Blackrock is buying every single family house they can find, paying 20-50% above asking price and outbidding normal home buyers. Why are corporations, pension funds and property investment groups buying entire neighborhoods out from under the middle class? Lets take a look. Homes are popping up on MLS and going under contract within a few hours. Blackrock, among others, are buying up thousands of new homes and entire neighborhoods.
So who is Blackrock? Only the worlds largest asset manager and the leading proponent of The Great Reset. Theyre looking to redistribute -Get this- $120Trillion dollars. The entire wealth of the worlds middle class and poor combined several times over.
As an example, a 124 new home neighborhood was bought in its entirety in Texas. Average Americans were outbid to a tune of $32million. Homes sold at an avg if 20% above listing. Now the entire neighborhood is made up of SFR’s. What are SFR’s??
Single Family Rentals. Now, your potential lower to middle class home owner is positioned to be a permanent renter. This matters because for the lower and middle class owning a home is the most major part of any financial success, and future upward mobility.
This is wealth redistribution, and it ain’t rich people’s wealth that’s getting redistributed. It’s normal American middle class, salt of the earth wealth heading into the hands of the worlds most powerful entities and individuals. The traditional financial vehicle gone forever.
Home equity is the main financial element that middle class families use to build wealth, and black rock, a federal reserve funded financial institution is buying up all the houses to make sure that young families can’t build wealth

So where does this position the average American in 30 years when its a given that every new neighborhood is to be bought up whole so they can be utilized as SFR’s? It positions them as peasants. Being poor can be temporary condition bettered by upward mobility.
In the US and other nations home ownership is often the 1st and most vital step. This can provide for generational wealth and success. But as permanent, guaranteed renters youre pissing away a lifetime of equity and the chance for mobility. You just become a peasant.
The Great Reset is real. It is happening. This will be the greatest transfer of wealth, and greatest consolidation of power in the history of mankind. If they get away with it revolution will be the only cure. It will be awful. Wake up. Get active. Stop this now!!
This is warfare. Make no doubt about it. Lloyds bank in London is doing it, as is every great financial institute across the world. This must be stopped. Its a greater threat than the slow creep of Communism, BLM or anything else you can think of COMBINED. It is a death stroke.
Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street control 20 trillion dollars worth of assets. Blackrock alone has a 10 billion a year surplus. That means with 5-20% down they can get mortgages on 130-170k homes every year. Or they can outright buy 30k homes per year. Just Blackrock.
Now imagine every major institute doing this, because they are. It can be such a fast sweeping action that 30yrs may be overshooting it. They may accomplish feudalism in 15 years.
People will say “They can’t just piss away money on buying tens of thousands of houses that are all at a loss.”
WRONG. YOU AND I CANT DO THAT.
They are fronting the federal reserve, and are financed by an endless stream of freshly created fiat money.

Did anyone see this coming? I mean, from this thread it sounds like the banks are buying up suburbia. They certainly aren’t buying up my neighborhood where houses are sitting for months, and the prices are being cut even after costly upgrades.

One thing I wonder is if the CB are trying to get land ownership in the US back to the way it is in the UK, with everyone thinking they own their land, but are actually sitting on a 99-year lease of someone else’s land, that someone else being the state (or the Crown, in the case of the UK)…..
It doesn’t seem that many people realize just how fortunate folks in the US are, to be able to have PRIVATE property. Indeed, if the phrase “life, liberty, and the pursuit of property” hadn’t been changed to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”, it might be a tad more obvious.
At least people are starting to see “wealth redistribution”, even in some of the YSM (at least over here). WWI and WWII caused a lot of that over here (hit my wife’s family particularly hard, especially because that they didn’t join “The Party” and had to weave through that mess. The other wealth redistribution scheme that’s starting to really rankle people is the continual bailout of Greece, Italy, and most of the “south”, including our “guests”, aka refauxgees. The supposed Monetary Union of the EU was designed to cripple and destroy Germany, and they hoped, the UK, too. It looks like they’ve succeeded, at least with Germany… 😡

I do think that specific areas are being targeted by the Great Reset and they are specifically suburban. Eventually, it will destroy property values with renters who otherwise couldn’t afford to live in such areas, and the lack of needed repairs. That was mentioned in the comments, that the banks aren’t making repairs.

