All daily Mass readings are good today.

1 Corinthians 2:10-16

10God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. 11For what person knows a man’s thoughts except the spirit of the man which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might understand the gifts bestowed on us by God. 13And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who possess the Spirit. 14The unspiritual man does not receive the gifts of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 15The spiritual man judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one. 16“For who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

Psalms 145:8-14

8The LORD is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. 9The LORD is good to all, and his compassion is over all that he has made. 10All thy works shall give thanks to thee, O LORD, and all thy saints shall bless thee! 11They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and tell of thy power, 12to make known to the sons of men thy mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of thy kingdom. 13Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endures throughout all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds. 14The LORD upholds all who are falling, and raises up all who are bowed down.

Luke 4:31-37

31And he went down to Caper’na-um, a city of Galilee. And he was teaching them on the sabbath; 32and they were astonished at his teaching, for his word was with authority. 33And in the synagogue there was a man who had the spirit of an unclean demon; and he cried out with a loud voice, 34“Ah! What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are, the Holy One of God.” 35But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him down in the midst, he came out of him, having done him no harm. 36And they were all amazed and said to one another, “What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.” 37And reports of him went out into every place in the surrounding region.

25 October 2021·2-min read

Well-known cartoonist Michael Leunig has been sacked by The Age newspaper over a controversial image comparing resistance to vaccine mandates in Victoria to the bloody Tiananmen Square massacre.

The self-published drawing he posted to his Instagram account last month showed a lone protester standing in front of a syringe with an inset of the iconic 1989 “tank man” photo.

The image mimics one of the memorable photographs of the last century, which captured a standoff between an unidentified man and a line of military tanks leaving Beijing following a brutal crackdown on pro-democracy protestors….

Why do they even pretend with this shit?

And why do we even pretend there is one iota of possibility this happens?

If you are a doer like PDT, you do things without announcing to the world you are planning to do things. You tell the public what you are going to do and then do it. Big talkers like Johnson are actors, pretenders and posers. We now know the truth. He will do what PDT wants when he is in office, what Turtle/Chuckie want until then or if the cheat is successful. He has devolved into a political animal.

A few Trump supporting House reps in TN are taking it on the chin with the public for supporting that guy for speaker. They are now the clock and the bubble. They will be replaced when suitable replacements are found.

We have fields of them around here.

Aubergine

Lol, I have fields of them in my tiny yard! I planted a couple of sunflowers once ten years ago, and have never planted again. Yet every year, I have to pull out a bunch and let a few grow.

We had a terrible wind storm here a couple weeks ago. Trees down all over the place, two fell on houses just a block from me. Some of the sunflowers in my front yard were down, and my soft-hearted daughter had me stake them back up!

GA/FL

Tucker Carlson:

“The people who run our country are destroying it, and they’re doing it on purpose. And there’s no doubt about that in my mind, and I’ve withheld judgment for a number of years now.

But with what they’ve done at the border, completely changing the population of the country, letting in millions and millions of people who have no connection to the United States, can’t possibly help our economy, can’t possibly unify our very fractured civic culture and whose loyalty to a knowledge of the United States is completely in question. In fact, their identities are in question. We don’t know who they are, and they’re coming through a country in the middle of a drug war.

The whole thing is not by the way, bad management or they’re not doing their job. No. They’re destroying the United States on purpose. And so I’d begin with that.

So the idea that those same people are going to somehow affect positive change in Eastern Europe, a region they know nothing about, and it’s demonstrable. They don’t know anything at all, it’s, like, insane to me.

And the fact that Republican leaders who really are either, in many cases, just they just don’t know, or they’re controlled, that is true, are on board with this is just infuriating.”

THOSE MILLIONS OF MILITARY AGE MALES ARE OBAMA’S CIVILIAN ARMY.
They are violent criminal thugs, mostly muslims, imported from all over the world, who will rampage through American cities and neighborhoods, raping, murdering and pillaging, as muslims have always done, creating chaos and anarchy, setting the stage for a tyrannical, globalist oligarchy takeover of our country.

Most of the Republican elected leaders are bought and paid for. That’s why they don’t stop this. That’s why they let elections be stolen. That’s why they are letting all this happen. Pence and McConnell are just as evil as Pelosi and Obama.

What they are doing in Nigeria, they will do in the US if our leaders allow.

Nearly 17,000 Christians killed in Nigeria in last four years – report
Much of the violence is concentrated in Nigeria’s North Central Zone and Southern Kaduna. Yet there is “markedly little security engagement at the scene of attacks”.
 “Millions of people are left undefended,” said senior ORFA analysit Frans Vierhout. “For years, we’ve heard of calls for help being ignored, as terrorists attack vulnerable communities. Now the data tells its own story.”

scott467

“What they are doing in Nigeria, they will do in the US if our leaders allow.”

________________

Our rogue, renegade regime doesn’t just allow it, they’re doing every last thing they can to promote it, of course.

I’m guessing Nigeria is another country where the People simply can’t be trusted by their criminal government to keep and bear arms.

Fortunately, most Christians in America are well armed.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

A fascinating read, and SO TRUE.

The following is key, and the part in bold even more so.

The FBI is not a federal investigative agency with a mission to serve and protect the people of the United States. The FBI is a federal investigative agency with a mission to protect the institutional interests of Washington DC. Once you understand this process with clarity then everything the FBI does and does not investigate, makes sense.

This operational mission of the FBI explains why when a citizen brings an issue to the FBI, the citizen is more than likely going to end up as a target. This reality is key to understanding the disparity between what people perceive as the FBI mission, and what the ACTUAL mission is.

This is not some off-the-cuff disparagement or conspiracy theory; this is the fact-based reality of how the FBI works. Even in my own discussions with John Durham’s FBI investigators, they openly admitted how their operational mission does not permit them to entertain any evidence of corruption or wrongdoing within government.

scott467

And this is why the people who WORK at the FIB are without excuse.

