4) When aired on Fox Family, the part Hedley Lamaar is looking through a law book for ‘Land Snatch’ was altered: when Hedley get’s to the part of the book that says ‘See Snatch’ is changed to ‘See Property’.
5) These scenes were altered for TV viewing: When Bart asks Jim what he’d like to do, Jim’s response of “Play chess…Screw?” Was changed to: “Play chess…Saloon?”; A line of dialogue from Jim was altered to remove the word ‘pissant’; Jim’s line of “Little bastard shot me in the ass” was changed to “Little punk shot me in the you know.”; Racial slurs like “nigger” and “chink” were still intact.
6) On most TV prints, the song sung by the citizens of Rock Ridge in the church is censored at the end. In the original, they sing “Our town is turning into shit.” The TV version dubs an off-key organ chord sound effect over the offensive word.
7) One TV print shown on US network TV in the 1980s removed all sounds of belching and flatulence from the campfire beans sequence. As a result viewers watched the cowboys standing up and sitting down for no apparent reason.

Well, autism won’t be found to cause autism. The onset/diagnosis of autism comes too early. And it happens right after vaccination, most of the time, if people honestly report it.
That’s true for classic autism. They used to use the term PDD-NOS (Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified) aka “Atypical Autism” that can present later &/or differently. My son Josiah was labeled PDD-NOS by a behavioral pediatrician in his pre-school years but not as early as the straight autism diagnosis had he been “discovered” earlier.
We battled round & round with the school system on his “autism” with them never actually acknowledging this expansive area of his needs. He was a senior in HS, near the end of the school year, & he had been invited to “The Superintendent’s Dinner” as one of 3 students who was there for other than academic reasons. His “case manager” special ed teacher was there with him as his guest (though he’d been promised he could invite any school personnel, even a janitor, but when he requested his Para-Pro they made him take this teacher instead).
Anyway as the evening developed in a conversation with me this teacher admitted “of course he’s on The Spectrum” even though she Never Once went to bat in that arena the numerous times I was advocating for the Autisticly Impaired label to be included amongst the several special ed labels he “qualified for” (that technically drove services even though that was illegal & they were supposed to “identify & address” every need in the IEP regardless of labeling).
I was FURIOUS that this teacher, knowing my son was on The Autism Spectrum, absolutely refused to advocate for him in that domain for Four Years. He was illegally denied numerous legally mandated services and supports over virtually the entirety of his school age years 😡 Clearly it’s still a sore spot with me!

Personal sidebar, before my husband & I married we already used movie quotes as a bit of a short-hand communication style. Years later, when our special needs son, Josiah, who is on the autism spectrum (in addition to having many other medical challenges) was in early childhood he often communicated verbally & the majority of the time he was using some type of movie quoting…We used to just ignore what appeared to be rather meaningless babbling that he kept putting out–we just didn’t understand.
One doctor’s visit, years later, I believe the Lord gave me insight into my son. Usually he would verbally & physically disrupt any appointment we were having. He would become especially agitated when we discussed whatever his “problems” were, as they needed to be addressed in those visits. Anyway that AhHa moment hit & I wondered aloud if his movie-quoting was actually purposeful. What if he was expressing what he was thinking or feeling but just couldn’t do it directly as Josiah. Instead he would quote, for instance, Buzz Lightyear, & you had to be up on just what was happening to Buzz when he delivered the quoted line, because what Buzz said or felt was where Josiah was, but couldn’t just say on his own for himself.
When I threw that concept out in that medical conversation Josiah stopped squirming & stared me dead in the eyes (he had Major eye contact issues by that point) & his countenance said “Finally you get me!” I still get chills thinking about that time, for it was pretty revolutionary in how we as a family came to view & better understand Josiah. He wasn’t just babbling randomly at all, he was trying to reach out to us using character voices & situations. We spent years basically ignoring & marginalizing this special kid because we thought all that verbiage was just random autistic vocalizing but not purposeful. We have to still be very up on the context of the quoting to “understand” what he is/was trying to convey, but now he is much more able to speak in his own voice as himself. It’s still a trip to observe people who don’t know him well, nor have our specific entertainment repertoire for context, trying to make sense of the randomness swirling about 🙂 He’s actually become quite legendary for some of his siblings’ social groups in all that glorious quirkiness!!!