A person I know went on vacation when he came back people had broken into his house stripped copper out of his house. This is not the only person it happened too.
I saw some Blacks in the act. They had stripped out the copper wire from an unoccupied commercial bldg and were burning off the insulation in a fire behind the building. I called the cops — not that it did any good.
By us it is white people who do that mostly druggies. There some black thugs also mostly petty crimes. Here crime is not owned by one group neither is poverty.
We have an area near by that is black druggies. However the drug dealers I know are all white.

The reason a king cobra is a king cobra is because it eats other [presumably lesser] cobras. King snakes in the US similarly eat other snakes.

Was speaking w/ a church friend whose son was recently married. He & his bride bought a house in Inkster, a “lesser” (not that safe, crappy schools, etc) suburb in Metro Detroit (city may have been designed historically for black auto workers). She said that they kept being outbid by $15-20,000 on multiple properties before snagging one in an older stable neighborhood. This anecdotal info seems to line up w/ what you shared.
If Inkster is mostly black & it’s being bought for excessive funding it looks like “they” might be deliberately trying to force local black communities into even more perpetual poverty.
I’ve heard from several sources that it’s a great time to sell your house around here & that you can get top dollar, so perhaps this phenomenon you reported is fairly widespread in the Detroit area…hmmm…
Well, not here. In my specific neighborhood, the market has gone to sleep. Two houses went up for sale for about a third more than they would have been priced last year, and both prices have dropped already.
I really think it depends on where you are.
Maybe they are attempting to take over strategic pockets of key areas to solidify their hold on a region. Similar to the fraudulent creeping blue vote that might be being more engineered than organic, making everyone think that red>purple>blue is a natural process…hmmm

Good insight. I doubt that Inkster is a republican area currently, though. Also Metro Detroit allegedly already has the highest Arabic/muslim population outside of an Arab nation in the world. But it seems that there is creeping Islamization going on in the region.
A few years back there was some type of Arab-American festival that was being protested by a “right-wing Christian” group & those protestors were supposed to be confined into a “free speech” zone. There were fairly significant violent clashes, seemed the protestors “offended” the muslims by having a pig’s head on a pole & such. IIRC, the cops wouldn’t protect the protestors’ free speech rights & that they were being pummeled by thrown objects, bottled water, etc…hmmm This happened in Dearborn & I think Alex Jones’ Info Wars reported/distorted on this situation.
My son and wife were outbid over and over on properties in Michigan until they settled on a condominium. Was not what they wanted but they are happy. They were really ticked off.
My friend said that her son & d-in-law were having limited funds to work w/ & whenever the price exceeded the appraised value the mortgages wouldn’t provide for that excess funding (shy should the banks take that risk?). It’s like one needs personally deep pockets in order to put one’s own funds at rick in such real estate transactions.

