Dear KMAG: 20240701 Joe Biden Didn’t Win ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And yes, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!

We will always remember Wheatie,

Pray for Trump,

Yet have fun,

and HOLD ON when things get crazy!

We will follow the RULES of civility that Wheatie left for us:

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

And while we engage in vigorous free speech, we will remember Wheatie’s advice on civility, non-violence, and site unity:

“We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.”

“Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.”

If this site gets shut down, please remember various ways to get back in touch with the rest of the gang:

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

Daily outrage and epic phuckery abound.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

And we will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wolfie’s Wheatie’s Word of the Week:

yill

noun / verb

  • ale
  • to delight or entertain with ale
  • to ply with ale

MUSIC!

John Barleycorn Must Die!

Bring me the head of John Barleycorn!

Oh, yeah. Bring back those memories!

THE STUFF

We missed March 7 for this post, but July 3 works, too, and we’re close.

If that doesn’t make sense, watch the video!

But it’s 10 in base thirty-seven – and 1G in base twenty-one.

Just sayin’!

And remember…….

Until victory, have faith!

And trust the big plan, too!

And as always….

ENJOY THE SHOW

I stopped after about 16 minutes. In the selecting the best gas station example, the guy should divide by four because it always seems that where there’s one gas station, there are often three more on the other street corners. So you are judging four at a time instead of one after another. My head hurts… 😂

Interesting. I haven’t gotten there yet.

3 & 7.

Barb Meier

I noticed that the number 69 was far and away the most chosen random number between 1 and 100 but the guy only mentioned it once in passing. 🤔

Barb Meier

Thanks for the explanation!

Multiple gas stations.

Rarely choose numbers 3 or 7. Certainly not 37 or 73.

Years ago. I read somewhere most commonly picked numbers 3 and 7.

So, I ignore 3 and 7 in “random” questions… 😎

Aubergine

He’s right.

Robert Baker

There are two types of opinion pundits in the media. Both make predictions for a living because reading the tea leaves is their job. 1) Is the person who makes wrong predictions and when the faulty analysis comes to light will blame someone else for the failure. An example is the case of the Young Turks, a clique of progressive prognosticators that spent the six months before the 2016 election predicting that Hillary would wipe the floor with Donald. They covered their inferior work by ranting about the incompetence of the Clinton campaign, conveniently ignoring their own lazy incompetence. 2) Is the one who, when making a wrong prediction immediately falls on their sword and admits their mistaken conclusions. An example of this is Victor Davis Hanson, one of the infamous National Review group, who insisted that Trump was an awful choice for President.

The question that follows is who to read, who to listen to? It would seem fairly reasonable that the first group would be a waste of time, leaving only the second group to consider. How do you evaluate that group? I suggest that anyone who can put forth good analysis 2 out of 3 times would be a reasonable starting point. Your test of competence may be higher. A Mea Culpa Score (MCS) of no higher than .33 is my minimum.

Americans would see it clear as day. Politicians AND Pravda News, surprised.

Sadly, a likely scenario.

I don’t think they could use stroke to clear the way because Senator Fetterman has regained critical thinking ability (and come into alignment with conservative perspectives which they would not want to highlight).

Direct reflection of the economy in America. Skid steer and truck loader manufacturing related. They already moved mowers and balers down there years ago. The big dollar agriculture and construction equipment will remain here for the most part.

https://www.kwwl.com/news/dubuque/john-deere-to-relocate-some-production-from-dubuque-to-mexico-by-2026/article_0cdb3a98-21ce-11ef-8aa1-878a54236d1f.html

Simply put, the smaller stuff is too expensive to make here and still be competitive enough to justify being in their product line. Other makes perform well enough at lower prices than they can make them. More a reflection of do you want a luxury brand mower or loader versus a dependable one that does the job well enough. JD thinks they can stabilze the pricing with cheaper Meh -ico labor and still sell them internationally.

JD is facing what the major car manufacturers have faced for a long time. It’s not good by any means because jobs and investment in America are involved. But with regional polarity (hegemony) well underway it is inevitable. They are going to do it regardless of what We the People think and want.

