Dear KAG: 20210610 Daily Open Thread

On Wednesday, this thread appeared in my feed:

Blackrock is buying every single family house they can find, paying 20-50% above asking price and outbidding normal home buyers. Why are corporations, pension funds and property investment groups buying entire neighborhoods out from under the middle class? Lets take a look. Homes are popping up on MLS and going under contract within a few hours. Blackrock, among others, are buying up thousands of new homes and entire neighborhoods.

So who is Blackrock? Only the worlds largest asset manager and the leading proponent of The Great Reset. Theyre looking to redistribute -Get this- $120Trillion dollars. The entire wealth of the worlds middle class and poor combined several times over.

As an example, a 124 new home neighborhood was bought in its entirety in Texas. Average Americans were outbid to a tune of $32million. Homes sold at an avg if 20% above listing. Now the entire neighborhood is made up of SFR’s. What are SFR’s??

Single Family Rentals. Now, your potential lower to middle class home owner is positioned to be a permanent renter. This matters because for the lower and middle class owning a home is the most major part of any financial success, and future upward mobility.

This is wealth redistribution, and it ain’t rich people’s wealth that’s getting redistributed. It’s normal American middle class, salt of the earth wealth heading into the hands of the worlds most powerful entities and individuals. The traditional financial vehicle gone forever.

Home equity is the main financial element that middle class families use to build wealth, and black rock, a federal reserve funded financial institution is buying up all the houses to make sure that young families can’t build wealth

Thats right!

Let that sink in for a minute. Got it? They’re using your tax dollars to fuck over the lower and middle class, and its permanent. Not 1 Pres. administration of bullshit. This is a fundamental reorganization of society.
So where does this position the average American in 30 years when its a given that every new neighborhood is to be bought up whole so they can be utilized as SFR’s? It positions them as peasants. Being poor can be temporary condition bettered by upward mobility.

In the US and other nations home ownership is often the 1st and most vital step. This can provide for generational wealth and success. But as permanent, guaranteed renters youre pissing away a lifetime of equity and the chance for mobility. You just become a peasant.

The Great Reset is real. It is happening. This will be the greatest transfer of wealth, and greatest consolidation of power in the history of mankind. If they get away with it revolution will be the only cure. It will be awful. Wake up. Get active. Stop this now!!

This is warfare. Make no doubt about it. Lloyds bank in London is doing it, as is every great financial institute across the world. This must be stopped. Its a greater threat than the slow creep of Communism, BLM or anything else you can think of COMBINED. It is a death stroke.

Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street control 20 trillion dollars worth of assets. Blackrock alone has a 10 billion a year surplus. That means with 5-20% down they can get mortgages on 130-170k homes every year. Or they can outright buy 30k homes per year. Just Blackrock.

Now imagine every major institute doing this, because they are. It can be such a fast sweeping action that 30yrs may be overshooting it. They may accomplish feudalism in 15 years.

People will say “They can’t just piss away money on buying tens of thousands of houses that are all at a loss.”

They are fronting the federal reserve, and are financed by an endless stream of freshly created fiat money.
And whats the global reserve currency???? Oh ya… green funny money.

You may ask “Suppose the banks wont finance new housing?”

“But Companies are buying them for way above asking price, can it last?”

Well, the banks are controlled by and in bed with the same cabal buying everything up. You think this will be corrected by market forces when it is a financial and political pincher movement pushed by the same cabal that stole the 2020 election & hid COVID Truth?

Agenda 2021/2030 in action?

Did anyone see this coming? I mean, from this thread it sounds like the banks are buying up suburbia. They certainly aren’t buying up my neighborhood where houses are sitting for months, and the prices are being cut even after costly upgrades.

But, then, this area is not suburbs.

And then there was this…odd that it was allowed on CNN.

And a reminder that the war out there isn’t just for our minds, but more than that, and soldiers of all sorts are needed in the fight.

It looks like the “TRUMP WON” baseball bandits went on a road trip.

And a couple other thoughts:

Oh, and before I forget:

In opposition to the overlord wannabes.

2 CORINTHIANS 3:15–4:1, 3-6

315Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their minds; 16but when a man turns to the Lord the veil is removed. 17Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being changed into his likeness from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. 41Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart. 3And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. 4In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the likeness of God. 5For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 6For it is the God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

Prayers for the nation, the salvation of humanity, and all of us here – lurkers and members – as well as our families, are welcome.

Thank you, DePat. I had no idea that the real estate bubble was being driven by the Great Reset.

Something must be done.

Wolf Moon

Agreed. They’ve declared war on us.

We stash what little we have left, in our little middle class bullshit, and they just come in like an alien invasion and take it from us, with our own money we entrusted to them.

I no longer care what happens to them.

I hope the Good Lord is involved.

He always is.

I’m hoping and praying that HE RESETS THEM, and SOON…

It’s almost as if everything is being herded into a mass of problems that only a world leader could solve…. and that would be AntiChrist, if the Cabal had their way, for he is Their God.

But not ours.

May GOD Forgive, Bless, Strengthen, and Save us!

Gail Combs

They started this a LONG time ago by driving American farmers off their land over a hundred years ago.

‘ The Socialist Revolution in the US cannot take place because there are too many small independent farmers there. Those people are the stability factor. We here in Russia must hurry while our government is stupid enough to not encourage and support the independent farmership.’ — V. Lenin, the founder of the Russian revolution

1934 “[Our] future is becoming visible in Russia.” Assistant Secretary of Agriculture Rexford

“….Professor Cassel, in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, August 1928, wrote that:

“The fact that a central bank fails to raise its bank rate in accordance with the actual situation of the capital market very much increases the strength of the cyclical movement of trade, with all its pernicious effects on social economy. A rational regulation of the bank rate lies in our hands, and may be accomplished only if we perceive its importance and decide to go in for such a policy. With a bank rate regulated on these lines the conditions for the development of trade cycles would be radically altered, and indeed, our familiar trade cycles would be a thing of the past.”

This is the most authoritative premise yet made relating that our business depressions are artificially precipitated. The occurrence of the Panic of 1907, the Agricultural Depression of 1920, and the Great Depression of 1929, all three in good crop years and in periods of national prosperity, suggests that premise is not guesswork….”

It continued right after WWII

…This group, called the Committee for Economic Development, was officially established in 1942 as a sister organization to the Council on Foreign Relations…Composed of chief executive officers and chairmen from the federal reserve, the banking industry, private equity firms, insurance companies, railroads, information technology firms, publishing companies, pharmaceutical companies, the oil and automotive industries, meat packing companies, retailers and assisted by university economists “representatives from every sector of the economy with the key exception of farmers themselves ” CED determined that the problem with American agriculture was that there were too many farmers. But the CED had a “solution”: millions of farmers would just have to be eliminated….

And it continues to this day: The Forced Depopulation of America’s Rural Areas

Then they upped it by going from people working for one corporation in one place to the ‘Corporate Shuffle’ General Electric for example moved their execs & middle management every 2 to 3 years in the 50s & 60s. At that time most people during their life only worked for one or two corporations. However after the mid 70s gas crisis we had the Great American Corporation Leveraged Buyouts in the 1980s,

The Great American Corporation Leveraged Buyouts FORCEABLY TOOK OVER mid level WHOLLY AMERICAN OWNED corporations. They were raided and sold off piecemeal. I knew a guy in Boston MA who worked for a company that when into factories, broke down the machinery, packed it up and shipped it off to other countries. This is a sampling of the industries with over 50% foreign ownership, according to Source Watch in 2008 after the sell-off of our corporations.

At that point the whole corporate philosophy changed. Now Americans are ‘itinerant workers’ competing with foreign workers for jobs that last from 2 to 5 years. With inflation increasing housing prices, and getting a NEW mortgage, one with the interest paid off FIRST, the ability to build equity is close to impossible.

Cuppa Covfefe

And then there’s

I ‘ve
B een
M oved.

I had a colleague who was a manager, very good, but morose in outlook. Turns out that he’d worked for IBM, was on the fast track there (it seems). He got married, and shortly thereafter he was “offered” a chance to move to a promotion. He told them he’d like to talk to his wife about it. The next day, he was asked to clean out his desk. This was probably in the 50s or early 60s…

Gina Rometty is not the first animal at the head of IBM…

One thing I wonder is if the CB are trying to get land ownership in the US back to the way it is in the UK, with everyone thinking they own their land, but are actually sitting on a 99-year lease of someone else’s land, that someone else being the state (or the Crown, in the case of the UK)…..

