IFFF Alpha is correct and they used ILLEGAL surveillance on Trump to determine when he was alone (family does not count) to match him up with Epstein… If salacious footage of Trump with an underaged girl is dropped AND you can prove it was manufactured using that surveillance information, then you CERTAINLY have a very nice RICO case. Friday, Wired Magazine ran an explosive story under a very carefully worded headline, “Metadata Shows the FBI’s ‘Raw’ Jeffrey Epstein Prison Video Was Likely Modified.” It was a rookie mistake. The sub-headline cautiously clarified, “There is no evidence the footage was deceptively manipulated, but ambiguities around how the video was processed may further fuel conspiracy theories about Epstein’s death.”

Yesterday I learned about Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly. Now it’s Glenn Beck and Michael Flynn. They are all acting directly in contrast to what Pres. Trump has said, which tells me they don’t trust him to a) be just as vigilant as they are about prosecuting pedophiles, and b) know what’s in the best interest of the country. Trump’s otherwise terrific sixth all-hands Cabinet meeting yesterday was eclipsed by the shadow of a dead pervert. Mid-day, Michelle texted me the short clip, saying only, “I don’t like this.” She meant she didn’t like how President Trump handled the Epstein question. I’ll give you my lawyer’s take.
First of all, it is already a dramatic improvement that a reporter was freely allowed to ask the unscripted question at all; under Biden, there wouldn’t have been any questions. I give Trump partial credit for jumping in and commenting.
Though the reporter’s delivery was awkwardly circuitous, he clearly asked Pam Bondi two critical questions: (1) Was Jeffrey Epstein an asset of any U.S. intelligence agency? (2) Why is a minute missing from the prison video outside Epstein’s cell? Neither question suggested any wrongdoing, cast blame, or even expressed skepticism.
Trump, with a quick apology to Bondi, immediately interrupted. Here’s his full answer, delivered with the kind of incredulous exasperation of a mom answering a curious child’s 100th repetitive question about how the Sun works right before saying, “from now on, ask your father”:
“Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy has been talked about for years. You are asking … we have taxes, this, and all of the things, and are people still talking about this guy? This creep? That is unbelievable. (To Bondi:) Do you want to waste the time? You feel like answering? (To reporter:) I cannot believe you are asking a question on Epstein on a time like this when we are having some of the greatest success, and also tragedy, with what happened in Texas. It just seems like a desecration. (To Bondi:) You go ahead.”
Trump’s unexpectedly aggressive response rubbed Michelle the wrong way. And if you watch the clip, you’ll see what she meant when she said she didn’t like it. Trump comes off as uncharacteristically defensive; his delivery wildly overshot the mark. By labeling the two most often-asked questions on conservative social media “a desecration” unfairly implied that the questions themselves were transgressive— but desecration of what? Epstein’s sacred memory? It was a misstep.
Trump’s answer sounded too much like Hillary’s infamous response to the Benghazi disaster. At this point, what does it matter? Let’s move on.
🔥 My take is simpler. Trump wasn’t deflecting; he was protecting Pam Bondi, buying her a little time, and giving her an out. In other words, he made it possible for her to say, “I don’t want to waste time on that question.” His aggressive defense suggests that none of this was Pam’s idea. To Pam’s credit, she insisted on answering….
SD: “President Trump sent out a very strong message on Truth Social today. “[M]y PAST supporters have bought into this “bullshit,” hook, line, and sinker,” Trump said. Adding, “I don’t want their support anymore!”

…Yesterday, I covered the narrative-crushing New York Times interview with Epstein investigative reporter Julie K. Brown, which pushed the stuffing back in most of the Epstein conspiracy theories and ended observing Epstein could not have done his crimes without help (it also basically exonerated Trump). This morning the Times ran another bizarre story, at the top of the website, headlined, “What to Know About the Epstein Files, a Perfect Recipe for Conspiracy Theories.” The article begins, unsurprisingly enough, by highlighting the “loud, public crack in the president’s support system” that has —according to the Times— widened into “a chasm.” A narrative chasm that threatens to cause the Times’ liberal readers to expire from unrestrained joy. At first, the story seemed to be the traditional Democrat take, but then things started to get … weird.
First, tell me what you think of how the Times described Epstein’s death in prison:

