Dear MAGA: Open Topic 20181124

This SPECIAL SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY open thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA world.

Say what you want, comment on what other people said, comment on people’s comments.  Keep it civil.  Treehouse rules, but expect lots of QAnon.

And OH YEAH – nothing illegal or we turn you over to the semi-functional FIB, some of whom are your red-diaper allies and handlers, you prog-nazi communist SCUM.

Today we continue our Thanksgiving, with thanks that the “progressive” communists, with their sneaky leftist pseudo-corporate “Red Star” monopolies, have not snuffed out small businesses, and that our LION has fought back HARD for small businesses as well as large corporations, which had either FLED the communists, or kowtowed to their socialist human engineering demands.

We also give thanks for GAB – that canary in the coal mine – whose example gave us insight into how the progs infiltrate and attack free speech venues.  Thus, Gab’s victim-hood prepares us to do battle with the censoring communist scum and their PET NAZIS, who weren’t a problem until they were ELEVATED by their communist masters.

Mmm…fresh new thread, with wide open spaces and a brand new Header.
Heheh.
Love the ‘Black Rifle’ theme there, master Wolf.
It is both defiant and subtly goading, at the same time.
😀

wheatietoo

Way to go, sir.
And yes…it is way beyond sad, how ignorant people are about History…or misinformed.
I remember back when people were busy downloading all sorts of things onto the Internet.
Wikipedia had just started.
There was a ‘big push’ to fill up the internet with…’everything’.
I thought to myself at the time, ‘Wow, I hope that they are doing it accurately and honestly’.
Because otherwise…the internet could be used to rewrite history and propagandize people.
Hah. Guess what. That is what has been done, to a large degree.
And now we have a generation who has grown up with the Internet and thinks that if it’s Not on the internet, then it doesn’t matter.
And hey…don’t stress about putting up brilliant new posts to give us new things to ponder.
We can entertain ourselves pretty well, with just posting stuff that is on our minds and things that we find.
You’re doing a great job with this blog, Wolf.
And thanks again, for creating it.

singularZoe

Well, Wolf, the term sustainable has been so misued and corrupted, in my view, that I’m almost allergic to it, but I know what you are saying. Keep up the valiant fight to get the truth out there.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

You are right about that! Many environmentalists consider ANY effect on the ecosystem to be unsustainable (whereas they want you to think they are crusading for using renewable resources only). Of course the only way for you to stop impacting the environment is to die.

A.D. Everard

Wolf, in my neck of the woods, it”s 3:10 in the morning and I just got up. So, lying awake in bed just before rising, my thoughts were: “Something is happening in the world. I gotta go see what the crowd on Wolfmoon Q site is talking about.”
You are my homepage and my first thoughts of the day, along with President Trump of course. Bit of a worry, that, because I have my own things to do, but dang it, we are at an important point in history and I don’t want to miss any of it.
The people here are knowledgeable and wise and kind to each other. And you’ve got them in a room where they can talk without the outside nonsense that would otherwise stifle their chat. It’s a breath of fresh air, this place.
Sustainable? Yeah, I’d say you’ve got that.

A.D. Everard

Oops. Spelling – “it’s”. I’m typing in the dark.

Sylvia Avery

“the internet could be used to rewrite history and propagandize people.”
I’m probably going to sound like an old fogey and all, but I am still so resistant to using downloadable books. Part of me longs to do it because it is hard to buy books anymore, at least easily. So much quicker to just download and get it instantly, right?
I am old fashioned in the sense that I do like to hold a book to read, but I can get past that sentimentalist attitude. What I can’t get past is my uneasiness. I think of Stalin, of the Soviets, and I think of how they “unpersoned” people, removing them from photos and rewriting history, and I think “how do I know the book I am getting is the book that was written?”
So many themes and expressions are now verboten, and it is just so easy to “poof” them away so that no little snowflake has to worry their pretty little head about getting triggered.

wheatietoo

That’s me too, Syl…I like the tactile sensation of turning the pages and holding a ‘real’ book.
For some reason, it is unpleasant for me to read Blocks of Text on a lighted screen.
Not sure why.
But once I get inside a block of text on a screen, I have to concentrate to keep my eyes on the ‘place’ I am at…because I seem to have to fight the urge to just look away and escape the ordeal.
So I haven’t gotten into the book-downloading thing.
I like to buy the physical books.
I don’t have a problem with reading blocks of text…if I am looking at print on a page.
And yes, to your point about…’How do we know if the original text has been changed?’
Unless you have a copy of the original, you don’t.

Sylvia Avery

There are a million reasons why I prefer to read from a printed page. I like the smell of books, the feel of books. It takes me to a place and time in my youth of absolute joy. Freedom for me was learning to read on my own and not having to depend on someone any more for that.
It is also so much easier on my eyes, and I definitely can focus/concentrate better reading from paper than the screen.

wheatietoo

Yes, yes and yes… to all of that.

GA/FL

“the smell of books” – My English major daughter always smelled books before reading.
I feel the same distrustful way that you all do about electronic books and censorship.
I still remember and admire Latimer and Ridley, and the other martyrs who died because they wanted the Bible available in English or native languages for the people to read and be blessed.
And remember the Nazis burning books?
The (expletives deleted) Islamists, neo-Nazis and other jackboot leftists would still burn all the Bibles and other ‘undesirable’ books if they could.

Sylvia Avery

Yes. Or just hit the big delete button once they are all nicely, environmentally responsibly/sustainably and conveniently only available online.
Yes, plenty of reason to be suspicious of the whole thing, isn’t there?

singularZoe

Agree, suspicious. Love my books–the scent of them, the feel of them, the texture of the paper, the bumpies on my braille books like my Bible and Jane Austen’s novels (I read them again at least once a year), the various narrators on my audiobooks, and some of those from the Library of Congress were narrated 50 years ago or more, the atmosphere of various bookstores (and sometimes the coffee there), sharing books with good friends, memories of lectures in my college English department–it’s all good.

Sylvia Avery

Oh yes. Makes me so nostalgic for those things.

singularZoe

Dear Sylvia, I long to send you a lovely book of some sort. Wish I knew how.

holley100

I too prefer to read an actual book and always spend time on the jacket looking at the art and the title and even what fonts are used.

Sylvia Avery

Me, too! It is all part of the experience!

sunnydaysall

Amen, Sylvia!! I started to type my reasons for needing to read ‘real books” and here in your reply, you have said it all! Thanks 🙂
“A computer does not smell … if a book is new, it smells great. If a book is old, it smells even better… And it stays with you forever. But the computer doesn’t do that for you. I’m sorry.”
― Ray Bradbury

Plain Jane

One of the more interesting things I did when I was 18 ( over 50 years ago) was truly be able to get to read writings, in context, in the originally written books from which quotes and concepts were taken and then incorporated in text and in the footnotes of later books. I felt like I was touching history at the old Chicago library. None of the old, old books were loaned out. One had to work right in the room of the subject matter under watchful eyes.
I wonder if these grand old books are even still around, or are they relegated to a locked, no entry, climate controlled place, or copied and burnt.
Another interesting thing was another class with the assignment of reading some of Sigggy Freud’s works in the original but translated into English.

wheatietoo

I know what you mean about those grand old libraries, Jane.
Sounds like you had a natural thirst for knowledge…and enjoyed the process of searching it out.
I loved spending time in the ‘stacks’ at the Vanderbilt and Peabody libraries, when I was a teen in Nashville.
They had some original editions of old books, that you had to wear cotton gloves to look through them.
Those couldn’t be checked out, of course.
Love the smell of those old books.
There’s nothing quite like it.

Plain Jane

Yes, and add to that, wondering who read the books, why, what did they learn, were they struggling with writing books, new theories???
..wow!