When I was a kid, we were regularly “wormed” with something. Adults fairly routinely took castor oil or cod liver oil, both of which can act as anti-parasitics.
I didn’t really notice until Covid and the controversy over ivermectin, but no pediatrician ever suggested an anti-parasitic for one of my kids, and no doctor has suggested one for me as an adult. Sometime in the 70’s-80’s, that stopped. I ask myself “why?”
I suspect that’s about the time somebody figured out that a whole lot of cancers, maybe early-onset Alzheimer’s, and a few other ailments were caused by parasites. It’s not good for the Pharmacological/Big Medicine/Big Money/Depopulation complex if we are curing ourselves before they can ensnare us.
As long as it’s available for horses, goats, and sheep (and it almost has to be; ranchers would revolt en masse if not), then I will be taking my “horse paste” on a fairly regular basis, just like Grandma choked down that cod liver oil.

“The duties of children and parents. (1-4) Of servants and masters. (5-9) All Christians are to put on spiritual armour against the enemies of their souls. (10-18) The apostle desires their prayers, and ends with his apostolic blessing. (19-24)
10-18 Spiritual strength and courage are needed for our spiritual warfare and suffering. Those who would prove themselves to have true grace, must aim at all grace; and put on the whole armour of God, which he prepares and bestows. The Christian armour is made to be worn; and there is no putting off our armour till we have done our warfare, and finished our course. The combat is not against human enemies, nor against our own corrupt nature only; we have to do with an enemy who has a thousand ways of beguiling unstable souls. The devils assault us in the things that belong to our souls, and labour to deface the heavenly image in our hearts. We must resolve by God’s grace, not to yield to Satan. Resist him, and he will flee. If we give way, he will get ground. If we distrust either our cause, or our Leader, or our armour, we give him advantage. The different parts of the armour of heavy-armed soldiers, who had to sustain the fiercest assaults of the enemy, are here described. Yes, there is a variation that worked well here.
Back in the spring, the little dog here had been sneezing and was not his usual lively self. When he didn’t even want to go for walks anymore, something was definitely up, and we visited the vet.
Tests were done, and the dog had some kind of infection, but appeared to be in reasonably good shape otherwise. Liver, kidneys, heart, were all in good shape. So he was prescribed a course of antibiotics, ten days, with one little pill in the morning and one in the evening.
The administration of this went as follows: take a cold hot-dog type sausage, cut five or so slices from the end, then stuff the pill into the middle one, line them all up in a hand and present that to the dog. He gobbled all the bits, pill and all.
This was so successful, that on the 11th day when there were no more pills, he just about asked about where the sausage had gone. So for another week or so he got the same five slices, now with no additional pill in them.
The medicine worked, he has been his happy self since then.

Some of those on the board here may recall Yours Truly’s postings regarding her 6-month, medically -supervised taper-down and wean-off from the LOW dose of paroxetine that she was put on for panic-anxiety. And that I’ve said many times that SSRI drugs (along with other psychotropic Rx drugs) are POISON to the patient’s body and mind. Thank the Almighty God that I was able to successfully complete the process and the drug was discontinued for me. However, MANY PEOPLE on SSRI drugs (or other psychotropic drugs) CANNOT COMPLETE the process — because their brain has been so compromised by the drug that the process of getting off it is too overwhelming. So they go back onto the drug — this is called “re-establishment” in the medical community. And they’re hooked.
The OTHER issue is, that EVEN IF a patient successfully completes the taper-down and wean-off process, the resulting “interior trauma” can be VERY tough to go through and resolve. ALSO, EVEN IF the patient successfully completes the process, the brain will STILL NEED MONTHS, perhaps even YEARS (if the dose of the drug had been on the “high” side during use) to “rewire” itself. I can testify that this is the case — it takes MONTHS after discontinuation of a Rx psychotropic drug for the brain to “rewire” itself.
And, it is IMPORTANT for the patient to have COUNSELING therapy during the taper-down and wean-off process, AND afterwards, when the drug has been discontinued for them (if the patient has successfully completed the process.)
Yours Truly witnessed what benzodiazapines did to my maternal grandmother, who was prescribed to take them after her husband (my maternal grandfather) passed away. Nana eventually lost touch with reality and then lost her mind.
Yours Truly witnessed what years of SSRI use did to my late husband, who was prescribed to take them after a bad fall in 2006, as a “precaution against potential depression.” It took almost 10 years, but eventually, these drugs undermined his ability think clearly. He fought like a lion against the side effects these SSRI drugs did to him.
Based on my own experience with paroxetine, I will testify to this fact:
If the patient’s body and mind is “signalling” what the medical community calls “side effects that may lessen over time” — OBEY what the body and mind are yelling —- which is, “STOP taking this drug! It’s making more problems!”
BUT — the situation is, if a person has been taking an SSRI (or other Rx psychotropic drug) for EVEN AS LITTLE AS TWO WEEKS, any taper-down and wean-off of the drug MUST be medically supervised. PERIOD.