It doesn’t seem that many people realize just how fortunate folks in the US are, to be able to have PRIVATE property. Indeed, if the phrase “life, liberty, and the pursuit of property” hadn’t been changed to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”, it might be a tad more obvious.

At least people are starting to see “wealth redistribution”, even in some of the YSM (at least over here). WWI and WWII caused a lot of that over here (hit my wife’s family particularly hard, especially because that they didn’t join “The Party” and had to weave through that mess. The other wealth redistribution scheme that’s starting to really rankle people is the continual bailout of Greece, Italy, and most of the “south”, including our “guests”, aka refauxgees. The supposed Monetary Union of the EU was designed to cripple and destroy Germany, and they hoped, the UK, too. It looks like they’ve succeeded, at least with Germany… 😡

“It doesn’t seem that many people realize just how fortunate folks in the US are, to be able to have PRIVATE property.”

Quit paying taxes on “Your/My” private property and see who really “OWNS” it.

Gail Combs

YUP! Try filling in a swampy area or building a farm pond or cutting down trees near a stream or letting your cattle have access to a stream for drinking water or….

Cuppa Covfefe

That’s the TAX law, not the property ownership law. Talk to someone in/from England about their land system… “The Crown” can take your property regardless of tax status…

Cuppa Covfefe

Sort of explains what Druggie, erm, Draghi was up to when he put the European Central Bank’s (EZB) prime rate at ZERO and now NEGATIVE! So it costs us money to “save” money, and the banks walk away with it all.

But then, Blackrock can get zero-interest (or even NEGATIVE-INTEREST) loans and walk off singing to the bank, while we normies are crying in our ever-more-expensive beer…

Oh, to be able to put some sand in the gears of their Demonic Machine… and throw them in it, at the same time… “Modern Times” indeed…..

Gail Combs

The neighbor across the street does rental trailers. A friend helps him with the re-painting and such. It is AMAZING the amount of damage people can do.

Defrost the freezer with a blow torch — OOPS
BREAK ceramic tiles
Break the floor
splash paint all over
cut holes in the walls looking for copper pipe to sell
sell off the bathroom and kitchen including toilet sinks and cabinets
Blow someone’s brains out so you are left with the mess to clean up yourself because no one else will.
Burn the place to the ground….

And that was just this year. NO LIE!

A person I know went on vacation when he came back people had broken into his house stripped copper out of his house. This is not the only person it happened too.

Gail Combs

I saw some Blacks in the act. They had stripped out the copper wire from an unoccupied commercial bldg and were burning off the insulation in a fire behind the building. I called the cops — not that it did any good.

By us it is white people who do that mostly druggies. There some black thugs also mostly petty crimes. Here crime is not owned by one group neither is poverty.

Gail Combs

We have an area near by that is black druggies. However the drug dealers I know are all white.

After having read Kew’s post in re the variety of “benefits” that the [CB] derived from the Covid-thingy, I’m of the mind that the same strategy is in place for the RE buying spree.

  • Balkanization / destruction of the suburbs (middle-class), check.
  • Hard asset acquisition to protect against upcoming financial turmoil, check.
  • Convert all the equity-building mortgage payments into rent payments, check.
  • Let properties deteriorate, to re-zone / re-build into low-income housing (gov’t $ siphon), check.
  • Use massive financial leverage to out-bid the small-fries, check.
  • Create a bubble to burst, then scoop up property for pennies / dimes on the dollar, check.

This list goes on, I’m sure. It’s amazing how much destruction can be wrought, with even a single evil plan: it spawns evil sub-plan tentacles, providing more “opportunity” to destroy even more fully.

One of the greatest factors, IMO, that helps OUR peace-of-mind, is that we can sense their INCREASING panic, desperation, and speed with which they’re trying to “work their plan” of evil.

They’re used to working in the shadows, and used to creating as many shadows as possible to cover their evil.

How much more ammunition do they have? It seems to me that they’re spending it like a profligate child.

When their “plan” becomes so obvious that even the *lofo’s* can see through it, then their goose is cooked.

We’re winning …

My first reaction was, “King Cobras are found in India and Southeast Asia, while honey badgers are found in Africa….except there’s one flavor of honey badger found in India.

Wolf Moon

Yeah, where was the king cobra? Not that puny green snake, whatever it was!

It looks like that video is a segment from a longer video I saw recently, which DOES feature a king cobra with a classic hood, in a segment AFTER the smaller green snake.

King cobras were the real troublemakers for Bill Haast, and IIRC those were the bites that really brought him close to the edge of death.

The reason a king cobra is a king cobra is because it eats other [presumably lesser] cobras. King snakes in the US similarly eat other snakes.

Gail Combs

Which is why I like king snakes! (They will go after copperheads)

Cuppa Covfefe

I like King Cobra in the 40-oz. bottle 🙂

(ducks and runs while stuffing the bottle back into a brown paper bag 😀 )… 🍺🍻

Ran across this comment at youtube! On a video about history in Oklahoma…

owen lyons1 week ago
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The whole world knows Trump won big
Ireland for Trump
Creepy Joe for prison.

We are not alone!

Valerie Curren

Was speaking w/ a church friend whose son was recently married. He & his bride bought a house in Inkster, a “lesser” (not that safe, crappy schools, etc) suburb in Metro Detroit (city may have been designed historically for black auto workers). She said that they kept being outbid by $15-20,000 on multiple properties before snagging one in an older stable neighborhood. This anecdotal info seems to line up w/ what you shared.

If Inkster is mostly black & it’s being bought for excessive funding it looks like “they” might be deliberately trying to force local black communities into even more perpetual poverty.

I’ve heard from several sources that it’s a great time to sell your house around here & that you can get top dollar, so perhaps this phenomenon you reported is fairly widespread in the Detroit area…hmmm…

Valerie Curren

Maybe they are attempting to take over strategic pockets of key areas to solidify their hold on a region. Similar to the fraudulent creeping blue vote that might be being more engineered than organic, making everyone think that red>purple>blue is a natural process…hmmm

It seems like a blessing if your area is currently being spared these machinations!

Just throwing out a ‘what if’

what if the people [CB] who are buying are going to build low-income housing using our money, as previously suggested.

Now the only thing the landlords need is a huge influx of low income people…..hmmmm
queue the open borders… and refugees from ME

Are they targetting traditional R areas to flip a seat?

because faux (foe) bidden didnt win

Valerie Curren

Good insight. I doubt that Inkster is a republican area currently, though. Also Metro Detroit allegedly already has the highest Arabic/muslim population outside of an Arab nation in the world. But it seems that there is creeping Islamization going on in the region.

A few years back there was some type of Arab-American festival that was being protested by a “right-wing Christian” group & those protestors were supposed to be confined into a “free speech” zone. There were fairly significant violent clashes, seemed the protestors “offended” the muslims by having a pig’s head on a pole & such. IIRC, the cops wouldn’t protect the protestors’ free speech rights & that they were being pummeled by thrown objects, bottled water, etc…hmmm This happened in Dearborn & I think Alex Jones’ Info Wars reported/distorted on this situation.

My son and wife were outbid over and over on properties in Michigan until they settled on a condominium. Was not what they wanted but they are happy. They were really ticked off.

Valerie Curren

My friend said that her son & d-in-law were having limited funds to work w/ & whenever the price exceeded the appraised value the mortgages wouldn’t provide for that excess funding (shy should the banks take that risk?). It’s like one needs personally deep pockets in order to put one’s own funds at rick in such real estate transactions.

Where was this happening for you son? Is that the family that works at U of M hospital?

Yes in Ann Arbor. Both work their and make good money.
It seemed people were offering more money for property than it was worth not to live in but to rehab.
They bought their condo and put new flooring into the place and new carpets in two of three bedrooms.

Valerie Curren

Wow. I’m getting to the place, based on a year’s worth of experiences, to almost despise going to the U of M Hospital, a place I have loved & felt as if it were practically a second home.

