20200329: CoronaCRISIS/ China Virus Daily Thread

For the time being, given our national emergency, we are switching to DAILY COVID-19/China Virus threads instead of weekly threads. Your comments and updates are most welcome. PLEASE continue to post your valuable information, hard source links, and local observations within these Daily Threads. Additionally, we will try to include links to government and official pressers, so those who no longer have cable can remain informed.

Transcript found at: https://publicpool.kinja.com/subject-remarks-by-president-trump-in-a-meeting-with-s-1842549869

We’ll get through this crisis, together. As a group, there is probably no one better prepared than we are.

For our newcomers: The Q Tree community has been diligent in covering the threat of Coronavirus, COVID19, Wuhan FLU. We started accumulating information about this virus in mid-late January, in what became almost weekly threads. We’ve been weeks, if not months, ahead of MSM outlets to vet rumors and other medical papers, etc.

Primary Update Links:

In our past weekly threads, we assembled information on the following:

  • Primary update links. The dashboard from Johns Hopkins which counts “official” cases all over the world, the CDC, and WHO, and includes the links for our past threads.
  • Hard Data Medical Information- Explanation about testing, reliance on China for drugs, analysis of NE Journal of Medicine results and other published papers.
  • Vaccine and theraputics (new/old drugs to alleviate symptoms) news and updates
  • Trump Administration response (the timeline and links to various agencies)
  • China Responses, timelines, research, attempt to cover actions, or secrecy in results discovered.
  • An aggregate of info/responses from other countries, listed by country.
  • Economic impact from around the world. A change in economic activity will indicate a “return to normal”.
  • Speculation/debunking on how the virus started
  • Media Bias, political response, and debunking section, like the article from AP News, overt bias from Politico, inflammatory headlines, etc.
  • Other medical info to boost immune system, herbal remedies, ways to keep your house clean and NOT spread the virus to others. Excellent information to incorporate into daily lifestyle.
  • Hard links for OTHER valuable sources/blogs and a brief sentence or two about what they provide
  • Other news items

Our weekly updates. timelines, collection of valuable information, can be found here:

Please try to keep your sense of humor during this National Emergency, and remember, patience is a virtue.

Love to all!

The networks are crazy of they don’t air these press conferences. Great stuff we learn from them.

MAGA Mom

Remember to focus on realistic scenario predictions not worst case. media will focus on worst case.
Focusing on realistic case is Not “fear porn” – it is what we need to do.
GM has straightened up and is working well.
Discusses the broken testing system that now has been completely revamped and is already working and will be in place for future outbreaks

MAGA Mom

reporter – why FL getting what they ask for from Fed gov but not RI…why has florida received so much?
they have been very aggressive and proactive is reply
Seem like she is fishing for FL as favorited status
building hospitals in Louisiana and NJ

MAGA Mom

He wants to go to the opening of the hospital in NY but all advise against it for obvious reasons.

GA/FL

President Trump is – speaking from the heart and coming across as genuine, caring, concerned !!!

GA/FL

I love that he has NO FEAR of the press and doesn’t make decisions on the basis of polls or possible criticism!
He makes decisions on the basis of what is right, true, good for the people.

MAGA Mom

Info re: counties as hot spots and states as hot spots
CDC testing didn’t work – was already the system
Re: Tuesday’s guidelines and April 30th
answer: Hopes it doesn’t have to go past April 30th, better to be cautious

Volgarian8301

Interesting answer on closed restaurants….celebrity chefs…all gone in 1 day due to the invisible enemy, the scourge….🤔

michaelh

“And that’s why people aren’t watching CNN much”

michaelh

“And that’s why CNN are not trusted anymore… they’re not trusted. They’re FAKE NEWS. Remember that.”

scott467

“They’re FAKE NEWS. Remember that.””
______________
Then the CNN guy says “No we’re not”, and DJT says “Yes you are” 😂

michaelh

Funny, POTUS has slightly more authority than the CNN guy does.

