Dear KMAG: 20210308 Joe Biden Didn’t Win ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

Yes, it’s Monday…again.

But it’s okay! We’ll get through it.

Free Speech is practiced here at the Q Tree. But please keep it civil. We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.

Please also consider the Important Guidelines, outlined here. Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.

Please pray for our real President, the one who actually won the election:

For your listening enjoyment, I offer this from Fearless Motivation; a mix of two compositions, titled ‘Day Of Dominion’ and ‘Next Level’:

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

I will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wheatie’s Word of the Day:

Vagile

Vagile is an adjective which means…able or tending to move from place to place; vagrant; wandering.

Used in a sentence:

Liberals are vagile creatures which will leave a place once they have sullied it and rendered it unlivable.

If it’s wheatietoo it must be Monday. If it’s Monday, it must be wheatietoo.

Either one works, which makes all of us VERY happy. Even the polar bear.

OK, the Utree wasn’t mentioned, so….

There is a bearded Spock version of this site at https://utree.home.blog/ . This site is supposed to be civil, supportive, and respectful. If you want to put someone in the Agonizer, shiv them in the back, or meddle with their StarFleet Personnel records, there is ample opportunity to do so over there.

That said, there is an official “rescue” thread at the Utree in case you become accidentally disassociated with the Qtree. This is not for being banned or stomping off in a huff (or a minute and a huff, for that matter), this is for when you wake up some morning and none of the clever things that you normally do to read/comment at qtree are working….

And, as our Fearless Leader tells us: “Likewise, The U Tree is a great place to throw rocks at Wolf’s window here at The Q Tree if the front door won’t open.”

cthulhu

I would very much appreciate it if you would modify your standard template to include this info as often as you include the bear. [I got stranded a while ago and utree was part of getting back.]

cthulhu

Do with it what you will, but have a hint for peeps that get bollixed out of the tree….it took me almost two days to figure a way back, and meeting up with other peeps at the utree was very helpful.

Chris

Thanks cthulhu ,
I’d noticed you mentioned this a few times.
Saved for the tech challenged..(myself).

Aubergine

Is this “rescue thread” pinned to the sidebar, or is it somewhere else? I went to see, but couldn’t find it.

We have a republic.

A republic is simply a “not a monarchy.” That’s how the Romans conceived it–they overthrew their last Rex; in fact an ancestor of the Brutus famous for offing Julius Caesar was the one who offed the last Rex. At that point, they designed a method to be ruled without a king, and that was the Roman res publica.

The Soviet Union was a republic. So was Nazi Germany. Most countries around the world are republics, and most republics are shitholes.

What we don’t have any more is the rule of law, nor any sense that government should derive its powers from the consent of the government and that its purpose is to secure rights. What the article highlights, however is just one bit of this: An erosion of the rule of law in that Congress no longer following the rules in legislating. And it won’t be much longer (if current trends hold) before we have a government that does not feel any limits on what it may or may not do. We won’t have a constitutional republic any more if, not only does the government refuse to be limited as spelled out there, but doesn’t even follow the raw procedures laid out therein.

In fact, we’ll have a shithole–again, if current trends continue. And let’s face it, a lot of the damage was done both before and during the Trump administration (but not by Trump).

But, it’s not a monarchy.

Thankfully we have such a great military — courageous, brave, not craven or traitorous at all — that nothing bad could ever happen to our Republic!

We could never have a stolen national election here.

We could never have a foreign private bank control our currency and run our economy here.

We could never have a foreign superpower infiltrate every major institution and all three branches of the government itself — not while OUR military is on the job!

No siree BOB!

You betcha!

👍😂🤣😂

scott467

Our military swore an oath to the Banana Republic of America, and clearly they’re not taking that oath lightly… 😁

When traitors in high places talk, the U.S. military listens.

They know exactly who butters their banana bread 👍

And this bite chewed for awhile.

scott467

I’m just trying to help them find their jockstrap.

Saw a poster stapled to a phone pole that said it was last seen being used as a chew-toy on Tranny Avenue, wherever that is.

It said If Missing, call 1-800-Rainbow

Apparently the military knows the place well, so this should be helpful info.

Must have been a wild party.

😁

That bite broke the skin, for sure.

Hopefully it didn’t aggravate the sore spot where their new tattoos are, in the small of the back, just above the waistline.

“What we don’t have any more is the rule of law, nor any sense that government should derive its powers from the consent of the government and that its purpose is to secure rights. “
that government should derive its powers from the consent of the government ?
.
.that was meant Government should drive it’s powers from the governed.

A little nostalgia for when we had a real president:

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Oh, those were the days!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I remember a T shirt with Reagan’s picture, during the early years of Klinton: “Remember when America had a Real President?”

And also, “OK, Joke’s over, can we have a real president again?”

Both applicable today.

cthulhu

OK, so how many of the guys thought “Tijuana ping-pong ball” when they saw the word?

cthulhu

I’m going to get really quiet now before I’m in more trouble…..

cthulhu

So, in entirely other news….

I got a letter from Rhode Island over the weekend. It says I qualify for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. It shows my qualifying income as $1 for each quarter in 2019, for a total of $4. The employer name is “Self Employ”.

There are a few problems with this…..

As noted previously, I live in Silicon Valley, California. I didn’t report any self-employment income anywhere in 2019, and I never set foot in Rhode Island in 2019. Plus, I never applied for any such program (though it says “date of claim” is 2/26/21).

I wonder if I’m registered to vote there.

I’ve got to say that I am professionally appalled by their piss-poor anti-fraud measures.

cthulhu

It could be worse. Back in May of 2015, I had a fellow Moron at Ace, with the handle of Ira Weatheral, do a full-court press on my cyberpresence (which was based on Windows at the time). Ira went so far as to drop a keylogger on me and access my online accounts……but only to look, because he had it in his mind that he’d be burned if he took anything [likely true]. I’ve rearranged a bunch of things (and moved to Linux) and it’s a bit more difficult to do real damage to me at this point.

This seems more like heckling or harassment. I mean, I’ll do some of the usual (and unusual) things, but it’s not exciting.

They’re mailing me stuff at my home address in California. How clandestine is this?

The one thing that really amuses me is that I had reported income in 2019. Did this person actually plan a Pandemic Unemployment scam a year before Covid hit?

cthulhu

Incidentally, it is not generally known that you can get an RSA fob from many financial institutions. That’s the little widget where you push a button and get a six-digit security code that changes every minute. https://www.rsa.com/content/dam/en/data-sheet/rsa-securid-hardware-tokens.pdf

Even if someone has a keylogger on your system, they cannot get in later without the fob.

It costs $25 or $50 to set up (and get the fob). I would strongly recommend that anyone who does online banking (or brokerage) look into getting one. I DO NOT TRUST 2FA using a phone.

That’s one of the several changes I have made in my life because of Ira Weatheral. You may also have noted the wholesale abandonment of Microsoft and embrace of Linux.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Yeah, I’d take a fob…or even a smart card reader, over this donkeyfuck “we’ll text your phone” bullshit.

cthulhu

As another note, I’d been at “aol.com” since forever. Ira managed to weasel his way into that, but that resulted in my doing a security analysis…..and aol’s emails could not be made secure. I’m not fond of Google, and may be canceled at any time….but gmail.com is secure against intruders. Rather than fight a perpetual losing battle, I essentially abandoned my aol addy.

Mind you, Google reads every freakin’ word you send or receive and feeds it into a ton of “services” where you have no input or visibility….but they won’t let anyone else molest your email.

Various email providers — especially those provided by ISPs — and also yahoo.com and ymail, have essentially the same lack of security as AOL had. If someone gets into those, your cybersecurity position rapidly deteriorates. I’d recommend looking into such arrangements (if they apply to you) and being proactive.

cthulhu

Oh, and (at the time) Amazon was a freakin’ blabbermouth. I’ve had limited interaction with them lately, but in 2015 you could take a name, shipping address for purchases, and personal email address used for Amazon account…….and get:

All previous purchases (Item, quantity, ship to, date, which card purchased)

Types of credit cards on system, and their last four digits and expiration

Everything on your wish list

Last viewed items

All alternate shipping addresses

For Amazon, use an email addy THAT YOU USE NOWHERE ELSE.

*******************************

To tell you how bad this was, just about everyone has their name, home address, and email on their resume. If that’s the same as your Amazon account, someone can now get credit card info. With certain systems, you can reset an email password with the last four digits of the credit card used to pay for it….

So someone can move from information on your resume to reading your emails (and locking you out) in a few minutes. AI’s are going to be faster.

Use a separate email for Amazon and a separate email for resumes.

Back when I was 16, I got a job manning a liquor store. My cousin had previously done it, and recommended me.

It is my understanding that you must be 18 to work in a liquor store, and 21 to solo a liquor store. Nevertheless, I was the only employee many times, and both opened and closed it.

Anyway, one of this liquor store’s special attractions was that we were the only place local that carried the Racing Form. We got a lot of traffic from it.

cthulhu

Incidentally, one of the small joys of working at a liquor store is spotting certain women and saying, “I’m sorry, miss — can I see some ID?” You get some of them just right, and they’ll practically dance out of the store.

In my opinion, this is their greatest error right out of the gate, to have gambled on Dementia Joe as a viable candidate.

The Biden/Harris duo were illegitimate from the beginning, TOOLS to be cast aside as soon as events warrant.