Now it is with trepidation & reluctance that we complete appointments there. The mask insanity is on overdrive. The push to inflict harm rather than Do No Harm is impossible to ignore, at least for me. It’s like my skin crawls the entire time we are inside the facility & I cannot wait to shake the dust off my feet when the appointment is done.

It is a monstrous evil at work that a facility that was known for excellent diagnostic, treatment, & extensive quality care would now feel like an abuser that the victim cannot wait to escape again. The contrast between now & 2 years ago couldn’t be more stark!

Yes they have mask enforcement. You have no idea how strict it is in laboratories. My son and wife like the jobs they have but they turnend liberal. They do not see themselves as liberal that is what is so astounding. They do not see it. I know nothing about the University Hospital

Valerie Curren

It was a truly lovely place. When we first encountered U of M Hospital, my infant son Josiah was transferred from a local hospital to U of M for his 1st open heart surgery. He was 2 months old & 4# at the time. U of M was a wonderful contrast w/ the local hospital w/ their family-centered care, so welcoming. It allowed our family to actually all be in the room w/ J before his surgery happened. His 2 year old brother had only ever glimpsed him through the glass window into the NICU at the local hospital.

The pediatric part of the hospital had such a family friendly atmosphere. The in-patient floors had a small centrally located play zone equipped with toys, games, gross motor stuff, like slides, & small chairs & tables for coloring, books, etc. They also had an art therapy room on each floor for the patients & siblings. They made it possible & comfortable for families w/ young kids to feel welcome & at home. They had a nourishment room where you could get drinks & light snacks for patients & families, a breast pump room, w/ equipment included, a breast milk freezer, free usage of laundry, & even a couple of showers available for family use. I spent many weeks of my life, cumulatively, living bedside w/ my son(s) during the many surgical & other hospitalizations, they have either window seats or chairs that fold down into beds for parents to stay in the room…

They had a social work affiliated department, called Child Life, w/ trained staff who were so caring & child & family sensitive that they could ease fears & make these hospital visits almost seem fun. This was vital for our family to “normalize” the hospital side of Josiah’s life, so it wasn’t scary & had multiple aspects that the other kids could enjoy…

For months I had Josiah at the hospital 3 days a week for 3-4 therapies a day & was able to “park” his 3 siblings into a then sibling program, run by child life, where they could play, do crafts, access playground equipment, games, toys, puzzles, books, computers, scrapbooking, & special events like food & music. This program was designed for siblings of chronically ill patients who needed dialysis or infusions or radiation, etc, but they generously allowed me to access it w/ J’s 3 pre-school sibs during that intense season of therapy. It made our hospital runs “almost” fun & was a lifesaver for me when I had no one to help with the kids & that intense season of medical/therapeutic intervention (that was my year of 300 medical destinations, some days involving as many as 4 separate providers–complete & utter insanity). Then U of M made it possible to have that level of intensive intervention without completely going crazy!

There was/is a beautiful courtyard where the old Mott Hospital, University Hospital, & Taubman Center intersected. There are walkways, beautiful plantings, strategic seating, a small playhouse, some wildlife (rabbits, chipmunks, birds), & sometimes even a guided butterfly tour.

There are numerous art installations around the hospital, some permanent & some rotating displays. When in a long haul hospitalization getting to peruse some of these artistic endeavors can so lift the spirit. There used to be large & small play areas in several strategic areas of the hospital, women’s resource center(s), family resource center, accessible computers at multiple locations so I could keep prayer warriors informed of developments during high-intensity situations, like heart, brain, & liver transplant surgeries. They used to have payphones in many locations, now very rarely, though you can grab house phones in the hallways & get outside lines to make needed calls (since I don’t have a cell phone this is a huge help to me). There were several chapels &/or spiritual care locations where we could pray, read scripture, pick up free devotionals, or even speak w/ chaplains if needed (currently all closed up)…

They used to have a dedicated staff person that would interface w/ Children’s Special Health Care Services (formerly Crippled Children’s Fund) insurance to assist us in coordinating care & coverage. They provided a number of multi-disciplinary clinics, like Cranio-Facial (where he’d see Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Dietician, Neuro-Psychologist, Social Work, Nursing, etc) so in one long day all sorts of important providers could weigh in on a given area of need & further interventions could be coordinated…

Well I’ve gone on way too long here, but you can see that I have had a 25+ year relationship w/ U of M that up until the last 2 years was nearly entirely positive…now near horrifying. The contrast couldn’t be more stark nor jarring! Not sure if I’ll ever be able to fully trust this institution ever again!!!

Doctors and nurses change retirer and new people come

Valerie Curren

Surely, but the institution itself seemed to have a personality that has now become more akin to a personality disorder!

Sorry my last answer posted without my permission 🙂
I reposed

Doctors and nurses change retire and new people take their place. They used to be different people with different values than many people today.
Doctors are also different trained.

Valerie Curren

I can well believe it. My great uncle used to make house calls!

Hospitals are awful now. It’s all about the protocols and rules, with very little attention to individual situations. I suspect it’s a bureaucratic issue, with their having to answer to layers of agencies, going all the way up to 3-letter ones like the CDC. And it looks to me as if the people who run those agencies are in charge of how hospitals are run.

Valerie Curren

God save us from bureaucratic hell!

That information on Black Rock buying up all the middle class houses is very interesting. I’ve been thinking for the past few months that something is very wrong with the real estate market. I’ve watched the value of my own house shoot up by $100,000 in the past year. I posted about this at Marica’s yesterday because I thought she might have some insight. At first I thought that valuation must be way wrong, but I’ve been noticing comparable houses in my neighborhood selling in that ball park. And my mother’s house a few months ago was appraised at higher than the Zillow number for her house.

So something is definitely not right here. That’s a lot of value to gain in one year when so many people weren’t working. Who can afford those prices in a Joe Biden economy??? And what makes it even worse is for those who already own their homes. Their property taxes are going to go way up because of this ridiculous bubble.

Part of me is thinking back to all the excitement when Japan was buying up marquee US properties like Pebble Beach, Rockefeller Center, and the like. Twenty years later, they had had to sell all of them at a loss. You don’t get to buy up US properties, chortle and lord it over “US scum”, and continue to have them worth more than vacant land. People can just walk away.

Wolf Moon

IMO they are counting on some Biden administration “done deal” where all these properties get re-zoned by federal fiat or manipulation into high-density apartment complexes and commercial.

Wolf Moon

That ties in with open borders, etc.

Cuppa Covfefe

And Agenda 2030 and ReWilding…..

Gotta get those normie rats packed up into cities where we can control and monitor them 24x7x52…

As with all sorts of things, there are certain flavors of this policy that could be reasonably predicted to work well. For instance, if we were to do a “brain drain” on Hong Kong the way we did on Germany in the leadup to WWII.

And then there are the flavors that taste very bad, indeed. An example of that might be admitting all the Algerian refugees to France, or Sweden’s importation of jihadi violence, or Merkel’s wild inflation of the welfare state in Germany.

Wolf Moon

We need to take a lesson from that German brain drain, too. We got all the German communists and socialists first – then after we won, we got the German “national socialists”.

Hong Kongers will be filled with socialist contagion – make no mistake about it. Chinada is in serious trouble already, and it will get worse when Hong Kong sends out their boat people.

But trust me – there is no flavor of this that is meant to preserve American values.

Then, again, we also got Einstein.

Gail Combs

Unfortunately he did not come with soap.

(Hubby knew the family who had him when he first came. He did not bath…)

I didn’t know that.

Seems like he also – like Bernie – combed his hair with a balloon!

Unlike Bernie, though, Einstein wasn’t a LOSER SELL-OUT.

Einstein? A pass on hygiene. (Great theories!)
Bernie? No passes whatsoever! (Commie Bastid!)

I hate to tell you I knew many Germans who only bathed once a week and changed clothe once a week even when they came to US.
Thank God my mother had a phobia about germs and we had to bathe every day. If it had been up to her twice a day. I still like to take a shower twice a day. Cannot go to bed without it.

In the summer it is a shower at noon and one before bed for me. I need to get the sweat and allergens off my skin!

Yes after yard work come in around 10-11 am I need a shower and before bed.

AFTER he did all the good stuff.

