EPHESIANS 3:8-12

8To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9and to make all men see what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things; 10that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places. 11This was according to the eternal purpose which he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12in whom we have boldness and confidence of access through our faith in him.

JOHN 10:11-16

11I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. 12He who is a hireling and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf snatches them and scatters them. 13He flees because he is a hireling and cares nothing for the sheep. 14I am the good shepherd; I know my own and my own know me, 15as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16And I have other sheep, that are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will heed my voice. So there shall be one flock, one shepherd.

First! Congrats.
I sneeze when I hear of any technology labeled “smart.”

para59r

As this post was recarried here having been first deposited late last night in yesterday’s thread I’ll go ahead and carry over it’s one response also.

https://ethw.org/K._Eric_Drexler

In 1986 the public became aware of nano tech when Drexler wrote “Engines of Creation”. Well, those that read the book became aware. The rest stayed ignorant.

It was all chalk talk back then, but he was conceptualizing much moar than mentioned in the article to include military applications.

Drexlar went on to write three more books, the last in 2013. Given the title of the book “Radical Abundance: How a Revolution in Nanotechnology Will Change Civilization” Hardcover – Illustrated, May 7, 2013I’m not surprised we’ve no longer heard from him (guessing we’ve not, have not looked but for his newest book). I don’t think that is what our world titans wish. Instead they want us gone.

Anyway, much in the article still seems to be talking about scaling down through minituration as opposed to scaling up from the molecular level which is what pure nano tech is about.

Nano tech was first conceived by Richard Feynman then Drexlar ran with the concept.

Because they build up from the molecular level some of nano techs more physical promises have yet to come to fruition because things they want to build at that level dissolve in wet environments. Instead the bio tech people have had the best luck in working at the nano tech level. The stuff fast became much too complicated for me to follow so don’t take my word for all that.

I do know however that an Asura has a good chance of defeating dust no matter how smart. Mine can spot a speck of dust from a room away and then the claxon’s sound after which there is zero escape until the dust has been totally defeated and the Asura is assaged which can take a really long time if it was determined you were the cause of dust which seems to be the default assumption. Of course she can’t read any letters on a printed page, but dust has never been a problem. Luckily not everyone is going to have access to an Asura and if they do, it likely won’t be this dust detecting type for which one should be grateful. Times are changing though according to this article so who knows except to say that the world will only be able to tolerate a very finite amount of these dust defeating Asuras.

Adds that Drexlar’s first book printed in 1986 is still very applicable to today and written for the general reader.

Below are reviews for his latest book which are rather illuminating but tell me I’m likely not qualified to read his work, but some of you may be. Given it’s length I’ll leave it under this cover.

Reviews on Drexlar’s latest book.
Editorial ReviewsFrom the Inside Flap”Devices enormously smaller than before will remodel engineering, chemistry, medicine, and computer technology. How can we understand machines that are so small? Nanosystems covers it all: power and strength, friction and wear, thermal noise and quantum uncertainty. This is the book for starting the next century of engineering.” — Marvin Minsky MIT Science magazine calls Eric Drexler “Mr. Nanotechnology.” For years, Drexler has stirred controversy by declaring that molecular nanotechnology will bring a sweeping technological revolution — delivering tremendous advances in miniaturization, materials, computers, and manufacturing of all kinds. Now, he’s written a detailed, top-to-bottom analysis of molecular machinery — how to design it, how to analyze it, and how to build it. Nanosystems is the first scientifically detailed description of developments that will revolutionize most of the industrial processes and products currently in use. This groundbreaking work draws on physics and chemistry to establish basic concepts and analytical tools. The book then describes nanomechanical components, devices, and systems, including parallel computers able to execute 1020 instructions per second and desktop molecular manufacturing systems able to make such products. Via chemical and biochemical techniques, proximal probe instruments, and software for computer-aided molecular design, the book charts a path from present laboratory capabilities to advanced molecular manufacturing. Bringing together physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering, and computer science, Nanosystems provides an indispensable introduction to the emerging field of molecular nanotechnology.

