ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) – Opening arguments have wrapped and the first witnesses have been called at the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana in Alexandria for the trial of Nate Cain, the former warden of the Avoyelles Correctional Center.

Cain is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and 17 counts of wire fraud. He is being represented by John McLindon out of Baton Rouge. Assistant U.S Attorneys Luke Walker and David Ayo are prosecuting the case for the government.
Both Cain and his now ex-wife, Tonia, were charged in the case. Tonia pleaded guilty in July to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. As a result, the wire fraud charges were dropped. She will be sentenced on October 9. She faces 20 years in prison or a $250,000 fine or both.
Walker presented opening arguments for the government.
“This is a case about the abuse of power,” Walker told the jury. “Nathan Cain abused the power he was given…by taking funds to be used at the prison and using them for himself.”
Walker told the jury that Cain became warden in 2012 and that, when he did, “things began to change for the worse.”

There are only more than two genders in some languages. The third gender is neuter.
And that’s what they’re trying to do to normal people…
I wonder about that…grammatical gender isn’t all that firmly tied to sex anyway.
I recall from German class that Mädchen (girl) is a neuter noun…which I suppose could make sense to someone with the attitude that she ain’t female until she’s got boobs. But then, I’m told that the French word for “penis” is actually feminine gender (and you can’t get much more male than that).
And of course assigning totally inanimate objects to “masculine” or “feminine” makes it silly to think there’s really a sex significance to the two grammatical “genders” other than that actually male living things usually end up in one and actually female living things usually end up in the other.
There are languages with many more than three (grammatical) genders, with the same utterly nonsensical assignments of particular nouns to the genders, which suggests that a better word for the whole darn phenomenon might just be “class,” as in “German has three classes of nouns.”
In English, of course, gender is largely gone from the language, surviving only in third person singular pronouns (he, she, it). We could probably use a gender neutral pronoun that doesn’t imply that the object has NO gender, just unspecified gender, standing for a person as opposed to a thing like “it” does, but we don’t have it (except some people use some form of “they” for that, and it’s becoming accepted).
My point was that three genders only exist in language, not the alignment between sex and gender in language, of which there is (almost) none.
It’s not just Mädchen, it’s also Kind (Das Kind, the child). There are many other examples where the “gender” makes no sense.
And referring to one’s sex as “gender” doesn’t make sense, either. Except, perhaps, to avoid filters…
Just saw that the ESTA form (needed for Europeans on the VISA-waiver probram entering the USA) just got changed. Apparently if someone changes their gender (yeah, right) they have to reapply… that probably makes for a lot of fun at the TSA checkpoints…
At least with das Kind, the child could be either sex. If it were “der Kind” or “die Kind” it’d be wrong about 50% of the time, whereas “das” at least doesn’t make a wrong commitment. But even so, “neuter” does not mean “unspecified.”
Indo-European gender systems can force you to generalize all people as “male” which is just as wrong as making the wrong claim in a specific case. English, for instance, used to specify that one used “he” when one meant “some person who could be either sex.”
English has largely dropped the rot of assigning all nouns a gender, but still has its issues.

A terminally ill Wisconsin girl who loves dogs experienced a dream come true on Saturday after nearly 40 police departments and dozens of K9 officers lined up outside her home to pay her a visit.
Emma Mertens, a seven-year-old diagnosed with a rare inoperable brain tumor in January, got to see dozens of real-life canines after police officers and K9 officers visited her home on Saturday morning.
“Today, just a few of us (roughly 40) stopped by to see Emma,” the Hartford Police Department wrote in a Facebook post. “She had no idea we were coming so she was VERY excited. What an amazing and strong little girl. It was such a great morning.”
Doctors diagnosed Emma with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, a rare inoperable brain tumor, on January 7, WITI reported.
Despite the grim prognosis from doctors, Emma decided to stay positive. Shortly after receiving the diagnosis, Emma asked if she could receive photos of dogs to lift her spirits while undergoing treatment.

Concussions are linked to chronic traumatic encephalopathy or CTE, which can only be diagnosed after death. Symptoms of CTE include depression, memory loss and mood swings. Mark Catlin said Kelly’s death was due to a “perfect storm” of overtraining, taking too much on, depression and not fully comprehending the effects of her concussion.