There is no way they will succeed with this in the long run. The optics are that bad. The errors will multiply.

Let us hope and pray that they do not recover from the errors and continue to commit them.

Grandmaintexas

Ugh. It’s like looking at a diabolical entity.

Deplorable Patriot

What I find disturbing about this is suppression of any information that serves as informed consent. Do employers REALLY want their people taking these jabs when the employees can be so adversely effected so as to cost them time and money, not to mention open to litigation. Vaccine manufacturers might be immune from prosecution, but employers or any other entity would not be immune from being sued for compelling the action.

grandmaintexas

I’m just steeling myself to live as a hermit if the sickos like Bill Gates get their way.

Deplorable Patriot

I’m hoping they don’t, but I honestly believe we are still in the “show the people” stage of things, and one of the “show the people” issues, IMO, is getting the majority to realize that vaccine makers cannot be sued in open court for vaccine injury. That’s a tough sell for me in my own circles. Friends and family just don’t want to believe it’s true even if you show them the law.

grandmaintexas

I would say that’s unbelievable but sadly it is very believable. Many people do not want to know the truth.

TheseTruths

Here’s what they believe and want to believe:

  • The scientists all over the world who come up with the vaccines could not be compromised because there are too many of them in too many different places. It’s too broad to be a conspiracy. Plus, their motives are only pure.
  • We can trust our government to do what’s in our best interests.
  • Those “sources” you quote with information to the contrary are suspect (even studies from peer-reviewed medical journals).
  • Dr. Fauci is cute and elf-like and couldn’t possibly have ulterior motives.
  • Dr. Birx is much more credible than Dr. Sherri Tenpenny. (She just is.)
  • Sure, Bill Gates has his fingers in too many pies that he is unqualified for, but no way is he doing questionable things.
  • Anything that doesn’t tout the government line is a crazy conspiracy theory that YOU have fallen for.
  • We trust our doctors. We HAVE to be able to trust our doctors. What would we do if we couldn’t trust our doctors?
pgroup2

Highly paid does not equal highly qualified.

Last evening my medical doctor son called us and ask how and where we stand concerning vaccine. He took the Moderna vaccine. He said “he had no side affects.” He is 54. He said “everyone who takes the vaccine needs to speak with their doctor.” He said “with Pfizer people have more side affect.” He said “some people should not have the vaccine.” He also said ” to look into Johnson vaccine how we would do with that.”
The vaccines to not protect a person not getting the China virus but it lessens the affect of it in order to survive.
My jungest son the scientist took Pfizer was sick as a dog for 2 days. He was under doctor observation.
What I am getting in not to just go to the drugstore or a tent to get a shot without doctor observation and care. My son is in the VA system as doctor taking care of vets.
The concern I got from both sons to be careful where I get my information on the vaccines because a lot of pro and con misinformation is floating around.
My son said lots of his patience say” I am not taking the vaccine.” He practices in Indianapolis.

grandmaintexas

Thank you for the doctors’ view info.

The idea that the vax lessens the effects if you get covid is the same idea they use with flu vax and pneumonia vax.

I have personally observed that to be doubtful with my own mom. My pro-vax sister concurred.

My mom had MORE flu and then began getting pneumonia once she started getting the vaxxes. It was horrible to watch.

But she swore it would be worse if she didn’t get the vax.

singingsoul1

I had the same problem as your mom. Last Oct. I refused the vaccine and have not felt better. For the past 5 years I took it to placate my kids and husband and was sick as a dog.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me. Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.

He’s just now saying the same thing(s) that several others have been saying for weeks. Right now, the big thing is getting the concept that the courts are massively compromised through American skulls is on the table, hence Lin Wood’s whistleblower deposition going public the way it did.

In order for the military to take control, that has to be obvious, that the ENTIRE civilian system of government is either illegal or so compromised it cannot uphold the rule of law. We’re there, but the people still aren’t seeing a lot of it.

GA/FL

DP – it’s obvious Congress, the Courts, the FBI are corrupt – but it also looks like the military are as well. Esp. the Generals and SecDef. They were all prissy about defending DC against Antifa and BLM burning, looting, destroying statues – but they are all gung-ho about defending the Capitol against imaginary ‘white supremacist MAGA terrorists’ that nasty Wray has falsely named and framed twice.

GA/FL

In other words, it looks like the military is NOT any better than the Congress, Courts and Intel agencies.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

They swear to follow orders from the commander in chief (that’s Biden right now, as wrong as that is, it still is).

Yes, they are only supposed to follow legal/lawful orders, but refusing an order on those grounds is really sticking one’s neck out.

I’m comparing attitudes and actions – re: the military and the protection of DC.

Right now, DC looks like what it is – a territory occupied by enemy forces.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Can’t disagree with that last paragraph.

Help from the military is most likely a fantasy.

Our top generals had a prissy fit about protecting the US capitol from Øbamasoros rioters and looters – but they are so happy to hang out in DC to protect against imaginary MAGA ‘insurrectionists’ after the Jan 6 false flag.

Co-President Jill now providing political cover for Kamala.

Baglady for the Biden admininstration.

The White House also picked first lady Jill Biden to be the public face of its family reunification task force. Using the first lady allows the White House to provide political cover to other officials who likely have future political aspirations that could be harmed by delving into such a tricky issue as immigration, chiefly Vice President Kamala Harris. She could well be the Democratic Party’s 2024 presidential nominee, should Biden opt against another run.

Should Biden opt out of 2024….LOL.

Does anyone here own a newer model speed queen washer?
If you can believe it, I still do not have a working washing machine.
Whirlpool is slow walking parts and 4 months later, I cant wait anymore. So, Im about to buy a speed queen.
This will be washer number four in 7 5 years.
Anyone have positive or negative info?
Thanks.

https://speedqueen.com/products/home-products/top-load-washers/tr7/

duchess01

I have had two Maytags – one top-loading and the other front-loading – both lasted more than 10 years – still have the front-loading model for 15 years

Here is a comparison for you both

Most welcome, Wheatie!!!

gil00

Well the previous one was a maytag…lasted about 13 months. Maytag and best buy said stfu we wint help you.
Current is a kenmore, fast rpm top loader but wuthout the backordered flow valve all i can do is spin. The machine went out of warranty 2 months then faulty.

I pray over my appliances Miss Wheatie, especially my 23yr old GE 30cf side by side refrigerator.🙏 They just don’t make em like that any more, especially at a reasonable price. I do not like the french doors or any of the other small new ones.

Apparently speen queen redesigned in 2017 and 18….major faulty stuff, then like new coke, fixed it. Ive been told they are good, but drums dont hold a lot. Not sure if theres just a spin.
Im goingbto the only dealer and taking my cal king blanket to see if it fits. Cant do comforters but its ok, thats a laundromat size anyway.

duchess01

The reason I went from a Maytag Top Load to a Maytag Front Load, Gil – Comforters would not fit into the top load washer!

There is no – what do you call it – an encumbrance in a Front Load Maytag Washer – thereby – more room to fit a comforter.

They tend to get in the way everywhere 🙂

When I see my refrigerator
I say a prayer to my creator
Now 23 years, side-by-side
That fridge and freezer will still abide..

No longer are they made that way
At least for what mere mortals pay
French doors I do not like at all,
Nor any of the new and small.

They really are beyond compare,
Machines for which repairs are rare,
So few are they, cure not they can

Go to an estate sale and offer them a fat price for the washer and the dishwasher. They will probably be from the 70s and darn near bulletproof.

Alternatively, go to a liquidation sales and see what you can find. Commercial grade stuff today is what used to be sold by Sears and Monkey Ward.

I have a Speed Queen washer and dryer. Probably will last until the end of my days. These are durable machines. I like being able to set water levels/temperature/cycles and soak clothes as long as needed to get out stains. Had to get used to an agitator again, and use gentle cycles.

Previously had a Maytag Neptune pair for 14 years and loved them – back when Maytags were still long lasting and heavy duty.

gil00

Ok. No issues it sounds like. Having spent 800 for a washer to only last 3 years, after the prior died just over a year, to spend this much on a new washer is stressful, but i dont want to replace it again before we leave CA.

GA/FL

It’s noisy on the knit cycle…I thought something was wrong with it, but it’s just the way it works. I use knits for most everything except towels. I don’t use the bleach dispenser, but dilute bleach and add it as the water is filling the tank. I do like both the washer and dryer, but the lint holder doesn’t hold a lot and when I dry towels, I have to empty it more than once. But I have white towels and bleach them, so get a lot of lint.

gil00

Ill keep that in mind. I paid this morning and it looks like Friday I will have a new machine.
Do you dilute your softener? The dispenser is in the middle of the agitator.

GA/FL

I never use fabric softener. I do double rinse my white sheets and towels to get out the bleach that will yellow them. I use white vinegar with new towels to soften them.

gil00

I use vinegar to clean the drum. Ill ask when they install about softener.

GA/FL

I agree about the new appliances not lasting. My young appliance repairman worked for Sears on all kinds of new appliances and said most of his work was on brand new appliances!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I lived for six months with no refrigerator. For the same reason. I was about to leave CA, knew that other places in the country actually supplied fridges with their apartments, and thus didn’t want to buy a fridge.