Deplorable Patriot

Sylvia, in one way, I feel for you. I really do. A room doesn’t have a soul without books. Seriously. I used to give up going to book stores for Lent. And the smell…I also used to work in a library. The smell of fresh wood pulp pages….
Yes. I feel the same about that.
Here’s the thing about publishing, though. The print books that you find in book stores are, for the most part, published by about five houses. There are smaller shops for conservative and religious offerings, but the big five pretty much rule the book store roost. The publishing houses are controlled by the same people who control the mainstream media. Therefore, what you are reading has been vetted as what the overlords want you to read. Is it the original? Unless you’ve seen the submitted manuscript, and the subsequent first gallies, most likely not. Even books that are contracted and then pushed with aggressive marketing campaigns have edits that the author does not know anything about, and sometimes would not approve.
In the realm of fiction, the most profitable segment is romance. Plain and simply. Without women who read about the damsel in distress, Cinderella and Romeo and Juliet, even if the names and locations not to mention centuries have been changed, there would not be money in publishing that was not school texts. In order to get published by the big houses by people who are not on contract, one submits the very best version of a book with a cover letter and it goes into a slush pile to be read by an editor in New York. The selection process is very subjective, and the author might get a good vacation out it IF they get published. Very few authors get hard bound contracts which tells you who the few are who are making a real living at it. In that way, the number of voices sharing their writing are limited by the publishing houses. (and it’s full of bad technique, too)
That was until the internet, and self publishing. For those of us whose work is clean/sweet romance (fade to black and the characters keep their clothes on since the bedroom details are usually not really necessary for advancement of the plot) would not stand a chance in a slush pile. The audience is there for this sort of thing, though. Read through comments on best sellers and it becomes pretty clear. And with the development of aggregate online distributors, it’s very easy to get them in front of customers for over fifteen online retailers bypassing the publishing houses.
The one exception is Amazon, where most people play their game and upload directly to them. Depending on what the author has done in the way of channel, you can also order a hard copy of the book. This is my New Year’s resolution to get moving on putting my stuff up on Amazon, although I won’t use the Kindle Direct option since so many of my readers use different store options, and you have to be exclusive when a book is published through that program.
As for e-readers, it took a while to get used to it, but when going on vacation, not having to pack a library made it worth it. There are several options in e-readers. You don’t have to use a Kindle. Mine is a nook, and I also use my iPad mini. The screen can be adjusted, and I’ve found that reading under natural light is much easier with a reader. Well, with anything, actually.
And as today is small business Saturday, independent authors are, by definition, small business owners. No, it is not a bricks and mortar store, but there is a product to sell. Please consider purchasing an independent author’s book today.

Sylvia Avery

Wow, what an interesting post! Some of this I knew about publishing, but most I did not. You made some excellent points that I will consider.
I’m well aware of the the general slide in chick lit, since I read it. First came the hyper sexuality. But what really made my eyebrows raise was when I kept reading over and over and over and over again the same tired old characterizations. Christians, businessmen, guns are all bad. All gay people are noble, selfless, funny, stylish, heroic. Oh, okay. Got it.
I’ve been such an avid reader all my life, but about ten years ago I started slowing down and almost stopping my reading habit because I discovered I was having difficulty finding books I wanted to read.
If I started a book and got hit with Jodi Picoult or Nora Roberts or Tess Gerritsen or Iris Johannsen and their social engineering liberal dogma I would either get annoyed or nauseated. Once my list of authors who ticked me off grew to the point where there were more that annoyed me than I enjoyed, well, I started reading really old fiction. And rereading old favorites.

singularZoe

Well, as another person who prefers books that are 1. wWell-written with well-drawn characters and no social engineering as has already been mentioned here and 2. where people remain clothed and certain things are
not mentioned or left to the imagination. I, too have gone back to the classics. I appreciated your info, too, D.P.

Deplorable Patriot

You are quite welcome. I’m a Jayne Ann Krentz (she also writes under Amanda Quick and Jayne Castle) girl myself. She and Elizabeth Lowell (Ann Maxwell) have a much better grasp of how the world works, and they are big enough names to get away with it. Some of the older Nora Roberts and Johanna Lindsey are good for this, but those two are more formulaic.
I know hard copies are preferred, but you search for the tags clean or sweet romance in the online retailers. There’s a growing community of authors out there. One of the FB pages I belong to has over 300 members. It’s available.

Deplorable Patriot

The other detail, now that I’m seeing the “censorship” conversation…um, books that are online only are more likely than not to be the original work, not something that was edited. On Kindle, the upload is a PDF. On Smashwords, which distributes to 18 online stores, the upload is a Word doc that goes through a “meat grinder” that turns it into a number of formats that are not edited.
Just remember, especially when it comes to history, what you read in a book is what the publishing houses (and their overlords) want you to know/think. I’ve visited enough places where history really happened to know that what they want us to think is not always the same as what really happened.

Deplorable Patriot

And yes, that includes the details of what history has named “The Holocaust.” Disease killed a lot of those people.

Spab

It is like reading the re-edited Huckleberry Finn or The Canterbury Tales in modern English. Both versions of the book cover the same ground but the newer ones lose the historical setting of the book.

Sylvia Avery

I liked your opener in defense of small businesses! Terrific way to start it off! Thanks so much Wolfmoon. For everything.

Deplorable Bcootz

I was wondering if any of you saw the show on the OANN channel. It was called: The Assault On The Constitution, written and produced by John Spiropoulos and the research by CTH. Could this have possibly been the reason for the change there hence someone else controling the website?

Linda

If someone else were legitimately controlling CTH, though, don’t you think SD would have said something about it?

Linda

Well that’s a thought. But I do seem to recall SD mentioning a number of times that he wasn’t interested in working with the media or being on their shows. So you think that might have changed? I guess that’s a possibility.

JasonD

Well, if we all keep generating theories, and the truth is revealed one day, hopefully someone here gets to make an annoyance of them self by claiming that He/She was right AND knew it all along. 🙂

churchmouse

I was thinking along the same lines as you, wolf, last Sunday.
I still am, so don’t discard your theory too quickly.
It would make sense for SD to purge his site immediately — with no pardons 😉 — if he were thinking about heightening his credibility in conservative media circles. The last thing he would want to hear would be, ‘Oh, yeah, that’s the site where half the people push the Q conspiracy theory’. He doesn’t want to be tarred with that brush.
Therefore, my money is still on SD’s securing a way to get into the conservative media spotlight. These many mentions of CTH by others, e.g. Bongino, are bound to lead to something greater for SD.

A.D. Everard

So… money’s involved. Not saying that’s bad, we all need the stuff, but it would put CTH under outside control. Ego and a hunt for fame would do the same thing.

trumpismine

if SD finally gets recognition and based on his tireless approach to investigation I could understand his getting the monetary rewards for the effort. but……

wheatietoo

OANN was the platform for that dreadful and bogus hit-piece that Posobiec did on Q.
So while we don’t know for sure if the OANN network itself, is anti-Q…that Posobiec hit-piece serves as a bit of an indicator.

wheatietoo

Well it wasn’t very good or well-crafted.
The Anons debunked it in about 24 hours…complete with showing how the fake chat-logs were created.
Heheh.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

@Wolf:
Wheels within wheels….

Deplorable Bcootz

Wheatley, I’m glad I didn’t see that hit piece! I would’ve been screaming at the tv!! I don’t care for Posebiac however you spell it! Now I’m beginning to question OANN. I leave my tv on that channel so as to not give the others the rating.

Deplorable Bcootz

Sorry Wheatie that darn auto correct didn’t see it till it was too late,

wheatietoo

No problem, Bcootz!
Someone here shortened it the other day, to…”W2″…which works as well.
Heheh.
I *wanted* the screen name of just ‘wheatie’, when I signed up here.
But was told that it was taken.
So I thought…”Well I want to be wheatie, too.”
A lightbulb went off and I typed that in.
And “wheatietoo” was accepted!
Haaa.

wheatietoo

OANN has good stuff, from what I have seen.
They cover things that are being ignored by the Enemedia…and even by Fox, which is continuing to become more unwatchable by the day.
I would advise OANN to take care with Jack Posobiec, though.
He does go off the rails sometimes…and that could be trouble for them.

