At 40 secs Hannity says he was invited, doesn’t have the time and he is not going to go out and get KILLED out there…. HUH??

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

He’s a terrible golfer, and he just said that before. Poor choice of words, IMO.

scott467

He used to wash dishes you know, and his Dad was a mailman. Probably Cliff Clavin.

I haven’t watched Hannity in years, but he told those stories so many times, it’s like they’re part of the soundtrack to my life.

They never get old… 😂

Last edited 27 days ago by scott467
TheseTruths

Wait…Hannity’s dad was a mailman, like John Kasich’s???

scott467

Oh no, I may have mixed up the stories between those two clowns 😂

I think Sean’s Mom was a prison guard, unless that was Kasich’s Mom too!

TheseTruths

I rememer something about that now…

TheseTruths

^^^This. I don’t believe for an instant that Hannity would have anything to do with trying to assassinate Trump. Not liking Hannity or the way he talks is one thing, but turning him into a treasonous criminal is another, and I have seen no evidence to make me think he is that.

Gail Combs

TT, I will give him the benefit of the doubt, but he IS a urnialist and that is a strike against him.

para59r

They knew.. they all knew… Hannity too..

Some commenters have said that’s not professional media footage, but something a lay person took. I don’t know.

Gail Combs

SO WHY was the person ALLOWED close enough to take the footage?

Gail Combs

The other commenters seem to think the Cop completely blew it since he was TRESPASSING without a warrant and laid hands on her when all she was doing was demanding he get out of her home. She even said she would talk to him outside.

On top of that, she seems to have a good grasp of her rights, and unless there were other parts to the story, she is going to OWN that town when she is thru suing.

https://nitter.poast.org/NoCapFights/status/1835103004091204043

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

There ARE other parts of the story.

Cop was PURSUING SUSPECTS. That means he had probable cause. As long as that holds up in front of a grand jury, she has no legs to stand on.

The fact that they’re minors makes no difference – AND demonstrate that she was squirming to come up with something.

He tried to be nice, but he didn’t have to be nice.

She interfered with his legal duties.

The other commenters are not being very observant.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Her trying to “take it outside” was interfering with his duties – particularly if it was a ploy for the kids to ditch their drugs, etc.

pgroup2

The cop had no right to enter her house or put his hands on her.

If he had probable cause, then he should have called the judge and got a warrant. Over the phone. This is done ALL THE TIME in bigger jurisdictions where they train their officers properly.

Gail Combs

“…Cop was PURSUING SUSPECTS. That means he had probable cause….”

Wolfie, I think you heard that incorrectly. The Cop said, the kids (MINORS) OPENED THE DOOR AND THAN RAN FROM ME.

So we have zero idea if he was in active pursuit prior to walking up to the door and knocking. Give the MSM’s rhetoric today kids could easily be afraid of cops. HECK none of us are criminals and WE do not trust LEOs any more.

So I would say the jury is out and the cop would have to prove via body cam he was in active pursuit.

pgroup2

It wouldn’t matter if the kid opened the door. We’re conflating two different things here. There’s the authority to arrest and there’s the authority to trespass private property.

There is no overlap. The cop had no right to enter her house and it’s doubtful whether he had the right to argue with her. Even with probable cause, the cop had to get a warrant before entering the house to try to make an arrest.

I won a lawsuit on this exact point of law and I did it as a pro se litigant. Got a darn good payoff.

Gail Combs

THANKQ!

I thought there was a HOT PURSUIT loop hole but I guess not.

June 2021 California Daily Mail

Supreme Court rules police can NOT enter a home without a warrant even if they are in ‘hot pursuit’ of a misdemeanor suspect except in unspecified ’emergencies’

  • Ruling on Wednesday found in favor of California man Arthur Lange
  • Cops followed him into his garage as he fled a ticket for obnoxious noise
  • Lange was ultimately arrested after the officer smelled alcohol on his breath
  • He argued the officer´s entry into the garage without a warrant violated his Fourth Amendment right to be free of ‘unreasonable searches and seizures’
  • Justice Elena Kagan wrote in the majority opinion: 👉‘The flight of a suspected misdemeanant does not always justify a warrantless entry into a home’
  • The majority opinion of seven members of the court included both liberals and conservatives
  • The minority, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito, said a suspect’s choice to flee alone should give police the ability to pursue them
  • Police experts cautioned that the ruling could complicate matters for officers
Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Police experts cautioned that the ruling could complicate matters for officers

