Extending the Political Surveillance Discussion with New Revelations the FBI Had a Workspace Inside Perkins Coie DC Law Offices
Last night Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) made an explosive announcement as an outcome of a whistleblower providing information to him and Jim Jordan about the FBI having a collaborative relationship with the Clinton/DNC law firm Perkins Coie. {Go Deep} Specifically, the explosive element surrounds the FBI having a workspace within the DNC law firm that would have given Democrats an open portal into FBI databases for use in opposition research.
Secondarily, Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann being in charge of this working arrangement within Perkins Coie for the past year, since the departure of Marc Elias, becomes a far greater issue. The potential ramifications of this joint collaborative activity are vast.
The FBI can exploit the NSA database to conduct searches of all cell phone, computer, email, text message, social media, electronic communication and all private data/communication belonging to Americans; this would include geolocation. If the FBI was operating within Perkins Coie since 2012, then the democrats have held access to fully intrusive electronic surveillance of their political opposition, or anyone else – anywhere, for a decade.
Mainstream conservative defenders of the DOJ and FBI institutions, as a result of their prior tenure inside those same agencies, have long denied the Dept of Justice and FBI are corrupt political entities. The revelation of the FBI and Perkins Coie working collaboratively to exploit this data portal is something that people like Margot Cleveland, Andrew McCarthy, Johnathan Turley and many others need to deny in order to retain the premise of institutional credibility.
However, the FBI and DNC law firm working collaboratively on issues of joint importance goes far beyond the ‘image of impropriety or conflicted interest‘ and extends to the actual corruption within the foundational institutions of government. Transparently, if these reports are accurate all of the inexplicable dynamics within the “two tiers of justice” suddenly reconcile. The FBI and Perkins Coie having the ability to conduct electronic surveillance of any target is a thermonuclear level of sunlight, that reconciles years of visible issues.

In as sure a sign of a disloyal White House staff as any, reports have leaked that Joe Biden is “rattled” by cratering public approval polls and is desperately “pressing aides for a more compelling message.” (Remember, folks: only the fairytale “narrative” matters, not Biden’s real-world dumpster fire of a presidency.) High-level staff have been leaving the White House in droves. Biden’s chief of staff, Ron Klain, is reportedly planning to skedaddle soon after the midterms. A massive exodus of black staffers is undermining morale. Old Joe is so “frustrated” with his advisers’ regular “clean-up campaign” of his public comments that he has begun reprimanding them that it is he who is president. Meanwhile, his handlers’ never-ending efforts to save their boss from his impaired brain and loose lips have given the White House’s propaganda machine the appearance of a veritable “clown show.”
I’ve been waiting for this freak-out — the moment when either a temporarily lucid Joe or his nurse-wife Jill finally comes to the realization that this administration is on a path to being remembered as the most incompetent, corrupt, or evil (or maybe all three) in American history. At some point, the Bidens’ wounded pride was bound to clash with Barack Obama’s maneuverings to use “ah shucks” Joe as a stalking horse for “fundamentally transforming” America into a Marxist theocracy. (When the priests of political correctness force people to betray their consciences in order to comply with the State’s dogma, then you’re living in a theocratic dictatorship.)
A lot of very smart, savvy people have pointed out that this has never actually been Dementia Joe’s presidency. In exchange for giving him a spot to nap behind the Resolute Desk, Biden handed his administration over to the likes of Susan Rice, Elizabeth Warren, Jim Clyburn, and many of Obama’s other communist comrades in arms eager to usher in their precious New World Order, where the few will rule and the many will obey. Astutely, the Marxist-socialists knew that the only way to implement their brand of totalitarianism was to put a decrepit Establishment figurehead in office to provide the appearance that the Old Guard had things under control, while the New Guard began their crackdown on free speech, freedom of movement, private property, digital privacy, self-defense, and just about anything else strictly protected from government tyranny by the Bill of Rights.

