The Devil Really Is In The Details
Before we return to the remaining signers of our Declaration of Independence we need to move the ball down the field more on the present subject that originated with Scott’s and Wolf’s posts of May 3.
Put simply, why has the statutory nature of the Constitution and law been abused so radically by those who give their oaths to defend it? The creation of shadow governments and legal systems that sustain them appears to be the vehicles used to do the dirty deeds. The instigators apparently want undeserved, unearned, and unauthorized power over the assets and people of our nation.
The use of rules, procedures and practices that they develop, sell to the public at large as necessary for the safety and/or prosperity of citizens, and then implement with colluding enforcement arms is what keeps them in power and control. With the current version of swamp critters, they added illegal invaders and provided access to the rights of citizens to insure their continued dominance of our nation. This corrupted the election system even worse to go with everything else in society, which was the primary purpose of COVID and the jabs in addition to depopulation efforts. The propagandists lied their ways into the heads of sheeple to move the needle toward accepting the unacceptable that has been tanking our society.
We can continue to discuss how it all is rectified, however, it will not change a basic, historical truth. What has happened in the past 250 years in America is not new to the world stage. It has happened in other civilizations who turned their faces from God and/or righteous living since the beginning of time. Some of those civilizations never recovered and disappeared from the planet. Others were reduced to a remnant. Some of those remnants never regained their prominence, while others went on to become even more prominent and dominate segments of the world. For this latter group, the common factor contributing to success seems to be a return to more equitable treatment of their populations. It usually took the common people coming together to force the replacement of their former leaders or when God otherwise directly intervened through events of nature. Remember, even the insurance industry calls them “acts of God” in their contract provisions.
Just like Biblical accounts of the ancient nation of Israel, this concept of the righteous remnant surviving and rebuilding is also built into the fabric of America. It is expected of us to do so and has been stated within our founding documents. How else can you explain our recovery and development into a great, superpower nation after the horrible Civil War that erupted some 70 years after the ratification of the Constitution, which was followed by WW I, the Great Depression and WW II? How else could it possibly be explained when the America First MAGA movement led by a bullet dodging brilliant patriot changes the world for the betterment of all mankind?
Judicial Discretion
Nothing makes my point better about judicial rules, procedures and practices than the following recent post from Covid & Covid with Jeff Childers. It truly is an interesting read anytime, but especially so with the current subject matter and ongoing events within our government. The article to read is the first on Blind Justice.