CNN IS FAKE FUCKING NEWS!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
OMG, I wanted to punch that guy!!
THESE IDIOTS TODAY!!!!🤬🤬🤬

God Bless President Trump, I don’t know how he does it!! At least I’m smart enough not to throw things at my TV!!

GA/FL

FIREWORKS – with CNN!!! Hee-hee!

wolfmoon1776

“NOT TRUSTED!”

BOOM!!!

Plain Jane

DH kept laughing and knee slapping with every one of PT’s sentences at that point.

MAGA Mom

He has been working to prevent the original 2.2 million deaths and knows that was brought down by closing travel and mitigation. This is Why he has had us do what he has asked us to do.
It has been serious – talking about the seriousness is not “fear porn”.
Knowing that our mitigation/actions/shut down is NOT about today’s #s but about where this was sign is not “fear porn” … it is the Exact same reality in which President Trump has been working and Pence and the entire team have been working to prevent the large #s.
This is still a serious situation – Trust Trump
Talking about tiding people over for through these next weeks.
the fear porn is always taking the worse case situation and blaming President Trump, politicizing it, etc.
MSM is fake news when they take worse case scenario…but that does not mean the opposite is true
Fake news is often wrong about the virus but that does NOT mean that the virus was therefore the opposite of fake news meaning not serious at all. Reality is not fear porn.
Trust Trump. Stay home. Support the shut down.

kalbokalbs

Not excited about 30 April. Sure glad I don’t like in a big city area…
But NOT a big deal for my world. The desert is a big playground of sorts. Unless I really am dense, no ChiCom-19 in the desert. Minimal concern is topping off fresh fruit, vegetables and groceries every four or five days. Then it is sanitizing wipes and gloves. Followed by a hot shower and launder clothes.
Thankful so many here shared great insights and knowledge.

MAGA Mom

Trust me, I am not happy about it … but neither am I surprised.
Surge of patients is Coming to our hospitals. Pray. Pray of wisdom, pray to slow the spread, pray those meds are used and get widespread acceptance and use
I am actually encouraged because the mitigation/shut down/social distancing has Worked and slowed the spread and lessened the projected deaths and infection rates + gave fed/state govs + healthcare industry time to prepare
I am also encouraged because the end is in sight v. 3-4 months. Worst is coming and then it gets better from there

pgroup

POTUS just called WA gov Inslee a nasty man and I don’t call him. Instead I make Pence call him.”
OMG! I jumped up going yes yes and laughing myself silly. He call out my idiot governor on national TV.
Thank you, Lord, for blessing us.

Sylvia Avery

I enjoyed that every bit as much as you, pgroup. We know he’s a nasty f*** but the rest of the world has been blissfully ignorant. Now others are learning!

pgroup

I love that he also called him a failed presidential candidate. So sweet to my ears.
I’m still smiling.

Sylvia Avery

Yeah, I know!!!! 😊😊😊

Alison

Hey Toots 💖💖 So glad to hear you’re kicking the Corona-Crap. What a shock to hear you tested positive. Just know you are always in my prayers and my daily thoughts. Love you 🤓

Sylvia Avery

Thanks Alison. I nearly kicked it then relapsed. But I’m going to be fine. Specially with your prayers.

Alison

Ok. Am worried about you ❤️ Will check in later this week via email.

Sylvia Avery

I’m on the road to recovery again, Alison. I am going to beat this.

Alison

I love you so much 💖 Let me know if you need anything. I have lots of Vit C and zinc I can ship you if that’s not available. I wish I had the hydroxychloroquine and zpak for you ❤️

Sylvia Avery

TY Alison! Love you, too!!! I really stocked up on Vitamin C and zinc while I still could easily, so I’m in good shape! Smuchas!!!!

When they don’t want the President of the United States to have a voice, you’re not talking about Democracy any longer.

