials initially expected….

HAMP is one of the last remnants of the $700 billion taxpayer bailout effort, known as the Troubled Asset Relief Program or TARP, put in place during the financial crisis. Some of that money, about $28 billion, was carved out to help distressed homeowners by paying banks to lower their interest rates and monthly payments.

The Obama administration set out to save more homeowners from foreclosure, but the effort has been bedeviled by complaints that banks repeatedly lost homeowners’ paperwork or incorrectly told them that they didn’t qualify for help. The Treasury Department didn’t act quickly enough to force banks to abide by the rules of the program, housing advocates have said. Nearly 70 percent of the homeowners who applied for the program were rejected, according to government data.[…]

So the American public was sold a bill of goods. That the ‘whopping $10 trillion’ was to help Americans stay in their homes.

CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS

:wpds_arrow: Simply put,” says Parker, “the government bailout of AIG has actually encouraged foreclosures because the taxpayers continue to fill AIG’s coffers with enough cash to pay out insurance on defaulted home loans.”

How the AIG Bailout Could be Driving More Foreclosures

“A credit default swap (CDS) is a credit derivative contract between two counterparties,” says Wikipedia. “The buyer makes periodic payments to the seller, and in return receives a payoff if an underlying financial instrument defaults. CDS contracts have been compared with insurance, because the buyer pays a premium and, in return, receives a sum of money if one of the specified events occur…

Instead of cars or houses, credit default swaps were used to guarantee mortgage-backed securities (MBS), a safe bet according to the best-available mathematical models. Why? Because most homeowners pay off their home loans with the certainty of an ATM.

The is no reserve requirement with CDS because there’s no government regulation. Each insurance company can set aside as much — or as little — as it wants for reserves. In fact, a company could set aside nothing for potential losses without violating regulatory requirements.

The money NOT set aside for reserves can be invested in high-risk securities to create a larger cash flow for the insurance company. This means that with CDS, insurers expected not only premiums but also bigger investment returns then would be possible with regular insurance products.

CDS premium revenue is not restricted to those who might have actual losses or real assets to protect. You can bet as much as you want and create as many CDS as you want….

In other words there maybe more than one CDS on a mortgage and therefore it is much more profitable to collect the multiple payoffs than to refinance the mortgage.

THAT WAS BAD ENOUGH BUT A FEW DAYS AGO THE OTHER SHOE DROPPED ON AIG.

This might be good material for you to flesh out to the level that some of us cheap seats dwellers might follow, in one of your epic posts/articles!

Gail Combs

GAG!

There are 2 very interesting videos of about 3 hours. If I have time I will try and do a rough transcript.

Aside from that guy Starr, you also have good old Henry Kissinger…

Valerie Curren

Your transcripts are Most Helpful, but only if you have time, energy, AND motivation. BTW how is your hubby doing? & your friend?

Gail Combs

Hubby is back up and walking but not as strong as before.

My Friend is still having problems. Part of it is she is pig-headed about what she CAN eat and what she WANTS to eat. That means she is in major pain for a few days when she eats the wrong thing. She seems to need several FAFO lessons before it really sinks in that NO FATS means NO FATS.

The spinal pain is progressing. I have not gotten her to look at the DMSO info or what the Midwestern Doctor has to say about mainstream treatment.

For me, today was the first day I am breathing decently again. I still feel yucky but getting better.

Valerie Curren

2 out of 3 ain’t bad 😉 Glad your breathing is improved & sorry I didn’t also ask about you too because I actually thought of it. Now I’ve been mightily distracted because Josiah had his Supports Coordinator come by unexpectedly to sign “papers” (electronic signatures on a tablet) & he kept recounting, & wanting me to embellish, our experiences with his latest hospitalization & my mom’s death, so now I’m pretty worn out…sigh…

Gail Combs

My stuff is piddling compared to your trauma.

Just a bit annoying is all. Thank goodness for vitamin I.

I think it kept Hubby out of the hospital.

Valerie Curren

No comparisons here or needed. I’m Always amazed at all the things you accomplish! YOU are a Rock Star!!!

pgroup2

The bottom line is to have an unmortgaged property in a family trust, to be handed down to successive generations. The only debt is property tax but the trust has to be set up to produce income to be used to maintain the property.

A couple of apartment buildings should do it. 😂

Aubergine

Well, I have a mortgage, so I can’t do that. But I do have a life insurance policy with specific provision to pay off my mortgage and a plan for how to generate the income to pay property taxes. I didn’t have money to do an estate plan with an attorney, this was the only way I could figure out to do it. My kids are the beneficiaries, and my will tells them what to do.