Embracing the “precinct strategy” promoted by Steve Bannon, the GOP is reportedly preparing to sow chaos in the 2022 election by creating an “army” of poll workers and Republican lawyers to challenge voters in Democratic precincts. According to recordings obtained by Politico, the Republican National Committee has been recruiting and training poll watchers to contest votes and building a network of party-friendly attorneys to help them. The operation has been cast by Republican officials as an effort to even out party imbalances among poll workers in urban centers like Detroit. But its true aims seem clear: to gum up the democratic process in Democratic areas and lay the foundation for results to be challenged in swing states like Michigan that were key to Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 election.
“Come election day you create massive failure of certification,” Nick Penniman, founder and CEO of the election watchdog group Issue One, told Politico. “The real hope is that you can throw the choosing of electors to state legislators.”
The undertaking illustrates the extent to which the GOP is institutionalizing Donald Trump’s 2020 election lies—and provides a glimpse into the party’s efforts to hijack the infrastructure of the election system. “This is completely unprecedented in the history of American elections that a political party would be working at this granular level to put a network together,” Penniman said. “It looks like now the Trump forces are going directly after the legal system itself and that should concern everyone.”
In the wake of the 2020 election, Trump and his allies mounted a relentless effort to contest the results in several states he lost. Joe Biden Demands New Gun Control Measures, Assault Weapon Ban, Magazine Capacity Limits, Red Flag Laws, Gun Mfr Liability and More
With barely more than a third of the country supporting the installed occupant of the White House, Joe Biden took to the podium tonight to demand a litany of new gun restrictions. Biden called for the banning of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines through reinstating the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban, noting that if that can’t happen, the government should raise the legal age to purchase such weapons from 18 to 21.
Biden also called on congress to construct new federal background checks, which sounded a lot like a federal registration of gun ownership. Also, he is demanding “red flag” laws that will allow schools, counsellors, doctors and others to flag an individual as a threat to themselves or others, thereby removing their right to gun ownership. Biden also said he want’s congress to ban large capacity magazines limiting all firearms to five bullets.

So, I had an interesting little chat with Newark Electronics’ Customer Service today.
I’d ordered some Raspberry Pi’s back on 3/20/22. At the time my order was placed, my expected delivery date was 5/4/22. Month and a half. But I knew there were problems.
May rolls around, I make sure to check my porch for deliveries. In the meantime, I get a gazillion emails from Newark to give them good ratings and to buy more stuff from them (which I might have it it helped the functionality of the stuff I’d previously ordered had I actually received it). What I do NOT get is either a tracking number or a “your delivery has slipped” email.
So, I call up Customer Service and explain how it is problematic to be receiving all these other emails that only enhance my hypertension when I haven’t got my stuff, and how the entire marketing department in charge of these emails might face consequences When The Revolution Comes. I suspected that the customer service representative might hail from the subcontinent (and might still be there). Nevertheless, I actually got some chuckles from him.
Then we did a drive down into my actual order. The good news is that it is now scheduled for delivery in June. The bad news is that this is June 2023. They silently pushed my delivery date by 13 months and want me to fill out a customer survey that they are great guys…..and order more stuff from them that won’t be useful until my order comes in next year.

The Pi 4 is based on a Broadcom BCM2711 SoC (System on a Chip). The whole SoC concept was pretty much invented for cellphones, and it is possible that cellphones are slurping-up all the BCM2711s on the planet.
OTOH, the BCM2711 is a SoC based on Quad core Cortex-A72 (ARM v8). If you pay the license fee to ARM, you can put that in anything.
It’s a great concept, but the execution is difficult.

There are a lot of fish in Lake T that get pale and washed-out (as well as being stressed and failing to thrive) if they don’t have ample shade. Mind you, this may be in a small cave next to a brightly lit sandy spot — but they need the darkness to look their best.
I’m running this video just for the scene around 0:51, which demonstrates how Neolamprologus brichardi gradually takes over tanks. They are the rabbits of Lake T.
There is a family group — maybe two males and three females — deep in this rock pile, laying eggs on every available surface, and producing batches of fry almost continually. Outside the rock pile, the smallest fry are guarded by small ones, which are guarded by bigger ones, which are guarded by juveniles. In the few seconds of footage, you can sort out who is guarded by who. There is one young adult who may be encouraged to move a few feet away and assemble another group.
These are beautiful, peaceful fish — that will slowly crowd every other species out of your tank unless you harvest them heavily. Fortunately, you can sell youngsters at local fish clubs and stores at about fifty cents all day and all night.
This just amused me. Loud music. Synthesized narration. Odd fish choices.
But also shows the nearly universal appreciation of the diversity in Lake T.
Also highlights Paracyprichromis nigripinnis at 0:50. This fish is interesting to watch and drop-dead gorgeous besides, and would probably be sunburned in the gigantic tank previously shown.

This actually fits with a lot of things that I went through. I went through multiple “incidents” and “near-incidents” with what were very likely Democrat operatives, and in every case, they had to know my exact location to intercept me. Eventually, I got in the habit of putting my phone into airplane mode, or turning it off, when I wanted to be sure nobody was tracking me in real time. And of course, no incidents as long as my phone was dead to them.
I was shocked by the idea that the NSA was doing this stuff. But if FIB gave the DNC access to the data, it could all be explained.