Big cooler with a block of ice in it would hold for about three days, then time for another block of ice. (And I think I still have the cooler.) Good thing I didn’t have a family.

gil00

Wow. 6 months of that its like indoor camping.

https://themarshallreport.wordpress.com/2021/03/06/spiritual-warfare-the-hardest-red-pill-to-swallow-the-blue-pill-will-not-save-you-anymore/

What is about to be revealed will be met with a lot of backlash, however, the time has come to know ALL THE TRUTH and ALL OF THE FACTS. We are in a spiritual warfare and many have eyes wide open to see all of it. Many more have been spared this type of truth for fear people could not handle it. The same as they fear they cannot handle the truth about human and child trafficking. The reason the masses are so lukewarm is by design. A design of mind control no one would have suspected for it comes from within the government and from their very own pulbits. The ones they pay taxes to and tithe a tenth to before they give their offerings. The devil dances and laughs as he rules the world from his dimension of fainting darkness. The light is shining into the secret lairs of his puppets brighter, and brighter each day. Hide the truth and they have blind sheep that can be led right into the wolves ovens the same as a witch lured Hansel and Gretel. It’s time to wake up for God’s Kingdom is coming, he shall be victorious and you must be awake to be a part of it!

JUST IN: Republican Sen. Roy Blunt Will Not Seek Reelection in 2022
By Katherine Huggins Mar 8th, 2021, 10:54 am

https://www.mediaite.com/election-2022/just-in-republican-sen-roy-blunt-will-not-seek-reelection-in-2022/

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) announced Monday that he will not seek reelection in 2022.

“After 14 general election victories, three to county office, seven to the U.S. House of Representatives and four statewide elections, I won’t be a candidate for reelection for the U.S. Senate next year,” he said in a video posted on Twitter.

Blunt thanked Missourians for giving him the opportunity to work for “a better future for our state and our country,” and acknowledged he may not have been “right every time” he voted in Congress, but made his decisions based on the information he had at the time.

The 71-year-old added, “Another lesson I learned here: finish strong. And I intend to.”

Blunt is the fifth GOP senator to announce he will not run for reelection in 2022, joining Sens. Richard Shelby (R-AL), Rob Portman (R-OH), Richard Burr (R-NC), and Pat Toomey (R-PA) in retirement from the Senate.

1. I know Design Foundry because they handle design for many events in DC for companies like MSNBC & Target. They oversaw the design for the Biden Cancer Summit in 2018. The owner, Annie, is very liberal and was so excited for Biden’s victory. Great work conspiracy theorists.

He continued in a thread:

2. Also worth noting that many of her employees are liberal So many of you decided to go after something without any reporting or knowledge about who was responsible for the design And before you ding her for working for CPAC, you try having an events business during a pandemic.

3. An event design company thats coming up with a stage design does nothing to help CPAC or elevate its status in any way. What it does do is keep people in the event business employed during a pandemic which has destroyed businesses and jobs.

4. And none of you will admit you got it wrong or apologize because in your minds it means you’re caving into Trump. Now an event company, which is a liberal owned and run small business, is associated with a horrific allegation that is based on conspiracies and no evidence.

Finally this liberal Jewish man:

As I got it from my doctor kid one can still transmit for two weeks after the shot.
By the way the virus is real he said at the VA they have seen lots of older people who had to be put on ventilators because nothing helped.
Also blood type helps. I found out my husband and two sons have O blood type and they overcome the virus easier. I have A and he said I would be in trouble .
Coming to think of it last year when I was so sick my husband had just a slight case got over it quickly.
My son also told me he has not seen one case of flu this year. He contributed it to mask. 🙄 😏 😎

kalbokalbs

Respectfully,

“…not one case of the flu this year.”
^^^ NOW, that IS SUSPICIOUS.

^^^ Admittedly I am not medically trained and certainly did not stay at a Holiday Inn express last night. BUT…

My uneducated guess and total distrust for anything CDC, NIH, medical community and the like says about Covid, I dismiss until proven otherwise.

The low flu numbers for the 20/21 flu season, in my guesstimation ARE reclassified (false) positives for Covid.

There is far too much money in classifying everything Covid.

Seasonal flu does NOT pay well. COVID PAYS BIGLY.

singingsoul1

I was surprised. My son would not lie to me that is not his character. He himself was surprised. He deals with vests in his practice. He also has not seen much covid in 2021 as in 2020. He said it was terrible last year. They do give them a flu test and he cannot explain it himself. It is as if flu totally went away and covid took over.

I am wondering if flu each year came from China also and last year they gave us covid.
Funny I have not even had a cold. Something is strange unless sick people are staying home and do not spread?
My son is in the VA system he gets a salary if they have 1 covid or ten pay is the same.

kalbokalbs

Apologies if I came across incorrectly. I was NOT doubting your sons sincerity. NOT at all.

I absolutely doubt the test kits or whatever they are. I doubt the thresholds or whatever indicates, “positive”.

CDC, NIH, WHO guidelines and required protocols are the culprit. IMO.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

However, it’s a bit more difficult to explain why his son has seen zero flu cases, as reported by that test.

Valerie Curren

copying a comment to Singing, fyi

I don’t know if you saw the tweet images or article I posted the other day that claimed that the REAL flu numbers have been in the Hundreds for years. The 10s & 100s of thousands of “flu cases/deaths” are a conflation of flu, pneumonia, & influenza-like illnesses. The article got their numbers from the CDC, I believe, but had to do extensive digging to find the data that is very obscured. I believe the author’s conclusion is that “flu shots” are big money for big pharma & they couldn’t con so many people into taking them if the Real Flu numbers were more well known!

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

That touches on a related issue.

Apparently a lot of “flu deaths” aren’t from the flu itself, but rather a complication–something else you caught *because* you had the flu. So the flu led to your death, but wasn’t the immediate cause.

That brings me to the argument that I’ve made that someone dying in the hospital of COVID, but who also happened to be (for instance) a diabetic…is often counted by people on our side as dying of diabetes. I think that’s wrong, it’s a dishonest attempt to minimize Covid. Generally if someone would have lived a few more years but for the most recent factor, that most recent factor gets the blame. The person would still be alive today if Covid hadn’t come along. (But by the same token people dying *with* covid but where the covid was clearly not a contributing factor shouldn’t be counted as covid either. And it turns out the paperwork does distinquish between “with” and “of” even if the stats people don’t.)

Valerie Curren

all good points, as per usual!

singingsoul1

I am not offended at all and no apology needed with me 🙂
I know it is a sensitive topic and I myself not having the shot nor the mask.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Now that is interesting.

It goes beyond the article of faith around here that flu exists and is just called covid…because (fill in the blank).

He has direct knowledge that actual flu tests don’t return a positive, *Rather Than* that they’re fraudulently reported as Covid.

singingsoul1

He would not directly say that but can be assumed? He did not mention about testing for covid just that there is no flu this year he has not seen any in his patience. I am not sure how much he would tell me what he thinks concerning the why?
You have good questions why covid replaces the flu. Between the doctor kid and virologist kid I will worm out the truth. They each have a piece of the puzzle.

singingsoul1

I might do that . He did say he had every year the flu shot and never had the flu. I mean he sees sick people. My husband gets every year flu shot never had the flu. I never had the flu until I got the flue shot. This year I refused and nothing not even a cold.
There you are.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

Yep.

There’ve been a couple of times I thought I was coming down with something, but no.

Google HR reportedly advised mental health leave in response to complaints of racist or sexist behavior
Workers said the leave was offered even if complaints had nothing to do with mental health
By Kim Lyons Mar 7, 2021, 3:30pm EST

https://www.theverge.com/2021/3/7/22318369/google-hr-advised-mental-health-leave-racist-sexist-behavior

Several current and former Google employees say the company’s human resources department would often suggest mental health counseling or leave in response to complaints about racist or sexist behavior in the workplace, NBC News reported.

The workers described encounters with coworkers that included racist comments about skin color and hairstyles, as well as sexual harassment. When they contacted Google’s human resources department, each was encouraged to take mental health leave, even when their complaints were unrelated to mental health concerns, according to NBC.

The report follows the December firing of Google AI ethics researcher Timnit Gebru, who refused a manager’s request to retract a paper that described the dangers of language models like the ones Google relies on to power its search engine. Gebru wrote an email to the Brain Women and Allies listserv describing her frustration over the paper, and mentioned her doubts about Google’s commitments to diversity and inclusion. She says Google told her the email was “inconsistent with the expectations of a Google manager.” Google’s head of AI claimed Gebru resigned, which she has vehemently disputed.

And April Christina Curley, a Black woman who worked as a diversity recruiter for Google, said she was fired in September after being denied promotions and having her pay cut, despite her strong work performance and her successful recruitment of hundreds of students from historically Black colleges and universities to Google’s engineering department. Curley told NBC she was also encouraged to take mental health leave.

Google did not immediately reply to a request for comment Sunday, but a spokeswoman told NBC News that “all concerns reported to us are investigated rigorously, and we take firm action against employees who violate our policies.”

michaelh

It’s possible that the HR team asks people to take mental health leave (a mental health break) in response to complaints, not just to give people some cooling off time (liberal notions of “healing”) but also as a way to quantify impacts to the company of so-called incidents.