Trump knew they would be publicizing the Russia collusion bombshell, and he wanted people to stop demanding action on Epstein when there were bigger fish to fry. And by “bigger,” I’m not saying that what Epstein did was not heinous and I’m not diminishing whatever the victims experienced. I continue to believe that this administration is going after anyone that it believes committed crimes. Instead, I’m talking about crimes whose aim was to subvert the government of the United States so certain people could be in control (which IMO is treasonous, whether it fits a strict definition or not).
Timing is important, and I think that is a factor here too. It has been six months since Pres. Trump’s inauguration, and he is moving fast on a lot of issues. This Russia one had to be introduced way before the midterms, and the sooner the better in order for action to be taken. So it was imperative to do it now and for nothing to hamper efforts to obtain the justice we have wanted for so long.

The book was so emotionally mind blowing that I went looking to learn more about the author.
And wow. The life this guy had lived. Raised by his missionary parents where they were translating the Bible into the dialect of a cannibalistic tribe on some island in SE Asia. He remembers as a very young child listening to the elders discussing whether they should kill and eat his parents. He suffered abuse from the tribe and then again from the older kids at the boarding school for missionary kids. Most of that got locked into long term memory without a key until he was a parent and that’s when the ghosts emerged.
The counselor that helped him unpack and heal must have been very good as he did manage to recover from the disaster that was his life. The book was just something he wrote for his children to try and help them understand.

The (fictional) main character in the book, Mack, was raised by a violent drunken man who was an elder in their Christian church. After he told another elder that his father was violent with the family, the father tied his son to a tree and beat him much of the night until he was senseless. As part of the setup for helping Mack understand God’s true heart (obscured by his earthly father’s brokenness), the conversation begins with an “Aunt Jemima” type figure talking for God. Since the reader has been brought into the story with all of the background, the choice of representatives fits for where the story is going.
What must be understood is these children, especially the youngest, will never be normal. Their brain chemistry is permanently changed. No amount of therapy can correct that. Their problems can be managed, and I pray to God they will get lifelong help to do that, but they can’t be repaired.
This is why this kind of crime should carry the death penalty, in my opinion.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron filed a defamation lawsuit against right-wing podcast host Candace Owens on Wednesday in response to claims she peddled that France’s first lady was born a man.
The 22-count complaint was filed in Delaware Superior Court and seeks an unspecified amount of damages from Owens, who broadcast an eight-part series spreading a host of allegations about the Macrons, including that Brigitte Macron was born a man, stole another person’s identity and transitioned to a woman.
The Macrons said in the lawsuit that Owens rebuffed three separate demands for retractions, with the first coming in December and the final sent July 1, and continued to push “outlandish, defamatory, and far-fetched fictions” about the French president and first lady…
“Ms. Owens’ campaign of defamation was plainly designed to harass and cause pain to us and our families and to garner attention and notoriety,” they said. “We gave her every opportunity to back away from these claims, but she refused. It is our earnest hope that this lawsuit will set the record straight and end this campaign of defamation once and for all.”
In response to the lawsuit, a spokesperson for Owens said: “Candace Owens is not shutting up. This is a foreign government attacking the First Amendment rights of an American independent journalist.
No, it’s a human being defending herself against lies and defamation by another human being.
…”Candace repeatedly requested an interview with Brigitte Macron. Instead of offering a comment, Brigitte is resorting to trying to bully a reporter into submission. In France, politicians can bully journalists, but this is not France. It’s America.”
Please don’t bring America into it. This is not about America. It’s about one person, Candace Owens, and her behavior.
The lawsuit takes aim at Owens for promoting unfounded theories and spreading misinformation and said she aims to “inflame and attract attention through sensationalism and conspiracy theories.” It alleges that the podcaster published the eight-part series about the Macrons, called “Becoming Brigitte,” and related posts on X with reckless disregard for the truth.
“These lies have caused tremendous damage to the Macrons,” the suit states. Owens and her entities, it continues, have “subjected the Macrons to a campaign of global humiliation, turning their lives into fodder for profit-driven lies. Owens has dissected their appearance, their marriage, their friends, their family, and their personal history—twisting it all into a grotesque narrative designed to inflame and degrade. The result is relentless bullying on a worldwide scale.“