The energy source is not water it has several batteries that are the energy source. That energy gets converted to hydrogen and that runs the engine but the energy SOURCE is still the batteries.

And if the [extra] batteries are being charged by an alternator run by the engine (which is shown in the video as the “extra alternator”), then the batteries that drive electrolysis are being charged by whatever fuel originates new energy into the system – in practice, that’s the gasoline. Any energy from combustion of hydrogen/oxygen, which then [via the alternator] drives the electrolysis that produces hydrogen/oxygen, doesn’t contribute to any savings – in fact it results in energy losses through the electrolysis process, including heat. Only if the energy originates from a DIFFERENT source than the gasoline, does it matter and provide “savings” of any kind. But it can potentially matter. Here’s how.
If the batteries are home-charged like a Tesla or any other electric vehicle, then they can in principle augment the gasoline fuel with energy merged into the system via hydrogen/oxygen. Lead/acid batteries like Aaron was using are heavy, so obviously there is not as much savings toting those around, but lighter lithium ion batteries like Tesla or upcoming cheaper sodium ion batteries (see C&EN 5/30/22) could bring the efficiency into a range where the whole process begins to make physical sense, and possibly economic sense. Is it competitive with taking the electrical energy straight to electric engines? My money would be on Musk’s decision, same as Steinmetz (who was one of the first advocates of electric vehicles). Internal combustion is great while you have fossil fuels (which we do, and can have for a long time), but if we start making electrical energy cheap, competitive, and readily available with more nuclear reactors, THEN electric engines are not only highly efficient but economically favored, and bound to displace gasoline.
What Aaron did here isn’t magic, but it’s pretty cool. He was helping make electrical energy practical in transportation. Getting a hydrogen system to run out of the bed of your pickup is awesome. His patents (you can look them up) are realistic minor improvements to the process, concerning addition of a filter to the hydrogen stream, to remove sludge.
Added note for people saying “he’s running the car on water”. No. Just no. Electrolysis takes the same energy you get back out by combustion – minus any losses, of which there are plenty. Analyze the energy economics. There’s something called a “perpetual motion machine” which doesn’t actually work – where energy is allegedly used to drive the production of itself. Obviously that’s a fallacy. People constantly “invent” those (I’m not saying Aaron did), but they’re always wishful thinking and failure to look for where energy enters the system. In this case, energy enters as the gasoline fuel. Aaron was indeed caching a lot of gasoline energy as both hydrogen and in the extra batteries, so one has to be extremely careful in any metrics of “increased fuel efficiency”. Thank goodness I had a great physics teacher who trained me to spot those. I even caught NASA proposing one of those one time. They’re easy to design if you don’t pay a lot of attention to how and where the energy is entering, traversing, and leaving the system.
And yes – Aaron was a hero. I hope people are inspired by him, both to become inventors and LEOs.
I discovered a few weeks ago a video that made a point I hadn’t seen anywhere else, to wit: A hydrogen combustion engine actually does pollute, some. The problem is, the air contains nitrogen and some of it will react with oxygen under the heat of combustion, producing various nitrous oxides. Also, some lubricant burns.
The clean hydrogen tech is fuel cells. Both, however, when you follow the model of “gassing up” to get hydrogen in the vehicle (and it’s literally “gassing” up), lose a LOT of efficiency because the hydrogen must be compressed and delivered. (And there is some loss just between electrolysis and recombination because no process is perfectly reversible in practice.)
If electricity ever becomes dirt, dirt, cheap, to the point where we don’t care how much we use (and lose) outside of the car, then hydrogen becomes viable and even has advantages over EVs because fueling up is as quick as gasoline (and that’s true whether it’s burned or fuel-celled). But it is, fundamentally, just a way to store energy produced elsewhere, and not a very efficient one, and that’s what people tend to forget.

