Bloody Mary
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, or as needed
- ice cubes, as needed
- ¾ cup spicy tomato-vegetable juice cocktail (such as V8®)
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 garlic-stuffed green olives, threaded onto a toothpick
Directions
- Pour salt onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of a glass and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes; add vegetable juice cocktail, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted, about 20 seconds.
- Strain Bloody Mary into the prepared glass and garnish with celery stalk and olives.

I don’t know how the property tax system works in Canada, but the ball is in the court of anyone who pays for education, and especially parents. If I had had a child in that classroom, I would have removed him/her immediately upon finding out what was going on. Looking at that and accepting it every day normalizes it, which is what the agenda is about.

OK – I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this DeSantis victory speech – it is FANTASTIC – but there were TWO objections that I kinda get in both cases.
The part where DeSantis goes into “I” instead of “we” is like his video, about God raising a fighter. They come close to the danger of PRIDE. Both are a little cringey, but both are like a toe in the water of EMULATING Trump. Trump uses a kind of phony pride to create a showman thing that works like crazy. Trump hides humility under a kind of necessary phony pride. DeSantis seems to be trying to do as much of that as he can pull off without losing the audience.
The second objection, of course, is no mention of MAGA or Trump. That is tricky. It can appear WEAK, and a student of Trump knows that is not how to BE the inheritor of Trump. More on this below.
Trump calling it sanctimonious is hard to read – whether he’s coaching DeSantis on a weakness he needs to work on, or simply picking a soft weakness to justify a fight to help build up DeSantis.

DeSantis is an excellent student of Trump – his best student, IMO – but while imitation IS the most sincere flattery, I think that DeSantis needs to discover a good way to give Trump kudos without showing weakness and subservience to Trump, and without actually diminishing the amazing potential of MAGA FIGHT CLUB. I think there is a way – a way that elevates BOTH of these amazing MAGA fighters.
DeSantis is a young Trump, and he needs cultivation. I just pray that Trump finds the absolute best way to raise that boy to lead MAGA. It may not be CALLED MAGA, but it will be MAGA.

My respect for DeSantis dropped dramatically when I went on a hunch and listened to his victory speech. Many thankyous but Not a word about Trump. Who the heck made DeSantis possible if not Trump? He thanked him when he became governor but not on reelection? Trump has been taking all the slings an arrows for all these candidates, putting his livelihood on the line, prepping the ground for them to do well. DeSantis was smart, took advantage of it but then to not acknowledge it? That was cold and calculating. DeSantis has brought this war on himself. But as always Trump is going to get called out for being mean and they’ll say its about his ego.

I didn’t watch his victory speech but I used to live in Florida…PDJT did a lot to help RDS achieve Governorship in Florida, and DeSantis has thanked PDJT for that…however, since then, DeSantis has proven himself as one of the best Governors in this nation and he has done that on his own merits…he does not “owe” PDJT anymore thanks (imo) for his own efforts as Florida Gov.

Here in the USA several states have laws against ‘Hoarding’ and during emergencies the government can and will come in and confiscate and/or destroy your stored food.

I think this can be viewed in two ways, no matter who says it.
1) As you say, they could be playing the middle and need to show that they believe in MAGA and not the GOPe. But that’s a bit much to expect at this point, IMO, because it’s not crystal clear yet, despite many suspicions, that RDS is GOPe.
2) Trying to keep peace and the party from splitting, for now. I tend to think that’s what’s going on. I haven’t forgotten how Beck was in 2016 and beyond, but I really think some of this will blow over if, after Trump announces, RDS says he will not run. End of the drama for 2024. If he doesn’t do that, we know there’s a big problem.

Seems like the initial and primary mental health issue is wholesale denial of the facts and reality regarding the vaxx itself.
It may have begun thoughtlessly (i.e., I guess I’ll get vaxxed, it must be safe because everybody else is doing it).
But once invested (injected), there would be powerful psychological reasons to justify having taken the vaxx, and even more powerful psychological reasons to deny that it may be the last significant health-related decision we’ll ever make.
How does one remain unbiased and objective in collecting factual data, much less evaluating those facts, if the evidence indicates we have been poisoned — murdered — and the only remaining question is the surprise kick-off date?
If the Sword of Damocles doesn’t fall at midnight — if we have months, or maybe even a couple of years — then the temptation to just put it out of mind, hoping we might get lucky and cheat fate, would be strong.
If one is a professional researcher, like the people who did the study referenced above, how difficult would it be to put the pieces of the puzzle together, if the picture that kept emerging was of their own eminent demise?
If it is an exercise in overturning all the rocks in a field, isn’t the last one they’re likely to turn over, the one that has You’re Dead scrawled across it?

Yes. Hopefully I can “report” on any progress.
We have two medical professionals who believe our grandson’s diffused thickening of his corpus callosum may have been caused by the COVID variant he caught in late July/early August. Both his chiro and his pediatric neurologist believe it is possible since there were no other correlating factors to the result in the MRI scan. His scan was done less than 90 days from catching it. We all expect it to be normal in a year when a follow-up is done.
This correlates with RDS’ statements even though our grandson has not been vaccinated. The disease itself has some similar characteristics with the jabs. Our grandson had severe birth trauma.
The chiro did not get jabbed and explained why to her staff early on. She let it be their personal decision as well with wearing the masks as soon as it became optional at the state level. The staff informed patients the first day it became optional in TN and some Karens left her. She’s a winner in our book and has stayed in her lane with recommendations only for things outside of it.
After our grandson’s EEG mid-month I will update everybody again. Miracles with him and my wife’s Menieres Disease. Praise the Lord!

It is now known that Ralph Baric’s lab at UNC was a key player in experimenting with the SARS-2 virus in the creation of COVID-19, along with the Wuhan lab. What exactly was “spliced into” the spike protein of this created virus?
Here’s a 2020 paper from Communist China on the properties of the COVID-19 virus spike protein. Lots of good description of structure and how the spike protein works, but if Yours Truly is reading correctly, there’s no “ingredient list” in terms of animal cell elements.

Working my way down your post reading that Republicans got 6 million more votes than Democrats in 2022.
But buried in that is the fact that Republicans got 6 million more (AND STILL COUNTING) votes than the Tea Party Red Wave of 2010—not an insignificant statistic by any means.
It is extremely important to note that those states where early voting and mail-in ballots were brought under control and minimized—Republicans won in the Red Wave that was expected—but not those states where little to nothing was done to tighten up election security.
Another important point is that the usual suspects in the GOPe stopped funding campaigns of several candidates who threatened to upset the apple cart.
The election fraud was not only perpetrated by the Democrats—but also our very own party.
Additionally, without Donald J. Trump there is no Governor DeSantis. Trump received 1.1 million more votes in Florida in 2020 than DeSantis did in a landslide win in 2022.
As far as DeSantis winning Miami-Dade—was that DeSantis flipping that county—or Trump flipping it for DeSantis? I point to the Miami rally last week where tens of thousands showed up for TRUMP—thousands of Hispanics showed up for TRUMP—not DeSantis.
We call that riding coat tails. Let us not get it twisted.