Obama’s GRLZ causing trouble again! IMO, Roberts and Alito have it right. This is a Demmunist chaos ruling, IMO.

para59r

Border line at best. He said one of the juveniles allowed him in. Makes the pursuit thing mute by his own admission. If he was pursing he’d of had no reason to stop. He should of backed off then when she identified herself as the owner of the house and waited on a supervisor.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

I don’t think a supervisor helps. If he needs a warrant – which seems weird, but Krazy Kagan wrote the opinion – then he needs a warrant, and should use it like a bludgeon on all concerned.

pgroup2

No that does NOT mean he has probable cause. He has reasonable suspicion, which allows him to arrest. Not violate the 4th amendment.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

So how does this work in practice? He’s allowed to arrest by reasonable suspicion caused by retreat of a suspect [to friendly ground], but he’s NOT allowed to arrest due to successful retreat of said subject to friendly ground.

If this is the case, which is a gold mine for destruction of evidence, BTW, then the only way past it is for the cop to say “FINE – if you don’t allow me in now, I’m going to get a warrant and barge in, like it or not, in 30 minutes. And I no longer wish to talk to you at this point. Expect me – and a whole bunch of other cops – back shortly.” Then just walk back to his car, get inside, and let her beat on the windows while he takes care of all the paperwork.

Cops then need to have the local water keys, so that they can shut off the water. That should be within his powers. No more flushey-flushey of fentanyl.

A lot more work, but all of it can be detailed at sentencing time for BOTH mom and dealer kid.

Simple. It’s because Orange Man Bad.

JD Vance:

Yesterday, Donald J. Trump nearly lost his life. An armed gunman waited for him in the bushes. He brought a go-pro camera to record it. A secret service agent spotted the barrel of a gun through a fence and shot at the gunman. The gunman fled. He was caught. And now we slowly learn about him and his motive.

President Trump is my running mate, and my friend, but he is more importantly a father and grandfather to people who love him very much. I want him to have many more years with his family. (And selfishly, I’d like many more with my own.)

I admire the president for calling for peace and calm. The rhetoric is out of control. It nearly got Steve Scalise and many others killed a few years ago. It nearly got Donald Trump killed twice. But I want to say something about yesterday’s news, and how it illuminates the difference between vigorous debate and violent rhetoric.

Here is what we know so far: Kamala Harris has said that “Democracy is on the line” in her race against President Trump. The gunman agreed, and used the exact same phrase. He had a Kamala Harris bumper sticker on his truck. He was obsessed with Ukraine’s “fight for Democracy” and absorbed many unhinged views about the Russia-Ukraine war. HIs name is Ryan Routh, and he donated 19 times to Democrat causes and zero to Republican ones.

How do you think the Democrats and their media allies would respond if a 19-time Republican donor tried to kill a Democratic official? It’s a question that answers itself. For years, Kamala Harris’s campaign surrogates have said things like “Trump has to be eliminated.” And how have their media allies responded to the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump in as many months?

NBC News called the attempted assassination a “golf club incident.” The LA Times told us “Trump Targeted at Golf Club.” The USA Today’s top of the fold headline is “Hope in America,” and they published a preposterous letter to the editor arguing that Trump “brings these assassination attempts on himself.” CNN’s Dana Bash–who just yesterday bizarrely accused me of inciting a bomb threat–said today that Harris campaign rhetoric didn’t motivate Routh even though he echoed their rhetoric explicitly.

PBS’s weekend show perfectly illustrates the double standard of Kamala Harris’s media friends. After spending 30 seconds on the second assassination attempt on President Trump, they then focused on the real danger: me and President Trump, who are, according to them, personally responsible for bomb threats against Springfield. Of course, I repeatedly condemend those threats. And reports today suggest they came from a foreign country, not–as the media suggested–a deranged Trump fan.

The double standard is breathtaking. Donald Trump and I are, by their account, directly responsible for bomb threats from foreign countries. Why? Because we had the audacity to repeat what residents told us about the problems in their town. Meanwhile, Harris allies call for Trump to be eliminated as the media publishes arguments that he deserved to be shot.

This seems like a double standard. But at a deep level, it is entirely consistent.

Consider Springfield. Citizens are telling us that there are problems. These include the undeniable truths of higher car accidents, unaffordable housing, evictions of residents, overcrowded hospitals, overstressed schools, and rising rates of disease. They also include the infamous pet stories–which, again, multiple people have spoken about (either on video or to me or my staff).

