Patents:
Ralph S. Baric, PhD, owns 25 to 30 Patents (depending on whether one is looking at, for example, https://justia.com/patents/, or at https://patents.google.com/, or at NIH RePorter at https://report.nih.gov/) related to items he found or created during his research journey into coronaviruses and/or his Gain-of-Function experiments. What is definite, however, is that our old friend, NIH grant AI23946 (also called AI023946) figures in at least three of these Patents: Patent Number 6593111; Patent Number 7279327; and, Patent Number 7618802 — all of which are associated with his lab the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
Patent Number 6593111 is titled, “Directional assembly of large viral genomes and chromosomes.”
Patent Number 7279327 is titled, “Methods of Producing Recombinant Coronaviruses.”
Patent Number 7618802 is titled, “Methods and compositions for infectious cDNA of SARS coronavirus.”
Yours Truly will focus on Patent Number 6593111 [2], the timeline of which Patent begins on 5 May 2001. The NIH grant AI023946 has been “extended” several times; in this Patent, it is called “AI023946-08“, and the Patent Number has been changed to “US6593111B2.” By now, Dr. Baric’s research journey has taken him to experimenting with coronaviruses that infect pigs: in particular, the TGE virus (Transmissible Gastroenteritis virus, also called Transmissible Gastroenteritis Coronavirus [TGEV].) The following screenshots are from the Patent document. The screenshots are, in order: the Abstract; the Events summary; the first paragraph of the Summary of the Invention section; from the Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments discussion section; and, Fig. 1a and Fig. 2 from the images in the Patent document:
Note, in the screenshot above, the mention of “vaccines and expression vectors”; and, the sentence, “The vectors may be targeted to other species by, for example, replacing the S glycoprotein gene.” This paragraph, in Yours Truly’s’ opinion, begins the eventual “tie-into evolution” of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In other words — Gain-of-Function research and application.
However, there is another item in Patent Number US6593111B2 that is interesting: the list of Legal Events near the end of the document. A screenshot of this list is below:
Note that UNC (Baric lab) “transferred” the ownership of the Patent to the NIH in 2008. Note also that on 18 January 2011, someone at NIH must have sent the Patent Fee payment that would be good for eight years. A Fee payment for a Patent is a “Patent Maintenance Fee” that “preserve a patent.” [3] Note also, that on 15 January 2015, someone at NIH must have sent the Patent Fee payment that would good for twelve years (thus theoretically preserving the Patent until January 2027.) However, on the Events Summary list for Patent Number US6593111B2 (in the images above), it lists the Patent as Status Expired – Lifetime. This brings up some questions: To what person at NIH was Patent US6593111 transferred to in 2008? The NIH Director in June 2008 was Elias Zerhouni, MD [4]. When he left the NIH, who did he designate to take over NIH ownership of the Patent? Is Patent US6593111B2 still in force, even though it is listed as “Status Expired – Lifetime?” Is it still in force, but under a different name?

Anthony Fauci, MD, Director of NIAID 1984 – 2022:
It can be assumed that Dr. Ralph Baric, PhD, had been on the “radar” of Dr. Anthony Fauci, MD, Director of the NIAID division (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases division) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) since at least 1984, if not before (Dr. Fauci had joined NIH in 1968, shortly after completing his medical Residency.) This “being on his radar” situation, in Yours Truly’s opinion, would have included, at the least, what may be called a “bowing acquaintance” with Dr. Baric through NIAID funding applications and grants dispersements reports.
In fact, NIH / NIAID (and, it can be assumed, within the knowledge of Dr. Anthony Fauci), was funding Dr. Barics’s Gain-of-Function research on coronaviruses as far back as at least the year 2003 [5]. The 2003 paper not only describes what can only be called Gain-of-Function experiments with SARS coronaviruses; it also describes the Baric-invented “No see ‘m” procedure for covering up gene code insertions in the lab-creation of SARS coronavirus “clone” viruses. An article by Sainath Suryanarayanan in U.S. Right to Know related to Dr. Baric’s emails early in the COVID-19 pandemic [9]. These emails were either from Dr. Baric, or were sent to him as part of a group email from various institutions and/or government agencies and/or from medical professionals in these institutions or agencies. In these emails, the “code name” for the burgeoning COVID-19 virus infection situation in the United States was “Red Dawn Responding, Start 16 March.” The emails were released through a public records request.
By the way, Dr. Baric and his lab at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill worked with Gilead Sciences to create remdesivir (Veklury), a COVID-19 treatment drug that can have a mortality rate of 50%, and also can cause kidney damage [10] [11] [12] [13]. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), otherwise known as food stamps, has begun enforcing new healthy standards for recipients in five states as part of the Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” agenda.
Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Utah, and West Virginia have cut SNAP benefits off for soda, candy, and other junk foods as the first wave of at least 18 states that are transitioning to stricter standards for what can be purchased using food stamps, the Daily Nonpareil reported.

