DEAR KAG: 20210611 Freedom for All Friday

Welcome back to Wolf’s Pub! It’s Friday. Can you say “AMEN!”

One can hardly keep up with all the information, news, disinformation and misinformation that’s out there. It can really sap one’s spirit.

Trying to keep up, sort the truth from the lies, be well informed but not overwhelmed, is a challenge. It was beginning to get to me. I sat around fuming for a few weeks and then it dawned on me to cloister ourselves for a weekend. What if we stayed away from media? What if we put the mobile down, cut out social media, even got out of range of various adult kids and grandkids?

What if we spent time in the Word, and with each other? What if we ate very simply and prayed more than usual? Grandpa was up for it, so a few weeks ago we shut out the WORLD and found that there is a whole universe inside that we’d neglected.

From Friday evening until Sunday evening we had an extended Sabbath rest. Meals were simple soups and hearty bread. We did the minimum of chores. Mostly, we just RESTED. A lot of time was spent reading the Bible, devotionals, and praying.

By Sunday evening we felt refreshed. It was as if TIME had slowed down to a manageable pace again. We reconnected with God in a deeper way (and boy did we need that). We were better able to discern needed course corrections.

The upshot is that we felt a freedom come upon us during that time. We had been feeling enslaved to media, to keeping up with the ever-changing news. We had been feeling burdened with the cares of this world.

I think in a way, I was slipping into feeling a sense of responsibility for things that were outside my control. I needed that cloistered weekend retreat to regain a proper sense of perspective.

That weekend made me look around my surroundings and see where I had been neglecting some of the things that make life wonderful. Remember when we were kids and we could lay in the grass and watch the clouds go by, seeing all kinds of creatures and shapes in them?

Remember quiet, sunlit corners of a house where you could curl up and read a book? Remember watching twilight come on, when the birds still sing but fireflies have begun to twinkle?

Someone once said that if we want to know the proper pace of human life, we should spend a day in nature just observing…and then go and do likewise.

That weekend was a revelation. I haven’t been the same since. I got something back that these last couple years have tried to steal from me—a sense of peace and freedom.

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?”

Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin.  And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever.  Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

John 8:31-36

Freedom is a hallmark of our Republic. This is the “Land of the Free.” The darkness that overshadows our institutions is not permanent. It is no more permanent than the shape of a cloud. It will dissipate as we hold onto the freedom that first comes from within.

When Incarnate Truth stood forth in the midst of His enemies, they fell down.

The battle is always in the mind first. The Synagogue of Satan seeks to reign through despair and fear and tyranny.

I do not consent to fear. I do not consent to tyranny. I do not consent to despair.

I consent to Faith, Hope, and Charity.

I am free born.

And I aim to stay that way.

HOUSE RULES

We’ve got gallons of Sangria coming along at the bar, but first let’s review the Rules. Wolf has managed to keep this place going through thick and thin, and we salute him with a sense of gratitude and camaraderie.

Those who need to have a case of the nasties can head over to the Utree (where there’s some “dangerous freedom”), which is also a place to reconvene in case something happens here.

THE PARTY SPIRIT

I’ll never forget the summer party we had one year in upstate New York.  I can’t remember the exact reason for the party, but we ended up with about 100 people in the backyard. Father Brown (God rest his soul) had insisted we serve Sangria, which the Italians in our group had perfected.

We went through gallons of the stuff that night. The Party Spirit was upon everyone. It reminded me of one of those times when my parents used to have bridge parties and us kids could hardly sleep for all the laughter that wafted up the stairs for hours on end.

It was like that. There seemed no end to the Sangria. Let’s put it this way, I don’t even remember what kind of food we served. I vaguely remember a grill. I just remember laughter and friendship and more laughter.

We will have times like that again.

SANGRIA IS SUMMER SIPPING AT ITS BEST

Sangria is a Spanish/Portuguese wine punch, and there are many different recipes for it. In general, sangria has red wine (sometimes white), fresh fruit (typically oranges, apples, and lemons) and often brandy or another spirit. Here’s a couple videos that give different recipes. They both look scrumptious:

Also, here’s a whole bunch of recipes for Sangria. Take your pick! For our teetotalers here’s a recipe for a Virgin Sangria.  You can find some history about Sangria here and here and here. And just because Sangria is all the rage in tapas bars nowadays, I’ve included an ancient Roman recipe for an olive spread in this video below:

Whether today is a day that will live in infamy, or a day where nothing much happens, I salute the Qtree! I’m singing along with this video:

Your retreat sounds like a perfectly wonderful idea.

Deplorable Patriot

Rest is essential to balance in life. This is why I love the idea of an outdoor space of some sort in every back yard that isn’t a soccer field.