Did you spot all of the judicial discretion that was employed? Jeff Childers is an experienced, accomplished attorney who has taken on an unenviable task of challenging the PREP Act successfully. The weight of the federal government as well as Big Pharm is aligned against all challenges. Even with that situation, the judge chose not to shut this one down. In fact, he handed Jeff the ticket to use to attend the show. To say Jeff was pleasantly surprised is an understatement.
What is most interesting to me is the approach Judge Young used in questioning counsel of both sides from the outset is one that could be used by all judges, but rarely is. Why? Unless you are into performance art and deception as a judge; it would seem that if you truly desire to make an honest, legally correct ruling you would use all avenues of inquiry to reach a solid decision. Which tells me that in all of the previously unsuccessful challenges, there probably was no judge who was serious in their consideration of the merits of the PREP challenges. They went along with what the government wanted to not rock the boat. Anybody who has ever sat in pre-trial conferences knows exactly to what I am referring. The rules of the game (trial) are set by the judge after input from the opposing attorneys representing sides in the case.
Now, I could be a conspiracist and tell you that frequently those rules have already been worked out (as well as the decision) in advance over a meal or drinks at a bar together beforehand, but that would just be speculation, right? That never actually happens, does it? Justice is always blind like it was in all of those Perry Mason TV shows, right? The attorneys from both sides give their best efforts and whoever wins, wins. The decision always represents what the law states.
Granted that latter statement does happen in some higher profile cases that attract widespread attention from the general public and media. Sometimes rules, procedures and practices are insufficient to blunt the will of the We the People and law. But what about those cases of We the People that are ongoing in lesser courts all across America every day that are similar to what Geddes described? For that matter, what about J6 cases that were high profile? Whatever little credibility the feds and DC legal system had prior to that event has been totally washed away by their violations of the law through obvious corruption and oppression.
The aftermath of J6 is the very definition of politicization of the judiciary and legal system followed by weaponization. Add in the usual skullduggery with rules, procedures and practices with the courts that Jeff Childers discusses and you can see how hard it is to break through when the shadow government and judiciary are aligned against We the People.
We need to keep a watch on this one from Jeff. Removing Big Pharm’s liability protections is a game changer.
Good Stuff Happens At The Right Time In America
The recently released interview below discloses more than the average person knows about how things really work in and around the current federal government. If you have not done so, watch it and think about the insiders in DC and our federal government going back centuries. Then consider the magnitude of POTUS Trump’s undertaking. Skip it ahead to the actual interview a few minutes in if you want to conserve time.
In particular there is very interesting commentary starting around the 51 minute mark. Some of the pertinent discussion topics will ring bells relating to the Information War. They discuss many current topics we hit hard on here such as…
Wiki is a weapon and the IC is involved. Weaponization of the government against the citizens has been underway. It is not about the information you have they let you see, it’s about what you have to find (Ed Martin’s paraphrased words that means they intentionally withhold or hide it). Certifications of elections systems – fraud and money rule. Election in Poland soon – Obama is there. Why? The fed system used to be politicized and now it is weaponized. It started big with Obama and accelerated with Biden. Jack Smith under the microscope. All the big cases recently including cases related to Trump, IRS against citizens, school boards, IC, Crossfire Hurricane – all Bondi ordered investigations. Elections – aspects of things did not make sense in their construct.
Ed Martin stated, “I don’t think there is a way for the people to petition…” as it applies to forcing release of information regarding any of the on-going “investigations” or even past classified events that have been declassed like the JFK assassination from 62 years ago. No way to petition for judicial relief even when POTUS Trump declassified all of the documents? No standing as American citizens whose lives have been hugely negatively impacted by the events? Is that like having no standing to file a lawsuit against proven election fraud? Really?
Which leads to where are the releases of the rest of the Kennedy, MLK, and Epstein docs? How about the J6 tapes and some honesty on 911? For goodness sakes, how about a real accounting of what happened in Butler less than a year ago that was witnessed on live TV? Nope, even PDT’s handpicked top cops from FIB will not go there.
Besides the usual criminal corruption, these events and people are all hidden behind rules, procedures and practices. Ed Martin would not even go there in response to many of Tucker’s questions. He knows the issues, yet skirted around answers with his responses. Why? An answer of “dunno” does not work for us. We know better. An answer of it being classified does not work for us either. We saw many of the events in real time as they occurred. Years have gone by and nothing is disclosed officially. We know what that means.
Just the content in this one interview reveals a depth of criminality and corruption that is mind blowing. It is also clear that Ed Martin believes people were more honorable in their personal conduct 100 years ago as he stated. If true, it indicates the primary problem today is the breakdown of morality, ethics and personal integrity within our society as it has become more politicized and now, weaponized. Personally, I don’t think his belief is true. I believe people have been equally corrupt and criminal in their activities throughout human history. The farther back you go the more the official history is cleaned by the corrupt. My brief FIRE! series highlighted some of that going back into the 1800’s.
We do not have to look far to see even more current abuse through rules, procedures and practices; this time in civil rights. Tucker’s interview of Harmeet Dhillon is a major eye opener of their use in destroying the quality of life in many cities, racism in colleges, religious persecution, elections steals and so on.
I confess the leftist pity parties as they exited that department would have been great fun to observe.
But it does not stop there, stories come out multiple times per week to substantiate what is now obvious. If you have not followed, read this short article.
If you have never been employed in the legal industry or interacting branches of government you probably never knew that the ABA was used by our elected federal officials for ratings of judicial nominees. It has been used for decades despite the org being a private, non-government controlled organization of over 400,000 legal worker members. So, the federal government authorized and utilized rules, procedures and practices associated with this proven partisan org that led to the confirmation support from azzhat elected officials/staffs for the corrupt, wacko federal judges we have seen circumventing the will of We the People this entire time. How convenient.
Oh yeah, did you notice that the ABA was formed in the late 1800’s? Folks – the ABA and many other divisive, anti-patriot orgs are nothing more than NGO’s that have been funded and weaponized by subversive globalists and wannabe dictators from times long ago. Many trace their lineages back post Civil War, some before. As an example you will find names of major industrialists with deep pockets such as Rockefeller who seeded them into American society. The AMA is another one as Gail has posted. This is the same org that walked lock step with Fauxi’s NIH and the CDC. Next, think about all of the NGO’s that trace back their funding back to subversive globalists that brought us the alien invasion.
Don’t get me started (yet) on the World Council of Churches or even the National Council of Churches. That will be a segment I address down the road as well, God willing.
If you have not I highly advise deeper dives into Gail’s research. I also advise you to focus on the results of the globalist cabal’s seed planting as WW I and WW II ended. What orgs and acts were undertaken during and immediately following? Where did the funding of same come from as well as what elected officials and globalists were in their corner? We are in the middle of the exposure and destruction of some that occurred at the end of WW II over 75 years ago; whose seeds were actually planted leading up to WW I.
All of the corruption, manipulation and circumvention links together, just find the connecting dots. There are not multiple movies. There are many scenes that tie together in a blockbuster movie that has gone on in America since the Declaration of Independence was signed.
The situation is and remains as described below in the immortal words of 81 year old Benjamin Franklin:
“A republic, if you can keep it.”

