REPORT: Church attendance among Gen Z has quadrupled in the UK, reversing the trend of declining Christian affiliation.
Gen Zers, many of whom didn’t even grow up in the church, say Christianity is providing them with answers they can’t find anywhere else.
“In 2018, just 4% of 18–24-year-olds said that they attended church at least monthly. Today, says The Quiet Revival, this has risen to 16% with young men increasing from 4% to 21%, and young women from 3 to 12%,” Bible Society reported.
“On some metrics, this data says that young people are actually more likely to be weekly religious attendees than millennials are,” said former pastor Ryan Burge to Vox.

There is an excellent chance that we will not know what is done about it, just as we don’t know what is being done now. That’s the point that several people have been making here. The masses are clamoring to be given something, right now, but that is not always possible. And what they are demanding is not always feasible for excellent reasons. Some of those possible reasons have been enumerated here several times, but have been ignored.
This is not hopium. It’s a terrible reality and very possibly the perilous situation the Trump administration finds itself in for reasons outside of its control, reasons that are very possibly world-shaking.
I don’t think this is a conventional case, so as long as people are looking for conventional actions and solutions, they are going to be disappointed. I’m sorry that you will most likely fall into that category. We are powerless to fix the Epstein situation, which goes way beyond mere prosecutions for child trafficking, so having a list in hand will not solve it.

I’m torn on whether the doctor should have accepted the misdemeanor deal. He knowingly engaged in non-violent civil disobedience, for which one MUST be willing to accept punishment, and the 1 year sentence was, frankly, an excellent deal for forgery. It’s significant enough to be a badge of honor, but not stupid crazy like what they are doing to Tina Peters. I might have taken the deal and THEN a pardon by Trump!

OK, thanks! That helps me make sense of something. I was getting the distinct impression that Bondi was letting the trial go ahead, but was not fully engaged for the win. The journalist’s question that triggered the prosecutor makes me think they’re seeing the same thing – that Bondi is not truly backing it, but is on paper.
This is a TACTIC much like the limited hangout – a kind of limited support to let something “fail desirably”, rather than support it to an expensive and undesired win.
The tactic appears lazy, but it’s like letting kids suffer natural consequences as a stronger teacher than “helicopter mom”.

Whatever one thinks about the doctor’s actions, Bondi is being consistent in applying the law, which is exactly what this DOJ has said it would do. In doing so and by having Dr. Moore go to trial, she is facilitating a lot of negative publicity for the vax and negative facts to come out about it. The federal government and elected officials have been complicit as well. “Just doing my job” does not work. The Nazi soldiers sending the Jews to gas chambers were just doing their jobs as well. The Japanese medical community cruelly experimenting on POW’s in WW II were just doing their jobs. The Fauxi led soldiers delivering injuries and deaths with COVID and jabs are no different than them.
None of that means that we should ignore successful, proven medications and treatments while seeking providers who are truly interested in the well being of their patients. Some do exist. It just means “buyer beware” and do not blindly trust anything your physician or Big Pharm says without researching it first.

Any experiments that smell like Gain-of-Function, to Yours Truly, smell like the SARS-CoV-2 Gain-of-Function virus experiments at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and at the Baric Lab at UNC.
The claim regarding SARS-CoV-2 Gain-of-Function experiments was that these were not performed to “create a bioweapon.” Except that’s what happened.
There are also the Gain-of-Function experiments performed at the USDA Poultry Research Facility in Georgia on H5N1.
The claim regarding the H5N1 Gain-of-Function experiments was “we’re just finding out more about H5N1 and what it does.” Except that apparently “something” got “leaked” from that lab, with the result that H5N1 strains are spreading.

In which there is specific mention of “potential zoonotic transmission to humans.” Humans are mammals. The Abstract also specifically mentions that HPAI H5N1 in ferrets, “…which are a model for influenza A infection in humans.”
In reading the abstract (considering that, possibly, I’m a slow guy, too), I didn’t see that the Dutch scientists did any gain-of-function work. They isolated 3 existing strains of avian flu, 1 from a chicken and 2 others from a red fox. The strains appear to have been existing, not enhanced with any gain-of-function characteristics. So, I don’t see where Slay News came up with their “lab-created gain-of-function strain”.

Unless I missed something, the ferrets were injected with bird flu strains from both red fox isolates and poultry isolates. This, IMO, means Gain-of-Function.
I think gain-of-function means increasing the ability of the strain to do something that it doesn’t do well (like spread to humans) or be something more (like be 100% lethal to humans). In general terms gain-of-function means to genetically alter an organism to enhance its biological functions.
This team did not do any gain of function research. The red fox strain has clearly “gained function” to infect mammals – the question is when and where did that happen.
I really wouldn’t put it past any of those people to create a gain-of-function virus and inject it into an animal, only to “discover” that strain later and claim natural evolution.

The things that bother me are the mentions about the possibility of “zoonotic transmission to humans”, and the “ferret model of influenza A the is similar to humans” language. That’s what smells like GoF stuff to me—even if it’s not the “classic” type.
I suspect that the GoF was done in another lab – possibly in the US. Judy Mikovits was adamant that making any virus “catch” in a new species is AUTOMATICALLY “gain of function” – it’s just hidden under the arsonist alibi of “we’re trying to stop the fire”, not “we’re playing with matches in a petroleum refinery.”