IMO, Rx psychotropic drugs are POISON to the body and mind of the patient. There may be a need for these drugs in some people in order to “even out” their symptoms and get them started in counseling therapy— but I think the moment the patient is showing signs of calming improvement, they need to be tapered down and weaned off the drugs, under close medical supervision.
Thank you for this information. It makes me think the process of getting people off of those drugs is daunting. Many will not have the proper supervision and help, and many will not realize the need for it. Without supervision, they will not understand the essential rewiring process that you describe. So it looks like a way to alter a person’s psyche with slim chances of escaping from the effects—which is probably the overall goal for society.
My friend who failed at getting off of one tried for months and months. She described “brain storms” wherein she said it felt like electricity was shooting around in her brain. Horrifying. I hate pharmaceutical companies.

James Bubb, 27, who now identifies as a woman named Gwyn Samuels, was also found guilty of raping a woman he met online while posing as a 16-year-old girl.
The volunteer officer groomed one of his two victims online before sexually assaulting her when she was just 12 years old.
A trial at Amersham Law Courts heard the officer sexually assaulted the girl in public shortly before her 13th birthday and was forced to pull his trousers up after a dog walker went past him.
Jurors were told Bubb was violent towards the girl when he raped and sexually abused her in her early teens, with the victim telling police he choked and punched her.
On Thursday, in relation to one complainant, Bubb was found guilty of one count of raping a child under 13, one count of sexual activity with a child, one count of assault of a child under 13 by penetration, and one count of assault by penetration.
He was found not guilty of one count of rape and one count of sexual activity with a child in relation to that complainant, and found guilty of one count of rape against another complainant.
All charges took place between January 1, 2018, and April 2, 2024.
The court heard Bubb met his first victim on the chat roulette site Omegle in 2018 before meeting in person for the first time at a Christian festival a few months later.
The girl said the defendant looked ‘paranoid’ when he was with her, and she was being ‘hidden’ when they were in public together, telling police her festival colour-coded child wristband was clearly on show.
Bubb’s first victim also said the defendant spoke ‘a lot about the powers he had’ in his role with the Met as a special constable.

Day care records filed with the state indicate the operator has been licensed since 2016. There are no disciplinary actions taken against the child care operation or complaints. There are up to 14 children permitted in the program. How many might have been there Tuesday morning is not known.
The California Department of Social Services confirmed on Wednesday it’s investigating the day care.
According to Social Services online records, the day care was inspected in April of 2023. The evaluation indicates the licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working there must have a criminal background check.