^^^ B I N G O !

NYGuy

Wow..first time I have really seen Pres Trump get angry. He is steaming.

SteveInCO

The exchange with CNN about the governor of Washington, or something else?

scott467

Talking about body bags and freezer trucks… if they would SHOW this, more people would take the Chinese virus seriously.

Volgarian8301

Reverse psychology….? They will go looking for it now to prove him wrong

kalbokalbs

Only folks with cell phones would expose it.
Faux MCM intentionally ignores anything positive for President Trump. Will never pursue the “apparant” exorbitant face mask demand by NY hospitals.

Volgarian8301

People with cell phones are starting to post empty hospital parking lots, no lines for testing etc already. I’ve said all along there’s a lot going on behind the scenes. We see these climbing numbers, but no “on site” reports to back it up.

kalbokalbs

Las Vegas ER type that frequents gun blog I do, over the five years I’ve frequented the blog, always level headed, logical…
He reports ChiCom-19 is in his hospital. Did not ask which one, details… Numbers increasing. He doesn’t play up or down the numbers reported. Only ChiCom-19 numbers are going to get worse, before it gets better. Clark County (Vegas area) ~450 positives.
Thankfully I don’t know anyone infected with ChiCom-19.

Volgarian8301

Now that sounds like helpful info

Buzzfeed has a National Enquirer type article out complete with pic of 8-9 body bags in an 18 wheeler taken by a NY nurse. SMDH

GA/FL

THAT WAS AMAZING – We have a wonderful man as our President and a wonderful man as our Vice President!!!
After Ø and Biden – and the threat of Hillrotten – O.M.G – it is such a relief!!!!!

MAGA Mom

Just gave the US some bad news
even if expected hard to take…but the end is in sight
and yet was overall upbeat, focusing on accomplishments (tremendous and at Trump speed!) and private/gov partnerships
ended on unity and touching last sentence – that he is Proud to be our POTUS. Really meaningful ending.
fun seeing the press get knocked down several pegs.
Overall, good press conference

SteveInCO

When this started, the end was two weeks away.
After the first week, another two weeks was tacked on, and now it was three weeks away.
It’s now over four weeks away.
This will get worse before it gets better, unfortunately.
However, I *do* think it will get better, and the more precautions people take, the sooner it will happen.
(Friday, I ran into a lot of people in real life who clearly don’t take this seriously.)

MAGA Mom

yes, initially general guidelines from POTUS to states and people.
Then we started “15 days to slow the spread/flatten the curve” – but I didn’t think that was supposed to be “only” 15 days. Thought at 15 days guidelines would come out for various conditions – area hard it then 1 set of guidelines, few cases another set of guidelines.
However, as soon as he said he “hoped” it would be Easter I knew he was
1) turning the focus off of the end of the 15 days which is Monday (notice, No one has been talking about the end of the 15 days since he said Easter)
2) gently resetting our expectations
3) laying the ground work that it probably was going to be Easter…that was his “hope” if we all stayed home, meds worked instantly, etc. Easter was best case.
And now he has let us know it will be April 30….but he did say “at least” and “hope”. Nothing is set in stone because it is just unknown.
Remember the worst case scenarios are 10 weeks, 12 weeks, 4 – 6 months, etc.
But 30 days is a solid hope…and then gradually get back to normal depending on local conditions. But it is a hope – not a deadline or a promise. I am hopeful – esp. with meds showing so much promise and incredible results.
How well we slow the spread, how the meds start to work, etc. – just so many unknowns.
And then you have foolish people like the spring breakers and the NYC residents who can’t seem to catch on to what “stay home” means. Frustrating because it affects the entire country if they drive up numbers and drain resources from the rest of us + prolong what we are all going through.
https://twitchy.com/gregp-3534/2020/03/29/infuriating-video-from-queens-ny-the-epicenter-of-covid-19-in-the-u-s-shows-some-new-yorkers-yet-to-master-social-distancing/