Kamala Harris’s first strategy was to ignore these people and their concerns. Yes, she had prevented the deportation of millions of illegal aliens, and some of them made their way to Springfield. But it was a small town with no voice. Some of the local leadership even loved the cheap labor. So the suffering of thousands of American citizens went ignored.

Their next move with these stories is censorship. In Springfield, a psychopath (or a foreign government) calls in a bomb threat, so they blame that on President Trump (and me). The threat of violence is disgraceful of course, yet the media seems to relish it. They cover a bomb threat, but not the rise in murders. They cover the threat, but not the HIV uptick. They cover the threat, not the schools overwhelmed with new kids who don’t speak English. They cover the threat, not rising insurance rates or the car accidents that caused them. They cover the threat, not the failures of Kamala Harris’s leadership.

The purpose is not to turn down the rhetoric. If anything, covering the bomb threats gives whoever makes them exactly what he wants: attention. The purpose is distraction and shame. How dare you talk about the problems of Haitian migration in Springfield? You’re endangering people, simply by discussing the problems of Kamala Harris’s policies. It’s a form of moral blackmail, designed not to make anyone safe but to shut everyone up.

Springfield is the most recent, but hardly the most egregious example. There was the Hunter Biden laptop story, censored by BigTech. And who can forget that anyone who didn’t support Kamala Harris’s Ukraine policy was drenched in the blood of Ukrainian children. That last one appears to have had some effect on Routh–the most recent would-be assassin. The message is always the same: don’t you dare express an opinion on the public affairs of your nation. The message is: shut up.

This is the difference between debate–even aggressive debate–and censorship. It is one thing to attack Kamala Harris for “destroying the country” and quite another to say that President Trump should be “eliminated.” It is one thing to criticize overheated rhetoric, and another to say that a former president has invited an assassination on himself. It is one thing to say that Donald J. Trump’s arguments about the election of 2020 are wrong; it is another thing to attempt to remove him from the ballot over it.

It is one thing to say that pets are not, in fact being eaten, and another thing to say that anyone who disagrees is trying to murder people. Dissent, even vigorous dissent, is a great tradition of the United States. Censorship is not.

For the next 7 weeks of this campaign, I will vigorously defend your right to speak your mind. I believe you have every right to criticize me and Donald J. Trump, even if you say terrible or untrue things about us. But when I ask you to “tone down the rhetoric” it’s not about being nice–our citizens have every right to be mean, even if I don’t like it–or empty platitudes.

Instead, I’m asking all of us to reject censorship. Reject the idea that you can control what other people think and say. Embrace persuasion of your fellow citizens over silencing them–either through the powers of Big Tech or through moral blackmail.

I think this will make our public debate much better. But there’s something else. Reject censorship and you reject political violence. Embrace censorship, and you will inevitably embrace violence on its behalf.

The reason is simple. The logic of censorship leads directly to one place, for there is only one way to permanently silence a human being: put a bullet in his brain.

The bomb threats were all hoaxes and came from foreign countries.
Who coordinated these hoaxes and who coordinated the talking points of the DemonRats/Uniparty afterwards.
Probably in both case the same institution, especially one 3-letter agency comes to mind.

JUST IN: Ohio governor says all 33 bomb threats against Springfield, Ohio have been hoaxes that are coming from overseas.

Just another media-fueled hoax.

Governor Mike DeWine said the threats are coming from “one particular country.”

“33 separate bomb threats, each one of which has been responded to, and each one of whom has been found as a hoax.”

“So 33 threats, 33 hoaxes. I’ll make that very, very clear. None of these had any validity at all.”

“We have people unfortunately overseas who are taking these actions. Some of them are coming from one particular country.”

Well, that should be quite entertaining.

I remember this incident, which is now going to trial. But four years after it happened. 🤔

A ‘Trump Train’ convoy surrounded a Biden-Harris bus. Was it political violence?

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A Texas jury will soon decide whether a convoy of supporters of then-President Donald Trump violently intimidated former Democratic lawmaker Wendy Davis and two others on a Biden-Harris campaign bus when a so-called “Trump Train” boxed them in for more than an hour on a Texas highway days before the 2020 election.

The trial, which began on Sept. 9, resumes Monday and is expected to last another week.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs argued that six of the Trump Train drivers violated state and federal law. Lawyers for the defendants said they did not conspire against the Democrats on the bus and that their actions are protected speech.