Biden-appointed federal judge who defied a Supreme Court ruling earlier this month has been ‘randomly’ assigned to the (Biden-appointed) Lisa Cobb case, after the Federal Reserve Governor filed a lawsuit challenging her Monday firing by President Trump. Her complaint doesn’t deny the underlying allegations of mortgage fraud – and instead argues that she couldn’t have been fired ‘for cause’ over something that happened before she was confirmed to the Fed.
Cook also argues that claiming two houses as her ‘primary residence’ at the same time may have been a simple ‘clerical error.’
So, we’re supposed to believe that a Harvard graduate and ‘Top leading economist’ – who’s tasked with setting Fed policy – simply missed the ‘primary residence’ designation plastered all over the mortgage papers she signed?
Anyway, here’s the new judge, Jia Cobb, who will weigh in on the case.
Cobb recently defied the Supreme Court according to the Trump administration – after she continued to block the “expedited removal” of migrants despite a Supreme Court ruling that upheld the legality of such removals.
“Will they be summarily removed from a country that — as they are swept up at checkpoints and outside courtrooms, often by plainclothes officers without explanation or charges — may look to them more and more like the countries from which they tried to escape?” Cobb wrote in an 84-page decision against the deportation effort.
Cobb was also the judge in Jan. 6th defendant Ryan Samsel’s case. Samsel was notably the first rioter to charge across police lines. After he was found guilty, prosecutors wanted him to go away for 20 years, however his February sentencing was called off after President Trump issued a blanket pardon to all J6ers.
Now, the activist judge will decide at least the first step in Cook’s fate – which is sure to be appealed to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals by the losing party, after which we’re guessing it’s headed to the Supreme Court.

The ruling will be appealed AND ultimately be decided by the SC.
Thankfully there is plenty of time to get that done. Powell is going to lower the rates next month and that will ease the pressure temporarily. Then move her out, replace, and kick Powell to the curb.
Yep. Its one thing to lament the monetary cost of all these cases to the taxpayer IF once at the SC they are settled. But the rogue judges keep making asinine rulings in spite of the SC and the circuses continue.
Isn’t a clerical error something that is done by a clerk? And doesn’t the property owner fill out their own paperwork? Surely Lisa Cook doesn’t mean that a clerk changed the answers that she herself filled out on her forms. I doubt that making changes to the property owner’s answers would be possible without its being obvious. And if a clerk didn’t do it, I don’t know who else would be responsible besides Cook herself.
Or is Cook alleging that a clerk presented her with paperwork for “primary residence” when it should have been a different form? I don’t know, but my impression has been that it’s all on one form and that the property owner checks a box to indicate whether the residence is primary or not. (If anyone has info about this, please post it.)
Also, I wonder if it has happened, ever, that a clerk caused a form to indicate “primary residence” when that wasn’t the case. My impression has been that there are all kinds of laws that regulate these types of transactions that involve loans and interest rates, and that those who don’t strictly follow the law could be in trouble. So I don’t think these “clerical errors” are happening.