But yes, we did get him, and that was a PR victory, for sure.

I was talking about something related to this last night with my cousin. Let’s take the southeastern United States and look at cities before railroads.

There are only certain areas along the coast that are suitable for deepwater ports: Baltimore, MD; Norfolk, VA; Wilmington, NC; Charleston, SC…. In places like these, all import and export passes through and is collected from other places or broken up for local boats and barges…..which means you need a city with warehouses and banks, insurance agents and brokers, accountants, auditors, assay houses, and the like.

Most of the Atlantic coastal plain is table-flat, and things are easily moved on rafts and barges. Until you hit the “fall line”, where rivers start to go uphill. You’re never going to pole a barge uphill, so you have to transfer the goods from barges and rafts to wagons (and vice-versa). That means you need a city with warehouses and banks, insurance agents and brokers, yada-yada. And you’re in the piedmont.

Moving further inland, there are mountain barriers, and you may need to shift from large transport wagons to more capable transport — light wagons or even pack mules. You then need places to make that change. Places with warehouses and banks…..

So there were natural places to build cities in the past. Confluences of two rivers, a navigable river changing to a scenic one, the last stop before threading a pass, natural ports and harbors….and this is true worldwide.

And, since those who built and worked in cities with such natural advantages became wealthy, the cities became places to raise capital and start new businesses.

When railroads started becoming popular, there were new networks and new ways of making cities profitable. A good example of this is Chattanooga, TN — once a place where riverboats and people of the countryside came together, it exploded after 1850 when it became a major railroad hub for the entire south. Similarly, interstate highways in the 1950’s have changed the map for city-building.

But, before that, there were generations of just geography.

Now, however, you have to wonder. These Black Rock guys want to buy up single family homes in the suburbs and make them into apartments…..what’s to keep people who don’t want to live in rabbit hutches from moving further out? If your product is information, do you need shipping? If you fly in to do business, do you need a railroad?

And when people occupy the rabbit hutches previously occupied by single-family home dwellers, what do they hope to gain? All your taxpayers have moved away, and the geographical advantages that built a city that could afford its suburbs have moved on.

I see this “cunning plan” as being longer on exposition than on follow-through.

Gail Combs

ALSO as the housing prices explode, the cities and counties ‘re-evaluate’ the VALUE and INCREASE THE TAX on EVERYONE’s PROPERTY!

With inflation, how many people are going to be TAXED out of their homes???

This. The appraisal districts are vultures.

We’ve protested this year. No word yet.

Wolf Moon

I see a more complex overall squeeze, forcing people into the desired GND paradigm. Routes of escape would be cut off by various means – not all negative, but many definitely.

That said, can we find this communist thing and break it? Hopefully.

Awareness should break it, if people would stand up.

I wouldn’t sell MY house to these vultures, whatever they offered. I would sell to a nice family with kids, or some elderly people, if I were ever to sell it.

Wolf Moon

Good thinking! The ultimate in ACT LOCALLY. At the HOMESTEAD level!

If their front man is Black you are SCREWED.

Bridgeport Couple Charged With Refusing To Sell Home To Black Buyers

A Chicago couple faces federal discrimination charges after allegedly refusing to sell their South Side home to a black couple because of their race.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced charges against Daniel and Adrienne Sabbia, and their real estate agent Jeffrey Lowe after they allegedly took their home off the market when a black couple submitted the highest offer…

So they have that escape route ‘captured’

I guess I am keeping my house, if I can’t choose who I sell it to. And they can “allege” I did anything. They have to prove it.

In my neighborhood people sell to white or black and no one carers about skin color only character. I have a black neighbor now and hope they never move. Before was white trash they behaved terrible until they went bankrupt.
To me it is a failure only to look at color.
I could not wish for better neighbors and we have several mixed couples who are wonderful people in the neighborhood. Good Christian people with good family values.

Sing, I could care less about skin color.

What I meant is the corporate buyers can use Black front men to BUY the property FOR them so the USA discrimination laws protect them from refusals to sell.

We had this sort of crap pulled on us. A neighbor wanted to buy a ‘right of way’ for a driveway supposedly. Turns out he was fronting for a corporation who wanted to use our farm road, going diagonally through our property, as access to the property they were developing. Instead of ONE family, we would have had a hundred families traveling through our farm to get to their homes.

HONOR is conspicuously missing these days.

I did not know that game.

Cuppa Covfefe

Which would have effectively split your farm in two…

Black(-hearted) lies matter, it seems…

Blackrock – just say NO!!!

This is FANTASTIC analysis!

Looking at history like I do, the movement of people, shows these long patterns you describe. Humans don’t just “cooperate” with the government plan. They do what is in in their OWN best interests. Over time, it changes with technology, etc., and population centers migrate and change.

Real estate is a safe place to put money when the economy tanks…

Wolf Moon

Mmmmmmm. Think they know something!

That is a smart thought!

Concerned Virginian

Real estate is a great safe investment — but the owner has to also make sure they either have enough in the kitty to contend with the ever-growing real estate property tax / “school tax” rate (some localities actually impose BOTH types of taxes); or, be ready to protest the H3LL out of the Tax Assessor’s office when the tax increase notice arrives.
I can testify that there’s a difference between contesting a real estate property tax increase if it’s on a property that one resides in, as opposed to a rental property that one owns. The attitude of the Tax Assessor hacks toward rental property owners runs roughly along the lines of, “Well, since you’re ‘rich enough’ to own rental property, then you’re ‘rich enough’ to afford the property tax.” The Tax Assessor hacks know that rents usually can’t be raised enough to completely cover large tax increases — and they don’t care. The rental property owners who control the largest amount of properties are the only ones who can “absorb” the property tax increases. Those who own, say, fewer than 10 rental properties in a given location are in a fix.
Of course, a rental property owner (I’m talking residential property here) can “go Section 8”. The government-subsidized rents can then keep pace with tax increases. However, the property owner then becomes a kind of “sub-owner” to the federal government.

And then there are the “hidden tax increases” that property owners have to contend with — like the utility taxes (state and local) going up on the electricity, water, gas; the “garbage / recycles collection” fees; the “stormwater runoff” tax that’s being imposed in so many places; and so forth.

Last edited 12 days ago by Concerned Virginian

Gold (and silver) – no property tax

Gold (and silver) – no school tax

Gold (and silver) – no hidden tax

Gold (and silver) – no utility tax

Gold (and silver) – no government partner (e.g., section 8)

Gold (and silver) – no renters to screen or qualify

Gold (and silver) – has never gone to zero

Gold (and silver) – mobile and liquid

That doesn’t mean there are no issues to be aware of with precious metals, but so far, I have not found any for which there are not good answers. 👍

Unless the gubmint bans the possession of them. Which they have done before.

“Unless the gubmint bans the possession of them. Which they have done before.”

Very much so!

Which leads to research to try to solve or account for that problem.

There are many options, some better than others, but this guy (see below) seems to know all the catches and created ways around them.

He wanted to obtain precious metals during the 2008 crash (or 2011, I forget which), and couldn’t get them, anywhere, during the panic.

That set him on the road to solving that problem for himself, and created a new business in the process. Other good companies doing similar things exist, but this guy’s approach is from the perspective of someone who was shut out in 2008 (or 2011), so his perspective is from the position of an outsider to the industry, and he talks about it that way.

He learned the various catches and problems of the physical precious metals market, and created his business in a way which specifically addresses those problems.

This is an example of what I meant, that there are issues to be solved, but so far, I have found good answers for each problem that research reveals.

Specifically, with regard to confiscation, most overseas vaults (and all domestic vaults) have a Force Majeure clause basically saying we’ll cry uncle and say “How high?” if your (i.e., the client’s) government says ‘jump’. [and any U.S. based vault would definitely cave immediately to a U.S. confiscation executive order]

This company’s clause says the opposite. It says if any client’s home country has a ‘nationalization event’, the account is FROZEN until you or a representative shows up at the vault, to alleviate any concern that you are acting under the duress of your government.

I haven’t found THAT level of protection too many places.

