A Caution
Just remember…we might replace the RINO candidates. (Or we might not. The record is mixed even though there is more MAGA than there used to be.) But that will make no difference in the long run if the party officials, basically the Rhonna McDaniels (or however that’s spelled–I suspect it’s RINO), don’t get replaced.
State party chairs, vice chairs, secretaries and so on, and the same at county levels, have huge influence on who ultimately gets nominated, and if these party wheelhorses are RINOs, they will work tirelessly to put their own pukey people on the ballot. In fact I’d not be surprised if some of our “MAGA” candidates are in fact, RINO plants, encouraged to run by the RINO party leadership when they realized that Lyn Cheney (and her ilk) were hopelessly compromised as effective candidates. The best way for them to deal with the opposition, of course, is to run it themselves.

Anybody who deals in commercial real estate knows how special purpose properties are valued by appraisers/appraisals. As I stated when it all happened, I can assure everybody with 100% confidence that the lenders to PDT knew FIRREA (a Fed appraisal act from 1996 and as subsequently amended). If you want a lending related job in commercial real estate you are required to know and adhere to FIRREA or you will not have a job.

I was qualified to internally appraise commercial real estate by my banking and commercial mortgage employers back in the late 1980’s. There are likely no legitimate sales comps for Mar-a-Lago in the region it is located. It is a unique property. The only possible comps would be located in various high end regions around the country, which would have little bearing on a value in South FL. As a result a Market (sales comps) comparison approach would not be emphasized. The Income and Cost Approaches to value would be more accurate. The large corporate lenders involved in the financing would be well aware. In this case they agreed with PDT and company. Which tells me they saw the income stream of the subject property/business as well as the overall Trump enterprises. They judged them accurately portrayed in audited financial statements and tax returns.
Special Purpose Properties generally need businesses attached to them to determine their values. Some may have residential features that make the appraisal more complex. That aspect would be isolated and analyzed separately in the report, but added to the total property valuation.
There is such a thing as Guarantor dependent financing. It is quite common and tightly regulated/reviewed by bank examiners. Those are made when the Guarantor – Donald J. Trump in this case – has sufficient income and/or assets unrelated to the subject loan request to repay requested financing without dependence on the subject property/business operation.
In this case that may or may not have been what the lenders did – I am just suggesting that it is highly likely the other successful businesses in the Trump org had that capacity. The lenders would definitely know that and structure the financing accordingly with guarantees from those other businesses. James and Idgit Judge would also have cause to know that, it would be in the loan documents, even if they did not because they are useful pawns of traitors.
It seems the lenders did their jobs well as PDT and his org repaid the financing as agreed. So – no victim of an alleged crime because there was no crime or wrong doing. James and Idgit Judge would know that.
Using the tax valuation would be ludicrous and James and Idgit Judge knew that. Tax valuations are not done the same way and are frequently skewed due to the economic value the property/related business may have for the governing authority doing the taxing. James and Idgit Judge knew that. NYC is filled with those type situations – many due to corrupt political and business associations. James and Idgit Judge knew that as well. As did I since my small business financing operation from BIMD made commercial loans in all 50 states. We hated the corruption associated with lending in NY and avoided doing so whenever possible.
Everything that happened in this travesty of justice (as well as many others) was corrupt and treasonous as it was an attempt to illegally stop a candidate for the highest office in the land from being elected as well as create issues after his election. This is where we see some of the underwater iceberg in the young, where the only part of the iceberg above water is myocarditis. You can bet that a lot of these young people will eventually die of heart attacks in their 30s, 40s and 50s. The damage is done, but it’s silent damage.

@CrackerBarrel has gone fully woke and now it’s time to expose everything.
Here’s the highlights you need to know:
• Cracker Barrel has funded “all ages” Pride events for many years like Nashville Pride and Third River City Pride.
• Cracker Barrel worked with the far left HRC organization and reportedly sponsored HRC events for 10 years. They even brought an HRC representative to their Tennessee HQ to do a pronoun and transgenderism training. We’ve included photos of this in the video. As a reminder, the HRC supports child sex changes and men in women’s bathrooms. They work to normalize/legalize both things and they work to force transgenderism in the workplace.
• Cracker Barrel worked with a group called Conexión Américas as part of their DEI efforts. This group helps illegal immigrants, providing them lawyers and the executive director opposes President Trump’s deportations.
• Cracker Barrel sponsored the Out & Equal LGBTQ Workplace Advocate Conference and presented a workshop on how Cracker Barrel has made progress supporting LGBTQ+ causes. This group works to push sexual topics and pronouns into the workplace.
• Cracker Barrel was awarded Out & Equal’s 2018 top LGBT ERG group award and they won the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce “Corporate Diversity” award.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