The evidence has been presented. The verdict will be decided by a jury of We the People and not some idgit leftist judge placed in a position of fake authority by corrupted politicians and swamp. We the People who are America First still desire the republic that our founding fathers provided.
We are not going to solve the lack of ethics and deterioration of morals of our nation and world on here, much less within our intentionally polarized American society. However, the practical answer to it all has actually been by initiated by PDT subject to being fully supported by We the People and not stalled by the globalists and swamp. That gives hope. Reducing and defanging government means there are less azzhats in positions of authority to screw things up and mess with We the People. That has to be the current and most focused approach to solving the weaponization that was actually seeded through politicization first beginning with the strong central government backers’ efforts to create and pass the Constitution while building on the British legal system that the colonies employed here in America.
We will never know, but would we have been better off with the previous Articles of Confederation and any amendments as needed for enumerated powers, handling Treasury needs and military preparedness?
As discussed in previous Parts, we see how it happened in ancient Israel through the time of Christ just as it has in other civilizations in world history. Keeping things simple is just not normal behavior for many humans. The problem the power hungry as well as We the People have in America is that our nation has been dedicated to God and His providence from its founding. As a people we can stray from that and attempt to take things over on our own. However, until the Lord returns it will always be met by His discipline until a God fearing patriot remnant persevere through the fires and rebuild in accordance with His will. Again.
The better, most fulfilling American Way is to do things His way from the onset. Which means the manipulation, corruption and deception built into the rules, procedures and practices need to be practically and firmly eliminated.
I repeat for emphasis this statement from a great American we all dearly love on here,
So we wreck them by seriously cutting government and giving them fewer places to exist. Among all of the other benefits, the body politic would have fewer sociopaths and parasites in it.

Doctors are baffled
Ever since 2020, whenever I see something like ‘Doctors are BAFFLED’, and I know or suspect it’s about covid, I can’t help but laugh out loud
It’s just so insanely dishonest.
Doctors are among the most educated people in the world, and not only does that not matter at all, somehow it actually makes them less likely to have any clue about almost anything.
Like their education turned them into idiots. No apparent capacity for critical thought. Or even honest thought. And yet they can’t be idiots, because it takes a minimal level of competence and intelligence to graduate from medical school and pass your medical exams.
So it is impossible to believe they are idiots, which means they’re a bunch of chickens who do know better, but they’re all lying, they’re more afraid of speaking the truth than they are of murdering hundreds of millions of people.
Whatever the reason, most doctors appear to be completely detached from reality. Like a medical version of the Mamet Principle, where in order to be a doctor, you have to pretend not to know certain things.
Or they are hideously corrupt, orders of magnitude beyond Mengele.
Those are essentially the only two plausible explanations.
And which one is worse is anyone’s guess.
Zero integrity, and most of them don’t even seem to care. They’re just doing the equivalent of whistling past the graveyard, hoping it will all blow over.
It’s incredible that so few doctors care about the reputation of the medical industry.