SteveInCO

Yep, I’ve seen that attitude a bit here–it’s not universal by any means.
When I left the lobby of the post office (three people at a time, please!) I practically had to walk over people who were bunched up at the door.
At least, at Trader Joe’s, people stood in line a good 15 feet from the door, and 6-8 feet apart. And people left by a different door than they entered.

scott467

Why don’t they just give everyone the anti-malarial drug as a ‘prophylactic’, like you would if there was an outbreak of malaria (or as they would if you were traveling to someplace where malaria is prevalent), since the drug is apparently cheap, plentiful and effective — for both malaria AND Chinese virus?
Wouldn’t that essentially inoculate everyone?
Wouldn’t that be better than treating people AFTER they get sick?
Wouldn’t that be exponentially cheaper than building hospitals and mobilizing industry over and above WWII levels and putting the world’s largest economy on stand-down for 2+ months?

scott467

“And then you have foolish people like the spring breakers and the NYC residents who can’t seem to catch on to what “stay home” means. Frustrating because it affects the entire country if they drive up numbers and drain resources from the rest of us + prolong what we are all going through.”
______________
There is a significant percentage of the population that is essentially lawless, and these people congregate (or gestate) primarily in large, blue, democrat-run cities. They’re democrats.
Their lawlessness affects the entire country in all the ways you mentioned (and many more), all the time.
It’s just more noticeable now because unlike usual, our attention is being drawn to it.

scott467

Dr. Pieczenik is back after a month plus silence. Apparently he had a severe case of Chinese virus, self-treated, and he’s fine now.
……………………….
Dr. Pieczenik: “January 2020 will be remembered as the ‘month of infamy’. What do I mean? On January 14th and 15th I developed a severe corona virus pneumonia. As a result of that I took Zithromax and treated myself at 2,000 mg a day for a week.”
………………………..
He goes on to claim that the entire central northern part of Florida hadalready been exposed early on, and blames the CDC, and says Tony Fauchi (Hillary lover) and the Scarf-Lady (Dr. Birx) have zero experience leading a fight against a pandemic, and they’ve screwed up royally.

I never know what to make of Dr. Pieczenik, and considering his background, it’s impossible to know what his purposes and motives are.
But he’s usually entertaining 😁

MAGA Mom

And yes, it will get worse, as in many more cases, before it gets better. this is a fact and a known future. slowing it and prepping + new meds…avoiding large #s of cases and avoiding overloading our hospitals with the coming surge in the next 2-7 weeks.
but we can do this, get through and come out stronger on the other side
(Peak of cases diagnosed is not the peak of hospitalizations and hospital stays have been long so that will take some weeks past surge to work its way through & out…this is why I pray for the meds to be widely used as they are shortening the hospital stays – HUGE! & saving lives.)
PS: this is not “fear mongering” … it is simply fact that the cases load & hospitalizations are growing and the peak is yet to come so there for it will get worse before it gets better.

SteveInCO

To your PS: *I* understand where you are coming from.
One must ACCURATELY understand a problem before one can take steps to correct it. Tearing at people who are refusing to be pollyannas is downright foolish.

bakocarl

“meds to be widely used” I’m really looking close to find some heavy duty distribution and use info. Something like “This morning at Very Large WuFlu Hospital, every admitted patient who agreed (97%) was started on a HCQ, ZPak and Zinc protocol.

Gail Combs

REMEMBER the test with over 1000 patients using the Trump Protocol. ( Hydroxychloroquine + Azithromycin) started a couple days ago. If this is true:comment image
Then we should have preliminary results by the end of this week. If president Trump lights a fire under the FDA’s butt the Trump Protocol may have at least provisional approval by EASTER!

SteveInCO

One can hope.