And while none of this stuff may apply to me personally (I lost all of my overseas precious metals in the same boating accident where I lost all of my guns… and my ammo… I know, in retrospect it seems crazy to have it all in one place like that, in a boat, out in the ocean, by myself… what was I thinking… I was lucky to make it back to shore alive… hindsight is 20/20…), it’s fascinating subject matter just the same, tying in to a lot of issues of privacy and government intrusion and freedom and other things we talk about here all the time. 👍

These videos cover all of the major issues very well, in an easy to understand manner. If it turns out to be something people want to investigate further, at the very least, you would know the right questions to ask of this company’s competitors, after seeing these interviews.

“Real estate is a safe place to put money when the economy tanks…”

Depending on the definition of ‘tanks’.

I have read (and heard) many times lately, about a very nice house in a good neighborhood that sold for one gold piece in the Weimar Republic (Germany) in the 1920s, during the hyperinflation.

Because when the value of fiat currency goes to zero, the only thing that is liquid and worth anything substantial is gold and silver.

Guns and ammo and food, etc., are all great for barter. But from what I have read about past real economic crises, precious metals (and to an extent, though less liquid, precious stones) are the safe haven of last resort.

[WordPress says ‘Wiemar’, but the Interwebs say ‘Weimar’ 😁]

That’s spelled with a “sssssss”.

I don’t know if this is related to the info about real estate, but people I know are getting notices to want to buy their homes, which are not on the market and not for sale. I have thought that realtors must be changing their tactics and that they are now taught marketing by sending out letters and postcards with offers. Most of these offers do not include a price, so it’s not clear whether these people are offering above market value. This outreach is unsolicited, unwanted, and annoying, like spam phone calls.

If a homeowner were offered a larger-than-expected sum for their home, most would take it, gratefully. I don’t know how they would know who was really behind the purchase. I’m sure there are many ways to hide the real buyer’s identity.

Bill Gates is buiying up farmland, and others want to purchase neighborhoods, all to control America and the world. If they can’t invade neighborhoods by forcing them to accept low-income and homeless people, they will just buy the houses outright to prevent the people from being able to. I hope this diabolical scheme can be revealed and stopped.

Wolf Moon

Agreed. This is a smart and devious plan, because it will create unrest, which they then control on the left.

Yes, and essentially buying up the properties and making them rentals allow low-income types the opportunity to move into red voting districts so that they’ll turn blue. It’s a change in the voter demographic.

A town or city should be able to beat this using their zoning laws if they just set a limit on how many rental properties are allowed, I’d think. If they move faster than these buyers they can end up getting the buyers stuck with the expensive piece of property. If they don’t do anything they are going to end up loosing income as property values will eventually drop several years down the road as these neighborhoods decline I’d think. However by that time, democrats will have taken over the local governments and they’ll just try to raise taxes regardless.

Cuppa Covfefe

Øbløwhøle was doing that, as well as stealthily importing illegals, criminals, and ne’er-do-wells into nice neighborhoods in order to break them down and make them into DEMONRAT enclaves.

Turning the pristine into “the projects”…..

This has happened to a friend of mine. She keeps getting calls and offers on a rental property she owns…

Sounds like a reason to campaign for a seat on the zoning board.

Weekly, I get a couple calls to buy our home. Totally unsolicited. Have never contacted a real estate schmuck.

In our area, I don’t think it is Black Rock. It IS FOLKS escaping that cesspool known as California. Prices are sky rocketing here.

  • New homes are sold even before the slab is poured.
  • Used homes are generally on the market a few days or a week.
  • Locally, I believe it is 100% Supply and Demand.

That said, I have no doubt, Black Rock and like efforts are ongoing as part of the great rest.

This white guy also told them that .01% racist accusations are false so he would automatically believe anyone who made a charge.🙄 Investigation in progress. Will they fire him like they did Col. Lohmeier for criticizing Marxism??

Wolf Moon

They’re pushing racial conflict into the military, by alleging to do something about it.

COLD. Smart – devious – COLD.

Thanks for posting this DPat. I read it earlier when Nor’easter posted it, but this gives us a chance to discuss it more broadly. After Linda mentioned the Zillow assessment, I went to look. I hadn’t checked it for probably a year, maybe longer. I was stunned by what they say my home is worth. I thought, “that can’t be right!” but then I looked at prices in the vicinity and just about fainted.

Hot real estate market here. I get the “we buy houses” postcards and texts daily. Some of them are mailed from the other side of the country. One of the dirty tricks the vultures use is to relentlessly report housing violations to the authorities in hopes that the cost of repairs and harassment from the local government will force homeowners to put their property up for sale.

The last few houses on my street were sold to companies I’ve never heard of. I think I was the last real person to buy a house here, and every sale after that was to some property management company/wannabe landlord. Local social media is filled with people complaining about being outbid for housing, even in bad neighborhoods. So none of this is news to me. It’s been happening here for awhile.

I want to leave this place, but I don’t know if it’s happening while the market is like this. While it’s a great time to sell, I don’t know what the odds are of finding something I can afford elsewhere.

Barb Meier

My mom and dad talked through things like this. On what to do after the first one of them passed away, they decided not to do anything fast. Not to sell their home for at least a year because they might come to regret it. I never cared about getting rich, but just want to be productive and take care of myself and help others a little. My suspicious cat instincts tell me when things get strange but I don’t know enough to do a financially beneficial thing during these large societal shifts. I do know what mom and dad said: don’t do anything fast so you don’t regret it later.

Another thing is that many of the recent sales are to Chinese or Indians. As in, a bunch — and many all cash.

The Indians are buying up rural property in my area and putting in RV parks.

Barb Meier

Very interesting, thanks for the post DePat. In 2008, I knew things were weird so decided to buy my first house since I thought I had a stable job and would stay in that location for at least 5 years. My credit union advised that I should pick a place that I thought would hold its value. I bought a 5-acre home in the country with a much longer commute. We closed July 16th. In August 2008, everything crashed. I had a good city job and made this long commute for 11 years. Loved the job. Loved my home. Survived the commute. Over time, my gov employer rebid contracts across the org and there were more and more 1st generation Americans who had been born in other countries with a high percent of Muslims and Asians. Eventually, my gov boss decided to “change directions” and let two of us (white Americans) go without letting us know beforehand. I found a new job half as far from home and I love working there too. It is outside a major city or suburb and I drive past farms, little towns, and churches on the way to work. God watches over me. Recently, I thought to explore a refinance. Once I was accepted and read the paperwork, I became concerned about a clause that let the lender sell my loan. My credit union had made a point of telling me they would hold my loan. A loan sale clause seems bad in these times. I quickly withdrew my request. All our comms were polite. The loan officer did not respond to my withdrawal concern but tried to make me feel foolish for not taking the nice cut in interest and saving $. Why did he avoid discussing reselling loans? I remembered 2008’s bundling of bad loans with others and selling them. Ugly business. Now it feels like companies are outsourcing all sorts of things. My credit union has outsourced the process of filling out forms to request a loan or a refinance to a company in San Francisco. My gov contract employer and others I have worked with have outsourced the various paperwork to other companies too. That did not feel good either. So I pray and hold in place. I watch my home’s value go up on Zillow but remember a few years ago they changed their algorithms and in one day dropped their estimate on my home by about 100k. Whatever… I can touch my home and live here. The lender I withdrew from just sent me a form email about working for them. I hope not to need to get into real estate. I also now get loan offers from other companies and banks. When the elites so visibly scammed us (Russia, elections, etc.) I not only lost trust in politicians but also in non-local and big businesses. I trust local businesses and my neighbors. 🙂

You’re not supposed to read the paperwork.

Z estimates are simply a computer guess. Need to look at neighborhood recent sales, days on the market, true comparable sales, trends… Yea, folks here know this.

Where Zillow is accurate, is reporting last sale price. The EXACT same information available from the county tax collector.

Sadie Slays

Here’s anecdote for you about Black Rock. Black Rock owns most ETFs in the stock market, which gives them substantial stockholder voting power in many corporations. For example, they own 6% of Exxon via ETFs. Black Rock very recently used this power to oust some of Exxon’s Board of Directors, and install two of their own “clean energy” Communists who want to shift the company away from oil. Reading between the lines, it’s an obvious attack on American energy dependence.

Also, it turns out that the CEO of Black Rock is also on the Board of the World Economic Forum. Shocking, I know.