Considering the radicalized leftist worldview permeating Google, it is also not hard to see an HR department simply overrun with wild complaints. Compassion fatigue sets in very quickly. Leftism is not a sustainable ideology, and HR quickly goes from leftist do-gooders to cynical (but still leftist). The result is the predictable leftist hypocrisy – say one thing publicly, but do another when it really matters.

I think it is important to note, that at Google the retaliation culture is alive and well. Leftists have no qualms about cancelling their own, including workplace bullying and harassment. Lacking standards for treating people well (other than “virtue signal” dog whistles to distract from their own misdeeds, hypocrisy, and superficial moral shallowness) they act in classic tribal manners, evicting people from their tribe and treating outsiders in the most intolerant ways possible. Ostracism isn’t reserved for the sin of blasphemy against woke ideology, but becomes a career death sentence for any slight against the tribal elders (the elitists) who are on ego-driven power trips.

Remember: Just being a part of the “woke” tribe, and drinking the ideological koolaid is NO PROTECTION from leftist retaliation.

Bingo. It’s another way for an employer to control their employees — something about “mental health issues” goes onto the employee’s record, even if the person is perfectly well and sound and doesn’t want to take the “time off” or the “counseling”.

singingsoul1

Bingo

Zorro_rides

As Michael said (above) HR has compassion fatigue because of the employees’ overwhelming number of complaints and charges against one another.

What better way to control the complainee and complainer than to give them both mental health time off !!

“You two are making my life worse now, so I’m gifting you something that HR can use against you, if we want to, in the future.”

It would be easier to just don’t be evil, but, way too late for that.

Fascinating! Looks to me like embedded race commies are bucking up against management trying to get them under control [after Google realized woke was making them broke].

And yes – if you read about the “suppressed email” of the AI ethicist, it has precious little to do with front-and-center AI issues and is all about racial distracto. Google is likely realizing the toxicity of CCP racial inflammation.

The solution?

The ethicist needs to change her approach to make the letter something management can PROMOTE. How might that be? By understanding that she has just discovered “systemic majoritarianism” – NOT racism. This is a curious real effect that tells us how to make AI better for all humans, so get cracking.

Wake up, Race Idiots!

The other example who was recruiting black [sorry, no caps, we’re equal you commie shit] engineers needs to just keep doing it to change the culture and stop with the counterproductive complaining. And that means recruiting BLACK (all caps) CONSERVATIVES to change the culture at all levels and uniformly.

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Students support $15 minimum wage, aren’t concerned about economy
President Joe Biden and Democrats in Congress continue to push for a $15 federal minimum wage.
Given that doing so would likely result in millions of lost low-wage jobs, according to federal estimates, do college students support such a move?

https://www.campusreform.org/article?id=16964

Among the progressive agenda items of the new Democratic-controlled House, Senate, and White House is a $15 federal minimum wage. While proponents say it would help struggling families make ends meet, critics say it would harm the very people it is intended to help by eliminating millions of minimum wage jobs, particularly in small businesses.

Such jobs include fast food workers, retail workers, and the like- the very same types of jobs held by many college students to help them pay for the cost of college. Do students support the Biden administration’s efforts to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour?

What do they think could be the consequences? Who would ultimately pay for it? Would it result in a loss of jobs? Campus Reform asked students at the University of Florida to find out.

Watch the full video above.

Meghan Markle Inspires Millions Of Young Girls With Message That No Matter How Famous, Rich, And Powerful They Are, They Will Always Be Oppressed

https://babylonbee.com/news/millions-of-young-girls-inspired-by-meghan-markles-message-that-they-will-always-be-oppressed-no-matter-what/

MONTECITO, CA—In an explosive interview with Oprah, former Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle inspired millions of young girls around the world with the very important message that no matter how rich, famous, and powerful they are, they will always be oppressed.

“Oppression is inescapable,” said Markle, who is married to a prince and worth approximately $50 million. “If you are a woman– especially a woman of color, oppression will follow you all the days of your life and you will never really be happy.”

Young girls around the world stood up and cheered at the inspiring message, many of them feeling hope for the first time.

“Thanks to Meghan Markle, I feel like I too can grow up to be a famous, rich, beautiful oppressed person,” said Mikayla White, a 5th-grade girl from Southern California. “It’s so encouraging to be reminded that I can grow up to be in the top 1% while never losing my resentment and high sensitivity to microaggressions.”

Markle has promised to continue taking her message of hope to girls everywhere until no one is happy or thankful anymore.

“It’s my true calling,” she said.

I was born in England. Remember the Queen visiting my town when I was five and we all went out to see her as she drove through. A big deal. When I was in Hong Kong Princess Anne visited along with Prince Charles.

Solution here is to disown Harry and Merkel and pulled all royal titles. If they don’t want to play the traditional roll then disown them. The royal family is archaic but also provides traditional stability with their public persona. This would not be an issue if Harry had some balls.

But Eich rebounded with Brave, a privacy-oriented browser. That’s not a unique idea, most alternative browsers to Google’s Chrome and whatever Microsoft is calling its browser this week, claim to offer privacy.

But Brave recently had a gamechanger by way of integrating IFPS.
IFPS is potentially a huge deal in an internet that is centralized around a handful of Big Tech monopolies because it moves from a vertical model to a horizontal one, in which sites are loaded from other internet users. Think of it as Torrent for internet browsing. And that will make it much harder to take those sites down.

Now Brave is announcing a new search engine.

Remember, there are only two actual big search engines (where there once used to be many), Google and Bing. Services like DuckDuckGo just serve up results from Bing while keeping you anonymous.

But Brave is touting not just a front for Bing results, but an actual index. That’s potentially huge.

Grain news for today – because agriculture feeds the future

China increases grain purchase prices03.08.2021
By Holly Demaree-Saddler

https://www.world-grain.com/articles/14977-china-increases-grain-purchase-prices

BEIJING, CHINA — In a move to circumvent rising grain prices, China plans to increase its minimum purchase price for wheat and rice and expand corn planting area this year, Reuters reported.

It is part of the state economic planning agency strategy after food security concerns were raised due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Ensuring that our people have enough food remains a top priority for our government,” said Premier Li Keqiang in his 2021work report. “We are resolved to ensure food security for our 1.4 billion people, and we know we can achieve this.”

The first time since 2014 China lifted the minimum price for wheat this year, Reuters reported.

Rising corn prices have forced animal feed mills to shift toward using more wheat, decreasing grain supplies.

China has decided to prioritize corn production by expanding planting area in 2021 and support the production of grains on barren lands, Reuters reported.

Greenfield Louisiana Plans New Grain Terminal
Company says 248-acre export terminal in St. John the Baptist Parish would employ 60 people

source: NOLA.com

A Louisiana company wants to build a 36-silo grain terminal on the west bank of St. John the Baptist Parish, bringing more jobs to the Mississippi River corridor between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, reports NOLA.com.

Greenfield Louisiana LLC, Baton Rouge, says the 248-acre export terminal would employ 60 people in barge, dock, rail, truck, storage, processing and elevator operations for wheat, corn and soybeans.

In May, the Port of South Louisiana applied for a $25 million federal grant to help it build a dock for Greenfield Louisiana’s terminal. If approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation, the port would lease the dock to Greenfield.

As the country’s largest grain port, the Port of South Louisiana currently handles more than half of the U.S. grain exports annually.

Greenfield Louisiana is an export grain elevator that expects to move more than 11 million tonnes of agriculture products, primarily corn, wheat, and soybeans with some throughput from other locally grown specialty crops, to the export market.

Important Message From “Pro-Life Evangelicals For Biden”: We May Have Been Duped
ED MORRISSEY Posted at 9:05 am on March 8, 2021

https://hotair.com/archives/ed-morrissey/2021/03/08/important-message-pro-life-evangelicals-biden-may-duped/

Really? What was your first clue? Not long after the Senate passed the COVID-19 relief/stimulus bill, a group of evangelicals took a look at the language and discovered they’d been had by Joe Biden. “We feel used and betrayed,” wrote Dr. Richard Mouw and Ronald Sider.

If so, the group “Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden” have no one but themselves to blame . . .

TheseTruths

Their judgment is too poor for them to have any followers whatsoever.

We May Have Been Duped

Nah, “We ARE dupes.” They couldn’t see anything about character related to the Bidens and the Dems? They know nothing about Burisma, Hunter, Lucy and the football, Pelosi (Miss Catholic Christian who favors abortion), etc.? I have zero respect for people who are willfully blind and then claim they were duped.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

You’re assuming that they were exposed to the info at all. Many of them haven’t been. That’s how complete the leftist bubble/echo chamber is. It can be well known to us, and completely unknown to them.

Sure you can complain that they should occasionally visit one of our news sites, but aren’t many over here busy saying you should never turn on their news because it messes with your head? The same notion is at play over there.

TheseTruths

I hear you. But as some hybrid of conservatives, they should have had at least some exposure to some of the negative news on Biden.

Maybe the reality is as you say, but the term “evangelical” should mean Christian, which should indicate leaning conservative, which should mean not 100% brainwashed by the Left. But I guess that’s not the case, which makes me start to question evangelical.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I am not going to touch what a Christian “should” be.

It fundamentally poses an epistemic problem. “That guy isn’t a real Christian,” as near as I can tell, often means “That guy doesn’t fit *my* model of what a Christian should be.”

If someone claims to me that he has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, that, as far as I am concerned, makes him a Christian. (He may be a piss-poor example, but supposedly that’s all you need for salvation according to most of the sects I am familiar with.)