As you can see by the comments on YouTube, there is a psychological fuzziness out there, which conflates the happy energetics of hydrogen fusion with hydrogen combustion, helped to some extent by infinite energy scams, Tesla mythology, and maybe even those old JC Whitney “run your car on water” ads. We even had Michio Kaku (who bloody well should have known better) hawking hydrogen, pointing out how it’s the most abundant stuff in the universe. True! They don’t. But most oxygen on the planet is stored as gazillions of tons of carbonates and oxidized metals. An enormous amount of the planet’s early history was spent driving oxygen into that “strategic reserve”, to the extent of neutralizing everything that could be oxidized with O2, including massive amounts of carbon. Thus, any realistic importation of H2 that didn’t kill us by release of gravitational energy (that would be one bad-ass cold chunk), at a rate low enough that it would allow geological system equilibria of “stored CO2” to be rate-determining (e.g., use it like we do fossil fuels), might very well prove to be a life-happy situation.
Stated differently, I don’t believe our currently gaseous oxygen is the sum of our assets. It’s more like the checking account of plant life. Thanks to carbonate chemistry, I think both plants and we, the parasitic teenage children of them, may have quite a bit of “house credit” on CO2.
It might be very interesting to see whether imported reducing agents are a viable way to continuously tap the “past oxygen crisis” as well as that in which we happily remain – just like “old reducing agents” (fossil fuels) are.
Only one thing is certain. The planet’s elite and financial criminals would lie in whatever way was necessary to gain power over that solution, if it was viable. It’s the way they are.
All that said – importing 3He and 2H for nuclear reactions makes a lot more sense.

COL. DOUGLAS MACGREGOR (RET), U.S. ARMY: Sure.
CARLSON: So the first question is, where are we now? We keep hearing these reports about a Russian convoy coming into the capital city, et cetera, et cetera. But big picture, where is the war as of tonight?
MACGREGOR: Well, the first five days, we witnessed a very slow, methodical movement of Russian forces into eastern Ukraine. That is Ukraine — the third of Ukraine, which is on the eastern side of this river, called the Dnieper. They move slowly, cautiously. They try to reduce casualties among the civilian population, tried to give as many Ukrainian troops and forces as possible the opportunity to give up, to surrender.
That is over, and the phase in which we find ourselves now, Russian forces have now maneuver to encircle and surround the remaining Ukraine forces and destroy them, through a series of massive rocket artillery strikes, airstrikes with Russian armor then slowly, but surely closing the distance and annihilating what’s left.
So this is a — this is the beginning, frankly of the end of Ukrainian resistance.
CARLSON: So the ugly stuff is just beginning.
MACGREGOR: Yes.
CARLSON: Okay. So this is a question you don’t often hear asked, but it is essential to our welfare here in the United States, to our strategic thinking about this: What is Putin’s goal here? What’s his aim?
MACGREGOR: Well, I think Vladimir Putin set out to honor his word of 2007.
In 2007 at the Munich Security Conference, he said: We will not tolerate the expansion of NATO to a point where your NATO, your border, is touching Russia, specifically Ukraine and Georgia. We see these as essentially Trojan horses for NATO’s military power and U.S. influence, subversion and so forth.
He then turned to several opportunities to reinforce that over and over and over again, most recently with President Biden in the hopes that he could avoid taking action to effectively clean out eastern Ukraine of any opposition forces whatsoever, and to put his forces in a position vis-a-vis NATO to deter us from any further attempts to influence or change Ukraine into effectively a platform for the projection of U.S. and Western power into Russia.
Now, his goal, as we see it, at the moment, is to seize this entire area of eastern Ukraine. That’s pretty clear. He is going to roll up to that river, up near Kyiv, he has actually moved over the river and is preparing to go in and capture that city entirely.
At that point, he has to decide what else he wants to do. I don’t think he wants to go any further west. I think he’d be very satisfied to hold that point. But he would like whatever emerges from this that we call Ukraine, whether it’s just the western side or it encompasses some of the east and the west of Ukraine to be neutral, non-aligned, and preferably friendly to Moscow, that he will accept. Anything short of that, his war has been a waste of time.
CARLSON: How should the United States respond at this point?
MACGREGOR: Well, I think President Biden and Sullivan, his National Security Adviser have already given some indication of their readiness to accept something like that. They’re not going to have any choice. Either they accept it or then they put him in the position of having to do more than he would like to do, which would probably not go down well with NATO.
No one really wants Russian forces on their border, least of all Poland.
CARLSON: Right.
MACGREGOR: So I think Sullivan and Biden will essentially tell Zelensky, if he is still the President at that point and if he is still running any semblance of the Ukrainian government, which is largely collapsing now. If he is still there, he is going to be told accept the deal, go neutral, because there really is no choice.
CARLSON: You are hearing elements in the United States Congress, it is almost unanimous in the media, calling on the Biden administration to enforce a so-called no fly zone over Ukraine. What would be the effect of that?
MACGREGOR: Well, you end up at war with Russia because the Russians are not going to allow Western aircraft, U.S. aircraft flying over the battlefield in eastern Ukraine under any circumstances.
And Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO flew to Poland to stop the Poles from essentially offering MiG-29 aircraft that were improved and modernized to the Ukrainians, allowing their pilots to come to Poland, fly these into Ukraine. He put a stop to it saying anything like that could lead to war, and NATO will not go to war.
And see, this is the interesting part. Now, everyone is talking about spending lots of money on defense and lots of money for NATO. But very shortly, people are going to begin to ask why? Why are we doing it? Because it’s patently obvious that NATO is not in a position to fight, not in a position to challenge the Russians.
So I think Mr. Biden’s problem tonight is not just his narrative, it is going to break down very rapidly over the next few days, as it becomes obvious that this whole Ukraine business was a fantasy on his part. He is going to end up trying to write checks that he can’t cash because we can’t afford a massive military buildup. We can’t afford to put more forces forward.
And if we tried to do it, it will be self-defeating.
So I think we’re in a real crisis now that no one has really, really figured out yet, and that is NATO itself in our position on the European continent, all of this is now at risk.
CARLSON: I think a lot of people were taken by surprise by this invasion. I’ll admit that I was also, not that, of course, we’re experts on Eastern Europe. But the President and his team had said for weeks in effect, we’ve got this under control. We have applied enough pressure on the Russians that would be very unwise for them to do this. That was a massive miscalculation, obviously. How did they screw up?
MACGREGOR: Well, two things. I think that Mr. Putin has priced in the cost. In other words, he is not a fool. He sat down with Xi in Beijing and made it very clear what he was going to do, what his goals were in eastern Ukraine and only eastern Ukraine initially.
And I think he got the conditions he wanted from Xi, of support and assistance through this process because he knew what we would try to do to him. We would try to destroy Russia financially, economically, in whatever way we can.
CARLSON: So we’ve just created like a real alliance between Russia and China or in any effect there now is one at some point.
MACGREGOR: Oh, a real strategic partnership. There’s no question about it, because China needs Russia in order to secure Central Asia and all the routes to Europe. China wants to do business with Europe. That’s why the Chinese would like Mr. Putin to end this quickly. But Putin insisted on those first five days slowing things down, because he wanted to minimize damage to property and he wanted to minimize the loss of life particularly upon in the population that he was trying to bring into effectively a new Ukraine that is Russian. He has essentially discarded that now.
CARLSON: So I just want to be absolutely clear on this point, because a lot hangs on it. So many of our leaders are beholden to Russia, have gotten rich from Russia. Joe Biden’s family, Nancy Pelosi family, I mean, pick one, they all have.
MACGREGOR: Yes.
CARLSON: Putin would not have been able to do what he did, invade Ukraine, without the support of China. It sounds like what you’re saying.
MACGREGOR: I think that’s absolutely true. If China had not reassured him, we will stay the course with you. I doubt seriously that he would be doing this now.
CARLSON: So since everyone is in moral outrage mode, and screaming the F word at each other on Twitter, I wonder why China is not included in their outrage.
MACGREGOR: Well, that’s an important question that deserves a great answer, but I’m going to let you take that one on, I’m not going to go there tonight.