They bought their condo and put new flooring into the place and new carpets in two of three bedrooms.
Wow. I’m getting to the place, based on a year’s worth of experiences, to almost despise going to the U of M Hospital, a place I have loved & felt as if it were practically a second home.
Now it is with trepidation & reluctance that we complete appointments there. The mask insanity is on overdrive. The push to inflict harm rather than Do No Harm is impossible to ignore, at least for me. It’s like my skin crawls the entire time we are inside the facility & I cannot wait to shake the dust off my feet when the appointment is done.
It is a monstrous evil at work that a facility that was known for excellent diagnostic, treatment, & extensive quality care would now feel like an abuser that the victim cannot wait to escape again. The contrast between now & 2 years ago couldn’t be more stark!
Yes they have mask enforcement. You have no idea how strict it is in laboratories. My son and wife like the jobs they have but they turnend liberal. They do not see themselves as liberal that is what is so astounding. They do not see it. I know nothing about the University Hospital
It was a truly lovely place. When we first encountered U of M Hospital, my infant son Josiah was transferred from a local hospital to U of M for his 1st open heart surgery. He was 2 months old & 4# at the time. U of M was a wonderful contrast w/ the local hospital w/ their family-centered care, so welcoming. It allowed our family to actually all be in the room w/ J before his surgery happened. His 2 year old brother had only ever glimpsed him through the glass window into the NICU at the local hospital.
The pediatric part of the hospital had such a family friendly atmosphere. The in-patient floors had a small centrally located play zone equipped with toys, games, gross motor stuff, like slides, & small chairs & tables for coloring, books, etc. They also had an art therapy room on each floor for the patients & siblings. They made it possible & comfortable for families w/ young kids to feel welcome & at home. They had a nourishment room where you could get drinks & light snacks for patients & families, a breast pump room, w/ equipment included, a breast milk freezer, free usage of laundry, & even a couple of showers available for family use. I spent many weeks of my life, cumulatively, living bedside w/ my son(s) during the many surgical & other hospitalizations, they have either window seats or chairs that fold down into beds for parents to stay in the room…
They had a social work affiliated department, called Child Life, w/ trained staff who were so caring & child & family sensitive that they could ease fears & make these hospital visits almost seem fun. This was vital for our family to “normalize” the hospital side of Josiah’s life, so it wasn’t scary & had multiple aspects that the other kids could enjoy…
For months I had Josiah at the hospital 3 days a week for 3-4 therapies a day & was able to “park” his 3 siblings into a then sibling program, run by child life, where they could play, do crafts, access playground equipment, games, toys, puzzles, books, computers, scrapbooking, & special events like food & music. This program was designed for siblings of chronically ill patients who needed dialysis or infusions or radiation, etc, but they generously allowed me to access it w/ J’s 3 pre-school sibs during that intense season of therapy. It made our hospital runs “almost” fun & was a lifesaver for me when I had no one to help with the kids & that intense season of medical/therapeutic intervention (that was my year of 300 medical destinations, some days involving as many as 4 separate providers–complete & utter insanity). Then U of M made it possible to have that level of intensive intervention without completely going crazy!
There was/is a beautiful courtyard where the old Mott Hospital, University Hospital, & Taubman Center intersected. There are walkways, beautiful plantings, strategic seating, a small playhouse, some wildlife (rabbits, chipmunks, birds), & sometimes even a guided butterfly tour.
There are numerous art installations around the hospital, some permanent & some rotating displays. When in a long haul hospitalization getting to peruse some of these artistic endeavors can so lift the spirit. There used to be large & small play areas in several strategic areas of the hospital, women’s resource center(s), family resource center, accessible computers at multiple locations so I could keep prayer warriors informed of developments during high-intensity situations, like heart, brain, & liver transplant surgeries. They used to have payphones in many locations, now very rarely, though you can grab house phones in the hallways & get outside lines to make needed calls (since I don’t have a cell phone this is a huge help to me). There were several chapels &/or spiritual care locations where we could pray, read scripture, pick up free devotionals, or even speak w/ chaplains if needed (currently all closed up)…
They used to have a dedicated staff person that would interface w/ Children’s Special Health Care Services (formerly Crippled Children’s Fund) insurance to assist us in coordinating care & coverage. They provided a number of multi-disciplinary clinics, like Cranio-Facial (where he’d see Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Dietician, Neuro-Psychologist, Social Work, Nursing, etc) so in one long day all sorts of important providers could weigh in on a given area of need & further interventions could be coordinated…
Well I’ve gone on way too long here, but you can see that I have had a 25+ year relationship w/ U of M that up until the last 2 years was nearly entirely positive…now near horrifying. The contrast couldn’t be more stark nor jarring! Not sure if I’ll ever be able to fully trust this institution ever again!!!

Hospitals are awful now. It’s all about the protocols and rules, with very little attention to individual situations. I suspect it’s a bureaucratic issue, with their having to answer to layers of agencies, going all the way up to 3-letter ones like the CDC. And it looks to me as if the people who run those agencies are in charge of how hospitals are run.
God save us from bureaucratic hell!

That information on Black Rock buying up all the middle class houses is very interesting. I’ve been thinking for the past few months that something is very wrong with the real estate market. I’ve watched the value of my own house shoot up by $100,000 in the past year. I posted about this at Marica’s yesterday because I thought she might have some insight. At first I thought that valuation must be way wrong, but I’ve been noticing comparable houses in my neighborhood selling in that ball park. And my mother’s house a few months ago was appraised at higher than the Zillow number for her house.
So something is definitely not right here. That’s a lot of value to gain in one year when so many people weren’t working. Who can afford those prices in a Joe Biden economy??? And what makes it even worse is for those who already own their homes. Their property taxes are going to go way up because of this ridiculous bubble.
Part of me is thinking back to all the excitement when Japan was buying up marquee US properties like Pebble Beach, Rockefeller Center, and the like. Twenty years later, they had had to sell all of them at a loss. You don’t get to buy up US properties, chortle and lord it over “US scum”, and continue to have them worth more than vacant land. People can just walk away.
IMO they are counting on some Biden administration “done deal” where all these properties get re-zoned by federal fiat or manipulation into high-density apartment complexes and commercial.
That ties in with open borders, etc.
And Agenda 2030 and ReWilding…..