Looking ahead to when this is over:
Anyone want to guess as to permanent cultural (as opposed to purely political) changes?
Will shaking hand fall out of favor?
Will people who show up for work with an obvious head cold be criticized for it?
Any others?

Deplorable Patriot

Sadie Slays

Mainstream media is already claiming that social distancing will be a permanent thing. Of course they’re going to push that because keeping the public alienated and socially atomized is in the cabal’s best interest.

Sadie Slays

And that’s the main reason why I refuse to have my daily life and rights socially engineered away. Folks, they aren’t going to magically stop with this garbage whenever the virus is declared over.

wolfmoon1776

Yup. You called it. The cabal had a plan. And one of the best ways to fight it is to call it out.

scott467

“Mainstream media is already claiming that social distancing will be a permanent thing.”
_______________
They’re wrong.
Comically, tragically, myopically wrong.
Even if everybody WANTED to radically change their behavior (and nobody does), most people couldn’t, and wouldn’t, even if they tried.
People are creatures of habit, and a lot of our ‘social’ activity is based on cultural ‘norms’ (e.g., shaking hands), and these aren’t just North American ‘norms’, many of them are HUMAN ‘norms’.
Only subversive Leftists and fantasists would think of or attempt to upend such a broad segment of normal human behavior.
They act like there’s never been a contagious illness before.
Did people stop shaking hands or getting within 6 feet of each other after the Bubonic Plague in the 1300s?
No.
And people managed somehow to survive. More people than ever before.
Did people practice all this Progressive-Leftist fantasy behavior after the Spanish flu epidemic of 1918 up until 2020?
No.
And yet somehow the human race endured.
Do people in Obola zones practice social distancing and other Lunatic Leftists social engineering fantasy once the Obola is gone?
No.
Humans can’t stop being humans, so fortunately there’s no chance that the Left’s social dystopian fantasies will be coming true.

singingsoul1

The US is already a distancing culture. When I came here 1964 I was surprised how little handshaking there was specially between men and women .
I am astounded how small children are send to day care or kindergarten and school with an cold and cough.
I was a home stay mom and kept my kids home when sick for 2-3 days. They rested and I cooked special meals and yes took them to the doctor if they did not get better.
I do understand people cannot stay home with kids or when they are sick and go sick to work and send their kids sick to school.
Yes to your question people will be more distant and maybe slow down a little when sick stay home and keep kids home. Other people will now be aware when people are sick and not think of the community.I hope with this new reality of the China virus that we evaluate our values and the price we pay when both parents work and for that bigger house and latest car or big vacation or latest fashion.
Maybe contemplating what our parents values were and where we have taken ours.
In the end I hope that the virus brings us closer and not let fear rule our life and culture and makes us stronger.

GA/FL

We have a LOT of single mothers and a large number of single fathers….and way too many Grannies raising children in the USA.

singingsoul1

Ideally children need a father and mother.
When I grew up after WWII a lot of single mothers some fathers .
Grandparents pitched in and friends were like family pitched in. At the time I grew up friends were close and one made easily friends who helped in need,
Times have changed values have changed. Even in Flushing NY neighborhood were like family.

Deplorable Patriot

It’s kind of funny. My grandfather’s Spanish aunts used to say that American mothers don’t kiss their children enough.
My mom stayed at home to raise kids for roughly 13 years. When my youngest brother went to school, she started subbing as a teacher and then went to work as a teacher’s aid until the twins were in high school. That way, there was nothing to bring home as far as teaching went. BUT, she and my dad needed that cash for private high school. All of us went to private HS. She didn’t start teaching full time again until my youngest brother was in fifth grade.
Like you, she kept us home when we were sick. We had to be fever free for 24 hours before going back to school.
Fortunately, for *most* of my childhood, my grandmother came over at least two days a week. It was a boon to have them so close, it turns out, but in our extended family, that’s just the way it was. My grandmother was EVERYBODY’s grandmother whether you were nieces and nephews or great-nieces and nephews, even some great-great nieces and nephews. She raised kids in the family born from 1957 until the late 80’s and my mother, her only actual child, was born in 1940. That’s most of the reason why the pall bearers at her funeral came from so many different branches of the family. We weren’t the only ones in the neighborhood to be so lucky. The kids next door…their mother’s parents were over there A LOT.
It’s different in America now. And, IMO, sad. Plus, with such distance among the generations, a lot of new parents have no clue how to be parents. Work is their identity. Personally, I’d rather raise kids, but that was not in God’s plans for me. At least, not so far.