Valerie Curren

Agreed!

TheseTruths

I’m not questioning anyone’s Christianity. I’m questioning what the group evangelicals, and specifically the groups referred to here, believe. In other words, I want to know what beliefs they espouse, straight from their own mouths. That is a reasonable request/question when someone says and does things that are the opposite of what would be expected, according to their stated beliefs.

scott467

“It fundamentally poses an epistemic problem. “That guy isn’t a real Christian,” as near as I can tell, often means “That guy doesn’t fit *my* model of what a Christian should be.”

_____________

There is the ‘model’ that is found in God’s Word, and then there is every other ‘model’, which is of men.

And if any ‘model’ is of men, then by definition, is not of God.

.

“If someone claims to me that he has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, that, as far as I am concerned, makes him a Christian.”

______________

Is it our concern that is relevant, or is it the concern of of the Author of Christianity that is relevant?

If someone claims to you that he is a toaster oven, does that make him a toaster oven?

Or can we compare the claimant to an objective example of a toaster oven — or even to the Toaster Oven Owner’s Manual — and see that they are not quite the same?

For example, most toaster ovens have a door of some kind on the front, while most humans, do not. Most toaster ovens have an electric power cord, whereas most humans do not. One can cook food inside most toaster ovens, but most humans cannot do this.

These are just a few of the ways in which we might discern that a person claiming to be a toaster oven is not, in fact, a toaster oven.

Maybe that is an unfair example though. Suppose someone claims to be a doctor, or a pilot, or a CPA, or any number of other professions. As far as you or I are concerned, we might take them at their word, so long as it doesn’t impact us directly.

But if someone is going to examine you for a medical condition, or take you 30,000 feet up in the air in a hollow metal tube, or do your taxes, you’re probably going to want to have a higher degree of confidence that they are who they claim to be.

In most cases, they had to meet some set of requirements in order to become qualified as a member of that profession.

And there are people who determine what those requirements and qualifications are, and whether they have been met.

So who (or Who) determines whether one is a Christian, or not?

God does.

Where are His qualifications given?

In God’s Word.

It’s fantastically simple. I’m always amazed at how complicated people can make it.

Confessing Christ is certainly a step toward becoming a Christian, but it is neither the first step nor the last — according to God’s Word, that is.

It doesn’t matter what you think it is to be a Christian, or what I think it is to be a Christian, or what anyone else thinks it is to be a Christian.

That way madness lies.

What matters is what God thinks, and we can know what He thinks about what it is to be a Christian — and how to become one — by opening the Book that He went to all that trouble to preserve, by His providence, for all these years.

It’s so very simple.

But man does everything he can, with every fiber of his being, to make it hard.

michaelh

Not that the intramural fights within Evangelicalism are worth your trouble 😉

But I agree that’s definitely part of the problem, in Richard Mouw’s case, because under his watch Fuller Seminary has been all in on defining down Christianity to the minimal lowest common denominator. It’s become known as “Neoevangelicalism” because the break from the Evangelical tradition has been so sharp.

What saddens me is that I’ve had several friends that enrolled at Fuller only to be messed up afterward. Their theology was intertwined with leftist politics and social justice activism, espousing every left wing cause imaginable. Many of them are deep into wokism now, and were constantly badmouthing Trump over the past four years. They’re among the ones that have been spreading Critical Race Theory everywhere. With many of my friends I can’t even have a healthy conversation anymore. On social media they’ve become so toxic that I had to restrict them from commenting on my posts. Back in 2008 one of my friends, enamored with the messianic epiphany majestically revealed to her, wrote a blog post about Barack Obama titled “Could he be the one?”

So they define “Christian” so thinly that basically anyone can be a Christian, but anyone who doesn’t agree with their theo-political social gospel platform is either a Pharisee or not a true Christian. They won’t write it down as such, but their views do not allow a Christian to vote Republican, support free markets, support welfare reform, oppose illegal immigration, etc. Lately they’ve been obsessed with “Christian nationalism” as a cult and plague in the church. They regularly accuse Christian Trump supporters of idolatry, which is the strongest condemnations of other believers they can make – one which causes great damage when people are removed from ministry and leadership positions over wild accusations.

Ron Sider was famous in the 1980s for arguing that humanity was on the brink of massive starvation and that gluttonous Western Christians were guilty of not doing enough and “not taking seriously” the plight of “the least of these,” and that Christians needed to back some kind of socialist system to ensure everyone would have enough to eat. Throughout the ’80s and into the early ’90s there was a cottage industry of publications devoted to refuting Ron Sider’s views, just to give you an idea.

In short, Fuller Seminary has been a trojan horse in Evangelicalism to push everyone to the political left (“liberation theology”). It was designed to be minimally recognizable as “Evangelical” while pushing as many poison pills as possible. Kind of like an “Evangelical In Name Only” position. Broadly speaking, Evangelicalism has been so intellectually shallow that a lot of churches just went along with it.

FWIW, here’s a view by a respected historian . . . George Marsden, Reforming Fundamentalism: Fuller Seminary and the New Evangelicalism

Not sure why I went into all that . . . except to say that there is a strong correlation between certain theological schools of thought and their political activism . . . None of which is hugely relevant but to say it’s a big ugly mess.

Exclusive from Gen. Flynn: 5 Lessons I Learned When the Deep State Came After Me and My Family
By Michael Flynn
Published March 8, 2021 at 11:20am

https://www.westernjournal.com/exclusive-gen-flynn-5-lessons-learned-deep-state-came-family/

You do not have to watch the news for long to see that America is rapidly changing. The downward slide can be found not only in our leadership but also in the shifting definitions of right and wrong blindly accepted by many Americans today.

Our leaders would have us believe that these changing values are inevitable and that they are good. That is why they are called “progressive.”

Yet to those of us who still believe in the immortal truths upon which America was founded, their so-called “progress” is alarming, to say the least.

Sadly, some will allow this alarm to grow into defeatism. They will turn their faces away from the battle before us in hopes of finding a position to retreat to.

To those who would prefer retreat or surrender rather than the fight, I ask you one simple question:

If America falls, where will you go?

Where will you go to find another nation that provides the opportunities and individual guarantees of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

Where will you find a nation whose founding documents guarantee a government of, by and for the people?

Name a place that offers you and your family the same or more than our United States of America.

The answer is simple: There is no such place.

In spite of our downward slide, America is still the best nation on the face of the earth. This is our land, these are our people, these are our cities, neighborhoods, and streets. This is our country.

Though the battle for the soul of America is fierce before us, we cannot afford to look away in hopes of finding retreat. There will be none.

Though I may sound pessimistic, I am anything but. God enabled me to endure a yearslong campaign by the left to destroy me and my family. They wanted me to serve as an example to anyone who would defy the entrenched bureaucrats of the swamp.

Despite their best efforts, I stand before you as living proof that victory is absolutely possible.

The very fact that we are gathered here today as American citizens free to speak and peaceably assemble should fill us with hope.

But being hopeful is not a survival plan. Hope has never won a war, nor will it win peace on the home front. In this article, it is my intention today to share with you a few lessons I learned in my battle against the dark forces that still threaten our nation today.

When fighting for truth, the most important place to start is to be well-grounded in the Truth itself. I am referring to Truth with a capital T, as in “I am the way, the truth, and the life.”

Faith in God is an essential part of the fight to restore American greatness. Our personal faith is inextricably linked to our personal liberties.

Alexis de Tocqueville, the great French author of the groundbreaking work “Democracy in America,” wrote “Upon my arrival in the United States, the religious aspect of the country was the first thing that struck my attention…

“The Americans combine the notions of Christianity and of liberty so intimately in their minds, that it is impossible to make them conceive the one without the other.”

De Tocqueville is exactly right. Prior to America’s founding, no document in the world had directly linked the individual rights of citizens to their unique value and autonomy before an omnipotent Creator.

We should not try to commemorate our Founders’ willingness to pledge their lives, fortunes and sacred honor without also acknowledging the faith that served as the foundation for such boldness.

Faith and freedom can never be separated from one another.

If you wish to have boldness in the fight for America like our Founding Fathers did, have faith in Almighty God. Trust in his power as your sword and your shield.

I must confess that I am rarely one to wear my faith on my sleeve, but fighting with the deep state taught me just how faithful our God is. Even when so many of my friends and colleagues abandoned me, God never did. In fact, going through those trials only brought him closer. Make faith an essential part of your battle strategy today.

As we root ourselves in faith, we must also root ourselves in the writings of our Founding Fathers. If we are to preserve the legacy of such great men as George Washington, John Adams and Patrick Henry, we must know what they stood for.

Anyone can learn more about our nation’s founding. Start simple. When was the last time you read the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence?

We tend to forget just how easy it is to read the Constitution from cover to cover. President Obama’s Affordable Care Act was more than 314,000 words long, but the document that frames our entire system of government is only 4,500 words in length. The average American can read it in half an hour.

Of course, if we really want to get into the mindset of our Founding Fathers, we must dig deeper. “The Federalist Papers,” de Tocqueville’s “Democracy in America,” Paine’s “Common Sense” and the writings of John Locke are all well worth the read.

America’s conception was indeed miraculous, but it was far from accidental. The men who met in Philadelphia were bold men of faith and character who risked everything to “secure the blessings of liberty.”