How Many Scientists Fabricate and Falsify Research? A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Survey Data

ABSTRACT

….A pooled weighted average of 1.97% (N = 7, 95%CI: 0.86–4.45) of scientists admitted to have fabricated, falsified or modified data or results at least once –a serious form of misconduct by any standard– and up to 33.7% admitted other questionable research practices. In surveys asking about the behaviour of colleagues, admission rates were 14.12%< (N = 12, 95% CI: 9.91–19.72) for falsification, and up to 72% for other questionable research practices. Meta-regression showed that self reports surveys, surveys using the words “falsification” or “fabrication”, and mailed surveys yielded lower percentages of misconduct. When these factors were controlled for, misconduct was reported more frequently by medical/pharmacological researchers than others.

Considering that these surveys ask sensitive questions and have other limitations, it appears likely that this is a conservative estimate of the true prevalence of scientific misconduct.

Why Most Published Research Findings Are False

Abstract

Summary

There is increasing concern that most current published research findings are false. The probability that a research claim is true may depend on study power and bias, the number of other studies on the same question, and, importantly, the ratio of true to no relationships among the relationships probed in each scientific field. In this framework, a research finding is less likely to be true when the studies conducted in a field are smaller; when effect sizes are smaller; when there is a greater number and lesser preselection of tested relationships; where there is greater flexibility in designs, definitions, outcomes, and analytical modes; when there is greater financial and other interest and prejudice; and when more teams are involved in a scientific field in chase of statistical significance. Simulations show that for most study designs and settings, it is more likely for a research claim to be false than true. Moreover, for many current scientific fields, claimed research findings may often be simply accurate measures of the prevailing bias…..

Research Misconduct Identified by the US Food and Drug Administration:
Out of Sight, Out of Mind

Importance

Every year, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspects several hundred clinical sites performing biomedical research on human participants and occasionally finds evidence of substantial departures from good clinical practice and research misconduct. However, the FDA has no systematic method of communicating these findings to the scientific community, leaving open the possibility that research misconduct detected by a government agency goes unremarked in the peer-reviewed literature….

Objectives

To identify published clinical trials in which an FDA inspection found significant evidence of objectionable conditions or practices, to describe violations, and to determine whether the violations are mentioned in the peer-reviewed literature.

Design and Setting

Cross-sectional analysis of publicly available documents, dated from January 1, 1998, to September 30, 2013, describing FDA inspections of clinical trial sites in which significant evidence of objectionable conditions or practices was found.

Results: Fifty-seven published clinical trials were identified for which an FDA inspection of a trial site had found significant evidence of 1 or more of the following problems:

— falsification or submission of false information, 22 trials (39%);

— problems with adverse events reporting, 14 trials (25%);

— protocol violations, 42 trials (74%);

— inadequate or inaccurate recordkeeping, 35 trials (61%);

— failure to protect the safety of patients and/or issues with oversight or informed consent, 30 trials (53%);

— and violations not otherwise categorized, 20 trials (35%).

Only 3 of the 78 publications (4%) that resulted from trials in which the FDA found significant violations mentioned the objectionable conditions or practices found during the inspection. 👉No corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, or other comments acknowledging the key issues identified by the inspection were subsequently published.

Conclusions and Relevance

:wpds_arrow: When the FDA finds significant departures from good clinical practice, those findings are seldom reflected in the peer-reviewed literature, even when there is evidence of data fabrication or other forms of research misconduct.

See how it works in the “legal community”? They will always make money and have jobs.

SCOTUS makes illegal, unconstitutional decisions that a majority political party and their brainwashed voters support even if it involves blackmail and extortion. The legal community rushes in to basically create more industries and profit centers to milk it for all it is worth. The globalists and current crop of genocidal maniacs also rush in to do their thing. It snowballs over decades as We the People fall asleep at the wheel since we have jobs and can still support our families.

As things worsen and We the People begin waking up, patriot POTUS does the right thing and attempts to pack the court with more principled Constitution caring justices. Over time many key illegal rulings are righted. In this situation the legal community will now be able to rush in to right wrongs, creating more income streams and industries of influence. They never stop making money in the entire process.