About the AuthorK. ERIC DREXLER published the first scientific paper on molecular nanotechnology in 1981. In addition, he taught the first course on the subject (at Stanford University) and chaired the first two conferences. He is currently President of the Foresight Institute and a Research Fellow of the Institute for Molecular Manufacturing. He wrote Nanosystems while a Visiting Scholar at the Stanford University Department of Computer Science and continues to lecture at universities and corporations in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. He received his doctoral degree in molecular nanotechnology from MIT.

 An astonishing tour de force.

It is rare to see an entire new field of study arise in science and engineering. It is even rarer to see it explored so lucidly by a single mind. “Nanosystems” is an astonishing tour de force.

This book is not light weight. It is not going to be readable for people who do not already have a substantial background in the sciences. It is an in depth and extremely careful analysis of the possibility of the creation of molecular machines and the fundamental physical limits that technology faces. The pages are packed with well described calculations and everything is fully footnoted and referenced.

Some people have criticized Drexler’s vision, but is rare that the critics have actually read his work. In almost every case, he has already anticipated and discussed their objections in extraordinary detail. It is, in fact, amazing to see all the problems he has anticipated and analyzed, in depth and with great care.

If you are serious about your interest in nanotechnology, you must read this book. It will take you quite some time, but the information you will gain is invaluable, and much of it is available nowhere else.

My only criticism is that it is long past time for a new edition — much has been learned in the last 15 years and it would be valuable to have it all collected in one place.

Bought this title on the recommendation of an existing owner. Very comprehensive work, and considerably more involved that Drexler’s earlier, more “general interest” publications.

For those interested in Nanotechnology, and the underlying theory / practicalities / limitations, this would be a very useful introductory to intermediate level text. Makes a good “companion” volume to Robert Freitas’s Kinematic Self-Replicating Machines (which whilst not concerned solely with nanotechnology, does have a great deal in common with Drexler’s book). Excellent reference list so plenty of opportunity for further directed reading for those who might wish to proceed further.

Overall, a “Very Good Buy”!!

This is the book that started it all: The basic principles of practical machinery built on a molecular scale. The book assumes that you’ve got a working knowledge of physics, chemistry, and the requisite fields of mathematics underlying them so don’t expect any hand holding beyond the introduction. If you’re serious about studying nanotechnology (and if you’re studying it in college, this is probably your textbook, anyway) this is the perfect place to start.

An outstanding book exploring the possibilities of nanotechnology in amazing detail. Dense textbook equations and charts fill the pages, but somehow Drexler’s well-written prose transitions between complex concepts and offers explanations of technical points.

My uncle, whose name was Steven, had a different way of looking at things. One year, I visited the house and noted that there was a rusty old corrugated metal shed right next to the house. A couple of years later, I noticed that the eyesore was gone.

Actually, it wasn’t gone — it had merely been moved to a nearby location where it wasn’t so much in the way. Further, it had been cleaned up nicely, though I couldn’t imagine anyone putting in the substantial effort to clean it.

My uncle explained that it wasn’t much effort — since he was disassembling the shed already to move it, he had merely reassembled it inside-out.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Interesting guy. My sympathy as well.

pgroup2

Very clever.

cthulhu

There was always a certain hint of surrealism around Uncle Steven. My cousin told me of a time when he had encountered a large pile of six-inch ABS black plastic pipes that someone had taken the trouble to saw in half — lengthwise, so they were in pairs of black troughs. He brought this whole load of them home in his truck, and my cousin was giving him flak about this being the most useless acquisition yet — NOBODY was going to want these things, he should have left them for trash pickup.

He ended up selling them to a guy who was raising ostriches (!) who used them to line the tops of his chain-link fences so that the ostriches wouldn’t injure their necks while reaching over.

Anyone else (including my cousin) would still be stuck with the pipes today, but my Uncle Steven somehow made it work.