Gail Combs

AND, wasn’t Black Rock connected to Hunter, the Ukraine and the missing billions of aid money???

Gail Combs

My memory was not wrong.

Adam Schiff Connected to Companies Named in Ukraine Corruption Scandal – While Presiding Over Trump Impeachment Circus!

….Democrat Adam Schiff is linked to both US corporations named in the $7.4 BILLION corruption case.  Schiff is connected to both BlackRock and Franklin Templeton Investments, two companies that were named in the $7.4B Burisma/US-Ukraine corruption claim.

Ukrainian members of parliament have demanded the presidents of Ukraine and the United States, Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump, investigate suspicions of the legalization of $7.4 billion by the “family” of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych through Black Rock California Mutual Income and Franklin Templeton Mutual Shares Fund which they said have ties to the U.S. Democratic Party….

Driving home today, I was listening off and on to Sean Hannity. He commented about people who are getting dual citizenships so if everything goes to h3ll here, they can go to the other country and take their $ with them. He’s still in the NY area. That is a much bigger deal than just moving to Florida or Texas. This discussion of real estate makes his comment even more interesting. I am not one to leave the U.S. for any other nation and I sure hope not to be in a position to join an exodus to Central or South America. A strange concept.

I thought the move where he sought to make his former home the Belizean consulate with himself as Consul was genius.

“He commented about people who are getting dual citizenships so if everything goes to h3ll here, they can go to the other country and take their $ with them.”

There is an ‘exit tax’ on high net worth individuals who renounce citizenship and leave the U.S.

The crime syndicate that passes itself off as a government is not letting the money go that easily.

And besides that, if things get bad enough for large numbers of people to leave, the crime syndicate will enact capital controls, confiscate bank accounts (like they did in Greece and elsewhere), etc.

They have already given themselves permission to take whatever they want in a ‘national emergency’, and since it seems no ‘national emergency’ is ever officially ended, we’ve probably been under a ‘national emergency’ of one sort or another since 1860.

The criminals running our country regularly appear insane or stupid, but they understand control, money and power.

We’ve been living in a prison with invisible locked doors and invisible bars on the windows for a long time.

When you first try to leave or extricate yourself from their Matrix, is when you begin to really notice all the bars on the windows and the locked doors.

Better to fight anyway.

It’s our country, not theirs. 👍 😎

Panama is supposed to be very nice. And apparently until August, they have a ‘residency’ rule where citizens from friendly countries (including the U.S.) can obtain official residency very easily.

File the paperwork, open a bank account, deposit $5K if I remember correctly, and establish a company (on paper, for most people it is a dormant company).

After that, you only need to touch Panama soil once per year (or once per two years according to another source, I suspect that is straddling two official ‘years’ due to a particular date) to maintain residency status.

After 5 years you can apply for citizenship, but there is something odd about how it goes, because apparently Panama does not allow dual citizenship, but renouncing your original country of origin citizenship is (supposedly) symbolic, not official, so that would definitely require further investigation.

After August 19th, the requirements get more difficult.

“Joe Biden delivers stern rebuke to Boris Johnson for ‘inflaming tensions’ in Northern Ireland and imperilling peace process over UK’s stance on EU ‘sausage war’ as President lands in Britain for G7 summit”

“The US President used his diplomats to express ‘great concern’ over the conflict and ‘strongly urged’ Britain to ‘stay cool’ and reach an agreement, even if that meant making ‘unpopular compromises’.
“used his diplomats”, is the imposter just along for the ride?

“He even seemed to threaten the possibility of a future trade deal with the United States, claiming that Britain accepting demands to stick to EU agricultural rules would mean the issue would not ‘negatively affect the chances’ of coming to a free trade deal with Britain.”
Seems like his handlers are trying to undermine Brexit, shades of obama.

The President and his wife Jill left Washington on Wednesday morning and landed at Royal Air Force Mildenhall to address US Air Force personnel stationed in Britain. At the start of his speech he told the standing troops to sit by saying ‘at ease’, then said: ‘I keep forgetting I am president’.
Ha Ha Ha no comment necessary !

During his address, he said he would be meeting with Mr Putin to ‘let him know what I want him to know’; told the crowd that ‘global warming’ is the biggest threat to the US; teared up as he paid tribute to his late veteran son Beau; and boasted that ‘America is back’.
Mostly true. Pre 2016.

Brits Call Biden “So Senile He Probably Won’t Remember What We Tell Him Anyway” (

Senior Brexiteers blasted Joe Biden today for failing to side with Britain in its ‘sausage war’ trade row with the EU over Northern Ireland, with one astonishingly branding the US president ‘senile’.

They reacted furiously after the new American leader issued a stern rebuke to Boris Johnson for ‘inflaming tensions’ in Northern Ireland and threatening the peace process.

But DUP leader Edwin Boots lashed out at Mr Biden today, accusing him of trying to drive ‘a coach and horses through the Good Friday Agreement’ that guarantees sectarian peace in Northern Ireland’.

Mr Pooots, who wants the Northern Ireland Protocol of the Brexit deal removed, told the BBC: ‘This is effectively a constitutional change. Would President Biden for example allow Alaska, which is separate and distinct from the rest of the land block of the USA, but still part of the USA, to be taking laws from Canada, and have its laws applied from Canada?’

And an anonymous Tory MP told Politico: ‘America should remember who their allies are… unfortunately he’s (Biden) so senile that he probably won’t remember what we tell him anyway.  ‘Unless an aide is listening I’m not sure he’s going to remember for very long.’

Way down the page, but even so. Are they now attempting to reverse the previous fake news mantra. Baby steps.

“Was Trump right about hydroxychloroquine all along? New study shows drug touted by former president can increase COVID survival rates by 200%”

The previous KAG thread stalled at 384 comments for a while, and every time I check to see if it has changed I get a little twinge.

Back in the day with IBMPC’s, they would max out with 256K on the motherboard. The maximum memory allowed (because Bill Gates foolishly memory mapped everything, famously saying that 640K should be enough for anyone) was 640K. That left you with the possibility of a 384K add-on board, which was a Big Deal.

Now, it’s a footnote.

Cuppa Covfefe

Ahh, but remapping memory around the I/O area is still a tortured legacy of that time. And not just because of 32-bit-hood…

And then there was the i-387 coprocessor, just one extra pin from the 386. More corporate gouging. Now, in their ill-thought-out urge to go faster, we get the likes of Spectre and other “drive-by” exploits. Unsafe at any speed, almost…

The original IBMPC slots had +5V and ground for power, plus data lines and control lines at TTL (+5 and 0)…..but also -5, -12, and +12!

Mind you, Raspberry Pi’s work internally at +3.3V and 0, can take power at 5V, and run their USB, HDMI, and RJ-45 interfaces at +5 and 0…..but their GPIO is 3.3 and 5V will fry it.

Those were the days…

The voltages and signals in the ISA bus connectors reflected the state of the art around 1980. The 8088 itself ran at 5 V, as did all the other TTL and NMOS support circuitry. The high and low voltage levels of 5 V TTL (H from 2 V to 5 V, L below 0.8 V) had pretty much become a de-facto standard by then.

The other voltages were used for certain interfaces; for example, the +12 V and -12 V was used for RS232 drivers, of which the standard was the MC1488. Disk drives also used +12 V, usually for motors, in addition to the + 5 V for the electronics. Op-amps might also have used +12 V and -12 V, in some analog circuitry in disk controllers or sound cards.

Been a long time since I looked at ISA cards; I still have a couple homebrew ones here with wire-wrapped 74LS-series chips on them. But all that equipment is now retired.

Now it all fits on a card approximately the size of a credit card… Or even less than half of that, if looking at the Raspberry Pi Zero models. And instead of wide busses of 8 and 16 bits, there is the i2c with its party-line connections to all kinds of useful and interesting chips.

The Raspberry Pi folks did however make things slightly risky by placing the 5 V and 3.3 V power pins next to each other, they should have surrounded the 5 V with ground pins ideally. But changing that will be too late now…

I’m watching real estate in Upstate NY sell overnight to buyers from big cities on both coasts. A real estate agent said something about many buyers being nostalgic for a place they remember from childhood.