Rinse and repeat over and over again.

So, I had mentioned that I was gathering stuff together but was missing a thumbdrive. You might have figured that it was prepared in some way.

The thumb drive was loaded with Ventoy — https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ventoy . This is a wild little utility that half-boots a computer system from a thumbdrive, then offers to continue the boot from disk images on the same drive. For instance, you can prep the thumbdrive for Ventoy, then load ISO images of Ubuntu 2022.4, Mint 21.3, Manjaro 23.1.2, and Fedora 40 into its data space. Then you can “half-boot” off the thumbdrive and choose any of the four distros to finish your boot. Nifty!

That said, it’s a pre-boot utility….so it’s not found in the repos of any major distro. Every Tom, Dick, and Harriet offers their own download of the thing, and you have to go through some gyrations to get an “official” copy, check signatures, and get it set up — which typically takes some time. Once it is set up, however, you just throw ISOs into its data space (which can subsequently be deleted) and it’s easy as falling off a log. You can even put a mix of 64-bit, 32-bit, and Arch ISOs in (although trying to use the wrong type on your computer will probably crash).

The reason that this is necessary is because I tried something and learned something. I got one of my little mini-boxes with a paltry 16G of “disk” space (actually eMMC) and loaded it with Ubuntu MATE. It runs fine and acts like a cute little Ubuntu computer……until you update/upgrade the software, at which point its little storage fills up and it crashes, hard. You can “get away with” little upgrades, with 1M downloads, but anything big is a problem — this is why I apt autoremove and apt clean after all my update/upgrades on all my computers. But, then, I tried a dist-upgrade and the thing is essentially bricked.

Now this is a very important thing to know — you can, for instance, get really cheap ChromeOS laptops (<$100) that are about to have their ChromeOS support cut and convert them into Linux laptops……but if they only have 16G, they will always be a pain-in-the-tuchis. Best to avoid anything with less than 32G. Further, I wouldn’t purchase another computer like the one I’m working on with less than a 32G “drive” in the future.

The reason I needed my Ventoy stick is that I intend to boot this half-bricked dog of a computer off of Ventoy, then load Ubuntu MATE onto it again, after partitioning the onboard eMMC into a boot stub and loading the actual operating system onto a permanently installed thumbdrive (remember, this particular bunch of mini-boxes is interesting because they have a bunch of USB 3.0 or better interfaces).

Anyway, I was getting pretty frustrated by my lack of success in finding my Ventoy stick, so I started rounding-up the pieces and the plan to make a new one. Such is the nature of the universe that I found my old one 20 minutes later. I wonder how much my lifespan has been decreased by the hypertension during my previous hours of searching.

The project box looks pretty good for lighting up the computer and reinstalling Ubuntu MATE tomorrow.

Potential Bankruptcy Earthquake
https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=251590

Karl hit it out of the park with this one!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
[QUOTE]

Harrington .v. Purdue.

Recall that Purdue was the maker of Oxycontin which affiliates marketed as less addictive and less-abusable than other pain drugs. Said affiliate ultimately pled guilty to misbranding. That in turn led to thousands of lawsuits aimed at the parent company. The controlling company, the Sacklers, implemented what amounted to an asset-stripping scheme to try to get something out of the company, fearing it (and all their income stream) might be destroyed in bankruptcy.

The company ultimately did file and, recently, there was a proposed settlement that, among other things, forbid anyone from suing the Sacklers, effectively granting them a release as part of the bankruptcy.

This was just blown up by the Supremes and correctly so.

Specifically:

Held: The bankruptcy code does not authorize a release and injunction that, as part of a plan of reorganization under Chapter 11, effectively seek to discharge claims against a nondebtor without the consent of affected claimants. Pp. 7–19.