As a business banker I called on participants in dozens of industries as well as working with various government officials and agencies. Add in personal experiences with the “education” industry and religion. They have all been systematically watered down in effectiveness using a variety of methods and choir members to accomplish it.

I now believe that one of the biggest reasons to have doctors and nurses “go first” in taking the vax, was to get them to “buy into” the shots, so that they would later be bought in while ADMINISTERING the shots, so that AFTER people started dying, it would be far easier to stick with the lies due to guilt, and not turn tail on the project.
Criminals do this all the time – try to get others committed deeply to the crime, so that they are stuck with the bad plan.

Do you really want a physician to handle your health needs who is willing to do that, that can be coerced or duped into it? The obvious answer is nope.
Example –
My own primary physician pushed them. A close friend was injured from them who uses the same physician. He gave her all of his rationale for doing so. He took them so he can tell his patients he did.
He was his early 50s sold his practice out a decade ago to a larger company, so he takes orders like the french fry cook at Mickey’s D’s. He treats people in accordance with what the computer program tells him. He has a life style to maintain and needs a few more years of working to retire. So he goes along with it and references the industry experts, CDC, etc.
He is now a converted criminal accomplice. Totally compromised whether he wants to admit it or not.
Fast forward four years later. He has seen his patients like our friend be injured and/or die from the jabs. He admits he was duped to some of them including her. He admits he personally was injured. He once was a healthy, fit guy who was a scratch golfer. Now he cannot even play without pain and has cardiac issues.
Our grandchildren’s pediatric clinic closed this month. Both pediatricians joined larger companies. They no longer could afford to keep the doors open as independents. So much for them doing what is best for their patients without being questioned. We will side eye and second guess now.
You could go into your industry and I could go into mine. Put order takers and wannabes in at a lower cost. Water down and institutionalize the product and services. Call it industry consolidation. They can then maximize their profits until it causes the entity or industry to go into decline or die.Then they abandon it and move on to something else while leaving a mess to be cleaned up.

Whenever I see comments about the bad (idiot?) Doctors now all too prevalent in our world today, I think about one very GOOD Doctor.
Saw him in a video posted here in the QTree very early in the whole Covid crisis scam.
Don’t remember his name, or the exact timing, but it was shortly after ventilators were really being pushed as the treatment path.
This Doctor sat down in front of a camera at his desk and explained, first of all, what the Covid virus did to – how it attacked – the lungs. Then he explained how the ventilator process made all of that so much worse, and how it would lead to death of the patient.
After seeing that, I told my family that, if I ever ended up in the hospital with Covid…DO NOT ever let them put me on a ventilator.
He was not only a good doctor, he was a brave doctor. I have thought of him many times through the Covid years and hope he, and his medical license, survived all of this.
I credit him with being the first Doctor that supported my right-from-the-start negative thoughts and suspicions about this “virus” – which grew stronger about the “vaccine.”
Mr TW and I were in our 80s and 70s when all of this started. We never got Covid, never wore a mask, never took the shot. All the while, we traveled extensively while we were looking for a place to move to. We found and enjoyed many like-minded people, and attended some events packed with many people, the vast majority of whom were also maskless, and living their lives without fear.
God bless this Doctor, and all those who were smart enough, brave enough, to speak up about the evilness of Covid.

He said he could not morally follow the protocols they were setting for the ICU…so he stepped down from the ICU and worked in the ER.
In that interview he said he was seeing things that clinically didn’t make sense, and felt he needed to get that information out (which is why he posted these things on social media.)
Also, toward the end, said he didn’t yet know what impact this would have on his career, but had no qualms or conflict about it because he felt it was the right thing to do.
I hope and pray he did not suffer careerwise from this.
A treasure to watch these again. It does renew faith that there are good doctors out there. If all Doctors had approached Covid as he did, the scam would have been stopped in its tracks.