I really think people are struggling with Biden’s America and there’s something deep inside them that is getting a little panicky. Lots of stories in the local papers about families leaving the cities to relocate to smaller towns and how they are enjoying being part of their new communities. There’s a shift happening.

I see lots of NY plates here in North Carolina.

Middle class NY’ers are moving south. They have had enough of Cuomo, taxes and the weather. Wealthy out of staters and NYC refugees are snapping up anything here on a lake, properties with acreage and historic village homes.

Prices are inexpensive compared to where they are coming from. I live in a conservative, rural area. This month, two men (a couple) who moved here from NYC – one is a drag queen – have organized a Pride Parade to march through the village.

Things are changing so fast.

>>”This month, two men (a couple) who moved here from NYC – one is a drag queen – have organized a Pride Parade to march through the village.”<<

So they’re bringing their bull**** with them, instead of leaving it behind.

Who the he!! decides to organize a community event after JUST having moved in???

Like so many demographics we know of now, they just won’t assimilate into the society of others; instead, they want all others to assimilate into theirs.

I’m SO tired of the “minority attack” (a chess term) …

Exactly Emstar. Their game is to annihilate not assimilate.

They are spouting all this we want to make this village welcoming and inclusive etc. Well it already is those things and was before you arrived. They think everything revolves around them. Narcissists.

The drag queen does podcasts in character, making fun of episodes of Little House on the Prairie. The hypocrisy of the Intolerant Left.

Should be “Little Ho and the Fairy”…

It’s always been that way with libturds (and now, Mozzies over here).
They come from a $#!thole, attracked by benefits, normie environment and neighborhoods(!), and then p00p on everything like drunken, rabid seagulls, complaining that things aren’t as “tolerant” or (here) “Halal” as they were back home (in the $#!thole from which they left, for whatever reason)…

Their real interest is control, and destruction of the American Family, and the American Way (not to mention the destruction of Christianity, if they call pull it off)…

Cuppa Covfefe

With any “luck”, there’ll be some Moslems move in as well to give the pair free “flying lessons”, as it were…

Gail Combs

They need to be met with COMMIE GO HOME! signs.

If they try to flip the script just keep calling them what they are COMMUNISTS!

WOW!!! Duckduckgo has NO Commie go home signs!!!

All they had was this!

This could be worked into an interesting sign if you added a rainbow instead.

I think you are right, this is a big part of it.

Here in my little town, we are seeing this. Many people from the West Coast are moving here. Desperate for some “normalcy.”

They are going to meet some big time resistance if they try to bring their bullshit with them.

Some idiots decided to paint the crosswalks in “rainbow” colors to celebrate Deadliest Sin month. A city councilwoman I know just sent an email to a friend of mine begging for a break, because the council is “exhausted.” They are planning to pass an ordinance requiring anyone painting anything on city property to accept ALL liability for anything that happens on it while it is painted, including providing insurance. That will probably put an end the that nonsense.

>>”planning to pass an ordinance”<<

Isn’t it against the law (ordinances et al.) to DEFACE city / county property??? What gives one the “right” (or even a “pass”) to introduce THEIR politics on the property of others (the entire city)?

One must nip this sorta stuff in the bud. Weren’t there any cameras there, to catch the vandalism?

Or, is the city councilwoman too afeared of loud-minority, temporary political blowback!

The “fight” is local, everywhere.

Tip O’Neill: “All politics is local.”

Cuppa Covfefe

IIRC, traffic markings (crosswalks, STOP, turn arrows, limit lines, etc.) are part of vehicle code laws. Painting them multiple colors is not only illegal, but dangerous, due to decreased visibility…

Black lines matter, as it were…
(OK, WHITE Lines Matter)…

Gail Combs

I think RED LINES matter most …

Cuppa Covfefe

Yep. 7000 in fourth is really a hassle 😀

Thats a good idea. We want normalcy too but not to change where we move to like locusts.

I have heard anecdotally from friends in real estate here in the Buffalo area that they are seeing younger folks from the area returning from out of state to come back “home” again. Part of their motivation is that they can get twice the home for half the price of what was available in their “foreign” location. And jobs nowadays (so I am told) can often be anywhere.

By us many ex military come back here also retired people.

Warning you in advance, this has nothing to do with anything.

I had been working at a startup in Silicon Valley with several hats — I was running the accounting, running the production, and shepherding the financial position of this organization. I even contributed toward a patent.

And we hired this young lady to work in accounting. She was bright, she was personable, and she was productive. I had every expectation she would go far.

Until one day, when my #2 broke into a meeting and whispered in my ear, “it’s XXXXX, she’s having some sort of seizure and told us not to call anyone.” I excused myself and went to accounting, looked in……

And XXXXX was standing, clinging to the edge of her desk, seizing and going “hng, hng, hng”…..and was as blue as a pair of Levis. I told my #2 to call 911, make sure she didn’t bump her head if she fell, and get me again if she went down. Managed to complete the meeting and check things while the paramedics were still there. She got much better and was responsive, but refused most treatment and transport.

Substantially later, I got the story. While in school, she found out that she had a major heart defect…..and went into serious denial. By the time she graduated, her heart had been damaged to the point where she was deemed inoperable.

Shortly after this event, she went to work for, IIRC, Seagate — reasoning that a position with a larger company would mean stability in health benefits. About a year later, the company she went to laid off about 1/3 of their US employees — while we were still there.

She was such a good kid. It’s sad to think that she is probably long gone, while I remain.

Good. I hope he shits himself while they tie him to the stake. It’ll make good television.

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.

Unlike Governor Francis Pickens of South Carolina in 1861, today’s Left is not trying to secede from territory controlled by the federal government but rather working to impose a one-party dictatorship and to suppress opposition, a.k.a. “right-wing extremists.” The president who stood in Pickens’ way and waged a long bloody war against Southern secessionists was a passionate American nationalist, so much so that he was willing to approve the Corwin Amendment {intentionally left as a link} to the Constitution, which would have protected slavery in Southern states. (Abraham Lincoln opposed slavery but after his election was more concerned with keeping the Union together than abolishing human servitude.)

Republicans opposed Southern secession, supported high tariffs to protect domestic manufacturing, and from its founding, was the party of national consolidation. The Republican Party configured a new American national identity after the sectional strife of the 1850s and 1860s

It is also true that Democrats (particularly in times of war) sometimes appeal to the ideal of a unified American nation. But that sentiment and the accompanying rhetoric, which Donald Trump happily embraced, is far more characteristically Republican. That claim, and not a war against a modern-day version of Southern secessionists, is what links the Republican Party to its past.”

From the embedded link:
Like most Republicans, Abraham Lincoln (a former Whig himself) agreed that in most circumstances, the federal government lacked the power to abolish enslavement in a state. In fact, Lincoln’s 1860 Republican Party platform had endorsed this doctrine.
In a famous 1862 letter to Horace Greeley, Lincoln explained the reasons for his action and his long-held feelings on enslavement and equality.

“My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that. What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union; and what I forbear, I forbear because I do not believe it would help to save the Union. I shall do less whenever I shall believe what I am doing hurts the cause, and I shall do more whenever I shall believe doing more will help the cause. I shall try to correct errors when shown to be errors; and I shall adopt new views so fast as they shall appear to be true views.

“I have here stated my purpose according to my view of official duty; and I intend no modification of my oft-expressed personal wish that all men everywhere could be free.”

  • The Corwin Amendment was a proposed amendment to the Constitution passed by Congress and sent to the states for ratification in 1861.
  • Had it been ratified, the Corwin Amendment would have prohibited the federal government from abolishing enslavement in the states where it existed at the time.
  • The amendment was conceived by outgoing President James Buchanan as a way to prevent war.
  • While not technically endorsing the Corwin Amendment, President Abraham Lincoln did not oppose it.
  • Only the states of Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Illinois have ratified the Corwin Amendment.
  • The Corwin Amendment’s promise to protect enslavement failed to keep the southern states from seceding from the Union or to prevent the Civil War.
Gail Combs

The Corwin Amendment’s promise to protect enslavement failed to keep the southern states from seceding from the Union or to prevent the Civil War.”

….Slavery was not an issue.

The Southern states seceded because the Republicans passed a high tariff.

For the North the issue was perserving the empire (saving the Union).