Cutting off from all the noise, though, is easier said than done.

Gail Combs

That is why I love having the house a 1/4 mile from the road. Now if that darn mocking bird would just SHUT-UP! It sings in the middle of the night and wakes me up. 🙄
comment image

I have wished a bird would fly away,

And not sing by my house all day;

Have clapped my hands at him from the door

When it seemed as if I could bear no more.

The fault must partly have been in me.

The bird was not to blame for his key.

And of course there must be something wrong

In wanting to silence any song.

Because of course there must be something right about wanting a decent sleep at night. — Robert Frost

What Can I Do About A Bird That Sings All Night Long Outside My Window?

The Northern Mockingbird is typically the culprit in these all-night song marathons. Mockingbirds that sing all night long tend to be young, still-unattached males or older males who have lost their mate, and so the best way to shut him up is to entice a female mockingbird to your yard, too. He’s already doing his best to accomplish this, though to the disappointment of both of you, he’s not succeeded yet.

It is good to renew. I have a place I call my meditation room it is an arbor roses and climatus and two different grapes grow on to it. I have a fountain a stone table two benches. I pull back from everything and no one bothers me there. I reflect sometimes write poetry or draw .Every person needs a place 🙂

Rest
To give and receive until nothing is left
To flee, to rest renew at last
To be rooted is a person’s need

Some root in material wealth or abuse their health
Other’s roots are set in place at home
At ease with memories long gone

Some seek seek a different resting place
Understood are the roots that the stream holds
The stream that nourishes the soul

To fallow mysteries that have been foretold,
that renew and embrace then unfold
Renewed to sing a new song
To give and receive as once begun

Gail Combs

Yes, we all need time to pull back and renew. That is one of the reasons I ‘Disappeared’ for a while this spring.

singingsoul1

I do also. Right now I sleep much just need it.
Making lots of sauerkraut is so relaxing. Piddling in the garden …:)

Sylvia Avery

Thanks grandma, this was another terrific opening. I posted a link to it at Marica’s.

I happened to post a Sangria recipe earlier today. It was white Sangria with peaches in it. I don’t remember the wine or the brandy used, but I remember thinking it sounded delish and looked very refreshing.

Thank you for your heartfelt openings. Always a pleasure!

jamcooker

Excellent! Very much appreciate the need to reflect and rejuvenate one’s self.

Virgin Sangria? I’ll have to try that, I have the opposite of a hollow leg!

Thanks, Grandmaintexas!

Just popping in to say hi real quick before I hit the hay

Another long day tomorrow

Back when I was a kid, schools weren’t virulently anti-American like they are now. I have to admit, however, that I learned more in a moral sense from Heinlein than the schools.

Wolf Moon

I got a few years of school morality until it was shut down (school prayer banned, JFK killed) and replaced by Soviet values.

Gail Combs

I remember starting the school day with the raising of the flag, the pledge of allegiance and the Lord’s Prayer. We also had a dress code (no pants on girls) and corporal punishment. (That ruler worked wonders!)

scott467

My 2nd grade teacher read the Bible to us every day. Near the end of each school day, she would lock the door, pull the shade down, and tell all of us to sit on the floor in a semi-circle around her chair.

Then she would read the Bible to us for about 10 minutes.

And then she would remind us not to tell anybody, that it was our secret.

She was my Dad’s 1st grade teacher, and still teaching when I started school. 🙂

scott467

Wolf Moon

OH, WOW – now THAT is pretty cool.

Something DePat has been saying:
Proof there’s a possibility those people received a saline jab

https://t.me/worlddoctorsalliance/6484

Wolf Moon

There are definitely some cases of this. I think a nurse in Germany was busted for giving people saline. Her excuse rang hollow, too.

Aubergine

Wolf, doesn’t this seem like an under-handed method for conducting an actual scientific vaccine study?

So, in actual science, there has to be a “vaccinated” group and a “control” group. You have to have the data from both to have a valid study.

So how do they collect it? Will other people, who got the “vaccine” have their bloodwork collected somehow? Like when they go to their regular doctor or something?

I am SO suspicious of what they are doing right now. They MUST be documenting and collecting data. A vaccine has NEVER been introduced without controlled, long-term studies.

Emeraldstar

>>”They MUST be documenting and collecting data.”<<

It’s my belief that almost ALL the so-called “tests” capture ones DNA (into the master-database it goes!).

Also, it’s likely (IMO) that the “tests” may also GIVE one the malady.

It’s nice to see at least one element of proof that there are, in fact, saline injections.

At the very least, there’s confirmation that the so-called “vaccines” are EXPERIMENTAL.