Each case is assigned a case ID that identifies the investigative category. Counterterrorsm (CT), criminal, cyber, and so on. There are lists of the first 4 digists and what they stand for used by contracts, accounting, case agents, analysts, etc. It would be simple to have categories that do not show up unless a user is given special access. Each case is owned by a case agent or of course, perhaps someone in higher management (7th floor).
7th floor also had its own instances of some analysis software. It may have had its own hardware too. I don’t know if they had their own databases but it is possible. I can also say that they did not only work on the 7th floor but also had one or more offices a few blocks south of the Hoover building.
In the big databases, like Sentinel, each case is also assigned a court docket number. The docket number was critical to our legal guy in making sure we were working and running assigned queries in the right places and ways.
In 2008, a large CT database’s developers spent a year improving security access so that each user would only see the data they were granted access to. It might be one or more case categories, or even a single case. IIRC, the security access was called SSO (single sign-on) so as a user, you were identified from the time of sign-on and those access permissions were carried along through all the internal software you used or were prevented from using. This may be obsolete and different software could be in use to ensure who can see what.
Security access can be used for good or bad, as so many things in life among humans.

Guys, please pardon the rant, but something has been weighing on me and it’s driving me nuts.
First off, I love Elon Musk, I really do. He’s brilliant, driven, and a great American. But also, he is a 12-year-old boy in a man’s body.
Going to Mars to colonize it is stupid. It is the fantasy of a boy under the covers with a flashlight reading comics.
We have this beautiful, lush, watery planet, filled with good things to eat, look at, and enjoy. But somehow, a barren, storm-tossed, extreme environment like Mars is the goal? What the actual fuck is that about?
I wish that the truly brilliant Elon, instead of spending a gazillion dollars doing something stupid like trying to get off-planet, would focus on modernizing Third World countries so they have adequate food and water or something. Anything, really, that would benefit mankind, instead of fulfilling the fantasies of autistic teenage boys.
Rant over.
Simply said, we have one planet with all of humanity on it. Our circumstances here sometimes seem dire. The science fiction dream is to get humanity off into space to survive, no matter what the universe throws at us. Not to mention just general curiosity and the need to go where no man has gone before.
Life is persistent, by design. Musk sees a way bigger picture than most people do. He understands his deepest mission, as life, is to help life reclaim Mars.
I keep telling people – this is a pro-life universe. If there is a way for life to spread [back, IMO] to an entire planet, that is a BIG DEAL (TM).
I think Musk realizes there is a window of early opportunity for mankind to do what life needs it to do, and he’s doing it. If it doesn’t happen now, it will happen later, and now has many advantages.
IMO (again) there are rules of the road about spreading life, that are written into the reality of the universe, available to those who dig deeply and read honestly. We are like kids learning to read – very excited, but far from our full potential. Science provides many of the answers, but religion provides much, too. We need both, to reason our way past both the provable and the unprovable.
The challenge of re-greening Mars, if possible, makes far more sense from the outside, than it does from the inside of this planet.
TL;DR- Planetary gardening! Eternally in fashion.

As I said, it’s my opinion and speculation that life ever had a foothold on Mars, but I think it’s likely. Probably simple stuff like bacteria, algae and lichen. If so, the nature of it will be a fascinating question, particularly for the chronology of life in the solar system.
Science fiction is us trying to work out problems through story. A lot of it is pretty face-palm, but the underlying ideas are [often] important – again – IMO.
I am not saying there is not human hubris here – but the colonization of the New World by every group that ever did it (walking, sailing, flying) was filled with hubris. So I expect plenty of it here, too. The expansion of America – same story – filled with hubris. It’s part of intelligent life talking itself into facing the next challenge.

I think that trying to help Third World countries has happened before, in many different ways, and is still happening with aid we send. Unless and until the people have the mindset, intellectual capability, and the will to help themselves, throwing money at the problem will result in money wasted.
I’ve seen it happen on a small scale with poor families. They can have mentors who teach them how to think about economics, their future, and the impact of their personal decisions, but often the atmosphere they grew up in and reside in is so entrenched that they can’t see the wisdom of heeding the advice.