PeteC

Yes, Wheatie, I shortened to “W2”, Oklahoman to Oklahoman!!! 🙂

NebraskaFilly

I was doing a bit of research on OANN ownership – seems to me if it has the “noted for promoting falsehoods and conspiracy theories” tag on Wikipedia, that should tell us something.
“One America News Network (OANN), also referred to as One America News (OAN), is an American pay television news channel launched on July 4, 2013 owned by Herring Networks, Inc. The network is headquartered in San Diego, California, and operates a news bureau in Washington, D.C.[1] and New York City.
Originally launched with the intention of targeting a conservative and center-right audience,[2][3] OAN states a goal of delivering credible national and international news coverage throughout the day while its prime time political talk shows illustrate a conservative perspective.[4][5][6] According to The Washington Post, the channel has risen to greater prominence due to its pro-Trump coverage.[7] The channel has been noted for promoting falsehoods and conspiracy theories.[8][9]”
“The formation of the organization was announced on March 14, 2013 by Herring Networks, Inc., an independent and family-owned national video programming company owns and operates OAN and sister channel AWE (formerly WealthTV; the initialism being an acronym for “A Wealth of Entertainment”). When the network began in 2013 it had a limited partnership with The Washington Times.[1]”

GA/FL

Is it more than just an objection to Q?
There has never been real community there, with a right to disagree.
It’s really a walking on eggshells kind of atmosphere.
If you dissent, get too relaxed and comfortable, conflict with the written/unwritten rules, out you go.
Is there a reason, theme or discernable agenda behind CTH author/moderator heavy censoriousness?
Part of it seems to be the author’s and moderators’ autocratic proprietorship, innate irritability, promotion of the blog….
But, is there is a long-term ideological/political trait/trend and agenda that points to more than just conservatism and Trump support?

churchmouse

Applause, GA/FL!
You are over the target and on the money!
I, too, am still pondering the ultimate agenda Over There. If you have any answers, please do post them in the weeks ahead.
I remember reading CTH for months before finally commenting. What you said here were the reasons for my hesitancy: ‘no real community’, ‘written/unwritten rules’, ‘heavy censoriousness’, ‘autocratic proprietorship’ and — the biggest one for me — ‘innate irritability’.

GA/FL

Maybe the irritability is due to the large following and culture online. I can’t imagine the nastiness ostensibly conservative blogs get to sift through.
Wolfie is right to make all new comments/commenters subject to moderation before allowing them into the fold. There IS a sweet sense of fellowhip here at this ‘Tree’.
Churchmouse, as you probably have experienced, churches also have a unique personality/culture, often shaped by the top/leadership, as do nations and cities.
Same with various religions. Christianity is supposed to build the character of Christ/GOD/Holy Spirit in us.
And Islam obviously builds the character of Mohammed in its adherents.

churchmouse

I admire your generous spirit!
Re CTH, I would have asked politely — without diatribe — that people stop commenting on Q. I would have also issued one warning before a possible ban, as they do with other commenters on other topics there.
Agree with wolf’s policy. I have the same on my site.
BTW, there’s a lot at church that I do not involve myself with, because I do not like the overall lefty culture there or in the national church (CofE), for that matter.

Deplorable Bcootz

Honestly, I don’t know although there were no warning of anyone being banned from what most are saying. So I’m not so sure he would say anything. I’m probably just speculating while trying to figure out why the change over there. I was surprised while watching the show and seeing everything that Sundance had written on the show. I didn’t know until it was over that the research was from CTH. I was just thinking maybe Sundance was busy with that and maybe gave control to someone else temperarely. I’m at a loss and just wondering what happened, a lot of thoughts run through your head trying to rationalize the change. I should probably let it go and just move on but it’s not easy when it’s been your home for years and reading what has happened to others that you so highly respected their opinions.

Deplorable Bcootz

Sorry I was responding to Linda

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

And you did, though it takes quite a bit of scrolling up to see it.

trumpismine

My feelings exactly. I guess in my old age getting a lot more cautious and skeptical about what I want to believe and what might be the truth.

trumpismine

Sorry, was responding to Deplorable Bcootz @ 1:19am

wheatietoo

Was it the same as the series of videos that Spiropoulos released earlier this year?
Here is the first one:
[youtube

.
Sorry, we don’t get the OANN channel in my area…so I didn’t get to see it.

Deplorable Bcootz

Wolfmoon that looks like it. I’d never heard of Spiropoulos till I saw the show earlier this evening.

wheatietoo

That series of videos by Spiropoulos was featured in a series of posts at CTH…earlier in the year.
So perhaps you missed those?
The video I posted above is from February.

Deplorable Bcootz

Wolfmoon, If it was in February then yes i missed it. I had just lost my twin sister and wasn’t getting online at the time.

wheatietoo

My sincere condolences, Bcootz.
Losing a sibling is rough…but losing a twin must have been devastating.
I am sorry to hear that.

Sylvia Avery

(((Hugs))) So, so sorry.

Plain Jane

You have my sympathy D. Bcootz.

Sylvia Avery

Wow, no didn’t see that. I don’t have OANN. I have Dish and they don’t have it, at least last time I checked.
Interesting!!!!

Linda

This about sums it up:

wheatietoo

Another big Fail by Think Progress…which is one of those Soros-funded orgs, as I recall.
Heheh. I love what @politicalelle said. Perfect.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Romaine lettuce can be very loud, and things designed to make it more silent (as illustrated) as a matter of safety are also protected, but the government makes you submit to a background check (the old way, taking months) and pay a 200 dollar tax. You can be arbitrarily denied, including by local law enforcement, and some states still ban it outright.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Lettuce be sure never to give up that right.

Plain Jane

Good one Steve.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Glad to see people here don’t think I have taken leaf of my senses.

Plain Jane

LOL.
You are on a roll here Steve, keep it up. Don’t make it a wrap.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I have a role to play here…

Plain Jane

How long can lettuce be forked before it’s shredded?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I have no forking idea.
I guess someone should try it, counting time until no large pieces romaine.

Plain Jane

You just outdid yourself Steve. I Wishbone I had a forking good retort.

singularZoe

Steve, I guess after that it goes into the remainder bin. You have a role to play, some of us have a burden to bear. Lol.

Plain Jane

Really?
“Death Of HHS Official Ruled Suicide; Found With “Multiple Blunt Force Injuries”
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-11-19/death-hhs-official-tasked-lowering-drug-prices-ruled-suicide-found-multiple-blunt

churchmouse

I know, right?
As if you’re going to keep hitting your head with a hammer or pounding it against a wall? Good grief.
So many ‘Fort Marcy Park – Vince Foster’ type circumstances in that report, including …
‘The city’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on Thursday said Best died from “multiple blunt force injuries” and it ruled his death a suicide. It would not release further information.’
… and:
‘Best, a senior adviser to HHS Secretary Alex Azar, was found “unresponsive” at 5:25 a.m. on Nov. 1 near the garage door exit of a Navy Yard apartment building, which is located approximately a mile south of the Capitol. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.’
Here’s a guy who had a wonderful job, a wife and three children.
This should definitely be investigated right now but probably won’t be.

Plain Jane

Disgusting.

A Fortiori (@AFortiori16)

Yes, and Damon Nelson died suddenly “following a brief illness” two weeks ago. Chief of Staff to the House Permanent Subcommittee on Intelligence, ex-Air Force and married to a woman he met while in the service, a lifelong friend of Devin Nunes, he was the lead staffer on the House’s investigation into Spygate.

Found this comment over on The Site That Shall Not Be Named, and thought it should be shared here:
//////////////////////////////
Someone should research Brennan’s health. He’s had 3 hip replacements, major knee surgeries, major shoulder surgery, cancer, and who knows what else that he is hiding from the public. If you look at how the 6 ft tall man sits, you can see his spine and neck are shorter than they should be and he has limited ability to turn his neck to the side. His face is covered with telangectacias, spider veins. If you slow videos of him talking to half speed, he slurs many words and makes short gasps for air in between words, very easily observed in comparison to the host he is talking to. He may have severe lupus.