All right, so let’s solve the homeless problem already. Just break it down.
The biggest and most obvious problem is money, or lack thereof. Homeless people don’t have any means (job skills) to acquire money sufficient to sustain themselves.
So first they need nutritious food and shelter. That means something like college dorms with single rooms. And there must be rules. No drugs, no alcohol, no smoking indoors.
And everyone is SEGREGATED in every way imaginable.
Men are segregated from women (no co-ed dorms) to prevent sexual assaults or any other kind of sexual activity. Taxpayers aren’t paying for room and board so you can get laid.
Blacks are segregated from whites and Hispanics and Asians because blacks can’t get along with anybody. Not even themselves, but it’s not possible to segregate blacks from themselves.
People with criminal records are segregated from people without criminal records, because we don’t want non-criminals victimized by criminals, and we don’t want a situation where non-criminals learn how to be criminals from the people they live with.
islamic people are segregated from everybody else, because islamics can’t get along with anyone who isn’t islamic.
Homosexuals are segregated from heterosexuals.
Basically, everything since the Civil Rights movement began has to be UNDONE, because it is and always has been an unworkable utopian fantasy that has destroyed America.
So once all the warring factions are segregated from each other into their own tribes, to reduce chaos as much as possible, and everyone has nutritious food in their stomach three times a day and a roof over their head, then:
1) everybody gets blood tests and general health check-ups to address immediate and long-term health needs
2) everybody gets IQ tests (the old ones, not modern tests designed to defeat the purpose of the test)
3) everybody gets a mental health evaluation
4) everybody fills out a job history form
The people with mental health problems go to a facility of some sort for special care to address their needs.
Job counselors take the IQ test results and job histories to try to find employment opportunities that could result in sufficient income to eventually get back on their feet again.
This will fail to help 90%, but it’s worth doing to help the 10%.
90% either won’t have the IQ or the skills required or the prior experience or the discipline to reliably work a 40-hour work week, doing anything that would pay a living wage. Many of them have probably never done it before, and you can’t just put someone who has never run before on a treadmill that’s going 15mph.
The people who can work need to be taught basic money management skills, which won’t really matter much, because they won’t make enough to save or invest anything anyway.
Which brings us right back to the original problem — money, or more precisely, the lack thereof, and the associated problem, lack of any way to obtain the amount of money necessary to live, by legal means.
The average age of a first time homebuyer today is 56 years old.
It’s not because people aged 55 and younger don’t want their own home, it’s because nobody can afford anything in an environment where income rises around 3% per year, but inflation rises 14% per year, and this persists for 3 or 4 decades.
This leads to older people telling younger people to just pull themselves up by their boot straps while regaling the youngsters with stories about salad days and walking uphill in the snow, barefoot, both directions, to work on a chain gang breaking rocks and digging ditches for 50¢ a day. And they were glad to have it.
Because they don’t understand how the economics have changed.
They can understand intellectually, but they can’t understand experientially, because they don’t understand the reality if they don’t live it. Because they don’t have to. Because they have assets, and inflating assets are what has helped them ride the wave of inflation, instead of being buried by it.
And there aren’t many jobs for non-homeless people with worthless college degrees, much less homeless people without college degrees, huge gaps in their employment history and probably a drug habit and a criminal record.
And entry level jobs are being taken over by A.I.
In a few more years, A.I. will have all the entry level jobs and will be taking the white collar and management jobs too.
A system like the one we have now barely allows for young people to get their foot in the door, much less homeless people with little or no education and minimal work experience.
So you end up with a permanent class of people who cannot survive without public assistance, and their lives are so miserable that they end up going back to all their old vices, seeking relief from the misery and hopelessness of their existence.
And nobody has an answer to that problem, because there isn’t one.
And the debt just keeps rising, which means the fiat currency debasement keeps getting worse, which forces those who have money to put it in the stock markets to try to keep up with inflation, which causes the stock markets to get ludicrously overvalued, which at some point leads to a crash, and then everybody’s screwed.
This is the American dream.
Welcome to it.
Unless you’re an alien invader.
Then you get put up at the Ritz Carlton, you sign up for social security under multiple SSNs, sign up for disability under more fake SSNs, you draw unemployment benefits from multiple states, you have an endless supply of EBT cards so you can buy steak and lobster at the grocery while the Americans who actually have jobs buy Ramen noodles, you run every kind of criminal enterprise imaginable because the law doesn’t apply to you, and your whole extended family works together in the family business(s), looking out for one another, instead of pushing their children out the door at 18 to be wage slaves to employers who could literally care less about them or their future, and treat them that way.
So, should be a pretty easy problem to fix, all things considered 👍
As I said earlier, the problem WAS SOLVED back in the 1950s. Counties had POOR FARMS where the sane vagrants were put and WORKED to feed themselves.
Of course the Progressives SCREAMED it was horrible to actually expect these vagrants to ACTUALLY WORK, that was SLAVERY!!! So counties had to hire workers while the vagrants sat on their asses. At that point the counties decided it was too expensive and sold off the farms.
All good points, but there has to be a viable path to financial independence and success.
You can’t sell the American Dream to everyone on earth, and then have people born in America whose only reward for work is to put enough food in their mouths to work one more day.
It’s insanely cruel.
They’d be better off putting a gun in their mouth, or they end up taking drugs to momentarily escape the hopelessness.
And that’s what most people eventually choose to do, when there is no legitimate hope of ever getting ahead.
If anybody really studied history anymore, they would understand that the “American Dream” was freedom. Freedom to worship as one wished, mainly. But freedom to do what one wanted to, without being beholden to a master. And to some degree, early Americans could have that. But in many cases, not so much.