We must learn of their sacrifice, and we must honor it.

The great pamphleteer Thomas Paine eloquently wrote in his “The American Crisis” that “What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be highly rated.”

Those words were read to the entire Continental Army by order of General George Washington, but they still apply equally to us today. Freedom requires the sacrifices of every generation.

As we build upon our faith and a clear understanding of our founding documents, we must never forget the importance of our family in the stand for truth.

When no one else would stand by my side, my wife Lori was there, just as she has been since we met at 13 years old. I married my high school sweetheart in 1981, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Lori has been my rock on a sea of uncertainty. The same strength of character and conviction that made her an amazing Army wife has also equipped her to withstand the political battles of the past few years.

She is my best friend. I count myself blessed beyond measure to have her by my side.

There is a reason why the forces of darkness are trying so hard to eradicate the family as we know it. They see how powerful the bond of family can be, so they want to redefine it, water it down and replace it with a dependency on the state.

We cannot allow them to destroy the family. As long as marriages and families are strong, freedom will always have a fighting chance.

Never concede to those who say they know how to raise your children better than you do. God entrusted the care of children to parents, not to governments.

As Ronald Reagan famously said, “Freedom is a fragile thing, and it’s never more than one generation from extinction.” Take Reagan’s words to heart as you train up your children. Your fight for freedom today will mean nothing if the next generation does not know to keep it.

Do not think of the fight to protect our families as distinct from our fight to save America. The fight to protect the family is the cornerstone of our fight to save America. It is unlikely that anything else you do in life will be as important or as meaningful.

Looking again to our forefathers, we see that they acted courageously for the sake of future generations. We see their concern for their children and their children’s children in everything they said and did.

Benjamin Franklin urged ratification of the U.S. Constitution with the reasoning that “For the sake of our Posterity we shall act heartily and unanimously in recommending this Constitution, wherever our Influence may extend, and turn our future thoughts and endeavors to the means of having it well administered.”

When you fight for America, remember that you are fighting for your family (moms, dads). Make that a guiding light when you do battle against the forces of darkness.

After building the importance of family upon the foundation of faith and the founding, patriots must come to see the importance of true friendship.

John Adams called friendship “one of the distinguishing glories of man … From this I expect to receive the chief happiness of my future life.”

When I became the favorite target of the left for the crime of helping candidate Trump win the presidency of the United States and then serving as his first national security advisor, I was abandoned by many who said they were my friends.

Those who I had previously spent time with suddenly stopped calling, texting and engaging with me and my family. Only when I needed them most did they reveal their true colors.

To be honest, I felt betrayed.

Yet, it was during these dark days that I discovered that I had more friends than I ever realized. Letters began pouring in from every corner of the nation, and in some cases, from around the world.

These letters, many of them from Christians and patriots I had never met, contained words of encouragement, funds for my legal defense and offerings of prayers on my behalf in my darkest hours. These were the expressions of true friends.

I was so moved by these thousands of friends that I made it my mission to thank every one of them. I still treasure their letters to this day.

You may not receive thousands of letters of encouragement as I did, but you should think now about who your true friends are. If you are going to fight the battle for liberty, you must ask yourself whether the people you depend on are going to be with you when the going gets tough.

Remember, you are not alone. There are many other Americans like us who want to defend our great national heritage, but those who stand against us want to divide in order to conquer us.

Don’t let them get away with it. Find your true friends and stand with them boldly. We can win this fight if we work together.

So far, I have told you the importance of faith, addressed our nation’s founding and spoken to the importance of family and the value of true friendship. These are the elements I have found to be vital when everything else seems stacked against you.

Now I would like to talk about the fight.

America needs fighters today. We need those who will say as President Andrew Jackson did, “I was born for a storm, and a calm does not suit me.”

We need those who will stand against failed Marxist ideologies that have invaded the mainstream of our consciousness like a network of choking vines seeking to strangle the mighty American oak tree.

These vines manifest themselves through:

  • Social media censorship of the free exchange of ideas
  • Mainstream messaging that drives toward thought control
  • Political correctness designed to force behavioral compliance
  • The selective application and weaponization of the very ideals, laws and institutions designed to protect us
  • Large-scale attacks on the family and on patriotism itself

These problems are big problems, but you do not have to be some D.C. superstar to be a part of the solution. Victory can be achieved through the coordinated efforts of many people doing small but courageous acts of patriotism.

Start by reaching out to those around you. Be an outspoken voice in your church and community. You will be amazed how many hearts and minds can be swayed just by calmly, intelligently and respectfully presenting a viewpoint outside of what is said in mainstream news.

Next, make it your goal to be where the action is taking place. It is commonly said that “history is made by those who show up.” Take the time to go to meetings at city hall. Be a presence at your local school board meetings. Get to know your state’s legislators and keep on top of what is going on at your state’s capitol.

Don’t just complain about how elections are not conducted fairly. Be a part of the solution by petitioning or lobbying at whatever political level that suits you to strengthen election integrity laws. Contact your local party precinct about volunteering as a poll watcher. Remember, the most powerful office in the world is not the President of the United States but, on any given election day, it is a determined and patriotic precinct volunteer.

If your local officials refuse to stand for what is right, employ the ultimate weapon of the grassroots activist. Tell them that you will run against them and follow through on it.

Every politician at every level fears nothing more than the possibility of losing their power. Even if the odds are stacked against you in your township or district, a strong showing from conservatives can keep your officials from straying too far to the left in the future.

However you decide to get involved, make the decision today. America needs soldiers in the fight for freedom.

No one is coming to rescue us from our problems. Some think that the judiciary will solve all of our problems, but they have proven themselves to be unreliable at best.

Rather than waiting for someone else to fight for us, we must be willing to do the hard work ourselves.

The forces arrayed against us are great. They have money, power and privilege on their side.

They want to force the neck of every hardworking American into the yoke of servitude and taxation.

They want to force our mouths into the muzzle of Big Tech censorship and cancel culture.

They want to take our children from us, forcing them to look to Big Brother government rather than those who truly love them.

Yet, for all their plans and power, the forces of darkness can still be defeated.

A friend recently gave me an interesting new perspective on a familiar chapter in American history. Remember that General George Washington commanded a small band of patriots against the greatest military force on the planet.

My friend said “His Continental Army was out-trained, out-gunned, and out-numbered by the British Regulars. The Red Coats were a hardened and well-disciplined army against whom Washington’s rag-tag volunteers were no match.

“The colonies were divided over the war. Congress was practically dysfunctional during the most critical period. And in the infamous 1778 winter encampment at Valley Forge, Washington’s 11,000[-man] army nearly dissolved from starvation, disease, and discouragement among the ranks!”

We all know how the story ended. Against all odds, the Americans beat the British and formed the greatest nation in world history.

It wasn’t strokes of luck but divine Providence that made this possible. President Washington later charged his fellow Americans that “We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained.”

As today’s patriots, we fight for those same “eternal rules of order and right.” No matter what anyone says, the character of righteousness has not changed.

Those rules were established before the foundation of the world, affirmed by our great Founding Fathers and maintained by every American generation up to this critical chapter in our history.

With these eternal truths at stake, will you fight with me now in the cause of freedom?

Will you be counted among those who cared enough to pass the torch of freedom to a new generation while it still burns bright?

There can be no retreat and no surrender. As I asked before, where will you go if America falls?

Our battleground is here. Our shield is faith. Our sword is truth.

Victory is ours if we do not cower in the face of evil and oppression.

Will you join the fight?

For the sake of our children and grandchildren, I pray you will.

God bless America.

About that Pence speech:

“Mike Pence had 1% of Republicans support at CPAC 2021. He still might run in 2024 because he doesn’t need voters when elections are selections by the ruling establishment.”

That’s exactly what it looks like right now.

Well, here’s where I’m at.

POTUS Trump was the last legit appeal to our best nature, and he still invigorates and resonates with the great majority of Americans – instantly, at his every word. But I have to just say it, there is no lasting effect. CPAC was uplifting, but part of me did not even want to see Trump speak from a point of weakness. I UNDERSTAND that on the surface the message is cleaning out and rebuilding congress. But that isn’t going to happen if 11/3 is not addressed and rectified. Everything comes back to that one crime.

Trump speaks at CPAC and a week later Pence is in our face setting up a 2024 run, like he’s been given the nod to become the next GWB. In South Carolina, on Lin Wood’s doorstep. With all that’s come out, he certainly doesn’t seem afraid to me, or weak, or ashamed, or laying low. Because if 11/3 is not addressed, everything else is a waste of time.

The illegitimate twilight zone is wearing us all down, and fast. We are the clear thinking, engaged side, and we look to keep ON thinking and being engaged. At the same time we have to break free as the season changes, to breathe and to live again. The last 5 years have completely drained everyone’s reserve of strength, and that has to be replenished. Our survival depends on it. So we’re now at the point where there has to be something tangible to grab onto. We’re anxious and willing to grab, but nothing tangible seems to appear. Always thought provoking, but not tangible.

For me, there is a single absolute with regard to Trump. He loves we the forgotten people, and he would not turn and walk away – after a landslide win. I cannot let that go. I dread the point where the Trump era becomes the fondest of memories that we hold dear. But I also dread that Patrick Byrne might be correct, and he let it slip through his fingers.

singingsoul1

We can agree to disagree 🙂 Specially when it comes to the credibility of Byrney.