“Being a graduate student, track cyclist, and professional road cyclist can instead feel like I need to time-travel to get everything done. And things still slip through the cracks,” she wrote. “This is probably the point when you’ll expect me to say something cliché like, ‘Time management is everything.’ Or perhaps you’re expecting a nice, encouraging slogan like, ‘Being a student only makes me a better athlete!’ After all, I somehow make everything work, right? Email is the least secure method of communication. The Gab chat is probably the best working plan we have at the moment. If you want to use email, you can get a free account from ProtonMail. Subject lines are still visible in transit, but it has nice apps for phones and they have an add on VPN that works for all platforms. Also, their VPN is surprisingly easy to use.

Read about Barlow – he had some serious health issues and had done serious drugs as a young man. He was one of the early dead head organizers of the Grateful Dead. That lifestyle leaves serious mental and physical marks on health in later life. He could have died from those causes or his death could have been assisted.

The Senate Judiciary Committee SC request was sent to Sessions and Rosenstein. Sessions had his assistant respond in November to Bob Goodlatte and refers to himself and to the AAD (Rosenstein). This is the letter that leaked. It’s stamped (not within the letter body) Nov.13, 2017, That means that whomever leaked had access to a hardcopy of the letter? An electronic copy of the letter would not have the stamped date.
Who had access to the original letter? Sessions, Boyd, Goodlatte, and I assume Rosenstein because the SJC letter was addressed to him as well as Sessions, and possibly staff of each of these people.
Now let’s look at the nature of the leak. The letter copy was given to Austin Evers.
Knowing Austin Ever’s background (State Dept. FOIL requests for Benghazi, Clinton emails, and later the Sessions recusal), I would say that this is a Black Hat leak. From the list of those with access to the hardcopy letter, who is the black hat? Sessions, Boyd, Goodlatte, or Rosenstein?
There is one more date to add to the timeline: February 2018. Sundance posted today that he had the information about Huber in February 2017. Where did SD get his info? From a black hat, or a white hat. Is it even possible that he got it from a white hat? Thoughts, please fellow Q-treepers.

I don’t know who leaked, and at this time, I’m don’t believe anyone can say what investigations Huber, and/or his associates signed off on, or are continuing to investigate. Don’t believe anyone can give the definitive answer at this point.

It’s important to remember that Sessions was recused from all things Russia on March 3, 2017, before Huber’s name was released.
Sessions was not recused from the Huber investigation because it wasn’t about Russia. (Hillary email investigation, Clinton Foundation, FISA abuse,…) and there were no further leaks, (unless someone told Sundance.) Sessions had Huber until November 2018, then Whittaker, and now Barr.
Rosenstein had the Mueller Russia-Russia-Russia Investigation.
And it appears that Sundance’s information came from a leak intended to benefit the black hats. Think we should ask him?

So I have been looking.
There is a theory/idea out there that MZ is in reality, David Greenberg. There are comparison photos around:

This theory states that Zuckerberg/Greenberg is David Rockefeller’s grandson. I personally DON’T think this man looks much like Zuckerberg. What do any/all of y’all think?
I have traced the Zuckerberg family back a ways. There are Russian immigrants there, if the Zuckerbergs are actually his parents. And I will keep looking. BUT, if this Greenberg story is TRUE, I am looking in the wrong place.

There are similarities, but Jewish people have a lit of similarities based on their history of origin. I dont think this is the same person.

Yes, its true for all people. Nordic people have bone and facial features that are similar, Indonesian versus Japanese etc. So although those 2 boys are similar in features, I dont think they are the same person.
You made it sound like it was unique for Jewish people which is a major red flag for me.
Differentiating “singled out b/c this is the case at hand” versus “singled out” is rough – I know what you’re saying. I don’t think this is a case of the latter. I keep an eye out on this – trust me.
Anyway, I find this whole “Greenberg / Zuckerberg” thing painfully WRONG (to me they’re obviously not the same people). The meme / theory is definitely and very intentionally powered by a statistical susceptibility of a percentage of its boosters (not all – a percentage) to “it’s the JOOZ” thinking. In fact – and this is my pet theory – I think the meme is used to MEASURE that – that it was carefully constructed by somebody to not only nudge people toward that thinking, but to see who can be nudged.
If Goebbels was still alive, I would pin it on him. It’s very crafty. As it is, I think it was constructed by people who have multiple goals NOT in the interest of MAGA.