It’s not possible for them NOT to know. Anyone who is age 7 or older, or who has ever seen an investigative TV show or read a book about the most basic investigation (e.g., The Hardy Boys) understands the difference between the ‘good guys’ and the ‘bad guys’, and the basics of investigation, how to determine motive, means, opportunity, etc.

The fact that the FIB’s “operational mission” is NOT to protect and serve the People of America — its obvious and ostensible reason for existence, and the reason why anyone would presumably want to work there in the first place — but purposely and objectively avoids what must be regarded as its primary mission, and instead targets the innocent for political attack and narrative propagation, cannot be hidden from the people who work there.

Not unless they are idiots, and comfortable being idiots.

And I don’t think they are idiots, not to that degree.

I think they’re corrupt.

They have to be evil people who hate America and every single thing America was founded upon.

What other plausible explanation is there?

Police should have 12 months to solve any case, at which point 100% of the evidence should be published to the internet.

75% of crimes would be solved by redditors within 12 days.

— Chris Bakke (@ChrisJBakke) September 2, 2024

_____________

Why wait 12 months?

Most crime the cops don’t even try to solve.

If the people were given the information, they’d run circles around the kops, make ’em look silly 😂

Tonawanda

There is solving a case and there is getting enough evidence to convict. Some cases are “solved” pretty much immediately, but there is never enough evidence to charge let alone convict.

Many cases depend on police getting the right kind of statement from a suspect. A good interrogator can do that, but the interrogation needs to be in person.

Many, many is the fool who sits in his cell aware that he could be someplace else were it not for what he said to police.

scott467

“There is solving a case and there is getting enough evidence to convict. Some cases are “solved” pretty much immediately, but there is never enough evidence to charge let alone convict.”

______________

Well that’s what I mean.

If it is left up to the ‘experts’, shouldn’t we expect ‘expert’ results?

Is there any reason to think the ‘experts’ in law enforcement are any more competent than all the other ‘experts’ in medicine, prosecutor’s offices, DAs, scientismists, FIB, DoJ, W.H.O., C.D.C., etc., etc.?

The problem with reliance on ‘experts’ is that their expertise is declared and certified by other ‘experts’, whose own expertise is already in grave doubt 😂

The even bigger problem is that the police are subject to politics, and they do whatever they’re told (even to include releasing suspects of double-homicides in sanctuary cities!) to protect their pensions.

Their pension is their god, and it is only he that they serve.

They shouldn’t even be called ‘police’, they should be called what they are, Pension Protectors.

Except it’s not anyone else’s pension they’re protecting, it’s only their own. And that’s practically all they’re protecting. They serve and protect themselves, and they’re certainly not going to serve or protect anyone else, because that puts their Holy Pension at risk — because politics.

Which brings into question the whole idea of creating a civil service profession and then arming and paying them to do nothing besides protect their own pensions.

But if crime solving is CROWD SOURCED, at least two beneficial things happen:

A) only people who are actually interested enough AND have the time to dig through all the details will participate in any meaningful way

B) those people (members of the public) who do participate are NOT constrained by politics or by the need to protect their holy pension.

We have millions of retired people in America, many of them competent, with skills and interests that are not being utilized. Lots of other people (not retired, or not currently employed outside the home for any number of reasons) have skills and abilities that are not being utilized too.

Find a way to incentivize ($) interested citizens to investigate crime reports and do the work that the profane Praetorian Guard Pension Protectors won’t do, because they’re too busy serving and protecting their Pensions.

If citizens discover an illegal invader murdered someone, they can hand that information off straight to the prosecutor, so the Pension Protectors don’t have to get involved, or have to risk losing their Pension, or do anything at all, really — just like now.

And unlike the thin blue scapular, a.k.a. the armed Priesthood of the Pension Protectors, the prosecutor can be held accountable, because he’s either elected or appointed.

I’ve been seething about the 6 Israeli hostages killed just before the IDF extracted them, and I think I’ve got a plan.

There were hostage swaps where 20 (number for illustration only) Hamas prisoners in Israeli custody were swapped for each Israeli hostage. Emphasize that they were swapped with the understanding that the Hamas would “keep their noses clean”.

Restate that they are free and not under Israeli pursuit, so long as they keep their noses clean.

Note that Israel no longer needs 120 Hamas operatives in their custody to swap for the hostages killed. Kill them and dump their bodies in Gaza. Bomb their funerals

Kill the official Hamas negotiators in Qatar. Kill the official Hamas press. Dump their bodies on the street in Gaza. Bomb their funerals

Point out that the only way to purchase a license to continue breathing from the IDF is to return hostages and swear to not cause further trouble.

Publish a count of remaining Hamas operatives and a count of remaining hostages, and note the surplus. Repeat that freed hostages are a “get out of extermination free” card for a small number of proactive people, but that Israel has every intention to kill all the rest.

Killing Palestinians might be genocide; killing Hamas, even in bulk, is anti-terrorism.

Once the incentives are seen to change, Hamas can start acting like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s Ark when the raindrops start.

pgroup2

I worked for a British Jew in 1980. His view of Samaria and Gaza was that there would never be peace until Israel killed them all. I asked what he thought about that.

GANG WARS….

Remember that Colorado has MJ growers…. However not all states have legalized MJ

Also the ‘Drug Culture’ moved into Colorado so there is a demand for illegal drugs.

….According to the 2019 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), approximately 12.3% of men in Colorado aged 12 or older reported past-month use of illegal drugs. (10) Moreover, for men, past-year substance use disorder rates related to alcohol or illicit drugs were 10.3% and 4.2%, respectively.

The 2019 NSDUH survey also found that 9.5% of Colorado women aged 12 or older reported past-month use of illegal drugs. Also, past-year substance use disorder rates related to alcohol or illicit drugs were 7.5% and 2.8%, respectively.