It’s an essential piece of evidence to substantiate Nuremberg Code violations. and liability BEYOND the Big Pharma immunity.

As I’ve posted before, PDJT was able to have the injections be “made-to-order”, and this may include the percentage of saline v. reactive doses.

I’m estimating 75%-95% saline, with a bias toward the latter figure.

>>”A vaccine has NEVER been introduced without controlled, long-term studies.”<<

The traitorous FDA has been doing this for YEARS – the latest example is the approval of the new Alzheimer’s drug protocol. due to which THREE higher-up FDA subordinates resigned …

Gail Combs

OR GMOs!!!
This is a very good article on regulatory capture by Monsanto. It has a lot more information than I gathered. I think it worth book-marking as it may be useful in convincing those eager to take the vaccine that the FDA is not exactly reliable. (Leftists hate Monsanto just as much as we do.)

How Monsanto Rigged the System: through Politics & Propaganda

“….. US food policy was rigged by Michael Taylor, Monsanto’s corporate lawyer who crafted FDA’s GMO Statement of Policy (May 1992). This official, FDA certified US policy falsely declares that technologically engineered food products are “substantially equivalent” to naturally produced food.

“The agency is not aware of any information showing that foods derived by these new methods differ from other foods in any meaningful or uniform way, or that, as a class, foods developed by the new techniques present any different or greater safety concern than foods developed by traditional plant breeding. For this reason, the agency does not believe that the method of development of a new plant variety (including the use of new techniques including recombinant DNA techniques) is normally material information within the meaning of 21 U.S.C. 321(n) and would not usually be required to be disclosed in labeling for the food.”

With that rationale, producers were given permission to market GE/GMO products without requiring that these products undergo safety tests or special labeling to identify them. When informed that the Council for Responsible Genetics had safety concerns, Monsanto’s corporate communications director Phil Angell, told the New York Times in 1998, “Monsanto should not have to vouchsafe the safety of biotech food. Our interest is in selling as much of it as possible. Assuring its safety is the FDA’s job.” (cited by Wayne Barrett. The Nation, 2012)….”

I’ve saved so much of your brilliant posted research that I’ve created a dedicated folder for it!

OH GOOD!

Deplorable Patriot

It was done that way to keep the side effects lower than they would have been if EVERYONE got the real thing.

Gail Combs

That way you can make it MANDATORY esp. for little kids.

Concerned Virginian

Notice that the letter that was sent to the “saline injection recipient” includes:

A statement that the clinic will have to conduct an “antibody test”, which will require that blood be drawn;
A statement that the clinic will call the person to schedule a “mobile lab team” to come to the home to draw blood; or, that the clinic will schedule a blood draw at an on-site lab;
A statement that when the lab results come back, the clinic will notify the person as to whether they must get the “vaccine” injection over again;
A statement that the person still get their 2nd “vaccine” injection, which the clinic will perform.

Thank you for another great post Gma. I was just reminiscing yesterday about laying in the grass, as a child, and watching the clouds go by; and hoping our future grandchildren will be free of this tyranny and be able to laze in the grass and watch the shapes in the clouds.

Gail Combs

I would be happy if kids actually got to SEE grass! I really hate the march towards townhouses, apartments and Daycare for two month olds and up.

Heck when they changed the law with a one liner in the budget and put petting farms under the feds jurisdiction, they REMOVED city and suburb kids ability to interact with farm animals. We used to take a small petting farm with a couple goats & sheep, chickens and bunnies to birthday parties. The kids loved interacting with the animals but the Animal Rights types had to ‘Protect’ those animals so instead of getting petted they all got shipped off to the slaughter house….

scott467

It’s just so far beyond asinine there are hardly words for it.

Even if globull warming was an actual problem, it’s not the military’s job to do a single thing about it.

It would be like plumbers saying the number one threat to America’s pipes and plumbing is globull warming.

Even worse, for the military to be focusing on globull warming, it means they’re not focusing on any actual threats.

They might as well be saying that if we don’t turn all our fire hoses at the sun and put it out, the world is going to catch on fire.

It’s just more insanity, designed to make Americans believe that nothing in our world makes any sense, and we’re helpless to do anything about it.

Either that, or the men in this photo actually believe it, in which case they are all sub-grade morons.

Literally idiots.

Wolf Moon

YUP.

Aubergine

I don’t think any one of them could hold a candle to the lowest grunt that charged up Normandy beach.

Sylvia Avery

I saw somewhere today a clip of Gen Milley saying that while yes global warming is dangerous 🙄🙄🙄 the military’s job was to assess threats that are (I’m paraphrasing here) more immediate and of a military nature. I was relieved to hear him say that. Frankly, I have doubts about him. He was no where near as supportive of PDJT as he should have been, IMO.