Deplorable Patriot

There could be any number of things he’s hiding. That’s information to be filed for a later date.

wheatietoo

I like this.
It was posted by an Anon a few hours ago.
See what they did there? …Making America Great Again.comment image
.
I hope that the Trump-team for his reelection campaign sees this.
There is no reason to give up using “MAGA”…just turn ‘Make’ into ‘Making’.
Making America Great Again.
It’s sort of a progress report.
It also serves as a Reason to keep PDJT in the White House…not that any of us Deplorables need a reason.
But you know what I mean.
As a slogan.
“Pres Trump has been Making America Great Again…let’s turn out the vote to keep him on the job!”

Plain Jane

That’s really good. Much better than the suggested motto.

pgroup

She is certainly doing her part to MAGA. Yellow looks so good on her.

churchmouse

So do red, white and blue. 🙂

Sylvia Avery

Trans is a big problem for identity politics. All the women athletes who can compete against other women now have to compete against men who, cough cough, identify was women.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

wheatietoo

Okay, this is weird.
It’s also Not Cool…because Tom Arnold is a foaming-at-the-mouth Trump-hater.

.
I checked the twitter acct and it doesn’t say it’s a “parody account”…so apparently this is really Simona’s account.
Do George and Simona not know that Tom Arnold is a crazed Trump-hater?
This is not helping to enhance Papadopoulos’ credibility.

Sylvia Avery

Eeek! And WHY would foaming at the mouth Trump Hater Tom Arnold seek out the Papad’s? Makes no sense. Very odd.

wheatietoo

Well Tom Arnold has a show on tv…where he is ‘In Search of The Trump Tapes’.
Or some stupid title like that.
He has proclaimed that there are ‘Trump Tapes’ out there, tapes that will “bring down Trump”.
So it would make sense that Tom Arnold would seek out the Papadops in hopes of pumping them for any info about PDJT.
But Simona talks like they’ve been friends for a long time!
Gah. That’s not good.

Sylvia Avery

Poor Tom. Not sure if his brain got fried by drugs/alcohol or if he has been self medicating his mental illness all these years but he is in bad shape.
I wouldn’t let him on the place.
And lots of luck with his dumb show. Trump tapes my behind.
A connection to Tom Arnold does not speak well for the Papas. Or anyone else for that matter.

scott467

“Trump tapes my behind.”

Coincidentally or otherwise, everything started to unravel for Cohen after that. (I have a lot of Cohen bookmarks.)

Oh yeah, I had forgotten that. It seemed so odd. Hmm….

‘It seemed so odd. Hmm….’

Emeraldstar

To remind everyone about the Aug 9, 2018 Q-post:
“What assets (people) were placed (spy) in POTUS’ campaign?
Why did the news cycle drop this investigation?
Think several.
What if those ‘placed’ are being investigated by BM?
Plants need water.
What if others ‘placed’ connect to….(future)
What if Nellie Ohr prev worked on the FARM?
The START (public justification to proceed (clean)).
Q”
It may very well be that those whom BM (Bob Mueller) has charged – Page, Manafort, and Papa – were PLANTS into the campaign.
In this light, the idea that Mueller, as a formerly active Marine, was “conscripted” into service to PDJT … doesn’t seem so far out.
And plants need water!

tomf

Emerald, very plausible that all 3 (Papa, Mana, Page) were plants.
Quite suspicious about all the ‘talking’ from Mr. Papadopoulos.
Throwing shade on everyone…..except himself.

JasonD

Ja, I was never comfortable with Carter Page – had no opinion about Manafort – and though initially suspicious of Papadop, Bongino’s treatment of him let me drop that suspicion.
Colour me sceptical on the whole lot of them – judgement reserved until facts are on the table.

Emeraldstar

The picture above, with Papa and wife with the RANCID kook Arnold, kinda seals the deal for me.
I’ve always backed former AG Sessions … despite the optics of PDJT’s negative tweets about him. Remember, disinformation must be used in a sting.
Put his together with PDJT’s harangues against Mueller & Co, and the technique may be the same. Also, btw, I believe PDJT has been having MAD fun by characterizing the SC probe as a “Witch Hunt”.
ONE guess as to who, exactly, is the “witch”!!!
For me, this is the best way to think about it … not because it’s what the ostensible evidence points to (the negative tweets, seemingly “no” action, etc.), but for a quite different reason.
It ALLOWS for the greatest victory; the psychological factor of betting for the WIN, so that when that win happens, the victory will be the sweetest for those who trusted the MAN, PDJT, to do what was / is required to defeat the evil creeping up on our Republic for many decades now.
I like theories which allow for victory … for WINNING! Subscribing to them (these theories) provides the greatest payout for those who risk it.
Is it so difficult to bet on a winner? I am ALL-IN on our tremendous POTUS. (Also, anything less robs one of much of the sweetness of victory.)
The time for fear, and doubt, is BEHIND us. D5!
IMO, of course.
Thanks, Tom.

JasonD

Great comment, EStar, love it. If I may add my 2c worth …
DJT has great experience from his “The Apprentice”,and understands the value of drama, suspense, etc.
The reason we appreciate drama and suspense etc is that it mirror’s real life.
This is what Q is playing on so beautifully. This win (which is not assured, since the DS is real and extremely dangerous) will be sweeter for the angst and drama that accompanies the battle.
This war is for future hope over certain doom via DS corruptocrat dystopia.
And us deplorables, KNOW this. The bulk of those opposing us are useful idiots, unwittingly serving their DS overlords – imagining that their “compassion”, “social justice” and “empathy” are unfettered “goods”.
We on this board are rooting for victory by imagining the paths towards its attainment – those that evicted us are choosing to wallow in negativity.

“Remember, disinformation must be used in a sting.”
The amount of disinformation being used (both sides) makes leery of most everything I read.
Could Mr. Arnold also be gathering information tidbits for President Trump?

Merkel has sold her soul to her globalist masters.
She could care less about the welfare of her country…or about it’s future.

churchmouse

What a sad woman. From the article:
‘She told the event, titled ‘Parliamentarianism Between Globalisation and National Sovereignty’: “In this day nation states must today – should today, I say – be ready to give up sovereignty.
‘“But of course in an orderly procedure.”
‘Mrs Merkel said that countries who think “they can solve everything on their own” are simply nationalistic and not patriotic because they “only think about themselves.”
‘She said: “Either you are one of those who believe they can solve everything on their own and only have to think about themselves. That is nationalism in its purest form.
‘“This is not patriotism. Because patriotism is if you include others in the German interest and accept win-win situations.”’
That doesn’t make any sense.

It is straight out of Atlas Shrugged and other books describing the same phenomenon – Lets call it Garble-speak.

“What would you do in a massive power outage?”
Or, what would happen if the central banks decided to impose negative interest rates? It’s easy, once they have TOTA control of all money.
These implanted “microchips” are just like prisoner / slave numbers, tattooed or branded onto ones flesh.
Plus – with technology today – who’s to say what ELSE these lil chippies can do? Geo-location? Drug micro-dose, on command (“Bye, Felicia!”)?