He wasn’t a particularly impressive man physically — in fact, he would regularly walk into “employee only”-type areas and nobody would question him — but every so often he’d conjure up an ostrich farmer and you’d be left scratching your head.

Valerie Curren

What an incredibly precious soul. Thank you for sharing these reminiscences 😇

cthulhu

My uncle had grown up in Michigan, and — though he had little opportunity to demonstrate this in California — he could do what we called “that Legolas thing” when walking in snow.

Just like the character in the LOTR movies, he could seemingly walk around on top of snow in regular sneakers — without having it shift under his feet or getting bogged-down in it. This allowed him to move quickly.

He wasn’t a big fan of waste. One example is when trucks were out salting the roads, and they’d pull up to stop signs. They’d leave a little line across the road where they’d stopped. Not only was this wasteful, it would also wash off into the environment.

So, when safe, he’d hop out and go sweep up the excess salt, which he’d eventually use to help people or on his own property. We’d all just watch him do this, know that we’d slip and fall on our keisters if we tried to help.

I suspect that part of it was just showing off how lightfooted he was in snow.

para59r

It sounds like his self awareness on weight distribution also beld over into other aspects of his life. Not a bad thing at all.

Aubergine

This man seems like a very cool dude! I am sorry for your loss.

Sylvia Avery

I’m sorry, Coothie. Even when it is not unexpected, it still hurts. I remember you mentioning him before with his sweeping up of the excess salt. He sounds like an interesting character. Of course, we are only interesting characters when there is someone noticing us, and remembering. Kudos to you for that.

cthulhu

My uncle was an amazing man in many ways.

Although he was very quiet, every so often you’d catch him at something. For example, he would sing little impromptu songs to himself. These weren’t symphonic or all that complex, and were barely audible, but he’d have a little melody with a verse, then a chorus, then another verse. And they’d be things like walking across a parking lot — one verse would be about dodging a blue car, then a chorus about the store far in the distance, then another verse about finding a shopping cart. There would be no separate composition step….he’d sing the verse about the shopping cart within seconds of actually encountering the shopping cart, while he was still pushing it along.

When I say he was quiet, he was anything but still. He kept constantly busy in a multitude of ways. Unlike some who would watch TV with an dinner tray to eat, he was likely to be assembling some dozens of gizmos while the TV was on. He my aunt had a regular booth at the local weekend swap meet and he never lacked for material. I remember one visit when he was making little mice using cowrie shells, stick-on googly eyes, and bits of leather for the ears and tail.

Old-school Hungarian and firmly Catholic, he often seemed bemused at the winds of pop culture blowing around him — but had his own anarchic streak. While working in Public Works for the City of Anaheim, he generally wore bright red socks between his slacks and dress shoes.

Sylvia Avery

What an endearing character sketch! Thank you for helping me get a glimpse of someone dear to you. Amazing the way he could compose songs on the fly, and that you would notice and remember. And I love the socks! ❤️❤️❤️

She landed flat on her back. Is that the optimum way to hit the water? She started with her feet lower and while I sure don’t plan to do anything like this, I wonder if there is a best choice in that circumstance.

barkerjim

Feet first or curl up.

para59r

Yes. Limit how the body enters the water. Feet or hands first is optimal, side of the body next. She did turn a bit in the last few seconds for a side landing. Much better than a complete splat on her back which looked like it almost was. Still though as DP points out, that was extremely high and injury may of been unavoidable.

Paratroopers are made to recite and practice the 5 points of contact that constitute a perfect landing fall (PLF) before each jump, which are Balls of the Feet, Calves, Thigh, Hip, Push Up Muscle (elbows in, chin tucked, fists protecting face). Apparently some still prefer Feet, Ass, Head or Feet, Knees, Face method, which is not recommended and still others seemingly aim for trees, high tension power wires, or bodies of water, all of which come with additional techniques to successfully negotiate which is seldom done and result in loud squawking noises that are normally responded to by a shadowy figure below whispering up harshly “Shhhh, noise discipline” before said shadow disappears into the night. Aiming for spikes, tallish hard objects such as vehicles or rocks, and fox holes are not recommended either and total panic can be considered a course of action.