Wolf Moon

Yes – his statement was less fully embracing than the one Biden is talking about from 2009.

kalbokalbs

Miley IS part of the problem…pure politico swamp asshoe. IIRC, clearly walked away from Trump over the St John Church, Bible walk. Day after n, Loot and Murder tried to burn the church down.

singingsoul1

These failed men all sold out their souls to success in military without realizing they have lost the war against evil.

scott467

It certainly appears that way. As far as realizing what they were doing, if they did it, it was their job to realize it.

singingsoul1

So true and it looks they have not realized but the day will come.

Sadie Slays

It all makes sense when you understand that the cabal uses the phrase “climate change” as a euphemism for “great awakening.” Remember that the word “climate” has more than one definition:

the prevailing trend of public opinion or of another aspect of public life.

Valerie Curren

nice catch!

Deplorable Patriot

The conspiracy know it alls are claiming Milley is not in charge, really. He was cut out in January, and the group he “leads” is not really the top of the food chain.

Interesting if true.

kalbokalbs

If true, and I’m not doubting you, then Miley is an even greater failure. Voluntary puppet.

bflyjesusgrl

I could tell that’s where the military was heading when Camel-Uh gave her unfunny speech about how they should prefer and enjoy hauling solar panels. 🙄 😏

Wolf Moon

Yes – interesting dance. Check this out – link in the Gateway Pundit piece:

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-dismisses-climate-change-calls-on-biden-to-fire-joint-chiefs/ar-AAKUEYJ?ocid=uxbndlbing

Note the point that Biden heard this when OBAMA first went to the Pentagon, and was hearing it from the BUSH joint chiefs.

In contrast, the Trump joint chiefs NOW sound like they are making a more half-hearted “virtue signal” to the left.

Greater than 1000 open FBI investigations into actual and attempted theft of American technology by China…

cthulhu

I’m so sorry to hear, Gma.

How bad is it? What kind of care is she getting?

holly

Please do grandma. I would be interested to hear more. My elderly mother is having shortness of breath and arrhythmia and also had two TIA’s following the second Moderna injection. She is having an echocardiogram next week and trying to schedule a MRI. Her dr. said they are seeing a lot of shortness of breath after the vaccine.

cthulhu

Has anyone yelled at him, “then STOP GIVING THE VACCINE!!!!”?

holly

The official talking point is “the benefits of the vaccine outweigh any potential risks”.

Concerned Virginian

And “Do No Harm” goes out the window.

>>”That’s “medical speak””<<

Also, I note that “benefits” are taken as a given (no qualifier), but “risks” are portrayed as only “potential”.

The meaning of the word “risks” already carries the meaning of the word “potential”, so the phrase is redundant.

And it ought to read “Any potential benefit outweighs all risks.”

And they’d STILL be wrong!

The actual risks FAR outweigh the alleged “benefit”.

Cuppa Covfefe

Take away Big Pharma’s immunity from lawsuits, and the push for vaccines would stop…

Emeraldstar

And perhaps the push to STOP all vaccines would GO …

One may hope …

Valerie Curren

YES!!!

gil00

Absolutely. Besides, id say prove it.
And hc providers now arent in a position of trust. They blew it by allowing med schools to become sjw camps and rich elitist only schools.

kalbokalbs

More folks need to “talk back” to the quacks.

99.9% survivable and exactly WHY do we need an experimental vaccine?

Children 99.998% survive. Yet our idiot government and quacks are pushing the injection on children.

gil00

Benefits to WHOM?????
BC it isnt you mom!

Sylvia Avery

Shortness of breath was one of the really horrible symptoms of COVID. I hope things improve quickly for your mom.

cthulhu

Isn’t budesonide the recognized thing (now) for that symptom?

Wolf Moon

HA! They would have to admit that spike protein inoculations are producing disease symptoms. Getting the faucists to do that has been like pulling teeth on a bobcat!

holly

Thank you Sylvia. I wish she hadn’t agreed to take the injections. My brother Mr. Trust the Science convinced her. 😟

cthulhu

We know what to do with peeps that didn’t get the jab….and now we get to try and save the peeps that did.

Sylvia Avery

UGH…….I’ve heard of several cases like that where one of the sibs talks the parents into the jab. Awful. So sad.

holly

Yup, and in this case he lives several states away. She lives near me, so I’m the one dealing with the fallout. I also think she already had covid before it was a thing. 😡🤬

Sylvia Avery

Oh boy, I bet you’d like to wring his neck!

cthulhu

Neck-wringing can come later. Let’s see what we know that can help mom.

cthulhu

And G’ma’s daughter’s friend.

holly

I do wonder if the vaccine advocates will ever admit they were wrong. I say nothing to my mom about any of it because I don’t want to upset her further.