Linda

Yes, the mark of the beast will be on the hand or forehead. And guess where they are implanting those microchips in people? The hand or forehead. You have to know that this is on purpose, that the globalist luciferians are laughing about how many people are just accepting it.

scott467

“And guess where they are implanting those microchips in people? The hand or forehead. You have to know that this is on purpose,”
________________
Is it on purpose, or is it the result of practical engineering based on present technology, or is it another proof of God’s omniscience, or all three?
It does make sense, logically, to place the chip on the hand or the forehead. The Scriptures do not specify WHICH hand.
Left hand works in America, right hand works just about everywhere else. Why? Because for Americans, the LEFT hand is the one you stick out your car’s driver-side window, whether to access an ATM, or toll booth, or fast-food drive-thru window, etc.
Most other countries have the driver on the side of the car, so they would need to stick their RIGHT arm out.
Regarding the forehead, that also makes sense from a “driver window” perspective, and because many people will likely (eventually) be looking directly into some device that recognizes or identifies you by eye-scan. If your head is already in position in front of a scanner (or if people are trained and conditioned to use an eye scanner first), it makes sense to have a ‘chip’ located where the same eye-scanner device could read the chip too.
So there is a rationale to using the forehead and the hand (and almost certainly others I haven’t thought of yet), but cars and eye-scanning devices didn’t exist when Revelation was written.
But God knows the end from the beginning.
……………………………
“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:” (Isaiah 46:10, KJV)
……………………………

scott467

edit / correction: “Most other countries have the driver on the OTHER side of the car, so they would need to stick their RIGHT arm out.”

singularZoe

Another aspect that is interesting, which I do not believe negates the notion of a chip is that thoughts are from the head and deeds are done by the hand.

scott467

“Or, what would happen if the central banks decided to impose negative interest rates? It’s easy, once they have TOTA control of all money.”

That would give DJT the perfect opportunity to immediately end the Federal Reserve and take back the Constitutional requirement to make our own money and back it with gold and silver again.
Even if that took a while to implement (who knows whether there is actually any gold left in Fort Knox or in NY, besides Mnuchin who personally visited, and his boss, DJT?), the effect could be immediate, if DJT declares that our currency is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government, and our credit is a million times better than the criminal Federal Reserve’s ever was.
And the global organized crime cartel, known as “The Federal Reserve” in America, knows it. They know DJT would shut them down without hesitation, and he is just waiting for them to give him an excuse to do so.

If it went on long enough, I imagine barter would be the way to go, however by that time much of the transportation infrastructure (warehousing, ordering etc.) would have failed too. Where I live, power outages are fairly common and many locals (us included) have backup generators, fortunately, the outages rarely last beyond a few hours. In cities it is much harder to be self sufficient as everything depends increasingly on technology powered by electricity, I recall a few years ago Canada suffered massive power blackouts in winter and some people died as they were reliant on the grid for heating, one comment was that it wouldn’t have been the case 100 years previously as everyone would have been much more self sufficient regarding the necessities of life.

Is Justice Roberts an ‘Obama Judge’?
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/11/is_justice_roberts_an_obama_judge.html

wheatietoo

Yep…we won’t truly have a ‘conservative majority’ on the Supreme Court until we replace the Dred Justice Roberts.
Roberts may ‘lean’ conservative, but someone is still pulling his strings.
He is compromised.

JasonD

Well, as far as we are aware, there have been no consequences to the FISA crt judges, of whom he is the supervising authority.
And, seeing as this court approved the application by the Obama admin to spy on the opposing political candidate and ultimately the newly elected POTUS, DJT …
One could say that this is a slam dunk case for the fact that CJ Roberts is in fact an Obama judge.

tomf

Yes, Justice Roberts has appointed and oversees the Court judges. All of them?
And in the past the President has been sharply critical of Justice Roberts.
These judges rely on the sworn affidavit of the signatories of a FISA request.
That said, shouldn’t more weight be placed on those who have signed the requests?
Silent for two years. He sure picked the wrong time & man (President Trump) to challenge.
Cornered?

A Fortiori (@AFortiori16)

DiGenova said the same thing I posted here earlier this week: Roberts’ incoherent Obamacare decision tells us the man has no intention of adhering to the oath he swore to uphold the Constitution.
Now, after his inaction on the FISA stuff, I conclude he is corrupt. He supervised judge Rudolph Contreras who is a friend of Peter Strzok. Contreras accepted Flynn’s guilty plea, then promptly recused himself. Contreras’ relationship with the person who conducted the interview that led to the charge that Flynn lied should have been enough to avoid the case. But Contreras is also a FISA court judge, raising the question whether he approved one or more of the Carter Page warrants (or other warrants) to spy on Trump officials while under Roberts’ supervision, which of course provided Strzok with the information he used to entrap Flynn. I believe Contreras did.

Deplorable Patriot

I wrote a treatise above regarding online publishing and why independent authors should be supported on this Small Business Saturday. But, seriously, I LOVE this concept in the USA. Love it. Yes, the product can be more expensive, but it is frequently better quality, sometimes hand made, and the profit doesn’t go to the overlord approved corporations.
Just remember that.

Emeraldstar

I read – with enthusiasm – your post above.
I mentioned “over there” a few months back that I’m writing a book (non-fiction) that, to my mind, should sell like crazy. The idea that I’d have to support the publishing cartel, to the tune of 90% or more of the profits (what – just for use of their distribution, and promotion, infrastructure?), galls me no end.
Plus, since it likely won’t fit their agenda, it’d likely get shelved.
I’ve been coming to the conclusion that no matter the hassle, or the investment, that self-publishing is the way to go. TBH, I worry about copyright infringement. It matters not what the laws are, when one doesn’t have the resources and time to defend ones rights. I’m looking into VC, in that regard. Who knows!
What I DO know, is that I must have the copyright MYSELF. Perhaps publishing a bit t a time, online, is a solution. Develop the interest organically, and let it grow. Monetizing the effort seems the biggest hurdle, though, and I’m somewhat uncomfortable trying to do this via advertising.
Donations seem best. Also, I wonder about whether using a platform is wise, for the platform may hold copyright on the content they publish. So, I must publish myself, and copyright myself.
Thanks again for your intel on the biz, and the process!

Deplorable Patriot

A few general comments as I have yet to wade into the non-fiction waters, BUT:
Yes, keep the copyright and do not surrender it for more $ unless there are screen rights involved, and then keep the original yourself.
Be sure to have multiple drafts, including at least one hard copy, of the progression of the editing. This bolsters the proof that the work is yours.
Know that in online publishing there are still fees to be paid to the distributor and the retailer. If your book is sold outside the United States, there is a Value Added Tax (VAT) that goes to foreign governments that comes off the top of the price before those fees are assessed. However, the percentage of profit per copy is still higher than if a big house publishes it.
Good luck. Some days it can be discouraging, but I certainly don’t regret it.

JasonD

Both times when SD replied to me, his rebuttal consisted of “That’s just silly”
Now THAT’s an ARGUMENT. I didn’t call him on it, as I did not want to show disrespect. Wish I had now ..
The irony was that I was essentially arguing for his original thesis – so he was in effect calling his previous thesis silly.
I wonder what he would call a “Leverage Theory” now – “Patently ridiculous!!”?

churchmouse

‘Now THAT’s an ARGUMENT.’ Typical of him. I’m glad you didn’t pursue it, for all the obvious reasons.
I remember your discussion with him and could see your argument at the time.
‘I wonder what he would call a “Leverage Theory” now – “Patently ridiculous!!”?’ Probably.
One thing I did not like about him was his penchant for naming his theories. One was ‘the Big Ugly’ that he began promoting, ironically, just after Q started dropping (late October – early November 2017), calling the coming upheaval ‘The Storm’ (still waiting on that one, which is why I think Q personnel changed early last November). But, SD couldn’t call it that so he came up with the Big Ugly.
Then, in association with the Big Ugly, there was the Zippo meme. Yes, still waiting on that one, too.
He had the ‘white hat versus black hat’ theme, too, which kept people commenting for months in ever-descending pretzel logic, when, in reality, nothing is ever that straightforward.
He also had the multi-dimensional chess theme, name your number. Well, that didn’t work out too well with regard to some in his administration who shall remain nameless.
I also noticed that he gave overly complicated explanations for a lot of the FISA goings-on, so I would go to his Twitter feed to read more straightforward explanations. He should have copied and pasted those into a post rather than go into unnecessarily complicated vocabulary.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

The granular transparency of the construct should be obvious.

churchmouse

Too funny. 🙂 … Yet, he could have easily written that.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Actually, I realized later it should have been “the granularity of the construct is transparent.” Except that that is too doggone short, so perhaps he would have done it the first way instead.
I thought about it for a while a couple of days ago, and I think he believes “transparent” is a synonym for “clear.” Certainly transparent items are clear, but the main point is that they can be seen through. Not keeping this distinction in mind leads to slightly odd constructions with the word…which is what we see when we read SD’s writing.
He said someone’s motives were “transparent” one time, when he was trying to imply that someone was hiding them behind a facade of some type but not doing a very good job. It should have been that the facade was what was “transparent,” revealing the true motives,

churchmouse

I remember that, too, and got very confused interpreting what he was trying to say, so I moved on to the comments.

singularZoe

Granular? Lord help us.