It used to be that if you were a vagrant in the Colonies or early America, you would be hauled into court and your “labor” would be sold to someone for the cost to them of your room and board for a time. I’ve read the cases. If you were a vagrant after your term of servitude, you would be “sold” again by the court. Unless you fled the jurisdiction, this just continued.
If you had a pregnancy out of wedlock, you were hauled into court for bastardy, and expected to name the father. I have an ancestor who I am convinced molested his daughters, as they both ended up in court in bastardy cases, and refused to name the parent of their child. Both girls eventually married, and their illegitimate children were “given” as apprentices to their (father) grandfather.
There were many, many laws that were enforced that we would not think to tolerate today. As another example, if a man died with under-aged children, they could be “assigned” a male guardian to be responsible for their inheritance. Their mother could not be. Most children found that most of their money was gone in “fees and expenses” by the time they were of age.

More average people involved in the process working to keep the elections clean in their areas and states while pushing conservatives across the lines starting 25 years ago would have helped.
The states that did it – Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee, etc. know what I am talking about. They all had Dems running things a lot back then. Over 10-15 years with a strong effort the Dems were rooted out of any control. Others like Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Ohio, etc. started 10 years or so later, but appear to have made the turn. Reading this, I have a theory about what caused this freak to choose the target he did.
What if he told his sick weirdo mother (who signed off on his name change and clearly supported him transing himself) that he wanted to DE-TRANSITION. What if mom freaked out? What if she “retired” from her job because of him becoming trans in the first place? The timing on that seems about right. Maybe, but I don’t see how she would need a criminal defense lawyer. It’s not illegal to help your child become “trans.”
It is immoral however! 
She may have “helped” him buy the guns before he had his “change of heart.”

Today President Trump issued a momentous new Executive Order “Making Federal Architecture Great Again.” The directive states that there must be a preference for classical and traditional architecture when the government is choosing designs for federal buildings. The Order is strongest regarding Washington, D.C., requiring that new federal buildings there be classical.
The EO also amends the 1962 Guiding Principles for Federal Architecture, which de facto made Modernism official.
To quote The New York Times:
The new guidelines will affect several federal projects, according to Justin Shubow, president of @civicartsociety, a nonprofit that helped draft the executive order…
“For too long, federal architecture has been in a dismal state,” Shubow said in a statement that refers to Mr. Trump. “Recognizing the public’s disdain of our more recent government buildings, he is ensuring that new edifices will be beautiful, dignified, and admired by the common person. Federal buildings will be once again noble symbols of our democracy.”

Is anyone unable to see comments at breitbart? I go click to see, it opens the comments page then nothing comes up.
It probably depends on what browser you’re using.
It’s not terribly unusual for me to not be able to see comments, because my regular browsers are armored-up.
Huh. This is new, but im using the samsung browser.
Like everyone else, they update their software.
And i went, there was an updated version. I updated, restarted, and bb still doesnt have comments. I even checked using Chrome. So dang it.
I just checked, and I am able to see comments on at least one story.
Ok. Ive never had this happen.
giloo, I just went over and tested both their main headline report and a couple of their secondary articles.
I scrolled down below the articles to the Blue Box that gives the # of comments available.
I clicked on the blue box and on the screen that comes up, I scrolled down until the comments become available….
I have a feeling you’re probably just missing that last step…..:0) Hope that helps.

Just as an FYI, I got reconnected to my old tabs by sticking my old HD into this system with used chewing gum. I just set it up to sort itself out into a nice logical spot when rebooted, but it will take a couple of minutes to get browsers hooked-up right.

For those of a technical bent, you can use “mount” to stick anything anywhere as whatever. If you have a directory “fruits”, with subdirectories “a” and “b”, you can mount a hard disk with a directory called “plantains” squitched into directory “b” as “bananas”. You can also squitch “plantains” into directory “a” as “not an apple”. But when you turn off the system, all the mounts go away.
There is a file at /etc/fstab which has all your regular mounts that will initialize on each new reboot.
I squitched the old Mozilla info into the new Mozilla place using mount, then used links to make believe it was correct…….but just went back and put it where I should have using fstab.