Wolf Moon

Yup. I hear you.

We MUST get a better bigger picture on “spike protein inoculations” or we are never going to fix what is wrong with this stuff.

Also, we MUST make China pay, or they will KEEP KEEPING AMERICA DOWN.

Gail Combs

DO NOT FORGET THEIR ENABLERS HERE IN THE USA!!!

(It is a short section BTW)

Wolf Moon

BOOM. “I also think she already had covid….”

The jabs cause 2-3 times more problems with people who already had covid. (Lost the link on that – I think it was on Gateway Pundit.)

Here is more about the specific dangers.

You might try nutrition.
We know Vitamin D3 and C help. Vitamin E is great for reducing scar tissue. (Funny how this article disappeared…)

5. Fight Scar Tissue Naturally

Using a variety of herbal remedies often helps dissolve or repair scar tissue. 400 to 800 IU of vitamin E twice daily along with 1,000 mg of vitamin C promotes healing of collagen and connective tissue. Bioflavonoids like hesperetin, quercetin and rutin help the body absorb vitamin C. Thiosinaminum, calcium fluoroide, causticum and graphites also repair scar tissue damage. Depending on the cause of scar tissue, you may respond better to different treatments, so you may need to experiment to find the best combination of herbs.

https://web.archive.org/web/20091102221314/http://www.livestrong.com/article/10954-need-internal-scar-tissue/

The 5 Best Vitamins to Take After SurgeryI added this because you want to help the body repair the damage. Also it recommends foods containing the useful vitamins.

Do not forget selenium along with zinc. (Green tea or berries work like HCQ to move the zinc into the cells.)
Study shows selenium-containing compounds inhibit SARS-CoV-2 replication and assembly
Your best bet is to concentrate on FOOD because you will have a lot less push back from the Doctor and your Mom.

Aubergine

Hawthorn is an herbal supplement you might research for her. If she is not on a lot of medications, it could be very helpful. It is very good for general heart health, but also arrhythmias.

I take it every day in capsule form, and I know side effects are rare. BUT, you should always do your own research. Here are some links:

https://www.aafp.org/afp/2010/0215/p465.html

holly

Thank you Aubergine. I appreciate all the information. Will do some reading to try and put together a plan.

She’s already been given a bunch of scripts. One causes this problem and then you have to take another to fix that problem. The Big Pharma Game.

Oh no! That is so sad. These vaccines….such an evil thing to do to us.

cthulhu

You have a gift for understatement.

Sylvia Avery

I am afraid I’ll get kicked to the U Tree if I say what I really think. 😁😁😁

Gail Combs

Sylvia,
I have let-er-rip a few times and haven’t gotten the boot.

I just get so angry at these EVIL DEMONS.
Children getting HEART ATTACKS???

kalbokalbs

Some of us likely push the limits. But, guessing here, most anything short of keyboard fisticuffs, is good to go.

Aubergine

Hi Grandma. So sorry to hear that.

We are in for a long few years dealing with these cases.

kalbokalbs

Sad. Do we know which injection? Hope they update VAERS. Prayers ongoing.

kalbokalbs

Mostly wondering. I suppose Canada opens up potential AZ injection, or another brand from around the world.

Sadie Slays

I’ve been warning people about the World Economic Forum’s “cyber pandemic” since December 2020. Make sure you have the necessary supplies to survive an extended utility outage. Hopefully it doesn’t come down to that, but it’s good to have that “insurance” if necessary.

Deplorable Patriot

I try to be prepared, and get blasted by the parents for it. “That’s all I need, more bottled water.” “Why is the freezer full of meat?”

They literally are buy only what you need sorts, and their needs include frozen waffles and Nutella.

Emeraldstar

Monthly inflation (for April 2021, IIRC, but mighta been May) ticked up to the highest level in almost four decades (since 1982).

This reason alone may be enough to convince them, or at least for them to hold off on any more complaints.

Buying now, and buying in bulk, will end up saving quite a bit of cash …

Deplorable Patriot

For meat, I can get my mother on board. My dad has never been a big grocery shopper, or enough of one to understand when a price is a good deal.

Deplorable Patriot

I’m not really sure my dad is a Christian despite attending Mass weekly.

My mom…she gets it more than he does, but still there is a problem if there is no room for waffles and ice cream in the freezer.