Here’s what else to know:

What happened on Oct. 30, 2020?

Dozens of cars and trucks organized by a local Trump Train group swarmed the bus on its way from San Antonio to Austin. It was the last day of early voting in Texas for the 2020 general election, and the bus was scheduled to make a stop in San Marcos for an event at Texas State University.

Video recorded by Davis shows pickup trucks with large Trump flags aggressively slowing down and boxing in the bus as it tried to move away from the Trump Train. One defendant hit a campaign volunteer’s car while the trucks occupied all lanes of traffic, slowing the bus and everyone around it to a 15 mph crawl.

Those on the bus — including Davis, a campaign staffer and the driver — repeatedly called 911 asking for help and a police escort through San Marcos, but when no law enforcement arrived, the campaign canceled the event and pushed forward to Austin.

San Marcos settled a separate lawsuit filed by the same three Democrats against the police, agreeing to pay $175,000 and mandate political violence training for law enforcement.

Davis testified that she felt she was being “taken hostage” and has sought treatment for anxiety.

In the days leading up to the event, Democrats were also intimidated, harassed and received death threats, the lawsuit said.

“I feel like they were enjoying making us afraid,” Davis testified. “It’s traumatic for all of us to revisit that day.”

What’s the plaintiffs’ argument?

In opening statements, an attorney for the plaintiffs said convoy organizers targeted the bus in a calculated attack to intimidate the Democrats in violation of the “Ku Klux Klan Act,” an 1871 federal law that bans political violence and intimidation.

“We’re here because of actions that put people’s lives in danger,” said Samuel Hall, an attorney with the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher. The plaintiffs, he said, were “literally driven out of town by a swarm of trucks.”

The six Trump Train drivers succeeded in making the campaign cancel its remaining events in Texas in a war they believed was “between good and evil,” Hall said.

Two nonprofit advocacy groups, Texas Civil Rights Project and Protect Democracy, also are representing the three plaintiffs.

What’s the defense’s argument?

Attorneys for the defendants, who are accused of driving and organizing the convoy, said they did not conspire to swarm the Democrats on the bus, which could have exited the highway at any point.

“This was a political rally. This was not some conspiracy to intimidate people,” said attorney Jason Greaves, who is representing two of the drivers.

The defense also argued that their clients’ actions were protected speech and that the trial is a concerted effort to “drain conservatives of their money,” according to Francisco Canseco, a lawyer for three of the defendants.

“It was a rah-rah group that sought to support and advocate for a candidate of their choice in a very loud way,” Canseco said during opening statements.

The defense lost a bid last month to have the case ruled in their favor without a trial. The judge wrote that “assaulting, intimidating, or imminently threatening others with force is not protected expression.”

IMO it boils down to whether the Dems were prevented from going about their business (loathsome though it might have been). If they were, then I’m in favor of throwing the book at the Repubs. Their defense is that the Dems could have exited the highway at any time. But would that have taken them off of their route? Would they have still been able to make it to their next engagement? People do not have a right to block the public roadways, and they don’t have a right to surround people and intimidate them. I can’t even imagine the outrage if the shoe were on the other foot.

Gail Combs

“…I can’t even imagine the outrage if the shoe were on the other foot….”

I can, it happens all the time and ANTIFA and BLM get away with it.

TheseTruths

As bad as that is, it’s not the same as, for example, Kamala supporters boxing in a Republican and their entourage on their way to a campaign speaking engagement, to the point that the event has to be canceled, inconveniencing multiple people and interfering with a campaign. My point is that people on our side would be outraged about that and would not consider that behavior “protected speech.”

We need to have the same standards for our own side. Blocking the public right of way is a particular pet peeve of mine, but it’s not just a peeve; it can have serious and even deadly consequences.

Gail Combs

I agree. However it is the uneven application of justice that really bothers me.

The insanity IS now, but too many on the Left don’t recognize it. I (optimistically) think we will get over this particular delusion and that the majority will return to normalcy and stop coddling people who push these ideas on us. I don’t hear as much about pronouns, transgender story hours, and trans “rights” being imposed on the general population as I used to. So I’m envisioning a day in the future when people look back at this in complete puzzlement that a sane society tolerated it for even a day.

scott467

I’ve been watching videos and reactions to the Caitlin Clark saga in the WNBA, it could be a flashpoint for a whole host of societal ills and BS bubbling up to the surface and exploding like a supernova.