(a) When a debtor files for bankruptcy, it “creates an estate” that includes virtually all the debtor’s assets. 11 U. S. C. §541(a). Under Chapter 11, the debtor must develop a reorganization plan governing the distribution of the estate’s assets and present it to the bankruptcy court for approval. §§1121, 1123, 1129, 1141. A bankruptcy court’s order confirming a reorganization plan “discharges the debtor” of certain pre-petition debts. §1141(d)(1)(A). In this case, the Sacklers have not filed for bankruptcy or placed all their assets on the table for distribution to creditors, yet they seek what essentially amounts to a discharge. No provision of the code authorizes that kind of relief. Pp. 7–17

Yup! I have my space heater on right now. Kathy’s a lying liar.

holly

🤣🤣🤣 It the space heater’s on you know it’s a con!

holly

People here despise her and are missing Cuomo.

Watching her using a step stool to get in and out of her SUV is a treat though. 😁

Gail Combs

GOOD Grief!

Hubby is 81 and HE can still get into a truck (and so can I of course)

The step stool only comes out if I have to climb into the bed when the tailgate is down. I can no longer do that ‘step’

holly

A step could easily be added to the SUV to eliminate the need for the stool. Her aides place the stool for her. It’s a sight. Like she’s the Queen.

Gail Combs

We need to replace the rocker panels on my truck and I am considering adding a step for hubby while we are at it.

scott467

I’m surprised she doesn’t make one of her servants get on his hands and knees so she can step on his back to get into the truck.

kalbokalbs

Goofs need to install power running boards. Door opens, they extend.

Door closes, running board retracts. Tucks neatly under truck.

Ram power running boards superb.

Can’t speak for Amp, after market, power running boards.

holly

Exactly! It’s not that hard.

pgroup2

At least she didn’t have the motor pool install a motorized lift step.

barkerjim

Yet!

scott467

She always looks like a Moonie, or at least how I would imagine a Moonie would look.

It’s that far away look in the eyes, and the eyes are too big, and too wide open.

And that vague sense that the lights are on, but nobody’s home.

scott467

I like 100 degrees.

I like warm weather. Florida in summer is about my ideal.

scott467

“Hochul exudes ignorance.”

___________

It’s one of her special talents 😁

Gail Combs

Good grief!

I can remember temperatures ACTUALLY HITTING 100F & above in the early 60s because I could not ride. The horses were sweating in their stalls and we could not cool them down, even with a cold water bath.

Note, it hit 97 this last week and even my Haflinger who is a light draft horse/pony, was NOT sweating.

Hochul is like every installed dem, when they start talking 90% of the time their lying.
So what’s her response to the last few days in NY where it’s been cooler than normal? ( I’ve been here) She’s just setting the sheep up for the next lockdown their planing.
Notice her wording.
This is not natural 🤔 it’s a significant public health event 🤔 . All words of propaganda.

TradeBait2

Alrighty then…

She probably thinks her leftist idgits don’t now how to do this.

TheseTruths

She says the “feels like” temperature will be over 100 degrees. That, and higher than that, is common in southern states during summer months.

Gail Combs

YUP, Last week here in NC it finally hit the 90s. Before that it was mild.

In April 2004 we had 2 days of 91F. and 4 days of 93F. With 17 days over 90F and a high of 98 for the month of May.

I count 43 day over ninety F for 2004 by July tenth vs 26 days for 2010, and nine days of 98F in 2004 vs four days of 98F in 2010 by July tenth.

This is the Piedmont and the Piedmont and Coastal plain follow the temperatures of the Atlantic (DUH!)

Traffic music, that brings back memories!
Good ones too!

Gail Combs

Wolfie, I just met someone while food shoping. I gave her this site for her brother. He talked her and the rest of the family OUT of the Covid shot.

Seems the whole family is AWAKE and not Woke.😎

Alison

Woo Hoo !! That’s infectious !! (In a good way LOL).

Gail Combs

Yes, I am hoping they join us. That is why I gave you a ‘heads-up’

mollypitcher5

Me too Brave. Some days Traffic and Pink Floyd were on all day. I’m so old I remember loading the turntable with 3 or 4 albums at a time. Great memories of great music.