I worry about our own country. We’ve been invaded by millions of 3rd world people. Fast forward to humans living on Mars. Will they look up one day and say “chit, we should have gone to Alpha Centauri” right before our Sun supernovas and turns everyone here and there into crispie critters.

Well we’ve got at least a billion years to figure that out. (The Sun is warming gradually, about 10 percent per billion years; we figure at that point earth will be too hot to be habitable.
Since that amount of time is greater than the amount of time animals have existed, it’s plenty of time.
The sun won’t supernova but it will go red giant in about 4-5 billion years and may actually grow big enough to swallow up Earth.
In some circles, serious discussions are had abut the odds of humanity on this planet either getting wiped out by a world wide catastrophe, or just doing something too stupid to recover from.
I see the colonizing Mars drive as at least partially coming from these types of scenarios. Finding a way to spread the seed of humanity such that we recover from something like that.
Mostly my faith in God’s goodness does not allow me to be concerned about an extinction event, but Elon remains a pre-believer as far as I know.

Yes, I still have it, and it is awesome!
It comes with a modem. Then you use the Starlink app to determine the best place to mount your equipment. And yes, it will literally pinpoint the spot, and tell you if you point it off by even a degree!
We stream movies all the time. No problems, ever. And there were even times this winter when the dish was under snow, and it worked fine. We did go up and clear it a time or two, when there was six+ inches of snow. There is a heater built in to the thing, but it couldn’t keep up with some Montana snows.

Thousands of dead people got student aid, Trump admin finds
The Department of Education’s review found that, over the previous three years, more than $30 million in federal student aid was paid out to thousands of recipients who were already deceased. These payments included both loan disbursements and grant funds.
Officials identified the problem by cross-referencing student aid records with the Social Security Death Index. They stated that the lack of real-time data sharing contributed to erroneous payments, as outdated records failed to flag recipients who had died, allowing automatic disbursements to proceed.
To address the issue, the Education Department reported it is strengthening its real-time data-sharing agreement with the Social Security Administration (SSA) and enhancing administrative processes to detect eligibility changes more quickly.
The $30 million misallocated to deceased recipients was part of a larger total: nearly $90 million was distributed to ineligible recipients during the same period, according to the Department of Education.

U-M Chinese Scholar Charged in Conspiracy To Smuggle Dangerous Biological Pathogen Through Detroit Metro Airport

Federal authorities in Detroit on Tuesday announced charges against a Chinese scholar at the University of Michigan and her boyfriend, a scientific researcher, for allegedly conspiring to smuggle a dangerous biological pathogen into the U.S.—a pathogen capable of damaging agricultural crops and causing illness in humans and livestock.
University of Michigan scholar Yunqing Jian, 33, and her boyfriend, Zunyong Liu, 34, both Chinese citizens, were charged in a criminal complaint with conspiracy, smuggling goods into the U.S., making false statements, and visa fraud, interim Detroit U.S. Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon Jr. announced.
According to the criminal complaint, Jian received Chinese government funding to work on the dangerous pathogen in China. A pathogen is a microorganism or biological agent that can cause disease or illness.
In this case, the pathogen is a fungus called Fusarium graminearum, which causes “head blight,” a disease that affects wheat, barley, maize, and rice. It is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The toxins produced by Fusarium graminearum can also cause vomiting, liver damage, and reproductive defects in humans and livestock.
The criminal complaint alleges that Jian’s boyfriend, Liu, works at a Chinese university where he conducts research on the same pathogen. Authorities allege that he initially lied but later admitted to smuggling Fusarium graminearum into the U.S. through Detroit Metropolitan Airport, with the intent of conducting research on it at the University of Michigan laboratory where Jian worked.
A brief bio of Jian on a University of Michigan website titled “Molecular Plant-Microbe Interaction Working Groups” states:
Yunqing Jian is from Sichuan, China. She received her Ph.D. at Zhejiang University in 2020 and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship there. During her Ph.D. training, she studied the mechanisms by which fungi combat plant-derived stresses. She joined our lab in August 2022 as a postdoc, and her research mainly focuses on the evolutionary perspective of RLKs and their ligands.
“The alleged actions of these Chinese nationals—including a loyal member of the Chinese Communist Party—are of the gravest national security concerns,” said U.S. Attorney Gorgon in a statement. “These two aliens have been charged with smuggling a fungus that has been described as a ‘potential agroterrorism weapon’ into the heartland of America, where they apparently intended to use a University of Michigan laboratory to further their scheme.”
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Director of Field Operations Marty C. Raybon said in a statement:
“Today’s criminal charges against Yunqing Jian and Zunyong Liu highlight CBP’s critical role in protecting the American people from biological threats that could devastate our agricultural economy and cause harm to humans—especially when it involves a researcher from a major university attempting to clandestinely bring potentially harmful biological materials into the United States.”