Also…as luck would have it…I caught Covid about 3 weeks ago…Two main symptoms were “sore” throat and persistent headache/slight fever….Although I had some Ivermectin on hand, I did not use it…..I just doubled down on my daily quercetin, Vitamins C and D, K2, NAC, Magnesium and Zinc that I have been taking the last 18 months….All symptoms were gone after about 5 days!

The name change to “Journey Middle School” was chosen by the students of the middle school — IMO, an example of “the inmates running the asylum.” It appears that the school board made a diktat that any school in the Albemarle County school system named after a person had to adhere to the school system’s “values” about “equity, excellence, family and community, and wellness.” Yours Truly surmises that Jack Jouett didn’t “fit” the school system’s “values” because he was a slave owner — therefore, he didn’t “fit” the “equity” part. it didn’t matter what else he did or he believed in.

I might have this wrong, but I think Catturd found two dogs and named them Petey and Sweetie. I don’t know if they are siblings. He talks about “the other dogs” and how he tried to keep them separate, so I guess there are others too.
He may have been inspired by “Petey the Pup” from the Little Rascals films.
In the films, Pete would hang out with the kids and try to keep them out of trouble. Nobody seemed to have a problem with this, despite Pete being a pitbull, and female to boot.
Pete was an AmStaff, an American Staffordshire. Where the name “pit bull” came from, I have no idea, but every last AmStaff I’ve ever met was sweet as can be and loving. They are really maligned due to having bad owners.
Staffordshires, OTOH, are big, powerful, skittish dogs that really need to have the right kind of owner.
I find that a major problem with pitbulls (in their various flavors) is that they are ABSOLUTELY convinced, beyond any slightest doubt in their minds, that they are lapdogs.