Several alert readers sought my thoughts about the Intel play. The Times reported the story yesterday under the headline, “Intel Agrees to Sell U.S. a 10% Stake in Its Business.” It’s historic and nearly unprecedented. Is this socialism? Textbook fascism? What?
Several alert readers sought my thoughts about the Intel play. The Times reported the story yesterday under the headline, “Intel Agrees to Sell U.S. a 10% Stake in Its Business.” It’s historic and nearly unprecedented. Is this socialism? Textbook fascism? What?
Intel’s woes have been brewing for over a decade. It stumbled in the 2010’s, failing to produce smartphone chips, outpaced by more nimble foreign competitors. In 2015, it launched a massive, $300 million DEI initiative, which didn’t help any. Last year, it posted record losses ($18.8 billion) and was delisted from the Dow, insultingly replaced by Taiwan-affiliated gaming chipmaker NVIDIA (now the world’s AI leader).
Despite all that, Intel is still one of the only fully U.S.-headquartered and sourced firms with the capacity to design and manufacture advanced chips here. That makes it a strategic choke-point. The NSA and DoD simply cannot operate without trusted silicon.
The wandering tale of how Intel stock found its way into the national treasury began last year, when Biden agreed to gift Intel with an $8 billion grant, essentially a bailout, though nobody dared call it that. Free money. Your tax dollars, at work, for someone else.
The chipmaker had only gotten $2 billion before Trump took over. He immediately put the remaining $6 billion in grants on hold. In June, Intel sued for its next installment. This deal was the result. In short, Trump said fine, we’ll give you the money, but American taxpayers get a piece of the action— a big piece.
Also, as part of the deal, Intel had to fire its new CEO, Lip-Bu Tan, who has deep ties to China (sitting on the boards of many Chinese tech companies). Two weeks ago, Trump called for him to quit. (“The CEO of Intel is highly conflicted and must resign, immediately. There is no other solution to this problem.”)
Tan is gone. TAW.
The simple version is that Trump saved Intel to protect American national security interests, and he also secured Biden’s “free” grant commitment with Intel stock. That’s unprecedented. Even the GM bailout, equally historic, only saw the US become the automaker’s temporary majority owner. (We later liquidated our position for an $11 billion loss. Great job.)
Since this long-term stake is unprecedented, many questions remain. Is Intel now “too big to fail?” Will competitors get a fair shake in bids for large US contracts if Intel is involved? Will this move quell or even destroy fair competition, discouraging other chipmaking entrepreneurs from even trying?
Those are all fair questions. As for me, I’m not sure how I feel about it. At the time, I vigorously opposed the GM bailout because of the US’s direct involvement, and swore never to buy another GM product. (I broke that promise two years ago, under duress, when we got a Tahoe. It was the best value for money. Competing priorities. What can I say? It was Michelle’s fault.)
This isn’t socialism. Bailouts are socialism. It’s not capitalism, either. It’s more like shareholder nationalism— Washington taking an equity cut of a strategic company instead of just regulating it or bailing it out. A distressed but critical manufacturer got the money to stay in business, but this time, American taxpayers get to enjoy the benefits.
Like much of what Trump does, the move is disruptive — and, in hindsight, maybe will seem obvious. He just rewrote the rules for government bailouts, resetting the old incentive structure. Companies can no longer think only in terms of lobbying costs. The question now is whether this shift will fundamentally transform the bailout landscape: will big corporations continue begging for government handouts, if they know it will mean giving up a big chunk of their stock?
These questions also remain unanswered, for now.
The bottom line is that we’ll just have to wait and see how this plays out. I’m certainly against bailouts, but this isn’t a bailout; and I can certainly recognize that Intel is a key American company at a critical moment when computer chips seem to be the single most important manufactured good on Planet Earth. If we can’t completely trust foreign chips —and we can’t— then we need our own.

Yes, an excellent article, that I saw as X posts earlier (thanks to TradeBait for posting a link to that). I don’t let the diss of “trust the [deniable] plan” bother me. Sundance starts off giving our side a few wake-up slaps, and then serves friendlier coffee. Good by me. As I told SD, I love Vance, but I end up in the same place, in my thinking. We need to keep the masters of power guessing, and the future of freedom FLEXIBLE.

The angle SD uses is off. He leaves many details out of the early years adding to his innuendo and story. He needs to skip his focus to the important part about rubbing elbows with tech elites.
SD likes his silos – that nobody talks to or confides to anybody else outside of the silo he envisions. JD must be in one with Thiel and Schmidt in SD’s mind. So he wants to have an inflection point being when JD is 28-29 years old. OK – seems a bit random. Does SD not believe JD served in the Marines in Iraq, graduated from OSU in three years, completed Yale Law school by that age – that is was all laid out for JD as their boy?
Yet, PDT endorsed their boy’s run for Senate and made him his VP.
Thiel and Schmidt are probably providing input to JD into the future of tech and other areas. They know the game inside and out and are chatting him up to gain a leg up. JD is listening, asking questions, formulating ideas/plans. He is probably directing them toward what is in PDT’s long term plans and the government/military’s focus. Is that not what the #2 and possible future #1 should do? Is that not what PDT did all those years before running for #45?
I’m not warm and fuzzy on everything with Vance. I’m not with PDT, why would I be with Vance? There are criminals and traitors running around free everywhere – no charges, no convictions. The COVID/jab/children genocide continues. But I have learned to trust what is actually done and realize that we, including SD, do not have access to the information they do.

I don’t know how much influence this organization has, but I doubt that the entire Dem base is going to abide by these strictures. That would mean no longer categorizing people, which is so important to them. It’s not just about the terminology; it’s about the attitude behind it.
Third Way is “Clinton-centric” and may also be behind the “return to Bill Clinton” BS that Morning Joe and Mark Herptile were pushing.