This Ireland hate speech thing turns out to be a new tactic to censor Trump. Incredible.

It sounds like a “Black Mirror” episode: a small country announces a crackdown on hate speech to seize control over the entire Internet.

Except it’s not a “Black Mirror” episode. It’s real life. And it’s happening right now in Ireland.

The so-called “Hate Speech” bill isn’t what it seems. It’s not a bill about protecting the Irish people from hate crimes. It’s a Trojan Horse designed to control the world’s Big Tech companies — X, Facebook, Google, and YouTube.

This is a free speech emergency. We thought the legislation was dead. But the Irish government is using recent riots as an excuse to ram the legislation through before Christmas.

THIS IS NOT A DRILL. THIS IS NOT ABOUT IRELAND. THIS IS A TOTALITARIAN EFFORT BY GLOBAL ELITES TO CENSOR ALL OF US.

It’s right there in black and white: “One of the key features of the Bill,” write two attorneys with a leading Irish law firm, “is the provision for offences by corporate bodies.”

https://matheson.com/insights/detail/hate-speech-bill-corporate-offences-on-the-horizon

How can Big Tech companies avoid censorship?

You guessed it: by agreeing to regulation of their content by the Irish government.

“The current iteration of the Bill provides a defence for the corporate body to show that it took all reasonable steps and exercised due diligence to avoid the commission of the particular offence. Therefore, to establish and maintain such a defence, companies will need to have the appropriate processes and procedures in place.”

The Irish government is almost certainly not acting alone. As my colleagues and I have reported, the demand for censorship is coming directly from the militaries, intelligence agencies, and their front groups in the US, UK, and around the world.

https://x.com/shellenberger/status/1731737414077719029?s=20

The intelligence communities of the Five Eyes nations of the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand have been working together to censor ordinary citizens and politicians alike for disfavored speech for the last several years.

https://x.com/shellenberger/status/1729537450752811097?s=20

There’s no time to mince words. What governments are doing is against the law. They are violating the constitutions of the nations that the people elected them to uphold.

Because of the high level of secrecy they are using, we can’t say whether or not these are “rogue” elements within governments or whether these orders are coming from heads of state.

But we do know that demands for censorship have come both directly from the US military and from heads of state of Western nations around the world.

What’s happening should terrify all freedom-loving people.

We must fight back.

We will fight back.

That starts with recognizing what’s going on.

Please follow

@FreeSpeechIre

@Ben_Scallan

and other Irish free speech leaders.

Please share this post and tell friends and family what’s going on.

Finally, please consider getting involved directly. We have created and personally contributed to an Emergency Free Speech Fund to get the word out:

https://censorshipindustrialcomplex.org/donate-1

This isn’t about “hate speech.” This is about out-of-control elites within the intelligence, military, and security agencies around the world who are grotesquely abusing their power in a mad bid to take control of the Internet.

If we don’t stop them, this terrifying “Black Mirror” episode will become real life.

pgroup2

You’re going to have to explain to me how Ireland is going to enforce its ‘will’ beyond the borders of its jurisdiction.

para59r

Two ways. One our politicians are copycats, especially the evil ones, so if it can fit any of their designs they will demand it here. The second are the recent EU censorship laws which have a dampening effect on what our press can report least that news ends up there all though I don’t think their new laws are turning out to be as bullet proof as they had wished.

pgroup2

ThanQ, my friend.

Barb Meier

My first reaction was that corrupt prosecutors and lawfare activists bring cases without any need of US law being broken. My second reaction was that Big Tech already censors especially for China, though in China they just block entire sites and provide their own CCPized software. 🤔

This information about “exemptions” world-wide needs to be outed and spread everywhere.