Weeks and weeks ago, I read a post that purported to say and show that the signature used by the autopen for PedoJoe was not the signature that he used historically to sign documents. The article then analyzed the shape of the letters and concluded, with a written example, that the “Biden” signature from the autopen had features that were also present in how “Dr” Jill writes “Biden”. Interesting.
Dumb. The perps could have programmed the autopen with an old Biden signature so that it looked like the “Biden” of old. Since they didn’t use a current PedoJoe signature to program the autopen, does that not, perhaps, lean toward PedoJoe being oblivious to the fact that his staff was using the autopen to sign the president’s name?

I stumbled across this today, the video is cued to the spot about 1st Lieutenant Larry Taylor, who received the Medal of Honor during the Brandon administration, for his actions as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam.
On the night of June 18th, 1968 he and his gunner, J.O. Ratliff, rescued a 4-man reconnaissance patrol who had become surrounded and were under heavy fire.
I remember seeing the Medal of Honor award ceremony, but I didn’t know what he did.
This video clip gives a short overview. These kinds of real life heroism and bravery don’t get nearly enough exposure.

Wow, he DID do something worthwhile during those four years.
Why was the autopen used on occasions when Biden was located in D.C.?
Stuff they wanted Biden out of the loop on!
Possible scenarios:
• Biden authorized the pardons but was not physically able to write his signature, at least not in a way that would signal he was healthy. This would bring up issues about his health problems being kept from the public and the possible need to invoke the 25th.
• Biden knew nothing about the pardons, and rogue actors were using the autopen at will to usurp the authority of the office of the POTUS.
• Taking advantage of his mental state, people mentioned or discussed at least some of the pardons with him and he seemed agreeable, but they didn’t get the official okay from him and acted unilaterally at a later date.
I’ve been trying to find out exactly what the procedure is for a president to authorize someone to use the autopen for him. This is all I’ve come up with (emphasis mine):

IIRC, it was PDJT who ordered the USNS Comfort to aid in COVID relief, so I’m guessing that if the ship had been deployed for that purpose again (which I don’t believe it has), it would probably be PDJT or a high-ranking person in his administration or military who would deploy the ship. (In other words, we have no need to fear what *they* know that we don’t.) I don’t think they would do that, inviting speculation, without warning the public if there were danger.

New… I can confirm that the FBI arrested a Chinese national within the United States who allegedly smuggled a dangerous biological pathogen into the country.
The individual, Yunqing Jian, is alleged to have smuggled a dangerous fungus called “Fusarium graminearum,” which is an agroterrorism agent, into the U.S. to research at the University of Michigan, where she works.
This fungus can cause a disease called “head blight,” a disease of wheat, barley, maize, and rice, causing significant health issues in both humans and livestock. It is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year.
Evidence also indicates Jian had expressed loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party and had received funding from the Chinese government for similar work on this pathogen in China.
Jian’s boyfriend, Zunyong Liu — also charged in the complaint — works at a Chinese university where he conducts research on the same pathogen. Liu is alleged to have first lied, then admitted, to also smuggling Fusarium graminearum into America—through the Detroit Metropolitan Airport—so that he too could conduct research the University of Michigan.
Both individuals have been charged with conspiracy, smuggling goods into the United States, false statements, and visa fraud.
This case is a sobering reminder that the CCP is working around the clock to deploy operatives and researchers to infiltrate American institutions and target our food supply, which would have grave consequences… putting American lives and our economy at serious risk.