The real Brandon in the debate, revealed his dementia as he has in multiple speeches and events over the past years. Since my mother in law had it and we were primary care givers for about 10 years; my wife and I know it all too well. What I have observed in the lead-up, the debate, and afterwards is Stage 6 even with the drugs they shot into him to help him stand and be partially coherent. I have brought this up in other posts. The following link may help some of you.

https://www.verywellmind.com/the-7-stages-of-dementia-symptoms-and-what-to-expect-6823696

If the 10-4 Dr. Pepper time frame of cognitive improvement reports are true he clearly has Sundowners, which is present in most Alzheimer’s related conditions. A live performance standing for 90 minutes in the evening while even being shot up with drugs would lead to what we saw.

My wife has been terribly upset that his family and the rest of the scummy Dems would trot him out there to play this role for the past four years. I told her to not be too upset about it, he was and is a hardened criminal with no morals or ethics. That is what happens to those types as they finish their roles for Satan.

To even think for a second he has been running the country is silly. PDT has to play the part of acting like Brandon is in charge, but the guy is just a figurehead for all things the black hats are and want to be. He is just a bad actor with a criminal background whose family will do anything to keep the grift and charade going. They have zero integrity.

The real conspiracy is the use of a mentally ill/insane man as the POTUS of our nation. The cruelty is revealing for anybody paying attention. No mercy for any of them when true justice prevails.

Thank you for this. Agreed.
IMO, “No mercy for any of them” also applies to the spouse and to Hunter.

TradeBait2

YW, friend. 100% agree on no mercy.

Stay tuned to the Kirsch reveal on the data he is analyzing. I believe a major confirmation of your research is about to happen.

mollypitcher5

It’s only revealing because the press was given the nod to acknowledge his decline. Other filmed events have shown him exactly as he is, exactly as he was during the debate and the press ignored it . It hasn’t mattered at all that the public HAS commented on it many times before.
Granted there was a larger audience this time but just as the DemCom loyals and his family are making excuses…previously the press would’ve done that also. This time they did not. That’s the real notable thing to me.

Alison

Kind of like the masses covered their eyes with what they didn’t want to see during covid vax/lockdown hoax … they don’t want to see a demented, corrupt Joe.

rayzorback

The msm did not… because they COULD not… cover for him with LIES any longer.

MSM = Enemy of the people… and now it is coming clear to the Normies.

TheseTruths

That’s a good article that clearly describes the stages. Stage 6 seems appropriate for JB. It’s unbelievable criminal and traitorous, IMO, that his family is encouraging him to continue in “office” and to run again, and that they’re doing this to the country.

pgroup2

Justice Barrett made a lame joke on the first case, a statute of limitations case.

singingsoul1

Barret seems a wolf in sheep clothing and slow to boot.

pgroup2

Two cases to go – NetChoices and immunity.

Barrett still reading.

Justice Jackson in her conclusion: “At the end of a momentous Term, this much is clear: The tsunami of lawsuits against agencies that the Court’s holdings in this case and Loper Bright have authorized has the potential to devastate the functioning of the Federal Government.”

GOD I HOPE SO.

This I believe. Tucker really has the sources. O’reilly does not:

Aubergine

Text of above:

Tucker Carlson

@TuckerCarlson

From an unusually good source: Obama’s tweet supporting Joe Biden was disingenuous. In private, Obama is telling people Biden can’t win, and he is therefore in favor of an open convention. Obama will not say whom he supports, nor as of yesterday afternoon had he met personally with Biden to deliver the message. Relations between the Obamas and the Bidens have never been warm. At times they’ve been hostile. But recently they’ve deteriorated further, mostly due to Jill Biden. In the hours and days after the debate, she kept her husband cloistered away from anyone who might convince him to drop out. Jill Biden is the driving force behind her husband’s reelection campaign, just as she was in 2020, when other members of the family (including Biden’s sister Val) considered him too impaired to run. The next generation of potential Democratic candidates understands all this as an opportunity and they’re circling, particularly Gretchen Whitmer, who is promoting herself aggressively.

Please

Jill’s holding out for a BuyDone Family Immunity Deal, which is the reason she/he ran in the first place, to keep the BuyDone family name and members free from prosecution for their lifetime of criminal dealings, as well as to keep all their misbegotten gains

She’s probably got a $ number in mind for “advising” him to step down too.

Alison

Witchmer is the newer, younger version of Hillary. Very very dangerous.