On the one side, you have the WNBA, which is chock full of racists, lesbians and woke haters, who have been able to stew in their wokeness for years, in relative obscurity.

Then you have Caitlin Clark, who is white, straight and a practicing Catholic.

Then you suddenly have millions of fans tuning in, and they see a racist train wreck from every angle, whether it’s attacks on Caitlin from broadcast announcers (former player and WNBA big-wig Sheryl Swoopes, who claimed she can’t be racist because she’s black, that went over real well… 😂), attacks and snubs toward Caitlin by multiple coaches (male and female), and then a host of black players, including Angel Reese, attacking and smearing Caitlin Clark.

Not to mention the many blatant, flagrant fouls against Caitlin by black WNBA players who have been hateful toward her in interviews and on social media, and then the refs have gotten in on the act, not called the hard fouls against Caitlin, but calling fouls on Caitlin instead.

So to all the new fans tuning in, it certainly appears that the coaches, the broadcasters, the owners, the players and even the refs all have it in for Caitlin Clark.

It’s so blatant and undeniable that it’s cartoonish, when you see the yootoob highlight reels.

Then came the fan backlash, which the WNBA was totally unprepared for, and instead of recognizing their own disgusting conduct, being woke Leftists, naturally they doubled down, issuing a statement from the league and/or players union that the hostility of the FANS will not be tolerated 😂

Blatant bias by the committee that chose the 2024 WNBA Olympic team was exposed, keeping Caitlin off the Olympic team.

To prevent Caitlin Clark from winning the Rookie of the Year award, they tried to propose SHARING the Rookie of the Year Award with Angel Reese, but fan backlash to that idiocy forced the league to back down.

It’s a hot mess, meanwhile Caitlin Clark is making all of her haters eat their words because she’s racking up league record after league record, night after night, so the black Leftist female player jealousy, envy and hate is off the charts.

Then Angel Reese (who has tried to make herself Caitlin’s chief adversary) goes on a podcast dressed like a hooker and complains about being sexualized and plays the victim card.

Meanwhile, sportscaster Dan Patrick has helped expose a lot of the clearly deep-seated racism in the WNBA during interviews with WNBA players, asking the kind of questions that the unsuspecting racist players don’t even realize are revealing their own racism and hostility, until after the interviews are over and they get destroyed for their comments on social media.

Then the big-clout people wade into the mud to throw their weight around and get destroyed on social media by Caitlin’s millions of fans.

Now Stacy ‘the refrigerator’ Abrams is getting involved, and you just know that’s pouring gasoline on the fire 😂

That was a deep dive! Very interesting. I have seen the racism and jealousy against Caitlin but didn’t know so many details. I hope it is waking people up.

scott467

I’ve been having fun posting in the comments sections, it’s like shooting fish in a barrel.

Caitlin’s attackers don’t have a leg to stand on, and they’ve been living on the race-card so long, they’ve never been called out or challenged to defend their beliefs, and they’re really not good at it.

So you can imagine how much fun I’m having, dunking on them… 👍 😂

Just got off the phone with Discover Bank. Someone unsuccessfully tried to set up an account in my name. I called to find out what further information might be available, and to put it into their suggestion box that people fraudulently trying to set up accounts should have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

I’d want to know exactly what date and time the application was made, exactly what was on it, what chain of urls was followed to get to this application’s webpage, and what IP address was used, just to start. They could have included that on the letter they sent me.

That just scratches the surface, of course — they should also be able to tell me what OS the perp’s computer was running, his screen resolution, what time zone he was in, what cookies he had loaded, a whole bunch of javascript info (’cause you can’t fill out an application without javascript enabled)…..

If experience is anything to go by, they won’t tell me any of this, but I figured I’d nudge ’em anyway.

“The plan to provide Ukraine with aid from frozen Russian assets has “failed”, so the EU is preparing to provide Ukraine with 20-40 billion euros in new loans by the end of the year, regardless of US participation.

The Financial Times reports this, citing sources.

The idea with Russian assets is blocked by Hungary, which could veto providing the United States with the necessary guarantees for a long-term freeze of these assets.

And the allocation of new loans would require only majority support, not unanimity, which would deprive Budapest of its veto power.

Ukraine needs $38 billion in 2025 to cover the deficit.

Meanwhile, the European Commission reported that it had directed 1.4 billion euros in profits from frozen Russian assets to purchase weapons for Ukraine.”

The criminal political-class of Eurolandia is looting Europe, just like the criminal political-class here is looting America.