Finally, the survey found that approximately 12.2% of Colorado youth aged 12-17 reported past-month illegal drug use. In addition, past-year substance use disorder rates related to alcohol or illicit drugs were 7.1% and 3.5%, respectively…. LINK

“The boom is over”: Colorado cannabis growers hope volatile wholesale market is stabilizing The Denver Post 1/20/2020

…New state regulations mandating pesticide testing and microbial contamination testing only compounded the problem, forcing many farmers who couldn’t recoup their expenses to shutter. By the end of 2019, Colorado cultivation licenses dropped 8% to 683 businesses, according to the Marijuana Enforcement Division.

“You have to be agile and able to adapt quickly to the really rapidly changing environment,” said Monroe, who’s in the process of selling his 6-year-old indoor operation to industry giant Cannabis One Holdings.

Those who work in the industry are accustomed to wholesale price fluctuations in the fall, when plants from outdoor cultivations are harvested. “Croptober,” as Hageseth calls it, had no noticeable effect on wholesale prices this year, however, due in part to an early freeze and a crackdown on illicit operations, he said.

The average market rate, which changes quarterly, is the number the state uses when collecting its 15% excise tax on sales and transfers between grow[er]s and stores…

1) When Wolfmoon first came to my notice (when Sundance published the classic and definitive description by Wolfmoon of Trump) one thing Wolfmoon did which I loved was to call people from the other side “communists.”

2) No one did that despite the truth of the matter. IMO people did not use that word in small part because they did not see it, but in bigger part because they saw it and did not want to say it out of the fear of appearing crazy.

3) At some point I started noticing that more and more people were using the word “communist.” It became frequent enough where I posted to Wolf my belief that he had influenced the tenor of discussion in the wider world by his persistent use of this accurate word. And now everyone uses the word, much to the daily benefit of our side and the detriment of the other side. A small change in vocabulary with significant psychological consequences, this time in our favor.

4) What happens on this site IMO is seen by and influences many. I have said before that the people on this site make awareness of this site valuable, for purposes both good and bad.

5) Today Vox Day was commenting and said: “Never attribute to accident, coincidence, or stupidity that which is reasonably explained by the malice of Man’s satanic would-be rulers.

6) Man, that sounds awfully familiar! But there were no credits given to Aubergine, whose Razor IMO has also attained wider world influence, and changed the daily conversation for the better by formulating the truth in a memorable way. I have started to see her Razor expressed (in other similar words) more and more.

7) Here is the link to Day:

8) Here is the link to the very short essay Day was commenting upon, well worth the read:

https://delingpole.substack.com/p/theres-something-you-need-to-know

9) In the latter link you will see (if you read it) that Delingpole posits an explanation (among others) for why TPTB and their agents do what they do: to torment us.

10) What he is describing is sadism. And the conversation will be better off for us when this observation becomes commonplace, when people see and then assume that the fundamental motivation for the entire gamut of the other side is sadism. There is nothing they do which is not intended deliberately to inflict pain. Inflicting pain gives them pleasure and comforts them. As VSG says, these are sick people.

Gail Combs

 Man, that sounds awfully familiar! But there were no credits given to Aubergine, whose Razor IMO has also attained wider world influence, and changed the daily conversation for the better by formulating the truth in a memorable way. I have started to see her Razor expressed (in other similar words) more and more.

I have published Aubergine’s Razor over at Badlands and elsewhere several times.

Thanks, Gail. I appreciate it.

I don’t care about credit, but I deeply care about our safety as people and as a nation. And I believe with all my heart in the danger the Razor describes.

It isn’t always the case that malice or guile is the driver of a given action or behavior, but we are always safer if we keep the possibility in mind.

Gail Combs

And that is why I broadcast it. It has become very obvious that we are dealing with EVIL and not stupidity.

Aubergine

I agree.

You should care about getting credit. The more credit, the more attention paid. The more attention paid, the more credit given for other potential pearls. IOW, it’s a multiplication of wisdom.

I do not care. I HOPE ‘influencers’ decide to ‘mine’ this website for nuggets to broadcast.

Aubergine

Ok. You talked me into it, lol!

Tonawanda

That is why the word “dangerous” was inspired.

Aubergine

Thanks. I really do believe the phrase was passed to me from God, or something. It came into my head full-bloom and I just typed it out.

pgroup2

And that is EXACTLY how God speaks to us a lot of the time. He pops it into your mind and you utter it as if it’s yours.

Why?

Because it feels like it’s your idea. That way, it’s up to you whether you worship yourself or worship God in attribution.

IMO most if not all bolt-of-lightning ideas are God-planted. For years I have been verbally crediting God when that happens if someone accuses me of being brilliant or similar compliments. Just today, a work partner said that my example [how I conduct myself] is getting her closer to God, and helping her see how God works.

Aubergine

That’s wonderful!

My most fervent prayer is to be a light for Jesus. That others will see in me what He wants them to see. I would never want to be a negative imager, like one of those pastors who give Christianity a bad name with their actions.

I also believe that God gives us those out-of-the-blue thoughts and ideas.

You helped get it out! It is such a great saying that some people (IMO) want others to believe they thought of it.

They do it for the same reasons Christians take communion and try to be more like Christ: because their religion demands it… There’s Something You Need to Know About Michelle Obama, Taylor Swift and, er, Jo Rogan… — James Delingpole

[unquote]

…But who is what is not really the point, and Delingpole points us to the salient fact: this is a satanic pagan religion. These elite baphomets are neither male nor female, they are pure non-binary evil. Know that they are wicked, and they are part of the supernatural plan to dethrone God and enslave Man in his sin forever. And they will be successful to a sufficient extent that when the White Rider returns, this time with a sword, he will ride through rivers of blood.

Our job is to resist them until the divine cavalry arrives. So speak the truth, as best you understand it, and do not fear them or their wicked masters. Because if they were not afraid of us and our King, they would not need to hide in plain sight…

“…INCLUDING TRUMP???…”

Delingpoles says this about Mr E.