JasonD

Well, glass is transparent, it is made from grains of sand (silica), glass houses are constructed – so YES, is is obvious.

Why we shouldn’t feel too badly about Dems getting control of the House this year or about the presidential election in 2020:
1/ Putting polls into perspective:

2/ A QAnon-based analysis of the mid terms (excerpts follow):

‘Going forward the Congressional investigations and exposures of deep-state tyranny will simply shift from the House to the Senate! Meanwhile, Senate confirmation of judges and cabinet members is now assured! That is why the recent election shifted power in Trump’s favor …
‘I follow several savvy people who interpret Q Anon postings. Several have commented on the phrase “FISA will bring down the House”, I assumed that Q-Anon was using the phrase in its generic sense, i.e., to defeat the enemy. But several patriots interpret the phrase to mean that the FISA information will be released and, along with proof of voter fraud in 2018, the apparent Democrat control of the House will be set aside! Again, “It aint over til it’s over.” …
‘The timing of the Sessions resignation indicates that Trump was waiting for the mid-term election before launching the final take-down of the deep state. Keep in mind that Trump has all the evidence …’

As many of you know, Dan Bongino spoke at The Breakers in Palm Beach last weekend. Here’s a transcript. I have excerpted a paragraph about someone new for us in Spygate, Kathryn Ruemmler (good grief, emphases mine):
https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/272018/dan-bongino-horowitzs-restoration-weekend-frontpagemagcom
‘Who else does Bob Mueller know? On Bob Mueller’s Enron team, it all goes back to Enron, that same Enron team headed by Andy Weissman had another lead lawyer on the case who wasn’t Kathryn Ruemmler. Who’s Kathryn Ruemmler? Obama’s White House counsel who was Obama’s lawyer while all of this was going on. They know each other. Now you may say, fine, so Bob Mueller knows Obama’s lawyer while this whole spy-gate thing was going on. What’s the big deal? You Google George Nader Daily Beast, you can read an article today. It just popped up today before we showed up. One of Bob Mueller’s lead cooperators in this case who’s been selling out members of the Trump team from Day 1 is a guy named George Nader. Who’s George Nader’s lawyer? Kathryn Ruemmler. Obama’s White House counsel and Bob Mueller’s buddy. The lawyer for the lead witness in this case feeding information to Mueller is Obama’s White House counsel otherwise known as the fixer. She fixed everything for them. She was involved in Benghazi, she was involved in the IRS, she was involved in the Secret Service scandal. Just Google her name, put in any one of those things and who’s the person giving the statement? Kathryn Ruemmler. Who was also on that Enron taskforce? Lisa Monaco. Barack Obama’s Homeland Security and counterterrorism advisor in the White House while all of this was going on. They all know each other.’
And they want Whitaker to recuse himself? Absolutely not.

I just completed “Licensed to Lie” by Sidney Powell and Ruemmler played a prominent part in the story. This is probably the first time that I knew of someone before their name was revealed as being part of this mess. I feel like I am always behind and trying desperately to catch-up.

Just found this article from the Sacramento Bee about survivors of the fire in Paradise, CA. The clues in here explain everything for me. These people are why the town was torched.
From the article:
“Two weeks later, Weldon is still at his house, one of a small group of self-proclaimed “mountain boys” who have defied evacuation orders and are surviving on meat stored in their generator-powered freezers, bagged lunches dropped off by PG&E crews and supplies provided by a mysterious band of volunteers that Weldon calls “the redneck underground.””
https://www.sacbee.com/news/state/california/fires/article221980400.html
Just wow.
In another interesting bit, I found this (emphasis added):
“Stewart Nugent lives less than a mile from Weldon. His wife evacuated when the fire tore onto their dead end street, but Nugent stayed to fight the blaze. The lid of a propane tank fell from the sky onto his lawn. Ammunition stored in nearby homes kept exploding. Six hours into his vigil, the wooden fence leading up to his home burned and his neighbor’s home was destroyed.
These are Deplorables, living in Commie California. I wish I could airlift the whole lot of them here into Montana. They’d like it, I’m sure.

Plain Jane

I want them as my neighbors here in Indiana. They wouldn’t turn my red state blue like the IL transplants are doing.

singularZoe

Jane, I didn’t remember knowing you live in Indiana–maybe I have forgotten, but I promise if I ever move over there from the corrupt state of Illinois, I will cancel out someone’s blue vote for you.

Plain Jane

Singular Zoe, please come over. We even have a nice little TEA party group in my area. 🙂

Well, Jane, I’d love to. I rather fancy southern Indiana, a small town.

Plain Jane

Very near the border.

Border with Illinois or with Kentucky or, well, definitely not with Mexico. Lol.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

544 days or so ago, I was banned from the Old Tree House for the first time.
Not that I’m counting, mind you.
My family had a delayed Turkey Day yesterday on account of some people’s work schedules so I didn’t post much in the evening or wee hours, hence this late hello to the New Treepers.
My brother and I wore MAGA hats after dinner to irritate his overtly socialist daughter.

churchmouse

Did it work? 😉
I meant to mention earlier that Rumpole2, as bright as he is, stated that Q followers are defecting — self-banning — from CTH. Little does he know …

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Oh, when my brother announced he wanted the hat, she shot him a VERY dirty look. I then went out to my car and retrieved them, one classic red one, the other, camo.

churchmouse

Okay, thanks.

Gudthots

Or he is on the inside and is giving disinfo to cover for the ban-fest.

churchmouse

Possibilities:
1/ He might get inside info and might be told what or how much is acceptable to release;
2/ He could be giving disinfo and/or not covering all the news topics anymore (e.g. Rick Perry’s visit to Hungary re energy on November 14, which wolf wrote an eye-opening post about);
3/ Maybe he doesn’t have too much time now, therefore doesn’t write about certain topics (e.g. Rick Perry’s trip to Hungary, see point 2);
4/ WRT us, he might eventually say, ‘I posted about Q and they went away. Problem solved.’ How many remaining there would even question it? Very few.
It will be interesting to read there to see how the narrative and depth of the coverage changes over time. It is likely to become more neutral, and he might want comments to be neutral as well.
These are just possibilities. Who knows? We’ll have to see.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I see, many times, people assert that spending bills must originate in the House Of Representatives.
Yet all I can find even remotely like this is the first sentence of Article I, Section 7.

All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments, as on other Bills.

In other words, it is TAX bills that must start in the HOR.
Am I missing something?
I remember trying to call someone on this one time, and his evidence was to point to a Federalist paper talking about how the House controlled the pursestrings–a reference that could have been to either spending or taxation. He did NOT cite the Constitution itself.
(This grip erupted because I read this comment: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/11/24/november-24th-2018-presidential-politics-trump-administration-day-674/comment-page-2/#comment-6368988 .)

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

This GRIPE erupted…

Plain Jane

We knew what you meant. (Smile.)

GA/FL

It was pretty sneaky (not to mention unconstitutional) for ‘Senator’ Elizabeth Warren to concoct the CFPB -which had nothing to do with consumer protection and everything to do with getting money for leftist agenda directly from the Federal Reserve without permission from the House of Representatives.
Ole Liawatha is a crook of the first degree.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Neither “consumer protection” nor “getting money for leftist agenda” is mentioned in Article I, Section 8, so it’s unconstitutional on that grounds as well.
Fraud is illegal under common law so in some cases “consumer protection” might fall under that, but it needs to be prosecuted after the fact, rather than through prior restraint…and it’s a state issue.