As per an anonymous law enforcement source a recent NYPD recruit who was hired in December and currently in training at the police academy has submitted a reasonable accommodation request, asking to: “Be exempt from saluting the American flag”.
According to the source “the recruit claims saluting the American flag is against his reglion, and he may only praise Allah.”
It should be noted that as per the NYPD’s Administrative Guide, saluting the American Flag is a requirement.
If in fact such a request was made it should be DENIED.
Saluting the Flag is a sign of respect, it is NOT idolatry or worship. Enabling blatant disrespect to our country should be considered an undue hardship.
Remember the NYPD had no issue violating the law and arbitrarily deciding who was religious or not when it came to forcing their members who already were previously infected to take the COVID vaccine.

My mother plays the Eliquis game. Her legs are a mess with bruising. Her cardiologist is trying to get her to undergo the Watchman procedure which implants a device near the heart to handle any clots that form, if they form. She has no history of clotting, just mild AFib.

Natural blood thinners make sense to me. I wish I could get my mother to agree but she’s of the doctors know best mindset.

Also, before any surgery the meds need to be stopped several days in advance to avoid bleeding issues, but old people have medical emergencies so no time to stop the meds.

I haven’t read yesterday’s nor today’s post yet. I just wanted to jump down to share a bit of family sorrow/horror. I can’t go into great detail because one of the moms hasn’t released me to discuss it but the other put it out on FarceBorg so it’s open info.
We’ve now had a second miscarriage in our extended family within Four Months. The first was my grandchild & the second was my youngest brother’s grandchild. Both babies were lost in the first tri-mester. Neither of our families have a history of miscarriage unless you go back generations on my dad’s side…Both Mom’s & their husbands have NOT taken any Covid shots. My grandchild’s loss is, imo, connected to shed spike (& I have a post in the works w/ details when I’m allowed to discuss this more openly) & I suspect that the ubiquitous bioweapon has played a part in this second loss as well 😡
When we lost our 4th grandchild I had a “vision” or perhaps a hopeful dream. It was only a few months since my mom’s death. I “imagined” our “gone to God” grandchild was now being fully embraced by the grandparents in Heaven. My mom the most recent arrival to the Eternal Party, perhaps having told Michael’s mom Anne about the 4 grandkids & 3 great-grandkids down here, & suddenly them having our miscarried grandchild delivered to their arms. The other grieving parent had also lost a mom a few years before their first child was born & their mom’s mom about a month before the bundle of joy was delivered. It was such a comfort to think of my mom bringing news of great joy to these grandmas from afar & then suddenly in their midst they get the latest “bundle of joy” in a special delivery to their collective arms. We grieve down here but there is Much Rejoicing in Heaven & these grandmas who passed the veil without knowing Any grandchildren have their arms & hearts filled with one who will now never know sin or pain. Now X 2 💔

We know the depop aspects of the shot/spike have a direct impact on fertility. I thought it’s already been documented about a significant rise in miscarriages since Covid &/or the Death Shots have been on the scene. If people who are not getting the vaccine are suffering similar fertility problems, it may be shedding, or the result of the virus. IMO it is likely all three.

That last statement is so reflective of the absolute horror continuing. I don’t know about the percentages. As far as I know I’ve only had Covid once but I still have a lingering form of longhaulers. Hubby & Josiah had Covid twice & J spent plenty of that time at home. His wife & Brandon’s fiancée both took the shot, special needs one coerced by family & Chynadian one by the tyrannical government. When J goes to his wife’s family’s home (where he used to live alternating weeks–he just went back a few days ago after about 3 weeks here) he usually gets sick, comes back here early & stays here longer attempting to recoup. This situation seems to be worse of late, which could be related to cold & flu season &/or the fact that he took 2 units of blood w/ his life-threatening GI bleed associated with his Severe Pancreatitis hospitalization in May. All of his wife’s household apart from J took one Covid shot (we warned them not to, even before J got married, but they didn’t believe us & did it out of fear). Now J’s in-laws recognize the dangers of the shot & believe that the MIL’s sister was killed by one. Even so every time J goes over there he’s living in the midst of a multi-person Spike Factory & I think this contributes, perhaps significantly, to his illness tendency. Of course the necessary anti-rejection meds he’s on due to his Liver Transplant are also a large complication.
My experience w/ shed spike & illness & female issues was revealed starkly when Up North at Dad’s Cottage this Summer & Fall. I will go into detail about that in my (eventually) upcoming post, when I’m cleared to discuss it from the grieving mom…Of course, Wolf, you can read or skim what I’ve got there thus far to get into the details in that in-process write up, if you’d like. It’s called something like “Shed Spike Sorrows”, but I’m not quite ready to look at it further for re-working until I get a bit more distance & obviously clearance.
As a teaser, some of my Shed Spike observations involve Lingering Environmental issues, even when the source of the more aggressive shedding (as in from someone who took an mRNA death shot) has not been in the environment for weeks & or months. As far as I know the only people who have slept at the Cottage who took the Clot Shot are my DIL–J’s wife, Dad’s sister (& her family members were inside for hours last year), & my son’s dear friend who has spent a couple nights there over several years. Otherwise the bulk of the family would be Pure-Bloods (now apart from J’s transfusions that introduce who-knows-what in the dynamics) so that that environment has had limited, though still impacting, exposures, imo.