As with all sorts of things, there are certain flavors of this policy that could be reasonably predicted to work well. For instance, if we were to do a “brain drain” on Hong Kong the way we did on Germany in the leadup to WWII.
And then there are the flavors that taste very bad, indeed. An example of that might be admitting all the Algerian refugees to France, or Sweden’s importation of jihadi violence, or Merkel’s wild inflation of the welfare state in Germany.
We need to take a lesson from that German brain drain, too. We got all the German communists and socialists first – then after we won, we got the German “national socialists”.

I hate to tell you I knew many Germans who only bathed once a week and changed clothe once a week even when they came to US.
Thank God my mother had a phobia about germs and we had to bathe every day. If it had been up to her twice a day. I still like to take a shower twice a day. Cannot go to bed without it.
In the summer it is a shower at noon and one before bed for me. I need to get the sweat and allergens off my skin!

I was talking about something related to this last night with my cousin. Let’s take the southeastern United States and look at cities before railroads.
There are only certain areas along the coast that are suitable for deepwater ports: Baltimore, MD; Norfolk, VA; Wilmington, NC; Charleston, SC…. In places like these, all import and export passes through and is collected from other places or broken up for local boats and barges…..which means you need a city with warehouses and banks, insurance agents and brokers, accountants, auditors, assay houses, and the like.
Most of the Atlantic coastal plain is table-flat, and things are easily moved on rafts and barges. Until you hit the “fall line”, where rivers start to go uphill. You’re never going to pole a barge uphill, so you have to transfer the goods from barges and rafts to wagons (and vice-versa). That means you need a city with warehouses and banks, insurance agents and brokers, yada-yada. And you’re in the piedmont.
Moving further inland, there are mountain barriers, and you may need to shift from large transport wagons to more capable transport — light wagons or even pack mules. You then need places to make that change. Places with warehouses and banks…..
So there were natural places to build cities in the past. Confluences of two rivers, a navigable river changing to a scenic one, the last stop before threading a pass, natural ports and harbors….and this is true worldwide.
And, since those who built and worked in cities with such natural advantages became wealthy, the cities became places to raise capital and start new businesses.
When railroads started becoming popular, there were new networks and new ways of making cities profitable. A good example of this is Chattanooga, TN — once a place where riverboats and people of the countryside came together, it exploded after 1850 when it became a major railroad hub for the entire south. Similarly, interstate highways in the 1950’s have changed the map for city-building.
But, before that, there were generations of just geography.
Now, however, you have to wonder. These Black Rock guys want to buy up single family homes in the suburbs and make them into apartments…..what’s to keep people who don’t want to live in rabbit hutches from moving further out? If your product is information, do you need shipping? If you fly in to do business, do you need a railroad?
And when people occupy the rabbit hutches previously occupied by single-family home dwellers, what do they hope to gain? All your taxpayers have moved away, and the geographical advantages that built a city that could afford its suburbs have moved on.
I see this “cunning plan” as being longer on exposition than on follow-through.
ALSO as the housing prices explode, the cities and counties ‘re-evaluate’ the VALUE and INCREASE THE TAX on EVERYONE’s PROPERTY!
With inflation, how many people are going to be TAXED out of their homes???

It’s a company that uses a comparison to recent sales of 5 properties that contracts with the local entities.
My dad got the house assessment knocked down by 25% the last time the county pulled that crap. He had to protest it in person, too.
We’ve protested this year. No word yet.
I looked at the zestimate on this house. Frankly, the lot is worth more than the house. We could price it $50K lower and have a flipper bidding war.
But not this year.
I see a more complex overall squeeze, forcing people into the desired GND paradigm. Routes of escape would be cut off by various means – not all negative, but many definitely.
That said, can we find this communist thing and break it? Hopefully.
Awareness should break it, if people would stand up.
I wouldn’t sell MY house to these vultures, whatever they offered. I would sell to a nice family with kids, or some elderly people, if I were ever to sell it.