A Fortiori (@AFortiori16)

The payola aspect of Obummer’s reign has received very little attention. Companies who ran afoul of vague federal rules found themselves in endless administrative proceedings, which could only be terminated by “settlement” payments to various groups who were supportive of Obummer’s agenda. Extortion using the power of the federal government to prop up those supporting you. Even Slick Willy wasn’t this corrupt.

singularZoe

Wolfie, I agree regarding how I would feel about 44’s presidency. Well, we can dream.

churchmouse

Exactly.
I don’t live in Massachusetts, but I heard a lot of interviews that Howie Carr did with Geoff Diehl, her Republican opponent.
I don’t recall hearing him once mention the CFPB, which would have been a great talking point for his campaign. They could have got a lot of mileage out of that. Think of the adverts.
I would have been hammering it home, time after time. ‘Hey, Howie, just in case your listeners missed it …’

A Fortiori (@AFortiori16)

The notion that spending bills must originate in the House derives from the Budget Act of 1974; not from the constitution. It is all pretty arcane, but in very brief terms every year there are supposed to be budget bills that set spending levels, and then appropriations bills that determine actual spending. These bills are supposed to originate in the House. Entitlement levels (mandatory spending) levels are set (based on estimates of who qualifies, how much they qualify for, etc.), and then budgets are prepared incorporating both entitlement and discretionary spending. As to the budget bills, President is supposed to propose a budget, and congress is supposed to pass a budget resolution setting the total level of spending for each major category of spending (defense, agriculture, education, etc.). Then congress is supposed to pass individual appropriations bills subject to the budget resolution. Folks don’t know much about this because it has been ignored for the past decade, in favor of omnibus spending bills with no budget.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Yeah that whole process is pretty much moot. PDJT tried to inject some discipline, and the House even tried to pass some “real” appropriations bills, but nothing came of it.
In any case it sounds like my understanding of the Constitution was essentially correct. Thanks.

Saw that, too. Just wishing for some way to let them know.

NebraskaFilly

I also noticed AdRem is more active now.

Aubergine

I found a response to a poster from AdRem which made me go “hmmm.”
I have seen many, many times when a post ended up in the bin, AdRem would write “found you in the bin.”
This time, it was “found you in OUR bin.” (my emphasis there)
It just struck me as odd. Lots of weird over there right now.

holley100

A few weeks ago a poster – something like pabstbluecrew – posted a fairly large, closeup picture of sundance. A couple posters liked it and one poster questioned why he was doing that. BUT it stayed up! I kept checking thinking it would be pulled but no.

churchmouse

I missed that. Wow.

wheatietoo

I saw that too, Holley…and wondered if it was really Sd.
That particular poster had gotten into some scrapes before, for posting inappropriate stuff, so I think that may be ‘why’ he did it.

Nor'easter

Sundance, Ad rem, or another Treeper could tell them ,if they wanted.
Or they can figure it out for themselves. It’s pretty obvious.

NebraskaFilly

Oh, I know that. IMO, I don’t think it really is obvious that we were banned. Why would they not make an assumption that we all left because we chose to?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Spot on. People drift off. People will assume that Georgia, Sylvia, and so on just drifted off, not that they were given the boot.
Several people thought I had fallen prey to “connectivity issues” even though my past issues (which weren’t quite connectivity, but leave that aside) always resulted in my coming back a few days later.

Nor'easter

In the past (before Q Man Bad), several Treepers stated that they needed to take a break from commenting, at various times, for various reasons. They would comment only on occasion afterward, and were greeted like old friends. They sometimes politely explained their whereabouts, some of what I suspect were “white lies”.
But most of them dropped in from time to time.
How else could an observant CTH follower reconcile such a drastic loss of regular commenters who over time had bonded and/or made lasting good impressions on others?
Surely, they would at least drop in to wish a Happy Thanksgiving.

singularZoe

I could not post on cth and thought I had been banned, then emailed them and ad rem was very kind and said I was not banned. I was able to post again today on the Presidential thread, which is odd, as I blamed my ad blocker and google. Don’t know if someone made some kind of adjustment or what happened. I told cth I think they are losing a lot of donations because ad blockers keep people from being able to post there, I didn’t mention the issue with q posts.

singularZoe

I’m sure you are, Wolf, and others. Just thought it might help a couple people who don’t know at all why they were banned. Maybe they really are not. I won’t be on cth much anyway, but more interested in the issue of google and ads and how they make money off sites andalso all the sensorship. If one is going to be banned, it should be for a ban-worthy reason. If iI had gone on about q and wouldn’t stop, I could kind of understand, but I hadn’t.

NebraskaFilly

I have ALWAYS had AdBlockerPlus and was never prevented from posting but good cover. I did have to disable Privacy Badger, tho. Can still use Ghostery.

Linda

I’ve always used an ad blocker on CTH (and everywhere else) and didn’t have a problem posting.

andrew1979

if an adblocker is restricting you from a site comment section then you should decide wgether you really NEED to post there. comment section “plugins” for site platforms should be separate from the ad bars on site sides or interspersed occassionally in the “content” section. if the ste gtties it’s comments to advertising somehow then be suspicious.
that’s not to say cookies are not in play, i am specifically talking about adblockers in general.
we should also understand that by contacting them about a possible ban issue may as well be understood to be a self reporting issue since tthey will by now be checking everyone that asks against their q list.
also wolf might know how the wp cookie might work but just going back and forth from this site to that one may be alerting them by means of sites visited that are wp enabled. i would assume this to be almost 100% possible especially if you are logged in.

singularZoe

Well, then, I don’t know what to make of what happened to me as I don’t want to say anyone lied, because I could post on this site but not cth until I wrote to them by email. I’ll just say I’m inept. It’s easier for me to say that. It’s a mystery.

NebraskaFilly

Entirely possible, perhaps, that the comments were “tongue in cheek?” IOW, getting in the dig w/o being banned themselves? IDK

Nor'easter

Maybe if some others of us had been mentioned, and some of the more annoying CTH commenters replied or liked.
But it certainly not in the case of Sylvia Avery or GeorgiaFL.
I also do not believe that many of the annoying CTH commenters are smart enough for such nuance.

NebraskaFilly

I meant a dig at SD for banning them. Agree on the lack of nuance amongst some, altho I am not the best at that myself, TBH.

I believe this was taken during one of Q’s long absences. Should be cause to make you think but alas, no one ever goes there but for good reason.

para59r

And hell no, Lionel is not Q!

wheatietoo

No, but Lionel is an avowed Q-peep and has been very public about it.

Linda

At rallies, he has pretty often pointed at people wearing Q t shirts. And one time, which Q mentioned, he did it 3 times in a row. It’s pretty obvious that POTUS is a part of Q when you see his tweets matching up with Q posts.

GA/FL

If I get a guess – Q is either Kushner or Miller.

Nor'easter

Q is likely a team of people.

A&W, the second spark of three to the Q genesis.

singularZoe

I have been told that President Trump has worn a number 17 jersey–I cannot prove it. Well, and if I must guess, but I do not think q is one person, I pick Gen. Flynn, Steve Miller (because he’s brilliant), or J.FF.K. Jr., and before anyone mocks me–if a person can be bludgeoned to death and have it ruled a suicide, why can’t someone supposedly crash a plane, be autopsied, supposedly, and still be alive?

GA/FL

The bruises of the suicided person were supposedly from jumping off a building, weren’t they?
Kushner is also a genius as far as business is concerned.

daughnworks247

He was given a #17 jersey by the Champion Univ of AL football team, who also asked to pray with him. That might be what you’re thinking about.

singularZoe

Thank you Doughan, I was just told this by a friend, glad to know where the jersey came from.