Gail Combs

I am so glad a couple years ago, (2018?) I bought a smallish (15 ft^3) chest freezer and stuffed it in the garage! We already had a large upright in the back hall. I keep them both topped up if I can although I did keep trying to make room for goat and sheep last fall/winter. The last time I got a good bit of space, the neighbor sent a cow to slaughter so I bought a 1/2 freezer full of beef. So the sheep and goats got a reprieve.

Deplorable Patriot

We used to have a nine body chest freezer. I mean MASSIVE. Stuff would get lost in there for YEARS.

Gail Combs

I figured out how to deal with that.
For veggies I put together a 5 day variety pack in a plastic bag that I can just grab. Those packs and a variety of meat of similar dates go into ‘milk crates’ It does waste space but it means I can grab a crate and take it to the house very easily. AND I can rotate food easily too. 6 crates stack in my freezer and you can stuff turkeys or whole chickens in the space left over. (That is about 3 to 6 months of food for two people.)

My biggest problem is remembering to include veggies in my purchases.

Spinach BTW seems to help prevent cataracts.

CATARACTS AS A NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCY DISEASE

….Riboflavin, also known as vitamin B2, plays a vital role in maintaining the healthy integrity of the red blood cells, skin, eyes, and nerves. Riboflavin plays an important role in energy production including cellular function and growth and the metabolism of fats, pharmaceuticals, and steroids.

Some experts view the development of cataracts as a nutritional deficiency….

Foods that are particularly high in riboflavin are listed below:

  • Eggs
  • Lean meats
  • Organ meats (liver, kidneys, etc.)
  • Milk

The following foods contain lower amounts of riboflavin:

  • Green vegetables
  • Grains and cereals fortified with riboflavin

LUTEIN AND ZEAXANTHIN

Lutein and Zeaxanthin are members of the carotenoid family and both of these compounds are found in the retina and macula of the eye. They function to absorb light from the sun that could be potentially harmful, thereby protecting the lens and other parts of the eye from damage. Studies have suggested that lutein and zeaxanthin may help prevent cataracts and macular degeneration. In studies, research participants taking 15 mg-20mg of lutein 3 times per week experienced significant vision improvements. Fruits and vegetables, particularly spinach, collard greens, and kale contain these compounds naturally, but those with cataracts may wish to supplement their diet

For frequent use and fitting in the house, I love the upright. For long term storage the chest freezer is very nice. I am very happy with the combination and the milk crates in the freezer take care of the too short to reach the bottom problem. Of course I can also lift a 50 lb sack of grain so I have zero problem with the weight of a milk crate full of food, at least so far.

Gail Combs

It is AMAZING how much lighter a 40 lb sack of beet pulp is compared to a 50 lb sack of livestock pellets.

I have been hauling them (and hay) for over 30 years and they are STILL heavy.

Gail Combs

We found unloading it from the truck to the bucket of our new tractor 😊 and then moving from the tractor bucket (at just the right height so you do not have to bend and lift, has made things MUCH EASIER!

I use a Professionals Choice Back Support belt made for jumping horses to protect my back when I lift.

EllieLA

I, too, have stuffed my freezers with meat. As soon as I heard about the JBS hack, I went out and bought more beef. I pray they don’t attack the power grid or hit us with an EMP, or a lot of meat will have to be eaten quickly or spoil. I’ll have to have a block party BBQ.

Gail Combs

Get a generator that can run your freezer (Wattage check). You do not have to run it all the time. You can also toss blankets over the freezer when the generator is NOT RUNNING. (Be sure to take them off when you do run the generator.)

Here is a quicky to get you started in think about it.

I hear ya. I asked my relatives if they had supplies to deal with losing heat and electricity in the winter, and I only got blank stares as a response.

Gail Combs

SO TRUE!

I really wish we had put in that woodstove as planned but the BLASTED BUILDER, after putting in a special slab to HOLD the woodstove going in the family room went and put the two Heat Pumps and electric meter right where the chimney would have to go.
I flipped my lid but it was too late to correct the situation without lots of rewiring and moving stuff and we did not have the money left to pay for it.

Sadie Slays

All planned and engineered, of course.

Too True.

I am sitting here with massive amounts of oak that I cut down and give away and meanwhile I spend a good $200 on heat alone. I like to cook on a wood stove too.

I know what you mean, GMT, about feeling that we’re being “robbed” of our spirits, and struggling to deal with things that frankly, are outside of our control.

It’s good that you were able take a “Retreat” and center yourselves again.

For myself, I took a full-time summer job that has nothing to do with anything I normally do.

1) Gets me away from the computer – and out of the house. I felt the need for change and to do something entirely different.