Now comes defense attorney and former public prosecuter John Remington Graham.  Was there a deeper underlying cause, an agenda unbeknown to the southern states and perhaps also to Lincoln?  Graham puts forward an intriguing thesis that bankers spent a decade fomenting hatred between North and South in order to provoke a war that would greatly increase federal debt, which the banks could acquire and use as reserves to support the issuance of money and credit.  Federal debt would become the reserve basis (like gold) for the expansion of the money supply. This power would give bankers control of the government.

Graham states his position:

“The divisive antagonisms between the North and the South, finally erupting in the spring of 1861, were not unfortunate historical accidents, nor the result of some inexorable momentum in events. Those anatagonisms, rather, were deliberately agitated during the 1850s by great international banking houses with a preconceived motive of provoking secession. And secession was to be used as a pretext for a bloody and expensvie war of conquest which was actually launched and carried out. The war was planned as a brutal slaughter, as it tragically became. The war was planned to generate a stupendous national debt, mostly represented by bonds, and such a national debt was in fact generated. The private interests acquiring these bonds successfully plotted to secure the passage of legislation which enabled them to convert the paper by them acquired in financing the war into a new and dominant system of banking and currency under their ownership and control. And those private interests fully succeeded in their sinister program, and set up a huge financial empire centered on Wall Street from which they have ever since governed the United States from behind the scenes.”

Graham is factually correct about the huge increase in US national debt caused by the war. In 1860 US national debt stood at a mere $65 million. By war’s end, US national debt was $2.7 billion–41.5 times larger.

Graham’s evidence that hatred was intentionally fomented in order to stimulate a war is circumstantial, but strong……

The very same British and American families who had combined to wreck the Indian textile industry in the promotion of the opium trade […] combined to make the trade, a valuable source of revenue. In 1864 they joined forces to create causes for war and to promote the terrible War Between the States, also known as the American Civil War.

Dr. John Coleman / <cite>The Committee of 300</cite>

The South was at the point where the scale was tipping against slavery. It was slowly dawning on the plantation owners that slave labor was not economic, besides being morally wrong. Slavery was destined to be abolished, whether for economic reasons or moral reasons matters not, but the international intriguers were not going to wait for voluntary abolition to rob them of their trump card.

Dr. John Coleman / <cite>The Committee of 300</cite>

There were 315,000 slave owners in the Union Army (with 200,000 in the Confederate Army) and the men who walked away from the Union Army were adamantly opposed to freeing slaves. We cite these facts and recorded statistics to point out that the principal cause of the war was not the issue of slavery.

Cuppa Covfefe

And the Brits (CB) financed BOTH sides of that war…

Gail Combs

Yeah, and then Britain and France were ready to move in AFTER the war and scoop up their former colonies. The Tzar of Russia stepped in and warned them he would attack from the rear if they did so. So in 1918, the Soviets whom the Banksters ALSO funded –this time with American money — wiped out his entire family in retaliation.

U.S. Civil War: The US-Russian Alliance that Saved the Union

The following essay by Webster Tarpley, tells about the largely untold alliance between President Abraham Lincoln and Russian Tsar Alexander II, which by many accounts was key to the North winning the U.S. Civil War, sealing the defeat of the British strategic design.

Well worth bookmarking.

Medical Journal Labels “Whiteness” a “Malignant, Parasitic-like Condition” and there is “Not Yet a Permanent Cure”

A new article published in the Journal of American Psychoanalytic Association  (last month) labels “whiteness” a “malignant, parasitic-like condition that is “nearly impossible to eliminate.”

Moss argues there is “not yet a permanent cure.”

The article was written by Donald Moss who has written extensively on masculinity and whiteness issues.

The article, titled On Having Whiteness, was written by Dr. Donald Moss, a white man who is a faculty member of both the New York Psychoanalytic Institute and the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis.

In the article, Moss wrote that “‘white’ people have a particular susceptibility” to the “parasitic” condition, which he claims “renders its hosts’ appetites voracious, insatiable, and perverse.” He explained he believed whiteness establishes “entitled dominion” that enables the “host” to have “power without limit, force without restriction, violence without mercy,” and increases one’s drive to “terrorize.”

I’m thinking everyone whoever sat on this guys couch was a freaking demonrat.

So what’s next?

Concerned Virginian

Next up:
“Whiteness” will be listed as a “disease” or “medical condition” in the DSM (the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders), and people “diagnosed” by an MD psychiatrist will be subject to “medication” to alter their “attitudes”. People “identified” with the “disease” or “condition” by a PhD / MS psychologist (they can’t diagnose or prescribe) will be required to undergo CBT (“talk therapy”).

Gail, Please tell me about the Opium Wars. None of that seems right. According to the video above the Christians were trading with China on the Silk Road. I wanted to ask you this days ago but it seems to fit right in with this information.

Gail Combs

I skipped history in high school and college….

HOWEVER remember ‘Chrisitans’ is a loose term. Think British East Indias Company (We tossed their tea in to the Boston Harbor.) The problem was the Brits wanted Chinese tea (and silk and…) and the Chinese would only take silver in payment. So the Brits got opium from ?India/afghanistan? Flooded China with the narcotic and hooked the Chinese people (Think the Triads and drug running) to get the silver to buy the Chinese products they wanted. The Emperor was not happy and tried to rectify the situation which finally led to the Opium wars. You might say having the Triads now flooding the USA with ‘China White’ (heroin) and later Fentanyl is KARMA.

The Opium Wars lasted about 100 years and the USA was entangled.
SEE: Lessons of history: China’s century of humiliationRepercussions of British opportunism during Opium Wars can be felt in geopolitics even today

The extent of the criminal and corrupt past of Hong Kong and Taiwan is little known in the West.

People know that Hong Kong has been a British colony and the center of the opium trade with China from the the nineteenth century on, but this often remains an abstract knowledge for most readers, who often ignore to which extent this “trade” was tied to blackmailing, corruption, money laundering, war, colonial exploitation and other criminal activities. Part of the huge growth of British banking and of the financial power of the City of London in the 19th century resulted notably from the profits from the opium sold in China. This trade grew from around 5000 crates of opium sold in 1820, to 96,000 crates sold in 1873. This took place against the fierce resistance of the Chinese imperial government, which for this reason had to suffer the three so called Opium Wars waged by Great Britain against China. Expressed in tons, the British opium exports reached very nearly ten thousand tons during the year 1873. An incredible quantity for a substance sold in grams!

Tea, Silver, Opium and War: From Commercial Expansion to Military Invasion
Published online by Cambridge University Press:  24 June 2011

Sino-Western relations in the eighteenth century mainly found their expression in a particular mode of commercial transactions in Canton. The structure of the Western trade with China was based on silver and colonial products from India and the Malay archipelago, like silver, cotton, pepper, lead. These commodities were exchanged for Chinese tea, silk and porcelain by the mediation of the so-called Hong trades. As long as the trade structure was kept in balance the Westerners were able to make large profits and commercial relations remained the same. When the trade structure fell out balance through, for instance, a shortage of silver or the prohibition of opium smuggling, the Western powers resorted to force. The discontinuation of the traditional Sino-Western trade because of an imbalance in the trade structure eventually did not lead to the decline of trade, but to military conquest: the Opium War in 1840. This War enabled the Westerners, headed by the English, to revamp the structure of their trade with China on their own terms and forced the Chinese government into acceptance. Since then the process of the Western expansion into China was characterised by commercial expansion, military show of force and political control. In this essay I would like to analyze how the traditional structure of Sino-Western trade lost its equilibrium and to study the changing character of European expansion into China as a result of this imbalance during the period of 1740-1840.

Paul Harrison, archaeologist, Univ of London also answers the question on Quora.

Was Tea purchased from 19th century China with Silver or Opium?

The Emperor said the only thing we want from the west is mechanical toys( I have conserved one very intricate) as well as silver , USa ginseng and otter pelts were accepted too but for big trade silver.

Mexico had previously provided alot of silver but there was not enough

So Indian mainly Parsee, Armenian USa and British traders brought in opium traded it for silver and used silver to buy tea China goods silk etc

Pre Opium War 1 traders were only allowed to an enclave called the Factories, men only ,no missionaries for six months a year off season they went to Macau