…I have a theory on this, largely inspired by the heroic research of my most recent podcast [available to subscribers now and for everyone else in a week or so] guest Mr E. Mr E – his real name is Mark and no, he’s not, contrary to internet rumour the lead singer of the band Eels pretending to be an online conspiracy theorist – and he was once, just like me (and you too probably) a confirmed Elite Gender Inversion sceptic.

What he found, however, on delving deeper into the phenomenon is that famous women that aren’t women like Michelle Obama are closer to being the rule than they are the exception….

I like Delingpole and have read him for years BUT HE IS NOT IN JAIL!!! HE IS NOT MUZZLED!!!

He drew attention to the Muslim Rape Culture that was infecting the UK and that the government did nothing about. That is considered ‘HATE SPEECH’

Yet ALSO in 2018: Tommy Robinson arrested, UK censors media nationwide.

At some point, you must ask [and answer] a question: why are there so many queers in the entertainment industry (mostly movies and TV) and politics?

And the answer is: because being queer [and by extension all sex deviancies] and acting are both forms of LYING.

But notwithstanding the lopsided ratios, I think it’s delusional to think like Mr E.

Gail Combs

Agreed.

What I am seeing is ‘CONTROLLED OPPOSITION’ 95% of what they say is true but it is the Truth wrapped around the kernel of the LIE. AND it is a lie that is very important to the Cabal.

This is a rewriting of history that destroys the credibility of “Mr E” and those who promote him. (Is Delingpole agreeing with him? I don’t have the time or inclination to delve into it.)

This is just as bad as the Left trying to turn hitorical figures into closeted transgenders or “gender fluid.” There were Christian people who founded and ran this country for many years, and those who were not professing Christians had respect for “the laws of nature and of nature’s God.”

I don’t know who these people are, but IMO this kind of thing should not be tolerated.

Gail Combs

Seems like Delingpole is at least giving ‘Mr E’ a platform to spew that garbage.

Not kidding about them rewriting history. Once had to do a term paper for English on a poet we liked. I figured I’d find a poet that wrote about war. I think I looked at twenty or thirty books in the library and every book I picked up it said the the poet was gay. Finally picked Wilfred Owen.

In searching for the name I found the paper written long ago. Might be worth a read.

                       “Owen & Yates”

    Wilfred Owen managed to develop a great body of unique poetry under extremely
fraught and inhuman conditions before his tragic and early death, only to be maligned and regulated to second-rate status as a poet by W.B. Yeats. As editor of The Oxford Book of Modern Verse (1936) Yeats refused to include any of the war poems into the book saying that, “passive suffering is not a theme for poems” (Johnston 17). When pressed on this by his peers, in a specific case made for Owen’s benefit, Yates spouted in defense

 When I excluded Wilfred Owen, whom I consider unworthy of the poets corner of a country newspaper, I did not know I was excluding a revered sandwich-board Man of the revolution & that some body has put his worst & most famous poem in a glass-case in the British Museum – however if I had known it I would have excluded him just the same. He is all blood, dirt & sucked sugar stick (look at the selection in Faber’s Anthology – he calls poets ‘bards’, a girl a ‘maid’, & talks about ‘Titanic wars’). There is every excuse for him but none for those who like him (Johnston 208).

    These are rather strong words to use to condemn a dead man with and it is with little wonder then that so few today are familiar with Wilfred Owen’s work. Yeats’s epitaph for Owen also provides an interesting canvas from which one might compare and contrast the work of the two artists, for though the venerable Yeats drove a stake into Owen’s long dead body, he did not completely silence the voices that would still consider Owen’s work as being among the best the English had to offer in the 20th Century.

    Wilfred Owen was born in Plas Wilmot, Oswestry, in Shorpshire, England on March 18, 1893. Born into a near well to do middle class family with strong religious convictions.  Owen garnered himself a fair education and was teaching as a tutor at the Berlitz School of Languages in Bordeaux, France by the age of twenty. Already having developed an affinity for poetry at age sixteen, Owen was latter writing some minor poems of undistinguished merit, however he was experimenting with assonance and a form of half rhyme called para-rhyme, which marked him as having serious endeavor as a poet.   Para-rhyme being a rather disciplined and exacting method of incorporating incomplete rhyme into poetry involves the use of similar consonant sounds before and after unlike vowels, (braid / brood, leaves / lives for instance as opposed to half rhyme lives / staves, brood / mud) and Owen is credited with being the first English poet to incorporate it purposefully into poetry and with good effect with some of his latter more developed poems.  In 1914 when Owen was twenty-one and still in France, war had broke out on the continent and though with possible pacifist leanings he like so many other good young Englishmen soon found himself caught up in the fervor of war and so returned back to England and enlisted in the Artists Rifles Regiment late in 1915 and was commissioned an officer in the Manchester Regiment by 1916. By December of that year he was back on the continent attached to the Lancashire Fusiliers on the western front. (Owen ix-x) It was there that Owens poetry began to mature (Johnston 155); there in an environment of minefields, trenches, and barbed wire, where men grouped together in brigades and divisions, were pitted against other men similarly grouped, where all of sciences endeavors were applied to massing the fires of the machine gun and artillery so as to exact the most casualty producing effect ever known to the history of man at that time.

    Owen would not see another two years pass. Twenty-three months latter, on November 4th 1918, Owen was killed while trying to get his men across the Sambre Canal. His death came seven days before the Armistice was declared. His mother received the letter as the bells celebrated on Armistice Day (Rushe np online). But in those short twenty-three months Wilfred Owen developed a body of poetry that resounded in truth and begs even today for all to take heed.

    Ironically and as it perhaps should be, Owen seemed to have written for Yeats both his attack against himself as well as his own powerful counter arguments back to Yeats in the body of his poems and letters. Retrieved from his effects was a draft of his preface to his yet unpublished book of poems where he says,

This book is not about heroes. English poetry is not yet fit to speak of them. Nor is it about deeds, or lands, or anything about glory, honor, might, majesty, dominion or power, except War. Above all I am not concerned with Poetry. My subject is War, and the pity of War. The Poetry is in the pity. (31 Owen).