2) In the fall, I have to work on finding a new church because the one I had been attending, known already for being social justice oriented, went off the deep end with their big banner sign last summer on our major thoroughfare – telling “me” that “Racism is a Sin.” I’ve had enough of that garbage.

I’d have thought better of the Church if they had a sign out there saying killing babies was a sin – which supposedly my Church stands against – abortion. But they’re so into Wokism, they’ve been losing the real scripture and doctrine focus of our faith.

You always have wonderful perspectives and wisdom.

Parish shopping is a regular thing in these parts.

I think we’re in the start of a rebuilding century, actually. There’s far more people looking into traditional practices for the leftists at the top to tolerate, hence the hard turn.

piper567

DP, I agree with you.
My church is a Bible based church, preaching through the Bible re Doctrine and application to out lives.
We reopened our doors in May of 2020, and have had well over 100 new people and their families join our church since then.
Many, many come from churches sliding into compromise with the “values” of our society…Some newbies to us have attended their old churches for over
20 yrs.
We have no masks, unless you prefer…and lots of hugs.

Yes, people ARE looking into traditional practices, and while many found us online, and initially came due to church closures, they stayed for all the reasons the early church grew as it did.
We have no Programs; we step forward to help others in need, volunteer for church needs, and take the spiritual growth of our children seriously.
People respond to these priorities.

My Country Tis of Thee – I needed that. Thank you grandmaintexas! Always thought that song should be our national anthem or at the very least our theme.

As the evil doers continue to build the current version of the Tower of Babel always remember that God returns it to rubble and will destroy their plans. The Lord wins and as a result, those who trust and follow him will also win.

I have missed many conversations on here of late as my wife has fractured her tibia at the knee socket and am trying my best to be the caregiver for her that she has always been for me, family, and friends. It’s my turn to step up and git ‘er dun. Non-weight bearing for at least 90 days with a person who has never been able to sit still for 5 minutes. Oh, the lessons we learn in life.

As a result I do not know if folks have discussed The Chosen TV series much. So forgive me and move on if so. I am not involved other than as viewer, so this is not a plug. If you have seen it and participated in the crowd source funding of it – much appreciated. If you have not heard of it or seen the episodes I ask you to consider doing so. Simply search for The Chosen – Angel Studios and take it from there. It is free and can be cast from the app on your phone into Roku and Apple if you want to watch on TV instead of your computer or phone. It can also be streamed free on Peacock. For those so inclined there is a Pay it Forward feature along with a store. About half of the next season (#3) has been funded so far. It will go for 7 seasons in total.

What if we knew more about the everyday experiences of Jesus, his disciples, and others who knew him during his time on Earth? What if we not only saw the miracles he did and how he healed, treated others and handled situations in person, yet, also saw that he got hungry, joked, practiced, got tired and sick, used the outdoor potty, knew how to do common things, and so on? What if we went deeper and really saw Jesus as both God and Man as intended? Would it increase our faith and attachment to the Messiah? The show attempts to be a blend of fiction within scriptural accounts and with in the context of The Word.

Come and see. I was one way. Trouble. Against the current. Get used to different (my personal favorite). If you have not yet, once you see the episode with Jesus and Nicodemus you will understand why there have been over 185 million and counting views world wide of only 13 episodes to date.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.

If creating problems in those under 30 yrs of age, then why wouldn’t it be creating problems in those over 30 yrs of age, actually creating More problems in the older groups?! Or do the numbers get hidden by/blamed on already established health/heart issues?

kalbokalbs

My GUESS. Injections ARE creating problems for ALL AGES getting the injections.

Another guess from my view.

  • Folks under 30 more likely to be creating life – babies. My understanding, STERILIZATION IS a problem – feature of these injections.

Surely other concerns to be aware of.

But yes, CDC, NIH, fake news, corrupt medical bureaucracy look for any reason to not in “blame” on injections.

OK, going to replace the one figure and add a second.

Concerned Virginian

There are actually TWO separate reports on the J&J situation:

The New York Daily News article about the FDA extending the “use life” of the J&J “vaccine” by 15% (in other words, by 15 days) is for vial lots that are dated to expires on June 27, 2021.

The 60 Million doses of the J&J “vaccine” that the FDA ordered to be thrown out were manufactured in a now-closed factory near Baltimore that was raided and closed. The vials produced by this factory had elements of BOTH the J&J and the AstraZeneca “vaccines” mixed in them.

I wonder who raises these young women to hate themselves so much?
They do not seem to have self respect. I know what is it they sleep with any Jo and the babies are not created in love.
They do not see that the babies in their womb are part of them part of their mother and grandmother. Maybe no one ever explained to them that now the baby sharers their body and it is no longer only their body?