The baseless claims targeting Brigitte Macron began around March 2021 and were picked up by Owens in March 2024, while she was working for The Daily Wire, a conservative media outlet co-founded by Ben Shapiro, according to the lawsuit. She was fired from the outlet later that month.
Following her termination, Owens launched her podcast, called “Candace,” in June 2024 and continued to push the allegations about Brigitte Macron.
The Macrons sent their first retraction demand to Owens in December 2024, after which she published the multi-part podcast series that the couple said raised “false and defamatory allegations” about Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron. The third and final demand for a retraction was sent earlier this month.
The Macrons allege in their suit that Owens published the defamatory statements knowing they were false, and said she acted with reckless disregard for the truth. The standard in defamation lawsuits brought by public figures is actual malice, which requires a plaintiff alleging defamation to show that the defendant knew the statement was false or acted with reckless disregard for its falsity in order to prevail.
France’s president and first lady said Owens had a financial motivation to continue pushing the claims about Brigitte Macron, as her podcast series was monetized and used to solicit contributions, promote subscriptions and raise her brand.

Tom Clare, who is representing the Macrons, said Owens’ conduct is a”clear-cut case of defamation.”
I haven’t followed her through the years, but I don’t like what I see in clips of her. IMO she’s “too much.” She has extreme views against Israel. She took an extreme position against Pres. Trump on Epstein (and probably still holds that view). She *knows* Brigitte Macron is male. It was speculated that Hillary had Parkinson’s in 2016. I don’t know if that’s still possible. I would think her symptoms would be more noticeable now. A federal judge on Wednesday denied the Justice Department’s bid to unseal Jeffrey Epstein grand jury transcripts from a Florida investigation.
Florida-based US District Judge Robin Rosenberg, an Obama appointee, said the DOJ failed to justify unsealing the records related to grand juries in West Palm Beach in 2005-2007.

Mere hours after Trump sued the Wall Street Journal for falsely claiming he sent Jeffrey Epstein a birthday cartoon, Barack Obama’s office responded to Trump’s Oval Office treason accusation by calling it… a “distraction.”
Not defamation. Not libel. Not even baseless. Just a distraction.
“Distraction” is a bizarre word to choose when a sitting president has just accused you of the most serious crime in the Constitution, on camera, from the Oval Office, with foreign heads of state watching and evidence allegedly in hand.
Where’s the angry denial? The threats of legal action? The righteous fury? You’d expect Obama’s office —following Trump’s example, a perfect setup— to unload both barrels, to drop the full weight of prestige, moral clarity, and legal firepower. But nope. Instead, we got Obama spokesweasel Patrick Rodenbush blinking in the sunlight and muttering something about a distraction.
How oddly underwhelming.
And … what about the media? In a normal political reality, this would be a constitutional earthquake. Instead, corporate media is treating the story like an unflattering wardrobe malfunction— awkward, barely publishable, and not worth looking at too closely.
Trump accused a former U.S. president of treason —a capital offense— and they went with Obama’s distraction. They even headlined it. Where are the emergency panels?
Where are the breathless editorials about Trump’s Hitler-like authoritarianism?
Where are the calls for Trump to be impeached for abuse of authority? Why aren’t they opportuning this to wind up a whole new scandal cycle?
I’ll suggest the answer is they have fallen into a trap of their own making. Consider this Scott Adams clip from yesterday:

Now, you have rational pundits calmly saying, “Yeah. I’ll risk civil war. Because not prosecuting this is worse.”
I’ll disagree with Scott on that one point. He thinks a civil war would be likely were Obama arrested. But … there was no civil war when Trump was arrested.