To me it is a failure only to look at color.

We had this sort of crap pulled on us. A neighbor wanted to buy a ‘right of way’ for a driveway supposedly. Turns out he was fronting for a corporation who wanted to use our farm road, going diagonally through our property, as access to the property they were developing. Instead of ONE family, we would have had a hundred families traveling through our farm to get to their homes.

Looking at history like I do, the movement of people, shows these long patterns you describe. Humans don’t just “cooperate” with the government plan. They do what is in in their OWN best interests. Over time, it changes with technology, etc., and population centers migrate and change.
IDK about that. More like renting to people who the suburbanites are avoiding moving to the ‘burbs for better school districts, is what I got out of it.
And then wait until the properties are all but destroyed before tearing them down for whatever reason.
Notice, though, that it’s new build properties, not the historic stuff.
I don’t know that those areas will be rezoned for that. More like back to farmland, IMO. They’re going to break the idea of the ‘burbs, and wreck school districts, IMO.

Real estate is a great safe investment — but the owner has to also make sure they either have enough in the kitty to contend with the ever-growing real estate property tax / “school tax” rate (some localities actually impose BOTH types of taxes); or, be ready to protest the H3LL out of the Tax Assessor’s office when the tax increase notice arrives.
I can testify that there’s a difference between contesting a real estate property tax increase if it’s on a property that one resides in, as opposed to a rental property that one owns. The attitude of the Tax Assessor hacks toward rental property owners runs roughly along the lines of, “Well, since you’re ‘rich enough’ to own rental property, then you’re ‘rich enough’ to afford the property tax.” The Tax Assessor hacks know that rents usually can’t be raised enough to completely cover large tax increases — and they don’t care. The rental property owners who control the largest amount of properties are the only ones who can “absorb” the property tax increases. Those who own, say, fewer than 10 rental properties in a given location are in a fix.
Of course, a rental property owner (I’m talking residential property here) can “go Section 8”. The government-subsidized rents can then keep pace with tax increases. However, the property owner then becomes a kind of “sub-owner” to the federal government.
And then there are the “hidden tax increases” that property owners have to contend with — like the utility taxes (state and local) going up on the electricity, water, gas; the “garbage / recycles collection” fees; the “stormwater runoff” tax that’s being imposed in so many places; and so forth.

Which leads to research to try to solve or account for that problem.
There are many options, some better than others, but this guy (see below) seems to know all the catches and created ways around them.
He wanted to obtain precious metals during the 2008 crash (or 2011, I forget which), and couldn’t get them, anywhere, during the panic.
That set him on the road to solving that problem for himself, and created a new business in the process. Other good companies doing similar things exist, but this guy’s approach is from the perspective of someone who was shut out in 2008 (or 2011), so his perspective is from the position of an outsider to the industry, and he talks about it that way.
He learned the various catches and problems of the physical precious metals market, and created his business in a way which specifically addresses those problems.
This is an example of what I meant, that there are issues to be solved, but so far, I have found good answers for each problem that research reveals.
Specifically, with regard to confiscation, most overseas vaults (and all domestic vaults) have a Force Majeure clause basically saying we’ll cry uncle and say “How high?” if your (i.e., the client’s) government says ‘jump’. [and any U.S. based vault would definitely cave immediately to a U.S. confiscation executive order]
This company’s clause says the opposite. It says if any client’s home country has a ‘nationalization event’, the account is FROZEN until you or a representative shows up at the vault, to alleviate any concern that you are acting under the duress of your government.
I haven’t found THAT level of protection too many places.
And while none of this stuff may apply to me personally (I lost all of my overseas precious metals in the same boating accident where I lost all of my guns… and my ammo… I know, in retrospect it seems crazy to have it all in one place like that, in a boat, out in the ocean, by myself… what was I thinking… I was lucky to make it back to shore alive… hindsight is 20/20…), it’s fascinating subject matter just the same, tying in to a lot of issues of privacy and government intrusion and freedom and other things we talk about here all the time. 👍

I have read (and heard) many times lately, about a very nice house in a good neighborhood that sold for one gold piece in the Weimar Republic (Germany) in the 1920s, during the hyperinflation.
Because when the value of fiat currency goes to zero, the only thing that is liquid and worth anything substantial is gold and silver.
Guns and ammo and food, etc., are all great for barter. But from what I have read about past real economic crises, precious metals (and to an extent, though less liquid, precious stones) are the safe haven of last resort.