” Patric Byrney might be correct and he let it slip though his fingers.”

Byrney does not know crap. He never has been President he is known best to me as the con lover to a Russian spy working with the FBI .

POTUS Trump had no control what other people do. He is not god.
He was betray by the establishment his WH lawyers the law the SCOTUS other Judges and VP.
From my perspective he did all he was able to do under the circumstances without breaking the law..
I would not give Byrney the time of day.

Gingersmom2009

It’s Byrne, not Byrney – unless that’s your name for him. Sidney Powell reposts his work regularly, and she’s as sharp and clean as it gets.

Maybe Sidney knows more than I.
Maybe you see something I do not. I am to close to it and Trump did all he could but could be wrong .

You and I are in a similar space. I am one little cog in an enormous machine, and the teeth on my cog are wearing down in the constant onslaught. It’s exhausting.

I just ran into a liberal “friend” who as always brought up politics. At least, until she realized I wasn’t buying her line about how everything is going to be fine, there aren’t going to be food shortages, censoring Dr. Suess is ok, the stimulus is just fine, and all that. Then of course, her line is she is “done” with politics for the day, because she can’t “defend what she doesn’t understand.” Which is to say that she doesn’t believe anything I SAY. She hasn’t heard it on NPR so she doesn’t have an argument. Just exasperating.

So yes, I am worn out, too. It is as if we just don’t exist. As if 75 million voices just don’t mean a fucking thing. And maybe we really don’t.

kalbokalbs

So yes, I am worn out, too. It is as if we just don’t exist. As if 75 million voices just don’t mean a fucking thing. And maybe we really don’t.

^^^ THIS is where I am.
1. Trying to figure a way where I, we matter.
2. Trying to figure a good fallback, defensive position to preserve our way of life.
Latter may not make sense. Likely not logical. Trying to be realistic, as opposed to live in a bubble of what I want to happen.

November 3 election fraud at every level, literally A-Z corruption has obliterated so much of what I believed America stood for.

A parallel thought. It’s as if The Rule of Law, our Constitution is not only dead, the Constitution has been buried.

Aubergine

I actually researched what it took to become Amish! Spoiler alert: it’s not all that hard, but is far more about their religious views and practices than their lifestyle.

I, too am looking for the fallback of how to preserve quintessential America. The America I love. I only need to matter in my family and my small group of friends, really, but I want the larger We The People to matter in the scheme of things.

VERY good article! Link – https://stanfordreview.org/scott-atlas-the-last-word/

Chilling quotes: (bold mine)

“In his book “Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds,” Charles Mackay wrote: “of all the offspring of Time, Error is the most ancient, and is so old and familiar an acquaintance, that Truth, when discovered, comes upon most of us like an intruder, and meets the intruder’s welcome.”
[…]
“Mackay, again, presciently spoke about the herd: “Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.”

Have to say – I’m surprised Standford published it.

Why? Should they transport people for free?

Most of these aliens have no money (gave it all to the coyote). They end up dropped off by Border Patrol at the bus station and Greyhound won’t put them on the buses without a ticket. So they crowd the station as if it’s a homeless shelter.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

The situation is a stinking pile of shit.

The migrants shouldn’t be there. The bus company shouldn’t be required to transport them.

But given those two situations, they’re justified in asking.

‘Why? Should they transport people for free ?’
No. The gubmint should provide their own damn buses,
After all THEY allowed the illegals into the country creating the situation.
Why should it be the bus companies responsibility to move illegals around the country?

I have zero empathy for greyhound
I remember the days following 911 ,when Greyhound cried to the US gubmint, wanting money because terrorists could be anywhere/everywhere and if the airlines were no longer safe, how could the bus lines possibly protect themselves ?

Greyhound was the first of the chicken Littles.
Oh Noes the terrowists are anywhere and everywhere No one is safe…..
We’ll have to shut down and claim bankruptcy !

Let’em sell lock stock and barrel to the gubmint.

Hitting Woke Herd Immunity?
We have become an absurd society obsessed with race but without any mechanism to develop a logical category of victimization and reparation.
By Victor Davis Hanson
March 7, 2021

https://amgreatness.com/2021/03/07/hitting-woke-herd-immunity/

Two recent polls suggest wokism is beginning to recede on a variety of fronts, from less trust in Black Lives Matter and more confidence in the police, to suspicion that the Capitol “insurrection” account is being used to unfairly suppress political expression while Antifa, increasingly, is seen as a terrorist organization whose violence has been ignored improperly by authorities.

There are tens of millions of Americans who either have been stung, or turned off, by McCarthyite wokeness (and thus have anti-wokeness antibodies). More have been vaccinated from its latest virulent strains by their own values of judging people as individuals, not as racial or gender collectives. So lots of Americans have developed peremptory defenses against it. The result is that daily there are ever-fewer who are susceptible to the woke pandemic. And it will thus begin to fade out—even as the virus desperately seeks to mutate and go after more institutions.

Peak wokeness is nearing also because if it continued in its present incarnation, then the United States as we know would cease to exist—in the sense that 1692-93 Salem or 1793-94 Paris could not have continued apace without destroying society. Woke leftism exists to destroy and tear down, not to unite and build. It is not designed to play down and heal racial differences, but to accentuate and capitalize on them.

The Perversion of Law as Psychological Warfare
What it means when the FBI lies to us.
By Anonymous in D.C.
March 7, 2021

https://amgreatness.com/2021/03/07/the-perversion-of-law-as-psychological-warfare/

Perhaps it seems unduly melodramatic to mention all this in connection with events in our country today. But consider: Christopher Wray, the director of FBI, testified to Congress on Tuesday that his agency has not found “any evidence” that Antifa or other anti-Trump agitators may have infiltrated the January 6 rally in Washington, D.C., and helped to instigate the riot in the Capitol. None!

This, despite a widely circulated video (to cite just one example) of BLM activist John Sullivan inside the Capitol telling a journalist, “We did this!” At one point he is heard saying, “We gotta get this shit burned.” If the FBI needs some other leads, it could check with the national security expert who provided a detailed account of the many suspicious activities he directly witnessed.

It is very hard to prove a negative. And law enforcement agencies are usually reluctant to rule out any possibilities in an ongoing investigation. Yet Wray was insistent that no leftist activists were involved. Let that sink in. The director of the FBI—for many years considered the world’s most respected and professional law-enforcement agency—unabashedly declared to the United States Congress something that everyone who is paying attention knows to be an obvious lie. To quote a line from Joe Biden before he was senile, that’s “a big fucking deal.”

We have reached the point where federal law enforcement is like one of those pre-Civil War runaway slave commissions. The FBI has no interest in the $5 they get for investigating left-wing looting and violence because it gets $10 whenever agents find some supposed “white supremacist” on the Right guilty of “insurrection.” The bureau’s director apparently has no problem with this perverse incentive system.

. . . Is it paranoia to note the clear pattern of psychological warfare—flaunting the rigged system—when we see it confirmed consistently with other examples?

“Pro-Life” Evangelicals For Biden immediately regrets their decision

https://evangelicaldarkweb.org/2021/03/08/pro-life-evangelicals-for-biden-immediately-regrets-their-decision/

The words “we told you so” are insufficient for the most prominent Biden “Christian” voters who have apparently regretted their decision very early into his reign. Back when I first heard about the Pro-Life Evangelicals For Biden, I would have thought this was a massive interference operation with perhaps less pederasty than the Lincoln Project. But apparently this was a serious movement to rid our nation of mean tweets. And so they believed they struck a bargain that they could advocate welfare policies to pay women not to kill their children in exchange for mitigated pro-abortion policy. The “deal” did not last very long, and the organization leaders released a statement lamenting the “betrayal.”

In the famous words of Darth Vader, “I’m altering the deal. Pray I don’t alter it any further.” And the deal they struck was truly a pitiful one. This is not 1990 where the Hyde Amendment was meaningful legislation. Because any taxpayer money that goes to Planned Parenthood fuels their abortion practices. So their gains were moot and they didn’t even get that.

You don’t win at politics by begging political machines to cater to you on a trivial matter. You win by governing in ways that shift the Overton Window. The biggest lesson here was that this organization was not a psy-op, it was just ran by academic idiots who know nothing of politics. We can work with people who are fearful squishy. However, only God can fix stupid.

‘Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden’ Feel ‘Used and Betrayed’ after Dems Pass Pro-Choice Legislation
 12 hours ago Staff Writer

https://protestia.com/2021/03/08/pro-life-evangelicals-for-biden-feel-used-and-betrayed-after-dems-pass-pro-choice-legislation/

In one of the finest examples of “play stupid games, win stupid prizes,” known to man, the progressive group Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden are upset and crying foul that the Biden-Haris Presidency has kept to their campaign promises and passed legislation that is anything but pro-life.

Formed 5 months ago, these so-called “evangelicals leaders” worked to get Biden and Harris elected, all on the basis of somehow believing that the Democrats’ overall agenda was more “biblically balanced” than the Republicans’ was. The group was spearheaded by Richard Mouw, President Emeritus of Fuller Seminary and TGC contributor, along with Ron Sider, President Emeritus of Evangelicals for Social Action.

Now, in an open letter sent to the administration, the group expresses how “disappointed” and “upset” they are that Biden’s $1.9 trillion bailout excludes provisions for the Hyde Amendment, a longstanding bipartisan policy that prevents taxpayer-funded abortion.