🔥 I am not nearly bold enough to predict an Obama arrest. It seems unthinkable. But is it, really? It wouldn’t be historic if Obama were arrested, since they arrested Trump. An Obama conviction wouldn’t even be historic, since they criminally convicted Trump of mislabeling check stubs or something.
Think about this, hard. Trump and his allies have already been indicted, tried, and in some cases convicted for the exact same core crime now facing Barack Obama. Trump’s conviction in New York —though dressed up as a salacious, absurdly large-chested “business records” case— was explicitly framed by prosecutors as part of an election interference scheme.
Jack Smith’s federal case centered on election interference through obstruction and conspiracy. The Fulton County indictments in Georgia? Election interference. And Trump’s so-called “co-conspirators”—several of whom have already pleaded guilty in the “Fake Electors” case—were all charged with conspiracy to interfere with the outcome of a presidential election.
In short, the legal system has already established that election interference is a jailable offense for former presidents and their teams. The precedent is not a law school hypothetical. It’s already case law.
In other words, and this was Scott’s point, there’s already complete precedent.
So really … what would actually be unthinkable or unprecedented about an Obama arrest for conspiracy to interfere with a presidential election? Just that he’s a Democrat, who enjoys a higher tier of justice? That excuse won’t stick the landing— and the media knows it.
Democrats and their captive media moron told us literally one million times:
“No one is above the law!”“Not even a president.”“Especially not a former president.”“The rule of law must be upheld.”“If we don’t prosecute, it sends the wrong message.”If Obama gets arrested, the media’s goose is cooked. The Democrats, too. If they try to downplay Obama’s misdeeds as misguided but well-intended national security errors, they just make Trump look even more over-prosecuted for his ‘pornstar hush money’ convictions.
They built the gallows. They tied the rope. Now they are realizing they are standing on the trapdoor.
Will there be an arrest? Dunno. But maybe the better question is: why wouldn’t there be an arrest?

A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday in favor of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, overturning an earlier arbitration decision that ordered him to pay $5 million to a software developer who challenged his claims of foreign interference in the 2020 election.
A three-judge panel for the 8th US Circuit Court of Appeals issued a unanimous decision that determined the arbitration panel exceeded its authority.
“Fair or not, agreed-to contract terms may not be modified by the panel or by this court,” US Circuit Judge James Loken wrote in the 12-page decision.
In 2021, Lindell hosted a “Cyber Symposium” where he claimed data showed Chinese election interference in the 2020 election. Lindell offered $5 million if someone could prove the data was “unequivocally” not related to the election. This prompted software developer Robert Zeidman to issue a 15-page report against the data.
While the challenge judges ruled he did not meet the standards required for the $5 million, an arbitration panel later ruled that Zeidman is entitled to the prize. The panel found that Zeidman successfully proved that Lindell’s data was not election data.
However, the appeals court has now ordered a lower court to immediately wipe the $5 million award. Loken said the judges found that the panel had “effectively amended the unambiguous Challenge contract when it used extrinsic evidence to require that the data provided was packet capture data, thereby violating established principles of Minnesota contract law and our arbitration precedents.”
“This is vindication. This opens a door that no man can shut. I am so excited. I mean, this is an answer to prayer,” Lindell said in an interview with The Hill.

Bessent yesterday requested a “review” of the entire FED to see whether or not they are helping or hurting the American people.

Plus it would massively cut interest payments on the government debt.

A big bank like JPMorgan, which holds the most physical SILVER in the world, would just sell a ton of SILVER to beat down the SILVER price.
But that’s not happening.
Why?
Too many traders on the COMEX are demanding “delivery” of the physical SILVER rather than just get a paper shuffle in fiat dollars.
And the massive problem is there isn’t near enough “physical SILVER” to cover all the contracts.
Some big banks that “borrowed” the SILVER at a much lower price with the “promise” to give it back to the owner, are being FORCED to buy it back at much higher prices and they are ALREADY billions in the hole.
For every dollar it goes up, they lose billions more and they don’t have the “physical cash” to buy back the SILVER in the open market at $40 or higher when they were likely selling it “short” around $30 or lower.
I’m telling you, right now, behind the scenes, there is massive PANIC on both Wall Street and at the FED.
And there are still two more trading days in the week to go.
Trump has perfectly blamed the FED for keeping a damper on the economy and increasing the interest rates on the government debt so that they take the blame for any downturn in the economy.
But now the FED is about to be FORCED into the position of eating a whole bunch of this bad bank debt too, because the age of “too big to fail” for crooked banks by “taxpayer bailouts” is over!