Valerie Curren

Would you mind sharing part of how you were making this provision? We were just discussing trusts vs LLCs with my dad, he brought it up, with his estate. These things are more at the forefront now that Mom has died & Dad is trying to ensure that his properties are handled appropriately & the estate is designed to avoid probate & increasing property taxes as much as possible.

Aubergine

Don’t trust me, I’m no lawyer. But here’s what I did.

I got a life insurance policy for an amount sufficient to pay off the mortgage on the house and cover all my death expenses. Plus enough left over to get the house in order, so to speak.

I was told that a life insurance policy can in some circumstances be made to pay off only certain things (like a home), but in my case that was too complicated (of course, it’s me), so in my case the money is left to one of my children.

How the money is to be used is spelled out in detail in my will. Since there are multiple dwellings on the property (one for each kid, if they wanted to live here), “rent” is to be paid by each in an amount sufficient to cover repairs and property taxes. Or, the dwellings can be rented to other people to make the money. If heirs don’t want to participate in any way, they lose their right to the property altogether. If they want to sell it, they all have to agree to do so. My grandchildren get in on it when they are 25.

In your case, you might be able to get a life insurance policy for your Dad that pays off any mortgage when he dies, without having to do it through a family member.

Valerie Curren

Thank you. I doubt my dad has any mortgages on any of the properties he owns. I’m not sure if you can get Much life insurance on an 86 year old LOL He is speaking with professionals too but was wanting family input, for a change, since he brought it up in front of us & our kids.

My concern is Any of his properties being reassessed at current “market” value & then the taxes going up significantly, making it difficult for inheritors to manage financially. He’s been in his house 60+ years, the Cottage has been in the family almost a century as has the oldest hunting shack, with the newer one been around for 2+ decades…

TheseTruths

Just my two cents. If possible, now is the time for your dad’s children to know more about his assets and business in case something happened to him that made him unable to take care of things (a stroke, extended illness, or even, sadly, death). Someone besides him needs access to all of his bank accounts in order to manage them, the ability to access his bills and pay them and make decisions about them, etc.

This is a big undertaking and now might not be the time, but the fact that he is asking for family input is a good sign. May God bless you all.

Valerie Curren

I believe that my little brother has been in such training for several years now as he is the designated estate manager or executor when the time comes. I’m the health care manager. Dad was considering adding my brother to the deeds &/or trust(s) too. It just seems a bit strange because some of those properties he doesn’t want a part of going forward while my family does, & my brother in OK doesn’t want to be part of any physical properties in MI either…I guess we’ll see what happens…

TheseTruths

Looks as if your family has the process well in hand. 👍🏼

Valerie Curren

Thanks TT I hope so 🙂

pgroup2

Don’t forget death taxes.

Also, capital gains might be part of the situation.

Aubergine

Who knows? I’m just doing the best I can with what I’ve got. Which isn’t much.

PAVACA

Valerie Curren
Yours Truly isn’t an attorney. However, given what I’ve been through with numerous members of my birth family, here’s what I think you all can consider:

Putting properties owned by your father and/or co-owned by your father and your late mother, if her name is on the Deed) into a Trust, with either your father as sole Grantor and Trustee; or, having your father as Grantor with another family member as Trustee; or, having your father as Grantor with himself AND another family member as co-Trustees; or, as your father as Grantor and an outside person (attorney, accountant, etc.) as Trustee; or, as your father as Grantor with himself AND the outside person as co-Trustees; or, having your father as Grantor and Trustee BUT with another person as Successor Trustee.

Sounds complicated, my apologies. You’ll need an attorney to advise and draw up such a document. All persons involved in the document will have to agree in advance that they’re OK with what the document will say and do.

The goal is for large assets like real estate properties to be kept out of the “asset liquidation process” that nursing homes / care facilities use, to pay for the patient’s / resident’s expenses after the facility takes the patient’s bank accounts, stock holdings, and other “more liquid” assets.

Valerie Curren

TY these are great insights too. Part of what was discussed Sunday was similar to some of what you said. Dad does have some type of professional at his disposal to help draw things up properly once the final approach has been decided upon.

PAVACA

Valerie Curren
Thank you. There is, IIRC, a 5-year “look-back” period regarding putting real estate and/or other valuable assets into a Trust to keep these assets out of the grasp of a nursing home / care facility.

Valerie Curren

Does that mean the government can snatch assets that have been in a trust for less than 5 years?

PAVACA

Valerie Curren
I think it means that the nursing home / care facility can proceed to take control of and liquidate assets that “match” fewer than the 5-year “look-back” period.
But this may be different in different states. It also may involve ownership of assets OUTSIDE the state where the person who is the Grantor of the Trust resides.
This is why a wise, local attorney must be consulted.