They describe how they supported Biden with the understanding that he’d more or less preserve the current state of pro-life legislation and have “open dialogue” with them about abortion issues and keep pro-life restrictions in place. But he didn’t, and now they’re crying foul.

Saying they feel “used and betrayed” over it, they describe how “many Evangelical and Catholics took risks to support Biden publicly” and because they vouched for him, Biden and the Dems need to “honor their courage” by not supporting pro-choice legislation.

Naturally, the Democrats ignored this irrelevant group and did exactly what they were promising to do the whole time, playing this group for the fools they are for the whole world to see.

Gingersmom2009

No matter what the issue is . . . it always goes back to 11/3. If this is not rectified, the republic is done.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I just realized that the way I put that in my Saturday post is ambiguous.

It’s NOT necessary to install Trump in the White House right now to fix it.

It IS necessary to fix the system to ensure it can’t happen again.

Gingersmom2009

I don’t understand how that is to be done in a completely lawless society. And unless 11/3 is rectified we will remain lawless. Everything else is small potatoes.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

The point I was trying to make is that “rectified” doesn’t necessarily mean “take Joe biden out and put Trump in” just that the systemic fraud needs to be fixed so that the next election will be honest.

You and I agree that that MUST be done, or it’s pointless.

Gingersmom2009

Again, how is that to be done in a completely lawless society? Lin Wood’s whistleblower — all that has to happen is something planted on some state legislator’s computer to sabotage an effort. And what about all those very brave people who gave sworn testimony, and video testimony whose lives are likely ruined?

I cannot agree. Trump must have the victory as the start of the exorcism. Nothing of the scale needed can happen in a lawless society. Some closed-ranks, circle the wagons personal happiness, sure. But not what needs to happen for the republic to survive.

OK, I see where we are disconnected. I’m talking about what needs to be done, you’re wondering about how it can be done.

And I have to say: I don’t know.

And your answer includes putting trump in so he can root these people (the blackmailers I mean) out, but I simply don’t see that happening. The military clearly isn’t going to put Trump in now.

Hmm….

Evangelicals for Biden Lose Faith in Joe
March 8, 2021
Tony Perkins

They can’t say they weren’t warned. Everyone in America knew where Joe Biden stood on abortion — because he told them. In 13 debates, multiple campaign ads, and a Planned Parenthood townhall, no one had any doubt that if this man won the White House, his folksy faith talk would take a backseat to his political deal with the far-Left. If Evangelicals for Biden want to say they never saw this COVID bill and its abortion funding coming, then they were the only ones.

Biden Celebrates International Women’s Day by Forcing Girls to Share Bathrooms, Sports Teams, With Boys
With one hand, Biden celebrated women’s advancement, and with the other, he forced schoolgirls to share bathrooms and sports teams with biological boys.

GA/FL

Share bathrooms with mentally ill, unstable, delusional males.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

This is something the Left cannot see.

They figure that a transsexual isn’t going into the bathroom to be a peeping Tom.

Maybe they’re even right.

But how many Peeping Toms and other perverts will claim to be trans so that they can go into the other bathroom?

Why does the idea of a male Girl Scout troop master (or whatever they call them) bother them? Because that’s some dude, sexually interested in women, likely to exploit teenaged girls. But somehow it can’t possibly be the case that a gay scoutmaster will be interested in exploiting teenage boys.

singingsoul1

My daughter is a girl scout leader for girls.
Talking about the bathroom issue I believe they need to be separate at least under 18.
When adults transition and it is truly a person who wants to be a woman should be able to use the woman bathroom. When I grew up in Germany bathrooms were for both men and women.
I was never send to a bathroom alone always had my older brother or mother or father standing outside the stall.
I can see in schools separate bathrooms. Maybe they need to have a bathroom attendet? I mean if the bathroom stall has a door it is private?

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

A lot of the fuss, I believe, could be averted here if only bathrooms were more like european ones, with the stalls not designed so as to have gaps. The walls and door should go to the floor and up at least 7 1/2 feet, and there should be no wide gap between the door and the jamb. Then everyone has privacy and it doesn’t matter one whit who walks past the stalls.

singingsoul1

I agree and I think that is a cheap way to convert the bathrooms.
Showers put door on them not leave them open. As I say have to have an adult in the shower room to monitor.

singingsoul1

Can be done fix the bathroom stalls for privacy and put an adult bathroom monitor in there.
When I grew up there was no boy girl separate toilet facilities. Nothing happened the stalls were private.

Fauci’s controversial ’60 Minutes’ interview about mask-wearing was one year ago
Fauci has been a major advocate of mask-wearing since the interview

https://www.foxnews.com/health/faucis-controversial-60-minutes-interview-about-mask-wearing-was-one-year-ago

Critics of Dr. Anthony Fauci took to social media to mark one year since the “60 Minutes” interview in which the country’s top disease expert seemed to downplay the use of masks to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has since been a fierce advocate for mask-wearing to prevent the spread of the deadly virus. But former President Trump and his advocates seized on the interview as an example of an early misstep.

Fauci told “60 Minutes” at the time that there was “no reason to be walking around with a mask.”

“When you’re in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better and it might even block a droplet, but it’s not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And, often, there are unintended consequences — people keep fiddling with the mask and they keep touching their face,” he said at the time.

Dr. Jon LaPook, the correspondent for “60 Minutes” who interviewed Fauci, pointed out that shortly after the interview additional information emerged about the virus and its transmission and health officials—including Fauci—changed their minds on masks for the general public. The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention updated its guidance on April 3, and recommended that people start wearing face coverings.

Fauci told CBS’ “Face the Nation” on April 5 that he would recommend following the CDC’s mask guidance. He called mask use an additional way to help prevent the spread of the disease.

Fauci told CNN last month that whether Americans wear masks into 2022 “depends on the level of dynamics of the virus that’s in the community… If you see the level coming down really, really very low, I want it to keep going down to a baseline that’s so low, that there’s virtually no threat – or not no. It’ll never be zero, but a minimal, minimal threat that you will be exposed to someone who is infected.”

People are starting to use Lefties’ nonsensical language against them and it’s absolutely beautiful: Meet #SuperStraight and #BlueAnon

https://notthebee.com/article/the-political-right-is-starting-to-use-lefties-idiotic-language-against-them-and-its-beautiful

One of the biggest issues conservatives have faced in recent decades is a lack of control over shaping language. See, everyone right of Marx believes in objective, scientific definitions. For example, a tree… is a tree.

For the Left, however, a tree might not be a tree. A tree might be an animal. A man is a woman. An expensive death sentence is “affordable healthcare.” War is peace. Ignorance is strength. Now you begin to understand me.

This is how we’ve come to a point where most labels in mainstream culture are created by the politically-correct Left, whether it be “income equality,” “social justice,” “inclusion,” “cultural appropriation,” or “anti-racism.”

But with their destruction of meaning, the Left’s ideology that language (and reality) can be molded in whatever form you fancy is starting to backfire on them.

It turns out, when you say nothing is true, even your own statement becomes false.

And so, after years of waiting, the Right has begun to parody the Left by playing their own stupid game. This led to the creation of two terms this week that began trending: “Superstraight” and “Blue Anon.”

Good thread, except for this:

“Evolution has equipped us with a unique feature that is able to fight off pathogens.”

No, honey, evolution didn’t do that. God did.

Deplorable Patriot

While this is true, why couldn’t God didn’t have a hand in what we know as “evolution.”

All things are possible with Him.

Linda

Because God didn’t create some pre-historic stew that eventually became a man. He created a man in His own image. I can’t remember where I read it now, but it seems that the elites of his day commissioned Darwin to put out his theory of evolution as an attack against the church.

Deplorable Patriot

Absolutely. The Church, specifically those who are priests as in direct Apostolic Successionists, are the prime target of the enemy. They ensure Christ in the Eucharist.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Isn’t a stew that becomes a man utterly amazing?

It took me decades of programming instead of doing science – “learn to code“, as they say – to make me appreciate “the self-extracting executable” – which is just a mere bad moon-shadow of what evolution does.

Evolution is a diamond among diamonds, and they told us “it’s just colorless carbon – a minor impurity in graphite” – and we fell for it.

The cabal is very smart.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

We have been deceived to not be astonished at the watch which not only winds itself, but builds itself from scratch, doing so apparently only because the broken dust wants to make something it doesn’t seem to understand.

What’s even more shocking is that the best evolutionary explanations of evolutionary selection of universes with working evolution lean on emergent intelligence as the “why” of their selection. Indeed.

It is only the inability to “jiggle that thought a bit” – to get past the deceptive protections of ‘just / only / merely’ and other sabotaging, limiting, prejudicial ideas – that holds us back from realizing the congruence of much of “religion” with excellent speculation about the nature of reality, guided by reality, in a kind of emergence one can pull either way, and we’re “just” saying the same thing. LOL. It’s all too cute by various multiples of 1/2.

I sometimes torment myself with the horror that there might have been centuries of such discussion among Vatican scientists, but nowhere to publish it, and that it was simply lost, either then or later.

There should have been a fight OVER evolution – not ABOUT it.

cthulhu

I would have expected the criticism to land on “unique”, being that every other organism on the planet can fight off pathogens.