In this preface is Owens’s argument that English poets had not yet earned the right to speak to real Englishmen. A powerful indictment that Yeats could not let stand, one in which he seems to have taken personnel offence too, yet a truth that remains embodied in the poems of Wilfred Owen.

    In his poem “Greater Love”, one can see the power of this indictment as he reaches out for justice and tramples down romantic poetry with lines like; “Red lips are not so red / As the stained stones kissed by the English dead” or “O Love, your eyes lose lure / When I behold eyes blinded in my stead!”. (42 Owen) In “Greater Love”, Owen takes delicate charmed verse and contrasts it to the lives of men thrust into the horrors of war where they’ve not to do but band and bond themselves together in hopes of survival in the most trying and deadliest of times. The resulting effect in these lines seem to strip romanticism of its lure,

           Heart, you were never hot
              Nor large, nor full like hearts made great with shot;
           And though your hand be pale,
           Paler are all which trail
           Your cross through flame and hail;
             Weep, you may weep, for you may touch them not. (41 Owen)

for how can even hearts broken in love compare to deaths dealt so viciously to men that would only wish they could love too. He gives us truly pitiful words laid out in a solid stop and start rhythm that twist and grind at the readers heart as he takes love to task in such a way that one would have to step out onto the battlefield to prove a love stronger. But Owen did not do it because he hates love, or the words of love; rather he did it because he hated war and loved too much the brothers he had banded with while he could do not but to watch them die.

    The venerable Y.B Yeats, born in Dublin in 1865, was also born of high middle class parentage, perhaps a class higher for his father was a retired barrister turned artist, and both parents had a somewhat fashionable lineage from times past. Y.B Yeats turned out his first printed volume of verse at age twenty-one, his second the year Owen was born, and would continue to write poetry as well as plays well up to his death in 1939. Afforded leisure in life, Yeats lived a bohemian life style marked only by his own successes and whichever troubles he wished to visit upon his own self.  A serious poet from the beginning he fashioned much of his early and middle poetry out of old Celtic mythologies that helped raise the Irish national identity (Foster 1-3) as he readily alludes to in his poem “A Coat” where he says,

I made my song a coat
Covered with embroideries
Out of old mythologies
From heel to throat; (Abrams 2100).

Looking back one can say much of Yeats’s poetry was contrived as compared to the poetry of Owen that had to be forged in the furnace of a real hell.

      The blood and dirt that Yeats complained about in Owens’s poems were not something Owen could easily eliminate but was rather much a part of his environment One gets the idea that Yeats, like others, would much more prefer a poem to speak to something higher and more meaningful in life than of shabby worn soldiers and bloodied knives. If it was to be a war poem one gets the sense that lofty ideals should be found wrestling for supremacy in the heavens while magnificent armies clashed below in some far off dream place, like “on a darkling plain / where ignorant armies clashed by night” (Abrams 1867).  Indeed too Owens’s anti war messages came from a rather narrow view of the war and seemed almost not in abeyance with the aims of England. He was not afforded the bird’s eye view of Armies, Corps, and Divisions, arrayed one against the other as they would thrust, parry, and strike for global domination. Indeed the bigger picture of war, the extremity and necessity of its purpose quickly lost itself to the individual soldier as opposing formations moved and massed against each other and then dispersed or sought cover in an ever continuing dance to close with and destroy the enemy while utilizing the most effective means possible to bring havoc and strike terror into each others force. His view was up front and personnel, anti-septic he could not be but it’s a wonder when he’s accused of being all blood and guts when instead of raising to the lofty heights of high ideal he instead reaches up and grabs those lofty ideals and brings them down into the trenches with him with poems like: “The Parable of the Old Man and the Young” where he tells the familiar bible story of Abram and Isaac where Abram is to slay Isaac as a sacrifice to god, till an angel appears and tells Abram ‘God now trusts in his obedience and now allows a ram to be sacrificed in its place’, however in Owens’s poem he puts a macabre turn at the end of story when the angel says,

           Offer the Ram of Pride instead of him.
But the old man would not so, but slew his son,
And half the seed of Europe, one by one. (Owen 42)

He does it differently in his poem “Insensibility” where he gives an entire prayer a twist with such lines like:

Happy are men who yet before they are killed
Can let their veins run cold.
Whom no compassion fleers
Or makes their feet
Sore on the alleys cobbled with their brothers.
…………………………………………….

Happy are these who lose imagination:
They have enough to carry with ammunition.
Their spirit drags no pack,
Their old wounds, save with cold, can not more ache. (Ownen 37)

    In several of his poems Owen used religion to rather good effect but those weren’t the only cherished thoughts he grabbed from up high and brought down low to mud sucking trenches to let folks back home have a bit of the truth with their stew and ale. In “Arms and the Boy” he takes the time-honored tradition of instructions for raising a son and gives it new rites as can be seen by these lines:

                       Let the boy try along this bayonet-blade
                       How cold steel is, and keen with hunger of blood;
                       Blue with all malice, like a madman’s flesh;
                       And thinly drawn with famishing for flesh.

                       Lend him to stroke these blind, blunt bullet-leads
                       Which long to nuzzle in the hearts of lads, (Owen 43)

In “Futility” it’s nature that he drags down to help bring the boys home in a rather gentle, sad, and futile poem:

Move him into the sun-
Gently its touch awoke him once,
At home, whispering of fields unsown.
Always it woke him even in France,
Until this morning and this snow.
If anything might rouse him now
The kind old sun will know. (Owen 58)

     Be it the humor Owen employs in “The Letter”, or the dreams that had run tragically to a stop in the “The Strange Soldier”, or the guilt he loads the reader with in “A Terre”, “Disabled”, or “Mental Cases”, he reaches out with each, as with most all his poems, and touches the readers sensibilities as he pleads compassionately for the common man, made soldier, who was then cast into the gnashing jaws of that industrial era’s war machine. Indeed the cumulative effect of his poems when read one after another grips the reader with an ever-increasing sense of realism and dread and one would be hard pressed not to pour their own pity back onto the pages read.