Concerning. I really hope that Dad will be like his dad & dad’s dad both of whom were independent widowers for many years & lived in their own homes until relatively quick ends.

Happy go lucky

I hope so, too. We are trying to do that with my dad but it’s really taking a toll on my mom and brother. Best to you 💕

Hope you all find a path that works (relatively) well for each one. Old age isn’t for wimps!

God Bless You & your whole family in these scenarios 🙂

YES that’s correct! All money and property transactions in the last five years will be gone over with a fine tooth comb.

WHO AM I

Who am I that God cares for me
Who is it I am supposed to be
What is it I am called to do
What makes me so worthy of You

Have you ever pondered God
Have you ever wondered broad
Have you ever concentrated
Have you ever contemplated – God

Did you know that you are blessed
With gifts and talents and zest
Have you ever considered why
You are the apple of God’s eye

We have jobs, titles, and responsibilities
Accountabilities acceptabilities permeabilities
No matter how confusing it all may be
God has a purpose and plan for thee

When guided by the Holy Spirit
We are inspired if we can hear it
The voice of God from within
Where to go when to begin

We believe and we receive
Thus we are able to achieve
Because God wills it all for us
We obey – He gives us the plus

We are here on an eternal quest
On our pathway we are but a guest
This life is our test to be worthy
For where we will end this journey

Have you ever been asked
To do something over tasked
Impossible for you but not for Him
God did not choose you on a whim

God knows the beginning and the end
It is your free will that may not bend
To His Will we must be fully aware
Only way to know is through prayer

Whatever He asks of you on cue
You must be willing and able to do
You must obey His daily demand
It is not a wish – it is a command

So if you are daily thinking
How to God’s plan you be linking
Listen to what the Spirit asks of you
Then you will know just what to do

If failure plagues you – anxiety too
If life in general is making you blue
If you are lost without a compass
Get off your bum kick up a rumpus

The trick to making the duress stop
Is to get up and move till you plop
Override the mental with exercise
Be not fearful – just be otherwise

God has a remedy for whatever ails you
Tap into His Spirit – sit not and just stew
For greater is He who lives within
Than he whose goal is to mire in sin

Know that God wants only what is best
For you to successfully complete the test
Develop those gifts and talents for your story
Give Him the effort He deserves for His Glory

FOR FILLY

OUR PRAYER

We come to Your Altar on bended knee
In the name of Jesus – we pray to Thee
One of our loved ones is in peak peril
Demons they have her over a barrel
Another test will be taken real soon
Could sink hope or take her over the moon

By the Blood of the Lamb – we are healed
By His sacrifice – our fate – it was sealed
Protect her from all danger hurt or harm
We’re calling all Angels – set the alarm
Warring Angels by the dozens dispatched
Go after those demons – get them detached

Comfort Angels dispersed to quell the fear
Through Faith – we command fear disappear
Healing Angels anoint her with the oils
Cover her completely before she spoils
Relaying Angels with a message from God
Rest in His Arms – prepare to be awed

We take authority over our friend today
By the Power of the Spirit we humbly pray
We unite in our prayer – strengthen her
To guide those in charge of her to concur
Set all instruments so accurate they be
By the Power of the Spirit command them we

Take care in your analysis – through Hope
By your training and insight help her cope
God has given you the means to infer
A possible treatment that will deter
The failure of systems rightly attached
Your expertise surely cannot be matched

Let the Hand of God guide competent hands
To do what must be done – what He commands
As we lift her up to the Heaven on High
We give it all to You – and breathe a sigh
She is in good hands – the best there be
The Angels surround her – a sight to see

We lay our petition at the feet of Your Son
Whose victory over the cross He surely won
We know in control – You must ever be
We pray for a miracle for all to see
God can fix anything – He has the clout
The Power of God is awesome no doubt!

Good morning, C&C, it’s Tuesday! I’m ‘enjoying’ in-room coffee this morning (blegh; first-world problem) at the Nation’s Capital, preparatory to donning the court suit and heading for ground zero where progressive bugbear ‘Project 2025’ was conceived. I wound up making a lot more notes for my presentation than I expected, and am considering cleaning them up for you. We’ll see. In today’s hastily-drafted (excuse typos) roundup: ‘gene therapy’ scores another loss as MD drug pulled after two deaths, providing helpful contrast to pandemic drug policies; Jerry Lewis and the medical-charity industrial complex; Trump self-deportation plan appears to be working and low-income workers benefit most; the United Kingdom becomes the latest to admit what you’ve been called a conspiracy theorist for even asking questions about; and a quick war update offers hope for something much bigger and better to emerge.