Even a leftist can understand that if Covid were the “Black Plague” of the 21st century, an “exemption” would not be something anyone would want.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Wolf, I’m on my phone and can’t figure out where else to put this. I want to be certain you see it.

Please read this thread on Twitter. Could this be a certain person we know?! Timeline of events seems to fit with events here, I think.

TheseTruths

I don’t know if I’m understanding correctly. I was able to read part of the thread by going to nitter.net. My first quesiton was if we know whether the person you’re thinking of was present on J6.

Then I think the person’s name is given:

In the end, Tyler Tew was sentenced to 2 years probation — one less than recommended. The Judge said the consequences he had already suffered in terms of his career — for a misdemeanor — was a reason for imposing only 2 years rather than 3.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Thanks. Fortunately, I can say for sure, that it’s not who we thought it might be.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

I’ve done verification and can tell you 100% that it’s not who you thought it might be, but I had to dig a bit for proof. You will find it here:

i have conflicting feelings on this. first seizing patents seems very socialist to me BUT if the drugs were developed using PUBLIC funds, then there should be patent sharing with the gov’t.
FTA
The Biden administration has determined that it has the authority to seize the patents of certain high-priced medicines, a move that could open the door to a more aggressive federal campaign to slash drug prices.
The determination, which was described by three people familiar with the matter, represents the culmination of a nearly nine-month review of the government’s so-called march-in rights. Progressives have long insisted that those rights empower the administration to break the patents of pricey drugs that were developed with public funds, in an effort to create more competition and lower prices.
The administration will not endorse the widespread use of march-in rights, and is not expected to take action against any individual medicines, said the people familiar with the matter, who were granted anonymity to discuss internal decision making.
Instead, the Commerce Department on Thursday plans to issue a new framework spelling out factors that federal agencies should weigh in determining whether to take march-in action against expensive drugs or other individual products that were created with federal help. The price and availability of that product to the public are among the factors the department will recommend that agencies consider.

https://www.politico.com/news/2023/12/06/biden-admin-authority-seize-certain-drug-patents-00130452

pat frederick

I know I am being naive, but I believe that whatever the public funds, the public deserves a benefit from. in this case, lower drug costs would be a benefit.
it doesn’t seem likely that public funds would provide a private runway for a private jet, but public funding for research and development of drugs doesn’t include a stipulation that any patents be shared? seems ridiculous to me.

Barb Meier

It would be ridiculous if we trusted our government. Perhaps patent sharing with government should go to refunds to American taxpayers directly bi-monthly.

kalbokalbs

^^^ Nails it.

para59r

So I guess the old method of waiting until the patent expires (20yrs) are going to receive clauses on a case by case basis. 🤔

Net effect could well be less innovation. One could argue that the patent it self is the reason for less innovation yet if the product is good enough there always seems to be plenty of companies out there that work around the patent to deliver you a similar product, so I’m not sure that is the real case. Anyway’s worth watching how this one plays out.

I know there are several patent experts that have weighed in on COVID issues, I wonder if they have remarked on this.

Brave and Free

They’re already getting a cut in the profits by way of payoffs, appointments to boards etc.

Feds should not seize anything.

PAVACA

“…federal campaign to slash drug prices.”
Yeah, NO.
Recall that the NIH (part of the federal government) CO-OWNS the patents to the Moderna “flagship” modRNA COVID-19 “vaccine”, mRNA-1273. IIRC, the agreement extends to all other modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” made by said company that contain ingredients from mRNA-1273. Oh, and by the way, the NIH CO-DEVELOPED mRNA-1273 with Moderna.
The NIH AND Moderna SHARE in the royalty payments for the use of mRNA-1273 and the subsequent modRNA “vaccines” by Moderna that contain ingredients from said “vaccine.”