    Why Yeats’s would attack Owen seems strange if not cruel or careless when the “sucked sugar stick” in the poems of Owen hardly had an effect on his compassioned plea for mercy.  Owen himself had consciously eliminated much of it as he redrafted his poems to give them a broader outlook and appeal (Johnston 208). One could wonder what excuse Yeats had for retaining his “sucked sugar stick” given all the time he had to write it out. In “The Madness of King Groll” every verse ends with “They will not hush, the leaves a-flutter round me, / the beach leaves old” (Yeats 16) in “The White Birds” its “I would that we were, my beloved, white birds on the foam / of the sea!” (Yeats 41)  in “Her Vision in the Wood” its “I stared upon his blood-bedabbled breast” (Yeats 274). Indeed the subject of many of Yeats’s poems seems to be nothing more than “sucked sugar stick” as he built and wrote a good deal of his poems from illusion as he searched out supernatural wisdoms.

     As editor and poet laureate Yeats had the right to keep Owen from The Oxford Book of Modern Verse, however coupling that with what seemed an almost childish denouncement of Owen did little to serve him or protect English poetry. Now it is too easy to see that Yates’s beautiful poems were often contrived from legend and other sweet nothings where as the poems of Owen were and still are a truly pitiful cry from the past. Yates’s voice against Owen only served to beg the comparison and any who’d open the poems of Owen will readily see what true power a poet really can have.

So … do sadists inflict pain to obtain power or do they do it because they already have power and it’s a perk? 🤔

PAVACA

pgroup2
IMO, It is both.

Tonawanda

I agree with PAVACA, both. The reason for sadistic motivation IMO varies person to person.

At the street level you are dealing with many people who have been very damaged psychologically and thus feel powerless. What happens in childhood, for example, lasts forever. The important thing is how one deals with it.

Some are abused and spend the rest of their lives abusing because they feel powerless, inflicting pain comforts them and gives them pleasure. But other children who have gone through identical abuse draw the opposite lesson, and vow never to do to others what was done to them. So they do not.

There are also apparently natural born sociopaths and narcissists, who inflict pain for their own demented pleasure/purposes. Etc.

But, IMO, from top to bottom, every person on the other side – – including the “nice” ones – – is motivated by the self-gratification of sadism when conducting their demented politics.

I believe that leftist sadism and taught masochism of subjects in the leftist state are key to understanding what is happening.

Being able to see through the masks and phony “niceness” – to the real motivations – will be a critical skill.

I believe that my mother had this ability, and that is why I am here today.

Yes, salt is GOOD for you! BUT, only the right kind of salt!

Just say NO to the Morton’s, and YES to Redmond Sea Salt, mined in Utah. Runner up, Himalayan.

Also, no Fleur de Sel, or any other sea salt harvested by evaporation from today’s seas, which are full of microplastics and other undesirable chemicals and poisons.

We need all kinds of minerals that we don’t get in our food anymore. Soils are so depleted. So this salt is an easy way to get them. And, since it has been buried in the ground since before modern pollution, you don’t get the bad stuff like in evaporated sea salt.

About this article:
“Cheating educrats, cheated taxpayers, and the coming great educational divorce”
I have long wondered why we even bother to send kids to government school. They aren’t learning anything. Most of the graduates can’t count money, make a household budget, or understand the first thing about history, science, or math. Half of them read at a third grade level. It’s ridiculous.

These kids would be just as well off at home doing chores.

Often, Mom not only raised the kids, she also had a home garden. Remember this was just after WWII when VICTORY GARDENS were very popular. Mom also canned the produce from the garden.

Not only was this UN-TAXED LABOR, it also cut into the profits of BIG AG that was just starting to get off the ground.

History, HACCP and the Food Safety Con Job

…This transformation was the result of organized plans developed by a group of highly powerful ” though unelected ” financial and industrial executives who wanted to drastically change agricultural practices in the US to better serve their collective corporate financial agenda. This group, called the Committee for Economic Development, was officially established in 1942 as a sister organization to the Council on Foreign Relations….

Their plan was so effective and so faithfully executed by its operatives in the US government that by 1974 the CED couldn’t help but congratulate itself in another agricultural report called “A New US Farm Policy for Changing World Food Needs” for the efficiency of the tactics they employed to drive farmers from their land.

The human cost of CED’s plans were exacting and enormous.

CED’s plans resulted in widespread social upheaval throughout rural America, ripping apart the fabric of its society destroying its local economies. They also resulted in a massive migration to larger cities….

Too bad this is history that is NOT taught in schools!

It is amazing the amount of thought that went into the PROGRESSIVE DESTRUCTION OF THE USA.

I remember as a stay at home mom other women who worked away from home treated women like me like crap. They were better. Twenty years later many of their kids failed mine went to college and had real jobs.
Men were much nicer and applauded me for raising my kids . Something has to give when women work and have a family. Same women wanted to drop their kids off at my house before school and if I could pick them up from school after activities I did that only for my kids friends.
I felt sorry kids coming over with donuts for breakfast and Mac for dinner.
Later the same kids were in to LLD. They also were on riddling.

Yours Truly: Mr. Kirsch has done the “deep dive” into the large New Zealand government’s COVID-19 “vaccine” data that was leaked by Barry Young. Here’s the take-away:

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

WOW. This is huge.

The level of refusal to see this in science is off the charts. People are literally making excuses instead of solid conjectures.

Thank you. IMO, that there are those in ** TPTB ** / “Establishment Medicine” / WHO, etc. — who DO know what’s really going on. ** They ** will continue to obfuscate the truth / persecute the ones who are discovering and spreading the truth — because ** they ** are following another path: depopulation of the Earth, and total control over the ones who are “permitted” to exist.

Gail Combs

EXACTLY!