None of that money is being used to do anything besides line the pockets of Ukrainian officials and kick the rest back to the political-class who sent it.

Same as every charity event (e.g., Clinton Foundation Haiti relief) works now.

It’s pure theft.

They’ve been doing it so long without consequences that it has only grown and grown and grown, to the point where they just do it openly and with impunity and don’t even care who knows.

I saw somewhere yesterday that over half a TRILLION dollars goes missing in the U.S. government every year.

That’s ON TOP OF all the hundreds of billions shoveled out to places like Iran (Obama pallets of cash) and Ukraine.

You could buy off EVERY GOVERNMENT ON THE PLANET with that amount of money.

Elon Musk: The woke mind virus creates a mental civil war. It’s all about condemning people instead of celebrating people.

“To summarize the woke mind virus, It consists of creating very, very divisive identity politics.

It actually amplifies racism, it amplifies, frankly, sexism and all the -isms.

While claiming to do the opposite, it actually divides people and makes them hate each other, and it makes people hate themselves.

And it’s also anti-meritocratic.

It’s not merit-based.

You want to have people succeed based on how hard they work and their talents, not who they are.

Whether they’re man, woman, what race or gender.

It’s an artificial mental civil war that is created.

And let me tell you, it’s no fun, okay?

Woke mind virus and fun are incompatible.

There’s no fun in that. No joy.

The woke mind virus is all about condemning people instead of celebrating people.

You know, like when in the work, it just doesn’t celebrate.

It’s all about condemning and being divisive and I think it’s just evil, frankly.”

Elon Musk: Normally, when aerospace companies do a rocket test flight, they put a concrete block on it. But that’s boring. So I put my Tesla on it, and now it’s orbiting Mars.

“Normally, when aerospace companies do a rocket test flight, they put something boring on, like a concrete block, because they don’t want to risk an expensive satellite.

And so I was like, well, that’s not very inspiring.

A concrete block is one of the least inspiring things you could do.

I was talking to a friend of mine, and he said, hey well, what about putting a Tesla on that?

I was like, that sounds like a good idea.

I’m going into my garage.

I’ll put that one in there.

So I put my car on the rocket, and then, we wanted to see how far the rocket could go.

So I just said floor it. Let’s go!

Maximum delta-v.

I thought it would probably blow up.

And I had this image, this thing could blow up on the pad, and then there’s a tire bouncing down the road, and then the Tesla logo just lands right in front of the camera.

It’s like one of the things if this is in a movie, you know, that’s one of the possible outcomes.

Fortunately, it didn’t blow up. And now my car is orbiting Mars.”

Secret Service admits golf course wasn’t searched before Trump assassination attempt

Secret Service agents didn’t sweep the outskirts of Donald Trump’s Florida golf course where his alleged would-be assassin was hiding because the former president’s visit was an “off-the-record” plan, the embattled agency’s acting director admitted.

Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, allegedly set up a sniper’s nest on the edge of Trump International West Palm Beach and hid there undetected for nearly 12 hours before Trump, 78, teed off on Sunday afternoon, federal prosecutors said.

What Trump says is, but maybe it ain’t
It could be true, but maybe a feint
You might believe, but may never know
Is it left or right – which way to go?

Trump says it’s good, but maybe means bad
And though he said gent, did he mean cad?
So how can we tell just what he meant
Did he mean this? What was his intent?

Some people say they know what Trump means
They say we’re dumb, but they got smart genes
So we, for sure, must follow their posts
Heed all their words; marvel at their boasts

Perhaps we should all pause for a while
Every post’s not chuck full of Trump’s guile
Every word’s not a code or a clue
Every number’s not a post from Q

Take life easy and back off the pace
Life’s not a sprint at a hectic pace
Look all around, see God’s will and hand
For all of this is what God has planned

Hold tight to faith; stand tall and believe
God holds gifts we’re about to receive
Keep looking up for we’re almost done

BEIRUT, Sept 17 (Reuters) – Hundreds of members of the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah, including fighters and medics, were seriously wounded on Tuesday when the pagers they use to communicate exploded, a security source told Reuters.
A Hezbollah official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the detonation of the pagers was the “biggest security breach” the group had been subjected to in nearly a year of war with Israel.
The explosions took place amid heightened violence between Israel and Hezbollah, who have been engaged in cross-border warfare since the Gaza war erupted last October in the worst such escalation in years.
There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military to Reuters enquiries about the detonations.