I don’t know if this is related to the info about real estate, but people I know are getting notices to want to buy their homes, which are not on the market and not for sale. I have thought that realtors must be changing their tactics and that they are now taught marketing by sending out letters and postcards with offers. Most of these offers do not include a price, so it’s not clear whether these people are offering above market value. This outreach is unsolicited, unwanted, and annoying, like spam phone calls.
If a homeowner were offered a larger-than-expected sum for their home, most would take it, gratefully. I don’t know how they would know who was really behind the purchase. I’m sure there are many ways to hide the real buyer’s identity.
Bill Gates is buiying up farmland, and others want to purchase neighborhoods, all to control America and the world. If they can’t invade neighborhoods by forcing them to accept low-income and homeless people, they will just buy the houses outright to prevent the people from being able to. Yes, and essentially buying up the properties and making them rentals allow low-income types the opportunity to move into red voting districts so that they’ll turn blue. It’s a change in the voter demographic.
A town or city should be able to beat this using their zoning laws if they just set a limit on how many rental properties are allowed, I’d think. If they move faster than these buyers they can end up getting the buyers stuck with the expensive piece of property. If they don’t do anything they are going to end up loosing income as property values will eventually drop several years down the road as these neighborhoods decline I’d think. However by that time, democrats will have taken over the local governments and they’ll just try to raise taxes regardless.

Thanks for posting this DPat. I read it earlier when Nor’easter posted it, but this gives us a chance to discuss it more broadly. After Linda mentioned the Zillow assessment, I went to look. I hadn’t checked it for probably a year, maybe longer. I was stunned by what they say my home is worth. I thought, “that can’t be right!” but then I looked at prices in the vicinity and just about fainted.
Yeah, well, here, those big prices lasted for all of two houses before the market went dead. Nothing is moving right now.

Hot real estate market here. I get the “we buy houses” postcards and texts daily. Some of them are mailed from the other side of the country. One of the dirty tricks the vultures use is to relentlessly report housing violations to the authorities in hopes that the cost of repairs and harassment from the local government will force homeowners to put their property up for sale.
The last few houses on my street were sold to companies I’ve never heard of. I think I was the last real person to buy a house here, and every sale after that was to some property management company/wannabe landlord. Local social media is filled with people complaining about being outbid for housing, even in bad neighborhoods. So none of this is news to me. It’s been happening here for awhile.
I want to leave this place, but I don’t know if it’s happening while the market is like this. While it’s a great time to sell, I don’t know what the odds are of finding something I can afford elsewhere.
My mom and dad talked through things like this. On what to do after the first one of them passed away, they decided not to do anything fast. Not to sell their home for at least a year because they might come to regret it. I never cared about getting rich, but just want to be productive and take care of myself and help others a little. My suspicious cat instincts tell me when things get strange but I don’t know enough to do a financially beneficial thing during these large societal shifts. I do know what mom and dad said: don’t do anything fast so you don’t regret it later.
Another thing is that many of the recent sales are to Chinese or Indians. As in, a bunch — and many all cash.

In 2008, I knew things were weird so decided to buy my first house since I thought I had a stable job and would stay in that location for at least 5 years. My credit union advised that I should pick a place that I thought would hold its value. I bought a 5-acre home in the country with a much longer commute. We closed July 16th. In August 2008, everything crashed. I had a good city job and made this long commute for 11 years. Loved the job. Loved my home. Survived the commute. Over time, my gov employer rebid contracts across the org and there were more and more 1st generation Americans who had been born in other countries with a high percent of Muslims and Asians. Eventually, my gov boss decided to “change directions” and let two of us (white Americans) go without letting us know beforehand. I found a new job half as far from home and I love working there too. It is outside a major city or suburb and I drive past farms, little towns, and churches on the way to work. God watches over me. Recently, I thought to explore a refinance. Once I was accepted and read the paperwork, I became concerned about a clause that let the lender sell my loan. My credit union had made a point of telling me they would hold my loan. A loan sale clause seems bad in these times. I quickly withdrew my request. All our comms were polite. The loan officer did not respond to my withdrawal concern but tried to make me feel foolish for not taking the nice cut in interest and saving $. Why did he avoid discussing reselling loans? I remembered 2008’s bundling of bad loans with others and selling them. Ugly business. Now it feels like companies are outsourcing all sorts of things. My credit union has outsourced the process of filling out forms to request a loan or a refinance to a company in San Francisco. My gov contract employer and others I have worked with have outsourced the various paperwork to other companies too. That did not feel good either. So I pray and hold in place. I watch my home’s value go up on Zillow but remember a few years ago they changed their algorithms and in one day dropped their estimate on my home by about 100k. Whatever… I can touch my home and live here. The lender I withdrew from just sent me a form email about working for them. I hope not to need to get into real estate. I also now get loan offers from other companies and banks. When the elites so visibly scammed us (Russia, elections, etc.) I not only lost trust in politicians but also in non-local and big businesses. I trust local businesses and my neighbors. 🙂