A little Father’s Day family trivia.

Dad was telling us about his namesake grandfather, born about 1863, who went to work in the Michigan North Woods as a pre-adolescent, possibly as early as age 10. We don’t know why he went & if he went with anyone else for he came from a farming family much further South in the state, from a rural area. He worked in lumber well into his 80s too…

Anyway GGPa was driving a buckboard wagon around the logging community, Dad calls it now “The Lost City of Damon” that is near the hunting shack lands. He didn’t charge specific fares for his service & basically survived on tips! In its heyday, during the lumber boom, that community had about 500 souls & now maybe 15 people live in the area.

Dad recalled travelling with his father & grandfather through the region of the Lost City of Damon & his GF wanted to stop by the old cemetery. They approached the “regular” cemetery with stone markers but GGPa had them take a turn off on a small road & peruse an overgrown enclosed area with the ancient cemetery, probably from around when he’d worked in the area as a boy.

Dad said that there were wooden markers with woodburned info on them. Many markers were so weather worn as to be illegible. As they walked through, & this was like 75 years after GGPa had worked there as he lived into his 90s, Every Grave bearing a legible name he had a story about the person. He was a living history repository of a community & way of life that had largely disappeared from all memory & even whose physical evidence given the dilapidated state of the graves was quickly disappearing.

This reminded me of a trip that we took with Dad’s dad when we were on the West side of the state near the old family homestead property. We were driving down this backroad & Grandpa pointed out 3 huge pines (my dad remembered it as 2 trees) & said that they marked the burial place of his grandma’s broken doll. I was blown away that we had this tangible evidence of our family’s experience in that then pioneer land.

Dad went on to remark how his dad matter-of-factly recounted how there were two adjacent lakes, one for the white folks, & one for the Indians. Dad was dumbfounded that there were these distinctions still present in his dad’s lifetime, he’d been born just after the turn of the century.

In reflecting back now I can recall from walks in the woods with my dad when I was a kid him pointing out certain trees that had their trunks sharply bent over. He said that these were ancient trail markers the Indians had used to navigate the historical forests–Wow!

mollypitcher5

Rich family lore is so great. I hope it all is written down. Some of our elders who have passed told wonderful accounts of their elders but we didn’t have the smarts to immediately write it down…so many years go by and the memories vary from each of us that heard the stories!

Valerie Curren

Yes oral history is such a fleeting, precious thing. Our memories fade, our recall varies, so much is lost with the death &/or incapacitation of those who’ve gone before us. It seems many in younger generations, programmed via “short attention span theater,” have no stomach nor skill in story telling. It’s becoming a dying art 🙁

Gail Combs

There were some amateur Civil War historians around the corner from us. We had planned to record their stories but never did DARN IT!!!

Have any troops be private contractors. To make it more attractive, treat the contracts like mortgages were treated back in 2008 – subject to credit default swaps and their consequences.

As far as the bunker buster bombs needed for the underground nuke facilities [that can only be delivered from B-2 bombers] go – lease the planes and their crews to Israel. Regarding the ongoing wars in the Middle East, Pope Leo XIV asked priests to immediately open the doors of churches and invite people to recite the Holy Rosary and pray with humility before the Eucharist. The American Pope asked the faithful to go to their churches or to the nearest church to pray. The Pope also issued a warning to the world, saying: “The wars in the Middle East, and now also in Ukraine and Crimea, will become very serious and will spread. To stop them, we must pray to God to fill the world with His mercy and for the Holy Spirit to enlighten the rulers so that they may have the knowledge of good and evil and fight together for peace and love.” Pope Leo XIV also asked priests to celebrate the Divine Liturgy with simplicity and love, renewing his appeal to all Christians: “Pray, pray, pray, united in prayer every day. Wherever you are in the world, at any time you prefer, leave everything behind and pray to God to send His Holy Spirit to earth!”

Pray the Lord’s Prayer three times and the Hail Mary three times. A prayer for God to send His Holy Spirit to earth.

If you can, share this message with your loved ones.

The Pope writes and asks for our help in spreading it:
For peace in the whole world.

We are asked to pray this prayer from today onwards and to repeat it with insistence:

Most Holy Trinity, Almighty God, Precious Blood of Christ, destroy Satan, and nullify and paralyze the plots of those who manipulate the whole world.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, crush Satan, and nullify and paralyze the plots of those who manipulate the whole world.

Saint Michael the Archangel, chain Satan, nullify and paralyze the plots of those who manipulate the whole world. Amen!