Here’s the current CDC vaccine price list. Scroll down the page to the COVID-19 “vaccine” price lists:

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”

Proverbs 3:5 (KJV)

Thank You, Jesus, for blessings received and prayers answered !!!

duchess01

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Free Speech needs to be defended.

Ireland an obvious example. Big Tech whores taking thousands, likely millions from Feds AND States to censor citizens. Pravda News pushing Official Narrative…for money.

Perhaps, unpopular thought here. –

  • I’ll probably not be able to articulate my point well. <<< As many correctly point out, Words Have Meaning. I, acknowledge my limitations.

Genocide is horrible. Calling out harming others is Wrong. It is vile to me. Still should be protected. Called out for being vile, disgusting, immoral…is the right thing. Free Speech is the Right Thing.

Calling for genocide Should be called out. Not banned.

Cancelling Free Speech IS A Slippery Slope, That Will Be Used Against freedom.

  • ^^^ Already IS Used Against Americans. <<< By FIB, DOJ, HLS.
Aubergine

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences.

I am with you, speech should be free. But there must be exceptions wherein speech is curtailed by consequences.

A person calling for the death of, or harm of others is inciting violence. IF violence ensues, then the consequence should be punishment of the inciter and the actor. That is the natural RISK the person speaking is taking. It’s something similar to hiring a hitman to kill someone. You didn’t perform the act, but your words bought it.

If no violence ensues, they got lucky. If it does, there’s a consequence.

That’s my solution.

kalbokalbs

Perhaps shallow here.

So, how does one resolve, calling for making Hamas go away?

  • I am NOT defending Hamas. I for one, would like them to, be gone.
Aubergine

“Making Hamas go away” could go a couple of ways.

1) Calling on our government to support Israel in a war against an invader. This is not calling for genocide. This is legitimate support of a war, initiated against an ally by an enemy. The international codes of the conduct of war apply.

2) Calling for anyone associated with Hamas to be assaulted/murdered by civilians in America. This is vigilantism, and should have consequences. This is very different than calling for government action.

NOTE: my freedom of speech consequences only apply on U.S. soil. We have no right to impose our laws/consequences on a civilian population anywhere else, like in Israel.

kalbokalbs

Agree.

England
(Mail Online) Explosive new Covid variant is taking off in Britain amid fears of impending wave which will cause carnage in NHS hospitals already juggling winter woes of norovirus, flu and ‘100-day cough’

The playbook in New Zealand & England has been actively deployed in order to make way for the new digital roll-out lock downs.

And the cover-up continues
(Mail Online) Boris Johnson today furiously denied claims he wanted to let Covid ‘rip’ through the country at the height of the pandemic or let the old bear the brunt of the virus.
The former prime minister dismissed as ‘rubbish’ claims made in the diaries of Sir Patrick Vallance the former chief scientific adviser, that he advocated a laissez-faire attitude in autumn 2020.

In a fiery evidence session at the official Covid Inquiry Mr Johnson admitted using the words attributed to him in meetings, including that they should ‘let the bodies pile high’.

para59r

So for the new variant, just watch the Muslim numbers, normally recorded as Asian, as they were largely absent from taking the vaxxx. I’d suspect that they will fare fine in the upcoming carnage.

https://mises.org/wire/money-supply-continues-its-biggest-collapse-great-depression

pgroup2

Rice and beans for dinner – every night.

TradeBait2

It could eventually, but I doubt it is imminent. IMO, this is a major first step toward returning the money supply and overall economy to pre-Great Recession metrics. In other words, the unwinding of QE. If they stay on the same pace it will take a few years to do so because of the pumping of dollars into the system to pretend we had a successful economy for all of the non-PDT years. They have to take the money back out of the supply to retire the debt they created out of thin air in the QE environment. It took a year to take out $1T without tanking the markets completely. To get the rest means more tightening and recession for even longer.

Which means more unemployment, more loan/credit card/mortgage defaults, etc. More bottom feeding on other people’s misery by Blackrock and Gates types

If the Fed reverses course and stops retiring the “thin air debt” (TAD – my acronym for it), inflation kicks in again and the Carter years become a viable reality.