Z estimates are simply a computer guess. Need to look at neighborhood recent sales, days on the market, true comparable sales, trends… Yea, folks here know this.
Where Zillow is accurate, is reporting last sale price. The EXACT same information available from the county tax collector.
Here’s anecdote for you about Black Rock. Black Rock owns most ETFs in the stock market, which gives them substantial stockholder voting power in many corporations. Panama is supposed to be very nice. And apparently until August, they have a ‘residency’ rule where citizens from friendly countries (including the U.S.) can obtain official residency very easily.
File the paperwork, open a bank account, deposit $5K if I remember correctly, and establish a company (on paper, for most people it is a dormant company).
After that, you only need to touch Panama soil once per year (or once per two years according to another source, I suspect that is straddling two official ‘years’ due to a particular date) to maintain residency status.
After 5 years you can apply for citizenship, but there is something odd about how it goes, because apparently Panama does not allow dual citizenship, but renouncing your original country of origin citizenship is (supposedly) symbolic, not official, so that would definitely require further investigation.
After August 19th, the requirements get more difficult.

Been a long time since I looked at ISA cards; I still have a couple homebrew ones here with wire-wrapped 74LS-series chips on them. But all that equipment is now retired.
Now it all fits on a card approximately the size of a credit card… Or even less than half of that, if looking at the Raspberry Pi Zero models. And instead of wide busses of 8 and 16 bits, there is the i2c with its party-line connections to all kinds of useful and interesting chips.
The Raspberry Pi folks did however make things slightly risky by placing the 5 V and 3.3 V power pins next to each other, they should have surrounded the 5 V with ground pins ideally. But changing that will be too late now…
I’m watching real estate in Upstate NY sell overnight to buyers from big cities on both coasts. A real estate agent said something about many buyers being nostalgic for a place they remember from childhood.

I have heard anecdotally from friends in real estate here in the Buffalo area that they are seeing younger folks from the area returning from out of state to come back “home” again. Part of their motivation is that they can get twice the home for half the price of what was available in their “foreign” location. And jobs nowadays (so I am told) can often be anywhere.

I had been working at a startup in Silicon Valley with several hats — I was running the accounting, running the production, and shepherding the financial position of this organization. I even contributed toward a patent.
And we hired this young lady to work in accounting. She was bright, she was personable, and she was productive. I had every expectation she would go far.
Until one day, when my #2 broke into a meeting and whispered in my ear, “it’s XXXXX, she’s having some sort of seizure and told us not to call anyone.” I excused myself and went to accounting, looked in……
And XXXXX was standing, clinging to the edge of her desk, seizing and going “hng, hng, hng”…..and was as blue as a pair of Levis. I told my #2 to call 911, make sure she didn’t bump her head if she fell, and get me again if she went down. Managed to complete the meeting and check things while the paramedics were still there. She got much better and was responsive, but refused most treatment and transport.
Substantially later, I got the story. While in school, she found out that she had a major heart defect…..and went into serious denial. By the time she graduated, her heart had been damaged to the point where she was deemed inoperable.
Shortly after this event, she went to work for, IIRC, Seagate — reasoning that a position with a larger company would mean stability in health benefits. About a year later, the company she went to laid off about 1/3 of their US employees — while we were still there.
She was such a good kid. It’s sad to think that she is probably long gone, while I remain.