Say this prayer once and share it with others; in a short time, many will repeat it.

We must trust in God and remember that prayer has power.

May God bless the world.

Therefore, the verdict cannot separate the two into separate liabilities unless the trial demonstrated differences between the two.

As Deportations Rise, The U.S. Is On Track For The Lowest Murder Rate On Record

Murder rates are plummeting. While we still have more than half a year to go, Kash Patel, the FBI’s director, says that the U.S. is on track to have the lowest murder rate ever. The current record low occurred in 2014 when the FBI reported a murder rate of 4.45 per 100,000.

The question is: why? Law enforcement matters, but it is probably also that Trump is deporting criminal illegal aliens.

According to Patel, “Let good cops be cops,” is the answer. “I’m gonna let you, the agents, the police officers, the sheriffs, go out there and do the work you so badly want to do. And I’m gonna give you the resources you need to do it. And I’m gonna take away the politicization and weaponization … and that’s what we’ve done.”

Instead of placing a third of FBI agents in the D.C. area, Patel has moved them out across the country to where the crime is occurring. A recent Biden administration document that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified shows that law enforcement resources were being spent on “non-criminal” activities of conservative Catholics, people attending school board meetings, and flagging those who used symbols like “2A” and imagery referencing the Second Amendment. The FBI sent a memo to over 1,000 employees nationwide instructing them to target conservative Catholics.

The Trump administration has also been ending DEI and other interventions that the Biden administration was pushing on police departments.

You let law enforcement catch criminals, making it riskier for criminals to commit crime, and you will get less crime.

But there is another reason. Deporting criminal illegals may cause some illegals to lay low so that they don’t risk getting caught. As the Wall Street Journal noted, “ICE operations have received so much attention, prompting migrants to be more cautious, according to agents and leaders.”

Since President Trump’s Jan. 20, 2025, inauguration, the FBI has actively invested over 1 million hours collaborating with ICE, DEA, and local police to arrest more than 10,000 illegal aliens. They are targeting Biden-era border crossers.

A lot of these illegals have criminal backgrounds and if they cut back on the amount of time they are committing to reduce the risks of getting caught, it could have a noticeable impact on crime rates…

There is other evidence that Trump’s deportation efforts are making a difference in causing illegal aliens to lay low. For example, illegals are leaving the labor force. From January 2021 to January 2025, under Biden’s administration, foreign-born workers filled approximately 4.3 million of the new jobs created, based on Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data from the Current Population Survey (CPS). However, in just the last four months, the immigrant workforce has plummeted by 773,000 — a staggering 18 percent reversal of that growth in such a short period of time.

A March headline in the New York Times notes: “Fearing roundups, many immigrants are staying home.”

More at the link.

Valerie Curren

“…the FBI has actively invested over 1 million hours collaborating with ICE, DEA, and local police to arrest more than 10,000 illegal aliens.”

Roughly 100 hours per illegal arrest, seems like an awful lot 🙁

TheseTruths

A little over four 24-hour periods. I’m sure multiple people were involved in planning and executing each arrest, so the hours add up.

Criminal Threats, Illegal Alien Criminal Threats, arrested and deported, are at a Record High, much higher than Joe Biden!”

JD Vance
@JDVance
Look, I’m seeing this from the inside, and am admittedly biased towards our president (and my friend), but there’s a lot of crazy stuff on social media, so I wanted to address some things directly on the Iran issue:

First, POTUS has been amazingly consistent, over 10 years, that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Over the last few months, he encouraged his foreign policy team to reach a deal with the Iranians to accomplish this goal. The president has made clear that Iran cannot have uranium enrichment. And he said repeatedly that this would happen one of two ways–the easy way or the “other” way.

Second, I’ve seen a lot of confusion over the issue of “civilian nuclear power” and “uranium enrichment.” These are distinct issues. Iran could have civilian nuclear power without enrichment, but Iran rejected that. Meanwhile, they’ve enriched uranium far above the level necessary for any civilian purpose. They’ve been found in violation of their non-proliferation obligations by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which is hardly a rightwing organization.

It’s one thing to want civilian nuclear energy. It’s another thing to demand sophisticated enrichment capacity. And it’s still another to cling to enrichment while simultaneously violating basic non-proliferation obligations and enriching right to the point of weapons-grade uranium.

I have yet to see a single good argument for why Iran needed to enrich uranium well above the threshold for civilian use. I’ve yet to see a single good argument for why Iran was justified in violating its non-proliferation obligations. I’ve yet to see a single good pushback against the IAEA’s findings.