Plain Jane

Miller sure seems to have a great sense of humor and irony. He’s my guess, along with his team.

JasonD

My money is on Q being a POTUS initiative, run from his anti DS op room, which includes RG and the people you listed. POTUS contributes to Q.
POTUS is tag teaming the DS with his Twitter and Q persona’s
As someone “over there” once said – DJT has got the DS surrounded, pretty much all by himself!!

Plain Jane

Best guess yet Wolfie.

wheatietoo

What about Admiral Rogers.
Q started posting a year after Rogers went to T-Tower to warn PDJT.
I’ve wondered about Gen Kelly, as well.
Kelly/Marines and Rogers/Navy.
I figure between them, they would know who to trust in Mil-Int…who they could use for the Q op.

Linda

And don’t forget General Flynn. He comes from military intelligence. I’ve always figured he was involved. Watch the changes in his Twitter banners and when he does it.
Another thing to keep in mind. Way back in 2017 when Q first started posting, we had a bunch of posts that I think were signed either Q+ or 5 10 20. And then Q said we’d never believe who we’d been talking to. I’ve always felt that was POTUS.

singularZoe

Do think Flynn is a big part of it, maybe also Adm. Rogers. I remember hearing about those banners, too. And Flynn has made some odd cryptic remarks.

holley100

Since Q discussion was outlawed over at TCH I’ve noticed more and more negative Trump posts. We need a Q Tree suspicious cat. 🙂 Perhaps you are right about Q’s identity.

Linda

Not Q – Q+. There is a difference. Most of the posts are signed “Q.” A very few are signed “Q+.” Those are the ones that really sound like our POTUS.

churchmouse

Yes, I’ve noticed that, too.
Waiting for SD to post on it closer later next year or in 2020. I posted upthread what Elwood asked him yesterday or today, something like, ‘What’s next — withdrawing support for Trump?’ He responded, ‘Is this a riddle?’

holley100

I’m still stewing over Roberts pushing back against POTUS…
No one can find precedent for a Justice, much less THE Chief Justice doing that to a sitting president.
Grassley admonished Roberts in a tweet for remaining silent while Obama bashed justices during SOTU and then poppin’ off at POTUS. There’s something there. Roberts oversees the FISA Court, which puts him in position for an indictment…
Rumors are flying again that doctor has ordered RBG to step down…

phoenixRising

JasonD

Poor old Chucky cannot see that his tweet in support of Roberts is just SO self contradictory that his blindness to it beggars belief …
He supports Roberts’ rebuke re “no obama / trump judges ..”, whilst in the same breath calling Roberts Republican and partisan.
This guy is the leader of the Dim’s in the Senate – The Dimmest Senator, as it were …
Ah, never mind, I get it now. Too lead the Dim’s, you HAVE to be the Dimmest … 🙂

wheatietoo

The irony is…
Roberts criticized PDJT for saying that Judges engage in politics…but Roberts engaged in politics by criticizing PDJT!

phoenixRising, those rumors about RBG bring to mind the “slow walk” of “NoName” to his final destination that began as a simple blood clot above his eye that was removed. then a brain tumor and then it morphed into cancer and we endured it all to the end with most of us knowing he did not die of cancer.
.And, Mark Taylor, co-author of “The Trump Prophecies” on February 16. 2016, received another prophecy regarding the Supreme Court. In the document entitled “Do Not Fear America” God reveald his plans for the Highest Court in the United States. Here is an excerpt of this prophecy.
The Spirit of God says, “Do not fear that my servant Justice Scalia has been taken, for some are crying out, why have I forsaken. For I will show myself strong to prove that the so called wise are wrong. For some will say that this is a miracle, for I am just getting started, this is not even close to the pinnacle, for what I am going to do with My America. For do not my people have eyes to see and ears to hear the two signs I gave, when they carried my servant’s body up the steps of the courthouse where to rest he was laid? Read the signs! Read the signs that were for all to see, and understand the words in this prophecy.”
The Spirit of God says, “5, that’s right, 5 Supreme Court Justices will be appointed by my new president, my anointed. I will choose 5 through my anointed to keep those alive.
I will stack the court with those that I choose, to send a clear message to the enemy, that you lose! This is the miracle that I will perform, so that MY COURT will be reformed.”

I have news I have to share.
Husband went to the Cindy Hyde Smith rally this afternoon. She is the Senator in the run-off against Dem Mike Espy, leftover Clinton Admin and crooked.
The election is Tuesday and things are HOT HOT HOT in Mississippi.
President Trump will be here for two MAGA rallies on Monday.
Well….
Cindy was very complimentary of husband’s work in our county but her campaign guy grabbed husband and asked a favor.
Campaign guy pointed husband to a WaPost reporter, flown in to cover the last 4 days of the election. Campaign guy asked husband to ‘tie him up’, so Cindy could meet and greet.
Bwwaahhhhaa…
Husband tied up that poor boy for 40 minutes, almost the entire length of the event.
And yes, the WaPost reporter was full of preconceived notions about the state of MS.

wheatietoo

Kudos to your husband for doing that!
Although you are probably referring to ‘tie him up with conversation’, I wouldn’t blame him if he actually hog-tied the WaPost weasel.

JasonD

So, what will SD say if Q+ is POTUS and Q is a POTUS-run op, as several of us have opined? ….
He would have managed to drive out DJT’s staunchest supporters from the TH …
The comment which got me banned over there was (paraphrasing from memory) was
“It seems to me to be ironic that an Aussie has more faith in your POTUS than the founder of this blog”
I felt bad for posting that as soon as I hit send. An hour later it, along with a bunch of other of my comments, got scrubbed and I was banned. I subsequently emailed an apology which elicited no response. Hence I am here.
So IF Q proves to be POTUS’s brain child / op, THEN SD would have acted in a way to prove me right – that it is indeed ironic that he, a patriot, was banning stauncher patriots.
The world is a strange place …

I’m catching up on some “watch later” videos I filed to re-watch…this one required pausing through most of it to read the text but it is so worth the time to realize and let it sink in to your gut, what took Jenny Moore out, a risk she was well aware of and willing to take to help victims of abuse.
If anyone is not familiar with this brave soul, here’s a link to the article written on True Pundit about Moore, an advocate who investigated abused and trafficked children, had been in the process of investigating allegations by a 26-year-old man that — as a young boy — he was sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton and pimped out at private sex parties attended by other D.C. elites.

a little before that i had stumbled onto some stuff regarding the bohemian grove and political ties.
please if you have not check out the post from 11/21 on neon revolt. just imagine the layers this covers and the amount of money we provide for its continuance.
old money and endowments continue to further this stuff along with current day philanthropists who will be know by name in the future as pioneers of this evil.

I remember reading about The Finders some time ago and there are so many other groups, some with a religious flavor, some just 501C3 charities that effectively game the system to obtain their product which is children.
Thanks for the Neon Revolt suggestion…love his take on it all but just check it periodically and haven’t read that one so will check it out.
Here is a video of Justin Deschamps, an expert on the occult especially on Satanic Ritual Abuse aka SRA, discussing what it is, what it does to people, and how it’s spread outside of the #13 family bloodlines as well as where people can go to research it. He describes the core purpose that is to destroy one’s ability to self-evaluate and to destroy one’s sense of autonomy and also, the short and long term effects on people.

And then there is this. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/11/invasion-honduran-migrant-says-20000-will-march-through-vehicle-lanes-at-border-says-applying-for-asylum-is-waste-of-time/
Inside the story, it is suggested that the first march on the wall will begin tomorrow. Obviously not with the 20,000 but with what numbers they can muster.
“In a video posted by Pueblo Sin Fronteras, one of the organizations assisting the caravan, a leader is heard saying that there will be an attempt to cross the US border on Sunday, November 25.
“The best day to go to the bridge—peacefully, not with violence—is on Sunday. And write banners with our points — and we don’t want the media to publish this before we do it,” the leader is heard saying.”