PDT gave Powell hell for retiring too much TAD too quickly during his term. However, PDT had a real economy going with real GDP growth driven by manufacturing and distribution with lower priced ample energy supply. It made little sense to reduce TAD quickly in that environment of strong tax revenue growth. There was no real inflation to want to slow the rate of growth, instead the extra money supply was needed to assist the real growth. That is not the case now.

Timing is everything. If PDT goes back in with at least control of the House, the ship can be righted before the crisis hits fully.

QE drove the bus over the cliff. At some point the piper will be paid. PDT’s way paid it through real economic and tax revenue growth while stagnating federal expenses. This next time the federal government expenses need slashed to the bone to limit government while kicking in the economic engine. In that manner the TAD goes away without pain and debt service becomes a much smaller part of the usage of tax revenues.

As I posted on here a year ago, the recession had already begun. What you see is fake prosperity propped up by faking the data and propping the big banks up while they get their investment portfolios in better order and shed some derivative exposure to reduce the possibility of a banking industry collapse. The big banks are shedding branches and employees as fast as they can to help it. The feds used the proxy wars and such to keep the fake economic engine going for the war pigs as Tim Burchett calls them. That propped the stock markets up for a time.

Barb Meier

Thank you so much, TradeBait! Great explanation! I wish those “in charge” would state things as clearly as you do, but they don’t seem to live in Realville.

YW, friend. They try to baffle people with BS. The perspective of time and good memory or archiving helps connect the dots as you know.

With BRICS increasing their territory, there will be less and less investment money seeking safe haven investment in America that satisfies our deficit borrowing needs unless PDT goes back into office. Even the leftist scum know that.

I would not mind one bit if northern VA experienced the deflation in real estate values they so richly deserve from the massive RIF’s at federal government agencies. Maybe VA could move squarely back into the red column at that point.

I remember my first East Coast job. One of the software engineers told me prices in DC real estate never go down like elsewhere. I would like to see downsizing in VA. It would be healthy.

I also learned later from software engineers while in NOVA that the pool of TS Tech people was small and we would likely encounter coworkers again in future contracts. The govies changed out periodically. We didn’t need to worry about what govies did since our tech work continued. The work did continue until it didn’t.

That reminds me of a strange thing an Apple tech writer once told me in the early 90s. We were chatting about a job opportunity and she was under the impression that she already knew all the good tech writers. I thought that was small minded. For that reason, I still remember her name. hehehe

One Blu-Ray can store up to 25 GB (assuming it’s single-layered), which would mean this diamond wafer should be able to store a whopping 25 exabytes (EB) of data. The company calls these wafers Kenzan Diamond.

Appellate Court in NY affirms decision to pause dissolution of Trump properties in NY
FTA
Meanwhile, during his time in court Thursday, a New York State Appeals Court on Thursday affirmed an October decision that paused the dissolution of the Trump Organization until after the trial is complete.

The New York Appellate Division in October temporarily halted the dissolution of some of the former president’s most valuable properties amid the civil fraud trial.

That ruling paused a September pre-trial ruling made by Judge Arthur Engoron, who found that Trump and his family business committed fraud. That order stripped the Trump family of certain properties, like Trump Tower and 40 Wall St.

Trump, who appeared in Manhattan court Thursday, said the ruling was a victory for business.

I don’t actually think that is as big a stretch as it seems on the surface. After digging into it, there is evidence to support the notion, including laws, legal decisions, executive orders and the like.

“Should he actually get a(n overt) second term then it’s vital that all the Deep State plants in his administration are rooted out & no longer able to thwart his vital work of restoring the Republic. Eliminating SES would be a good start to fumigate the Obamaroids…”

Oh YES! And I know he has plans for this already drawn up. I hope to live long enough to see it all happen.

Thanks Valerie.