Yes, and I’m suspicious that the details given might not be accurate. If there is a minute missing every night, then no one should be blamed. If that’s not the case and they’re blaming whoever is responsble for producing the video, I would think it would be lower level people than Bongino (although he might have been in charge). Or none of it could be true.
There may be a mismatch of security clearances here. As former SS, I would suspect that Bongino might be “in the loop” – but as a deputy, and a former media person / journalist, he may not be.

The public already knows what “really happened” in the top 3 scandals of today:
1. Epstein had a lot of wealthy friends for whom he acted as a pimp.
2. Comey, Brennan, & many others misused their positions to illegally spy on Trump & others & improperly prosecute people.
3. Biden’s people & Kamala Harris & her people & the media covered up that Biden was in cognitive free-fall in order to hold on to power. This also resulted in the Afghanistan withdrawal debacle, among other things.
We know these are what really happened because enough facts are publicly available already, we saw quite a bit of it with our own eyes, & we have working brains.
We don’t need the government to “officially” tell us these things. We already know them.
And more and more people in the middle are coming to understand that that is what actually happened. (The Left will not admit any of these realities until about 40 years from now, just like they now admit that Bill was a dog.)
But the federal government is not some Uber-umpire giving out definitive calls as to what happened. Especially when the time for criminal prosecutions has lapsed. Even in most past “scandals,” few people ever actually went to jail.
Stop looking to the feds to validate the reality that you already know & that time is in the process of confirming. You aren’t going to get it. That’s not how it works anyway. Never has been. You’re wanting something that is an illusion and never existed anyway.
And if you’re looking for “accountability” for any of that stuff from the feds, you’re not going to get that either, esp if what you really mean is punishment.

The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) of India has released a preliminary report confirming that both engine fuel control switches were inadvertently moved to “CUTOFF,” resulting in loss of thrust mid-air. Investigators are now focusing on crew actions, as no mechanical faults were found.”

Me: It is incorrect to say the two fuel control switches were INADVERTENTLY moved to “CUTOFF”, because it is not possible to do it by accident. As multiple pilots have explained on youtoob, they are designed to be impossible to ‘inadvertently’ activate the switches.
You have to use a thumb and finger to grasp the switch, pull it up over a detent, move the switch forward or backward (depending on whether you are switching it ‘on’ or ‘off’), and then put the switch back to the down position.
So it requires pull-up, move, push down (or the switch is spring-loaded, so it ‘retracts’ under spring tension).
The flight data recorder shows that first one switch was shut off, and a second later, the second switch was shut off.

With Scott’s A + B stories above A being The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) of India’s preliminary findings and B being Scotts run down on possible religious motive we can now move back to the very likely hood that the India government can not afford to blame Pakistan for the air disaster least the call of vengeance re-spark conflict between two nuclear powers and so after exhausting all the other mechanical theories they are now set to blame one of the pilots.
To succeed at blaming one of the pilots and not a sequestering of information as is I suspect the next step will be to find motive and Scott has already ruled out the religious motive unless it can be shown a sudden conversion had taken place. This leaves black mail, money incentive (possible insurance policy payout) or something like MK Ultra/hypnosis thing.
If none of those things can be proved then we get back to the red ball blue ball experiment above where the controller (India’s government manipulated the audience and simply lied to avoid a nuclear conflict.

– First, every single city of LA department has two weeks to create and implement a preparedness plan that tells city employees what to do, what their rights are, if federal agents come to any city building or facility state.
– Second, there’s going to be a new working group with lapd, the mayor’s office, and immigrants rights organizations, essentially to inform LAPD police officers on, on what to do and what’s really happening when they’re responding to immigration enforcement calls.
– Third, and this is a really big one, the city of LA is filing a Freedom of Information act request with the federal government. And essentially, what it is they’re asking the federal government, they’re essentially demanding, saying, you need to release every single name of every single person who has been detained here in the city of LA over the past month since these, since these raids all began. They’re asking for names, where these people are being held, why they were detained or arrested in the first place. They’re also asking for the federal government to release the policy of why so many of these agents have been seen wearing masks, essentially concealing their identity, and why many of them haven’t been making their identification clear. They’re either their badge or their ID card oftentimes, the mayor says has been concealed.
– The fourth thing, the city is going to work with their departments to better give out information in multiple languages to families who have been impacted by this, to families who have had a loved one taken or detained or deported.

My guess is that any “preparedness plan” will not be in alignment with federal law and will be a blueprint for avoiding ICE.

I think this happens all the time, actually. They control the release of news to manipulate the cycle.
I think it’s important to understand that everybody is trying to manipulate the news cycle right now – and in different ways.
When news came out earlier that Brennan and Comey were being grand-juried, all of this made sense.
Brennan and Comey are desperate, and they know things about Trump and Epstein that are very useful to attack Trump. Bondi is protecting Trump, largely because it’s her institutional duty to do so (I have to be vague). This is chess – getting Trump’s own pieces to pressure Bondi off her square is part of their game to get Trump.