Thanks, Gail. At this point I think Pres. Trump knew they would be publicizing the Russia collusion bombshell, and he wanted people to stop demanding action on Epstein when there were bigger fish to fry. And by “bigger,” I’m not saying that what Epstein did was not heinous and I’m not diminishing whatever the victims experienced. I continue to believe that this administration is going after anyone that it believes committed crimes. Instead, I’m talking about crimes whose aim was to subvert the government of the United States so certain people could be in control (which IMO is treasonous, whether it fits a strict definition or not).
Timing is important, and I think that is a factor here too. It has been six months since Pres. Trump’s inauguration, and he is moving fast on a lot of issues. This Russia one had to be introduced way before the midterms, and the sooner the better in order for action to be taken. So it was imperative to do it now and for nothing to hamper efforts to obtain the justice we have wanted for so long.

Which has been my point about the Constitution needing teeth for the cleansing of the judiciary. The current “system” protects the incompetents and seditionists.
For example, if a federal judge at any level ruled against the Constitution on any statutory point it should mean automatic ejection from the role and possible incarceration. The book was so emotionally mind blowing that I went looking to learn more about the author.
And wow. The life this guy had lived. Raised by his missionary parents where they were translating the Bible into the dialect of a cannibalistic tribe on some island in SE Asia. He remembers as a very young child listening to the elders discussing whether they should kill and eat his parents. He suffered abuse from the tribe and then again from the older kids at the boarding school for missionary kids. Most of that got locked into long term memory without a key until he was a parent and that’s when the ghosts emerged.
The counselor that helped him unpack and heal must have been very good as he did manage to recover from the disaster that was his life. The book was just something he wrote for his children to try and help them understand.

The (fictional) main character in the book, Mack, was raised by a violent drunken man who was an elder in their Christian church. After he told another elder that his father was violent with the family, the father tied his son to a tree and beat him much of the night until he was senseless. As part of the setup for helping Mack understand God’s true heart (obscured by his earthly father’s brokenness), the conversation begins with an “Aunt Jemima” type figure talking for God. Since the reader has been brought into the story with all of the background, the choice of representatives fits for where the story is going.
I read that book and found an answer to a hurt in my own heart at the time. The movie isn’t bad but the book was more intense for me.
I have not seen the movie and it’s unlikely that I will.

The final solution what ever it might be, happens after that.

There is plenty of evidence that Maxwell “trafficked” the girls to Epstein. There was also evidence that Epstein both committed sex crimes, AND trafficked girls to himself by moving them around to his various locations.
It is almost certain that other men had sex with trafficked girls, but that evidence gets hard to find and hard to back up. An example of the trickiness of such charges was Matt Gaetz, who had sex with potential jailbait, but who literally checked driver’s licenses to make sure the women were old enough to legally consent (Note to self – need to try this with my wife! LOL) and then got tricked by a FAKE DL (super-Demmunist scandal).
Girls pretending to be older than they are – that was common when I was a teen – a great way to get attention from older and more desirable men. Did Epstein and his girls misrepresent their ages? I’m sure they sometimes did, because that kind of evil “whoops” is classic blackmail.
It was all a den of iniquity. Many eyes were likely on it, too.
It looks to me (and I did NOT sleep at a HolidAI Inn Express last night) that the key difference is that “trafficking” comprises acts surrounding the sex crimes, but are not the sex crimes themselves. Thus, if there is evidence that a child has been sexually abused, but no direct evidence linking the perpetrator to the child, BUT there is direct, physical, concrete evidence that said person facilitated the act, then “trafficking” is what can stick.
Example:
A guy is arrested at a nearby cafe in regards to a raped child found in a motel room by police. There is oodles of evidence that the man drove the child to the room, rented the room, brought the child to the room. There is also evidence that the child was raped – perhaps even by another individual – but there is no hard evidence that the man who brought the child took part in sex with the child. “Trafficking” is how they get him.