Tonawanda

This seems to be the goal.

I just had some minor ear surgery. Found out there’s really no such thing as minor when it comes to ears, though I am liking my Trumpian ear dressing….

During the procedure the Dr. and his assistant were chatting and the topic of the vax came up. Dr. said something about needing to pop over to the store and get the latest booster.

Then he said something about discussing with someone that he was a MD and had done the biomedical research, knew how the vax worked etc.

So, in addition to lying and obfuscating, there’s arrogance that anything medical is superior and not to be questioned.

Watch out for the tight neck T shirts, on and off carefully, bet you forget at least once before it’s healed.

holly

Good advice. The phone rang and I was hello? hello? using the bandaged ear.

pgroup2

Put a post-it note on the phone telling you which ear to use.

Sending Deep Healing for your ear.
IMO, this attitude of “I’m a doctor, I have all the knowledge, you laypeople do what we tell you” is going to backfire in a big way.

Trumpian ear dressing.   :wpds_lol:

Hope you recover quickly.

pat frederick

no that ear dressing is officially going to be in this year’s Trump Halloween costume.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

YES. The problem is all the people in the middle who refuse to see the “gentle depop driven from the top” because the deceptions in the middle are highly plausible.

“Imagine for a moment that a good but limited technology – vaccination – was pushed into a state of abuse by bad people, while good people were trying to push against its limitations of use for highly evolving organisms.”

Short version: Vaccination is the perfect tool for genocide. Don’t assume that genocide just gave up and went to church.

singingsoul1

My son from Michigan had covid last week He has had the shots and for the first time said”shots do not help”. Mr scientist finally got it or finally admits it and It is wonderful when they come to the truth on their own 🙂

kalbokalbs

Progress AND a relief.

para59r

Should of listened to mom the first time she spoke.
Instead of letting get away with “Mother knows best” may be some little nudges to convince his siblings.

Aubergine

I know you didn’t say “I told you so,” but didn’t you really, really want to, lol!?

Gail Combs

  :wpds_smile:

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

WOW. This is actually a big deal. Yes, people are seeing that the shots don’t help. In fact, I think a great question for people is this: “What is your ratio of COVID cases per shots? I have two cases and no shots.” When people with numbers like 5 cases and 6 shots hear that, it computes. When they can’t understand it, or try to rationalize it, then mention the Cleveland study that actually showed this among healthcare workers. The more shots, the more COVID.

singingsoul1

My son knows, My granddaughter had three shots because school demanded it.. I normally say nothing not to impede on my daughter . Yesterday I told her no more . She said “it is her job to call me and check on me”. Sweet girl 🙂

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

TEACH ME LORD

In the misty morning – at the break of dawn;
With sleepy eyes and – muddy mind I fawn;
Send your assistance and blessing my way;
Dear Heavenly Father – teach me today!

I fall on my knees to give glory and praise;
I sing with the angels – our song we raise;
In thanksgiving – I thank You for all I have;
For Your comfort – consolation – and salve!

Teach me – to love – as You willingly do;
To be servant of all – just like You;
Help me to learn to be humble and last;
Help me let go of mistakes of the past!

Teach me compassion – for my neighbor today;
Help me understand – his distress – if I may;
Help me bring comfort – condolence to him;
Lift up his spirit – when his faith is slim!

Help me be more like You – assured in love;
With confidence in my Father above;
With trust in Your steadfast faithfulness;
With fidelity – teach me – gratefulness!

Teach me – to invite – the Spirit within;
Through repentance and grace – let Him in;
To guide and chide me – when I should fall short;
Help me – to His wisdom – quickly resort!

Teach me – not my will – but His will be done;
Through Him and with Him – the battle is won;
Teach me – acceptance – when I find it hard;
To repent – reconcile – and pride discard!

Teach me – patience – a gift of the Spirit;
A virtue through which – I can endear it;
Give me Grace to hang on – and persevere;
Through fasting and prayer – help me volunteer!

Teach me – hope – a gift – to which I must cling;
Patient hope – endurance – blessings will bring;
Goodness and longsuffering – grant me these;
Precious gifts of the Spirit – grant them please!

Teach me – faith – that I may share it with all;
To lighten the burden – what might befall;
Calm my fears – and brighten earthly sorrow;
Increase my faith – childlike trust in tomorrow!

He’s Not Wrong….
Steve Mudflap McGrew’s REMASCULATE podcast @REMASCULATE:
“Have you noticed how the United States is starting to look like a bus station at 2 a.m.? It’s like we’re all just one missed Greyhound away from being found face down on a plastic bench with a bag of Funyuns as a pillow. People don’t care anymore—about how they look, about how they act, about basic hygiene. We’re all just one pajama-wearing Walmart trip away from complete societal collapse.
Remember when people used to put in the effort to look good? You look at old photos of people in public from, like, the 1950s, and everyone’s dressed like they’re on their way to a job interview at NASA. The men are in suits, hats tilted just right, like they’re about to solve a mystery on a train. The women have their hair perfectly styled, lipstick on, clutching a purse like it contains the nation’s secrets. And that’s just to go grocery shopping!
Now? Oh, now we’re out here looking like we’re in the middle of a hostage negotiation with our closet. People are showing up to the airport in Crocs and pajama pants, like they’re expecting a four-hour delay at the gate and maybe an emotional support hamster to get them through it. You see a guy at the DMV wearing a tank top that says “I paused my game to be here,” and you’re like, “Yeah, I bet you did, buddy. I bet you did.”
It’s like nobody even knows what a mirror is anymore. You’ve got folks out here with hair that looks like it’s been styled by a leaf blower. And don’t get me started on the people wearing sunglasses indoors at night. What are you hiding from? The fluorescent lighting? Reality?
Let’s be honest, we’re all living in the ‘People of Walmart’ slideshow now. And it’s not just how we look; it’s how we act! People used to say “good morning” or at least grunt in your general direction. Now, you get on a bus, and it’s a collection of feral stares and people making TikToks like it’s a confessional booth at a dive bar.
It’s like the collective standard of public decorum has fallen so far that if you’re just wearing clothes that aren’t stained, you’re practically a Rockefeller. There used to be a time when people took pride in their appearance, where leaving the house in sweatpants was a cry for help, not a fashion statement. Now, wearing jeans is considered “dressed up.”
The United States in 2024: where the dress code is “Please just have something on,” and the only rule is “No shirt, no shoes, no problem.” We’re all just one Netflix binge away from showing up to work in a bathrobe and calling it “business casual.”