Just to clarify a bit about PDJT’s plans to root out the Deep Staters/Resistance types in the ranks of government, I have read a couple pieces at mainstream sites, I think one was Daily Caller and the other was Politico, over the last year or so giving fairly detailed information about his plans to eliminate the SES and hire patriots. The people at Politico in particular were ready to hari kiri themselves over it. I am hoping it was true and accurate, although in these days one never knows.

However, given his fairly detailed policy position videos he has been posting over the last year I tend to believe he has addressed this since it was a critical weakness in the first administration.

We’ve been missing your shovel around here. 😍

Sylvia Avery

Thanks, it’s nice to be missed. I was logged out of Q Tree and couldn’t get back in. I finally sat down this afternoon and problem solved and was able to get back in. I had made it into a way bigger issue than it was, lol. Typical. 😁😁😁

Valerie Curren

Glad you solved it!!!

Whenever Q-Tree starts acting up for me I log out & then log in again w/ WordPress. Also since I’m usually using a Brave browser I make sure that the shields are down & it typically works OK again…

Ha!! Thanks! I did read that you lost your little buddy, and I was very sad to hear that. I wanted to get over here to offer my condolences and I am sorry I didn’t, but you were in my thoughts.

It’s a nice idea, and what I’m saying here might just be semantics, but these two concepts…

• secret wartime president
• loyal to the Constitution

…are antithetical to one another, IMO. There is no provision in the Constitution for a secret president of any kind. However, if the meaning is that Trump is working behind the scenes to do all he can to save the country, then I agree with that.

Garrison is gonna have fun with this!!!

It reminds me of the female Secret Service agent(s?) complaining about his swimming in the nude in front of them. If that is his proclivity, maybe it is heightened because of his dementia.

In that clip, Tucker says he knows someone personally who witnessed JB taking amphetamines during the 2020 election. No doubt things have gotten much worse since then.

Barb Meier

Chris Plante said when Biden was VP, he would run around naked in front of female SS agents on his way to the pool. He did this when Jill wasn’t home. Plante said he was told Joe’s code name was “cobra.” hahaha and then he would say “Cobra, Cobra, Cobra.”

Eeeeeew! Sick, sick man.

pgroup2

How would anybody know what drugs SlowJoe was taking? Literally peeking over his shoulder and saw a bottle of pills with ‘amphetamines’ conveniently on the label?

Tucker is going to lose his credibility if he keeps doing this.

TheseTruths

Maybe it was a Secret Service agent who was privy to some of the things JB did in private. A bottle of amphetamines that was prescribed would have the name of the drug on it. It would be easy, if not familiar with the drug, to look it up and see what class it belonged to.

TheseTruths

Disclaimer: I don’t give any credence to leaks and reports about who Trump is considering for VP. Sometimes these things are disseminated to distract from the real pick. Or maybe it’s a way to indirectly gauge public opinion.

That said, Axios (via GWP) is reporting that these are the ones in consideration:

** Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) – Axios notes he might prefer to remain in the U.S. Senate.

** Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who served as the White House Press Secretary from 2017 to 2019.

** Former TV anchor and current 2024 Arizona GOP Senate Candidate Kari Lake

** South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem

The outlet also notes Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) desires the running mate position.

But they’re also reporting that Melania wants it to be Tucker Carlson. How they know that, I have no idea. And now Daily Mail has picked it up. Can’t wait to hear what Joe Scarborough and Mika have to say. /sarc

pgroup2

Why would Tucker accept a position that seriously diminishes his current power?

I seriously do not see how that would help MAGA, which is DJT’s litmus test.

TheseTruths

He would turn into a sidekick of PDJT’s, greatly diminishing his power, as you say, and his influence. I don’t see him as presidential material, which is one criterion for the VP spot.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Yup. His function as a contender is to stir the pot.

SteveInCO · Thermonuclear MAGA

I agree. Tucker needs to stay right where he is.

Sundance has a great article about dealing with life in the face of adversity.