Think about this, hard. Trump and his allies have already been indicted, tried, and in some cases convicted for the exact same core crime now facing Barack Obama. Trump’s conviction in New York —though dressed up as a salacious, absurdly large-chested “business records” case— was explicitly framed by prosecutors as part of an election interference scheme.
Jack Smith’s federal case centered on election interference through obstruction and conspiracy. The Fulton County indictments in Georgia? Election interference. And Trump’s so-called “co-conspirators”—several of whom have already pleaded guilty in the “Fake Electors” case—were all charged with conspiracy to interfere with the outcome of a presidential election.
In short, the legal system has already established that election interference is a jailable offense for former presidents and their teams. The precedent is not a law school hypothetical. It’s already case law.
In other words, and this was Scott’s point, there’s already complete precedent.
So really … what would actually be unthinkable or unprecedented about an Obama arrest for conspiracy to interfere with a presidential election? Just that he’s a Democrat, who enjoys a higher tier of justice? That excuse won’t stick the landing— and the media knows it.

Many crypto currencies (‘currency’ is not the best term, but that’s how much of the public refers to them anyway) use a digital ‘token’ as a unit of value which can be traded, exchanged for cash, etc.
Similar to Bitcoin, but without the autonomy of Bitcoin or other aspects of Bitcoin, like supply limits.
Bitcoin has a finite supply, once the number of Bitcoin mined reaches 21 million, mining is automatically stopped, permanently.
Cryptos are more like stocks, in the sense that someone (or some company with a board of directors) controls them, so they are ‘centralized’, as opposed to Bitcoin, which is controlled by no one, and is decentralized.
The people who create and control all of the many cryptos can create more ‘tokens’ if they want to, similar to how a company listed on the stock exchange can offer new shares of the company to raise capital (and dilute current shareholders in the process).
Yes, the related assets are Bitcoin proxy stocks, like Michael Saylor’s MicroStrategy (recently rebranded just Strategy, same ticker, MSTR) and if I remember correctly, options on Bitcoin and Bitcoin proxy stocks.
I have read about them being involved in related cryptos, I think Ethereum is one they also hold, and I would expect there are others.
AFAIK, the related assets referenced by Trump Media (ticker symbol: DJT) are all digital assets (cryptos).

How do you get rid of the Federal Reserve?
Trump has been bashing Jerome Powell and the FED for months because they won’t lower rates.
Members of his cabinet, including Treasury Secretary Bessent, have been treating Powell like a “piñata.”
Bessent yesterday requested a “review” of the entire FED to see whether or not they are helping or hurting the American people.
That’s not a coincidence.
The media is even questioning Powell now because inflation keeps dropping and he refuses to lower rates which would give relief to the American people in mortgages, auto loans and credit cards.
Plus it would massively cut interest payments on the government debt.
And now the SILVER price sits right below the $40 ceiling and has relative strength because it went up while gold went down pretty good today.
SILVER is decoupling from gold and that is a massive SIGNAL.
SILVER has probably been the most manipulated commodity for generations and it is being massively “shorted” by some really big banks.
It’s been a scam for a long time.
These big banks have kept shorting SILVER using paper contracts and there isn’t enough “real SILVER”to go around.
It’s a game of “musical chairs” and the music is getting ready to stop.
A “short squeeze” of monumental proportions is imminent.
These big banks are ALREADY in the hole by billions and desperately need the SILVER price to go down.
In the past.
A big bank like JPMorgan, which holds the most physical SILVER in the world, would just sell a ton of SILVER to beat down the SILVER price.
But that’s not happening.
Why?
Too many traders on the COMEX are demanding “delivery” of the physical SILVER rather than just get a paper shuffle in fiat dollars.
And the massive problem is there isn’t near enough “physical SILVER” to cover all the contracts.
Some big banks that “borrowed” the SILVER at a much lower price with the “promise” to give it back to the owner, are being FORCED to buy it back at much higher prices and they are ALREADY billions in the hole.
For every dollar it goes up, they lose billions more and they don’t have the “physical cash” to buy back the SILVER in the open market at $40 or higher when they were likely selling it “short” around $30 or lower.
I’m telling you, right now, behind the scenes, there is massive PANIC on both Wall Street and at the FED.
And there are still two more trading days in the week to go.
Trump has perfectly blamed the FED for keeping a damper on the economy and increasing the interest rates on the government debt so that they take the blame for any downturn in the economy.
But now the FED is about to be FORCED into the position of eating a whole bunch of this bad bank debt too, because the age of “too big to fail” for crooked banks by “taxpayer bailouts” is over!