singingsoul1

My friends grandparents were mine also and their ant was mine and I could come to anyone home and was one of the family. I always say I was raised by a village.
I miss that because I am a huger and love children and even unruly kids calm around me. I think they know .
Times have changed and now I have my dogs and three cats to fuss over and share my hugging nature with them and they respond 🙂

GA/FL

We may have new Cold and Flu Season Mandates.

SteveInCO

I’m hoping not for mandates so much as people thinking before they go to the movie theater with a cold. That’s a cultural change.
It does not help that sick leave has become a thing of the past, at least in my sector of the economy. We now have “Paid Time Off” and you’re supposed to use it if sick. But that gives people an incentive to NOT call in sick, and use the time for vacation instead.
It cuts down on people calling in sick when they really plan to go fishing…but it encourages people to go in when slightly sick.

MAGA Mom

I think this has made an impact. At previous job, husband had accumulated weeks of sick leave as it rolled over. It was almost like a nest egg for a “just in case” of illness or family illness. Built in, self made “family leave”. vacation days were paid out at full, sick leave paid out at half if one left the company.
But now only PTO and yes, he does work unless he is so sick that he just can’t…but he works from home. Wish he had sick leave as sometimes he needs to just sleep but, no, he isn’t getting anyone else sick.
Those who can’t work from home also push themselves and they are exposing others! Not a good corp change.

SteveInCO

I do understand why they thought it was a good idea.
I heard stories about one company (from someone who had worked there) where the corporate culture was so tied into taking vacation by lying about being sick, that he had a coworker come in who had the most obvious cold…one where you say “doze” instead of “nose”…and that person said he felt far too crappy to use a sick day.
The changeover certainly resulted in fewer days taken off, but more people catching stuff at work.

coosmama

Saw this coming a mile away when the local media relentlessly bullied a local church that refused to stop in-person services into shutting down. If there are any in-person Easter services around here, I’m tempted to go out of pure protest.

A whole lot of 33 in the news today. All local news channels here are pushing some 33 year-old Italian man’s virus story. (Fox News link below). While searching for a tweet I could post here, I found a few more 33s. SuspiciousCat.jpg.

LYING FAKE NEWS!!!

Gingersmom2009

This is quite suspicious to me. Empty parking lots, empty hallways. One video after another, in all different locations. Something else is in play here.

MAGA Mom

1) Wouldn’t hospitals *appear* less busy as only the medical staff and the ill are there and No visitors coming and going? No day patients for office visits and follow ups? (I am sure they are going to the offices) No elective surgeries? Only those who are very ill with various diseases and injuries are there now and very little/coming and going so it makes sense they hospitals look peaceful on the outside.
2) Is the media saying all hospitals or even many are a war zone? are they taking what is happening in a few hospitals and trying to make it sound like that is everywhere?
If so, that doesn’t make sense for them to do that because it is not yet true. It is what is going to happen that President Trump talked about and explained today.
we have not reached peak anywhere, or even close to peak as far as pure # of cases. Other than a few hospitals in the Atlanta area, NYC and LA, I haven’t heard reports of Any hospitals being stressed/close to reaching situation levels at this point.
there are very specific hospitals that are full and are stressed but not most.
That will happen more by mid and late next week, 2 weeks-3 weeks we will see the surge and the hospital beds filling.
Look at the web site and understand the flow to the hospitals and the timing. It isn’t now other than a very few locations that are “hot spots” now (due to bad dem management in some cases in my opinion and then they will try to pin in on President Trump.
Even if we don’t follow this model in reality it still gets the idea across that we have not reached the surge of needed beds yet for the vast majority of hospitals.
I don’t get what the media is talking about…
https://covid19.healthdata.org/projections