Meanwhile, the president has shown remarkable restraint in keeping our military’s focus on protecting our troops and protecting our citizens.

He may decide he needs to take further action to end Iranian enrichment. That decision ultimately belongs to the president. And of course, people are right to be worried about foreign entanglement after the last 25 years of idiotic foreign policy.

But I believe the president has earned some trust on this issue. And having seen this up close and personal, I can assure you that he is only interested in using the American military to accomplish the American people’s goals. Whatever he does, that is his focus.

Aubergine

I have the feeling that America is going to take out some nuclear sites with bunker busters. That will be the extent of our involvement.

I could be wrong. I guess we’ll see.

patfrederick

I think, and so does he, that the 3 months of PT prior to the surgery made all the difference. He told the doc this. The doc says they are trying to get that to be normal practice before surgery.

It makes sense; if you just go in to a damaged and weakened joint and replace it, you start out at a deficit. But if everything surrounding it is as strong as you can make it first, you get a better result.

FBI Director Kash Patel Reveals Chinese Plot to Create Thousands of Fake Mail-In Ballots in 2020 Election – Chris Wray Hid This Like He Did the Iranian Breach of the 2020 Election System! | The Gateway Pundit | by Jim Hoft

FBI Director Kash Patel announced on Monday that the FBI has located documents that detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election, including allegations of interference by the CCP.

According to Kash, the communist Chinese were involved in a plot to create thousands of fake mail-in ballots in 2020 using fake voter registrations.

And, it should be clear that China was not creating fake ballots to assist Donald Trump. The Chi-Coms detested Trump and what he had done to their economy. Trump was the only US president in decades to take on the Chinese Communist Party.

Kash tweeted out this report from Just The News on Monday afternoon.

This information was disregarded by the FBI in August 2020.

From Just the News:

The newly declassified intelligence reports from August 2020 weren’t corroborated or fully investigated and instead were recalled from intelligence agencies at about the time that then-FBI Director Chris Wray testified there were no known plots of foreign interference ahead of the 2020 election in which Biden defeated Donald Trump, officials told Just the News.

The new documents were turned over to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who had first raised concerns to the bureau that the intelligence hadn’t been fully vetted, and instead was just dismissed even though there was evidence of the fake licenses.

“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau,” Patel told Just the News in a statement. “To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S.

At around this same time then FBI Director Chris Wray said Russia was “absolutely intent” on trying to interfere in the 2020 election. He ignored the Chinese threat.

And, as The Gateway Pundit has previously reported, Chris Wray knew that the Iranians breached the election system in 2020 and stole 100,000 identities and Wray hid this from the American public.

TheseTruths

He said, “You don’t have the authority to arrest a U.S. citizen asking for a judicial warrant.”

Gail Combs

I think he FA and FO

Also there could be FBI involved.

How Are ICE Agents Different From Police?

ICE agents are federal agents and their arrest powers come from federal law, whereas local and state police derive their arrest authority from state law.

Federal law gives ICE agents the authority to investigate and arrest people for violations of immigration laws and crimes against the United States. (8 U.S.C. § 1357 (2023).) State laws authorize local police officers to investigate, arrest, and detain persons within their jurisdictions for violations of state and local laws.

Generally speaking, this division of power means federal ICE agents shouldn’t do the job of local police officers and local officers shouldn’t do the job of ICE agents. However, some states’ laws allow ICE agents limited arrest authority within their jurisdiction, and some local agencies have agreements with ICE to perform limited immigration functions (typically to turn people over to federal immigration authorities). These agreements vary widely from state to state and even local government to local government.

Can ICE Detain U.SCitizens? | Tingen Law

As ICE has stated in the past, it’s not the agency’s job to determine if you’re a citizen.

Generally speaking, no. ICE cannot detain or otherwise arrest U.S. citizens.

However, ICE does has the power to detain people in cases where the agent has a reasonable suspicion that the suspect (1) does not have lawful presence in the U.S., and (2) originally entered the country in an illegal fashion.

Using this justification, ICE agents will sometimes detain U.S. citizens while claiming that they had a reasonable suspicion that the citizen was, in fact, an illegal alien.

In this article, we’ll briefly outline a U.S. citizen’s rights in this situation.

However, keep in mind that being detained by ICE is a serious matter that you must speak about with an attorney.

Military Recruitment Surges as Trump Restores Warrior Culture: Traditional Masculinity, NOT Woke Ideology, Drives Enlistment

After years of catastrophic recruitment failures under the Biden administration’s “woke” military policies, enlistment is soaring under President Trump. By scrapping DEI programs and restoring traditional masculine ideals, the Pentagon has sparked the biggest recruiting rebound in over a decade. Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth have returned the armed forces to their core mission, warfighting, and young Americans are responding.