I have dealt with a lot of that. They were giving away poor white slaves. Whites were not even worth selling to them. I have been amazed by how mean they were and still are. I have no respect for them now. I really don’t care what happens to all their kings, queens and other family members. There was a time I thought they were special. Now they are the scum of the earth to me.
I read a lot of books by English writers when I was young and wanted to believe they were decent people but most of them now are right up there with Jimmy Savile in my mind. Many of the writers tried to make it clear just how evil the Royalty is. Their time is over. Royalty is over. All of the old guard is over. There is no place left for them in the world.
Before we had mass communication in “now time”, they found it easier to control the narrative. Royalty is over. Communism is over. Islam is over.
They all see us as the danger to them and we are. We don’t have to do anything to them except shine the light on them. They destroy themselves in front of us on video talking about how they want to destroy all of the Christians and everything God created.
And yet, there is a part of me that still wants to believe some good things about them. I think that is probably just because I am Christian and I know that people can come to Jesus and be saved from hell. The hardest part to understand is that they do not want to be saved from hell. They want to turn the whole world into hell.
When the millions were brought out of Egypt, God met all of their needs beyond all possible imagination or expectation. They lived in a miracle for 50 + years and all they could do is whine that they wanted to go back to Egypt. They preferred to die in the desert rather than worship God and enter the Promised Land. God destroyed Egypt when they left so that they could never go back. When the old guard died, the remaining group went in to the Promised Land.
Many of the group that entered the Promised Land married the Canaanites and worshipped Satan.
Jesus was sent to offer them a new and different way. A New Covenant.
What makes the New Covenant?
The most important element of the new covenant is the blood of Jesus Christ. In the Old Testament, blood sacrifices were required for cleansing and atonement when the Law was broken. Under the new covenant, Jesus Christ provided His own body on the cross as a sacrifice that would purify once, for all time, those who had faith ( Hebrews 10:10, 14 ).

In the Buffalo area homes sell on the first day they are up, always for 20-50% over asking. Sellers can go through a dozen (and often dozens) of bids and pick the right one.

Denver area out towards the airport, new home construction is going gang busters. Homes selling like hot cakes. Checked on zillow and my home is up $125,000 in 18 months. House two down from me sold for $525,000 in a cash bidding war in four days.
When this crash happens it will be bigger than anything we’ve seen.

2021 has been, by far, the most difficult time to be an anon. It seemed like justice was a certainty yet suddenly the rug was pulled out from us. Many people had lost hope, their soul was crushed. I knew what God had shown me…that justice was coming. Therefore, I exerted all of my faith to help strengthen and encourageme my frens during this time. This has certainly been the biggest leap of faith I have collectively taken with a group of people.
Clarity is now coming back to us. This time of darkness is slowly ending. We can begin to see the light at the end of this tunnel. Verifiable action is being taken and Trump’s 17d chess plan has become so much easier to understand.
In the end, we’ll all be so much better for having walked through this chapter with our heads held high. WWG1WGA

My house value has increased over 100k in 3yrs. And is going up over night now. I am going to be priced out pretty soon. If they start raising taxes to match the inflated value. Two neighbors have sold recently in our secluded desirable neighborhood and driving prices higher. If I sold now I couldn’t afford to buy anything comparable to what I currently have. I would have to be basically homeless untill the market crashes…….

The only people I know that have been sick since the shut down began are three people at my husband’s work, who all got sick after getting the second vaccine. One was tested positive the day after his second vaccine, and was not symptomatic until a few days later. One woman came in to work sick and claimed it was only a cold, since she had had her second vaccine a few weeks before. She was sent home. The other person called in sick.

The positive test the day after the vaccine strikes me as a typical positive on the vaccine mRNA itself. The ones who were later, I am guessing, were picking up RNA fragments being spewed by genomic corporation of the vaccine, which I am pretty certain is happening in a subset of the vaccinated.

Sexton has Coulter on his current radio show on a semi-frequent basis. She was on today. Couldn’t listen past the few seconds.
I’ve been DONE with Coulter for years. I’ve heard Sexton’s radio program a few times, and did not find it inspiring. Rush’s shoes are impossible to fill, but Sexton does not come close to being an acceptable alternative, IMO. It’s an honor above his pay grade. I also don’t think Sexton is MAGA enough, which is also borne out by his support of Coulter, whose criticism of PDJT’s handling of the border was irrational.
