Complication w the bruising on sunday. Still having pain that kept me up at night but the nutty surgeon today just told me to smoke dope bc she wont give me any more norco, and she only gave me 12. I filed a complaint to insurance about her for that. Otherwise, mr gil took this week off too and it helped me rest longer. Getting through it day to day. Thx for asking. 😊

It is OUTRAGEOUS that you were told to “smoke dope.” Even if the “nutty surgeon” is concerned about any possibility you could become dependent on Norco.
TRAMADOL is a prescription substitute for Norco. The “nutty surgeon” KNOWS about TRAMADOL. It is a narcotic analgesic, like Norco. The dosage can be managed to suit your needs.
When I slipped through the HMO cracks once, I was left with no Tramadol for 3 days. Days 2 and 3 were hell, to put it mildly. Not only was my original pain back but I had withdrawal pains to boot.
Just a little caution note about opioids.

Absolutely, caution in the use of any opioid is in order. However, IMO, it is unethical to allow a patient to be in intense pain and not provide something for relief.
Ah ok. She only said take 800mg ibuprofen and 1000mg Tylenol at the same time. Dunno if my liver and kidneys would like that. She said I shouldnt be having any pain but she has no office hrs until next Thursday, my appt day anyway.

Well, CBD oil has the pain relief, but not the “high,” supposedly. But really, she should offer you some sort of pain meds.
How does ibuprofen work for you? I’m lucky. I’ve always found it more than enough for even surgical pain.
Ibuprofen works well for “immediate” pain for me, like a headache. For muscle pain, like when I overdid it yesterday, I take Aleve.

A little late to the party, but perhaps a consult with your PCP or OB/GYN might be in order. Surgeons are technicians, and it may be that Norco, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and pot are the only drugs your surgeon knows. Hell, you could ask your pharmacist for any good ideas to discuss with your doc.
my pharmacist knows all about my history. i need to talk to her about this and hormone therapy anyway. i called my pcp. They put me on a phone appt for wed. it is possible they will refer me out of network bc of this. i think insurance would have to approve it bc of liability now.
When I was post-partum & very torn up down there they had me layering 800mg of ibuprophen w/ normal doses of acetaminophen. This was staggering the doses so if ibu was every 6 hours then 3-4 hours after taking it I could then take acetaminophen. This meant I never went into the fully worn off med time of ramped up pain. We still keep that info in our back pocket in times of intense pain. OTC meds work fine for that approach too.
Yes this doc told mevto double them both at the same time. I just finished talking to an rn who said not a good idea, to alternate at lowest dose for those, which is what i agree with. Doing ok atm. 👌

This is amazing! I’m in the video! I’m the guy who yelled “FUCK YOU!!!” twice when the first grenade was launched!!! That was me! (I don’t remember for sure if it was 2 or 3 times.)
I believe I mentioned this in my first blog post about that day.
You can’t hear it in the ground videos because the noise level on the ground was intense, and sounds didn’t carry more than a few feet of radius. You had to YELL to communicate with people more than a few feet away.
But when that first grenade sounded, everybody heard it. I was immediately filled with anger, at the idea of firing a grenade at unarmed people – many women and kids – and yelled UP into the air so that it would carry back to whoever fired the grenade.
That is why the people high up on the camera scaffold could hear me!!!
I’m thrilled that people are not giving up and are continuing to bring forth the truth!!!

“We have been tracking the issue of U.S. port congestion, supply chain crises and the White House supply chain initiatives since they first surfaced last fall. We finally have full data to review, and what we see is very disturbing. Not only was the White House supply chain effort a fraud, but they also manipulated the port system to give a false impression of the U.S. economy.
Let’s start with the latest issue.For several weeks, we have been trying to figure out why the Port of Los Angeles (POLA), our nation’s busiest and most valuable port, had delayed their reporting for December.
Normally they update their container statistics and port efficiency/productivity results between the 10th and 15th of the month. However, this month the data was delayed by several weeks.
When we finally grew frustrated and asked the POLA about this ridiculous delay, they responded January 25th, saying: “Good morning. Data from one vessel has delayed final numbers. We plan on releasing numbers today or tomorrow.”
The POLA justification and timing seemed odd, and their explanation seemed fishy. One container ship manages to delay the entire POLA result? However, this morning after checking and seeing still no result we realized what was going on.
The Bureau of Economic Analysis released the U.S. 4th Quarter GDP result (link). The value of imported goods is a deduction to the U.S. GDP. If the biggest port in the U.S. holds back their import cargo data, the resulting information cannot be deducted from the GDP. Missing data gives an artificial outlook for the GDP. Put another way, the 4th quarter GDP is inflated by the missing deduction.
From the position of the Biden administration, there is a perverse economic motive to keep all those import cargo ships from arriving.
Would the Port of Los Angeles intentionally hold back data in order to help the White House give a false and more optimistic impression of the U.S. economy? At first blush it might seem a stretch, but then – as if on cue – a few hours after the BEA made the public release, suddenly the Port of Los Angeles released their December data. In politics timing is never coincidental.”

Well, how many containers are there to be searched?
Answer: “The combined import throughput of both Los Angeles and Long Beach in August was 893,118 TEUs.” [TEU = Twenty Foot Equivalent Unit]
How many people does it take to search a container? If it’s government work, you gotta figure at least two, one to search and one to watch while the other works.
How long does it take to search a TEU?
At least 20 minutes, to open it up, rifle through everything, run some kind of radiation and/or other scanners over the contents, then lock it up again? Or would you have to unload the whole thing to adequately search, and how long would that take?
Answer: “If it is a palatalised container, with a decent amount of materials handling gear and manpower, it can be unloaded and ready to be put away in under an hour on average.
The question really opens up if it is loose loaded. Some containers can be stacked floor to roof with small boxes, heavy boxes and all shapes and sizes. Most Warehouses that I have seen in the UK can take around 3 hours / 4 operatives for a normal 800 – 1200 unit container, while anything not standard can take a full working day.”

So if, best case, it only took 20 minutes to search a container, and it took only two government workers to search a container, they could search 24 containers in an 8-hour work shift.
With 893,118 TEUs per month to search, that would take one 2-man team 37,213 days.
It would take 100 2-man teams 372 days.
It would take 1,000 2-man teams 37.2 days, or roughly a month’s worth of TEU’s.
Best case scenario, 2,000 people would be needed in order to search 893,118 TEUs per month, and even then, they would be running 6 or 7 days behind.
That number could be exponentially higher if it takes several hours to search a TEU.
If there were at least 2,000 people searching shipping containers all day long, every day, and they were the reason everything was bottle-necked and delayed, how long would it take to confirm that rumor and turn it into a fact, if it was a fact?
How would they be able to hide that they were searching every shipping container, one by one, with that many people involved, and every single shipping container being searched?
Since it reportedly takes a month to load the suckers, I would imagine unloading them would take some serious time.

My guess as to what this means: That was another convoy that assembled on what they call “the Peninsula” (that bit of land between the Great Lakes, ending at Windsor, just south of Detroit). That’s a very populous region of Canada.
Add this one to the BC one and the one starting in Nova Scotia…and at least THREE convoys are converging on Ottawa.
That made me cringe.