The Army exceeded its fiscal 2025 goal of 61,000 soldiers four months ahead of schedule. January marked its best recruiting month in 15 years, with 346 soldiers enlisting daily. Across all branches, recruitment jumped 12.5% from 2023 to 2024, totaling 225,000 new enlistees. By mid-2025, the Army had reached 85% of its goal, up from 64% at the same time the year before.

Retired Air Force Colonel Rob Maness put it plainly: “This surge isn’t just about numbers; it’s about a cultural shift. Young Americans are rejecting the victimhood mentality and embracing the warrior ethos.”

…Under Biden, the Pentagon’s focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) triggered the worst recruitment crisis since the all-volunteer force began in 1973. In 2022, the Army fell 15,000 recruits short of its 60,000 target, a 25% shortfall. The next year, it managed just over 50,000, far below the 65,000 “stretch goal.” Other branches, including the Navy and Air Force, also failed to meet targets as recruitment messaging moved away from combat readiness and toward progressive social priorities.

In 2025 alone, the Pentagon spent $162 million on DEIA programs. Campaigns featured drag performers, emphasized preferred pronouns, and highlighted identity narratives. One widely criticized ad, The Calling, showcased a soldier with “two mothers” marching in Pride events, alienating the very demographic most likely to enlist. Meanwhile, COVID-19 vaccine mandates forced out over 8,000 qualified service members, worsening recruitment and retention at a critical time…

The Trump effect on masculinity is measurable. In 2024, young men shifted decisively toward Trump, drawn by his unapologetic embrace of traditional values. This same demographic, working-class men from rural and conservative areas, remains the heart of military recruitment. Despite media efforts to downplay the connection, recruitment surged after Trump’s November 2024 victory, coinciding precisely with a return to traditional messaging.

TheseTruths

From Citizen Free Press.

Just yesterday, Kristi Noem was inspecting biological hazard labs at Fort Detrick (photo).

Of course’s it’s too early to think her hospitalization is a result of her visit there unless she was picked out and exposed to something directly that no one else was exposed too. Example contaminated object??? IDK, but she was there. Saw this earlier and wasn’t going to go in search of sauce, but then saw it again at CFP.

Aubergine

Yikes! I did wonder if maybe she was poisoned somehow. And now this news.

The Deep State is utterly reprehensible and capable of anything.

RAC

If any person thinks this may upset, offend, or otherwise annoy them, do not watch it…

TheseTruths

I’m not going to spend 54 minutes. Can you bottom-line why someone would be upset about the video?

kalbokalbs

~17 minutes in.

Vintage Larry Johnson painting Trump as a puppet of Israel. US likely going after Iran. Nuke facilities I assume. US will not win. Trump likely get impeached….

Me, myself and I, do NOT want us military direct engagement with Iran.

Sell weapons and the like to Israel. Not give, sell. Giving intelligence. Nothing more.

Thank you.

para59r

My guess is you can watch five minutes and figure out why.
Further guess he’s generally coming down against Trump for bending toward the war hawks in favor of Israel. Pretty much your going to get that from Davis, McGreggor, and most anyone Napolitano brings on as a guest with some exception. The points will be valid but will cross certain boundaries many will not want to hear.

TheseTruths

That’s about what I expected; thanks.

Within the high-security environment of the Situation Room, President Trump reportedly weighed a range of policy options—spanning diplomacy, defense measures, and careful consideration of potential military strikes against key Iranian nuclear sites, including the deep-underground Fordow enrichment facility.

Fox News makes it a point to tell us that President Trump’s Situation Room meeting wrapped at 3:46 PM ET.

“We were told earlier today that the possibility of U.S. intervention, possibility of airstrikes is on the table.”

State Department announces at 2AM Israeli time that the Embassy in Jerusalem as part of it’s regular hours is going to be closed Wens – Fri. Starting this Wednesday, which means it will not be open 6 hrs from now when it is normally open. They are treating it like it is a normal closure. There has also been no notice to evacuate Israel at this time.

Interesting time. Some will see this and be concerned.

Source is that crazy guy Steve Lookner as he watches the skies on his various cams. He started talking this at 2:10 Tel Aviv time using the blue clock in vid feed as it seems simpler.

I’m sure that is current news, but I never know what else is, when I see various memes stating things that Trump and others have said. “Two hours ago they wrapped up a meeting; 7 minutes ago the president said this,” etc. The situation seems very fluid.