MAGA Mom

Yep – they are fake news.
What makes fake news dangerous to our country is that in a few weeks as cases increase we will be inclined to not believe them then either

On the change in American culture.
This was done DELIBERATELY.
1. STEP ONE tear apart communities:</b.
Right after WWII the Committee on Economic Development decided the USA had too many farmers. But the CED had a solution: millions of farmers would just have to be eliminated. They would be driven into the cities where the new comers would disrupt those communities too.

In a number of reports written over a few decades, CED recommended that farming ‘resources’ that is, farmers be reduced….
Their plan was so effective and so faithfully executed by its operatives in the US government that by 1974 the CED couldn’t help but congratulate itself in another agricultural report called “A New US Farm Policy for Changing World Food Needs” for the efficiency of the tactics they employed to drive farmers from their land.[5]
The human cost of CED’s plans were exacting and enormous.
CED’s plans resulted in widespread social upheaval throughout rural America, ripping apart the fabric of its society destroying its local economies. They also resulted in a massive migration to larger cities. The loss of a farm also means the loss of identity, and many farmers’ lives ended in suicide…

When entering an ambush, charge through it.
VSGPOTUSDJT does this time and time again.

Interesting observation by Cernovich. What this tells me is that the media don’t want this behavior to spread.

Sounds reasonable, BUT a lot of people can’t follow those logistics. If I took my clothes off before entering my house, half the neighborhood would be watching. Wear a mask? There are none for sale.

Boy oh boy does that let the imagination run! 🙂

Yes, you have to create a changing area just inside, or near the washer.
My “professional” prepper friend is saying just don’t go out now – and be prepared to stay home for a while. Even if you are just eating prepper food you don’t like, just stay home now is his advice.
That’s too restrictive for me, and since my wife and I probably both had it in Jan/Feb, our duty now simply is to avoid being SPREADERS of fresh virus from one person to another – most likely on our clothes. But we still follow the guidelines just to be sure.
I have some bad masks for woodworking. Not sure if those help but hey – I may be able to trade up in a medical facility at some point if I can find antibody testing.

That’s why you wear a mask, so nobody knows who you are, while you’re strippin’ down nekkid before entering your house. 😁
And since the mask is purely for disguise purposes, you can use about anything that kids might use for Halloween.
Zorro mask, Jason (Friday the 13th) hockey mask, you name it.
Should be a lotta fun 👍

I have been wearing a long shawl/wrap in public. (only going in public to the doctor. husband does all else with masks on and I can’t wear a mask for medical reasons) The wrap covers most of me from shoulders to knees. It comes off of me when I get back to the car and stays there until the next time I need it.
Shoes and sock can be taken off outside with out causing a scandal.
Hand sanitizer as soon as I open the car door. clorox wipes on the hand sanitizer, keys & on the car door handles to clean up what I just touched prior to hand sanitizing.
I pat down/rub my pants with clorox wipes … kind of sanitizing. Not ideal but doing the best I can with my situation.
Husband wears mask and sanitizes what we buy. Haven’t been washing fresh produce … but not buying as much right now and much of it coming from “Misfits” so yes, still supply chain workers handling it but minus 100s of customers breathing around it. Need to start being more careful with fresh produce.
Anyway, just sharing how we are applying the general advice to what we can do and what is practical for us.

There was 1 particular press conference where Nanzi kept referring to TIME over and over. Makes sense now, thought it was weird at the time, but considering the source….now it makes sense. Wish I could find the clip but don’t think I can stomach watching enough of her to find it.