mollypitcher5

  :wpds_lol:  So true

singingsoul1

I think the way people dress is the way they are raised also hygiene.
I was raised to go clean to bed so bath and shower is an evening ritual for me.
I always dress up going places but that is how it was when I grew up more important was what was under your clothe just in case one got sick . 🙂
My kids were raised that way only one kept the tradition and is a very fussy dresser but he always was like that. My daughter is not since she got married but he dresses well when he has too . Some people have naturally style others not. My youngest does not care he is a minimalist always was . I think some young people do not see self worth but on the other hand it is a balance self worth comes from within not what one wears or what one has. Cleanliness is more important that the clothe is clean than fashionable .

Gail Combs

I have never been interested in fashion. To me sometimes the newest ‘fashion’ is down right UGLY. I have always been more interested in tailored classics.

singingsoul1

Most is ugly and it is wise to wear what looks good on you not just fashion 🙂

AND you would not NEED Social Security or Medicare/medicaid because the government would not be STEALING 60%-80% of your earnings.

Not to mention: Federal Regulations Have Made You 75 Percent Poorer

U.S. GDP is just $16 trillion instead of $54 trillion

The growth of federal regulations over the past six decades has cut U.S. economic growth by an average of 2 percentage points per year, according to a new study in the Journal of Economic Growth. As a result, the average American household receives about $277,000 less annually than it would have gotten in the absence of six decades of accumulated regulations—a median household income of $330,000 instead of the $53,000 we get now.

This is a statement by Patrick Leahy (which I didn’t read) in The Tennessee Star. In the margin to the right is a link to the manifesto, but you have to provide your email address to get the link to download it.
https://tennesseestar.com/news/

TheseTruths

Correction: Michael Patrick Leahy, who has been trying to get the manifesto published since the shooting happened.

mollypitcher5

She was so off balance for so long.~~~ I’ll never understand why mentally ill suicidal people kill innocent people first before suicide by their own hand or by cop.

From the Tennessee Star articles~~

In various entries that referenced her mental health, Hale confirmed her desire to transition genders, revealed a purported autism diagnosis, claimed she was not “bi-polar,” and wrote that she once called a phone number associated with a Suicide Prevention Helpline five times in one day.

Hale also referenced her therapist in a possible allusion to her status as a 22-year mental health patient at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), where police documents obtained by The Star reveal she was twice evaluated for commitment.

In other entries, Hale wrote extensively about her gender identity, including a three-page entry the killer titled, “My Imaginary Penis,” in which she wrote about expressing sexual fantasies with stuffed animals.

“I can pretend to be them [and] do the things boys do [and] experience my boy self as Tony,” wrote Hale, adding that she became engrossed in the activities and lost track of time.

“God, I am such a pervert,” she wrote. “I waste too much time in my fantasies.”

Hale also wrote various entries about the attack she planned at the Covenant School, revealing she considered several dates before settling on March 27.

Though the journal offers scant evidence of a political ideology or motive for the attack, Hale wrote a political rant in an entry dated one month prior, when she complained the United States fails to respect the rights of disabled people, gun owners, and transgender people.

“So now [because] of you, I wish death on myself cause of the pure hatred of my female gender.” Hale later wrote, “with no rights, anyone’s country is a s***** dictatorship.”

Hale also confirmed, in various entries, that she had been considering attacking the Covenant School for some time.

In her final journal entry, which Hale appears to have written the morning of her attack, the killer wrote, “There were several times I could have been caught, especially back in the summer of 2021.”

Hale wrote in another entry, “For 5 years I planned to die,” and other journals found in the killer’s home reportedly suggest she began contemplating an attack as a middle school student. Hale was 28 at the time of her death.

TheseTruths

Clearly a sick individual. And the Left coddles people like that, affirming their warped thought processes. My impression is that the sane general public has had enough and won’t play games with DEI, pronouns, etc.

mollypitcher5

Well clearly assuming the preferred gender by those deep in psychosis doesn’t cure the person! The Left who coddle the Audrey Hales and the George Floyds and the rapists/murderers set free from jail are equally sick in my way of thinking.

TheseTruths

They are at least evil.

Aubergine

I’d bet money this girl was molested. Too young to remember it, or she blocked it out.

mollypitcher5

I’m not sure but it’s just out today can we assume it was very recent, like last night? If it is does it sound like he thinks he’s still a presidential candidate? it does to me.

pat frederick

wow…so they close the entire beach for him?

mollypitcher5

He sounds worse than ever. They’re holding him hostage almost.

TheseTruths

He’s “just” the [fake] president, who I would think would be priority #1 for the SS. The political landscape has gotten more dangerous with the Trump shooting and the recent storming of Trump’s stage. Plus, JB needs an excuse to not be seen very much.

pat frederick

that’s gotta be killing the taco…she’s an attention whore

mollypitcher5

I must be making more of it than is there but his answers to questions about the campaign trail, winning Pa, etc..he doesn’t reference Harris and adds that “no one gets to go out”….. really? Are they telling him Harris isn’t campaigning either?

Last edited 1 month ago by mollypitcher5
TheseTruths

I see what you’re saying, but I took the campaign questions to indicate that, as a Dem, JB would be closely watching the race and what happens with their candidate. Also, it would be normal for him to be out campaigning for Commala. The “reason” he isn’t is that they won’t let him be in crowds anymore…too dangerous…🤔