Trump Admin’s Effort To Detect Noncitizen Voters Already Appears To Be Yielding Fruit
(emphasis mine)

An executive order signed by President Donald Trump paved the way for state officials in Texas to identify dozens of noncitizens who allegedly voted in the 2024 election.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton opened investigations into 33 potential noncitizens who are suspected of voting in the 2024 general election, according to a press release from his office. The Republican prosecutor said the discoveries were made possible after the Trump administration allowed Texas officials to more easily gain access to a federal database that helps identify an individual’s citizenship or immigration status…

Following Trump’s return to the White House, Texas officials were able to access the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database, an online service program administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that allows various government agencies to verify the immigration status or U.S. naturalization of applicants seeking benefits or licenses.

Texas was able to access the SAVE database after Trump signed an executive order in March directing the Department of Homeland Security, the parent agency of USCIS, to offer the database free of charge to every state in order to protect election integrity, according to Paxton…

Trump has prioritized reforms to keep noncitizens out of U.S. elections since returning to office. In March, the president signed Executive Order 14248, Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections, which aims to protect voting systems from fraud, systemic error and foreign influence.

The president has also voiced strong support for the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, legislation sponsored by Texas GOP Rep. Chip Roy that would require state officials to obtain proof of citizenship prior to registering an individual for any federal election and also requires state officials to remove all noncitizens from existing voter rolls. That legislation passed the House in April, with only four Democrat lawmakers voting in favor of it.

More recently, the Trump administration unveiled a new partnership with the Social Security Administration to ensure “a single, reliable source for verifying immigration status and U.S. citizenship,” according to a memo previously obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The new partnership between the Social Security Administration and USCIS allows government agencies to create cases in SAVE using an applicant’s Social Security number in lieu of a Department of Homeland Security identifying number, which is not collected by a majority of state and local agencies, according to USCIS. Agencies are also now able to submit more than one case at a time, streamlining the process.

Tulsi Gabbard Breaks Silence After Trump Publicly Rebukes Her Over Her Iran Nuclear ProgramJim Hᴏft Jun. 17, 2025 2:20 pm 963 Comments

Ferris wrote on X:

DNI Gabbard tells us she and Trump are “on the same page” when it comes to Iran nuclear timeline.

“Pres Trump was saying the same thing that I said in my annual threat assessment back in March. Unfortunately too many people in the media don’t care to actually read what I said”

The full context of Gabbard’s March testimony, posted by ODNI deputy chief of staff Alexa Henning, obliterates the media’s narrative. Gabbard told Congress:

The IC continues to assess that Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Khamanei has not authorized the nuclear weapons program he suspended in 2003. The IC is closely monitoring if Tehran decides to reauthorize its nuclear weapons program. In the past year, we have seen an erosion of a decades-long taboo in Iran on discussing nuclear weapons in public, likely emboldening nuclear weapons advocates within Iran’s decision-making apparatus. Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile is at its highest levels and is unprecedented for a state without nuclear weapons.

Iran continues to seeks expansion of its influence in the Middle East, despite the degradation to its proxies and defenses during the Gaza conflict. Iran has developed and maintains ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and UAVs, including systems capable of striking U.S. targets and allies in the region. Tehran has shown a willingness to use these weapons, including during a 2020 attack on U.S. forces in Iraq and in attacks against Israel in April and October 2024. Iran’s cyber operations and capabilities also present a serious threat to U.S. networks and data.

Trump’s gift to the White House:

It is my Great Honor to announce that I will be putting up two beautiful Flag Poles on both sides of the White House, North and South Lawns. It is a GIFT from me of something which was always missing from this magnificent place. The digging and placement of the poles will begin at 7:30 A.M. EST, tomorrow morning. Flags will be raised at approximately 11 A.M. EST. These are the most magnificent poles made – They are tall, tapered, rust proof, rope inside the pole, and of the highest quality. Hopefully, they will proudly stand at both sides of the White House for many years to come!

Border Patrol Didn’t Release a Single Illegal into the U.S. Last Month
https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/2025/06/border-patrol-didnt-release-a-single-illegal-into-the-u-s-last-month/

U.S. Border Patrol didn’t release a single illegal immigrant into the interior of the U.S. last month, the New York Post reports — the latest victory in President Donald J. Trump’s relentless commitment to securing the homeland and a remarkable turnaround from the 64,000 illegals released into the country under the Biden Administration just one year ago.

From the Post:

…Agents caught 8,725 migrants crossing illegally at the southern border last month. That’s a 93% decrease from May 2024, when 117,905 were nabbed, according to internal data obtained by The Post.

And Acting Customs and Border Protection commissioner Pete Flores said it’s a result of the Trump administration’s tough border policies.”