Gail Combs

It is all part of destroying the family.

mollypitcher5

IMO, what you said as well as Gail below is true. I also think many of them have been bubble wrapped in life..never was around infants to marvel at them and they most certainly have been exposed to 24/7 propaganda that by golly..it’s their right to kill that heart beating lump of cells …they’re so special and should never be judged on being a human being that can easily choose abortion but would be outraged at the death penalty. It’s all backwards now

Gail Combs

All part of the very small family + Daycare scene. When families lived near each other and had 5 to 10 kids, sisters/cousins grew up tending the younger kids. Now they are lucky to even SEE a human baby!

Cuppa Covfefe

And they learned responsibility, compassion, caring and nurturing, discipline (and proper and loving administration thereof); in short, they were learning to become good parents and good, well-rounded people.

Now all they are with their genetically-attached i-Things is well-rounded. And not in a good sort of way.

We used to go to a “Freizeit” (retreat) a ways from here where it was economical for larger families to go (e.g. after three children, the cost goes down in steps; after six or seven, each additional child is free. We met a number of families with six, seven, even ten and TWELVE children.

Funniest thing of all, the mother of twelve didn’t look frazzled at all. She had her family organized almost as if it were a little company. And they were a happy and loving bunch. My wife was in awe (me too!)… Back when I was a youf 🙂 almost all of the families in our neighborhood had three or more kids; one had three sets of twins (the mother lost a fourth). These families all liked having a lot of siblings, and more than a few of them now have large families themselves.

And who could forget the warning to a misbehaving sibling: “Just wait until Dad comes home”… that usually stopped them in their tracks (sadly, (no) thanks to Benjamin Spock, not anymore)…..

Paul Erlich should end up toasting marshmallows in Hell with BillyGhoul Gates and Faust-Xi… and Malthus, Huxley, Rhodes, the Rockefellers and Rothschilds, and all the rest of their misanthropic gang…

Gail Combs

Heck with the Daycares, you do not even have teenage girls baby sitting! I earned all my college spending money @ 50 cent an hour baby sitting.

mollypitcher5

Yep/ Usually even if kids are in daycare since birth the kids are in their own age groups not being part of tending younger ones .

Well said !

I am NOT endorsing or agreeing with all or even part of this, just posting because it is interesting. The producer appears to be trying to be objective, and refuses to demonize Q followers, although her speculative take on Q is not, or might not be, our own. Toward the end a fellow vouched for his personal experience as an MK Ultra type victim, although again his take might be different from our own:

I found this video trying to track down the relationship between McChrystal and Flynn, which in turn was prompted by a post Sundance made yesterday on the sophisticated psy-war being conducted regarding the Chinese bioweapon.

I am not impressed with that video at all. There is no MEAT to it just innuendo. ALSO it is produced by the Financial Times. So let’s look at the Financial Times.

…Lionel Barber, editor of the Financial Times, said: “The World Economic Forum in Davos is attended by some of the important decision makers from across the globe. The Financial Times’ editorial series will reinforce our position as the pre-eminent source of global economic analysis.”

The FT will host a series of events at Davos. These include:

  • 26 January: Executive dinner forum with the theme ’Changing Times: The Big Ideas Shaping Tomorrow’s Business’ on 26 January. Speakers include Paul Bulcke, Chief Executive Officer, Nestlé; Edie Weiner, President, Weiner Edrich and Brown; and Vineet Nayar, Chief Executive Officer, HCL Technologies (invitation only)
  • 28 January: HSBC FT Breakfast panel debate hosted by Lionel Barber, Editor, Financial Times and Stephen Green, Chairman, HSBC on the topic of ”Emerging Markets: Powering growth in the global economy”. Speakers include Bader M Al Sa’ad, Managing Director, Kuwait Investment Authority; Stuart Gulliver, Executive Director and Chief Executive, Global Banking and Markets, HSBC; Aditya Mittal, Chief Financial Officer and Member of Group Management Board, ArcelorMittal; and Durmus Yilmaz, Governor, Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (invitation only)
  • 28 January: The FT CNBC ‘Nightcap’, a drinks reception hosted by John Ridding, CEO, Financial Times and Mark Hoffman, President, CNBC, and attended by luminaries and special guests (invitation only)

The FT’s marketing campaign includes a global print and online advertising and a UK retail promotion. The creative, developed by DDB London, features a postcard with ‘outstanding views from Davos’, designed to encapsulate the different opinions that will be shared and discussed at the event.

The Banker’s special Davos issue features The Banker’s 2010 awards for best central bank governors and finance ministers of the year, a ranking of international financial centres and an article about regulatory reform written by Lloyd Blankfein, chairman of Goldman Sachs….”
